I want to ask you a question about this whole --

this -- this egg thing that's happening.

-Yes.

-Walk me through this and what's happening.

-Well, I had a game night at my house a few nights ago.

-Sure. -A really big one.

And I woke up in the morning,

and there was a note on my mirror in the bathroom

that said, "I've left the building. Egg."

I didn't know what that was.

And then later on,

I got a text from a phone number I didn't recognize that said --

that was just a picture of an egg that I recognized

with the Empire State building in the background.

-Yeah, we have the photo here.

So, now you -- -And I knew that egg.

And so I went into my house where that egg usually is,

and it was gone.

And I wrote back, "Who is this?"

No response.

"Hello." No response.

And then after a little while, I got another text...

of it in a New York City cab.

[ Laughter ]

-So someone -- someone is -- is -- has stolen your egg.

-Yes! So I'm texting all my friends

that were at my house the night before.

Like, "Are you any of you in New York right now?"

And everyone's like, "No, what are you talking about?"

And then I'm texting this number back.

It's not responding.

Finally, hours later, it responds again saying,

"Sorry, I don't think the egg will be returning.

It's starting to enjoy the attention."

[ Light laughter ]

Oh, no, no, no. Another one of it --

Another one -- I think someone's playing pool.

Yes, it's at a pool table.

-Whoever's doing this is genius.

So it's at a late-night pool --

It's like a pool shark or something.

-Yes. I'm like, "Who is this?"

-It's in danger right now. I mean, this is --

-And also, this is, like, a nine-pound marble egg.

-What? -What is happening?

And I have no idea who has it.

-I think it's genius.

So no one's -- no one's copping to it.

-No, I'm not even annoyed. I'm really amused.

And also, just -- It has to be someone I know.

-Yeah. -But I have no idea who it is.

And then -- And then I get that text saying,

"It's enjoying the attention."

I'm like, "What attention?"

And then a few minutes later I get this video.

-Do we have the video here? -Yes. I think so.

-All right, let's look at the video.

[ Crowd chanting "Egg, egg!" ]

[ Crowd cheering ]

[ Cheers and applause ]

Whoever's doing this is a genius.

What is, "Egg, egg, egg"?

-It's just, like, the egg.

So, by then -- by that video,

I knew immediately that it was my friend Brian.

He's part of a duo comedy sketch --

comedy sketch duo called BriTANicK.

And they -- I knew they had a show that night.

He had left early from the party to catch a red-eye

so that they could be at the show the next night.

And so I knew it was him. -Yeah.

-We do pranks on each other all the time.

And he hasn't given it back.

He's playing coy, like he doesn't know where it is now.

So he's out of town. So his friend --

I took the opportunity to be in New York today.

-Yeah. -His friend let me into --

His roommate let me into his apartment

so that I could steal something of his.

And his apartment is so bare,

I couldn't really find anything fun to take.

So I took something I knew he needed.

[ Light laughter ]

I took his shower apart.

[ Laughter and applause ]

-That is genius. And you're not kidding.

-No. -What is his name?

-Brian. -Brian.

-Brian McElhaney. -We want that egg back.

Because you actually brought video of his bathroom.

Look at your bathroom right now, Brian.

[ Laughter ]

Hey. That is awesome.

-Don't mess with me.

I'm part of a duo called Hawk and Dove.

-He's the avatar of chaos and war.

I'm the avatar of peace and order.

Balance each other out.

Her in particular, she's very warm and kind and nurturing

while also a badass and can take out bad guys.

And also sometimes,

Hawk is the damsel in distress as opposed to me.

-Yeah. -Which I love.

I love showing that a woman can be both things,

that those two things are not mutually exclusive.

A lot of times, you see a female playing one or the other.

And so being able to do both is really fun.

-Well, you're phenomenal. I want to show everyone a clip.

let alone the people I got to have screen time with

-It is the most beautiful animation.

Where they've -- The level they've come to.

-It's extraordinary.

And because it's over a two-year period that they're making it,

they're basically learning new tech,

which develops so fast.

In that time period, you know,

it's like we've gone through five iPhones.

You know, it's incredible.

So, with their craft, they're just --

They've got these new toys. They don't only master them.

You're going to get the best,

most beautiful animated film to date because of that.

-I watched it with the kids, and it was just gorgeous.

It's very -- you know, obviously snow and everything

'cause it's "The Grinch."

Doing computer-animated snow is very tricky.

I Have Learned to Be By Myself Without Feeling Lonely

If you've managed to feel good about being by yourself, you know how much it helps you have much healthier relationships and act according to what you feel, not what you think you should feel.

After a long time feeling tremendous anxiety whenever I was alone, I learned to be by myself without feeling the pressure of loneliness that used to overwhelm me.

Being by myself has helped me enjoy my own company without feeling lonely and also eliminated certain beliefs that were conditioning my behavior.

After all, on more than one occasion, I felt alone even when I was surrounded by people and I must confess that the same thing happened to me when in loving relationships.

Being Alone Doesn't Mean You're Marginalizing Yourself.

Often, people blur the lines and feel that they're isolating themselves from others.

 In fact, you may feel this way because the people around you remind you of this constantly.

It happened to me, especially when I reconciled with my solitude.

When I was fine with being alone and learned to enjoy being with myself, I started hearing things like "you're antisocial.".

However, being alone doesn't mean you're antisocial.

 I love making new friends, meeting different people, and interacting with others.

However, I enjoy my alone time and don't force myself to see my friends if I don't want to just because it's been a while since I've seen them.

Sometimes, before I felt okay with who I was, I felt a lot of pressure when there was an event that I didn't want to go to.

 A conflict brewed in my mind, and I was stuck between what I really wanted to do and what I "should" do.

The most telling thing for me was realizing that being with people wasn't always fulfilling.

I still felt empty.

Now I understand that it was because I hadn't given myself the chance of being with myself.

The Pressures of Society.

Although you may not be aware of it, society is constantly pressuring you.

 Not only the people around you pressure you, but also beliefs, advertisements, movies….

Having a partner and children seems to be a goal that, although many people don't strive to achieve, still remains the norm.

And let's not even begin with friends! It's really hard to drop friends if you changed and no longer have anything in common with them.

Often, we think that we have to have long-term relationships and that we have to cling to them because ending them also means the end of your social life.

However, you know you can make new friends.

You can also find a new partner.

You shouldn't limit yourself.

However, humans tend to do so.

People still have trouble internalizing the fact that "Endings may mean new beginnings.

" However, society has taught us to cling to things, even if those things or people hurt us.

Don't Be Afraid to Go the Other Way.

When you start walking in the opposite direction, questioning your beliefs, and stop doing what you once felt obligated to do, you feel it's an uphill battle.

It's not easy being "different.

" However, when this scares you, think of everything that was once frowned upon that is now considered OK or even successful.

Models no longer have to be thin, and there are even models with down syndrome and skin conditions.

These are just some examples that can make it easier for you to follow other paths, because remaining true to yourself will always be worth it.

When I finally understood my fear of being alone, I also became aware of the fact that I have a very low self-esteem.

Seeking outside approval, taking responsibility for how others felt, and worrying about people rejecting me were all things I used to do.

I left that all behind once I started to get to know myself better, be by myself, and realize that I didn't need anyone else.

After all, needing and choosing aren't the same things.

I can choose to have a partner or choose to hang out with my friends.

I can choose to go to a particular event, but not need it to not feel alone.

Have you ever been in this situation? Do you avoid being by yourself?.

If you've managed to feel good about being by yourself, you know how much it helps you have much healthier relationships and act according to what you feel, not what you think you should feel.

Being just 2, he lost his mother to car accident and so, the father was doing his best to spend

So, he often took him on a film set.

At the age of 7, he started getting the first roles in a theatre and within some time, he

was invited to work on TV.

The movie Y Tu Mama Tambien was the major success that helped him to enter the Hollywood

cinematography.

After it, he began getting numerous offers and so, he was featured in Milk that was nominated

for 8 Oscars, The Terminal, Elysium and so many others hit movies.

Apart from being just a talented film performer, he is also a film director and a co-owner

of a production house called Canana Productions.

The Hispanic actor never really got a possibility to get to know his mother, Fiona as she died

aged 33, when Diego was just 2.

Nonetheless, according to the movie performer, he claimed, he grew up feeling his mom being

close all the time.

He even confessed of talking to her through the dreams and even knew how she looked like.
