S. Korea's tax revenue for first 11 months of 2018 reaches US$ 250.2 bil. - Duration: 0:37.

The South Korean government beat its target last year for tax revenue.

Data are out for last November, showing that in fact it collected 104 percent of its target

for the whole year.

It was also more than in the same period of 2017.

The finance ministry said Thursday that the government collected tax worth 2-hundred-50-point-2

billion U.S. dollars.

That's nearly 11 billion more than the yearly goal and an on-year increase of 25 billion.

Revenues rose because more people paid their estimated tax in advance... and because higher

oil prices raised more value added tax.

President Moon sticks to administrations' income-driven, innovation-led growth - Duration: 1:20.

President Moon Jae-in is standing by his administration's economic policies of growth led by rising

incomes and innovation.

In his press conference,... the president focused on the economy with the aim of getting

tangible results.

Have a listen.

"This year's objective is to make the people feel in their own lives that the government's

economic policy is heading in the right direction.

And to that end, tangible outcomes must be produced."

He added that if necessary,... his administration is willing to make changes in order to build

an innovative and inclusive nation.

As for North Korea,...

President Moon said a declaration of the end of the Korean War would speed up the denuclearization

process.

"I believe if the parties agree to come up with declaration that resolves their hostile

relations, North Korea would speed up its denuclearization and perhaps even sign a peace

treaty."

President Moon also said Kim Jong-un is well aware of the fact that the presence of U.S.

troops in South Korea is irrelevant to denuclearization and to the official end of the war.

We'll look closely at all these aspects of the president's news conference in our newscast

How to Go From 9 to 5 to House Cleaning - Be Your Own Boss - Duration: 10:58.

How do you transition from a 9:00 to 5:00 job to a house cleaning company?

That's a great question, and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask A House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by Savvy Cleaner.

Did you know that Savvy Cleaner produces this Ask A House Cleaner show?

They're bringing you all of these free tips so that you have free information to start

your house cleaning business.

Now, they do have advanced training that goes into a lot of details and a lot of specifics.

There are a lot of word tracks, and scripts, and a bunch of other things to help you grow

your business as your business expands, but the reason this show was created for you for

free, is because a lot of people starting out do not have the resources to invest in

a training program.

These are your free tips to get you started.

All right, onto today's show, which is from a house cleaner who has this question.

Speaker 2: Hi, Angela.

I was wondering, I don't know where you are situated,

But I am situated in the Limpopo area.

I do have a full-time job, but I am working shifts, and I'm thinking of designing to start

my own business, and so on.

Of course, I don't have enough money, and I was thinking of maybe we should start just

with one person to help me since I also have a small car.

I won't have to replace it after like I said if I expand my business.

Is it better to start in a city?

Also, then again, the money's a problem, because I have to relocate, I have to move, and I

have to pay a deposit, and to rent up front, and so on.

Can you advise, please?

All right, that's a series of good questions.

How do you transition, I'm going to say a full-time job, to a 9:00 to 5:00?

We're going to refer to it as a 9:00 to 5:00.

That's your day job, over to a house cleaning company.

All right, if you have a regular job, you probably have some kind of benefits, so yay,

because you don't have those benefits as a house cleaner, so you probably have some kind

of an insurance, some kind of an employee perks program, or a benefits program.

You probably have some kind of paid vacation, or you have paid days off, or you have sick

leave, or some of those things.

As you transition over into your own house cleaning company, you don't have any of those

things.

There is no safety net, and so you're going to have to start thinking about things like,

"Well, my insurance is covered, but now I'm going to need to buy my own insurance, health

insurance, and life insurance, and whatever, I'm going to have to take care of that on

my own."

Start thinking in your head, "How much money do I need to make in order to pay for that?"

Then you have to think of the other things.

"If I take a two week vacation like I always have, then how am I going to pay for that,

because that's two weeks out of my schedule that I won't get paid for?"

When you're on the 9:00 to 5:00 job, it's paid, so you go away on a trip, you come back,

you still have money to pay your bills.

In house cleaning, it's not that way.

People do not pay you if you do not show up,

so you have to start thinking about that as well.

"Am I still going to be able to take vacations, and if I am,

how am I going to save up for that?"

Now, if you're just starting out and you don't have a lot of money, my recommendation to

you is utilize all of the free resources that are available to you.

We live in the information age.

Everything you could possibly ever want to know is available to you already, it's just

where are you searching, and how are you finding the information, and do you have the time

to sift through, and sort through, and find the best stuff that will help you grow from

here to here?

All right, now, a lot of people will get started in the house cleaning business, and they do

exactly like you're doing.

They transition from a full-time job to a part-time job, and the part-time job is the

house cleaning in the beginning.

They're working the full-time job, and they pick up an account, and so maybe one day after

work, they go and they clean a house after they get off their job.

They have to kind of get used to that, because your body is used to coming home at a certain

time, and you kick off your shoes, and you grab some food, you sit in front of the TV,

and you relax a little bit.

Actually, I don't know anybody that does that, but it sounded cool, so I thought I'd say it.

All right, so now you're going to add house cleaning at the end of that day.

How do you do that?

You have to mentally psych yourself up for it, and go, "Today's the cleaning day," and

then the day before, you got to prep your equipment, and make sure you have all your

cleaning supplies, and you've printed out a worksheet.

You've got to do all the things that are going to be required for this big job, and it's

one house.

Then once you get comfortable with that house, and you're starting to create a system, and

you're getting in the groove, then you might add a second house.

I would say break it apart by a couple of days so that you have a day to recover in

between, because you still have the full-time job.

You have to do the full-time job, then at the end of that, you have a house cleaning.

Give yourself a day of a break in between, and then go do it again, okay?

Don't just do it all boom, boom, boom, because working every day from sun up until sun down

is only going to make you crazy and tired, and then you're not going to be good at either

of your jobs.

Give yourself a little bit of a window.

Once you get up to speed, and you start getting in the groove, and you get comfortable doing

it, then you can add on a third now.

Now, there are seven days in a week, so you might decide that you only want to do the

house cleaning on Sunday ... Saturday and Sunday, so you work Monday through Friday

your 9:00 to 5:00, and then on Saturday, Sunday in the morning, or in the afternoon, you pick

up a couple of houses.

That way you're still working seven days a week, but you get to still relax in the evening,

and kick up your shoes, and eat the popcorn, and the things that I mentioned, right?

There are ways of transitioning, but now I will tell you, you might decide you only ever

want house cleaning as a part-time job.

I know a lot of house cleaners that have multiple businesses.

House cleaning is only one of them, and they still have their regular job that pays them

all the benefits, because the house cleaning does not.

Then there are house cleaners that went full-time, they started getting really busy, they started

making more money on the part-time job than they were on the full-time job, and they started

transitioning over.

In order to do that, then you have to start making deals with your boss.

"Instead of taking my two weeks vacation, can I break it up into days?"

Then they say, "Yeah, I'll break it up into days."

So you take your 14 days of vacation, but you may take it every Thursday for the next

14 weeks, and that allows you to pick up Thursday as a cleaning day.

Then you start booking one, and two, and three houses on that Thursday, which would be your

work day.

Now you know, you know, you're not coming back on Thursday.

When you come back after being gone on Thursday, you've been gone for 14 days, 14 Thursdays

in a row.

They're used to you not being there.

So then you come back to your boss, and you say, "Hey, boss, is there any chance that

I could make up the time and work from home?

I got something else I'm doing now on Thursdays, I would love the opportunity to make up the

time and the work from here in the evenings or on the weekend.

Is that possible so that I can still have the Thursdays off?"

You'd be surprised at how many people actually work from home that have a 9:00 to 5:00 job.

Your boss might say, "As long as you get the work done, I don't care when you do it."

They're happy that you're still there.

Work something out where you can transition, and then get to a point where you might decide,

"I can only work three days a week.

Hey boss, I've been working out of the house on Thursdays for the last two months, working

really well.

What do you feel about me taking a Friday off and working from home Thursday, Friday?"

He might say, "That's fine.

You've been doing a great job.

You're keeping all the work up.

Sure, that's fine."

Now you have another whole day you can fill up on your calendar of house cleaning.

There are people that have done this very successfully until they transition from one

into the other.

Now, it goes the other way.

Once they become enormously successful at house cleaning, they start picking up other

businesses.

They say, "Well, if I can do house cleaning, I could add a professional organizing leg

to my business," and then they start hiring a team of professional organizers that marry

with the same clients.

Then they say, "Well, I have professional organizers and house cleaners to do this same

property.

Let's send in some landscapers," and they buy a landscaping business and a couple of

trucks, and now they've got cleaning and landscaping, and they have professional organizing.

Along with the professional organizing, they say, "Hey, we're running into a lot of hoarders,"

so then they do junk and hoarding removal, and they have all these different elements

of their business.

It's possible that you may just transition from one to the next.

The secret is this.

Make sure that whatever you do, that you're focused on one thing at a time.

If you are doing your 9:00 to 5:00 job, only do your 9:00 to 5:00 when you're doing your

9:00 to 5:00.

When you cut that off at a certain window of the day, and you transition, and you go

over to being a house cleaner, only be a house cleaner.

Don't focus on stuff from the other job, and don't focus on stuff from home.

Focus on that one job.

There are multiple people that are able to do lots of things, but they still have to

compartmentalize, so that when you are a house cleaner, you are 100% in your mind a house

cleaner, even if, even if, and here's the secret, even if it is only one house that

you're cleaning on Tuesday afternoon.

If you only have one house that you clean.

When you show up to the customer's house, be in your uniform, have your cleaning supplies

spectacular, and be 100% there as a house cleaner.

This is not a hobby, this is not something you're just doing on the side, this is a business,

even if it's only one job.

If you treat it like a business even for one job, that job will pay you like a business.

What happens then is you get recommendations because you're consistent, because your work

is good, because you're there 100%.

Even if you have other things going on in the peripheral of your life, if you show up

and you give it 100% effort while you are there, it's going to treat you and pay you

back like a business, and then it doesn't matter if you have a day job, or if you have

an evening job, or if you have another company that you own.

Lots of people have diversified, and they don't have all their eggs in one basket.

The secret is to focus on one thing at a time.

Only focus on one thing at a time.

All right, so I hope that helps you a little bit.

There is a transition phase.

It's awkward, it's like a gawky teenager, but I think you can get through it.

Ancient Hebrew Word Study: LORD - Duration: 14:32.

today on ancient insight we will be exploring the word LORD spelled with all

capital letters specifically as it is found in -

ShaMaWaT (exodus) 34:6 7

and the LORD passed by before him and proclaimed the LORD, the LORD God

merciful and gracious long-suffering and abundant in goodness and truth

keeping mercy for thousands forgiving iniquity transgression and sin and that will by

no means clear the guilty visiting the sins of the fathers upon the children

and upon the children's children to the third and the fourth.

the word LORD which we see repeated three times in verse 6 is not a translated word like others

that we have explored on this channel nor is it a transliteration, a foreign

word which is spelled with the alphabet of another language, as we will often

encounter in the scriptures. The word LORD spelled with all capital letters in

most English translations is a substituted word which stands in the

place of the Hebrew word YaHaWaH

it does feel a bit strange to refer to YaHaWaH as a word, after all it is the NAME most often used to refer to the

Most High in the scriptures. Is a name a word which can be defined? It certainly is possible

to look up the definitions and origins of modern names but rarely if ever does

that definition tell us anything about the character of the person who bears

the name. Most often parents are not even aware of the meanings of names when they

choose them for their children and when they are, that meaning seems to rarely be

the reason the name was chosen. Examining the Scriptures seems to reveal

that the ancients were more aware of the meanings of the names that they chose: MaSHaH (Moses);

NaWaHh (Noah); NaAyMaY (Naomi); ABaRaHaM (Abraham) for example.

However even when choosing a

meaningful name, parents, then and now, had no way of

knowing what character would eventually develop in the person they were naming

so while we can strive for honest and meaningful names in our fallen world we

are aiming at a moving target, the changing and developing character of humans.

Let's consider however that the word, the name, YaHaWaH was put to work by the Most High

to describe his own EXCLUSIVE and unchanging character to us.

For this reason we think it is worthwhile and necessary to examine what

this word means and contemplate what our father is telling us by inviting us to know it.

The word YaHaWaH is spelled with the pictographs YaD Hey WaW Hey.

The Yad is a picture of an arm and hand and is defined by the action throw,

the object hand and the abstract concept of thanks. When used as a prefix, as it is

in YaHaWaH, the YaD indicates a third person, present / future conjugation of

the action or what we would say in English as he does or he will do.

the Hey is a picture of a person with their hands lifted up in the air as if

standing before an overwhelming sight which has caused them to gasp.

It is defined by the action "breathe," the object "breath" and the abstract "exist" or "life."

The WaW is a picture of a nail or tent peg and is defined by the action "add" and

the object "peg." The two-letter root which stands at the core of this word is

HeH (Hey) spelled Hey Hey

repetition such as we see with the double hey is a grammatical tool used

frequently in ancient Hebrew for emphasis and enhancement so when we see

the hey character used twice to form a word it carries

the meaning of the single Hey to another level. In action, the single Hey means

breathe, the double, breathe breathe. Picture for a moment that you're walking

down a path in the wilderness and you come across a fallen traveler. You kneel

beside them and hear them breathe in and out once and nothing else. This could

easily be the end of this person's life, their last breath. Now by contrast,

imagine that you hear that same person breathe in and out repeatedly. Now you

are certain that the person is alive. concretely the single hey means breath,

the double, breath breath. Very interestingly, there's another word for

breath in ancient Hebrew and that word is SHaM. This word also means "name" and

"character." To the ancients one's breath was synonymous (analagous) with their character.

This makes sense when you consider that what comes out of a person is logically an

indication of what is going on inside, below the surface. Even medicine, both

ancient and modern, has, and continues to, utilize people's breath to determine the

state of their health. Taking one sample of breath would

represent only a momentary state, insufficient to establish a sound

diagnosis. Perhaps the person ate too much garlic or cheese. But repeated

breaths analyzed at varying times would give a stable indication of a long-term

state of health. In the abstract the single HeY means exist, the double

exist exist. A creature, a plant, an individual, even an experience can exist

for a time and then stop; single lives seem to come and go.

But observing the separate lives of a person, a bird and a tree, for example, and noticing the common

characteristics that they share: animation;

reproduction; metabolism; respiration; interaction; leads us to infer that there

is something that exists outside these individual occurrences. Something that

persists even though they do not. Something we call life or existence.

the word HeH used in its bare-root form only occurs once in the scriptures and

that is at YaHhaZaQaAL Ezekiel 30:2. It is translated as "woe", "alas", "oh" or "ah"

a sound of exclamation, astonishment, grief or grievance. You may notice that this sound

of "ah", "ha" or "hey" is utilized internationally to this day to express

the surprise of having one's attention suddenly captured and held by intense

circumstances.

(Woman "Ah Ha Ha Ha!")

(Man and Woman "Heh Heh Heh")

(Boy screaming "Ahhh Ehhh heh ha... huh")

The WaW which we see sitting within the double Hey in YaHaWaH

serves as an infix and seems to intensify, generalize or perhaps even

stabilize it, as it seems to do in many roots where it is used. If we look at the

WaW as the tent peg, that its pictograph represents, we'll see that its effect on

a tent is analogous to its effect on root words. Without pegs, a tent may stand

but it stands vulnerable to the wind weak, unstable, flimsy, temporary and

longing for support in order to function. The addition of pegs takes the stability

of the ground beneath the tent and adds it, joins it, hooks it to the fabric and

poles, making the tent itself stable functional and enduring. It's almost as

if the double Hey gives us the finite idea of breaths

but the Hey-WaW-Hey gives us the broad idea of breathing. The double Hey gives

the singular idea of life: her life; his life; their life, but the Hey-WaW-Hey gives

the general idea of being, the broad concept of existence. To date we have

found little corroborating academic evidence for this observation,

not that it's refuted, just that it doesn't seem to

be investigated as modern Hebrew studies focus heavily on triliteral or

three-letter root words. However this theory does seem to make sense both in

concept and in practice as we see how this WaW infix interacts with

biliteral or two-letter roots. It may be worthwhile to note here that the letter

YaD also functions as an infix and when it is added within the Hey Hey root it

has the comparable if not identical meaning of existence, life or being.

Now let's get back to the whole word YaHaWaH to see how these component pictographs

interact to communicate meaning. The YaD prefix, as we mentioned, gives us the idea

"he does" and "he will do." The double Hey root gives us the idea of life and

existence. In combination the prefix, root and infix of YaHaWaH give us the

concrete phrases: "he breathes;" "he will breathe;" "he exists;" "he will exist"

and the slightly more abstract: "he is existence;" "he is life."

The Father directly introduces us to this concept earlier in the third

chapter of SHaMaWaT (Exodus) 3:14 when MaSHaH (Moses) asks the Father

what his name is and he responds,

"AHaYaH ASHaR AHaYaH."

It seems confusing at first; Why does the Father have two different names and why

do we not ever hear this one again in the scriptures but the other, YaHaWaH, we

hear thousands of times. If you listen closely you can hear a clue that will

help clear this up... AH HaY AH. Do you hear the Hey in there twice?

"AH, AH" just like in YaHaWaH. We are hearing the exact same root word, HeH, this time

with a YaD infix and an AL prefix. The Yad as we mentioned before functions

just like the WaW in HaWaH and the meaning remains: "life;" "to be;" "exist;"

and existence. The AL prefix is the singular, first person conjugation "I do" and "I will do."

All together the pictographs in AHAYaH say; "I breathe," "I will breathe;"

"I exist;" "I will exist;" "I am existence;" "I am life" or simply, as the King James translators decided to word it, "I AM."

The ASHaR between is a linguistic rope, tying the two 'AHAYaH's together often translated as "that" or "because."

So, what at first sounds like two different names, YaHaWaH and

AHaYaH are in fact just two different perspectives or points of view on the

same name. The Father speaking directly to Masha calls himself "I Exist."

Humans, MaSHaH specifically speaking to other humans call him

"He Exists."

From our limited concrete and land-based perspective, life seems to be nothing

more than a temporary state of relatively autonomous biological

animation. We test for its presence with the beat of a pulse or the fog on a

mirror. But, is that really the definition of life or simply a description of our

interaction with it? If the core character trait of the Most High,

according to the Most High, is LIFE, EXISTENCE, then what state do we find

ourselves in if we, with hearts still beating, deliberately disconnect from him?

for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die BaRaSHaYaT 2:17

MaLaAKaY (Malachi) 3:16 then they that feared the LORD spake often one to

another and the LORD hearkened and heard and a book of remembrance was written

before him for them that feared the LORD and that thought on his name. We hope you

find this helpful. May you bless and be blessed.
