However, it's something completely natural.

Few people truly know how damaging it is for your body to retain gas.

By doing this, the consequences for your health vary depending on how often you hold in gas. The more you do it, the more damaging it becomes. .

Why is it bad to retain gas?.

Flatulence can be caused by the food you eat, the air you inhale, or even by the bacteria produced during digestion.

It's necessary to expel gas in order to prevent health issues.

Below you can find the consequences of struggling with gas:.

Abdominal pain. Bad stench. Stomach pain.

you ready let's dive in the yellow-eyed penguin is endemic to the south east

coast of the southern island of new zealand and sub-antarctic islands it

spends most of its days out at sea up to 25 kilometers from shore they're

proficient divers that can go up to 120 metres deep they can spend up to three

days at sea before returning to land the penguin can be found on rocky coasts

grassy bluffs in scrub and forests of sea facing coasts

they hide their nest in vegetation away from the shore what are we looking for

we're looking for a yellow eyed penguin yellow eyed penguins are the fourth

largest penguin in the world they grow to 62 to 79 centimeters or 24 to 31

inches long their weight changes during the year but they are commonly around 12

pounds males are typically larger than females

this difference in appearance is known as sexual dimorphism they have slate

gray feathers on their back flippers and head their face is a light brown color

like a mocha color they have a band of yellow or white that reaches around

their head and connects to their eyes this stripe of color resembles a

headband or headphones like their name suggests they have

bright yellow eyes they're neck and stomach are white they have a long and

thin beak that is sort of a orange red color all penguins have modified wings

that are turned into flippers since Penguins are in the water so long

this is a relatively long-lived penguin they live for roughly 12 to 13 years but

one was recorded for 20 now that we have an idea what a yellow eyed

penguin looks like let's discover their diet and population health

the penguin spends most of his time out at sea if you guessed that they eat

things from the sea you would be correct the penguin spends most of its day

diving to the bottom of the sea floor they eat primarily fish that live on the

there are places that are trying to conserve the yellow-eyed penguin if I

were you I would go see this penguin while it is still here just don't go all

at once it is believed that to many tourists and the breeding grounds

results in smaller more fragile chicks being hatched she was hiking with

her friends and classmates on the southern island of New Zealand they had

been to a penguin reserve and rescued earlier in the trip while they were

hiking a guide was accompanying them for this hike

they were along the coast and the guide spotted the elusive yellow eyed penguin

they were all so excited but had to remain calm and quiet so that it

wouldn't scare it away it was running through the brush up the side of a cliff
