According to a new report by the New Yorker, Defense Secretary James Mattis has essentially
become Donald Trump's babysitter and in his role as babysitter to the President of the
United States, he has often clashed with other members of the Trump administration both current
and former, including H. R. McMaster. In fact, McMaster at one point had said that Mattis'
withholding of information from Donald Trump bordered on insubordination. Here's the information
that Mattis was keeping from Donald Trump in his role as babysitter.
He was not telling him every possible military strategy that could be invoked in any given
situation around the globe. Basically what Mattis was trying to do, was limit Donald
Trump's options so that he didn't go and launch even more missile strikes or send missiles
over to North Korea. He wanted Donald Trump to have the fewest available options that
would result in the least bad scenario for the President of the United States. And that
pissed off people like H.R. McMaster. I'm sure it pisses off guys like John Bolton,
who want to just bomb ever country on the planet and then wait and see what happens
after that, maybe send a few more missiles, if there're any survivors anywhere.
So Mattis in his official role as babysitter to the President is only withholding information
because he understands how dangerous the President of the United States truly is. This is a story
that really should frighten everyone.
We know that people in the Trump administration don't tend to last very long. Mattis has been
there for quite some time now and his days could be numbered, especially with this new
report coming out. If Donald Trump knows the truth, if he learns the truth that Mattis
is not telling him everything that he could be telling him, then yeah, I have to imagine
he's going to be kicked out of that White House pretty soon. And then you're going to
get somebody coming in, hell, maybe John Bolton will take up that role too, telling Donald
Trump about every possible scenario that could play itself out and giving Donald Trump hundreds
of different options to deal with hostile countries or countries we just don't like
around the globe. And that isn't going to end well for anyone.

a two-year-old American Bulldog was left to fend for itself in freezing
conditions in early 2018 after being tied to a tree in a park in Baltimore
the abandoned dog o was discovered by a local 35 year old Stephanie Dagon Hart
she also found a heart-rending note nearby from which the teacher learned
the truth the animal lover became dog and her determination to do everything
she could for the dignified white dog in fact daagon Hart had only been in
Patterson Park Baltimore Maryland that freezing winters day because she had her
own canines to walk the teacher had been taking her to rescue pups for a breath
of freezing fresh air on the morning of January 13th 2018 when she was given
paws they're sad an American Bulldog sitting tethered to a tree shaking and
looking lost and abandoned shocked by the state of the frozen looking dog
Dagon hearts knew she just had to help him it is unclear how long the white
pupper was tied up but it's desperately cold condition was enough to make
tagging Hart's heart take a dive but as well as being physically cold
the k-9 looked quite chilled mentally daagon Hart later described the
upsetting scene to Baltimore TV program ABC 2 News he was just sitting there so
somber and freezing cold she recalled me I could not get that out of my head he
was shaking so hard from being cold indeed the doís ghost deprived State was
so appalling the Dragonheart declared that the pitiful picture will remain in
her mind forever the dog lovers first thought was to take the abandoned animal
straight to the local Baltimore animal rescue and care shelter or BARC s but
unfortunately in perhaps understandably the Bulldog did not appear to be ready
to be approached by a stranger the cold canine seemed nervous and occasionally
ground at Dragonheart she told the ABC cameras that she felt
the animal needed space so the caring teacher decided to just sit quietly with
the shivering pupper nevertheless daagon hearts knew she had to act consequently
she called the cops to organize some help from Baltimore's Animal Welfare
Department while she waited for them to arrive
the animal lover then reached out to the local community by posting on the
neighborhood Facebook page she uploaded a picture of the portal dog in wrote
losing faith and humanity here found this pump tied up he's too scared to let

would reveal the abandoned dog owes name the teacher found a note on the grass in

alerted by Dagon Hart's Facebook update began to drift into Patterson Park armed
with things to come for Duke Dagon Hart told ABC - people started coming over
with towels with blankets with treats and saying did you try this technique or
did you try this after about an hour officers from Baltimore City Animal
Control showed up and took Dukes trave to Dagon Hart's first choice BARC s soon
the rescue center has been bombarded with adoption requests for Duke although
this was great for the abandoned American Bulldog
there was a hitch apparently there was a legal complication which meant that Duke
could not just simply be adopted straight away Bailey Deakin director of
communications of Parc s outlined this read taped technicality to abc2 news on
January 16th Deacon explained that when Duke arrived to Parc s he was on a
statutory 3-day straigh hold this meant that because Dukes owners had not given
ba RCS official responsibility for his welfare the law stated the dog would
have to stay at the center for 72 hours before the possibility of adoption
Deacon went on to say that the center understood from the note that Dukes
family was unable to keep him in want to and the BARC s spokeswoman was
particularly heartened by the dog nose tail telling abc2 that everyone in the
community just wants to give oka home I think that's just a warm spot of this

demonstrates how much the canines story struck a chord in the local community
but local well-wishers did not hesitate to also voice their concerns about Dukes
plight on social media after daagon Hart said on Facebook that she was losing
faith in humanity other commenters echoed similar thoughts one user reacted
saying I couldn't imagine the frustration or the anger that someone
would have to put a dog on a tree and tie it up like that I guess they got the
reaction or what they were looking for others were full of praise for Dukes
initial rescuer but dagon Hart was not having any of it as she told ABC - I
feel like you do have to stop you do have to stay you know it wasn't a choice
she also told the cameras that she hoped to be reunited with Duke soon but under
happier and warmer circumstances daagon Hart was also keen to commemorate the
spot where she discovered Duke she wanted a small reminder there to let
animal owners know that it is acceptable to give away a pity that can no longer
be cared for but it should be done in a responsible way
indeed BARC s is just one example of an animal rescue center that will take all
animals with no questions or exceptions deacon reassured pet owners when talking
to a saying we welcome all animals into her
care without judgment happily the same day these words from Deeping were

DIY Portraits Backgrounds - Painting with Light using Olympus Live Composite or Bulb Shooting Mode - Duration: 8:01.
In this video I am going to show you how I created unique portrait backgrounds using
different kinds of light - in camera - in the dark….
wait guys - I still need light - I'm not ready….
oh, come on really???

Hey gang!
You heard me right, I said unique portrait backgrounds - in camera - in the dark.
The possibilities with this technique are endless and it's actually a lot easier than
you might think.
I created the backgrounds by painting with light" while making the exposure.
Some of you may be thinking that light painting has been around for decades but it's not
very practical for shooting portraits.
With most cameras you would be thinking correctly.
Indeed, you can do light painting with pretty much any camera that has a BULB mode that
will allow you to lock the shutter open.
But my Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II camera, has a Live Composite feature that gives me incredible
control and dramatically simplifies the process in a way that makes it very easy to create
cool portrait backgrounds in real time.
So, I am going to show you how I did it with my Olympus camera but be sure to stay tuned
until the end and I will give you some really useful tips for doing this with other cameras
using a BULB shutter setting.
In Live Composite mode the camera shoots a series of images continuously using the same
exposure time.
All the images are combined together into a single composite, in camera.
The first image is used to record the ambient light.
After the first exposure, only the brighter pixels in any following images are used.
If nothing becomes brighter in the scene, nothing changes in the picture.
I can see that confused look on your face - so let me walk you through the steps.
I have my E-M1 Mark II and the M. Zuiko 45mm f/1.2 PRO lens mounted on a tripod.
To make the process even easier, I'm shooting tethered to my laptop using a TetherPro cable
from Tether Tools and the Olympus Capture software.
This allows me to set the computer up behind my subject like you see here and then control
the camera and watch the image build as I am moving the lights around.
To set the camera up in LIVE COMPOSITE mode you must work in Manual exposure.
So before I enter LIVE COMPOSITE Mode, I will decide on the aperture that I want to shoot
at and select a shutter speed ranging from half a second to 60 seconds.
For my studio portraits I use the camera's base ISO of 200.
Next, by dialing the shutter speed all the way down past 60 seconds I will find the LIVE
COMPOSITE setting and by clicking the menu button at this point I can tell the camera
what exposure duration I want to work with.
Two important tips that I learned while perfecting this technique…
Don't use auto focus or auto white balance.
Since I am working in a dark setting and since I will potentially move my lights in front
of my subject as well as behind my subject - I don't want the auto focus to hunt. - so
manual focus is the solution and the same with white balance, since I am using all different
colored lights - I don't want the color balance to shift during the exposure.
When I press the shutter the first time the camera records an establishing shot of the
ambient light.
This is the shot that all the other shots will build on top of.
For these portraits - I am working in a very dimly lit studio - so with an aperture of
f/11 the camera is basically recording a blank frame.
Then when I press the shutter a second time the flash fires and that image begins the
composite.
You can see on the LCD that I have my subject - but still no background.
Now the camera will continue recording images until I press the shutter button again to
stop the process.
You can see how the image builds in real time as I move the wand around behind my subject.
Pretty cool huh?
I wind up with a full resolution raw file that is exactly what I saw in the Live Preview.
You can set a duration of anywhere from half a second to 60 seconds for the composite frames
and the camera will allow you to do this for a total exposure time of up to three hours
- which is MUCH more than you need for a portrait.
I used a setting of 2 seconds and my total exposure time for most of my shots was no
more than 30 seconds.
I know some of you are already asking that question and my answer is… whatever you
have available.
Be creative!
The first shot that I showed you was done using the Yongnuo YN360 LED Video Light wand.
You can find these on Amazon for about eighty bucks - but you don't need to spend that
much money.
This background was created with 22" glow sticks that you can get a Party Store for
less than ten dollars.
I waved them around and it created a kind of smoky feel.
This colorful background was created with a pair of light up LED gloves that have different
color modes.
I purchased the gloves online for less than $15.00.
Notice that you can also move your light in front of your subject to help create a feeling
of depth in your shot.
Here is a version that I did with a black light bulb.
The possibilities are truly endless.
You could work with a flashlight or if you have a fiber optic party light or even the
light from your cell phone could be used to create a cool background.
You may remember in this video I showed you how I used the Yongnuo light wand and painted
with light to photograph the aluminum flowers.
I explained how it was a trial and error process to get the exposure just right.
With LIVE COMPOSITE there is very little trial and error.
Here is a simple product shot of an Olympus Camera done with Live Composite.
You can see that I am able to watch the light build during the exposure and that allows
me to decide where I need more light.
Notice that the light source is an iPhone.
So, you see - LIVE COMPOSITE is an extremely useful feature in many genres of photography
- not just star trails and night landscapes.
Here is a shot created by Olympus Visionary Mike Boenig.
Mike took this iconic Chicago landmark and using a 12mm lens on an Olympus OM-D E-M1
shot at f/22 with one second shutter speeds.
The live composite feature allowed him to record the theater marquis and leave the shutter
open long enough to record the headlights and taillights without over exposing the marquis.
In this shot Olympus Visionary Peter Baumgarten used the OM-D E-M1 Mark II with an 8mm fisheye
lens at f/1.8 and shutter speeds of 20 seconds.
The live composite feature prevented the light from the home and it's reflection on the
water from becoming over exposed while recording the star trails.
Here is an image by Olympus Visionary Jamie McDonald that use the Live Composite feature
with 8th of a second exposures over an 8 minute time period to record the Philadelphia skyline
and catch multiple lighting strikes.
Live Composite isn't just for shooting in the dark.
Here is a shot from Olympus Visionary Frank Smith done in daylight with a neutral density
filter using one second exposures that gives the clouds a painted effect.
If you're not using Olympus cameras you can still create your own portrait backgrounds
by using the BULB shutter setting on your camera.
The major difference is that there will be a lot more trial and error because you will
have to work out the exposure instead of having the camera do it for you.
You will need a remote shutter release that has a bulb setting to lock the shutter open
for the duration of your exposure and for portraits like the ones that I did - you will
want to work in a totally dark room so that there is no ambient light accumulating in
your frame.
If you are shooting on a bulb setting I would recommend working at a very small aperture
like f/16 or f/22.
Power up your flashes to give you enough light at that aperture and then if you are using
LED light sources like I did - you will have more time to work with adding light to your
shot instead of having the LEDS immediately overexpose and become too bright.
I hope this gives you some ideas, take this idea and run with it - go create and show
me what you come up with.

Amid Anti-Gun Attacks.
The National Rifle Association may have taken a beating in the press in March, but it certainly
didn't take a beating int the pocketbook.
According to the groups March financial disclosures, the NRA had its best month ever, with its
Political Victory Fund hauling in around $2.4 million -- nearly twice its previous record
take.
According to McClatchy, between March 1 and March 31, amid widespread protests, personal
attacks, and even a massive, nationwide march against gun rights, the NRA just kept cashing
checks.
"The total [of $2.4 million] is $1.5 million more than the organization raised during the
same time period in 2017, when it took in $884,000 in donations, and $1.6 million more
than it raised in February 2018," the magazine reported.
It's also easily the most money the NRA has ever raised in a single month since the FEC
began keeping electronic records.
The NRA's previous record for fundraising was set in the two months after the Sandy
Hook mass shooting in 2013, when the group raised $1.1 million and $1.5 million, respectively.
And most of the donations made in March came from non-corporate donors: "$1.9 million of
the $2.4 million total, came from small donors who gave less than $200," McClatchy says.
This is all obviously good news for the NRA, which found that its base becomes both aggressive
and generous when confronted with public attacks on Second Amendment rights.
Being the "bad guy" ended up paying off for the gun rights group, even if it had to endure
weeks of impassioned speeches from Parkland student activists.
This is probably bad news for anti-gun activists, however: it seems the harder they push to
regulate, limit, or even eliminate gun rights, the harder gun rights supporters push back

let's get this girl out of the package also I love how easy most of these come
out of the package this one there's two tie-downs to cut and she's free really
cool exploding a volcanic background and I do got a volcano here all set up in
our Jurassic Park dinosaur park so that is a lot of fun
anyways let's go ahead and take a look at this girl from top to bottom so here
you can see like I said the horns are on backwards
so hopefully they'll get that fixed the horns themselves are rubber so they're
flexible you're not gonna step on this and then pale your soft a little horn up
front you got the big plates in the back really great detail
I do like the coloring this girl has little tiny beady black eyes with yellow
around the outside great paint job there too movement wise yeah you get
360-degree movement though it gets a little scary there it almost seems like
you're gonna break it and then you've got up and down movement
to on the legs you got movement up like that and 360
degree movement but why they did it for this I don't know because I can't see
this one standing up and putting its arms out like that unless it's like this
and the point where it looks like something just definite on it that's the
only thing I could think I mean there's really no reason to do that I mean it's
I understand the ones that have like arms they could use to attack and then
the wound is really cool to just pull it up nice and easy go ahead get in there
or you could have another Dino attack like this her rat asaurus rip it open
and then ah you got longer legs in the back
and what dude 360 I hear noise over there so almost 360 movement legs in the
back nice short tail you got like an olive and like a brownish green colour
on top so the coloring on this girl is

out I have already reviewed Stiggy malach which would be sticky she has the
same bone plate as the Pachycephalosaurus so I believe they're
from the same family of dinosaurs okay so anyways with the Pachycephalosaurus
like I said bone plate on her head she's got little yellow and black eyes really
cool detailing on her face her head does turn 360 degrees and it moves all the
way up and down so you could move it up and have it turn up here or move it down
and have a turn when it's down there so that is cool she's got awesome colorings
it's like a darker green with like a brownish red color on top I mean I love
the striping and spotting they do on her it looks really cool and authentic once
again the battle wound win another Dino a tax are they rip open the side of her
wow that's cool I like the battle damage it reminds me of the toys I used to play
with as a kid so arms may move up and down and then
they will turn 360 degree so you can have her with her arms like this my arms
are flappy then okay sorry guys but anyways her legs really great job
texture I love the texture and the look they do art is very similar to uh if you
have any Schleich or papal dinos they make the detail really similar to that
with a Jurassic Park playability so baby so like movement wise I'm pretty good I
wouldn't take it farther you might actually pop it other dejoy you can see
here she got like plates
they did not meet the nails so that's really my only complaint about this one
and the other side of her same great wall flipper over you can see the bottom
of her is green you got the drastic world logo here

okay so we go ahead and there she is this is Patrick cephalus Flores - up -
so I have both of the Pachycephalosaurus ears right now if you touch her she
makes sound she does attack with her tail she should head but with her head
that would be kind of cool and then I odd guys the background and the Dinos
look really similar to Jurassic world the game which I have over 200 episodes
of that so if you want to see some really cool ah dinos battling check that
out so some facts the males use their foreheads to headbutt when competing I
guess similar to goats then considering her skull size she is probably
moderately intelligent her bony forehead can be up to ten inches thick waffles
that's pretty amazing and let's go ahead check out our collection so right now we
have 29 of 68 dinosaurs which if you've been following me you do have all of
those too so let's expand Sasori
Allosaurus
very yawning ah Lhasa rats would be one of three Carnotaurus one of one so what
what's cool about that is even though if you can't afford the dinosaurs the app
is free you can download it for iOS or Android by rocket or s106 and you could
have the dinosaurs in your own park without actually riding them then you've
got the rock before it that office or e36 so these are all dinosaurs I have

so I reviewed these two yesterday this one is the Battle Damage Stiggy malach
this is the battle damage Sherer a soros and this is a battle damage t-rex here i
do like this one a lot this one's just like the extreme chomping t-rex fought
with battle damage the cool thing is when pill can is pop this guy's got like
a huge time so this guy's definitely gonna addition to sing for the band
kiss looks like gene Simmons there right anyways ah this is a cool dyno so
if you want to check out the unboxing for there but the biggest one they have
they have a super roarin colossal t-rex which I also opened up this is just like
the super this is just like the colossal t-rex what this one is much cooler and
it's actually cheaper so they have this at Walmart I believe for fifty five
dollars I believe the original one was 61
this one had battle damage and Aurora where the original one did not listen to
this guy this girl's war that's just a growl
that is such a cool roar and everything else besides the Battle Damage and the
roar is the same as the original you could fit 15 full-sized action figures
in that guy's mouth you could open it here have the figures pop out of his
stomach so go ahead check out my reviews for that one and also let me know out of
these battle damage ones which one is your favorite so the cool thing about
battle damage is there is battle damage so you could have these guys like attack
each other and looks like a rip them open
grab them on the side there chop them down then go and chomp these guys down
chops or Herrera Soros chomp the sticky malakas chomp the Pachycephalosaurus or
like the gaming beaver you could play basketball
dinosaur basketball so just we miss let's try this again rah rah ah just
have to shove them in there there we go that'll work great
