Are you looking for an easy way to share a Google Form on your website? Well keep

watching in this video I'll walk you through how you can embed a Google Form

on your WordPress website and share it with your audience. Now by default

WordPress has some great form builders such as WP forms that you can use on

your website but sometimes you need something that you can share that's

outside of your website say in an email or on Facebook or something like that

and using Google Forms is an easy way to do that. So to get started let's go ahead

and create the form on Google, to do that you want to go to google.com/forms

to get started. You can see you have a few different templates that you can

choose from or we can just click blank and we'll start from scratch. From here

you can just give it a title, you can give it a description, and start off with

all the questions that you have. As you see here anything that we name as the

title it automatically selects what you might need so we'll put name here and so

it turns into a text area so people can add text. Next we'll add email and when I

click enter it's asking do we want to allow email address information and

we're saying yes. Next you can create a question and over

here you can select the drop-down to choose what type of question you want

whether it be multiple choice or single answer, fill out all the options, and then

once we're done let's go up here and click send. Once we click send we

actually want to have embed so we're going to click on the little brackets

here and we want to copy this bit of code so let's click copy. You can see it

copied to my clipboard and now that we have it copied and we have a new form

created we can go to our website so we can add it to our post or a page where

we want it to go. So let's head over to our WordPress dashboard. From our

dashboard you can create a page or a post I'm going to do a post for this so

we'll go to posts, add new, and down here in the text editor area we want to make

sure we're not in visual we want to go into the text part so that we can right

click and paste that code that we copied

and you see as soon as we paste it it goes right here. Once we do that we can save

it or we can publish it, I'll click publish, and then we can view the post on

our website to see it in action and now you've successfully added a Google Form

on your website. Did you learn something from today's video? If so subscribe to

our YouTube channel and we'll send more helpful tips to help you manage your

WordPress website and thanks for watching

How Cars Got Safe | WheelHouse | Donut Media - Duration: 8:15.

(upbeat music)

- Most new cars are already really safe from the factory.

Things like modern computers, combined with decades

of car design experience have made modern cars

safer than ever before.

But experience doesn't come without making mistakes.

And computers haven't always existed.

Were cars death boxes of metal in the early years?

Well...

(car screeching)

Yeah.

So how'd we go from unsurvivable death traps

to the cars we know today?

When the first automobiles arrived in the 1880s,

inventors like Karl Benz weren't concerned

about the safety of their creations.

Instead, these early vehicles focused on more

important things, like running around without falling apart.

And getting out of the poop stream of a horse.

(retching)

Just take a look at the Benz Patent-Motorwagen,

a very early motorized vehicle.

This thing is basically a bench on wheels,

with an engine strapped on for kicks.

By the early 1900s, more and more of the well-to-do

were purchasing cars to replace their horse and carriage.

Out of self-preservation, these early cars

had some concessions to safety, like brakes and lights.

But the brakes was just a stick with some wood

that pushed against your wheel and the lights

were less powerful than the one on your phone.

For the most part though, safety was left

in the hands of the automakers alone.

Some speed limits were imposed, but those were more or less

to look out for the people not in cars.

With few developed roads and rudimentary technology,

these early cars didn't often travel at high speeds anyway.

As the technology matured and companies like Ford

started to introduce more efficient construction methods,

more people could actually afford to buy cars.

This increase in drivers forced governments

to start building infrastructure, such as paved roads,

which did improve safety for drivers,

but automakers and safety equipment

were completely unregulated.

(musical horns blaring)

- [Announcer] May of 1945 saw the lights go on again.

- The second World War proved to be a reset button

for the car industry.

With no cars produced for almost five years,

automakers had to fill empty dealer lots

for the returning G.I.'s, anxious to spend their pay.

In designing these new models, developments from the war,

such as improved manufacturing and materials,

could be applied to the cars being built.

These improved materials made the car stronger and safer.

But for the most part, automakers returned to building

along the same formula as before,

with safety as an afterthought.

It wasn't long ago until the returning G.I.'s

began having families and wanted to protect those families.

This led many automakers to begin offering

optional safety equipment on their models.

Ford introduced optional lap belts, and Volvo introduced

the first three-point seat belt in 1959.

After seat belt legislation was introduced in the U.S.,

the ability to survive a crash uninjured increased by 40%,

and mild injuries decreased by 35%.

That's a big deal.

With seat belts, manufacturers figured they had done enough.

But a guy named Ralph Nader published a scathing report

in 1965 on the lack of safety, titled, Unsafe At Any Speed.

This was the book that killed the Corvair.

For a number of reasons, the Corvair had particularly

horrible safety statistics.

Some of this had to do with a unique design

that required underinflated tires for proper handling.

But the rest of the safety issues were just because

it was a car and cars weren't safe.

Nader's book took a deep dive into every aspect

of design that made the car unsafe.

What made the book revelatory, however,

(gentle music)

was the fact that Nader exposed the fact that

Chevy knew the car was unsafe and didn't make it safer

because making it safer would cost them money.

People didn't like the idea that companies

placed more value on profits than human life,

and soon, public demand forced government regulations,

regarding safety to be implemented in America.

Two short years after Unsafe At Any Speed,

the U.S. government formed

the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration,

and introduced the first

Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard.

These new requirements on automakers

selling cars in the U.S. coincided

with OPEC's 1973 oil embargo.

While it may seem that these two

would not influence one another,

the timing of these two events proved to have some

not great effects on the auto industry.

All that safety equipment, which weighed a ton,

combined with the miserly fuel-sipping engines

proved to create an entire decade of slow,

lethargic, 1970s American metal,

wearing terrible low-impact bumpers.

This period of malaise, which is what it's now called,

finally came to an end, thanks to the biggest thing

to happen to cars since cars.

(upbeat music)

By the 1980s, automakers had access to the levels

of computing power that would allow them

to digitally design a car and model its crash behavior

without having to actually build and crash an entire car.

Computer-aided design or CAD led to the development

of new ways to meet government regulations

on passenger vehicle safety.

The most impactful of these was the widespread adoption

of crumple zones.

Car companies build a super strong center cell

around the passenger compartment,

while designing the front and rear sections

to manage as much impact as possible.

This is still largely how we design

and build our cars today.

After a crash, cars can be absolutely mangled,

but the people who walk away

can survive relatively unharmed.

To prove that crumple zones worked, automakers started using

crash test dummies borrowed from the aerospace industry.

These dummies measured the force of impacts,

and while they showed that the center section

in the new construction method was sufficiently strong,

the restraints on the occupants were not.

This led to the introduction of passive restraints.

Or airbags.

Because a seat belt is always holding you,

and will be used no matter what in a crash,

it is considered active,

while the airbag is considered passive,

because it deploys only during a crash

and may not ever be used.

The design and testing methods pioneered in the 1980s

led to an exponential improvement in car safety,

that may not have been possible without computers.

In the 1990s and the early 21st century,

computers would continue to provide

the main increase in automotive safety.

But now, it's because the computers

are fitting inside the cars.

- [Narrator] A shadowy flight into the dangerous.

- In the beginning, computer-controlled driver aids

mainly consisted of anti-slip traction control systems.

They were primitive compared to modern technology.

But technology quickly increased

and cars today are safer than ever.

Systems like Tesla's Autopilot

and Cadillac's Super Cruise are hinting at the future.

Allowing the car to guide itself

using onboard sensors and computers

for short distances and times under certain conditions.

And the best part is that if your car kills you

in autopilot, you weren't paying attention,

so you died peacefully without any fear of imminent death

that wakes me every evening

in a cold sweat from my nightmares.

As these technologies increase, less and less

human intervention will be required.

This will not only make for a more relaxed

driving experience, but will also remove

the most unpredictable aspect of cars on the road,

humans.

- He ran me over, I jumped on the hood,

call the police for me!

- [Female] Okay!

Cold Case with Joe Hartzler - Duration: 3:00.

(Law and Order chunk-chunk)

- Damn.

With no new leads and the girl still missing,

looks like it's another cold case.

- Did someone say...

cold case?

- Hey, all right Tom!

- Heads up, Bruce!

- Just what we needed.

Coolest cop award goes to Tom.

- Aw, c'mon.

- [Kelly] Nice.

- [Voiceover] It was perfect, but,

could I ever feel that way again?

(Law and Order chunk-chunk)

- Hey Kelly, how'd the perp in that bust

on 5th and Broad wind up?

- 10 years.

- Hey, Kelly, how about that missing girl?

- Still a cold case Tom, same as yesterday.

- Somebody say cold case?

- Sure why not?

- Heads up, Bruce!

Woo!

Lieutenant!

- No.

- Okay.

- [Voiceover] The moment just didn't feel as good

as that first time, and it never would again,

even though I tried, over and over.

- Cold case?

Heads up, Bruce.

(Law and Order chunk-chunk)

- [Voiceover] Then things got worse.

The force actually started solving the cold cases.

- Got 'em.

Man, I can't believe we solved all those cold cases.

- Aw, c'mon Lieutenant, it was a piece of cake.

- Hey, did somebody say piece of cake?

- (laughs)

- Aw, that's a really solid joke Bruce.

- [Voiceover] I did the only thing left.

I had to create the cold cases.

- Dammit.

Three more cold cases.

- Did someone say cold case?

- Not now, Tom.

- Heads up, Bruce.

(splat)

- Bruce was murdered.

Don't you remember?

He's one of the cold cases, you asshole.

- Did somebody say cold case?

- Tom!

You used to be cool.

- Now, I hate you.

(Law and Order chunk chunk)

- Who else we got?

- Investigating the murder of a teenage male.

Six foot three inches.

- Sounds like a real tall boy.

- [Kelly] (laughing) And he's holding a tall boy.

- Yeah. (laughing)

He's holding a tall boy.

- Tom.

- It's a tall boy, he's got a tall boy.

- Tom's back! Tom, Tom! - Tall boy beer!

- Tom! Tom! Tom! Tom! Tom! Tom!

- [Voiceover] There I was, back on top of the world.

26 Inch Weber Kettle Grill Review - 26 Inch Weber Kettle vs. 22 Inch Weber Kettle - Duration: 5:55.

what is up everybody this is Lyle with no hippie BBQ what I want to do today is

come at you with a little bit kind of a preview of this Weber Kettle twenty six

point seven five inch kettle grill that I just picked up I happen to buy this on

Amazon they have done Amazon at around three hundred dollars on the Weber on

the Weber grills website it was like three hundred forty nine dollars so if

you plan on getting this amazon's probably the place to go anyway got this

because I've been doing a lot of cooks and ever since I bought this kettle

grill over here I've been doing a lot of a long duration cooks on it and I

figured a little bit more room would probably work so we went ahead and got

this the first thing I noticed when it came in was how big it was I could not

believe the size of this thing it's not only obviously wider but it's

taller as well anyway instead of talking about it let's kind of come on in and

take a look at some of the things that are a little bit different between the

two not only just in size but some of the other things as well the things

that's a little bit different than this than some other grills is it does have a

temperature thermometer on it my other twenty-two has the temperature

thermometer as well you also have if you take a look at this damper here it has a

little bit of it has this rubber piece on it so that actually will come in

pretty helpful sometimes it gets a little hot without that on there one of

the other things it does have this and you just slide the lid back I like that

I don't have that on my model right now as far as the great stone they do have

the flippable grate right here so it's easy to add charcoal we're going to set

this aside now I happen to be rocking this with the slow and sear and I'm

telling you this attachment here is the main reason why I started falling in

love with this other kettle grill because it did allow me to go you know

12 14 hours on cooks where as I wasn't able to do that before anyway i'ma go

ahead and pull this out this is an that you could buy from the adrenalin

barbecue company I'm gonna leave a link to that in the description below but

what this came with was you have to charcoal baskets right so you can set

this off to the side and you can kind of have charcoal you know on either side

and then cook in the middle what I think it would come in handy for since this is

such a big grill is if you wanted to kind of cut down your cooking area I

might bring these baskets in like this you know so I'm not having to fill this

whole thing with charcoal and just have them kind of right here just wait and

pull these out now you know one things I'm seeing in this grill you know

everything is painted it has a nice finish on it it does look like there's a

little bit of pink dripping in here which is fine I really don't care about

that the outside didn't seem to have that same issue that I can see so anyway

just like the you know just like every other kettle grill out there you have

the ash thing or where you can control airflow to control your temperatures

let's go ahead and set this back in look forward to cooking some pork lid on this

tonight I'm gonna be doing two pretty large pork butts on that we'll be using

that slow Z right there so another difference between this and the 22

inches the wheels are a little bit bigger

what are those they look about what 20 inches right there now they're probably

about 6 inches but I'm gonna keep them clean though anyway that's a nice little

upgrade you got the little hub cap thing on it keep you looking fresh the

difference is you have your ash catcher on this one you kind of lift it up and

twist it on this ash catcher over here you squeeze it

and then you lower it and then you spin that out so that's a little bit of a

difference I think you know I'm not sure why they made that change I think both

of those are going to work just as fine really I'm not sure if there's a whole

lot of difference in these two that is markable other than the fact that you

can get a whole lot of food in this one compared to this one so I am extremely

excited to get this thing rocking tonight the change that I forgot to

mention is that these legs that are on this kettle here and mine might be a

little bit older I'm not sure but this one has some pins that will keep the

legs from falling out I am one of those few people that have decided to move my

kettle grill and the leg fell out of it so that definitely is something that I

like right there anyway my thoughts on this initially is that this is probably

going to replace my weber smokey mountain I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep

it or not but really I think this is gonna do everything that that does and

it's definitely going to replace that I may keep it around I'm not sure about

that but for the 150 dollar difference between this and this I think the size

makes up for it anyway like I said I'm gonna do some pork butts on this tonight

you know I will see if my feelings change after cooking on it anyway thanks

for stopping by no hippie BBQ I appreciate it comment subscribe I'm out

Jeep Wrangler Yukon Gear Dana 30F/44R Ring 5.13 Gear and Pinion Kit (2007-2018 JK) Review - Duration: 6:36.

When you lift your Jeep and stick bigger tires underneath your fenders, you're going to lose

some acceleration, performance, and fuel economy.

Regearing will regain those numbers lost making a more comfortable and a more tolerable ride

in your JK.

This ring and pinion combo that I have here by Yukon Gear will be a 5.13 gear ratio for

the '07 to '18 non-Rubicon owner looking for both the front and the back ring and pinion

gears.

Because the Rubicon and the non-Rubicon have different size differentials, the kits to

differ so make sure you get the right one for your JK.

The non-Rubicons will have a Dana 30 in the front and a Dana 44 in the back and this kit

has gears sized for those differentials.

I would like to mention that in your front differential, your stock gear size will matter.

If you have a 3.21 stock gear, you will need to upgrade your carrier in order to fit the

larger ring gear.

If you have a 3.73 gear ratio or numerically higher currently, your carrier from the factory

will be able to hold the larger ring gear.

Also, choosing the right gear ratio will depend on your year, transmission, and tire size.

You can find tools and charts on our site in our learning center.

The charts will be underneath our drivetrain section for when and why you should regear

your Wrangler.

I would also like to mention that this will be a three out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter and unless you are a professional, I would take your Jeep to a trusted shop for

installation.

Yukon is a very well-known brand for its gears and axles, and it's proven in the construction

of their gears.

They're manufactured with designs to handle high-torque and very stressful situations,

as they should, being one of the main components of your driveline.

A lot of times you can get new gears and they can whine after some wear, but Yukon has designed

these to be the quietest gears yet, as well as being super smooth.

This 5.13 gear kit will come with the ring and pinion for both the front Dana 30 and

the rear Dana 44.

I would like to mention that this just comes with those ring and pinion gears and does

not come with any of the hardware needed to install them.

We do offer minor install kits with shim kits and basic bearings, as well as master overhaul

kits with all the bearings, gaskets, and seals.

I always usually recommend a master overhaul kit because when you're already in your differential,

it's always a good time to maintenance and replace those bearings and parts.

However, if you have low miles on your JK or it's brand new, a minor install kit will

do just the trick.

Like I mentioned before, you will need a carrier to accommodate a ring gear that is 3.73 or

numerically higher and if you have 3.21s, you'll need a new open differential carrier

or you can just take this opportunity, like I did with my JK, and upgrade your front carrier

to a locker.

You will only need to do this for the front Dana 30 because the rear carrier in the larger

Dana 44 will be able to accommodate that larger ring gear.

I did mention before that the gear ratio will depend on the trans, the engine, and what

tires you have, as well as performance that you're looking to achieve.

The charts will show you which range you want to be in whether it be in the minimum gear

ratio allowed for your setup with okay performance and mild trail use, a good daily driving gear

with full-time overdrive and moderate trail use, or for a gearset that is still a fairly

daily driver but it will have a higher performance for torque and rock crawling at higher elevations.

As long as you know your tire size you have or what tire size you're looking to run, the

conversion will be fairly easy to figure out what gears are right for you and your JK.

The price on these is pretty fair since this is usually a higher priced modification at

right around $485.

In the 5.13 category, this will be your most expensive option for a kit that just comes

with the ring and pinion gears.

Other brands like Alloy USA and G2 will be about $80 cheaper, however, like I mentioned,

Yukon is very well known for their quality.

Now, with all of these kits, you will have to keep in mind that you will need an install

kit for the front as well as the back differential, so that will jump the price up depending on

what you need between a master overhaul kit or a minor install kit.

We have those options underneath our install kit sections on the ring and pinion page but

do keep in mind that those kits will differ depending on if you have a Rubicon or a non-Rubicon

as well as your year.

If you didn't want to go through the hassle of all of those kits and just wanted a one-stop

shop, we do also have options on the page for 5.13 gears with included master overhaul

kits.

Overall, if you don't mind paying a couple extra bucks for a brand that you can trust

with quality components, Yukon has you covered.

Install will be a three out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and I highly recommend

going to a professional to have your gears properly installed.

Installing your gears is very in-depth and having the right gear tolerances is crucial

to have them last a long time.

Installing them improperly can lead to faster wear so I would definitely take it to a local

Jeep shop that you trust.

To give you a little bit of insight on what goes into installing these gears, you'll need

to drain the diff, remove the diff cover and the axles so you can get inside the differential

to the carrier.

Once you remove the carrier, you can get down to the nitty-gritty.

There's honestly a lot of numbers involved with gear tolerances, including measuring

your backlash, your pinion depth, and carrier and pinion-bearing pre-load.

Backlash is the clearance between the gear teeth that let the gears mesh without binding

and provides space to lubricate the gears with oil preventing any tooth damage and overheating

from friction.

Measuring pinion depth is also very important and it's how far the pinion gear extends inside

the differential housing to help create a good backlash.

And lastly, pre-load on your bearings is also very essential which will maintain the correct

amount of stress for the meshing of the gears to create accurate displacements of gear movement

and increase your bearing's rigidity overall, especially with being the main force of your

driveline.

After everything is shimmed and put back into your differential housing, it's just a matter

of putting those components that we took off earlier back on and filling up with the right

amount of gear oil.

So if you're looking to upgrade the performance in your JK, this 5.13 gearset by Yukon will

be a great option to check out.

This is Merideth with XT, and you can find these gears and everything else Wrangler,

right here at extremeterrain.com.

Right, so you're looking at your iPhone.

First question is are you pressing the power button and it won't move?

Is it jammed?

Or are you pressing the button and it feels normal but phone isn't doing anything?

In either case, the first thing we want to do is give ourselves a good little backup

and fortunately Apple built one in AssistiveTouch so we can set that up real quick.

I'll set up a virtual button on the screen of your iPhone.

It can do a whole bunch of cool stuff that you do in turn off restart software power

button.

So open the settings app tap General tap accessibility tap AssistiveTouch.

It's here somewhere.

There it is.

And turn that switch next to AssistiveTouch indeed.

There's a little virtual button.

You can drag it all over the screen, right.

You can press it.

You can do stuff.

You can press device, press device and then if you press on all blocks Yep, the lock screen

button is the power button.

Look at that.

You can slide it power off your iPhone.

You can pretty much do anything you want.

Yeah, so let's leave it for now.

Yeah, so we have AssistiveTouch turned on that's our backup.

If you really wanted to you could just kind of deal with that and live with that for ever.

Well, not necessarily because if the power button feels normal to you and you could press

it but it's just not doing anything.

It could be a software problem because it's your iPhone software that decides what to

do when anything happens.

So the power button gets pressed that's an event gets set to the software and the software

is not working right?

It's gonna be like I don't care now before we get to the deeper software fixes.

One thing we want to recommend real quick is if you're using a case on your iPhone try

taking it off and using the power button, then sometimes those cheap cases they just

don't work.

Well so you took off your iPhone case power button still isn't working.

And what do we do?

The first thing we're going to do is troubleshoot the software and then we'll move on to Hardware.

Okay.

So a good first step with any software issue is to hard reset your iPhone.

Now, how are we going to hard reset your iPhone if the power button isn't working well, A

little bit different but we're going to actually shut off your iPhone using the settings app.

So open the Settings app, tap General scroll all the way down to shut down that we should

mention here.

Yeah in yourself while by power button is working more on how am I supposed to turn

it back on again?

And I'll say well hold your horses.

What you need to do is if your iPhone is off and you plug it into power it will turn back

on of its own accord.

Now, that's not what I was going to say.

I was going to say that the shutdown button is a new iOS 11 thing.

So if you're running an older iOS version on your iPhone, you might not see the shutdown

option.

This is a good point.

You can turn off your iPhone using the AssistiveTouch button like we showed you device press and

hold lock screen swipe Slide the power smartypants.

So you shut down your iPhone shut down slide to power off connected to a power source and

your lightning cable and turn to turns back on automatically.

So now we're going to test again is your power button still not working or does it work if

it works now all of a sudden we've got a software issue and we need to fix that.

When a hardware component isn't working because of a software issue though.

It's usually a pretty deep software problem.

So what we need to do is a dfu restore and we've got a great dfu restore video to walk

you through the entire process of the dfu restore will link to that in the card above

up here.

And uh, yeah, so you if you if you restore your iPhone restored its restored, well, it's

not working then we got to get repair.

But before let's just back it up and if you're a power button is stuck.

Let's say you were one of these cases where it was working before but maybe it doesn't

feel right or it's totally stuck in.

What do we do?

Well, I do nothing like it's pretty sad and you probably don't want to try to break into

your iPhone because you could end up doing more harm than good.

Yeah.

I mean once these things are gone.

There's like a little spring fits inside the phone that makes it all, you know, it works

makes it Poppy and springy but if soon as that goes, you know, you're done got over

party over so you need to get your iPhone repair and we recommend Apple if your AppleCare+

or Puls and on-demand repair service.

They'll send a technician to you to repair your Phone on-the-spot with a lifetime warranty.

Yeah, it's great great service.

We recommend it will leave links to Apple and Paulson description section below and

that is what to do when your iPhone power button isn't working.
