MARCELINO PRE-MATCH PRESS CONFERENCE SPORTING GIJÓN - Duration: 1:57.

Every game is important. You have to win them. Tomorrow we want to go through, obviously

We've prepared the game in the short time we've had, just like Sporting who also played on Saturday.

Tomorrow is the second leg, we know we need to overturn the scoreline and win and we face the game with excitement.

I'm strong, convinced that we're on the right path, and hopeful that our effectiveness in front of goal improves.

We have to always be optimistic and we should be united. The team want to do well. The fans, who I thank for Saturday, got behind us

Even when we missed the penalty. That's because the team show desire. The other day there was a lot of adversity

Despite all this adversity, the team overcame it. Valladolid scored a great goal in their only chance, and we kept trying.

I completely refuse to consider the season over in January, because I think there will be things for us to enjoy.

I'm convinced about that, because these players deserve it.

Easy Mermaid Treats | Bluprint | Michaels - Duration: 5:11.

- As a kid, my favorite thing to do on vacation

was walking the beach collecting shells.

I never found any mermaids,

but that doesn't mean I wasn't looking for them.

Luckily, I have continued this tradition with my own family

and love to incorporate the ocean into my baking, as well.

So I'm going to share with you

these super-cute mermaid treats.

I'm Rachael Teufel, owner of Intricate Icings Cake Design

in Denver, and this is my maker story.

The great thing about this treat

is that it's super easy to put together.

It takes a few special tools and a bit of patience,

but the technique is really straightforward

as long as you follow each step in order.

First, we'll make our chocolate decorations,

then prepare our rice cereal treats,

organize our adornments, and finally,

assemble all of the components

to create a fun mermaid tail treat.

Molds give you the ability to make a highly detailed

decoration without a lot of time and effort.

I'm using a silicon fondant mold that actually doubles

as a chocolate mold for our tail.

And as you can see, there are some other shapes as well,

but the mermaid tail is perfect for my party.

I also have a chocolate shell mold,

and this is so that I can make several shells at one time.

Now you can melt your chocolate in a microwave

or a double boiler,

but I'm gonna use the chocolate melting pot on low.

This is so I'm not gonna overheat my chocolate.

It's the perfect temperature.

You wanna make sure that you stir 'em occasionally

to ensure even heating.

Now these have been heating for about five minutes

and they are ready to pour.

Take your chocolate

and just gently pour over top of your mold.

Now I like to fill so that the chocolate just comes

over the edge of my mold,

and then you can scrape the excess away as needed.

And now you wanna set it on cardboard

and just gently tap.

This is gonna allow any of those bubbles

to work their way towards the top.

And then I'm just gonna set that aside

so that it can start to chill.

I'm also going to fill my white shell mold.

(upbeat music)

Setup time for your candy melts is gonna vary

based on the size of your mold

as well as the temperature in your environment.

You can chill the mold in the fridge

to speed up the cooling process.

So for a chocolate mold, all you need to do is flip it over,

and you're gonna gently push against the back side,

and this will pop each of the chocolates out

nice and easily.

(upbeat music)

Now, you'll probably notice, also,

that there are some excess pieces of chocolate here.

Just rub your finger across, and they'll fall right off.

So now what I wanna show you is how to actually dust

our chocolates with a little bit of shimmer.

And all you need is, again, a food-safe brush,

some edible shimmer dust, and then you just wanna brush

from one side to the opposite side.

Let's go ahead and melt our blue chocolate.

Now this is gonna be used for dipping our rice cereal treats

into it, in order to create the look of water.

Let's also go ahead and prepare our rice cereal treats

so they're ready to go.

Now you can make your own and cut to size,

or purchase a pre-made rice cereal treat.

I'm gonna use a smaller pre-cut treat

to save a little bit of time today.

Insert your candy stick right into the cereal treat.

And you wanna go at least half way through.

And if it feels stable, you should be good to go here.

Now if perchance you happen to place this in,

and it doesn't actually feel stable,

it just kinda slides right back out,

you're gonna wanna go all the way through the treat,

dip it slightly into your chocolate,

and then pull it back through.

Once you have your sticks in place,

you can go ahead and gather all of your decorations,

things like your tails and shells,

as well as your sprinkles.

So once this is ready to go,

what you wanna do is take your cereal treat,

dip it into your blue chocolate.

Now I go in at a slight angle

just to get the look of a wave.

Now you can also tap this on the side of the bowl

just to get that excess chocolate off.

If you have too much,

your decorations are actually gonna slide.

While you're dipping your second one,

your first one is now ready for decorations.

(upbeat music)

You can serve these treats on a dessert stand,

on individual plates as a place setting,

or even package them in treat bags as party favors.

These mermaid treats are easy, fun, and delicious.

Add your own creative twist with just a few simple changes

to the color scheme and the chocolate shapes

to customize these treats for any occasion.

7 Interesting Facts About TATOOINE You May Not Know - Duration: 4:00.

Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode, I will be going over 7 interesting facts you might not know about the planet

Tatooine.

If you are enjoying the videos, please give them a like, share and subscribe to the channel

so I can continue making them for you.

Number 1: The Capital is the city of Bestine

While most people would think that the capital would be the more famous Mos Eisley or Mos

Espa, the capital city of Tatooine is actually Bestine.

Bestine, although not shown in A New Hope, is where Obi-wan and Luke spend a night on

their way to Mos Eisley before the Battle of Yavin.

Bestine never thrived financially, like Mos Espa or Mos Eisley, and therefore it does

not have the same economic importance.

Number 2: Tatooine is a circumbinary planet

What that means is that Tatooine does not circle around one star, it actually circles

around two.

The two stars in this case are the two suns Tatoo 1 and Tatoo II.

While such a planet may seem normal in the Star Wars Universe, it would not be until

2011 that the first real circumbinary planet would be found, Kepler 16-b.

Number 3: Tatooine is self-managed

Because the planet is so far away from the Empire, and its rules of society, activities

such as slavery and gambling are not restricted on Tatooine.

The Empire has given up trying to understand or help the planet, leaving it as a lawless

land where little hope can be found.

Instead ambitions are focused merely on surviving.

Number 4: Tatooine has 3 moons

Not only does Tatooine have two suns, it also has three moons, namely Ghomrassen, Guermessa

and Chenini.

This fact is not as rare as its status as circumbinary, as many planets in our universe

have more than 3 moons, and therefore it does not receive as much attention.

The moons were named after real towns in the province of Tataouine, Tunisia, which is also

where the planet derives it name from.

Number 5: Tatooine has two native species

While the planet is ran by the Hutts, it was actually the Jawas and the Tusken raiders

who first inhabited the planet.

In search of mining deposits, an early migration movement by Jawas and Tusken Raiders took

place.

It would only be much later that the Hutts and the Humans moved to the planet, in order

to conduct sketchy business transactions far from the view of the Empire.

Number 6: Mos Eisley Cantina has an actual name

"This place can be a little rough."

"I'm ready for anything."

The planet's most famous cantina, The Mos Eisley Cantina, is not actually named that.

It's real name is Chalmun's Cantina.

So who exactly is this Chalmun?

Chalmun was a male wookiee who owned the Cantina during the Galactic Civil War.

Apparently he bought the Cantina from the Vriichon brothers who used it to conduct illegal

business dealings.

Number 7: It has no water

Tatooine is a desert planet, and essentially has no water.

That is one of the main reasons the planet is so underpopulated, currently being home

to roughly 200,000 inhabitants.

In order to make up for this rather problematic fact, the planet houses many moisture farms,

similar to the one that Luke grew up on.

These farms use Moisture Vaporators to capture water from the planet's air, and can collect

roughly 1.5 litres of water per day.

And there you have it!

Thanks for watching everyone!

What did you think about these Tatooine facts?

Do you know any other interesting facts about it?

Let me know down below in the comment section.

And remember to like, share and subscribe to the channel for more great videos to come.

I hope to see you all again in Leia's Lair.

Madoka Magica Vs Magical Girl Site - Characterization Analysis - Duration: 21:29.

Hey this is Mami reporting for duty!

This video was brought to you by viewer's like you so essentially I got a request by

one of my viewers that goes by the name of MahouShoujoMaisoon who essentially requested

that I make a video taking about why the Madoka Magica clones meaning why did the dark magical

girl anime's that came after Madoka failed in relationship to being a madoka magica clone

now I essentially decided to take on this request and I wanted to use it as an opportunity

to talk about why Madoka Magica is superior to the other dark magical girls that came

after it so I decided to start with Mahou Shoujo Site which is a magical girl anime

that came out in 2017 which is essentially edge lord on steroids in relationship to the

way that they go about the dark aspects of what goes on in the series in relationship

to this main character who gets bullied uh by essentially every person in plain sight

and I had originally attempted to watch this anime back when it first aired with the intent

of reviewing it on this channel however after I saw the first few minutes of the first episode

I decided to drop it cause I didn't' like it and so when I got this request by MahouShoujoMaisoon

I had intended to essentially make a series in which I basically on all the magical girl

anime's that came after Madoka which are dark but whats really interesting is that I decided

to watch magical girl site cause I decided to start with this one first and I watched

it um thinking that I was probably going to make a video trashing it but after basically

watching most of it likeI essentially have seen 6 episodes of mahou shoujo site during

the time of this recording and to be quite honest with you

after actually taking the time to watch it I kinda realize its not really a bad anime

and it feels weird to say this because my first impressions of mahou Shoujo sight is

that it was terrible but after taking the time to actually watch it I realize I can't

really make a video in which I'm on it and saying that its a terrible show I also don't

think its fair to compare it to madoka magica because its a completely different anime I

mean you could make the argument that it is copying Madoka because there are various things

within this show that remind me of Madoka but at the same time I don't necessarily think

this show is trying to be like Madoka at least this is kinda of the perspective that I have

gained as I've taken the time to watch it now I will say this though the very first

episode of Mahou Shoujo Site does do something very wrong that I think is a big part of the

reason why people don't like this show and why it uh

what it probably gets on by a lot of different people and the one issue that I think mahou

Shoujo site has is that this anime opens up literally in the very first episode and were

seeing this girl who is constantly being treated poorly by everyone around her now the reason

why I feel like this is an issue is because now if you think about and I will make a little

comparison to Madoka in order to put this into better perspective now it goes without

saying that Madoka Magica does have what you would consider to be tragedy that befalls

the characters within the anime however the way that the tragedy is set up within Madoka

they essentially introduce us to a bunch of different girls and we get an opportunity

to understand who they are as people meaning when you think about the fact that we see

Madoka and Sayaka at the beginning we essentially see these two characters as well as the other

characters within the series go through essentially there daily life in the idea that we learn

about who they are we see them happy we see them sad we see them go through different

struggles we see them having to deal with each other what I'm trying to say is that

Madoka Magica does a really great job in showcasing these characters for who they are and were

able to learn over time that these characters are very human its just like with Sayaka for

example Sayaka starts off the anime as being ya know very outgoing very happy very cheerful

she essentially develops this ambition to want to help her childhood friend and also

save people that's essentially a big part of what makes her who see is ya know she's

been protecting Madoka for basically there whole life and she really likes the idea of

being a hero of justice in the form of a magical girl that fights crime uh fights the bad guys

and essentially ya know does everything she can in service of people but obviously after

Sayaka makes her wish were able to kind of see that ya know things don't necessarily

go as smoothly as she originally thought that they would its like she has the issue with

Hitomi she ya know she she really loves this boy and she has ya know confident issues in

relationship to Hitomi because of what Hitomi says to her and what Hitomi try's to do and

we see Sayaka sort of fall into slow despair over everything that happened but what I'm

trying to say is that when I use Sayaka as an example um Madoka really took time to flesh

out her character so that we were able to understand and sympathize with her by the

time ya know things happened in episode 8 its like a lot of us might not have necessarily

gravitated toward sayaka but this series presented her in away where we could understand her

story because logically it makes perfect since why Sayaka fell into despair given everything

that we learned about her leading up to it happening its like when your a teenager and

your dealing with a boy that you like and you find yourself ya know comparing yourself

to someone else and if you don't have confidence in yourself and ya know what I'm trying to

say is that Sayaka goes through a lot of things that all of a lot of us can relate to and

her despair makes perfect since it makes since why she would be depressed in a situation

that she was in in relationship to Hitomi and in relationship to the wish that she made

in discovering all the things about soul gems so what I'm trying to say is that there was

a very slow build uh from Sayaka how she started off and where she ultimately goes now one

thing about Mahou Shoujo site that it definitely does not do well in relationship to Madoka

is the fact that before we even get a chance to learn anything about the main character

within the series the anime opens up with this character being bullied it opens up with

tragedy in the idea of this one girl who who's life is terrible because every single person

from her brother to all the kids at school she is essentially targeted and is just being

ridiculed in pretty much every way that you can think of now now the reason why I consider

this to be an issue for this character and this show is that were not really made to

understand why she's being bullied were not made to understand this character upon seeing

her be treated poorly we don't know anything about her we don't understand why she's being

treated this way we don't understand the nature of the world that she's living in now again

if I compare this to Madoka Madoka did eventually move into the idea of making characters suffer

but that really did not happen until we began to learn something about who they were in

most cases what I'm trying to say is that there was always a certain amount of build

up to the tragic events that happened which by the which by the time they did happen for

each character we were essentially able to learn something about them which is why when

something bad did happen to them we were able to sympathize and connect with it in mahou

Shoujo sites case we didn't get that we essentially got this girl and the series doesn't bother

to explain to us why this girl is being bullied why this girl is being treated poorly and

we can't really see anything in relationship to her character that would suggest why she's

being treated the way that she does its almost as if ya know they wanted to make a story

about a girl being ya know treated bullied for the sack of doing it and not give us any

rhyme or reason so there for at least in my case I wasn't able to really sympathize as

much as I did in relationship to the Madoka characters so that's why I personally could

not get into it now I just want to clarify that I do know that Mahou Shoujo site does

technically explain things later down the track and I'm going to make another video

were I sort of get a little more in depth on my feelings in relationship to this anime

because I do feel like the first episode can give the impression that this anime is terrible

because as I said rather than take the time to develop its characters like its main characters

and helping us to learn who they are and helping us to understand ya know why things are the

way that they are within this world it essentially just

jumps straight into the tragedy dark aspects of the show seemingly for the sake of just

being dark now again I know that this is something that can throw people off it through me off

it wasn't until I got passed these episodes like I essentially had to watch it with a

friend and it wasn't until I got to episode 4 that I began to understand and I guess slowly

start to like this show a little bit more because over time you start to learn more

about the characters but I still think that even though this anime begins to solve this

problem later on I still feel like that they should have uh fond away to help us to understand

and learn about uh the main character before we saw her going through her tragic moments

I believe that if they had did this first it probably would have helped this show

a lot more in other words it would have we would have it would have been more impactful

to see this girl go through um what she goes through if we had the opportunity to get to

know who she was as a person like if we leaned about maybe what her dreams were or if we

learned about ya know why she is the way that she is and why shes being treated at the very

beginning I think that it could have solved a lot of the issues that people had with this

anime and Yuki Aya to be quite honest with you doesn't even have any characteristics

with her as a character that help us to understand why she would be treated this way when we

first watch the anime ya know its just like one thing about bullying is that a lot of

times people get bullied because something about them makes them standout in relationship

to society its just like how ya know you might be

somebody that gets bullied because you look a certain way that happens to be different

from how most people might look or because you might like a certain thing and other people

don't like the thing that you like and they think that its weird you like what you like

what I'm trying to say is that people normally get bullied because there's something about

them that might stand out in relationship to the status Que that's usually how it starts

like for example I was bullied in my life when I was a kid because I was overweight

and most of the people in my life in my school basically weren't so I feel like that ya know

if your somebody who's ya know this is why people who are overweight can sometimes be

targeted um by people who may not be when your in school that was something that I personally

wen't through but in Yuki Aya's case as a character like if you look at her character

design and her personality there's noting about her physical appearance or the way that

she is as a person which really would explain why she's being bullied in this particular

anime at the very beginning I mean you can say that she was bullied because she was shy

or quiet I don't feel like that is enough of a reason for someone to be bullied um personally

now which is a little bit of a contradiction because I do understand that when your shy

some people can kinda take that and interpret the wrong way but I don't feel like its justifies

the type of treatment that Aya wen't through so yeah um as I said I wanted to make a video

talking ya know trash about why Mahou Shoujo sight was not a good anime uh in relationship

to madoka but after I and after I watched the first episode I was prepared to do that

but as I got further into it I realize this is actually not a bad show and I don't even

think its fair to compare it to madoka in the first place um ya know to be quite honest

with you I feel like if people can get past the first three episodes of Mahou Shoujo Sight

and I think that as long as they don't try to compare it to madoka I think that there

are ways you probably could enjoy this show um ya know Mahou Shoujo Sight tends to focus

a lot on on the plot more so than the characters like the characters in Mahou Shoujo Sight

are only in this anime to drive the plot to where it needs to go unlike a show like maybe

Madoka that that really puts a lot of emphasis on its characters I mean obviously the plot

is important the story is important but the characters play a very big role in why things

happen the way that they do ya know its just like Madoka Magica has little mini arcs were

its really focusing a lot on the main characters like you could say the first Arc was the Mami

arc then after that it became the sayaka arc and then after that it became a little bit

of the kyoko arc and then it became Homura and madoka essentially got her time at the

end so this was a very character driven story in many ways Mahou Shoujo Sight is definitely

not that but I don't necessarily feel like it needs to be um I think that how Mahou Shoujo

sight goes about its anime is perfectly fine maybe maybe not for everybody but I can at

the very least I can watch that show and kind of see ya know uh the ya know that its not

bad for what its doing and I don't and again I don't think its a madoka copycat though

I will acknowledge that it does take some aspects of madoka like for example um the

whole idea of of why the girls have there powers because Mahou Shoujo Sight is essentially

a magical girl survival battle royal were characters are made to fight each other eventually

they discover that the powers they were given its just basically some kind of a conspiracy

plot where there being made to fight each other for the sake of this Organization that

is working behind the scenes that made them have these powers in the first place and they

essentially have this dark reveal of this being the case which is kind of similar to

the reveal of soul gems and kyubey in relationship to Madoka so that is one aspect that's a little

similar the fact that there is this really strong character that they have to eventually

face that is going to be like the strongest within the city its kind of similar to the

idea of Walpurgisnacht and the fact that the girls have to fight it within Madoka Magica

so that's obviously a similarity um you could essentially say that the main character is

similar to madoka in the idea of them being timid and weak at the beginning of the series

ya know being not so confident being unsure of themselves and you could essentially say

the character that ends up helping them is very similar to homura in the idea that Homura

was essentially madoka's protector and the one that had who could do time magic with

is similar to how the secondary girl in mahou Shoujo sight is cbause she can also use time

magic just like Homura so what I'm trying to say is that you could look at Mahou Shoujo

Sight and Madoka and that there are a lot of similarities which is probably which might

be the reason why people compare these two together which makes perfect since but again

I just feel like if you go into this show trying to compare it to Madoka and try to

rip it apart for being a show that didn't meet your expectations because you wanted

it to be like madoka then of course your going to be disappointed because comparison is the

greatest thief of joy the moment that you start to compare something you start to not

you start to no longer be able to take it for what it is and see the value within the

show itself cause your to busy wanting it to be something else that it essentially is

not so so mahou Shoujo Sight in my opinion should not be compared to madoka I feel it

should be taken for what it is it technically is a show that could have been better in relationship

to how it starts but at the same time its not terrible for what its able to do now if

I was in control of Mahou Shoujo Sight rather then starting it off with the main character

being bullied I would have uh created a situation for us to be able to sympathize with the character

by building up who she is and helping us to learn about ya know why she's being bullied

why she is the way that she is why the world that she lives in is filled with crazy people

I would if I had creative control over Mahou Shoujo sight I would create a situation in

which were able to learn about the main character so that we can sympathize with her so that

by the time that the bullying came it would actually have an impact on us it wouldn't

just feel like it was kinda shoveled in for the sake of ya know shocking us or surprising

us ya know that's what I would have done and I think that the show would have been infinity

better had they did this so yeah that's essentially my take on Mahou Shoujo sight in the idea

of it being a fail dark magical girl show I was going to on iy then I realize its not

a terrible show and I actually kind of like it its feels weird to say that because for

the longest time I had a very negative bias toward this show but after taking the time

to watch it I realize its not that bad so uh if you watch Mahou Shoujo sight try to

go into it with an open mind don't make a comparison of it being like madoka because

its not madoka it does definitely take a lot of what madoka did but I still think that

the show is good for what its trying to portray its basically a plot centered anime which

only uses the characters within the show to advance the plot its not a show where your

going to get a whole lot of understanding and depth in relationship to these characters

uh because that's not what this show is trying to do its not trying to help us its not trying

to create a situation where were made to really sympathize and feel a connection with these

characters its meant to present a scenario of these girls in this environment were they

have to fight each other and ultimately work together in order to deal with the issues

of uh the conspiracy behind there powers and whoever created the very nature of the uh

survival game that they have to go through that's what this anime is essentially about

so if you take it for that rather then taking it for what you think it should be or what

you think it should be trying to do then I think you will probably enjoy it a lot more

so that's basically it um ya know I'm probably going to do more videos on the subject of

other dark magical girls I don't necessarily know if I'm going to compare them to Madoka

I may attempt to try to look at what these shows have done and I might try to whatever

points I try to make about the show because I do think that a lot of people like to give

other dark magical girl anime's a bad rep um now I'm not saying that I'm gonna review

the other dark magical shows and feel the same way about them as I did about Mahou Shoujo

sight but I definitely will watch these shows and try to give some type of review or analysis

on what I think of them and i there is away I think they could be improved and maybe I

can dispel why some people might think that these shows are trash compared to madoka or

I might or maybe I'll come up with a way to justify it I don't know but I'm probably gonna

make more videos uh talking about other dark magical girl shows so yeah if you enjoyed

this don't forget to like comment your thoughts and I'll catch you in the next video I also

want to thank maisoon for requesting uh that I do this video because um if it wasn't for

that I probably wouldn't have ever attempted to watch Mahou Shoujo sight and I would've

just walked away thinking oh this is a terrible anime but because of her request I was able

to spend more time ya know really trying to understand this show which in turn has helped

me to gain more appreciation for it um though I do apologize if this video wasn't what you

necessarily wanted it to be Maisoon cause as I said I came into it thinking I was going

to trash it and then after I tried to understand it I realize this is not a bad show its just

uh people making comparison to it is probably why they don't like it um I don't feel like

you should compare this show to another I think its better to try to see what there

doing now again I did mention acknowledge in this video what I consider to be some fatal

flaws as to why people tend to give this show a terrible rep um so yeah that's basically

it I hope you enjoyed this video and I'll catch you later peaceee out

How to Use the Glossary Tool in Pressbooks - Duration: 8:59.

PB 5.6 New Release Webinar

So, the big new feature that we were able to make available with this last release was

the glossary tool feature, which was made possible by contributions of code from Alex

and Brad at BCCampus, so thank you to them.

And we launched it on Wednesday, with a couple of weeks of development work to make it mesh

really well with what we already offer on Pressbooks.

So, I'll go ahead and you can see that on the left side bar menu here, under Organize,

there's a new tab called Glossary Terms.

I should also preface by saying that I'm doing this demo from the user account of a regular

user, so you're not going to see any network manager options on this screen.

This is what your users would see and how you would describe to them how to find these.

And you would have more options on this menu as a network manager.

So, let's go to Glossary Terms.

You will see that I have created a few already.

From this page, we can make new glossary terms individually.

Click Add New.

I'll just make one quickly.

So, the title, the definition is pretty basic, but we plan on adding additional functionality

to this to be able to let users create bold and italics and add things as well, but that

is not possible at this time.

So, over here in the right side, you'll see that there are two options, one for Status

and Visibility, and one for Glossary Type.

In the Status and Visibility menu you have the option to show or not show a term in a

glossary list.

So, this is something that keeps the terms that you're creating from going into a big

glossary list, that you can put at the end of your book that gets created automatically.

I'm going to keep this unchecked, because I don't want it to be in the glossary list.

I'm going to create my term.

Okay, the glossary type is something that is going to be a future development.

Right now, you can't make different glossary types, you just have the one.

But that's something we're building on, too, in the future.

I'm going to go back to the mass glossary term page.

So, you'll see that the one that I just created is unlisted, which means that it's private.

You can see the difference between the listed and unlisted or published and private terms

on this page, to know which ones are going to be generated when you make a full glossary

list.

You can also see the options to edit and trash any of those.

And see which terms of trash you'll be able to reinstate those later.

So, now I'll go into a chapter.

I have taken some public domain text from Pride and Prejudice here.

So, now you see that there's a new icon on the Visual Editor, called insert glossary

term.

The way that I just showed you from the glossary page is one way to create these new glossary

terms.

But you can also create them directly from the chapter that you're working in.

So, just highlight the term that you want to add a glossary definition to click the

insert glossary term button on the visual toolbar.

And then, you'll see that it auto-fills the word that you've put in there.

It won't do that if you haven't highlighted a word, and you can just insert a new one.

But this just helps speed up the process.

So, I'll add a definition and click insert.

And it'll add short code there.

So, you're not going to see the term pop up in the Visual Editor, you will only see it

once you are actually looking at any of your exports.

So, I've added a glossary term for that, and then you may have noticed that I created the

word neighborhood earlier.

So, I'm going to highlight the word neighborhood, and then I'm going to click insert glossary

term.

So, it automatically brings me to the choose existing term panel, because it's recognized

that this is a word that I've already created a definition for.

So, I am going to leave it on the selected term neighborhood and insert.

Bring you back up.

Okay, so I've added two new glossary terms and I'm going to save my chapter.

All right, so I can click the word and see the new tooltip.

And then, I can click it again to close it out.

So, that's how you create glossary tooltips.

What we've seen here, the tooltip that appears, we're adding more styles to them as well.

So, that the appearance of that is going to change over time.

But this is how the tooltips appear for now and how they can be functional as an add on

to your webbook.

To clarify, these tooltips won't work in PDF and EPUB but they do work in your webbook

and they won't be visible in the other export forms.

So, they fall back gracefully, nobody's going to know that there was supposed to be a glossary

term there, but they will see the glossary list at the end of the book.

The glossary list will appear in exports in all formats.

Taylor, just real quickly.

If you go back to that live example, I also wanted to note that you can also see the tooltip

even without clicking, just by rolling over it.

If you notice, there?

There's a tooltip that does appear, that is your definition, that will appear on roll-over.

But if you click it, it would appear and stay there visibly on the page until it's clicked

again.

Just as the tooltip behavior for right now.

Sorry for interrupting, Taylor, go ahead.

It's all good, thanks for catching that.

Okay, so I'm going to go back to our Organize page now, and then navigate down to the back

matter.

So, I want to create a full glossary list, and I want it to happen automatically.

And I want it to exclude the ones that I've created as unlisted.

So, I'm going to name this glossary, and then I'm going to go over to back matter type menu

over here on the right side of the screen.

And I'm going to scroll down and click glossary at the back matter type.

Now, you'll see a banner appear at the top, it says to display a list of glossary terms,

leave this back matter's content blank.

So, you put anything in this field, in the editor field, that would intervene with the

glossary list appearing.

But if you leave it blank, and click create, we'll go to the webbook and see that it has

created an automatically alphabetized and designed glossary list of all of the terms

that I've added to the book.

Whether through the Visual Editor, or through the glossary page, and excludes the ones that

I've said that I don't want to show on the glossary list.

On this particular example I wanted to note that the thing that makes the magic happen

there, was Taylor selecting the glossary type from the back matter.

The title of that could be anything, the title is not restricted.

She didn't have to title that back matter glossary, she could have called the back matter

glossary for my book or book glossary or list of key terms, or whatever, not a glossary.

The magic happened because of the back matter type selected, and you have free ability to

choose whatever title you wanted, just to specify.

Yeah.

Okay, so that is all I wanted to cover with the glossary.

I'll go ahead and end my screen sharing and toss it back to Steel.

Great, Taylor, we had a quick question from Jim in the chat.

And the question was is the term unlisted because you did not share it with the main

glossary list for the book?

Yes.

That's what that means.

So, that unlisted term you'll note did not appear in Taylor's glossary list.

But unlisted glossary terms still can be used as tooltips.

So, they can be used functionally throughout your book the same way, and you can add a

tooltip to your book and then go back later and make it unlisted.

So, Jim's question was if a term's unlisted, are there any restrictions on user visibility?

And Taylor answered that by saying no, it can be used in a book, it just won't be generated

in that auto list at the end of the book.

Thank you for that question, Jim.
