Youtube daily Nov 4 2018

It appears that the Democratic Party might actually be evolving.

They seem to understand that people in the United States want some accountability.

And not just with this current administration, but with corrupt corporate executives who

seem to get away with any kind of crime or malfeasance that they can imagine.

This week, Democratic Senator Ron Wyden, released a draft of a new privacy bill that he and

other Democrats have been working on that would actually call for prison time for tech

company CEOs that leak your personal data.

Here's the reason this piece of legislation is so important.

Over the last two years we have seen massive data leaks, data breaches by some of the biggest

social media companies and tech companies in the United States.

Equal facts, Yahoo, Facebook, Gmail.

All of them have had these massive data leaks where the private data of US citizens was

leaked out to hackers and anyone else who knew how to access that information.

Millions, upon millions, upon millions of people, some of them had their data leaked

in almost every single one of those particular instances.

And there were many more than I didn't even list.

Democrats not only understand that cyber security here in the United States is a complete joke,

but they also seem to understand that somebody needs to be held accountable.

Right now all we've seen is a couple of small class action lawsuits come out against these

companies, which is great.

It helps make the people who are the victims whole again.

We've seen the companies have to pay [inaudible] fines.

They're multi-billion dollar companies and they pay a couple $10 million fines.

Somebody needs to be held accountable more than that.

When these tech CEOs are out there buying up these huge swaths of property down in paradise,

building multi, multi-million dollar mansions, getting away with leaking our data and never

feeling any consequences, the American public is sick and tired of it.

And the Democrats finally seem to understand that with this piece of legislation.

So here's how this new legislation would work.

First and foremost, it would create a National Do Not Track database, which means if you

register for that, your websites are no longer allowed to track your data and sell it to

third parties.

If there is a data breach and your name gets leaked, your information gets leaked from

a company that has more than $50 million per year in revenue, which would apply to Facebook,

Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo, all of them, then they're subject to criminal penalties, including jail

time.

Because these executives, including the CEOs of these companies, would be forced every

year to sign off on a cyber security assessment.

Their personal signature would have to be on that piece of paper.

And if they failed, if they let your data get out there to the public, they would be

the ones held responsible.

CEOs in the United States from all industries, oil industries, banking, industry, tech companies

have gotten away with too many crimes for far too long.

And this piece of legislation, if it is successful, would be the first time that we would have

in writing that the CEOs are absolutely responsible, liable, and will be held accountable for the

actions or the lack of actions taken by their companies.

I remember we were going to the beach at night

During the morning, we were studying side by side

Sometimes we'd fight, but in the end it was alright

So important to have someone say goodmorning and goodnight

I'd wrap my arms around you, holding you so tight

The warmth of your body would help me ease my mind

You were a huge presence, despite your height

Never would I've thought that you'd be out of sight

The way you used to look at me when we were in my bed

Your cat used to intrude, she was just searching for a friend

Was always looking forward to the days that were ahead

I should have realised there was nothing but the end

All of a sudden you were leaving my messages unread

And that day came, with all the things you said

Now I'm all alone, I feel like I'm dead

I'm full of memories I couldn't possibly forget

I keep falling for you baby, I want you to be my lady

I don't care about the nasty, It's the little things that make me

I can't get over you baby, Now you're gone and I am crazy

I don't care about the nasty, It's the little things that make me

I don't believe it, this couldn't be reality

It must be a sick joke, it's gotta be an abnormality

I don't deserve this, I want you to be here with me

It felt so right, it was how it's supposed to be

Who even am I? I'm just a nobody

Thinking I can be different, in truth I'm only a wannabe

If you could see me now, I think you would agree

It's good for both of us if you would stay away from me, I guarantee

But even though it's true

I can't bring myself to carry on through

Cause every single time it's like dejavu

It's impossible to move on without you

Every single thing that happened was true

All of those simple moments I wish I could redo

They must have meant something, our time isn't due

My hope isn't lost, there's still something to do

I keep falling for you baby, I want you to be my lady

I don't care about the nasty, It's the little things that make me

I can't get over you baby, Now you're gone and I am crazy

I don't care about the nasty, It's the little things that make me

I don't care about the nasty

It's the little things that make me

(It's the little things that make me)

How To Find Search Volume On Youtube? - Duration: 11:57.

You want to know more about search volume on YouTube, right?

Well, there are many different keyword tools that give you search volume for a YouTube

keyword.

But so many choices.

Which of these should you use?

Let's have a closer look.

There are these tools that give you an estimate using public YouTube statistics.

They give you a great rule of thumb to work with but keep in mind that they do not have

actual search volume data.

Then there are these tools that use Google search volume data.

They are great because they have real search volume data but keep in mind that Google is

not the same as YouTube.

Search behavior is different on both search engines.

For example, if people want to find out more about a car then watching a video on YouTube

makes more sense.

And if they actually want to buy the car then searching for a dealership on Google makes

more sense.

Two search engines for different purposes really.

Ok, then we have one single tool that actually has real search volume for YouTube.

Google Trends.

Seriously, that is the only tool that has search volume data for YouTube.

YouTube does not share this data with anyone else.

However, Google Trends does not show you precise search volume numbers.

One hundred just means that this is the highest search volume seen for this search term.

Only if you compare two search terms then you can see which one has more search volume.

So it's not perfect for our SEO purposes but I am glad that we have it.

And finally, there are the search bar suggestions.

These are something special.

And I will talk about them in a minute since they are really useful.

But back to the question: Which tool should you use to determine the

search volume?

Okay.

You start your research with a search term.

A keyword.

Now you want to know how much search volume it has, right?

Step 1 is to use the search bar suggestions to find out if the search term is commonly

used.

You may find out that it is not.

Then you have to look for a different search term.

No use to optimize your video for a search term that no one is searching, right?

But if the search bar suggestions tell you that it is indeed a commonly used search term

then go ahead.

But before I explain you how to use the search bar suggestions let me complete these steps.

So the next step would be to look at Google Trends.

Although this tool has "trends" in its name, for our purposes it is useful to see

if the search volume has an all time high.

Like here for example.

This would be an evergreen topic.

People are searching for "how to tie a tie" all the time.

Truly evergreen.

Btw, make sure to select "YouTube Search" here to look at YouTube search volume.

So if you are not sure if your search term is searched all the time then use Google Trends

to verify that.

And depending on what it says you may look for a different search term or go for it.

But if you already know that it is the case then you may just skip Google Trends and proceed.

Next up is using one of the additional tools to make your final decision.

So at this point you have multiple search terms that you consider targeting, consider

optimizing your video for.

But which search term should you choose?

Well, here is where the other tools become useful.

But big question: Which type of tool should you use?

The ones which estimate search volume on YouTube?

Or the ones that give you actual search volume on Google?

Well, it depends on your niche.

Do you believe that the search behavior for your niche is the same on YouTube and Google?

If yes, use one of these tools.

If no or when in doubt, use one of those tools.

Haha, sorry my friend.

It's a mess, right?

So many different tools.

But you know, that's how it is.

I also wish there was one tool that has actual search volume for YouTube.

But since there is none, we have to work with what we got.

And you may wonder why I added the search bar suggestions as step 1.

After all we could just always skip Google Trends and choose one tool in step 3 and use

only this one.

Well, I am sorry to say that but all these tools have their flaws.

They can fail us.

So we need the combination of the tools to get a dependable search volume for our search

term.

And for that reason I am helping you with all three steps with Morningfame.

It uses the search bar suggestions, Google Trends and a YouTube estimate.

It's not that complicated in the end.

Let me show you.

Here in the Morningfame keyword research tool you enter a search term.

Step one, check this symbol.

It has a red cross.

So that's a no go at step one.

Let's try another search term.

Green check.

Excellent.

That's a commonly used search term.

Onto step 2, let's quickly check if this one is an evergreen.

On Morningfame just click this Google Trends button here.

And yes, looks good.

Let's go ahead with this search term.

As I said, step 3 is all about comparing a bunch of search terms that all have passed

steps 1 and 2.

So you see Morningfame's search volume estimate here.

And now we can compare two search terms and their search volume by clicking the "Compare

with..." button.

Here you go.

This one has a higher search volume.

By the way, you can double check your decision by clicking the Google Trends button here.

Nice, right?

Here you see as well that the blue search term has a higher search volume.

Ok, that's the three steps to find search volume on YouTube.

But wait a moment.

What is it about the search bar suggestions?

Morningfame uses them automatically for you and shows the green check or the red cross.

But how does this work actually?

Let me show you.

The green check means that the search term has a minimum amount of search traffic.

So that's good to know because if you get a red cross then it is likely that people

are not searching for it.

This is critical to know because you wouldn't want to optimize your video for a search term

that no one is using, right?

Behind the scenes Morningfame is using the search bar suggestions.

And you can actually do it yourself easily.

It's convenient to have Morningfame do it for you but now I wanna show you how you can

do it yourself.

Let's go over to YouTube.

And let's say we have the search term "how to tie a tie".

We already know that this is a commonly used search term.

But look closely.

When I start entering this search term into the search bar then...

"how to tie" space.

See that!

It is already suggesting "how to tie a tie" because it is predicting that you want to

enter this search term.

Predicting.

That's the important word.

The search bar suggestions are predicting what you want to enter.

Very likely you want to enter "how to tie a tie" here.

A little less likely but still very likely you may want to search for "how to tie a

bow tie".

But how does YouTube know that?

How can it predict what you want to search?

Quite simple actually: It looks at what people searched in the past.

It looks at the actual search volume.

YouTube has the search volume of course.

It's not sharing the search volume with us but through the lens of these suggestions

we get a peek of what people commonly search for.

You know internally YouTube knows all the search terms that begin with "how to tie".

And it has their search volume numbers.

Then it chooses the ones with the highest volumes and shows them in the suggestions.

Let's try another search term: "grow a youtube channel".

But wait.

I don't enter the full search term.

I enter everything except the last word.

So "grow a youtube" space.

And here we go: "grow a youtube channel" is shown in the suggestions.

That means it is a commonly used search term.

Green check.

Morningfame does the same thing.

It enters the search term except the last word.

And if the full search term shows up in the suggestions then it shows a green check.

Otherwise it shows a red cross.

But why should we not enter the full search term?

Well, I said in the beginning that the search bar predicts what you want to enter.

Look.

It even says "search predictions" here.

And that prediction only happens when you enter just part of the search term.

If you already entered the full search term then there is nothing to predict anymore,

right?

And we want to make use of that prediction.

It is super important.

Let me explain why.

Here we have a slightly different search term: "growing a youtube channel 2018".

We enter the full search term and get these suggestions.

The problem is now that YouTube looks at all search terms that begin with "growing a

youtube channel 2018".

And it only has these five search terms.

So it shows them in the suggestions even though they may have very, very low search volume.

Because there are just no other search terms that are similar.

But look at what happens when we enter the search term expect the last word.

Without "2018".

Look at that.

"growing a youtube channel 2018" does not show up.

We have "in 2018" but not with only "2018".

Since we only entered "growing a youtube channel", well, YouTube has many more search

terms to choose from now.

And it suggests those that have the highest search volume.

Our original search term "growing a youtube channel 2018" just doesn't make it.

The other search terms are more commonly used, have higher search volume.

And that is why we must not enter the full search term.

This way we cleverly use the prediction of the search bar suggestions to get a peek into

the search volume it has under the hood.

So when you enter a search term then enter it slowly.

For example, let's check if "search bar suggestions" is a commonly used search term.

We enter "search" space.

It doesn't show up.

Now "bar" space.

Still doesn't show up.

Okay, very slowly.

"s" Nope.

Doesn't show up.

Now "u".

Bingo.

It now shows up.

But mmh.

Is it a commonly used search term?

This is actually a gray area.

We already entered most of the search term and YouTube has only 3 suggestions at this

point.

So it is not very commonly used.

Otherwise it would show up earlier when we entered less of the search term.

But since we didn't enter the full search term it was predicted.

A prediction took place to a certain extend.

So people do search this search term.

But not that many.

Okay, in these special cases use your human intuition to say if it is commonly used or

not.

In this particular case I decided that it is not commonly used and that I do not optimize

this video – the one you are watching right now – for this search term.

I mean the search term would be a good fit for this video, right?

But I chose to go for "how to find search volume on youtube" instead.

This search term already shows up when I enter just "how to find search v".

Here it is very clear that we have a commonly used search term.

And of course, Morningfame shows a green check for it.

Alright, I hope this helps!

But keep in mind one important thing: Make sure to only consider search terms that

have low enough competition.

If you have a search term with high search volume but at the same time it is too competitive

for your channel then your video won't rank and you don't get any of that search traffic.

So step 0 is to find a search term that is not too competitive.

If you want to learn more about how you can find those low competition search terms then

check out this playlist.

It contains all the tips I have that are particularly useful for small channels because small channels

cannot beat a lot of competition yet.

Cheers my friends.

Baztán Valley, Navarra, Spain - Duration: 11:12.

Hello fellow travelers!

We have come to Baztán Valley, in Navarra.

You know this area has become very famous because of Dolores Redondo's books, of which I'm a total fan.

A lot of legends, a lot of History, charming villages and gastronomy and local products!

Don't forget Nature. We are at the Navarre Pyrenees and it's really beautiful, you will enjoy!

We wanted to start the video at the Entrance Arch of Amaiur, also called Maya.

It was the last bastion of the Navarra Kingdom defenders.

BTW, they say this arch protected its citizens from the plague.

You will see a lot of coats of arms over the front doors. All of them have that chest.

It was awarded to Baztan's knights in appreciation for their involvement in the battle of Las Navas de Tolosa,

because they set their life into play.

Aguzkilores are a kind of sunflower that are located on the doors of the houses.

They protect the house from bad spirits who come to eat both cattle and shepherds.

If you have time you can visit Urdax Monastery.

It was built by Augustinian monks as a shelter for pilgrims.

We are at the main cave of Zugarramurdi caves. It is 100 meters long and 30 meters high.

In the 17th century, some groups of people would come here to practice witchcraft.

It came to the Catholic Inquisition's notice and they started a trial.

12 citizens of Zugarramurdi were killed in the fire.

It was the most important trial of the Inquisition.

Not only did people die in the fire but also others were tortured and died in jails.

Lamias (mythological beings) lived in the rivers and springs, kind of forest Sirens.

Their upper part was like a woman and their lower part like a duck or even a trout.

They say that one of the things they liked the most was to stay on rocks like this

and to brush their long hair with a golden comb.

It's worth it to climb to Akelarre's cave. The views from there to the main cave are awesome.

Well, our friends, we finally got to Etxebertzeko Borda, a beautiful restaurant that is in the middle of a valley.

Be careful with the road, you have to be patient and to pray that nobody comes towards you…

We didn't come alone on this trip. We came with some good traveler friends.

I'd like to introduce you to Mary and Pirri.

And another friend who also is going to take part in this video, Rocko…

They ordered fillet mignon, chicken… I ordered a typical Navarre T-bone steak.

I perfectly could have been born here!

Cuajada (junket) is a very typical dish from this area. They cook it over a wood fire. It's delicious!

Friends, we have to burn the steak, so we are going to go for a walk.

We are going to visit a water mill that is close to the restaurant.

It's called The Hell's Mill!

It's a magical environment. It's easy to imagine Basajaun.

He is the main lead of Dolores Redondo's first book, "El Guardian Invisible" (The Invisible Guardian).

He is the Forests Guardian.

Now we are in Elizondo, specifically where Dolores Redondo novels take place.

Behind us is Mantequerías Salazar (Salazar's grocers).

As soon as I saw the banner, shivers ran down my spine… but I don't want to spoil the book for you…

You have to know that it's not a real grocery, it's a private house.

They keep the banner from the day they filmed the movie here.

This is a real cake shop, the most famous in Elizondo, Malkorra.

They are proud to have one of the best chocolate with almonds in the world.

We will also see its famous txantxigorris,

the sweet that the killer in the novel "El Guardian Invisible" let close to the corpses…

Why is your chocolate so famous?

Because of the quality of our products. It's craft made, without preservatives…

How about your txantxigorris? What are they made of?

Its core product is pork rind.

We soften it with cinnamon, sugar, spelt flour, with no preservatives and 100% craft made.

In the past, this product just was made at home, we didn't sell it.

But, since Dolores Redondo's books became bestsellers, everybody was looking for txantxigorris

and we decided to sell them!

This is Baztán river. It's a bucolic view…

it's hard to imagine that here, on this bridge, is the place were the first corpse is found.

New stop, Aunt Engrasi's house.

Aunt Engrasi won't be here to read us tarot. It's a rural hotel.

Aunt Engrasi? She's not at home…

We are going to stop the walk along Elizondo and stop talking because our friends are thirsty…

they want to have a beer or a cider…

We got to Larraldea ciderhouse.

We will give you more information about how to get here in the description box of this video.

This is a very special ciderhouse: its production is 100% natural.

The apple orchard is there.

I don't like to pour insecticide on our apples, knowing that later you are going to drink them…

What's the difference between the Asturian cider and the Basque cider?

We drink cider when eating. They drink it as bar crawl. So theirs is softer and lighter.

Do you have the same "cider habits" as Asturian people?

I mean, share the same glass, throw the last sip on the floor…

Yes, we throw the last sip but we don't share the glass.

Basque-Navarre ciderhouses have some long tables.

People have to get up, go to the barrels, wait for your turn, so you talk with the rest of the people…

it's a very social activity.

How much is it? How do you know how many glasses they drank?

The cost is 4 euros per person.

4 euros? And you can drink whatever you want???

Yes, indeed. Of course, try not to die drinking…

Ciderhouses don't have a large menu.

The typical dishes are: chorizo with cider, bacon and now,

we are eating an omelette with cod, with organic eggs!

We are in the hotel Señorío de Ursúa, in one of its loft rooms. We love big rooms! Views are great!

In the village of Bozate there was an important population of "hagotes".

They worked as stone and wood craftsmen.

They had been discriminated against since the Medieval Age.

They said they could be Goth deserters, some people say they were Cathars who escaped from France.

This last theory makes some sense because Hagotes had white skin and blue eyes.

In 1715 they kicked them out of this area and they sent them to a new neighborhood close to Madrid,

called "Nuevo Baztán".

Nevertheless, they say some of them are still living here.

Now we are in Erratxu.

There are a lot of palaces and noble houses.

They were built by people from Baztán who made good money in America and went back to their land.

From Erratxu starts one of the most famous paths in Navarra, which goes to Xorroxin.

Xorroxin is a beautiful waterfall.

The path is very easy if you are coming with children. It will take you 2 hours at the most.

A piece of advice: walk slowly and take good shoes for mud.

It's worth it to get as close as you can to Xorroxin. It's fantastic!

We went back to Erretxu and, from here, to our house.

It's a shame we couldn't stay longer.

You know that we are looking for more ambassadors. If you want to show us your village,

send us a mail to viajandoanuestroaire@gmail.com telling us why your village is interesting.

We commit to go in less than a year, ok?

You can find us on all the social media platforms.

We will give a lot of information both in the description box and our web, www.viajandoanuestroaire.com

We daily post nice stuff: pictures, videos, comments, tips, anecdotes…

See you on our next trip! Bye!
