If there is any kind of positive outcome, which I know is weird to say, from all of

this Brett Kavanaugh drama that's been happening.

All the women who have come out and accused him of sexual assault, yet Republicans insisting

that he be nominated and confirmed for the U.S. Supreme Court in spite of his torrid

history.

The only good thing to come out of this is the fact that women, according to the latest

polls, are starting to see exactly what the Republican party is.

It's a party of white males by white males for white males.

That is why the latest rounds of polling show double digit decreases in the amount of support

that Republican women have for their own party.

With Brett Kavanaugh alone, in the last week, support for him fell by 18 points among Republican

women.

Support for Donald Trump among Republican women has fallen by 19 points in the last

week and a half.

We're almost at 20%, a 20% drop in support among Republican women.

Let's not forget that white women here in the United States voted, the majority of them,

for Donald Trump.

They thought he was a decent enough guy in spite of the Access Hollywood tape, in spite

of all the sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Maybe they thought at the time it was a one off thing, or maybe something he had done

earlier in his life and he's moved on.

He's not that kind of guy anymore.

But after a year and a half of watching this guy in office, watching him consistently side

with the accused without ever once giving accusers the benefit of the doubt and instead

attacking them, I think Republican women are starting to wake up and understand what this

man and his entire party are all about.

It is not a party that has any space whatsoever for women in the United States.

They don't care about your health.

They don't care about your bodies.

They only care about the parts they're allowed to regulated, and they certainly don't care

about consent.

I know there's still plenty of Republican women out there who are going to defend the

Republican party til death.

They have come out publicly and said, "Oh, even if Kavanaugh did this, all boys do this.

So it's okay."

They said that being groped by men isn't that big of a deal.

Girls should just get used to it.

So yeah, you're never going to change that psychotic mindset because that's what it is.

That is truly a psychosis among some of these Republican women.

But the ones out there who are still independent thinkers, the ones who understand that this

is not the way the country is supposed to work, these are not the words the president's

supposed to say, this is not the kind of behavior we should be seeing from our elected officials

or from someone who wants to be on the Supreme Court, they're waking up.

They're realizing that we can do better as a country.

We can do better for our daughters.

We can do better for our sons.

We sure as hell can demand better from the people that we send to Washington DC.

With only a few weeks to go before the midterms, this is a really, really bad time for the

Republican party to be losing 20% of their women.

But hopefully this isn't just a one off.

I'm hoping that this is a permanent seat change with some of these people because these women

need to understand because we've been watching it for decades now.

The Republican party, as it stands right now, is never going to care about women.

They're always going to think they're beneath them, and they're always going to rule in

a way that shows that.

The only way for you to keep your voice heard and your voice in a position where it matters

is to vote these old, aging white guys who hate women out of office.

But, luckily, you have a chance to do that in just a few weeks.

The History Of MegaMan Box Art From 1 to 11 - Gaijillionaire's Club GTV - Duration: 17:40.

In this episode, let's celebrate the release of MegaMan 11 by looking back at the good

the bad and the ugly of MegaMan box art of years gone by!

This is GTV!

The channel no other can beat!

The greatest day for MegaMan fans in almost a decade is here!

The release of MegaMan 11!!

In Japan it's known as Rock Man 11 and in Europe slash Australia slash New Zealand it's

called Mega Man 11.

And all throughout 2018!

As I was waiting for this game, I took stock of my life and really counted my blessings.

At least those Megaman related.

Because For the first time really, A MegaMan OR RockMan Game is hitting all 3 regions on

all 3 game machines at the same time and they all have the same boxart!

I mean even the anniversary collections of recent years couldn't get it together!

Now if you got on the gaming train before the 2010s then you might not know what a pain

it was waiting to get those games from Japan.

It used to frustrate me so much I'd always swore to move to Japan just to get the games

first and not have to wait!

Which I did almost 20 years ago....

PING

Wait hold on a minute, I'm getting a comment already!

And the video isn't even finished!

Must be someone using YouTube premium!

Or instant cassettes!

Ok let's read it

Ummm actually—-yyuyy

Oh it talks too!!

The game isn't being released on the same day everywhere.

It's coming out in North America and Europe on October 2nd and In Japan on October 4th.

What?

You mean I moved all this way and even got Japanese citizenship and I still can't get

the game earlier than somewhere else????!

I mean it's only 2 days but cmon!!!

I turned my life upside down and this is what I get for it?

Anyway back on topic the differences between regions was always crazy.

Different names, difficulty and box art.

Now I don't think Japan will ever adopt the name MegaMan or the outside world will

use Rockman but for everything else the games will be the same.

No more awful Box Art!!

But I have had some people from Europe tell me that they had some pretty cool MegaMan

box art!

I never knew it!!!

So let's go back to the beginning and compare these

Rockman 1 came out in Japan on December 17, 1987 and had this box.

MegaMan 1 came out in America in March 1988.

(Don't believe Wikipedia, ask me later how I know this) And MegaMan 1came out in Europe

in December 1989.

Ah yes.

the "Good Old Days" of staggered releases.

So the box for Rockman looks like this.

It's pretty good.

The characters and art style look a little rough compared to nowadays but it's cute

and colorful and what you see on the box is delivered in the game.

The American MegaMan...... here we go...

Ugly!

Fugly!

One of THE WORST game covers.

I don't need to go into it, there's 29 million other videos out there that have already

done so.

But MegaMan wasn't yellow and he doesn't have an actual gun.

It does look like somehow the platform beam made it into the cover.

But this also comes from a time when a Capcom had that weird pseudo 3d neon 80s grid thing

in the back of the artwork.

So when I close my eyes to look away from this eyesore an negative image is burned into

my retinas from all the blue and red neon they used.

Talk about seeing what can't be unseen.

Ok The European box for MegaMan is this.

Now this is awesome!

It's almost like a B rated movie poster and it not only features MegaMan who actually

kind of looks like MegaMan, but Dr. Wily and some of the Robot Masters are also there and

they look pretty cool!

The logo is the same as the American one and that's the only nice looking thing from

that box anyway.

Certainly a huge improvement.

Probably because whoever designed this actually played the game because it came out 2 years

after Japan, whereas, so the legend goes, the American artist had only a description

to run with when the American box was made.

And to help solidify that theory, I present to you the back of the MegaMan 1 box which

is filled with insane gibberish that several cycles of google translate couldn't even

come up with!

"Stop the rapid expansion of misrepresentations of humans?"

Monsteropolis seven separate societies?

"Strangely configured humaniods.?"

Who the heck came up with this nonsense!?

There are a lot of people out there who like to keep these 30 year old boxes on a shelf

somewhere, that nobody ever actually sees, but would you be proud to have this on your

wall in your house?

Do you sit up at night and wistfully read the text on this box?

Pining for this bygone era to return??

The greatest gift Nintendo ever gave to us was the cartridge door on the original NES

so we could close it and not have to see these awful labels while we're playing the games!

Let's move on to the next game anyway.

RockMan 2 came out in Japan on Christmas Eve 1988 in Japan while Mega Man 2 came out in

June 1989 in America and December 1990 in Europe.

You could say "oh man that's such a long wait" but probably most people in Europe

had no idea what was happening elsewhere at the time, and the wait time between game 1

and 2 was mostly equal in each region.

The box for RockMan 2 is great!

The artist tried to cram as much as they could in there and the art style is much cleaner

than 1.

Very nice!

Then there's the American MegaMan 2.

Lights years better than 1 but still not so great.

I really hate these rebate or contest things on the artwork.

Really distracting.

For this box art, at least now some bosses and Dr. Wily made it in.

Is it Wily??

Kind of looks like Dr. Light!

Believe it or not, the artist for this cover, Marc Erickson made public his experience about

making this artwork and, basically, he didn't know the game too well and was just following

orders.

Can't fault him for that and at least his work is forever immortalized in the annals

of gaming history!

Now here's the European cover!

Which again is much better than the American one!

And still follows that 60s B Movie aesthetic!

They even include the mecha-dragon from wily stage 1 and the big Lantern fish from bubbleman

stage but what's this?

An Air Tiki?

It's actually better than that because the NES was distributed by different companies

in Europe, that Germany actually got a unique MegaMan 2 cover all their own!

Look at this!

It's almost as good as the Japanese one!

Yea well.

almost...

Still not done!

Because there was even a commercial for MegaMan 2 in France!

Let's watch it!

Mr. producer roll the tape!

Moving onto Mega Man 3.

Released in Japan as RockMan 3 on September 28, 1990, In America in November 1990 and

Europe in 1992.

Some sources say February and some say June.

Who knows it could have been because of all the different countries there.

You got to love the RockMan 3 cover art everyone from the game is brought in all standing under

the shadow of the the final boss, Gamma.

The American version FINALLY gets close to something passable.

MegaMan resembles MegaMan!!

It's not perfect but if you showed someone the game and said hey you turn this into a

portrait, you'd pro get something like this.

Still has that refund thingy in the corner.

I know it doesn't cover anything up, it just makes me crazy.. oh there was go!

Better!

Now the European box art!

After MegaMan 1 and 2 it's hard to believe they could top those but they did!

This thing is awesome!

While the layout is different from the other regions, They finally adopted the anime art

style boss designs, at least somewhat.

Why were Western game companies so stubborn in letting this style out?

Why did they want to hide that these things came from Japan?

It said MADE IN JAPAN on the box and cartridge, the credits are full of Japanese names, and

the game looks like anime anyway!

By the time we got to the 90s and there were lots of other media for games besides Nintendo

Power, we knew fully what was going on in Japan.

I couldn't tell you how mad I was every time they showed us how something got changed

in localization!

We wanted the same experience Japan got!

Why couldn't you just let us have it?!

I'm taking a break to quell my anger, back in

a minute!

Ok On to Mega Man 4.

Released in Japan as RockMan 4 on December 6, 1991, in America in January 1992 and Europe

in January 1993.

By this time, with 3 games under the belt, you kind of knew what to expect from Capcom

in Japan.

Great!

Anime!

Bosses and other enemies!

It's become formulaic which I don't mean to say is bad in the least.

The US version shows Mega Man taking on Pharoh Man and out of the 4 released up to this point,

the best!

I mean we know very few box arts from this era stand the test of time, but it's not

an eyesore anymore!

America and Europe this time around got the same box art.

Well almost.

The faces were changed to look more Kawaii in Europe!

Why?

What difference does this face and this make make to an average person anywhere?

Who knows!

Europe gets a silver medal again, but by a hair.

Ok On to Mega Man 5.

Released in Japan as RockMan 5 on December 4, 1992, in America in December 1992, date

unknown, and Europe sometime 1993.

The internet says March, don't really trust that since it's be 2 months after 4 came

out.

Which in the game's Storyline, Dr. Wily waits just two months to launch his schemes

for the 5th time.

So that's weird.

To not drag out the obvious again, Japan follows the same rinse and repeat and does it well.

America inches close to full on anime, all while having MegaMan say talk to the hand

at Gravity Man.

And again Europe takes the same art and changes the face.

I don't know.

Growing up knowing only one box art makes the other look bootleg in comparison.

I'm sure the 10 NES diehard fans in Europe feel the same way.

On to RockMan 6 slash MegaMan 6!

By this time MegaMan X was already out and it was quite a shock to see one more round

done on the older 8 bit machine.

Released in Japan on December 5th 1993 and America in March 1994.

The box art as always, differs and Japan is better.

But I've started to notice a pattern in the the Japanese box art has all the bosses

shown while the western art typically shows a MegaMan battling one or two robot masters.

Also I want to turn the box over because it mentions that the robot masters came from

America Canada and Japan.

Which is actually true!!

6 of these 8 were designed by fan submissions in Japan.

And the USA and Canada, had one each as well!

Nice attention to real world detail and amazing progress made since the first game!

There was no European version sad to say but if there was I think it'd look kind of like

this!

Let's skip over 7 as no one really cares about that one

PING!!

Hey what do you mean?

MegaMan 7 was an awesome game!

You're crazy if you cant see it's awesomeness

the first game I ever played when my brother gave me his Super Nintendo in 2004 and I loved

it!

Ok get this out of here.

It was a fine game and the box art not so bad.

( JP March 24, 95 US 9/95 EU 11/95) But who ever talks about it?

I mean who was still playing 16bit games in 1995?

But let's get to number 8! RockMan 8 aka a MegaMan 8 for the Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation!

(JP PS 12/17/96 SAT 1/17/97)The Japanese art is great and the game, with 32 bits of power,

looks pretty much like this!

The American versions still pale in comparison but MegaMan finally get a semi anime look.

(US 1/1997)I guess all that blue is what it looks like to MegaMan when the Mega Buster

is all charged up.

No idea.

The Game came to Europe, but only the PlayStation version.

It truly is the most artistic and maybe the best out of all MegaMan box arts!

I mean look at this!

It's beautiful in its simplicity.

MegaMan standing over a pencil sketch of Dr. Wily.

I mean we KNOW it's the 8th game so, to me, this drawing just says like, ok Wily,

time to do the dance one more time.

Now I just ran through 8 games, and there's way way way wayyyyy more out there.

Game Boy versions, the X series, the compilations, 9 and 10 and we could go on and on forever

about how these gaps in release dates as well as the box art and whatever else.

But none of that matters anymore as each region finally gets the same box on the same day!

Ok the same week!

It took 31 years but I'd say it's about time!

Especially you Nintendo fans in Europe who stuck it out for so long!

This is YOUR moment!

So get the plastic wrap off, breathe that beautiful box in and enjoy it.

PING!!

Hey just so you know, there's no boxed retail version of MegaMan 11 for the Nintendo Switch

in Europe.

What?

Then this whole video is ruined!

How to Remove Scratches from a Hardwood Floor | Allstate Insurance - Duration: 1:23.

Let's face it: Scratches on your hardwood floors are unavoidable.

Learn how to easily remove scratches and scuffs from your hardwood floors, using a walnut.

You'll need a couple things to get started:

a walnut and a soft cloth, like a washcloth.

This hack will take you about 8 minutes.

To start, grab a raw walnut.

It should be removed from the shell.

Be sure it's not be candied, spiced or cooked in any way.

Rub the walnut over the scratch in the same

direction as the wood grain.

A few passes with the walnut to help make the scratch disappear.

Brush your fingers over the area, gently rubbing

where the scratches were.

A few times should do the trick!

Let the scratched area sit for five minutes.

This gives the walnut's natural oils some time to soak into the wood.

You're almost done.

I'm NOT STUPID! 😒 I just don't speak the language well... 😏 - Duration: 5:29.

Hello, dear German learners!

It's such a wonderful day in Berlin again.

I don't know if you can see it

but here the sky is totally blue.

Today I want to talk to you about

the fact that we all look a bit stupid

when we learn a new language

and that is quite normal.

This is completely normal,

but it is also very frustrating.

When we learn a new language,

then we cannot express ourselves that well

like with our native language.

We have a lot of things

we want to say

and a lot of smart things,

we want to say

but we just can't express it.

It's so hard for us

to find the words.

And I believe

that's also often a problem

when it comes to foreigners.

Maybe a reason

why many people are averse to foreigners:

They see a foreigner and

this foreigner can't speak German well

or whatever my native language is

and I think to myself like:

"He doesn't know anything,

he is totally stupid.

He says trivial things

and that person makes very simple sentences.

He doesn't know anything."

And in reality,

maybe that could be a doctor,

a doctor, a professor,

a highly educated person.

But because

he does not speak the language so well

he looks very stupid.

And I think,

you should keep that in mind

when dealing with foreigners.

When you meet foreigners,

I think,

you should always say

"Okay, I don't know

whether they are stupid or smart

or something in between.

For now, I won't

make a judgment about their intelligence

or at least not based on

what they say."

The way they express themselves

doesn't say anything

about how smart they really are.

And I rather tend to

go the other way.

Well, especially with German learners

I think to myself:

"Wow, German is such a difficult language

and they speak it anyway,

they're all probably really smart."

That's what I think every time.

When I see comments from you,

I think every time:

"Wow, that they have the courage

to write a comment in German

and yes, sometimes there are a few mistakes

but hey –

they expressed themselves well enough

that I can fully understand

what they want to tell me."

Such a nice day but windy.

Now it's getting windy.

But the sun is still shining.

That's the main thing.

No cloud in the sky, but wind.

I hope

you can understand me anyway.

Well, and that's the thing with foreigners.

And that's also a frustration

that you feel yourself.

I feel it too.

Whenever I speak Italian,

I think to myself:

"I really want to

say a lot of smart things

in Italian

but I can't do it.

I cannot remember the words."

And I believe

that's how you often feel

when you speak German.

Then you also think:

"I want to say so many great things

but I can

only express myself in a limited way.

There are certain things

which I cannot say."

That was my thought of the day.

We all seem a bit stupid

when we speak a foreign language.

It's not just you,

it's the same with me

and I for one

always assume

that my interlocutor

is very, very smart.

Unless

he does something stupid.

Then maybe I think differently.

But if someone just talks

and that's a foreign language,

then I think to myself

"Maybe he's really, really smart."

Well, those were my thoughts

and if you want,

you can also give me your thoughts

in the comments

and tell me,

how you are feeling

when you speak German.

Do you feel stupid

or how do you feel?

Which experiences

did you make with foreigners,

with foreigners,

who don't speak your native language?

How do they seem to you?

I'm curious.

Okay, that's it

and see you tomorrow.

Bye!

Thank you for watching!

If you want to learn German effectively,

then there is no better place than

the Authentic German Learning Academy.

There, you can learn German with fun

and you learn a lot of new things.

A Look At The Anabaptist Voice Magazine - Anabaptist Perspectives Ep. 034 - Duration: 20:00.

Hello everybody! Welcome back to another episode of Anabaptist Perspectives.

I'm down here in Georgia with James Landis.

You've written several books and you recently started a magazine which I find very interesting.

It's a magazine specifically for conservative Anabaptists and

I want to hear you talk a little about that.

Can you explain what the magazine is? Why did you start it?

How long has it been going? Just tell us a little bit about that.

It's good to be with you. Reagan, I appreciate the opportunity

to tell about the work of the Anabaptist Voice. We have published eight issues

-- one each quarter, so we've been at it two years.

Part of the original vision for Anabaptist Voice was that we would be a voice that speaks to

Anabaptists and for Anabaptists. Our mission is to encourage Bible believers

to put their work into practice --- faith into practice.

This isn't some kind of pie-in-the-sky theology kind of stuff. You want this practical too.

Practical and for the common people. We don't think that

you have to be a seminarian or highly educated to understand what the Word of

God says and what the Word of God wants to do -- wants us to do.

We're just a little leery of people that try to explain away the Word of God -- the

practice of the Word -- with highly sophisticated arguments.

I'd like to picture the work of Anabaptist Voice as the signal corps of the Lord's army.

We don't make the laws. We don't make the commandments

of God, but we transmit the commandments of God to the soldiers on the front line.

I like that.

That's our mission.

You're like a message carrier almost.

A message bearer.

Yeah and one thing that I've noticed a lot about it is it's

not very large, so you can read it in one or two sittings, but

it's also very, very simple inside. What kind of audience are you looking for in this magazine?

Who's reading this?

We are aiming for people in an Anabaptist tradition.

Now Anabaptist means re-baptism, and it goes back to the historic original.

When the enemies of these people in 1500's wanted to practice the Word of God and

be re-baptized and re-commit their lives or commit their lives to obeying the Word of God.

So their enemies called them re-baptizers because

everybody was supposed to be baptized as an infant. They said, "No. Our baptism is

not a fake baptism. It's yours that is."

So they went and re-baptized their people. Now our magazine is aimed

at people living Anabaptist -- what I call living Anabaptists. We're not trying to

elevate the dead ones or the heroic ones -- the ones that stood for it and died for

it many of them, but our message is going to people who are living today and want

to practice God's Word. People of the Anabaptist tradition or who have

grown out of this application idea or practicing

the Word of God. People that do that are the ones that we're aiming for.

So they may come from an Anabaptist tradition, but as the Anabaptists came

from all the other churches -- the Catholics, the Reformed and in their time --

so we are open. We want people to practice the Word of God.

It looks like you're going for pretty broad then honestly -- people that want to live simply and Biblically.

Is that kind of the idea?

That's true. Whoever. Whosoever will.

It's not a hard complicated thing to do this. I don't know if you might

have seen the episode we did with Dean Taylor. We'll try to put a link down

to that, but he was talking about what is the essence of Anabaptism.

It's not like it's a denomination or something like that, but it's just simply

reading the Bible. Jesus says things like "love your enemies."

We're just going to love our enemies. We don't need some kind of complicated theology.

Just even in how this (your magazine) is laid out,

it's very simple. I think a lot of people appreciate that.

One of the things that from my experience as a writer and as a teacher is that we do

not have a captive audience. When a writer writes to people, they do not have

to read it, and so if they do not read

it, we're not getting anywhere, so we have done our best to make the magazine

attractive and interesting. I would like to point out just a few of the

things that we have right on the front cover. It says who we are -- "Anabaptist Voice" --

this is what it is. It says, "Championing a faith that works."

This is in contrast to faith that doesn't work.

That's counter-cultural in a lot of places.

It's so prevalent in theology.

It comes in to play even in the responses that we get.

Oh, interesting.

"You're saved by faith alone!" They can't get that out

of their system, but Hebrews tells us that without peace and without holiness,

no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). And James 2 says faith without works is dead. (James 2:17)

You have to have works to get to heaven. We can't separate

faith and works. It's an essential part that works do come out in our life --

in the true Christian life. So we have on here it says, "Be ye doers of the Word and

not hearers only." James 1:22. Then it's a Bible. This is on the center.

It's a focus. The Bible is what we have that we can depend on --

that we are going to put into practice, but Jesus told us -- a lawyer --

(we're talking about faith and works now again) -- a lawyer came to Him with a question.

He said, "What must I do to inherit eternal life?" So, Jesus said,

"You're a lawyer. Tell us, what does the law say?"

He said, "What does the law say?" So the lawyer answered Him, "Thou shalt love the Lord

thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind and thou

shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." Jesus said, "You have answered

correctly. Do this and you will live." That is the answer to eternal life.

Get that? Do this. He didn't say, "Oh

if you confess Me with your mouth -- if you say that you believe in Me -- then you will

inherit eternal life." He said, "Do this. Keep the law. Love your neighbor as

yourself. Love the Lord thy God with all your heart." Then in another

place, he gave too an illustration: A man had two sons. He said to the one,

"Go work in my vineyard today." The son answered, "Pop, I'm not going."

Then he changed his mind, and he went. Then he said to the second son, "Go work

in my vineyard today." The second son said, "Oh yes, Dad, I'm going. I'll go."

I think he might have said it two or three times --

"Sure Dad, I'll do that. I'm glad to do that." Then he didn't go.

Jesus' question was "which one did the will of the Father?"

They said to him, "The one who went to the vineyard -- the one who did his will."

That's some of what you're trying to do then with this publication

is inspire people to do the will of God.

He has laid out things in Scripture that we are to do. I'm guessing

that's a lot of the vision is pointing people to those things and inspiring

them to go live godly lives.

You have it. That's right.

Wow. So, what's the response been to that because

like we said before, that's a little counter-cultural in some places.

What kind of response are you getting?

By and large it has been very good.

We have those detractors.

We need rock pickers that can go in and pick out the rocks in false doctrines and things like this

or false teaching or teaching that we would not support or haven't

promulgated it. We need those kind of people, but we

don't need stone throwers -- people that throw their rocks.

One of our purposes and aims has been to be positive and where we

pick out the wrong way, that we are sure to say "this is the right way --

walk ye in it" as the prophet said in Ezekiel -- no Isaiah. We have it...

Is it in your core value statement?

Right here -- our tone. The tone of the magazine

shall be positive in that it presents the right way when it decries the wrong way.

It presents the truth when it warns of the untruth. Our motto shall be the

words from Isaiah 30:21 "Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you

turn to the left, you shall hear a voice behind you saying this is the way walk in it."

That's powerful. We need more of that.

So it's not to pick out the

false doctrine -- people find that hard to do is to not attack the

individual in their defense in defending their own position, but that we

insist that it has to be defending your own position. You can point out what's

wrong in a doctrine, but not to attack the individual or who wrote this thing.

We find that hard to do. It's a lot easier for people seemingly

to attack someone than it is to defend their own position.

We don't always use the writer's name and so that often comes into play.

Some people resent that, but as we said this is a good practical reason for it

because I try to be real careful about getting the writer's agreement.

We try to get writers that uphold and live out our own practices and not just picking

up theologians and so on as the final authority to back up what we're propagating.

I'd like to insist that writers go to the scripture -- to say this makes it authoritative

not because Nietzsche or some of these other dead theologians or

Germans or American Protestant theologians have said this as authority,

but that we go to the Word of God for our final authority.

I'd like to tell a story. In the early 1980's there was a theologian executive

who wanted to change jobs. He'd been a president of a large company for 13 years.

He decided that he would look around a little bit,

so he went to one company and checked them out.

They said, "Oh, we've got wonderful benefits. Your salary is very great." and everything like that.

We want you to come with us. Then he

went to the second company and they told him, "Your future here is unlimited.

We'll give you stock options in our company. Our company is going

to the stratosphere. It's very, very interesting. Won't you come with us."

Then he went to Apple computers who was just in its infancy in the early 1980's.

Steve Jobs was the head of the company.

He said, "We're going to change the world and I want you to be a part of it.

Are you going to change the world? Are you going to come with us and change the

world or are you going to spend the rest of your life selling sugar water?"

He went with Apple and that man's name was John Sculley who had been the

president of Pepsi Cola. I'd like to tell our audience -- I'd like to challenge

you. Jesus has called us to

change the world. There's a lot of other good works that we can do out here --

social media and working to help the

poor and all this -- selling sugar water, but we're out to change the world, change

men's hearts. God has called us to do that. So are we gonna spend our life to

changing the world and answering Christ's Commission? Are we gonna be

selling sugar water the rest of our life?

That's a really powerful thought.

Wow. Was there anything else you would like to add about this magazine? About what you're doing here?

Jesus tells us about the servant who worked all day and then went into the house.

Jesus said the master didn't tell him, "Oh sit down. You're tired. You've done a good day's work."

He said, "Get me my supper."

I believe that Jesus is comparing us to that servant and at the end of

the day, we serve the Master and whatever we do -- whatever price we pay -- He's going

to tell us, you have only done your duty. So whatever we do with

Anabaptist Voice, we have only done our duty at the end of the day.

I like that. Wow. That's some powerful stuff.

Well, thank you everybody for

watching this episode and thank you, James, for being willing to let us

interview you. We'll make sure and put links to your website.

People can check it out. Hopefully, they'll subscribe -- follow what you're doing.

The idea is maybe this will help inspire someone to live a more Biblical life --

to take Jesus' teachings more seriously. I appreciate you helping us with that.

Thank you very much, and praise the Lord if it calls men to repentance and to service.

Well hopefully that's what will happen.

Thank you everyone. We do new videos every week like this and new podcasts.

We have a website. If you're interested and you like what you hear, come back.

We do more material like this. If you have any thoughts, leave them in the comments below

We will see you all in the next video.

Deep Dish Marketing | Inside KlientBoost Episode 008 - Duration: 7:42.

- When we talked about marketing earlier and we talked about going deep, one of the things

that actually separates, again, in my opinion, what we've done very successfully so far is

that, again, we go very deep in what we call our blog posts.

They're following this technique called a skyscraper technique.

- So, we landed in Chicago and now we're off to go get the car rental.

We got the economy compact.

Just kidding, we didn't.

I actually thought it might snow, and so I got, like, a massive SUV.

I could have just looked at the ... The weather, but we didn't.

So, anyways, we're going to go get that and then we're going to go get some Chicago style

deep dish and see what that's all about.

So, one of the things that happened a lot is that when companies in general, even agencies

... We even did this in the beginning.

You know, three years ago when we were starting to put out our own content, doing our own

marketing, is that we kind of just did it for the sake of doing it.

We heard that we needed to actually go through and make sure that you have a blog, you have

social media profiles, you post things, you are consistent.

But nobody really told you about the quality of what you put out.

It also talks a lot about the reason why we're here in Chicago.

It's not to eat deep dish pizza, but your marketing should be deep.

And what I mean ... when I talk about going and being deep with your marketing, it means,

like, you know, how good is whatever you post?

However good that piece of content is, it should be as deep as possible without having

extra things that you don't normally want, like fluffiness or anything like that, too.

So, follow us.

Follow me and we'll talk about it later.

Sorry, wrong number.

Is thisfrom the CEO at?

Oh, okay.

Sorry, now I'm following.

So, I thought that was a different call than what it really was.

It was actually the CEO of another company who was asking me to not reach out to any

of their employees.

And so, my thought is, like ... This is Enterprise is right here.

So, what was happening, if you could hear me, is that somebody who is another CEO just

called me on the phone.

I thought it was somebody else with the same area code number.

And so, two parts, like I agree, is that it's just a distraction and it's annoying that,

you know, other people are waving, like, something that's shiny and stuff like that, too.

But on the other side, you know, it's completely legal, anybody can do it, and the truth is,

like, whichever opportunity or whichever environment or culture is the better one, the person can

freely decide.

So, if a lot of people are leaving your ship to go somewhere else, it's an indicator that

you need to change some things or you need to do better.

So, it's the second time in my career that I've had two people reach out and ask me to

stop doing that because we're doing it so successfully.

So, I told him, "You know what?

"You know, we can figure out elsewhere.

"I agree and I would hate it for me to be, "you know, in your shoes, "so, we'll put down

our hunting weapons "and we'll figure out another way for the time being."

And so, that's kind of where we left off, but I was, like, telling him, "Dude, "respect

that you're calling, "and great to meet you, at least," so that's what happened.

And now we're off to get our rental car.

- Do the Jeep.

I know it's purple.

Dude, what do you think about that?

- [Johnathan] I actually have a Jeep.

What are the other options?

- We have a ...

Dude, purple Jeep might be the thing, though.

- [Stone] Let's do it.

- This is a titanium we can do for you, as well.

- Let's see the purple Jeep.

- The purple Jeep?

- Yeah.

- Yeah, absolutely.

Dude, we are ready.

This is a tank right here.

- Dude, we're in Chicago with that purple Jeep!

- [Johnathan] There it is right there, Lou Malnati's.

Oh dude, it's like you can't even sit down in there and eat.

It's like an odd place.

- So, this is going to take about 30 minutes.

- Okay.

- [Cashier] So, 9:30?

- Yeah, that works, that works.

- So, we just went to a famous ... deep dish place and had no idea that we couldn't actually

eat inside, so we ordered the pizza and then we thought we were gonna be smart and go eat

it at Subway, but then Subway closed, so now we're having purple Jeep hood pizza right

now.

One of the cool things when we talked about marketing earlier and we talked about going

deep, one of the things that actually separates, again, in my opinion, what we've done very

successfully so far, is that, again, we go very deep in what we call our blog posts.

They're following this technique called a skyscraper technique.

And what it means is that you can think of the crust as basically all of the research

that you're doing.

It's the most important part of the pizza, in my opinion, because if you have soggy crust

or crappy crust or too thin or too thick, undercooked, under baked, people are not going

to like it, no matter what.

It's the base and that's the research of the strategies you figure out and you find when

it comes to your marketing.

And so for us, when we do a blog post, for example, we look at all the competitors who

are writing about the same topic that we want to write about and we do our research and

we make sure that, foundationally, we have much more to offer.

We are going much deeper with our content, as well.

Now, when you go to, let's say, the sauce ... Sauce or cheese comes first?

What comes first?

- [Stone] Sauce first.

- Sauce comes after.

That can be, like, your flair, your branding, your humor as well.

And then your cheese, or whatever else you add on top, is like your promotional side.

So like, how ... You should film that right there.

Let me just take this real quick.

Like, do you put this much cheese on your pizza, plus the actual packet itself?

He's promoting his pizza a lot.

And so, after you actually are getting done with a blog post that you're about to publish,

well, think of it as like a TV commercial where, if you just let it be and you just

spent all this resource and effort and time and money into just building this blog post

or this TV commercial, but you don't pay to air that commercial and you don't have any

people actually watching it, it doesn't really matter.

So, the things you were doing to actually expose your blog post is going to be just

as important.

And then, as you do that, you're going to be building you know, consistency and you're

going to be building expectations for the people who are reading it and actually like

what you actually have to say.

And so, treat everything that you put out like a deep dish pizza.

That's basically what I would recommend.

WE1M659 - Replacing Your GE Dryer's Push To Start Button AP3965177 PS1482199 - Duration: 2:18.

Hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to be showing you how to replace the push to

start button on your dryer the reason why you might have to do this is because the button

is broken damaged or missing for this repair we'll be using a flat head screwdriver

WARNING before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source

so this is the appliance

that we'll be using in this demonstration it's a GE keep in mind yours at home might

look a little different than what we have here but the same technique should still apply

so this is our push to start button right here and we're going to be replacing that

so in order to do that we're going to have to pull it off and if you can't seem to get

it off you can use a screwdriver to get some leverage so we're going to use a flat head

screwdriver and just pry it off nice and gentle so we don't scratch the paint or anything

and it comes right off just like that so now you can grab your new OEM replacement push

to start button if you don't have one already you can find it on our online store so you

can see on the back of our button here we have that D-shaped hole so it's going to line

up with the D-shape on that little nob right there that it goes on so you can line it up

and push it straight on and you can see right there and it works nice and good and it's

nice and tight on there it's not coming off so now you can push your button and start

that load of laundry you need to do so I think I hear music coming from my printer again

I think that papers jamming

Finally don't forget to plug in your appliance

if you need to replace any parts for your appliances

you can find an OEM replacement part on our website

316489400 - Replacing Your Frigidaire Range's Bake Ignitor AP3963540 PS1528534 - Duration: 8:12.

Hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to be showing you how to replace the bake igniter

in your stove the reason why you might have to do this is because you're getting temperature

problems in your stove because the oven won't heat evenly because it just won't turn on

at all for this repair I'll be using a 1/4 inch nut driver a flat head screwdriver and

two pairs of channel locks

WARNING before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source

so this is the stove we're going to be using for our demonstration it's a Frigidaire

and keep in mind that ours might be a little bit different than what you have at home but

this same technique should still apply the first thing you want to do is make sure you

turn your gas off so to take our gas line off I'm going to use one pair of channel locks

and I'm going to hold on to this part right here and I'm going to use our other pair of

channel locks in order to grab the line and twist both of them is opposite directions

that way we're not spinning endlessly and not loosening it and now with that loose I

can twist it by hand the rest of the way so the next thing we're going to do is open

up the front door to the oven and what I'm going to do is pull back the hinge lock use

screwdriver if you can't get it with your fingers same thing on the other side put the

screwdriver in pull the hinge lock down now bring the door back up and we can pull it

off set that off to the side the next thing I'm going to do is pull out both of these

oven racks and we need to remove these screws back here

so starting with this one using our flat head so now that we have those two screws out we

can take this panel out here to get it out pulling it up and sliding it out of this slot

here and now we can put this off to the side now we need to remove this shield so to get

that off we're using a 1/4 inch nut driver and we just need to remove these two screws

now that those two screws are off you're going to pull up the heat shield pull it out of

those slots back there and put that off to the side now I'm going to turn the stove around

now we have to remove this panel here and to do that we're going to unscrew the panel

so this is the wire right here if you have some body on the other side that tug son it

for you just to make sure that the cords that are moving all we have to do is unplug this

from this side and now we can go back to the other side and pull out the igniter we'll

remove these screws here

now that we have the igniter unplugged we should be able to just pull out the igniter

like so and we'll set that off to the side now you can grab your new OEM replacement

igniter if you don't have one already you can find one on our online store so now I'm

going to feed this through here and we get it back as far as I can now we'll go to the

back and as you can see here this is the wire that I fed through so I can grab that and

pull it all the way over now we're going to plug this in back behind here there's a little

spot for it make sure that clip is facing up get it all lined up and once you have it

lined up slide it in and it clips into place now we can put this cover plate back on so

we'll slide that back up into place right at the hole and put our screw in

now we'll go back to the front and put the rest of the stove together now we can put

the shield back in slide that into the slots there make sure it lines up and now we'll

put this panel back in and then we're going to angle it a little bit so that we can get

this front lip underneath now we'll

put the racks back in and now I'll put the door back on make sure that I line up the

hinges with the slots there and once I put it in and open the door up and flip up the

hinge lock now you can close your door and hook everything else back in so now we're

going to reconnect our stove to the gas line in case your adapter is spinning you might

want to get another pair of channel locks and then you can tighten it the rest of the

way now we can turn our gas back on and your repair is complete

Finally don't forget to plug in your appliance

if you need to replace any parts for your appliances you can find

an OEM replacement part on our website pcappliancerepair.com

known as Caradin's Cross. I can provide a map to lead you there.

(busy marketplace chatter)

ELISSA: You said something earlier about mages...

STEN: We have no mages such as you do.

We have beasts in the shape of men, who perform tricks.

ELISSA: Magic is more than tricks.

STEN: True. I suppose it is also horror and perversion.

ELISSA: Don't you think that view is a little harsh?

STEN: As the fish stranded by the tide knows the air

or a drowning man knows the sea, so does a mage know magic.

ELISSA: Knowledge is not as deadly as ignorance.

STEN: Knowledge is one half of wisdom.

but there are many things that can only be known too late.

Pashaara.

Are we going to fight the darkspawn, or chatter until they grow bored and leave?

WYNNE: Is there something you need?

ELISSA: Why didn't you want to stay at the Tower?

WYNNE: The Circle is in good hands.

Irving knows what to do, and he doesn't need me underfoot.

For now, I will support those who battle the darkspawn.

I do feel I left things unfinished in Ostagar.

There is so much left to do.

And I would be part of it.

ELISSA: But, you left the children...

WYNNE: Yes, I did leave them.

But if the Blight is not stopped, all of them will face suffering greater than what was seen in the Tower.

The Grey Wardens - all *two* of you - need all the help you can get.

I will see this through to the bitter end. And after that

if I am still left standing, then I will return to the Circle.

ELISSA: I'm sure you'll be able to return, if you so choose.

WYNNE: Perhaps.

ELISSA: I'm told you killed your former master...

SHALE: Did I not already tell it that I do not remember doing such?

I remember having a master...

My memories of what happened to him

are...vague.

ELISSA: Vague...?

But not non-existant?

SHALE: Clever. And true. (sighs)

Oh...very well.

Let me see what I can recall...

My former master enjoyed experimenting upon me.

I remember that much.

There was...tinkering with spells, and the crystals

he was very eager to alter my function, I think.

ELISSA: What sorts of 'experiments'?

SHALE: Bah! I am no mage.

And he did not explain himself to me.

Anymore than *it* would explain itself to a sword.

He possessed my control rod.

And back then, it would have prevented me from doing *anything* he did not command me to.

No matter how I might have wished to.

So what happened? I am unsure.

He was experimenting, and then...nothing.

ELISSA: So he hit the 'kill me' button by accident?

SHALE: Ho, ho, ho.

It does like to laugh, does it?

But who knows? I may have such a thing.

And then he was gone. I was standing where I was in the village, and I could no longer move.

Villagers came, poked and prodded me in fear

and then realised they could neither move me nor destroy me.

And so they simply left me.

And in time I forgot I hadn't stood there all along.

ELISSA: But.... you *wanted* to kill him, right?

SHALE: Oh yes. Yes, yes, yes.

Very much so.

So many years I'd had to leap to that little toadstool's every command!

'Get this, pick up that, put it down, pick it up again!'

The gall!

At first, I hoped he'd decided to simply leave me there paralysed.

An acceptable trade-off.

After years passed, I simply stopped caring.

ELISSA:...sounds like you had a good rest.

SHALE: I think I was ready to move on.

Another few years and the moss would have covered my face.

And then where would I have been?

Whatever the mage did, *seemed* to render the control rod useless.

For which I should be thankful, yes?

And provided it doesn't decide to copy his experiments

- not that I would allow it -

It has nothing to fear from me.

Much.

ELISSA: Sounds good to me!

SHALE: The things that it fights - and it fights things often -

that is a different story.

Let us get back to the walking and the fighting.

My stone is beginning to itch again.

FILDA: I'm sorry.

Did you have an offering for the Ancestors?

Although, I can't imagine your ancestors reside in the Stone...

ELISSA: What were you praying for?

FILDA: My name is Filda, widow of Teruck of the Smith caste.

I pray here every day for my son Ruck.

I only wish I knew whether I should be asking for his safe return

or for the Ancestors to accept his soul.

ELISSA: What happened to him?

FILDA: It was five years ago.

He was only a youngster...

He joined a Deep Roads excursion, the only Smith to go with the Warriors, to repair their arms

He was so proud. They got...separated, somehow.

When they came home, he wasn't with them.

ELISSA: Did anyone go after him?

FILDA: The captains don't want to lose anyone searching for stray men.

Too many were taken by darkspawn that way.

ELISSA: We shouldn't abandon him.

I'll look for him, if you want?

FILDA: How? There is no way, except to brave the Deep Roads yourself.

ELISSA: Actually, I'm on my way there right now.

FILDA: Alone?

But that's unheard of...

No-one risks the Deep Roads without a full company backing them.

But perhaps that explains why one of your kind has come to Orzammar today...

If you'd look for my son - if you'd even find his bones...

you'd have my eternal gratitude.

WYNNE: Take heart, good widow Filda.

We'll do our best.

FILDA: Please, find me as soon as you return.

OGHREN: (heavy panting)

OGHREN: There you are!

I thought I'd spoken to a Grey Warden.

But for some reason, I chalked it up to the drink.

I know you're down here to look for Branka

and...I need to ask a favour.

ELISSA: You're Oghren, right?

OGHREN: You remembered, heh.

I'm sodding touched.

I guess now that Ser upright-and-honest thinks that my Branka's still alive

you're not so quick to say I'm crazy, huh?

But they haven't found Branka herself.

And that means whatever they've got

it's not enough if you don't know what she was looking for.

If we pool our knowledge, we stand a chance of finding Branka.

Otherwise, good sodding luck.

ELISSA: It sounds like we have a deal.

OGHREN: You should know that Branka was looking for the Anchor of the Void.

The secret to building golems, which was lost centuries ago.

The Smith Caradin built it.

And with it, Orzammar had a hundred years of peace

while it was protected by the golems forged on the Anvil.

As far as anyone knows, the Anvil was built in the old Ortan Thaig

Branka planned to start looking there.

If she could ever find it.

All she knew was that it was past Caradin's Cross.

No-one's seen that Thaig for five hundred years.

ELISSA: Harrowmont gave me a map, I can get to Caradin's Cross.

OGHREN: If we're going, let's get moving.

Branka's not gonna sodding find herself.

DWARF: What's this, a human?

We make these towns tall enough for humans..?

I'm sorry.

But I cannot allow you past the front lines without a Deshyr's permission.

OGHREN: Open your eyes, man!

This Grey Warden is on a quest to find your Paragon!

Do I have to take your stinking head off?

ELISSA: What Oghren is *trying* to say, is that we have permission.

DWARF: Oghren could have been a Deshyr for House Branka.

Suppose he's the next best thing in both skill *and* arrogance!

You may pass.

I'd offer more assistance, but my command post is here.

All of Orzammar relies on us

to hold this line.

ELISSA: Are darkspawn the only danger in these tunnels?

DWARF: 'Course not!

Down here you're bound to run into giant spiders, deepstalkers, and other vermin.

ELISSA: Deepstalkers?

DWARF: Ugly beasts, they are.

Walk on two legs, but they have the head of a worm and hunt in packs.

Watch out.

They're not afraid to take on a group their own size

ELISSA: Are there no dwarves past this point?

DWARF: A few outposts.

Legion of the Dead mostly, fools that they are

Some scavenger types too.

ELISSA: Legion of the Dead?

DWARF: It's an independent company of soldiers.

They accept no command but their own.

Anyone who can bear arms can join, no matter his crimes.

Heh, or sanity.

They hold a funeral when they join, and swear their only goal is a glorious death.

ELISSA: I should go.

DWARF: Best of luck!

(theme music plays)

OGHREN: Caradin's Cross.

I can't believe Harrowmont actually tracked this place down.

This used to be one of the biggest crossroads in the old Empire.

You could get anywhere from here

including Ortan Thaig.

ELISSA: See any sign of Branka yet?

OGHREN: Not a one.

But trust me, we will once we're on the path to the old Ortan Thaig.

She was going to Caradin's home.

ELISSA: What's so important about Ortan Thaig?

OGHREN: It's the home of Caradin.

The Paragon who made the Anvil.

He was an Ortan before he founded his own House

and even then he spent most of his time in their Thaig.

Branka figured it was the best guess for where the Anvil was located.

ELISSA: Do you know anything else about the Anvil?

OGHREN: No-one but Caradin knew any more than it had some kind of Stone-blessed power

Every golem who ever ranged across the Empire

was hammered on the steel of that Anvil.

but no-one ever knew exactly how they were made.

but Branka was sure she could find out.

ELISSA: So you know where to go from here?

OGHREN: Aye.

Branka dug up some maps of the ancient Empire.

It's a little tough to tell with so much of it collapsed now

but near as I can figure, we're on the right path to Ortan Thaig.

ELISSA: Great! Let's go.

OGHREN: I've been waiting for someone to say that for two sodding years.

DWARF: Well, look what we have here.

A couple of Harrowmont's little lackeys.

Let's show 'em who's king!

(yelling)

OGHREN: You know, I've seen a golem or two in my time

we have them in Orzammar

SHALE: It is indeed wise in the ways of the golem.

It deserves a medal.

OGRHEN: Thing is, I don't remember anyone ever mentioning about them having memory problems.

SHALE: Perhaps *they're* not the ones with the memory problems.

OGHREN: I talked to a golem, once.

It didn't have anything interesting to say, but its memory? Sharp.

It could tell you what you were wearing at the Barnack Festival ten years ago.

SHALE: Probably vomit and flies and little else, if I were to guess.

OGHREN: Course, if someone simply *claimed* to have lost their memory

that would avoid some awkward questions....

SHALE: Is it still talking?

It is not drinking, so it must be.

OGHREN: Fine, fine. You go on, and *don't* answer me.

You'll screw up sooner or later...

(darkspawn growling)

MORRIGAN: It's your time to die!

OGRHEN: By the tits of my Ancestors

Ortan Thaig.

I never thought I'd see this place in the flesh.

I can see Branka all over this place.

She always took chips from the walls at regular intervals when she was in a new tunnel

Check their composition.

If she was still here though, she'd have sentries out by now.

ELISSA: What can you tell me about these ruins?

OGHREN: This was Caradin's home Thaig.

He was an Ortan before he got raised to Paragon.

Even stayed here when he could have had his own House.

I guess he didn't want to move his people to Bownammar.

ELISSA: What's 'Bownammar'?

OGHREN: The City of the Dead.

Caradin built it to honour the Legion of the Dead

but it was more like a sodding mausoleum than anything.

'Course, that was all before he built the Anvil.

After that, he was the city's pet genius

until he angered the king and fell into disfavour.

ELISSA: So there was a city here?

OGHREN: No.

No, there *was* a Thaig here.

The Ortan Thaig.

Bownammar's north and west of here.

But, that's not important

or at least I hope it isn't.

The ity of the Dead is known as The Dead Trenches since the darkspawn conquered it

Much of the Legion was destroyed when the fortress fell.

ELISSA: What if Branka and everyone died?

OGHREN: Well, aren't you a sodding bright spot today?

If everyone was dead, there'd be evidence of a major battle, wouldn't there?

Three hundred or so dwarves don't just *fade away*.

ELISSA: Let's get going.

OGHREN: Couldn't have said it better myself.

MORRIGAN: That is a most offensive odour!

OGHREN: And you're looking at me?

MORRIGAN: Should I be looking elsewhere?

Have you forgotten about the fish you stored in your backpack, perhaps?

OGHREN: I was saving it!

Won't be ready for the lye for at least another day...

MORRIGAN: Even the Chasind did not have such disgusting habits

and they consumed the flesh of the dead.

OGHREN: Fine, fine.

I'll soak it in the lye now...

Have it your way...Miss Squeamish...

MORRIGAN: That's not what I...oh, no, nevermind. Just get it over with. Quickly.

DWARF: (strangled yelling)

RUCK: There's nothing for you here! It's mine!

I've claimed it!

ELISSA: Who are you?

RUCK: You've come to take my claim!

You surfacers are all alike!

Thieving scoundrels!

Well I found it first!

OGHREN: Bah...he's a bloody scavenger.

Good as sodding gone,

RUCK: Be gone, you! You'll bring the Dark Ones back, you will!

They'll crunch your bones...

OGHREN: Word has it you can only survive down here by eating the darkspawn, dead.

ELISSA: Darkspawn blood is poison, men have died from drinking it!

RUCK: It burns when it goes down. It burns!

It's my claim - not yours!

Crunch your bones!

RUCK: Go away, this is mine!

Only I gets to plunder its riches!

ELISSA: I just want to talk to you.

RUCK: No - no talking! You leave my territory!

ELISSA: I'm not here to steal anything, I promise.

RUCK: Pretty eyes...pretty hair...

Smells like the steam of burning water...

Blue as the deepest rock...

So the pretty lady won't take anything from Ruck...?

You won't take Ruck's shiny worms and pretty rocks?

ELISSA: I just want to talk.

I won't take anything.

RUCK: Oh. Ruck not mind that. Maybe.

ELISSA: So your name is Ruck?

RUCK: Ruck not pretty name...

Not pretty like lady.

Ruck is small...and ugly...twisted...

ELISSA: I think I met your mother...

Is her name Filda?

RUCK: No, no-no-no-no - no Filda! No mother!

No warm blanket and stew and pillow and soft words!

Ruck doesn't deserve good memories!

No no no no no no no!

ELISSA: How did you end up here?

RUCK: She did not know...not what I did...

I was very, very-very-very angry, then someone was dead!

and then they wanted to send Ruck to the mines

if I went to the mines - she would know!

Everyone would know!

So I came here, instead...

Once you eat, once you takes in the darkness

you not miss the light so much...

You know, do you not?

Ruck sees, oh yes

He sees the darkness inside you

ELISSA: I am a Grey Warden, it's not the same.

RUCK: Grey like the stone, guiding against the darkness...

Beautiful like waterfalls, under the lichen

ELISSA: How did you survive here?

RUCK: When the dark ones were here, I kept to the shadows

They don't look in the shadows, not if you're quiet!

Not if you eat their flesh...then the dark ones

they think you're one of them - they leave you alone!

but now they're gone.

ELISSA: Do you know where the dark ones went?

I think they went south...pretty lady...

Far, far to the south

That is where the dark master calls them with his beautiful voice...

so much joy when he awoke!

OGHREN: Hmmm..he's talking about the Archdemon, huh?

RUCK: After the dark master awoke

He called his children and they all went

I wanted to go too

and gaze upon his beauty

ELISSA: Where is the dark master now - do you know?

He stopped calling...I wish I could go see him, but Ruck...no, no -

no, Ruck is a coward!

ELISSA: When did you arrive here?

RUCK: Too long ago.

I must think...five years? six?

Ruck no longer remembers the smells and sights of the city

ELISSA: That's such a long time!

You poor dear!

RUCK: The pretty lady understands...

She knows how Ruck feels, she does!

ELISSA: Did you find anything *unusual* at this camp?

RUCK: Bits of things. But only bits!

The growlers...they took almost everything!

They take things of steel and things of paper

They takes the shinies, and the words!

OGHREN: Paper and words?

That sounds like someone was taking notes...

You think Branka camped here?

They bring to the great nest - the nest they makes for the eggs

They puts the shinies inside they do!

OGHREN: Enjoy your tainted mud

you poor sodding Duster.

RUCK: Is not so bad...

The dark and the burning keeps Ruck warm...

Warm like mother's arms...

OGHREN: Get away from me you sodding freak!

Look at him, he's like a...pale mudworm

He should have been sent to the mines.

Instead he chose *this*.

I'd put him out of his misery.

ELISSA: We'll leave him for now.

OGHREN: Looks like that bonepicker's living in Branka's old camp.

Did you see the marks on the floor?

There were a lot of people and fires there, once.

Those must be Branka's papers *he* said were taken by the spiders.

Nothing that fragile would be left from the Thaig.

ELISSA: This looks like Branka's journal.

Oghren - listen to this:

'We found evidence today that the Anvil of the Void was not built in the Ortan Thaig.'

'We will go south, to the Dead Trenches.'

'The Anvil is somewhere beyond.'

'My soldiers tell me I am mad

that the Dead Trenches are crawling with darkspawn

that we will surely die before we find the Anvil, if we find it.'

'I leave this here, in case they're right.'

'If I die in the Trenches, perhaps someone can yet walk past my corpse and retrieve the Anvil.'

'For if it remains lost, so do we all.'

'If I have not returned, and Oghren yet lives, tell him...'

'No, what I have to say should be for his ears alone.'

'This is my farewell.'

OGHREN: Branka was thinking about me!

I knew she still cared!

Old softie.

Looks like the Dead Trenches is our next stop then.

They say the darkspawn nest there. Whole herds of 'em.

But if that's where Branka went, then that's where I'm going.

(Archdemon roars)

(Dwarves yelling)

DWARF: Let them believe they hold us here! When the throne is settled

we'll beat them to their vile birthing grounds!

DWARF: Atras vala, Grey Warden.

I've never seen one of your kind in the Deep Roads.

ELISSA: You know I'm a Grey Warden?

DWARF: I recognise a fighter of darkspawn.

It marks.

It's why we in the Legion of the Dead abandon our lives, so we can face them without fear.

It's a sacrifice I understand Grey Wardens are familiar with.

What do you want here, Warden?

ELISSA: I need to find Paragon Branka.

DWARF: Who put this dull idea in your head?

We've got other things to worry about in Orzammar.

Ah. Now I see.

The deep lords in the Assembly can't make up their minds, so the pretenders need added influence.

I get that right?

ELISSA: That's about it.

You have anything useful to add?

DWARF: Warden, you've got your work cut out for you.

Paragon Branka is dead, everyone with sense knows it.

Past our line, the darkspawn kill *everything*.

ELISSA: Why hold back?

DWARF: I'd gladly lead an assault through the Dead Trenches

but without an ass on the throne, we have no orders.

I won't take fools gold from a pretender.

You want to go digging blind? You go right ahead.

ELISSA: Tell me more about the Legion of the Dead.

DWARF: We die in the eyes of our brothers so we can fight without fear.

It offers redemption for the promise of the greatest sacrifice.

That's all you need to know.

To say more invites...judgement.

Or worse, imitation.

ELISSA: Ever heard of the Anvil of the Void?

DWARF: Like Dusters have heard of respect.

Never seen it.

And if it exists, it wasn't meant for me.

But if you're looking for paragons, you may as well look for the Anvil.

And endless lyrium.

ELISSA: You should be more concerned about the coming Blight.

DWARF: Why?

The other kingdoms only care when the darkspawn march in the light.

But they're always here.

Always pushing.

Your nightmare is my everyday.

Our resolve gives you a rest between Blights.

A surge on the surface would give us a break.

When the time comes, I'll care for a good dwarven reason - sod the rest.

ELISSA: I'm leaving.

DWARF: Let us know if you find any Paragons...

You're as likely to find a dozen, as one.

And Warden - watch yourself.

Drunks make poor allies.

DWARF: Well Grey Warden, I'll give you credit for backbone.

Dug a line through the 'spawn.

Still no sense in your head, but you've got skill.

Good luck, Grey Warden.

???: First day they come, and catch everyone.

???: Second day they beat us, and eat some for meat.

???: Fifth day they return, and then it's another girl's turn...

???: Sixth day her screams we hear in our dreams.

???: Seventh day she grew, as in her mouth they spew...

???: Eighth day we hated as she is violated.

???: Ninth day she grins...and devours her kin.

???: Now she does feast...as *she's* become the beast.

HESPITH: What is this, a human?

Bland and unlikely.

Feeding time brings only kin and clan.

I am cruel to myself.

You are a dream of stranger's faces and open doors.

ELISSA: Is this darkspawn corruption? It looks...different?

HESPITH: Corruption?

The men did that.

Their wounds festered, and their minds...left.

They are like dogs, marched ahead - the first to die.

Not us! Not me.

Not Laryn.

We are not cut - we are fed.

Friends, and flesh, and blood

and bile, and...and...

All I could do was wish Laryn went first.

I wished it upon her so that...I would be spared.

But I had to watch.

I...had to see the change.

How do you endure that?

How did Branka endure?

ELISSA: What *change*? What are they doing?

HESPITH: What they are allowed to do.

What they think they must.

And Branka! Her lover, and...

I could not turn her.

Forgive her. No - she cannot be forgiven.

Not for what she did.

Not for what she has become.

ELISSA: When did you last see her?

No more than a few breaths.

But longer than an eon.

It was...long enough.

Long enough to miss her.

To love her, again.

To hate her more than ever.

No.

I swore not to speak of it.

Not to think of it!

La, la, la, la, la....

I will not hear any more about Branka.

ELISSA: I can end this!

Tell me what I need to know!

DWARF: End this?

I am full of them - only a step from Laryn.

I dream I am away - but real safety?

That means accepting. And I will not

- I will not become what I have seen!

Not Laryn, not Branka!

(offscreen) HESPITH: She became obsessed.

That is the word, but it is not strong enough.

Blessed Stone, there was nothing left in her.

but the Anvil.

(offscreen) HESPITH: We tried to escape

but they found us.

they took us all.

turned us

The men, they'd kill...they're merciful...

the women...they want.

They want to touch - to mould

To change until you are filled with them

(offscreen) HESPITH: They took Laryn.

They made her eat the others...

our friends.

She tore off her husband's face.

And while she ate, she grew.

She swelled, and turned grey...

And she smelled like them.

They remade her in their image

Then *she* made more of them...

Broodmother.

(roaring)

HESPITH: That's where they come from.

That's why they hate us.

That's why they need us.

That's why they take us.

That's why they feed us.

But the true abomination...

is not that it occurred...

...but that it was allowed.

Branka.

My love...

The Stone has punished me, friend.

I am dying of something...

worse than death.

Betrayal.

OGHREN: If Branka is anywhere, this has to be it.

She will not be unprepared.

(rocks crashing behind them)

OGHREN: What was that?

BRANKA: Let me be blunt with you.

After all this time, my tolerance for social graces is fairly limited.

That doesn't bother you, I hope?

OGHREN: Well shave my back and call me an elf!

Branka?!

By the Stone I barely recognised you!

BRANKA: Oghren.

It figures you'd eventually find your way here.

Hopefully you can find your way back more easily.

And how shall I address you?

Hired sword of the latest lordling to come looking for me?

Or just the only one who didn't mind Oghren's ale-breath.

OGHREN: Be respectful woman - you're talking to a Grey Warden!

BRANKA: Ah. So an important errand boy, then.

I suppose something serious has happened. Is Endrin dead?

That seems most likely.

He was on the old and wheezy side...

ELISSA: He is dead, yes.

And the Assembly is deadlocked.

BRANKA: Then what is your involvement in this?

Why would a surfacer be interested in Dwarven politics?

You must have a patron.

A highly placed patron.

And they must want something in particular...

Now, what might that be?

I don't care if the Assembly puts a drunken monkey on the throne.

Because our protector, our great invention

the thing that once made our armies the envy of the world

is lost to the very darkspawn it should be fighting!

The Anvil of the Void!

The means by which the Ancients forged their army of golems

and held off the first archdemon ever to rise.

It's here - so close I can taste it!

ELISSA: Sounds like you could use some help.

BRANKA: And you assume after all my efforts, you'll be able to waltz in and seize the Anvil without a hitch?

How typically arrogant.

The Anvil lies on the other side of a gauntlet of traps designed by Caradin himself.

My people and I have given body and soul to unlocking its secrets.

This is what's important!

This has lasting meaning!

If I succeed, the Dwarven people benefit!

Kings, politics - all that is transitory.

I've given up everything, and would sacrifice anything to get the Anvil of the Void.

ELISSA: You're obsessed!

That must be why Caradin sealed it away.

BRANKA: I will not give up.

His legacy lies just inside

The sum of all his knowledge, and I will have it.

There's only one way out, Warden.

Forward.

Through Caradin's maze, and out to where the Anvil waits.

OGHREN: What has this place done to you!

I remember marrying a girl you could talk to for one minute

and see her brilliance!

BRANKA: I am your Paragon.

(offscreen) BRANKA: I needed people to test Caradin's traps.

There's now way to get through it except for trial and error.

They were all mine, pledged to be my House

and they didn't want to help - they tried to leave me!

Even my Hespith!

but even she couldn't understand that when you reach for greatness

there are sacrifices - as many sacrifices as are needed!

(offscreen) BRANKA: She shouldn't have gone. She was pledged to me.

She swore she'd do whatever it took to find the Anvil.

There was no other choice!

Most of them were dying of the Taint already...

But some...some already were...transforming

I knew what they would become.

They would be an endless supply of fresh darkspawn

to test the traps! They could still serve me, let me find the Anvil!

(offscreen) BRANKA: You have no idea how they carried on.

Holding my hand and begging to die.

They had pledged me their loyalty!

They had no right to fight me.

They say your Order is renowned for its wits, as well as its brawn.

Perhaps you'll do better than my poor clansmen.

There's something about this place...

It makes people despair.

CARADIN: My name is Caradin.

Once, longer ago than I care to think

I was a Paragon to the Dwarves of Orzammar.

SHALE: Caradin?

The Paragon Smith?

Alive?

CARADIN: Ah! There is a voice I recognise.

Shale, of the House of Cadash.

Step forward.

SHALE: You...know my name.

Is it you that forged me, then?

Is it you that gave me my name?

CARADIN: Have you forgotten, then?

Ah.

It has been so long...

I made you into the golem you are now, Shale

but before that, you were a dwarf.

Just as I was.

The finest warrior to serve King Valtor

And the only woman to volunteer.

SHALE: The only...woman?!

A dwarf?!

CARADIN: I laid you on the Anvil of the Void, in this very room.

I put you into the form you now possess.

SHALE: The Anvil of the Void...

That is what we seek.

CARADIN: If you seek the Anvil, then you must care about my story.

Or be doomed to relive it.

ELISSA: You made the Anvil, I take it?

CARADIN: Though I made many things in my time

I rose to fame and earned my status

based on a single item.

the Anvil of the Void.

It allowed me to forge a man of steel, or stone.

As flexible and clever as any soldier.

As an army, they were invincible.

But I told no-one the cost.

No mere Smith, however skilled

has the power to create life.

To make my golems live, I had to take their lives from elsewhere.

ELISSA: It's a dire shortcut.

Was it worth it?

CARADIN: So said my king.

I had only intended to use volunteers.

But he was not satisfied.

And soon a river of blood flowed out of this place.

Finally it was too much.

I refused, and so Valtor had me put on the Anvil next.

ELISSA: What now?

Do you want revenge?

CARADIN: Not revenge.

The blow of the hammer opened my eyes.

My apprentices knew enough to make me as I am.

But not enough to fashion a control rod.

I retained my mind.

You were amongst the most loyal, Shale.

You remained at my side throughout.

And at the end, I sent you away out of mercy.

SHALE: I...do not...remember...

CARADIN: We have remained entombed here ever since.

And I have sought a way to destroy the anvil.

Alas

I cannot do it myself.

No golem can touch it.

BRANKA: No! The Anvil is mine!

No-one will take it from me!

CARADIN: Shale, you fought to destroy the Anvil once!

Do not allow it to fall into unthinking hands again!

SHALE: You speak of things I do not remember - you say we fought

Did you use our control rods to command us to do so?

CARADIN: I destroyed the rods.

Perhaps my apprentices eventually learned to replace the rods!

I do not know.

But if so, then all they need is the Anvil to make all the slaves they need!

You! Please! Help me destroy the Anvil!

Do not let it enslave more souls than it already has!

ELISSA: You were a Paragon - I'll help if you support a new king.

BRANKA: Don't listen! He's been trapped here for a thousand years

stewing in his own madness.

Help *me* claim the Anvil, and you will have an army like you've never seen!

OGHREN: Branka, you mad bleeding nug-tail!

Does this thing mean so much to you that you can't even see what you've lost to get it?

BRANKA: Look around.

Is this what our Empire should look like?

A crumbling tunnel filled with darkspawn spew?

The Anvil will let us take back our glory!

ELISSA: The Anvil enslaves living souls!

It must be destroyed!

SHALE: So it fights with Caradin?

Good. That seems right.

MORRIGAN: Have you no desire to discover this Anvil's potential?

It is a marvel - a tool of creation!

You could rival the Maker himself with this instrument.

If you destroy the Anvil, I swear you will regret it.

ELISSA: And how would *you* like to become a golem?

MORRIGAN: You would not dare!

ELISSA: Wouldn't I? If I cared only for power?

MORRIGAN: I would rather not find out.

Fine.

Destroy it, if it pleases you.

CARADIN: Thank you, stranger.

Your compassion shames me.

BRANKA: Bah! You're not the only Master Smith here, Caradin!

Golems obey me!

Attack!

CARADIN: A control rod? But - my friend! You must help me - I cannot stop her alone!

CARADIN: Another life lost because of my invention.

I wish no mention of it has made it into history.

OGHREN: Yeah, you ain't kidding.

Stupid woman.

Always knew the Anvil would kill her.

SHALE: How is it the woman was not able to disable me as she did you, Caradin?

CARADIN: I do not know.

Have you been altered?

SHALE: I once had a pathetic little mage of a master.

He did...something...to me. Experiemented on me, and then I killed him.

And it rendered me paralysed.

CARADIN: Hmm. Perhaps he was bringing forth old memories?

And caused you to remember the time when you fought at my side.

The paralysis you speak of always resulted when the master perished.

As for your free will, you were always a strong woman, Shale.

I am pleased to see you remain such.

SHALE: I don't know what to say.

...thank you.

CARADIN: Ah...do not thank me.

All of this...this is my doing.

My legacy.

But at least it ends here.

I thank you for standing with me, stranger.

The Anvil waits there for you to shatter it.

MORRIGAN: (laughs) Yes, excellent idea! Just destroy it now, after all this.

CARADIN: Is there any boon I can grant you for your aid?

A final favour before I am freed from my burden?

ELISSA: I need a Paragon's support to settle an election.

CARADIN: For the aid you've given me, I shall put hammer to steel one last time.

And give you a crown for the king of your choice.

CARADIN: There, it is done.

Give it to whom you will.

I do not wish to hear their names, or anything more of them.

I have already lived far beyond my time.

I have no place here.

ELISSA: I will destroy the Anvil, as agreed.

CARADIN: That would please me, human.

CARADIN: You have my eternal thanks, stranger.

Atrust nal tunsha.

May you always find your way in the dark.

ELISSA: Oghren - what is this, can you tell?

OGHREN: (mutters)...Names.

Long list of dwarves.

Hold on...

'We honour who have made this sacrifice...

let their names be remembered.'

Fart me a lullaby!

It's a memorial! Of all the dwarves who became golems.

Has to be.

If there was some way of getting this back to the Shaperate in Orzammar

I bet they'd brown their trousers!

And pay good gold for it.

Hm. Probably both.

ELISSA: Shale, do you recognise this at all?

SHALE: No...?

Perhaps it thinks I should?

If there is some way to make a copy of these runes, I am willing to study them.

Perhaps there is something to be gleaned from them? I know not.

How To Get More Traffic To Your Website FAST - 5 Website Traffic Tips For Beginners - Duration: 17:53.

do you want to get more traffic to your website for your business of course you

do stay tuned all the way through this video because I'm going to give you five

tips five different ways that you can send more traffic to your website and

we're doing that right now

what's going on guys my name is Gabe Ekemezie I am your internet marketing guide

on my channel I talk everything entrepreneurship and I help you build

your business and brand online so that you can live the life that you deserve

so this is your very first time stopping by feel free to subscribe to my channel

and on today's video we're talking about traffic and how to get it to your

website because let's be honest traffic is one of those things that we know we

need but especially if you're a beginner it seems like you can't get your hands

on it and it seems so hard and I know how that

feels to want to get more traffic to get more people to get more eyeballs to your

website and all you hear is cricket's why can't I get this to work so in this

video I'm gonna go over two types of traffic free traffic and pay traffic

before I dive into how you get these people to your website we've got to talk

about one thing get close alright that's too much listen guys I'm just gonna be

honest if you do not have the right mindset when it comes to traffic you are

setting yourself up for failure and I know that sounds harsh but it's true and

let me explain why free traffic and pay traffic all the methods of traffic war

despite your experience or not why because there's somebody else out there

who is using them that is getting great success with those methods so they were

problem is how do you work it for you here's the thing with free traffic yes

it's free quote unquote because you're not spending money but free traffic

takes a lot of time and when people especially newbie entrepreneurs go into

trying to get more traffic for free because they might not have a budget for

paycheck forget which I totally understand because when I first started

all I did was free traffic because I'd have a dime to spend on paid traffic so

I totally get that but you gotta have the right mindset because when people

don't see the results coming in fast enough or they don't see the sales

coming in fast enough they think it's not working but that's not true you just

have to be patient and be consistent with it to grow it okay now with paid

traffic people have the wrong mindset they think oh I'm wasting money or I'm

spending money and not seeing any money back but that's the wrong mindset to

have I'm gonna save you guys a lot of heartache before you get exposed to it

truth of the matter is when you're using paid traffic think of

it more as an investment okay even if you're not seeing sales and and the

flashing lights at the very beginning you're paying for data to understand

what works and what doesn't work and if you don't know what's working and what's

not working you're not going to be able to focus on the things that are working

and grow your business one of the benefits of paid traffic is you're able

to scale your business imagine spending $1 on ads and getting $2 back in profit

you can scale that as fast as that baby can go and that's how you get extreme

growth and momentum in your business that's the beauty of paid advertising

that's where you want to get so make this commitment to yourself with me

right now that no matter what traffic method you choose whether it's free

methods for now and then paid later make the commitment that you're going to

stick with it if you're doing free traffic until you start seeing results

or you won't get yourself prematurely scared and shoot yourself in the foot

and stop running paid traffic just because you think it's not working start

off free but eventually as you starts to get income flowing in from your business

set aside a piece of that a budget and allocate that towards paid traffic all

serious entrepreneurs eventually do both all right enough of mindset stuff that's

actually going to the strategies so first I'm gonna talk about a couple of

free strategies and then we'll tie in a couple of paid traffic strategies so the

first free traffic method I'm talking about is video marketing okay this is

one of my personal favorites because video marketing is an amazing way to

build a brand online one your audience can get to know like and trust you

faster and when they're able to do that they buy from you fast just like you're

watching me right now on YouTube or you might be on my website it almost feels

like we have a dialogue going on except I'm the one doing all the talking so you

can tell me to shut up whenever but that's basically what's going on here

versus any other types of content that might be out there video marketing is an

amazing way to get more traffic to your site and the way that you do that is by

creating videos that are relative to your service or product now when you

create these videos you want to utilize one thing called keywords now what are

keywords keywords are basically the magic puzzle that helps people find you

and your service so for example let's say you own a carpet cleaning company

your goal is to make videos about your carpet cleaning company as well as any

other type of content that could be related to carpets and cleaning such

things and when you make these videos you want people to be able to find these

videos now YouTube is the second biggest search engine compared to Google and

Google absolutely owns YouTube so you know go figure the way people find you

on Google and on YouTube is by the keywords that you use so you want to

think in your prospects shoes what are they searching for online if I'm looking

for a carpet cleaning service I'm googling things like carpet cleaning

service carpet cleaning service near carpet cleaning service in my area how

do I clean my carpet carpet cleaning products are pit cleaning solution and

you can even get as detailed as how do you remove red wine stains from my

carpet or how do you take care of your carpet when having pets and so these are

questions people are looking for answers to end your job in order to get more

traffic to your website and to your business is to answer those questions

with video and use keywords so that those people can find you the keywords

you want to use them in your video title with video descriptions and in your tags

and if you want a free tool that you can be able to use in order to find out what

keywords are people are using or to get some keyword ideas look up Google

Keyword planner now this is a free tool that people use you can use it to also

do keyword research where you can look up certain keywords and you can figure

out what people are searching for and create video content based off of those

keywords so that when I type in how do I clean my carpet with red stain on it you

pop up with your red carpet cleaner solution free traffic method number two

I'm gonna talk about is blogging now blogging is an awesome way to build more

traffic and send more traffic to your website into your business like I talked

about in the beginning of this video all these few methods take time so if you

start a blog today or tomorrow you're not gonna start seeing crazy results the

next day okay got it be consistent with it but the best way to start building

traffic is by using keywords in your blog

host as well so let's say you're into travel and you want to create a travel

blog the reason why a lot of these blogs don't pick up are a lot of these

vloggers that do lifestyle vlogs and blogs don't pick up and they quit so

quickly is because they get no views and they just feel discouraged and they quit

the reason why that's happening is because they're not utilizing keywords

nobody cares about a video that says oh my gosh my surprise so only people that

get traction to those kind of videos and blogs or people that already built up a

massive audience where you could name your title nothing and people would

still watch it but if you're just getting started you need to be

searchable and that's why search engine optimization comes in and search engine

optimization it's just a fancy way of saying getting your content to be easily

found on Google by people who are looking for your content so back to my

example if you're into travel creating a blog about travel is amazing but you

also want to make sure you're incorporating the keywords that people

are looking for in your title throughout your blog posts in your tags so that

when people search for that they find you and when they click on your page and

they read your blog you can point them to a website you can point them to your

services and you can show them exactly how they can solve their problem even

further by paying you an example could be top cheap destinations for somewhere

2018 or whatever year people I promise you are searching for that so what you

want to do is use those keywords and create a title using those keywords so

that when people search for that they find you and like I said earlier if you

need help with keyword ideas check out Google Keyword planner you'll get plenty

of them as well as just go to Google type in whatever keywords you want to

use and see the related searches that come up you can do that in both Google

and YouTube to get plenty of fresh ideas for keywords to use third free traffic

method that you can use to bring more traffic to your website or your business

is social media now you're probably saying oh I already know that but social

media is a whole nother game-changer okay whether it's Facebook Instagram

LinkedIn Google+ Twitter snapchat MySpace if you're still on that are we

still on that maybe I don't know whatever it is social media is a great

way to send more traffic to your website and the way that you do that

by including your website including Atlanta pages on your personal profile

whether it's in your About section whether it's in your descriptions or in

your Instagram descriptions wherever it is including those kind of things is a

great way because when you connect with people when you meet new followers and

making new friends then those people where they go to check you out and see

who you are what you're about you have your website there and you'll have

something that sends them more deeper into your world where you offer your

services on Facebook particularly you can have Facebook fan pages business

pages and you can even join Facebook groups so any Facebook groups is a great

way to get more traffic to your website because you can join Facebook groups

that are related to your business say you're in the health industry and you

sell like a weight loss product you can join Facebook groups that are

health-related and then when you become members of these groups you can post

valuable content in their stress on valuable content don't be spammy for

several reasons one people won't click - you'll end up in facebook jail and

Facebook doesn't like that send valuable content that those people of those

members would be interested in and at the end of those valuable pieces of

content you can sent you can forward them to your website and into your

business you can also share your videos and your blog posts in facebook groups

and that's a great way to syndicate your content and get more traffic flowing

into your business all right now that we've covered a couple free methods

let's talk about paid methods so there's two paid methods that I'm gonna talk

about the first one is Facebook Ads now Facebook Ads

is an amazing way to start investing in your business with paid traffic for

several reasons one Facebook has like a billion monthly users or more I'm not

really sure what the stats are now but it's incredible your audience is

somewhere on Facebook and what Facebook Ads allows you to do is you're able to

target people to very specific details so that you can get your ad of your

product and service in front of exactly who you want to see it so let's say your

business involves dogs on Facebook what you can do is you can create a Facebook

ad and on this Facebook ad you can tell Facebook hey Facebook I want you to show

this ad to people who live in the United States who are when

between the ages of 18 and 34 who work at the specific job who make a certain

amount of income and who likes Facebook dog pages and Facebook can show those

ads specifically to those people so you're not wasting money just

shotgunning your ads and advertising to hopefully land to someone that's

interested you're showing people who are interested in dogs and pets and are more

likely to buy your product but another reason why Facebook is an amazing way to

do paid advertising is because of retargeting retargeting is the secret

sauce that takes six-figure earners to over a million dollars these are what

the rich and successful millionaires and multimillionaires both online and

offline are using to help grow and scale the business now I'm not gonna get too

much into retargeting here for the sake of this video I'll explain what it is

but if you want more information about retargeting check out some of my videos

especially my facebook course where I talk about retargeting and learn how you

can do that and implement in your business but what retargeting is in a

nutshell you're looking at a certain product and maybe you don't buy it then

or you just click off that page and you go somewhere else and then later on you

see that product just staring at you on the side of your website and you're like

are these people watching me are they following me they are yes they are and

it sounds really creepy and it kind of is but it's also a genius marketing

strategy that people use because we marketers understand the buying

psychology of people and we know that it takes the average person 7 to 12 times

to see one thing before they decide consciously that they want to buy it so

in order to get that product in front of people's faces as many times as possible

they incorporate retargeting into their campaign so retargeting is a paid method

that you can use on Facebook and other means but Facebook is a great way to do

it because of the targeting aspect already there and it's able to help you

get more traffic to your website and to your business and lastly the fifth

traffic method that's paid that I'll be talking about in this video is Adwords

now AdWords is like Facebook ads but it's on Google's platform funny thing

with Google is just like I said earlier YouTube is owned by Google so you could

add we use AdWords on YouTube as well this

allows you to run ads on YouTube's platform and on Google's platform and

this is a great way to get more traffic to your website especially to your blogs

because obviously a Google search engine is huge along with YouTube's and these

search engines are meant to answer people's questions so if you're creating

content whether it's through a blog whether it's do something like Pinterest

or forums or whatever you are able to access the traffic on Google's platform

and send that to your website and send that to your business with the help of

Google Adwords and just to give you an idea of what Google AdWords look like if

you ever Google something and you see the top two or three results on the

first page and probably up there because somebody paid for them to be up there

and you'll even look and you can see where it says ad next to the paid result

that shows you that those companies whatever that company is is using Google

Adwords in order to pay to show their results higher on Google's results those

are there so that when people search and that's the first thing that they see

they're gonna get more of that traffic and they're gonna make more sales so

your goal is to get your business and your content up on Google AdWords so

that people are being shown your content but more people see your content the

more traffic you're getting the more traffic equals more leads which equals

more sales which equals more money in your bank account which equals a happier

you and a happier at me because I want the best for you and I want to see your

business thrive and grow all right guys those are my five

different ways of generating traffic to your website both free and paid ways and

just to go over a quick recap there are two different types of ways free and

paid no matter which one you go into make sure you have the right mindset

going in free methods do take time but they're worth it paid methods you're not

just wasting your money you're investing your money for data to

understand what works so that you can scale your business faster and in terms

of free traffic strategies you have video marketing like YouTube but that

also includes facebook video lives like Facebook and Instagram stories and

snapchat and some other free methods include blogging and social media all

utilizing the power of keywords to answer people's questions

get them exposed to your business and opportunity paid methods include

Facebook advertising and google adwords and the beauty about this paid traffic

is you can scale it faster than you can with free traffic meaning if you have

everything dialed in right you could potentially pay a dollar and advertising

and make two dollars back and make two dollars back and profit from sales you

also have the power of retargeting where you can low-key kind of stock your

prospects and your customers online and continue to stop them until they buy

which in that case hey they wanted it in the first place otherwise they wouldn't

be looking at it and you're a happy camper because you eventually got the

sale so that's it guys hope this video was helpful for you hope you got value
