Is Your Phone Spying On You? - Duration: 5:42.

The average person spends around 5 hours on their phone every single day.

Thats 20 percent of an entire day.

We shop on our phones, we talk on our phones, we browse the web and answer emails.

Companies and governemnts know how much time we spend on our phones, and its quite possible

that they use that knowledge to your advantage.

Have you ever noticed that you'll be talking about a product or browsing products online,

then, as if by magic, an ad for that product will appear when you're scrolling through

your feed?

Is that a coincidence?

Or Is your phone spying on you?

And more importantly, are criminals using your phone to spy on you?

that's the question we're asking today on life's biggest questions.

Hello and welcome back to life's biggest questions, the channel that asks the questions

everyone else is too afraid to ask.

I'm your host, charlotte dobre, and if you haven't subscribed to life's biggest questions

already, please do so, and turn on notifications.

Before I get into this video, I wanted to give a quick shout out to the sponsor of this

video, Spyzie.

In fact, will help keep the bad guys away.

Spyzie is an app with over 1 million satisfied users that allows you to track the activity

of any smartphone whether its apple or android, from any of your devices.

Did you know that around 75% of young people in the united states are given smart phones

by a parent.

There are 74 million children in total in the US.

75 percent of 74 million children is 55 million.

And young people are spending more time on their phones than ever, which makes them vulnerable

to criminals.

Teens spend nearly 9 hours every day consuming media.

But there's a dark side to all of this.

Did you know that teens are 50 times more likely to have their identities stolen because

of their clean credit records.

Furthermore, children are vulnerable to online predators and bullies.

But if you use the app spyzie, you have a control over a lot of things.

Firstly, there's an app blocker, that allows you to block certain apps to keep threats

away.

Does your child spend too much time on their phone?

Well spyzie also has a schedule restriction that will allow you to restrict the amount

of time spent on a mobile phone.

Is your child prone to running off when you're in public?

No problem.

Spyzie has gps tracking that keeps you informed on where a user is who has downloaded the

spyzie app.

You can monitor almost all activities on a phone, from texts, to calls, to social instant

messaging chats, browser history, videos, and photos.

Its not just for parents.

You can use spyzie to monitor your employees activities as well, to keep your office computers

from being compromised.

And you can do so from your phone, computer or any of your devices.

If you want to protect your loved ones, download the spyzie app now.

Alright, now lets get into this video.

We've all seen the FBI is spying on you memes, but some of us have actually wondered

if the FBI or anyone else is actually spying on you through your devices.

Former FBI director James Comey says he covers his laptops webcam with tape.

But what about phones?

The truth is, every time you give an app permission to use your camera and microphone, the app

is allowed to access the following.

The front as well as the back camera, record you at any time that the app is in the foreground,

take pictures without telling you, upload pictures without telling you, run facial recognition

to detect facial features or expressions, and livestream the camera on the internet.

There's even technology that allows these apps to detect if one person is on their phone

alone, or if there are two people looking at the screen.

Its insane what phones can do these days, and most of the time they are doing it without

us knowing.

In fact, apps are allowed to do this legally through a loophole.

When you agree to let the app use your camera and microphone, it pretty much gives them

free reign.

So why would an app want to have access to your camera, facial recognition and microphone?

Targeted ads.

This may seem harmless, but the problem comes when criminals are able to hack these apps.

It is extremely easy for a hacker to access your device through apps, messages, PDF files

and even emojis.

Yes, you heard that right, emojis.

A hacker can send a malicious pdf file using an application called Metasploit, and if this

pdf is opened by a user, the hacker can then install software on their device, steal their

passwords, take all the files, photos and videos, take pictures and stream video from

their camera and they can also add incriminating documents to your device and then call the

police.

This makes younger, inexperienced users especially vulnerable.

A child who's never seen a suspicious email or message before might be prompted to click

the link.

Hey, if I were a kid who's new to smartphones and technology and I read the words "you

just won 50 thousand dollars, click this link to claim your funds' I would for SURE click

on it.

But I'm an adult, and I know better.

At least I think I do…

Ok so what about the government?

We have to assume that our governments are trying to protect us, but they also reportedly

have access to our phones.

The NSA can access your devices and listen in on your phone calls, read your messages,

take pictures and videos of you and take your files whenever they want.

Apparently the NSA has already done this as well.

An NSA program called optic nerves captured images using yahoo users cameras and video

chats, and then stored them.

Apparently 3 to 11 percent of the images captured during Optic Nerves contained undesirable

nudity.

Well that's pretty crazy.

Government security agencies might have seen your dick picks and they are storing them

for future use?

That's definitely not ok.

So how do you stop hackers and the government from tapping into your phone, or worse, your

child's phone?

Well, other than covering your camera with tape and turning off your microphone, Download

spyzie of course.

You can monitor everything that's happening are doing on any device in real time.

You can check in on apps to make sure that your child really is talking to their friends,

or somebody else.

Did you know that there are over 750 thousand registered online predators in the united

states alone?

These predators make fake profiles and find kids through social media apps.

You might think, well then couldn't the hacker hack my computer or smartphone and

get access to my child's information that way?

Think again.

Every piece of information that's collected and encrypted and locked away, so no one except

you can access your family's data.

That is all for this episode of life's biggest questions, and thank you for watching.

If you enjoyed this video, you'll love the playlist clickable on the screen right now.

And don't forget to turn on notifications so that you never miss a future episode of

life's biggest questions.

How to Draw an Underwater Shipwreck With Pastels - Narrated - Duration: 4:27.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will draw a shipwreck [laughter]

a ship underwater.

We begin by sketching a tilted curving line for the front

a perpendicular long line for the mast, and let's draw in a little bit more detail

the front or the bow…

… and then the keel which is at the very bottom.

mmm-- I'm actually going to erase this part because is a little bit short and I want

the ship to be seen slightly from the right so it should be just a little bigger.

Like so…

I am drawing with a charcoal pencil on light blue cardboard paper.

I chose this color to give the feel of the sea.

And we begin shading

first with a light tone

and the light source will be on the top-left so everything on the right, especially

lower-right will be the darkest.

The shadow…

and we can smudge by lightly passing

a soft brush.

Since it is under water I want a blurry look

and I darken further this area.

Now with a soft white pastel

let's draw the Sun.

On this channel I try to give you a variety of techniques and effects, and that is why

I thought of drawing a ship underwater.

We are doing this with pastels and with charcoal

in a very simple and easy way.

With a light blue pastel we do the rays going into the water and we can mix them in with some white

as well.

Then with our soft brush we smudge them to soften them.

And as needed we can reestablish and reinforce our original light

like so.

Lightly we draw the sea bed and smudge it.

The list of materials that I am using, is in the information below the video.

We draw more of the cast shadow and we smudge it, and then we smudge the rest

of the ship as well.

Now I think we should extend some of these rays of light, and make them reach the other side.

Like so.

And we soften them with the brush

yeah, that's better.

Although I think we should add a little bit more.

Very good!

¡Excelente!

I love drawing with pastels or with most anything for that matter [laughter].

Let's give some light to the bottom of the ocean,

and what about if we have some of these rays of light passing in front of the ship.

Alright!

I think the only thing that we are missing now, is some fish

we do this with the charcoal pencil again, the reason being, aside from the fact

that I want them black, is that the pencil you can sharpen it using sand paper

to a finer tip and therefore make smaller detail.

Since the light is hitting the ship on this side, we should give it some highlights.

With the light blue pastel

and we smudge them a little.

Very good! and I extend the shadow just a little bit.

Let me know what other techniques would you like to see here.

We give it the last touches and its ready!

If you enjoyed it please give it a LIKE! share it to your friends

and subscribe to Fine Art-Tips.

And I will see you on Tuesday ;)

Beef Jerky in a Pit Barrel Cooker - Duration: 2:56.

It's two minute Tuesday and today we're going to make smoked beef jerky in the

pit barrel cooker and the best part is we won't use Worcestershire or soy sauce

and it's ready in one hour here are the ingredients needed for this recipe and

I'll put the list in the description so you'll have it for later two pounds lean

top round thin sliced quarter cup of water two tablespoons of sea salt three

tablespoons of brown sugar 3 tablespoons of molasses two teaspoons of garlic

powder two teaspoons of onion powder a bottle of stout or dark Bearer and two

chunks of Hickory or mesquite wood so let's get started making the jerky to

make cutting the beef easier put the meat into the freezer for about a half

an hour this will firm up the meat making it

easier to cut now cut the top round into 1-inch strips combine all the

ingredients in a large ziplock freezer bag and add the meat seal it shake it

around so that the meat is all coated and place it in the refrigerator for 24

hours every time you go to the refrigerator to get something turn the

meat by flipping the bag or whenever you think about it it has been 24 hours and

we're ready to make the jerky pull the jerky out of the refrigerator and let it

warm up to room temperature while the meat is warming start your pit barrel

cooker by filling the charcoal basket to the top of the handle then add the

starter fluid place the basket into the cooker and light the charcoal when the

charcoal is ashed over place the lid on the cooker and wait 30 minutes

this gives the cooker a chance to stabilize while the pit barrel cooker is

warming remove the beef strips from the marinade and Pat them dry with paper

towels push the beef onda skewers leaving an

air gap between the beef so that the smoke and the heat can get evenly around

them we can we can get about 8 strips on each skewer and the two wood chunks to

the charcoal place the skewed beef on the rebar so you can get approximately 8

skewers next to each other now put the lid on it it will take approximately an

hour for the meat to jerky check it every 30 minutes as the

jerky will dry out quickly now that it's been about an hour let's pull the beef

jerky and give it a taste allow the jerky to cool you can store it

in the refrigerator but honestly it tastes so good it will not even make it

to the fridge well there you have it a tasty beef jerky that is easy to make

and that your friends and family will beg you for help me get to a thousand

How TENS Can Help With Sciatica - Duration: 4:15.

(lively guitar music)

- Hi everyone,

welcome back to Dr. Ho's healthy living vlog.

We actually have Dr. Ho here with us today,

hi, Dr. Ho. - Hi Kathe, hi everyone.

- Now Dr. Ho's here to answer a very important question

we get a lot from everyone out there.

What is sciatica?

- Sciatica is back pain,

that spreads to your hip and to your leg.

It could be a numbing pain, a burning pain,

and even like a stabbing pain.

It can be disabling.

Now, sciatica is caused by tight muscles

in your back and in your pelvis.

In order to get relief, we have to reeducate

the alignment of your lower back

with the relaxed back muscle and the hip muscle

and we have to promote better circulation

of the sciatic nerve.

Now you may wonder, what else can cause sciatica?

You could have a herniated disc,

in that case we have to do decompression,

or if you're sitting wrong

we have to teach you how to sit right.

- Okay so, is that why so many people suffer from sciatica,

because we're sitting wrong?

- Sitting can cause poor posture, tight muscle,

deterioration of the disc, which can cause back pain

and numbing pain in your leg.

Absolutely, we have to teach you how to sit right.

- Okay, so you're gonna show us right now how to sit right?

- Absolutely, follow us.

One of the best way to relieve your back pain and sciatica

is to use my pain therapy device.

This device will output over 300 different types

of pain relieving wave.

And what it does, it relaxes the muscle

and improve the circulation and relieve the pain.

By putting the big patch here, in the low back,

help to relieve your low back pain.

Hold this for me please, Kathe, thank you.

By putting the big patch here on the back of your buttock,

and the back of your leg, will help

to relieve that numbing, shooting pain in your leg.

By using both together on a regular basis,

your back and your leg will feel great.

- So Dr. Ho, I'm using the tense machine on my back,

but I find that I get a numbing pain in my leg

when I sit for a long time,

is there something else I can be doing?

- Absolutely, you know when you sit,

it can cause back pain because you can slouch.

Now I highly recommend you use my perfect back rest

and the attached cushion on your office chair

and even in your car.

Now by sitting against this,

it help to realign your lower back spine

and the rest of your posture.

By doing that, we take pressure off the disc,

we take pressure off your joint, and most important,

we help to relax the muscle to relieve your back pain

and that numbing pain in your leg.

Because when you don't sit right,

you put pressure on that disc,

you put pressure on the nerve,

and you can get serious pain.

Now we use it together tense unit, that is the best.

- Okay, so Dr. Ho, this is the same perfect back rest

that was just on the chair but we're on the ground now,

can we use this on the ground?

- The perfect back rest is the perfect tool

to realign your spine, to reshape your spine

so if you use this every day,

you could be a spine very healthy,

help to relieve back pain, and sciatic pain too.

Now go ahead and use it.

Now first of all, yeah, pull that against your buttock,

and just go ahead and lean right back,

go lay right down, and feel it reshaping your lower back.

- Oh, wow! - What's-- (laughs)

- Yeah there's like a lot of support there

that I'm not used to when I lie down.

- Exactly, now, when you sit, your spine, your low back,

becomes too straight, by putting a back rest here,

I'm actually reshaping the low back

to restore the curvature which reduce

the pressure in the disc, reduce the back pain,

and especially for a herniated disc,

reduces sciatic pain down the leg.

So you're gonna love to do this every day.

It just keeps your spine nice and healthy.

- Dr. Ho, thank you so much for teaching us

about what sciatica is, how to relieve that pain,

and how to just kind of sit properly

so we're not constantly in pain.

Any kind of last words of advice for everyone out there?

- Well my mission in life is to help you relieve your pain

so you can live a better life,

a more active and healthy life, with less pain.

So, look after yourself, please.

- That's great advice.

Alright, we'll see everyone next time, bye.

How To Make a Pressure Plate Door - Duration: 8:24.

Greeting, this is Ginthian and I really want to help you enjoy playing or watching Minecraft.

If this is your first time on my channel and you want to get most out of your Minecraft

experience make sure to hit the subscribe button and click the bell so you know when

I produce videos.

Today we are working on building a pressure plate door and by that, I mean a door that

will open with a pressure plate is activated in front of it.

That is not much of a challenge because if you put a single pressure plate in front of

a door, and step on it, it will open the door.

Step off, and the door closes.

In case you didn't know or let me remind you that you need two stone blocks to craft

a single pressure plate, and you need 6 wooden planks to craft 3 wooden doors.

Now with our two double doors seen here.

If we step on a pressure plate only the door next to it opens.

To open both doors you have to line up just right so that you can step on both plates

at the same time.

What if you want both doors to open no matter which pressure plate you step on.

For that, we can use Redstone circuitry to make that happen.

Let's start by digging out the area around the doors to make room for our work... and we can go down here so

you can see me digging out the area around the doors and pressure plates.

Now let's put Redstone dust under the pressure plates and connect them.

Now if you step on a pressure plate it will power the block that the pressure plate is

on, which in turn powers the Redstone dust that is below the powered block.

Since the Redstone dust is all connected we see all six pieces of connected Redstone power

on the ground glow when any of the four pressure plates are stepped on.

When we step on a pressure plate it powers the block next to it which powers the door

which opens the door.

To make both doors open we need to power the block that the second door is on.

Okay, let's just run Redstone from down below where we know it is powered up to the

block that has the second door.

This doesn't work because we are powering the Redstone, but not the block that the door

is on.

Let's change the Redstone so that it points into the block.

Same result.

We are powering the Redstone, but not the block that the door is on.

A repeater can power a block so let's add a repeater to power this block and see if

that solves our problem.

Now we have created an infinite loop.

The pressure plate is powering the Redstone, which powers the repeater, which powers the

block, which the door is on, which powers the Redstone under that block, which is attached

to the Redstone and it loops forever.

We have to remove the Redstone dust from below the blocks that the doors are on

to break the loop.

I don't want to create looping so I am adding in some additional repeaters to make sure

that there is no looping by adding a direction to the current.

The Redstone signal can travel only in the direction the repeaters are pointing.

Now we step on the pressure plates and both

doors open.

And it works from either pressure plate.

And it also works from either direction.

So we can walk forward and backward through the door.

Now if we cover up the Redstone we have our pressure plate door.

But I still have a problem with this.

Why must so much of it stick up?

By that, I mean to cover up the Redstone we have to have all these blocks.

I am going to remove these blocks and see if I can lower the Redstone circuitry

to make this work with the Redstone more hidden.

Okay, that doesn't work.

You can see we have the same problem as we had before where we are not powering the block

that the repeater is on.

I think I see the solution.

Let's try that again.

It's worth noting this won't work.

Powering the block will not power the repeater.

The only way to power a repeater is by putting a Redstone current into the input on a repeater.

Okay, that works.

Now if we cover up the Redstone we have our pressure plate door.

Thank you for watching and Goodbye
