Grate the carrot and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Process all the ingredients very well until well-mixed.

Pineapple detox diet.
Before we go into this detox diet, please be aware that it is not an everyday meal plan.
You should follow it for a maximum of 5 days, and only two or three times a year.

Preparation.
To start, peel the pineapple and juice it.
If you do not have a juicer you can also use a blender.

When you buy pineapples, choose one with a fresh aroma, a crown of crispy leaves, a good appearance and brightly colored peel.
