Youtube daily Sep 29 2018

Hey, guys.

Today, I'm here with the Barricade tubular fender flares fitting all '07 to '18 two-door

and four-door JKs.

This is going to be for the guys out there looking for a tough off-road look, some better

protection for the side body of your JK, as well as a flat fender to allow more up travel

for larger wheels and tires.

This is going to be your most affordable option at the moment at roughly $350 for either the

front or the rear and at roughly $700 for a set of all four.

Compared to other options on the page for only the front, those are going to cost roughly

the same amount as all four of these so, I think you're getting a great deal out of these.

Install will be a strong one out of three wrenches and there's not going to be any drilling

required, however, you might have to wrestle the fender on there to get all of the bolt

holes to line up.

So, so speaking of the install, let's jump into that now.

So, our first step to remove our stock fender is to remove the six bolts holding it on.

So, we're going to be removing these six 10-millimeter bolts holding on our fender flare up around

the liner.

So, after we remove those six bolts, we need to unplug our side marker light harness.

You can just pull the inner fender liner back, and there should be a tab and you can pull

that out.

So, this part's not going to sound great, but all you have to do is pull off your fender

and pull the pop clips out of the body.

So after that, you can rest your fender on the wheel and disconnect your side marker

light harness.

So, we're not going to be reusing this harness, so we can fully unclip it.

With our harness removed, we can fully remove our fender assembly.

So, in order to remove our rear fender, we have four pop clips inside of our inner fender

liner that we're going to pull out so we can remove the full fender.

I'm using a trim removal tool.

So now, we can remove our rear fender just like we did our front and just pull it out.

So after pulling the fenders off, just make sure if you do have any remaining clips, that

you remove those so we can install our new ones.

You can just take a trim removal tool and they should pop out pretty easy.

Just be careful because these ones are crazy.

So, there are two ways that you can go with a fender flare.

You can choose a plastic option like the stock one.

However, when you're off-road, if you do hit something, they can bend or break.

But the good thing about that is that they will just pop right off and not transfer any

of that energy into your body, causing any extra damage that you might not want.

Or you could go with a tubular fender like this one from Barricade.

This is going to be a lot more durable than the stock fender flare being made of carbon

plated steel.

However, if you do take a hard enough hit, you will transfer some of that energy into

your body and essentially causing a little bit more damage than you might want.

Nonetheless, if you are in favor of this tubular option, then it will be a more durable setup

overall, and will also come with a black powder coat finish to resist any of that rusting

or corrosion.

This will also be a flat flare.

So when you're off-road, you're going to get a lot more articulation and up travel out

of this flare than you would the stock.

Not to mention, you are going to get a very aggressive and off-road look with these new

fender flares.

So enough about the stock fender flare, let's put on our Barricades.

So now, we can bolt up our Barricade to the fender.

They provided us with a notch here, so we can rest the fender on this bracket and bolt

up our hardware.

So after it's resting on this bracket, we can loosely attach our hardware.

And the reason why we loosely attach it is so we can shimmy the fender around to get

in all of the other bolts.

So now that all of our hardware is in and everything's lined up, we can tighten everything

down with an extended Allen key, it's going to be a 5-millimeter, and a 13-millimeter

wrench.

So once our hardware is loosely installed, we can take our rubber gasket with the flat

side facing the inside of the Jeep and insert it in between the body and the fender.

So once we have it where we want it, we can cut our excess off so we can use it on the

other side.

And this is going to give the fenders a more finished look and protect the paint on your

body.

So with our gasket installed, we can tighten all of our hardware using a 5-millimeter Allen

key and a 13-millimeter wrench.

So after we have our fender all buttoned up, we can do the same thing on the other side

and then move to the rear.

So unlike the front, we can only access two of the bolt holes, so Barricade provided us

with rivnuts to be inserted in the rest of the holes.

So, with the help of a friend holding the flare, we're going to loosely install our

hardware.

So, with all of our hardware loosely installed, just like the front, we're going to install

our gasket and then tighten everything down.

For the bolts with the rivnuts, you're going to be using a 4-millimeter Allen key.

And for the bolts with the nuts on the back, you can use a 5-millimeter Allen key and a

13-millimeter wrench.

So, after everything's tightened down, then you're all set to go.

That's it for my review and install on the Barricade tubular fender flares fitting all

'07 to '18 two-door and four-door JKs.

This is How Your Brain Physically Changes When You Consume Whole Turmeric

Well, we can easily say that turmeric is one of the healthiest spices in the world?

Do you agree?

Share your thoughts in the commend section below!

And, many experts also think that turmeric is a sort of 'miracle' spice, backed up

by the over 600 experimentally confirmed health benefits it has shown.

Why – well, it's due to its powerful compound curcumin.

Can I ask you a simple question – did you know the whole turmeric could actually help

with brain regeneration?

And it's not just from curcumin like you might expect!

Just take a look at the article below and find out more about this!

Here's what you need to know – aromatic-turmerone is a fat-soluble component of turmeric that

has been studied by German researchers for its effects on neural stem cells.

Well, the German experts have discovered that the neural stem cells (NSCs) increased in

number by as much as 80% when exposed to ar-turmerone, indicating there was a healing effect happening.

When used on rats, they formed healthy new brain cells in the subventricular zone and

the hippocampus, the place where new neurons are grown.

They also noticed a size growth in both these areas.

And, on its own, ar-turmerone is a powerful regenerative that can aid NSCs in brain regeneration,

and could eventually lead to aiding degenerative diseases like stroke or Alzheimer's.

The biggest draw of ar-turmerone in the brain is that rather than just promoting stem cell

proliferation, it also differentiates stem cells into neurons, which is a major goal

of regenerative medicine.

But, curcumin, on the other hand, has also been used on the brain and has been found

to improve the overall memory of Alzheimer's patients.

Well, the real and ugly truth is that many people think that using a curcumin extract

on its own is enough to reap the benefits, but using the whole turmeric offers a range

of therapeutic compounds they might miss out on.

For instance, for colonic inflammation or polyps, it is better to use the whole plant

over an extract because the extract can likely be absorbed by the small intestine before

ever getting to the large intestine where it's needed most.

And, you should also know that the effects of the brain using ar-turmerone are still

relatively unknown, but this recent study shows there is definitely a regenerative factor

embedded within.

So go ahead, add a pinch to your smoothie or curry next time and you'll thank yourself

for it in the future!

The experts say that all healing plants are often composed of hundreds of beneficial compounds,

so it's inaccurate to assume that one in particular is responsible for all the healing

powers.

Although curcumin and ar-turmerone have been found to have substantial positive benefits

to the body and mind, turmeric as a whole will reap the most benefits.

We really hope you find this article helpful and don't forget to share it with your friends

and family.

Thank You and have a good one!

Let's Cappadocia Vlog II - Duration: 33:43.

So good morning. We're in an organic farm breakfast, Turkish breakfast

that Vittoria is gonna taste for the first time, it's delicious.

Hey guys, this is our 3rd day.

And I'm on my way to Ihlara Valley.

And the road is like freakin amazing.

This is Hasan Mountain.

It f*cking looks so good.

The road is empty and I'm loving it, enjoying it so much right now.

Yes people! So...

This is Ihlara Valley.

Of course I'm always trying to be adventurous.

I hope I won't die again today (just kidding)

It's freakin beautiful, it's like pure nature.

Okay so, this is Ihlara Valley.

It's super natural.

It's full of bird sounds,

it's full of animals, it's full of bugs too.

But still, I don't know.

The ambience here it's

I don't think, like I've been to lots of places.

Like lots of lots of places in the earth.

All the nature.

Because like I love nature, being in the nature

but this is something else.

This is like, you're in a valley.

It's not open, it's closed.

You're in your home.

It's like a house. It's like your mom just cooked you

a fresh baked cake and you just arrive home

and it smells so good, it's something like that, the feeling.

There are lots of blue dragonflies.

In Turkey, dragonflies bring luck.

I feel super lucky to see like every one of them.

I'm trying to take videos of them but of course they are no super friendly.

Okay so we're right now in Yılanlı Church.

Yılanlı means in Turkish with snake.

So there are lots of animals and I'm not gonna lie

I was a little bit scared there would be a little bit like small snakes.

But there is not.

So it's beautiful inside.

It's one of the most important churches here in Ihlara Valley.

And it's little bit far because

the route is actually, I'm gonna show you right now.

We're in the right side.

There is also a left side. When you go down, you go down from the left side.

So like if you cross, it's a little bit like, you feel a little bit lonely.

Because everybody walks from the left side.

So just walk from the left side, and then

you'll see yılanlı church and then cross from the bridge.

And walk a little bit, you'll see a beautiful road

which I just like showed you

And then you'll be here.

My suggestion would be just try to find some view points.

I'm always like riskin my... I don't know.

I'm always looking for higher points.

Look at this valley, like it's amazing.

it's seriously amazing.

So it took me harder, it took me faster

to go up than I go down.

because when you go up, you don' t have the view.

So I just ran.

Get water with you.

Like 1 liter.

If you're gonna walk whole the valley I'll suggest 1 liter.

There is a restaurant in the middle.

Between the...

Okay there is a middle point called Bellisırma.

And here is like the start point.

.And it between there is a cafe restaurant

I think there will be toilets so don't worry about peeing.

So just get water with you.

It's beautiful view.

So, now...

I'm leaving the first part.

Because like normally when you go with a tour,

you start from the beginning point,

Omg I'm scared of my tires.

This car is so shitty, it's like f*cking shitty.

Normally you start and then you walk to the middle point

and then the tour comes and gets you so

I'm not gonna walk that far, because then I have to go back

and it takes lots of time

We're moving to the middle part.

And after that we're gonna go back to Kaymaklı Underground City.

I hope I'll have time.

Vittoria is waiting for me at the hotel.

Well, like I don't know, I drove just like

It's one hour from Goreme, it's not that close.

So check out the place that I randomly found.

Seriously I'm crying.

This is like so pretty.

This place is like amazing.

Normally they serve like food, this is a restaurant.

And I said like can I just like have a coffee and sit there?

They said it like yeah sure, because it's empty.

I cannot believe like I found this place, guys, here is incredible!

I'm in the valley, I'm still in Ihlara Valley.

This is like in the middle.

Look at the f*cking view.

Look at the f*cking view!

So here we standing,

in Belisırma.

A high point of Belisırma.

There is a church and there is a Bezirhane.

I think Bezirhane was the place where they make the wine maybe?

I'll check. I don't remember, I don't know.

I don't know what it means in Turkish.

So you have to walk up like a little bit of a hill,

it takes about like 5 minutes to come here and

I can see Ihlara Valley like in a different way.

I cannot believe I can still hear the frogs.

Like how loud can they be? And here they're like super loud.

Guys, like

I don't know, like

this is...

I don't know, it's like canyon,

it's beautiful, I don' know.

It's like photoshop, like come on.

Who put the trees there?

F*ck. It's f*cking amazing.

Okay so Bezirhane, I learnt.

Bezirhane is the place where they made the bezir oil.

Bezir oil was the special oil, it was from a local weed.

Not smoking weed, like regular weed.

They used to like crush it so well and they were extracting its oil.

And then they were using it like in candle light? With lightning? What was it called?

Okay this is a proper church, this really is a church.

Think like the beginning of the century and look at all the architecture.

Look at all the details.

It's so destoyed, I feel so sad about destoried art.

The idea of how it was before it was destroyed.

It's like freakin incredible.

I'd say like this, this church is one of the masterpiece of their time.

Not just the floor, the ceiling.

Sorry guys I'm not wearing my belt.

This lake is f*cking beautiful.

How beautiful is this? It's located when you're going to Ihlara.

It's a great detour

One, it's beautiful. It's seriously beautiful.

This is a volcanic lake.

Like this... Okay, lots of bugs.

This is a volcanic lake.

As you can see like on the background

As I'm gonna show you

There are like some shapes

There are some chimneys.

The belief here is the lake is, actually it brings health

and luck.

So they believed that this lake really healed

some of the diseases and they were really good at your health.

They were like, people were coming here taking baths,

to get better and they were like taking water to use them like in a religious kinda way.

But it's actually proved that this lake is actually really termal.

It has like bicarbonate, calcium, sodium and all the stuff.

So if you really take a bath here, okay if you take just once it won't work

but like if you take baths here you really get better, they say that your skin gets beautiful.

And there is a hotel, a termal hotel.

I'd love to stay there and I hate to say

like, here is, it's undiscovered treasure.

Here is amazing.

The lake is blue, it's all kinds of green

You can see it's steady but the wind makes it like the perfect pattern there.

It's perfect, here is really really perfect.

Okay guys

we are in a volcanic field.

So, like all those, we are actually

we're pretty far away from Cappadocia but as literal sense

Literal

L I T E R A L

In exact sense okay, (gave up)

Cappadocia is a pretty big area.

So it includes all of those areas are normally belong to Cappadocia.

All of those are happened more or less the same century.

Look at those.

Can you believe, these are like created by nature, they happened by chance.

Super termal, of course around this area there are lots of termal water.

Actually, yeah I was too Turkish.

So I got little bit of water (from the lake).

I don't know what I'm gonna do with that.

I think I'm just gonna like, wash my hands once in a while or something.

Or wash my face, I hope it's clean.

You can also swim in the lake.

But I don't know, I wouldn't do it.

Because you cannot really see what's in there.

It's a little bir unclear.

It's not a clear lake.

We're gonna go to an underground city.

This was a detour, I was not meant to stop here, but I'm super glad I did.

And I'm seriously recommending al of you guys to stop here.

It's amazing again, everything is amazing.

So this is a living room.

It's like amazing, the architecture.

Look at the windows, the peepholes.

So, this is Kaymaklı Underground City.

It has 5 floors, and I'm at the first one right now I just got in.

It's like, super narrow, but it's so spacey. I can breathe so well.

I don't feel underground at all.

Omg, it's beautiful.

Oh, that window that we just looked.

I bet like they were all talking to each other and everybody could hear each other

so it was like really easy.

Also they had some private rooms.

I think here is also a living room.

Oh I wanna know where this is go.

Here is actually pretty scary, because I'm here by myself.

I don't know what room that was,

Guys, wow, like here is wow.

It's so complicated.

There is no end, there is always a passage.

But I wanna just follow the red signs.

I love this, I freakin love this.

I want this in my living room.

I'm gonna steal this architecture in my living room.

Look, look, look!

I don't know where that goes.

Hey! So first step and the second step.

Omg. Amazing.

So good.

(In Turkish) So beautiful.

Thank you.

Good morning guys. It's 5am in the morning.

We woke up super early to watch this beautiful view.

So the sunrise is at 5.32 am.

And I wanted to see from where the balloons take off.

But apparently there are lots of locations so we couldn't find it.

So we come up here, this is a sunset point of Goreme.

So we have like all the down valley, kind of valley.

to see every balloon rising up.

In 10 minutes, every balloon will be up

and, omg it's gonna be so romantic.

We did our sun salutation.

Now we are going to Sultan Caves.

to rest there and enjoy a little bit.

There are still some balloons rising,

so that means that we have solid 40 minutes

of ballooning.

Which is perfect! Yeah.

I was really committed on waking up.

So I did.

Yesterday we missed the ballonning watching.

Here in Goreme, you can spot

this Turkish flag, it's up in the hill.

That's our point.

But like, here is really good,

but I'm gonna suggest you to go the National Park

to watch them a little bit more closely.

It's like 6 almost, not even 6 yet.

We came back for the, the view from the back.

Thank God, our restaurant is open!

So we're gonna have coffee! Coffee!

Hey guys.

This is our last day, last hours here.

We slept like only, in total 5 hours.

But we divided into 2.

So like we slept 2 hours and then 3.

We're like f*cking tired.

This is Cavusin.

It's only like 7-8 minutes driving away from Goreme.

Super close.

So right now,

We're walking up in Cavusin,

and there is an old church.

So we're gonna find there.

F*ck. You can also come with a car here.

You could come with a car here, we left it down.

Okay so, this church...

Cavusin is also important in Christian education

during I don't know what kind of century, like super early in time.

This church is, wait let me read it to you.

Church of Saint John the Baptist Church.

It's the first biggest church here in Cappadocia.

Omg, it smells so bad.

Here is Pasabag.

It's right after Cavusin.

Around this area

you see the best versions of fairy chimneys.

(In Turkish) No, thank you.

I love when people think I'm a tourist

and I'm just a regular actually Turkish.

We've been walking around all of these

for days and

I've never touched a chimney.

I'm gonna touch it right now.

Fairy chimney!

Omg it's empty.

It's like your new fake wall.

This place is incredible.

Let's climb again.

Guys, wow.

Okay we're in the old houses area in Avanos.

This place is also in Cappadocia.

But it doesn't have the chimneys.

It has pottery, it has the Red River.

And it has the handcraft stuff.

So it's still a must to come here.

Because, just to walk around

you can really see all the shops and all the

souvenirs, they are really handmade.

They are like purely purely unique,

really special.

Wow, they are like so smooth.

I wanna buy them, I don't know why but I wanna.

Look at the mud!

It's still in my hand.

F*ck. Okay I'm gonna just...

Okay this place is...

...really nice.

We can ask for prices.

So like one plate, it takes one whole month to make them.

Omg, I love the blue, the Turkish blue.

This is our last stop.

The iconic photograph point of Urgup and also Cappadocia.

How ugly my hand looks right now, wait.

These three fairy chimneys are really the best ones.

Because like I don't know,

their position, they are like together,

and I don't know for me, they look like a family.

Like for me, this one is the mom,

this one is the child and the other one is the dad.

They are like a family together.

Okay so stop listening to me and read the freaking story about the Three Graces. It's a mythological story.

We're so tired, we're like dying.

Right now I'm just gonna sleep.

This is like a one hour flight.
