Jeff Sessions Is Attacking Judges Who Rule Against Trump - Duration: 3:43.

It's no secret that Donald Trump is not a fan of Jeff Sessions.

I mean, we've heard in recent weeks, even this week, Donald Trump asking, "Where's Jeff

Sessions?" when he's got an issue that he wants Sessions to go prosecute for political

reasons or whatever.

Nonetheless, Jeff Sessions never answers.

He never responds.

He never tries to say, "I'm here.

What do you need me to do, sir?

I'll do it gladly."

Instead, what Jeff Sessions is doing is trying to fly under the radar, making it look like

he has got Trump's back from day one.

This week, on Monday of this week actually, a little presentation for The Heritage Foundation,

those group of horrible human beings, Jeff Sessions goes up there, gives his little speech,

where he begins attacking sitting judges in the United States because, get this, they

had the audacity to rule against the Trump Administration.

What set Jeff Sessions off initially was that a judge ruled, actually upheld a ruling from

three lower courts, that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross would in fact have to be deposed

in the ongoing investigation as to why he added that citizenship question to the US

Census.

Well, that pissed Jeff Sessions off.

Nothing pisses Jeff Sessions off more than the thought of immigrants being treated like

human beings, so he went after that judge.

Then he kind of kept going and kept going after all kinds of other judges, like the

one who struck down the transgender troop ban, the one who struck down the Muslim ban,

the one down there in Texas trying to fight for the rights of these immigrants coming

into the country.

Jeff Sessions is out there attacking the independent judiciary just so Donald Trump will like him

again.

He is attacking only the judges who have ruled against this administration, and he's telling

those morons at The Heritage Foundation that it's because they're acting as judicial activists,

thinking they can change the laws, and that their job is to sit back in this hugely partisan

time and reevaluate what was going on in the chambers of Congress so that they can figure

out what is right and what is wrong.

In Jeff Sessions' mind, that's wrong, even though that's literally the job of these judges,

to figure out what the hell is going on, and what's legal, and what's not.

But the reason Sessions is doing this is because he can't afford to stay on Donald Trump's

bad side for too much longer.

He knows that his days as attorney general of the United States are probably numbered.

If Democrats end up taking back the Senate, his job is probably toast anyway, so he wants

to do what he can to try to save face with Donald Trump just in case Trump thinks about

keeping him on for a little bit longer.

But the real issue here is the attack on the judiciary.

When you have a high-powered person, I mean, technically, the most high-powered lawyer/judge

in the United States, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, attacking the independence of judges

in the country, that tells you everything you need to know about where we're headed

as a country.

That is fascism.

We're headed for a full-blown fascist dictatorship, and Jeff Sessions by trying to get back on

Trump's good side, has become one of the president's biggest enablers by attacking the opinions

of independent judges in the United States.

The more the chances of getting injured

In this video

In this video , I am going to tell you how you can prevent muscle imbalances

So that in future you won't get injured

You might have often heard, " If you have an injury in your spine then do this "

"If you have injured your knees then do that"

Now if I tell you something

Such that you won't get injured in future. Then how that sounds like !

Let me give you an example to prove my point what I actually mean to say

Let's say you are having fever

Instead of suggesting you the name of the medicines when you are in pain

If I am going to tell something such that you never fall sick

Then you yourself judge which sounds better and which is better for you

You yourself can decide it.

Before starting the topic of how to prevent muscle imbalance

Let me give you little information about

How does muscle imbalance occur

In human body, every joint is surrounded by muscles

which produces the movement or controls the movement

Whenever a muscle is overused

On one side of the joint

due to it's overuse , the muscles become tight

Due to which the other side of the muscles of the joint

becomes weak

due to under-use or lack of use

Due to which Muscle Imbalance occurs

This muscle balance

in future can be very dangerous

Because muscle imbalances are major reason for

Injuries happening in the body

If you are having muscle imbalance

and you are at rest or in resting position

Then due muscle imbalance , it affects the position of the joints in the body

If there is any movement then it also changes the path of the motion

Both these two cases are equally dangerous

Because they are the prime cause of injuries in the body

Which will soon happen in future

Now, let me give you information about

how to prevent muscle imbalance

so that in future you won't injured

During your childhood, you might have often heard from your parents that do not haunch and walk

Always stand upright

Definitely they told you for a purpose

For example , when you haunch forward and sit

then what happens is that your shoulders muscles becomes tight

and shoulders muscles becomes short

This builds unnecessary tension on your upper back muscles and to some extent lower back muscles too

Then this problem will increase

and to minimize the impact caused , you should do core stability exercises

This is because when you wear shoes having high heels

The actual position of the knees which should be

gets displaced or moved

Due to which your thigh bone,

spine, shoulder and all . The actual position gets changed

Now due to this position change

your calf muscles

hips, shoulders and all muscles in the body are at risk of having muscle imbalance

Moreover, when you wear shoes having high heels

Then what happens is that your calf muscles tightens

which is another bad point for you

If you are a professional runner or dancer

who regularly wears shoes having high heels

Then you should do exercises which focuses on the flexibility of calf muscles

Otherwise it may cause muscle imbalance or even injury in near future

In your daily activities ,

your posture plays a vital role to prevent muscle imbalance

Let's for instance, you are driving a car

If your legs are bent or not,

or you are driving a car by hunching forward

how you are keeping your head

All factors can contribute to muscle imbalance in future

When you sit

Then your spine should

always be in neutral position

By neutral position, what I mean to say is that your spine should be in a straight line

You shouldn't bring your neck forward

or you are leaning back

Always your upper body should be in a straight line

If you are driving for long time or going for a long drive

Then while filling gas in the car at gas station

make sure to get out of the car and stretch your body

If you are working out at the gym, then working out in a single plane can be dangerous

Your body is designed to

exercise in multiple planes and in multiple directions

Popular exercises in the gym like biceps curls, squats

work in a single plane. Which may be dangerous in the near future for you

Doing more of such exercises

can be the reason of muscle imbalance

Your daily exercises or workout in the gym should include

pulling , pushing , rotating and moving sideways

When you do the exact same thing over and over again on daily basis

For Instance , you drive car on regular basis

You sit in office in-front of your computer for long

or you do the same type of exercises in the gym

When muscles become short

then muscles generates force

Now, continuously if muscles generates force

then due to overuse

muscles enter in a semi-contraction state

which alters the position of the joints

Due to this change in the position of the joints,

muscle imbalances occurs

Now if you are working in office from morning to evening

or you are doing any such repetitive task

Then you should incorporate such exercises in the gym

such that

It counter-balance your office posture

So that it can lessen the impact caused by muscle imbalance

Second most common reason of muscle imbalance is Sedentary

If you are attending lectures in college

or driving a car or sitting in your office

When you sit

When you sit for long duration

Then it can causes imbalance in your hip muscles

When you sit, your hip muscles are flexed

due to which

the muscles which causes hip flexion

becomes short. When hip flexors becomes short

then hip joint starts moving abnormally instead of moving in a normal way

This also under-uses gluteus maximus muscles

which serves to extend the hips

Due to which can be a potential cause of low-back in future

If you are having such job in office or college

Then you should take break for a meanwhile

or walk around little bit. So that your hip muscles don't become tight

It was precisely the exquisite audience that Andrei Rogozin aimed precisely when he thought about the appearance of his table. Initially, he wanted to make it from a single piece of wood. But it turned out to be expensive, and the table would be very hard. Therefore, he decided to make it out of plywood and cover it with natural veneer. The table was both light and stylish. By the way, delivering this table around the world is not at all difficult. His legs are removed and anyone can install them. Now the young company is thinking about mass production, but for now it is registering its trademark. So you do a good thing for yourself, and then it turns out that everyone needs it (and not only in your country). Although Andrei admitted in one interview that he deliberately sought a niche where there was no competition. It was in the production of smart tables that such a free niche appeared. Moreover, before investing in production, he tested this niche. He created (with the help of a familiar industrial designer) realistic pictures of the future table, placed them on a specially created landing page (Landing Page). From the available images created promo video and launched advertising on the Internet. Through the site was issued 15 orders of the smart table. Andrew also called designer furniture stores, with a question, they would take such a table for implementation. A third of stores showed interest. After that, the creator of the table realized that there was demand. And to invest in the business I sold my car (because the investments turned out to be rather big).
