Youtube daily Feb 11 2019

Hello. I'm Diane Greene,

and I lead Google Cloud.

I'd like to welcome you to our deep dive course on

Practical Machine Learning using Google Cloud platform.

We've had thousands of Google engineers go through different variations of

this course and have also shared it with several of our customers.

Through this course, we've enabled Python programmers to do machine learning,

and data scientists to build production-ready machine learning models.

This was only possible because we're using

Google's incredible infrastructure and ML platform.

One of our large global customers told us that switching to GCP,

Google Cloud Platform, had helped them reduce organizational silos.

This was because of the combination of

global serverless infrastructure like BigQuery and open source software like TensorFlow,

which democratized the access to data and machine learning across their organization.

In this Coursera specialization,

you'll learn the key technical skills to replicate

this and drive transformation across your company.

I'm very excited to invite you to take this course and start training,

deploying, and serving Machine Learning models on Google Cloud. Thank you.

Thanks, Diane.

I'm Valliappa Lakshmanan.

Everyone calls me Lak.

I'm a Technical Lead for

Big Data and Machine Learning professional services at Google Cloud.

I lead the team that wrote this machine learning course

for you and I'll be teaching parts of the course as well.

You'll see many of my co-authors throughout the series.

As Diane said, the aim of this specialization is to give

you a practical real-world introduction to machine learning.

The goal is to enable you,

whether you're a Python programmer data engineer or a data scientist,

to do machine learning and to build

production machine learning models. So what will you learn?

For more infomation >> Introduction to Machine Learning on GCP - How Google does Machine Learning from Google Cloud #1 - Duration: 1:57.

-------------------------------------------

Why Google? - How Google does Machine Learning from Google Cloud #3 - Duration: 1:40.

This course on how to do machine learning is

taught by Googlers who work in machine learning.

So why would you look to Google and Googlers to learn about ML?

Well, at Google we apply machine learning and pretty much all of our products.

We're teaching this course so that we can share some of what we've learned.

And we're super excited to see what you build based on

what you learn in this set of courses.

Of course, we hope you build on Google Cloud.

Machine learning has completely transformed the way we,

Google that is, do business,

including how we approach new and existing products,

how we design our products,

and how we approach new challenges.

Many of you probably interact with Google services, photos,

Youtube, Gmail, Inbox, you interact with these Google services every day.

All those services benefit from,

and in some cases,

they depend upon machine learning.

We keep track of how much we use machine learning,

deep learning in particular.

And over the last few years,

we have produced over 4,000 TensorFlow machine learning model.

You heard that right, 4,000.

There are over 4,000 TensorFlow machine learning models in production at Google.

In 2012, that number was near zero.

And by the end of 2016,

we are crossing 4,000.

So in this specialization,

you will learn to use the technology we use.

And this course covers how our engineers infuse machine learning into our products.

Como tener las indicaciones de Google MAPS en MI BAND 3 y Amazfit BIP - Duration: 3:27.

welcome to a new video in which we are going to see how to have the indications of google

maps on the my band 3 bracelet or the amazfit watch xiaomi beep

This option is not going to be found in the apply with my xiaomi fit but we have

that install an application of the play store that will cost us 0.99 cents of euro,

the truth that it's worth spending that almost euro anyway in android there's always

ways to get it without paying, but in this case I think it's a reasonable amount of money

taking into account what the application offers us

well this application does not work autonoma that is to say we need that we have permanently

the watch or the bracelet synchronized with the application my fit

we opened my band maps and the first time we a small tutorial on how to configure it appears, here

It shows us the 3 models compatilbes with this application and I will choose the bracelet

which is what I have now synchronized with my fit

now I enter the aplicacoin my fit and on alert applications I must have the application my fit

and we're going to add my band maps, here we have the two and very important to have this option

disabled, which says receive only when the screen is blocked

well we continue and here it tells us that if the aplicaconi maps has permissions to show

notifications so good by default we should have notifications of active maps and

we effectively see that they are enabled in the last step we enable access to

the notificacioners of my band maps, we see what is my fit and my band map that I put it

now and we would have configured the application

the audio that sounds is from the phone, they have not removed an application even if it builds a

speaker inside the bracelet my band

in the settings we have several options like the distance we want to notify us

but one that has caught my attention is that we can change the way we

notify by activating the advanced mode, for example we can change the order of information

putting on the first screen what really we are interested and on the second screen we put

the rest of the information

jokes aside the truth that should xiaomi remove this function officially, because if

you're walking down the street somewhere you do not know well until now you had to go

with the phone in your hand looking at the directions and instead with this app is everything much more

comfortable

Well, I say goodbye until next time video up soon

Anti-Vaxxers Rally For Their Right To Revive Diseases We'd Eradicated - Duration: 6:46.

This past weekend, hundreds of anti-vaxxers descended upon Washington state to rally against

a proposed bill that would make vaccines in the state mandatory.

Basically, what it would do is it would take away parent's right to be conscientious objectors

and not have their children vaccinated.

They couldn't do that anymore.

The state would vaccinate their children is actually similar legislation in California

and more legislation kind of spreading throughout the United States.

And do you know what else is spreading throughout the United States right now, especially up

there in Washington, measles, a disease that we had essentially eradicated decades ago

is making a comeback at least 52 confirmed cases in Washington alone and dozens more

suspected of this disease that can be fatal, particularly in infants, toddlers, and the

elderly or people with weakened immune systems and Dhea.

Know why it's making a comeback because of these anti vaccs parents.

Let's get something 100 percent straight.

Okay?

Vaccines do not cause autism.

There is no link between the two.

The one nude, the one doctor who made that link was later found to have completely falsified

his data, was stripped of his medical license and is now the subject of ridicule for the

rest of his life because he lied about the link between vaccines and autism.

It does not exist and I have seen so many wonderful people on social media in the last

few days make this point and this to me is probably the best point out there about this

issue.

Why is a dead kid or a kid with a disease that was easily preventable?

Why is that better than having a kid with autism?

Why are we acting like autism is some kind of death sentence or some kind of social stigma

that we need to look upon these people and say, oh my God, how horrible for you.

Your life must suck in every possible way.

That's not at all how it is.

Autistic people have the same odds as the rest of us have growing up to be high functioning,

normal, productive members of society, and yet we're treating this as something that's

just as deadly or as awful as having a child die from a preventable disease.

That to me, honestly is one of the most disgusting things out there, but I also have to issue

more statements here about the anti vaccs crowd.

There is no science on your side.

It doesn't exist and I have taken many courses just in autism over the years.

A while pursuing a master's degree in in cognitive neuroscience.

I actually did a lot of studies in courses and wrote tons of papers about autism itself,

so I'm no expert, but I do know a lot about this particular issue.

Do you know why the diagnoses of autism increased over the years?

Especially recently?

It's because we actually have a better understanding of what to identify.

You know, 50 years ago we didn't have that so kids could be autistic.

They wouldn't necessarily be diagnosed because psychologists at the time didn't know what

to diagnose it as the criteria did not exist.

It does today, that's why there's an increase in it, not because more people have developed

autism, but because we as a society, as doctors have gotten better at identifying it and being

able to put it on that spectrum.

A spectrum that didn't exist 50 years ago.

Very basic reading on the issue.

We'll give you this information.

Okay.

It's not like some of us have access to private collections of books that tell us the truth.

This is all readily available out there, but these parents, these anti vaccine people choose

to live in darkness.

They choose to deny science the same way we ridicule people who deny the existence of

climate change.

That's what this is.

It is the same level of science deniers among these anti-vaxxers as we see amongst the climate

change deniers.

There is no difference in my opinion between the two of them and yeah, I know we got a

lot of prominent environmentalist's out there who were a part of the anti vaccine movement

and they're wrong and I have no problem saying that the wrong.

The science is not on their side and they're actively denying the science that does exist

by coming out there and telling us that vaccines are dangerous.

I suggest these people look into myelination of the nerves in the brain during development

and see how that effects the increase chances of autism.

Then go through and look and see if anything in these vaccines is going to affect myelination

of the brain because it won't because most of that actually happens in utero before these

vaccines or even administered.

They're denying the basic science.

They're not doing the basic research and they are all wrong and they're putting us at risk.

They are bringing back diseases that we had essentially said goodbye to decades ago because

they are leading their whole crusade based solely on a report from a guy who completely

fabricated everything in his study.

Not exactly what you want to build a movement on.

Not exactly a sturdy foundation, but the facts don't seem to matter to any of these anti

vaccine people that rallied this past weekend or that live all throughout this country and

are saying, you know what?

I don't care if my kid dies of a disease that could have been prevented because everybody

knows that's a hell of a lot better than having a kid on the autism spectrum.

This is disgusting, and these parents, these people out there telling us not to get vaccinated

because the kids might catch autism.

They're probably the lowest of the low in American society

right now.

Industrial Design: Rendering Soft Goods Gloves - Duration: 10:17.

rendering soft goods one of the trickier things to render besides vehicles as an

industrial designer when you're doing your product design you've seen this

snippet in my intro for quite some time let's take a look at how I render it my

name is Eric Strebel I'm an industrial designer welcome to my channel about

product design and making I hope that you like enjoy and become a subscriber

make sure you give the video a thumbs up and then you hit the bell hit the bell

again so you get the little parentheses around it that way you'll be notified

every time I have a new video don't forget to check out the design and

making merch just below the video all kinds of stuff t-shirts hoodies and

other miscellaneous fun things you might like I start off the rendering with lund

drawing from an underlay that I've already created this makes everything

nice and clean and we're just kind of filling in and coloring in then lines

for a coloring book style so to speak but it's all the hard work that you've

done before this that makes everything good so make sure that you have a good

underlay and that your object looks believable in perspective or whatever it

is that you're doing so we're gonna fill in all the color first and then we'll

come back and we will add volume and depth and form to the object so just

laying down the basic color palette which is this orange and a gray and

white for these gloves now here's a little tip I'm using a 32 pound laser

paper for this rendering and I use it for most of my rendering so this is a

pretty heavy white paper it's not your regular average copy paper

it's a little thicker I think that it allows for less bleed with the markers

and it gives you superior results it's also a substantial piece of paper

so if you hand that to somebody it's not just some flimsy little thing it takes

marker really well it takes gel pens really well it take ink really well and

it's something that I'm pretty firm believer in using good paper it's also

on a hundred percent whiteness meaning white is white it'd be pretty surprised

if you compare it to regular copy paper copy paper is not really white the

basics are pretty well blocked in at this point the palms with the darker

leather for the gripping area and now we're gonna start adding a little bit of

form to the gloves and I start out very light building up my values as I always

do and the gloves are basically three dimensional objects they have side and

top and a back and we are gonna try to show a little bit of that volume and on

a white material it doesn't take very much so I'm only using a ten and twenty

percent gray here on the white to show the form but what's important is that

you model in the folds of the material right this is not an injection molded

hard plastic part it's a very soft organic flowing object and you need to

show that and represent that to show the materials the creases the little

imperfections all those things add to the realism of the item that you're

rendering for example there's a sew line right here and I make that a little bit

darker because in real life when you have a sew line like that the material

tends to valley down and then you create a little shadow in there and you need to

show that people know what that looks like and it just helps add realism the

backside of the thumb here is in shadow and so we make that a little bit

darker and the underside of the fingers here those are curved a little bit and

so we want to make those a little bit darker to show the form of the fingers

and to show the form of the gloves themselves and you can see it's really

starting to take shape here and all the little creases and folds you want to

emphasize those makes the product real

I'm gonna come back and add a little bit of value to the orange panels using a

little bit of a mineral Orange originally you saw I went in there with

the gray it's not really the right color to use you want to use a warm tone to do

that so now let's add a little bit of texture

and I'm gonna apologize in advance because I don't actually have that

recorded somehow that didn't get recorded back in the day when this was

made but I'm using a sanding screen and I'm gonna show you that technique and

how that works we're basically doing a rubbing on a piece of paper the sanding

screen is fantastic it's often used to simulate material sometimes like a

carbon fiber in a vehicle or whatever but it works fantastic for soft goods

and I orientate the sanding screen at an angle to sort of mix things up and it

gives things a little bit more depth particularly with a pair of gloves and

here I'll show you the sanding screen is turned at 90 degrees to us and so it's

pretty pretty boring but on a object like a pair of gloves you want to rotate

it maybe to a 45 and this thing makes that makes things a little bit more

realistic now in some of the parts of the glove we have like a raw leather

that I'd like to use and I'm using a piece of old sandpaper from a floor

sander so this is super coarse stuff twenty grit and it basically gives me

these nice little high points and it sort of makes the material look like a

raw leather gives me that nice raw look

you can of course also use this sanding screen with white so maybe there it was

like the material has a white texture to it or some white thread sewn into it and

the glove has some of that as well again Hyrum or changing the orientation and

you will see here it's dramatically a different effect even

it's the same underlay so again apology for not having the original footage not

sure what happened to that but technology has changed my cameras have

changed and stuff doesn't happen anymore so in the palm area right here I've

actually got a black texture in there already that I did with a piece of

sandpaper and I think that I want to put in some some white to add a little

contrast and I immediately hate it so I erase it out and now I'm coming in

with a white gel pens the jelly roll and I am adding a little white stitching to

all the dark material here and the palm just to add a little bit of contrast and

I'm bumping up the stitching on some of the other parts of the glove I'm using

just a regular ballpoint pen here gel pen would work just as well you'll

notice it's the details that really make this glove sing the stitching the

modeling of the material and the form it's the attention to those things that

really make this thing realistic it's also what shows that you as a designer

understand the product that you are designing I add in some notes and I am

sort of penciling in some sort of title ultimately I take this out

digitally later in the sketch but if you're just starting out I suggest that

you lay out your title and put in some effort to make it look halfway decent

here's a little final detail that I decide to add and around the little tug

strings little tightening strings on these gloves and here's the scan so the

skin is scanned in probably 300 dpi levels are adjusted white is white and I

clean up more or less any affections smudges that sort of thing I

immediately of course remove that terrible hand-drawn title at the top and

create something digitally called shredder C and these are winter gloves

of course add a little logo at the bottom and you're pretty much done

should be able to drop that into your digital presentation just like that

shows stuff to your client and then ultimately make your tech pack and go to

production don't forget to subscribe to the channel you can do that by clicking

🐺 VLOG #15 - Gov. Building, Big Sight and Tokyo Tower in Tokyo, Japan 【Part 3】 - Duration: 20:11.

Hi welcome back Sooooo it's the third day today and oh

my god I'm so exhausted it you can't believe that my feetpaws are hurting as

hell and .... meeeh so much walking I was already out in the morning but I haven't had my

fursuit on because I went to the fish market and I, well, I wanted to record

something there but I thought: Ok I should check it out before and it's good

that I did because otherwise my fursuit probably would smell like fish and yeah

I don't want that yeah now it's time to do some yes or

more walking and another trip through Tokyo. I have like one or two destinations today

but I'm not sure if I gonna make it because....well I'm exhausted and I

have no idea if I can get that far. Yes I think we should go so let's go!

So as it seems the whether isn't that good today. It's a bit cloudy but that should be

fine I mean I've had like Sun for the last

week so I'm really happy about that! It's alright :3

Soooo the first stop today is the Tokyo Metropolitan government building it's

like the building which was used for Digimon Tamers

and yeah I wanted to visit that! Another nice view is hopefully coming up

well I'm not sure if I can make it up to the observation deck but well we can try

and just ask! If not than not, totally understandable!

All these security people oh well it's not possible but that's alright that's

alright! I got in, actually but they said okay they want to see my face and I'm

not able to wear my head upstairs so I said okay than ,that's a no-go then yeah

I gueeeeess, it's time to go further!

I've met soooo nice people on the train!

Those two Japanese girls super nice

If you see this, thank you very much and yeah I hope you are going to enjoy the video

Tokyo Big Sight also a very famous place from Digimon! I am so happy to be here

So let's explore it!

Sooooo, if I got it right then the two girls said that there are some sixty-five

years celebration here of one special company but I'm not sure but anyway I

will try to get in and just have a look around and see the big saw as well and

yeah let's check it out

That's also a scene from Digimon! Awwwrrr, this is so great!

Finally I've been here as well and

Well the inside is not that impressive, there are just some conference halls and stuff

actually there's even the conference hall up there which is very nice so yeah

all those people here are probably going to do the celebration of this one

company which name I don't know but nevermind I guess I'm going to check out

the big saw now

Look at this saw! So big...wow! I don't ask the question why but yeah

It's art but it's still very great because I can remember a scene from

Digimon where Togemon was fighting right here at this location so I'm

kind of honored to be here as well so hey Tokyo Big Sight, check! Okay I think

I've got like one hour left before the sun is setting

I'm almost traveling the whole day it's not that's nice but oh well

long ways between the locations, ya ya ya ya ya

So um yeah I think I'm going to walk back to the station.....and I just realized

that I forgot where it was....I think it was that way....anyway I will find it

somehow so yeah maybe I'm oh yeah I've got an idea! I've got an idea!

We're gonna go to the Tokyo Tower not the Sky Tree but the Tokyo Tower which

looks like the Eiffel Tower just in red white and not that high but

it's very nice I guess. I mean even if it's going to be dark later on it might

look like I mean a very nice view and stuff

Always remember to charge your SUICA card....because if not, you're really screwed!

So let's search from ATM....and maybe a toilet....maybe

Okay! I got some money

I went to the toilet and I got a drink

I think I am ready

So now we are going to the Tokyo Tower!

Don't worry, there is nobody here ^^°

See you there!

Hey so there we are! At Akabanebashi....it almost sounds like Akeban!

Greetings!

こんばんは!

すみません…

The people here seem a bit scared...well when I'm running around the corner

Of course they are ^^° Oh wow! Okay this is the Tokyo Tower it's actually good that

it's dark because look at that!

Wow okay let's get there!

There we are! It's the Tokyo Tower! Yay so I can check this as well ^^ What a nice view!

I would love to get up there, but probably it's not possible because

of security reasons but that's alright that's alright ^^ Maybe it's possible to

get under the Tower, because if it's illuminated like this, it looks pretty awesome!

You cannot get really under the Tower, but oh well that's alright

I guess the observation deck is probably going to cost some money so I can't do

it anyway because I only have my SUICA card with me, but that's all right

I see: "Tickets"... Hey oh well that's alright, that's alright, it's been very

nice and impressive!

So I guess that's the last stop for today I think I'm going to

get a drink now and then heading back to my hotel, it's getting late...

Yaaaaay, we've made it!

The last street

Tada!

*sighs*

There we are

Okay, I am done....so....

I guess this is the end of my Vlog, because tomorrow we are going to

drive to JMoF and well as in the last years, JMoF is going to be a separate video so um

yeah I guess that's it for this Vlog! I've recorded so much I actually

forgot which number of Vlog it is, I guess it was 15 so yeah thanks for

watching Vlog number 15 and yeah I guess we gonna see each other in the

next video? Of course don't forget to watch the JMoF video because it's...

It's JMoF ^^

Sooo, see you then!

Bye bye bye!

またね!

Rwaaaar!

Meghan Markle praised Prince Harry after suffering 'emotional trauma' over feud with father Thomas - Duration: 10:46.

Meghan Markle praised Prince Harry after suffering 'emotional trauma' over feud with her own father.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex dazzled on the red carpet last night as they stepped out to celebrate the achievements of wounded,

injured and sick military veterans who have taken on remarkable challenges.

Harry and Meghan were at the Endeavour Fund Awards in London's Draper's Hall honouring those who,

despite life-changing injuries, accidents or illnesses, have excelled in sporting and adventure pursuits.

Meghan, 37, dressed her baby bump in almost head-to-toe bespoke Givenchy,

pairing a crisp white shirt with a side-split skirt and box clutch by the designer,

which she teamed with £530 Aquazzura 'Rendez Vous' pumps.

As they moved around the pre-awards party at Draper's hall, Harry was heard to tell one invitee:

'There's a heavy baby in here.' For her part, Meghan told one guest: 'He's going to be the best dad'.

The engagement comes in the wake of an explosive People magazine article published this week,

in which five 'close friends' of the pregnant Duchess spoke out on the 'emotional trauma' she has experienced,

as the result of abusive comments on social media and the ongoing public feud with her father Thomas Markle.

One gave an account of how Meghan had done her utmost to support her father,

despite him betraying her by co-operating with a paparazzi photographer over staged photoshoots.

After the wedding she reportedly wrote him an emotional letter – which was given almost verbatim to the magazine,

asking him to 'stop victimising me through the media so we can repair our relationship'.

He replied, apparently, requesting a photo opportunity.

The group of unnamed friends also voiced their concerns about the effects the strain could well be taking its toll on Meghan and Prince Harry's unborn child.

'We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby,' they said.

'It's wrong to put anyone under this level of emotional trauma, let alone when they're pregnant'.

Another voiced concerns over the 'global bullying' Meghan is facing, saying:

'We want to stand up against the global bullying were seeing (against Meghan). Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths'.

However some believe Meghan was wrong to 'sanction' the article.

Former Buckingham Palace press secretary, Dickie Arbiter, who worked as a media manager for both Prince Charles and the late Diana,

Princess of Wales, said he feared the decision had opened a 'Pandora's Box', that would only exacerbate issues, not contain them.

He said: 'Assuming - and as these sources are anonymous we don't know for sure,

that this was done with her agreement, is has opened a Pandora's Box, in my opinion.

The issue with her father is an open wound and I'm not entirely sure it is the best idea to aggravate that.

'It doesn't entirely surprise me that the press office didn't know, that said. Nothing changes.

In my experience, the first inkling we had of a story [at the time of the so-called War of the Wales'] was when you read it in the Sun or the Mail.

There is something that doesn't sit easy with me.

It is an American magazine and in America they are obsessed with their new princess. I'm just not sure this will have done anyone any good'.

However any concerns seemed far from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's mind when they attended the awards show last night.

Inside, the couple looked relaxed and at ease among friends and serving and former armed forces members.

Host for the evening was Ross Kemp, the actor and documentary maker. He said he spoke to the couple about their new Labrador puppy.

Describing Meghan as 'stunning,' he added: 'We talked about how they've got a puppy and we got a puppy before we had our first boy.

It's a preparation for nappy changing and pooping basically'.

Kemp looked emotional as Harry praised him for his documentaries he made about soldiers fighting in Afghanistan in 2008-9.

'He said it changed public opinion in terms of the sympathy towards the soldiers in the ground,' the actor said.

'He was saying it helped bring awareness. It was actually nice to be banked by someone like him who's been there himself and seen and done it.

'If you look at A-listers in the world there probably aren't many bigger than those two.

They are down to earth, very warm, very decent human beings who care.

They could potentially be a massive catalyst for great change not just in the UK but around the world'.

The first award of the night was the Recognising Achievement Award given by former Olympic rower Sir Matthew Pinsent to Kelly Ganfield,

a visually impaired runner who has taken part in two Invictus Games'.

'Your Royal Highness, you're absolutely amazing in acknowledging many of us soldiers,' Ms Ganfield said.

'And the Duchess of Sussex— you've got all this to come.

Earlier, Ms Ganfield met the couple at the reception when Harry had teased her and her running guide Mikael Huggins as he had watched her race in the Invictus Games.

'He said that Mikael slightly slowed me down and we giggled about that,' she said.

'He met me in Bath for the trials with Meghan. She is a total asset to the British public and nation'.

'She is going to be a mother soon and — yet again from the trials — she saw my daughter Bethany who was two at the time.

She is now three. Bethany gravitated to her and [Meghan] kind of gravitated to Bethany.

She has cerebral palsy. Meghan was amazing with her. And [Harry] was beaming — but he's always like that'.

Ms Ganfield recalled how in Bath, 'His Royal Highness put my glasses on to see what I see in day to day life and he made Meghan put the same glasses on'.

The Endeavour Fund is a body that was set up by the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

and Duke and Duchess of Sussex in order to fund inspiring projects aiding the recovery of veterans.

Since its launch in 2012, the Endeavour Fund has supported 86 different projects that have helped more than 5,000 wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women.

Harry, 34, and Meghan chaired the judging panel which chose the winners who will be announced at the event staged at Drapers' Hall in the City of London.

They deliberated over three awards: Recognising Achievement, Celebrating Excellence,

and the third named in memory of adventurer Henry Worsley, who died trying to complete the first unsupported crossing of the Antarctic.

Worsley, a career soldier and an experienced polar adventurer, undertook the incredible expedition in order to raise money for the Endeavour Fund.

The Duchess of Sussex took to the stage to give the second award — Celebrating Excellence.

Before she handed it to Nathan Forster, a former private in the parachute regiment who's now a pilot of 737 planes,

she said, 'I'm so, so grateful to be back. Last year was my first time coming and it was such a meaningful night.

'Before the reception Harry and I were talking to all the nominees and in speaking to one of them he said 'gosh the impact you guys make is huge. It's so much bigger than you'.

'No it's not about us, it's the ripple effect. And, in true modesty of all the nominees — 'yes it is about the ripple effect'.

But what I admired in him — and I feel is true about all the nominees,

is you don't have that ripple effect unless each of you is brave enough to make that first wave.

'It's so important to remember that because what you're doing is inspiring so many people,

so thank you from all of us for being that inspiration and congratulations to all the nominees'.

Forster, 31, from South Shields, in north east England, was serving in Afghanistan when he seriously injured his left leg following an IED explosion.

In five years he has gone from having no experience of flying to being a pilot of 737 jets for TUI taking holidaymakers from the UK to places like Greece, Spain and Tenerife.

'What began as a challenge just to learn how to fly to do something different t and be part of an expedition.

And on the back of that training I said I wanted to fly and the challenge opened the door to decide what I wanted to do in my life,' he said.

His expedition — set for 2021 — plans to fly a flex-wing plane over Antartica. 'It's a bit like flying a motorbike in the sky.

That got me into flying and I've been lucky enough to forge a career from there and be supported by the airline'.

The last honour of the evening was the Henry Worsley award — which was presented by Prince Harry to Shaun Pascoe,

who was an officer commanding the RAF Medical Emergency Response Team on an aircraft.

He suffered PTSD after many tours abroad he has since set up a forces' sailing charity — Turn to Starboard.

Is it the second year running that the couple have jointly attended the Endeavour Fund Awards,

with their 2018 appearance being one of their first official engagements before their marriage.

Last year she won fashion plaudits for her decision to ditch dresses and heels in favour of a sharp tuxedo suit from Alexander McQueen and towering heels.

The couple, who are expecting their first child in the spring, recently let slip their due date

when Meghan told fans in Merseyside that Baby Sussex will arrive 'at the end of April or May'.

Their new marital home, Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle,

is currently undergoing extensive renovations said to include a £50,000 green energy unit and a gender-free nursery using vegan paint.

Meghan's friends' VERY candid magazine interview.

The magazine quotes Meghan's five close and long-standing friends,

who spoke on condition of anonymity, hitting out at claims that she has been uncaring towards her father Thomas Markle,

and describing criticism of her as 'global bullying'.

'Meg has silently sat back and endured the lies and untruths,' one claimed. 'We worry about what this is doing to her and the baby'.

The article also reveals details of her life at Kensington Palace with Harry,

further evidence that the duchess would know the identities of those speaking out.

These include everything from the interior decor to how she and Harry spend their day-to-day lives

and how she can 'make a five-star meal out of the garbage in your refrigerator'.

It reveals how she not only writes her own speeches but many of her husband's too.

The article also said she treated her staff to an 'ice cream and sorbet stand' for their office and buys handwarmers for the police guarding the palace gates.

Who was Jacques Plante?

Everything You Need to Know about Ice hockey goaltender Joseph Jacques Omer Plante.

Joseph Jacques Omer Plante was born on January 17, 1929 in Canada.

He was a is a Canadian ice hockey player and During his career from 1947 to 1975, he moved

to the position of goalkeeper of Stanley Cup and seven Vézina trophies.

He played for the Montreal Canadiens from 1953 to 1963, with which he won all six Stanley

Cups.

He was one of the most successful of all goaltenders in the National Hockey League (NHL).

He was an integral member of the powerful Montreal Canadiens team that won a record

five successive Stanley Cups (1956–60); following his pioneering example, nearly all

subsequent goaltenders wore protective face masks.

While an amateur, Plante developed his unorthodox goaltending style, roaming behind his net

in 837 regular-season games and 15 shutouts in 112 play-off games.

Then, as Montreal's only goalie, he returned to the ice wearing a face mask.

Beginning in 1956 Montreal, with Plante in goal, finished first seven times in eight

seasons; altogether as a Canadien he won six Vezina Trophies for the league's best goalie,

including five in a row; in 1962 he won a Hart Trophy for the league's most valuable

player.

After the 1962–63 season he played for the New York Rangers, the St. Louis Blues (where

he shared his seventh Vezina Trophy), the Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Boston Bruins.

During his 18 years in the NHL his goals-against average was only 2.38.

Plante also played one season (1974–75), his last in the majors, for the Edmonton Oilers

of the World Hockey Association; he recorded 15 wins, including 1 shutout.

He died on February 27, 1986 in Geneva, Switzerland.

As a real estate agent, what do I post on my personal profile vs. my business page? - Duration: 2:18.

- Hi, I'm Christina with Leads and Leverage.

And I have real estate agents

sell more houses using Facebook.

Today's question comes from Kelly

from our Facebook for Real Estate Agents group.

Kelly says my frustration is understanding

what I can and cannot post on my personal

profile and my business page and how to cross them over.

Well Kelly, the first thing is that you need

to realize that your personal profile is

all about you as a person.

So it's basically a virtual extension of you.

You need to be sharing like everything that you're doing.

Thoughts, inspiration, activities your doing,

people you're engaged with, checking into things,

events, things you like, love, et cetera.

That is you, it's exactly how you would talk

in public with people when you're sharing

things that you like, et cetera, that's your profile.

Your business page is about the area,

it's about serving people, it's about

helping them love the area as much as you do.

And if you don't love your area,

you need to re-explore your area and love it.

So your business page is about that.

And then when you use it that way,

I've put the link to the Facebook page setup

checklist to teach you how to set it up

and how to actually use your page in

a way that people are going to connect with

and resonate with and be involved with your page,

so that when you run ads to them, they actually convert.

So your personal profile is all about

you as a person, engaging with other people as people.

Your page is about connecting with people

you do not know, have not met on some level that's similar,

which is basically your love for the area.

Some of that stuff can be crossed over from

your business to your personal because

there may be events that you're at for

business but it's also a personal,

like you personally are there,

you would cross that over and you would

share that on there.

Alright Kelly, download the checklist,

the link is in the description of this video,

and change your page to a local lifestyle focus page

that resonates with people you don't know,

and start posting on your personal profile

all about you, like not selfish way, but

share you, share pieces of you and

engage with people personally that way.

Kelly you've got this, you can do it,

it's actually very simple, it's just making sure that we,

Ahh, that light bulb moment and understand it.

You can do it.

Fate/Grand Order - Sigurd Voiced Valentine's Scene (English Subbed) - Duration: 4:32.

—Oh, Master.

Judging by your appearance, it seems you've come to me for something.

...hmm. So what have you come to me for?

If I may be frank, it's Valentine's Day...

You have chocolate for me, then?

Choice 1: You know me so well... Choice 2: Correct!

Elementary, my dear Master.

...hmph, I was just copying someone. Ignore what I just said.

Choice 1: Anyways... Choice 2: Here's your chocolate!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hm? Have I talked to Brynhildr yet, you ask?

...I did, more or less. No, let's not talk about that.

Putting that aside, I have a gift for you.

But before I do that, I would like to take some measurements.

Choice: Measurements?

Yes. First, let me see your eyes.

Choice: Too close, too close!

No, this must be done up close. Otherwise I will not be able to properly measure your eyesight.

Stare…

Choice 1: I'm at...my limit…! Choice 2: His glasses...are shooting beams…!

Karna said that true heroes kill with their eyes, but…

I want you to stay calm. Your glasses will not shoot beams.

Choice: That's not what I meant…!

Alright, I have finished.

Now to carve the collected data into a rune…

Mix the fragments of the material acquired from Miss Da Vinci…

Afterwards affix the material with an origin rune…

Nngh!

Choice: Did you just make a pair of glasses!?

Indeed.

...Master, I know you already have good eyesight.

Which is why I decided to add other functions to these glasses.

Automatic recovery function for eye strain. Automatic inhibitory function of visual confusion.

Looking at intense light or something that your eyes cannot handle will destroy them…

But if that happens, these glasses will prevent that from occurring.

On top of that, they're sturdy.

Barring any Servants, enemies like beasts won't be able to scratch your eyes out.

I would like to offer this to you as a return gift. How do you find it?

Choice 1: It doesn't matter what it is... Choice 2: Thank you!

It's nothing.

You've shown courtesy to an extremely boorish person such as I.

I planned on putting all my effort into making these glasses as gratitude for everything after I was summoned.

Now this will depend on your fashion sense. In other words, whether you will look good wearing them or not.

Choice: How does it look?
