It's Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany's house
in Columbia, Tennessee.
It's got 120 acres.
Six bedrooms
and yes, again,
nearly eight million dollars so.
Well let's see what that gets you.
An Olive Garden!

Oh wow those beams outside
are giving me very suburban restaurant vibes.

Which I love a big American chain.
Same like I'm now craving breadsticks.
All you can eat breadsticks for that matter.
But yeah that looks like a place where you could sit
and wait on your little buzzer to
buzz, buzz. Your table's ready.
Living room.
Quite grand. Yeah.
But inviting.
A sectional.
Love a sectional.
I think if you're like hmm
I have a very large space.
I need to make it inviting.
Maybe give it some color
but nice bones. Yeah.
Go dogs. Hmm.
A little. I'm not sure what kind of space this is
but there's definitely a sports theme.
It's their museum of,
A museum.
sports and music memorabilia.
Oh where's the bathroom?
Oh just down the hall past the museum.
(Katherine and Betsy laugh)
What kind of memorabilia would you have?
Oh my goodness.
I was really into rocks when I was little.
What kind of things would you collect, Betsy?
I had a rock collection too.
I'm not wrong
There's a lot happening in here.
I'm looking at all these cabinets
and wow we Southerners love a china cabinet.
We do.
I'm seeing a lot of opportunities for dust.
Dusting is not really in my
go to activities list. (both laugh)
No, rock collecting, dusting.
This nook is throwing me off.
Yeah. I can't tell
if it's just the angle of the photo
but it looks like I would maybe have to crouch down
or my head would just barely miss the door frame.
It could be nice
like this could eventually be,
if this was a kid's room
they could have their play space
and eventually like a little home work space
in their bedroom.
Like that would be super cool as a kid.
I do like whatever the built in
bookshelf thing is. Yeah.
That makes it feel cozy.
Mhm.
[Katherine] Okay so, a bathroom
(Katherine and Betsy laugh)
is what this is.
In case you were unfamiliar.
[Betsy] It's all beige everything
All gray-ige everything

I do like the little dressers Yes.
As vanity sinks.
I think that's a fun way to do it
to add again, more texture in there.
Curtains across the windows so you have a little privacy.
Not a bad idea either.
That would be cool.
That would be great.
This kid is living the sweet life.
His TV as you have said
is bigger than,
[Katherine] Bigger than my TV. [Betsy] Bigger than yours.
But that's how you learn to yell at a TV.
Yeah.
At an early age you know, Mhm.
If you're coaching a football team.
I bet Papa Jason is teaching little Memphis
to yell at those players.
Yeah.
Coaching them to a National Championship.
Go Dogs.
Oh. (Katherine gasps)
Hit the lanes.
I was not expecting a bowling alley.
I know. Big surprise.
Should've known though.
Should have known that the Olive Garden
came with a bowling alley too.
It's a two for one special. Mhm.
I do see that there's an antler chandelier.
Mm. All the vibes.
You don't have to love it.

A pool!
Oh a pool.
The all important pool.
Take a dip.

Love dips.
Love a snack.
Of all kinds.
But yes I've said it before
and I will say it again.
I love a good pool for a nice afternoon swim.
Mhm. I think this
wins for me on the fact that it has a big yard.
Cause it's sad when you lose the yard to the pool.
It is.
It kind of becomes a concrete jungle
in your own backyard.
So, now you got it all.
What would you do about that arch thing?
What is that arch thing?
Its got to go.
I don't know.
I mean,
Hop on that bulldozer and K.O.
Is it a water feature?
Is it decorative?
Who knows.
Who knows the possibilities are endless
[Katherine] Either way I'm not.
I'm not totally convinced.
Not the house for me but
