i made grilled Eryngii Mushroom with cheese
we always made the grilled Eryngii Mushroom in autumn
grill the mushroom is very yummy
and i used this time plenty of it, 1.5 kg
and it was so easy to make as well
so, let's see how we made it
the ingredients
Eryngii Mushroom
oyster sauce
soy sauce, sauce powder
osake, mayonnaise
cheese and parsley
when i open the fridge, lon always follow me
she want to eat tuna

here 1.5 of Eryngii Mushroom
let it for 30 min
let's cut it now to a small pieces
cover it with a bag and put it in the microwave at 600c and for 2min
but because the amount here is a lot, i'm going to let it for a long time

oyster sauce
soy sauce
sauce powder
osake
mayonnaise
and we mix it
after that we let it
because the Eryngii Mushroom was so juicy because of the microwave heat, i got rid of some juice
that's becacuse the taste of the sauce that we made is strong
and after that we add plenty of cheese
about 500g
breadcrumbs
butter
and we grill it for about 10 min
hay, cheese is so melty now
and to not take a lot of time i'm going to use the burner here
after that we add parsley

aah, i'm sleepy
hay, it's 4am now after all
there are plenty of butter, mayo and cheese, and this looks super yummy

and i made 1kg of miso soup as well

I wish that I had prepared rice as well

and after that we add the eggs
and plenty of cheese
and like before, we add breadcrumbs
and butter, and we use the burner
we did it
the butter is not totally melted
but i like it like this
it's better if you put it in the oven, but i'm so tired

all you need is to cut the Mushroom, make the sauce and add cheese
the recipe was easy and the taste was strong and tasty and this is so good
and i highly recommend using what left from the sauce with rice
the aroma of the Mushroom sauce with the rice is the best
and if you like it heavy, you can use butter and cheese with it
and because it was so easy and tasty, why you don't try this as well ?
