Hello everyone. It's Lou. We find ourselves today in

Minecraft where we will talk about enchantments.

I take you to start in my secret base and in the library

of jurassic world 1 toys from hasbro and compare them to the jurassic world -

toys or Jurassic world fallen Kingdom toys from Mattel Wow keep water

okay then we're gonna move on to the Mosasaurus these are the only two Moses

sources I have this one is mouth used to open looks like it still does a little

bullet holes everywhere looks like this guy was riddled with the machine gun

it's like what in the world and then they're plush one here although I don't

think house believe it Wow okay Hasbro did make the plush one compared to

Mattel's big huge one this guy is all rubber his mouth opens and closes his

flippers or whatever those you would call move big huge tail so this guy you

could use in your bathtub no screw holes anywhere all rubber so who wins this

round

Mattel definitely wins this round okay then we are going to move on to the

Dilophosaurus this is actually a t-rex Dilophosaurus mix over here I don't know

what it's okay okay so if you turn it do those trump and then this is like a

bright colored Dilophosaurus with bringing action there and then a regular

gray colored Dilophosaurus is the Dilophosaurus these ones are from Hasbro

these are from Mattel I think I got a couple more bye

I have to find them so that's a good show of what they look like the Hasbro

ones it did have like a squeaking noise the ferals here pop off so you could

take it back and then so I do like that one ah that one's like a grayish ones

this one's like a bright green one so I do like the factor that but you know on

the other sides of them bullet holes everywhere you got cuts for the speaker

so that takes a lot away from it but this guy is my favorite I love this

guy look at him he looks like he's this so kind of a rock and roll concert

this guy I call crazy charlie because he just goes crazy and then Hasbro

I mean Mattel sorry Mattel does a great job with designing

these and everything they do have a little venom piece I'm not sure where I

put those the flaps move back and forward so detail look wise I would pick

Mattel but you know fun wise right now I got a go at as bro because I love this

guy here okay is so cool so okay then we're gonna move on to this sorry

looking Allosaurus I mean he just looks like a clone I'm sorry it's just

terrible okay and now we are moving on to the Allosaurus this clown one here is

the one Hasbro made this is the one Mattel made Hasbro's action feature head

moved up and down opened its mouth this this guy can't even stand anymore

turn it around this guy's been riddled with bullet holes looks like a machine

gun released on him and just tore him to

pieces and then here we've got the awesome one that Mattel made chomping

mouth roaring action features arms move up and down legs move in and out like I

said roaring sounds really cool-looking so what do I say for this round for this

round what I would say is

Hasbro gone and then these are the two spinosaurus a--'s I have for Hasbro

really generic looking and then this is the one that is not quite as colorful

okay then our next comparison is Hasbro Spinosaurus s Mattel spinosaurus this

Hasbro ones could barely stand anymore but the hasbro once had the action

feature you pull it and had the battle damage once again open screws everywhere

so I did not like that at all and then they had this was their first version

same action features open wounds there but open scruples there and then Mattel

Mattel did a great job with the Spinosaurus unfortunately this guy is

not available in the US I mean I was so disappointed I had to pay a fortune to

buy this guy from the UK so I bought it on ebay but big huge spinosaurus here if

you jam a Lego piece into the neck you could keep its mouth open but ah

normally this mouth would be closed like that you have the action feature here so

he I mean ask to mega trump there ah the arms move in and out big huge claws

great coloring no screw holes anywhere so who wins this round who wins this

round is

yeah what's gonna happen to the other so Mattel definitely wins this wrong and

then Hasbro had one Cerreta Saurus with roaring action and chomping mouth okay

then our next one is Ceratosaurus who is the better Hasbro or Mattel with the

Hasbro one you have the wound here with his roaring action the mouth chomps and

open but if you turn it again Mattel listen to how much louder this war is

and it's like a continuous roar beautiful coloring the arms move the leg

moves the tail moves cool chopping action no bullet holes so which one you

think I'm gonna vote for is it a question

and they had one dime or food on with looks like it's broken it was like light

up wound there and flapping arms okay and then we have time more food on let

me know which one this is the Hasbro one okay this one's not too bad it did have

some weird noise this cell battery died so this one's alright and then this is

Mattel's Mattel's is tiny I mean it does the wings do move up and down doesn't

make noise so this one I would probably actually pick Hasbro's on this one Toba

tail comes out with the better die more foot on and far as I know they only had

one Pteranodon here with lifts this head and it flops as far as what's not

working too great and it has a wound which no longer works okay then our next

comparison was the trainer Don's these are from Mattel this single guy here is

from Hasbro so this guy here when he was working watch actually he still does

work I don't know why it doesn't spring back maybe like that

so he'll move his head and flap his wings but it's just cheap and then this

wound was supposed to open up here stopped working bullet holes everywhere

okay but when we move to Mattel's Mattel gives a really great offering of trinit

ons you can see this guy is huge

realistic flapping action the wings actually fold if you want to put it away

for storage or if you just want him to have like this link so this guy is a

really awesome looking and then they gave this other big one here that came

with the destruct estores helicopter set this one is huge also realistic looking

laughing action when you push the button he doesn't make sound but he has a

magnet here so he could rip a helicopter apart and that is and then we have they

also gave three smaller Tran Adhan skiers so this one here is a classic one

the moth does open and close the wings actually so it does have an action

button so the wings move up and down another classic one here the wings move

up and down and the mall opens and closes and one more this one is dark

green one yellow so what do I say here what I say

is Mattel is the definite winner and then they had one Pachycephalosaurus

with wound action and that was his attack okay now it's time to compare the

Pachycephalosaurus 'as this is Hasbro's these armlet Elle's Hasbro had the

wound open on the side here turn it around riddled by bullets

this one here same action feature wound over here turn it around riddled by

bullets and then ah Hasbro's once you got the battle damage

one here hit the side pops open although this one they glued the horns honk

backwards so I mean I'm not gonna change it or anything I mean that it's kind of

cool turn it around no scruples the arms do move out like that so you could have

this guy like standing up and attacking and then there coolest one today is this

Triceratops really authentic war and different Wars to the head

up and down sideways the legs all move turn it around

most scruples anywhere and then there I believe this is the place for one I

believe Hasbro still makes these so this one's just a blue one it's a little

generic but okay this one who wins if you ask me I say

Mattel wins definitely with this one here so what's this guy gonna do okay

they had to ankylosaurus says this was one section feature was a swingin Club

tail and then they had this one that's like a green color that came with armor

with the same okay then next we have the ink Leo Soros these two are the ones

Hasbro made this is the one Mattel made Hasbro you have the one with the armor

okay it's kind of cool the armor does move up and down turn it sideways

riddled with bullet holes so that's kind of disappointing that this was the first

version of the same thing action feature here I believe

his head doesn't also pop off okay you push the leg the head pops off turn it

over riddled blows Mattel's look at the detail on this guy it is so awesome

compared to those so motels here create huge spikes everywhere action feature it

has a nice big button to push air its club tail back and forth really awesome

spikes here of course a roar if you heard that different roars actually and

I mean overall this guy is so cool-looking no holes anywhere so what

do I say I say we line up these has row ones right here and we there we go

and then they also has some masks in claws so actually actually this is a

Velociraptor puff it there they had a Velociraptor I mean a t-rex puppet here

and then they had the Velociraptor claws which did not fit very good and they

were made out of hard plastic okay now we're gonna compare like masks and claws

and stuff like that so Hasbro gave these cheap plastic claws you could put them

on very unflexible very uncomfortable maybe made for a little kid you got the

Velociraptor puppet you've got a t-rex puppet but then moving on to Mattel

littell went all out they gave us some awesome rubber

Velociraptor blue claws very flexible here very cool looking so it looks

almost like a real Velociraptor they gave us a cool the neck mask here that

actually opens and closes as you talk a cool t-rex mask that opens and closes as

you talk and the best one velociraptor blues mask let me go ahead as you can

see there when I open it the ice crack it makes Velociraptor blue noises so if

you look at it from the front you can see the eyes turn to look at me so it is

really cool and when you're talking the mouth on the Dino moves up and down with

you like but because of the chinstrap okay that brings us to the end of

Hasbro's offerings I have but then Mattel has a bunch more dinos the Hasbro

never brought out you got the Baryonyx he is awesome this one has sound in

chomping action no bullet holes you got the orange Baryonyx that came with the

slime set so that is really awesome and you have a Sukkah my mess which this guy

is one of my favorites when I seen this guy at the Toy Fair in New York in

February I was like wow this guy is so cool

so I like this this is uh it's in the Spinosaurus family but it is a Sukkah -

and then of course they had the in directors which they did not have in the

first one because it was a hybrid not yet created this is the regular one and

this one is the deluxe one so this one has a switch for our movement then it

has a button for our head movement there the moths opens the eyes light up

or you could use both they are awesome and then they had some other awesome

ones you got the Stegosaurus here big huge action figure here with the tail

swinging action so if you push the spike here he swings his tail very

realistic-looking this is like rubber at the end so when you swing it it looks

like it's actually swinging and then the Carnotaurus

I love the Carnotaurus this guy that are gaming beaver calls this guy toast and I

think that's really cool so this one you could go slow fast jump jump jump jump

jump jump jump so really cool looking Carnotaurus and then they have one I

think this is one of the weirdest ones the metric has the sauce it does have

sound and everything but with the oversized jaw I mean he just looks and

then here's a few more of the different species they have like a Gallimimus you

got the stigma lockers to eat the Herrera soros so they do have a lot more

species of dinosaurs than they did with Jurassic world one so with the toys and

then on top of that they already have probably about 12 action figures where

the Jurassic world one series only had Owen and they already brought out a

bunch of awesome Jurassic world vehicles you could check out all those I have

UFO's are Real "IF" Tom Delonge To The Stars Academy Of Arts & Science Inc. - Duration: 9:36.

The question of alien contact and the UFO phenomena has been hotly debated for years.

A concerted effort has been made to paint those that believe in the existence of life

elsewhere in our galaxy and beyond as crazy oddballs locked in a basement attributing

every strange occurrence to the interference of aliens and a secret alliance with the governments

of the world.

The truth could not be more different.

The effort of government agencies to discredit the field of ufology has been immense, the

coining of the phrase "conspiracy theorist" and the government debunkers claims of people

seeing nothing more than swamp gas did for years, make most fearful of admitting that

they believed.

Disclosure has been what many have been calling for, for many years, this campaign offering

some vindication to those that have joined the ever-increasing numbers of believers in

extraterrestrials and their presence on our planet.

Now a former manager for the Department of defence, amongst others, has stood up and

confirmed UFOs are real.

This month has seen the start of a program named To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science

(TTS/AAS) Tom Delonge former Blink 182 band member heads

the company that is planning to research unexplained phenomena and develop the related technology.

This because he believes that governments have had access to alien technologies for

decades and that these technologies could break the world free of its energy crisis.

The use of greenhouse gas emitting fossil fuels could stop and the whole world would

have access to free clean energy.

And I guess his company would make a tidy little profit due to the fact Delonge has

aligned himself with the people that are said to have had access to these hidden technologies,

and would most likely lead the development of their use around the planet.

So who has Mr Delonge found that would reveal such a big secret and what credentials do

they boast?

those who spoke on a recent live stream from the company have ties to military and secretive

public companies.

Luis Elizondo was a senior career intelligence officer, he has worked with senior career

intelligence officers.

He served as the Director for the National Programs Special Management Staff in the Office

of the Secretary of Defense.

He is also the former Director of Programs to investigate Unidentified Aerial Threats

for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

This man was the source which Delonge has been talking about publicly for some time.

He has appeared on many shows and in articles but had always kept the identification of

his whistleblower a secret.

we now know that this was Eiizondo, in fact, he is credited with the idea of starting the

tts/aas project.

The day after he resigned from his position at the DOD he approached the former rocker

he told of him of the collection of unclassified data and documentation,

this is the information that will be released through the Academy's online Community of

Interest (COI) in collaboration with the US government, in the near future.

These reports on the UFO phenomenon classify them as non-threatening with no records of

hostility.

This seems odd as I have read a lot of reports that state the opposite, and those that report

being abducted I think would disagree also.

Elizondo goes on to tell of his involvement with sensitive aerospace threat identification

program focusing on unidentified aerial technologies.

He explained how this experience will be used with the new group.

His job at TTS/AAS will be to work as a liaison, and interlocutor in the collection of information

for the Science division, allowing the collection of facts for analysis.

The former DOD employee then went on record with more proof of alien visitations recounting

the first-hand contact with these crafts. he promised that the group has and will soon

release clear video footage of UFOs, this video would not be the usual grainy distance

clip shot by amateurs but official government video and correlating data.

That is something I am excited to see, let's hope he is true to his word.

The second man to speak was also a veteran of secretive programs but differed from Eiizondo

being more of an engineer.

Stephen Justice was Program Director for Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin or as it is better

known, skunkworks.

Anyone with an interest in UFOs knows about the infamous skunkworks programs they have

given the world the most advanced planes and technologies for over 60 years.

The sr71 Blackbird the stealth fighters and bombers drones and more.

Mr Justice (that would make a great superhero name ) worked in these programs for over 30

years, he will take this experience and channel it into the project with the goal of providing

advanced technologies to all.

He claims that it will be possible to harvest this advanced technology and to build a vehicle

that will allow for almost instantaneous travel through land, air, oceans and space.

The third and final expert recruited by DeLonge is Chris Mellon this man served as Deputy

Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence for two administrations, and early in his

career drafted the legislation that established the US Special Operations Command.

He told those watching the live stream how he had seen interactions between military

jets and UFOs during his time in the service, he recounted a story from 2004 telling how

the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz detected on two separate radars an unidentified object.

He said "Two F-18s approaches, the four aviators

see that the object has no wings or exhaust — it is white, oblong, some 40 ft long and

perhaps 12 ft thick", he said.

"One pilot pursues the craft while his wingman stays high.

The pilots are astonished to see the object suddenly reorient itself toward the approaching

F-18.

In a series of discrete tumbling manoeuvres that seem to defy the laws of physics, the

object takes a position directly behind the approaching F-18."

The lengthy event occurred in broad daylight off the California coast, and gun camera footage

was taken.

At one point the object went from hovering at 80,000 feet to dropping at supersonic speeds

and came to a complete stop at 50 feet above the ocean.

"More F-18's are dispatched but with similar results," Mellon stated.

"The secret machine easily evades the F-18s.

Dozens of military personnel aboard the various planes and ships involved are privy to these

interactions."

Delonge ended the broadcast with a mission statement from the four men saying

"No one person, one government, or one hidden institution should own this information and

technology."

I agree this is beyond countries and governments, these questions have answers that should be

heard by all of humanity.

We must become unified globally.

we are all earthlings, humanity, a collective species, a group that must work together for

our own betterment, especially now that we know there are other entities out there.

Luis Elizondo and others have confirmed that UFOs are a real; they exist, and they have

been officially documented.

Can anyone argue with this fact now, given where this man comes from and what he knows?

You can even buy an exercise ball and use it at home.

In this article, we'll provide a workout routine that will help you take advantage of the properties of exercise balls.

Exercise Balls To Get in Shape.

There are many different ways to exercise.

Workouts and training plans always change, and new elements are added to them.

In the case of the exercise ball, it's not only used to tone muscles, but also to improve coordination and body awareness.

Therefore, it's used in rehabilitation, in yoga, or when doing crunches.

It helps prevent twists or unexpected or violent movements, reduces the chances of injuries, and activates multiple muscle groups at the same time (because it's an object that doesn't stay still).

In addition, the exercise ball focuses on concentration and balance,improves posture, increases agility, and tones muscles faster.

Make sure you incorporate the following exercises into your exercise ball workout routine:.

Bridge.

The objective of this exercise is to strengthen the abdominal muscles, hamstrings, and gluteus muscles.

Lie on your back on a mat with your hands on your sides.

Place your calves on top of the ball and slightly raise your pelvis, forming a bridge.

Tighten your buttocks and abdomen when you raise.

Lower yourself slowly after 10 seconds.

Do 10 repetitions. Bridge with Leg Lift.

This exercise is similar to the previous one, but with some variations.

It's used to strengthen the back of the thighs and buttocks.

Starting with a "traditional" bridge, bend your knees, resting your heels on the exercise ball.

Repeat 10 times per side.

Ball Squat.

This squat is used to exercise the legs, buttocks, and back.

Stand up straight against the wall.

Hold the ball in front of you.

You can also extend your arms straight ahead to improve coordination and balance Flex your knees and dip down.

Don't forget to tighten your abs throughout the exercise.

 Once you've mastered the exercise, the next step is to do this ball squat with a dumbbell in each hand.

Crunches.

There are many ways to do crunches with an exercise ball.

Let's begin with the most basic one.

Place the exercise ball against a wall so it doesn't move.

Lie on your back on the ball.

Spread your legs a bit and rest the soles of your feet completely.

Place your hands on your neck and lift your torso.

Do 20 repetitions.

Abdominal Extensions.

This exercise is used to control and coordinate movements.

Kneel with the exercise ball in front of you.

Rest both hands on it.

Your front leg should go to a 90 degree angle.

Pull your back leg in to start position and repeat the desired reps.

Switch feet. Dumbbell Flies.

This is used to exercise the deltoids as well as to improve coordination and balance.

You'll need two dumbbells in addition to the exercise ball.

Lie face down resting your chest and belly on the exercise ball.

Bend your legs and rest your knees on the bottom of the ball, with your toes on the floor.

Take the dumbbells (one in each hand).

Start with both elbows together in front of your torso.

Open your arms to align your shoulders with your elbows.

Do 20 repetitions.
