Amath Ndiaye is one of the surprise packages from this season's LaLiga Santander.

Lord and master of Getafe's left wing, this 21-year old Senegalese player has been a mainstay

in Jose Bordalas's team throughout the campaign.

Having come though the Valladolid and Atletico Madrid academies,

he spent last season out on loan to Tenerife and played a crucial part in the club's campaign scoring

12 goals in 35 games.

His performances were so impressive Getafe signed him last summer giving him the chance to play in the best

league in the world.

Amath proved his worth from his first day at Bordalas and made his debut in an unforgettable setting:

San Mames on the first matchday of the championship.

Speed, competitivity and penetration are the major strengths of Amath Ndiaye.

Although he works hard in defence he especially shines in attack;

as shown by his goals against Deportivo and Las Palmas.

It's not been his best season from a goalscoring perspective,

but his teammate Angel must be grateful for the numerous assists Amath has provided him.

Amath is the present and future of LaLiga Santander.

A distinguished member of that select group of 'One club men' who have featured in Spanish football in recent years.

Julen Guerrero spent his entire career with one club: Athletic Bilbao.

The 'Lion King', the name by which he was known to Athletic fans,

started playing for the Basque's side's junior outfits from the age of 8.

And carried on playing for the club until his retirement in 2006.

Julen was one of the most sought after players throughout the 90s.

But despite the interest of Barcelona, Real Madrid and other big European clubs,

he resisted all offers and stayed faithful to his Athletic.

Guerrero was only 18 when he made his debut in LaLiga under the charge of the German Juup Heynckes.

At the age of 20 he played for Spain in the 1994 World Cup.

As far as the big Basque derby was concerned, the legendary number '8' played 18

times against Real Sociedad, managing just one goal in the process.

In all, Guerrero played almost 400 top flight games for Athletic, scoring a total of 101 goals.

His greatest success with the Basque club was achieving second spot in the 1997/98 season.

His statistics mark him out as an exceptionable player and a major figure in

the history of one of the clubs with most tradition in Spanish football.

"I was born here, I supported Real from a very young age. I loved football, when I was eleven or twelve they

called me up and I've been enjoying myself here ever since."

"When I began here at the age of eleven or twelve, I never imagined I would make it to the first team.

I made it, but the difficult thing was to keep my place. A lot of players make a debut, but we always say the

difficult thing is to stay on in the first team."

"It's become a routine, it's part of my life and that's how I take it. I'm at ease and very happy."

"At the moment I'm the third captain. There's Xabi, who retires at the end of the season which is a shame

considering all he's done for the club. I'd like him to go on for another year. He's given so much to this club and

to football in general, it's a shame he's leaving."

"I think Xabi is a great example to all young players. He's someone to respect. He treats the young players as if

they were part of his family, like a brother, that makes everything so much easier. Apart from that at both a

personal and footballing level he's a ten. He' taught us a lot both on and off the pitch. He's a great example.

"Seeing how things went last year, we were hoping to continue in the same vein, but everything went wrong

quite early on. Although we started OK, we then hit a slump and we haven't been able to change things round

"Just this season I've started to get a good few goals and in that sense I'm happy because I haven't scored that

"We've been working with him for three or four weeks and the fact is I'm enjoying it. I like his coaching methods

and the way he prepares matches. I didn't coincide with him in the academy but I like what he's doing. Of course,

the outcome doesn't just depend on him but let's see if we can have a good end to the season.

Now let's get back to our index.html and beneath all those script source, those were involved

to run this page as a whole, beneath that we will be creating a new script tag....

So we have created a script tag here.

So this is the first thing that we need to set; display of this particular font awesome

icon- when it should display or when it should not that will be depending on this particular

script.

So this is what we need to create first.

In the first case all we are going to do...

Now we need to use a function here which is known as scrollTop().

Now we have to assign that particular class name that we have listed, on which particular

div or particular selector all these things are going to happen?

That means we have stated here and if else condition which states that do this function

when the particular page is at a height of greater than 100.

Then we need to fadeIn(); which class should it fade in?

This particular class.

Else, what is going to happen?

Now let's talk about our intention.

We want our particular class to appear whenever it is below a certain, a particular height

for say it is 100px.

Then it should appear and if the condition is not met, the page is on the top of the

browser, then there's practically no need to inherit this particular icon over here.

So that is why that icon will be disappeared when the page is on top.

But when the page is scrolled down to 100px height, that means if the height is now greater

than 100px, only then this icon will appear and it will let us on clicking to reach on

top of this particular page.

So that is why we have set this condition; at a height greater than 100px, scrollTop()

function will make this particular class 'scroll-top' to fade in.

Else, in the else condition when the page is on the top then there's absolutely no need

to display that particular icon and hence this fadeOut() option well then act and the

icon will be disappeared.

Now all we need to do we need to make some animation.

Another thing.

This will be surely a mistake if we do not specify whether it is a class or an ID.

So in each case whenever you are copying this do not forget to mention whether it is a class,

or it is an ID.

So in this particular case we have used our class here.

This is the class, 'scroll-top'.

So you need to mention it here.

Now all we are going to do we are mentioning...

The first thing is where should this scroll take place?

Is that it is practically should be in the windows scroll option.

So we need to mention that over here.

So that is what we need to mention here.

We need to activate this scroll() function.

Copy this And right beneath this else part where it is now ended; we have to close this

Windows scroll() function.

So we have defined this window scroll() function.

What is it exactly doing over here?

It is practically measuring the scrolling amount and that is why it is been adopted

over here.

Now it is almost clear and ok.

So now if we press control + s and get back to our project and reload if we get back,

click and you can see that the animation is now going on.

We can see now that the animation is present in to our page and everything is working quite

well.

So these are the things that we need to remember while creating this 'back to top button'.

The first thing all you need to do you need to wrap your entire page with a common ID

which is known as 'top' in this particular case and it is provided to the 'body 'segment

of your HTML page.

In the second case we need to create that clicking element on clicking which all these

things will happen.

So in the second case we created that particular element.

We need to decorate it so that is why we have decorated it into our custom style sheet and

here we have made all those things those are needed.

And in the last case we need to implement that particular JavaScript, we need to implement

that particular jQuery which will be acting in this particular case.

So all those things are the required steps to do this and the result will be something

like this one.

So if we now click here we can see that on clicking this particular element we can reach

on top of the page.
