Youtube daily Jan 28 2017

Yes, it's been a long time.

A time I've stepped back and reflected on my beliefs and my direction for the future.

I'm not sure what lies ahead, but worry not, more is to come.

This last year has afforded me an opportunity to focus on my family, friends, career and

self improvement.

I've read a lot, and watched many hours of excellent youtube videos, and i'm happy to

inform to you, my viewers, I am a different man.

A better man because of it.

I would like to share with you an excerpt that has given me a renewed focus and direction

on how to proceed from here.

From Dale Carnegie's book entitled How to Win Friends and Influence People.

" Few people are logical.

Most of us are prejudiced and biased.

Most of us are blighted with preconceived notions, with jealousy, suspicion, fear, envy

and pride.

And most citizens don't want to change their minds about their religion or their haircut

or communism or their favorite movie star.

So, if you are inclined to tell people they are wrong, please read the following paragraph

every morning before breakfast.

It's from James Harvey Robinson's enlightening book The Mind in the Making"

" We sometimes find ourselves changing our minds without any resistance or heavy emotion,

but if we are told we are wrong, we resent the imputation and harden our hearts.

We are incredibly heedless in the formation of our beliefs, but find ourselves filled

with an illicit passion for them when anyone proposes to rob us of their companionship.

It is obviously not the ideas themselves that are dear to us, but our self-esteem which

is threatened...

The little word "my" is the most important one in human affairs, and properly to reckon

with it is the beginning of wisdom.

It has the same force whether it is "my" dinner, "my" dog, and "my" house, or "my" father,

"my" country, and "my" God.

We not only resent the imputation that our watch is wrong, or our car shabby , but that

our conceptions of the canals of Mars, of the pronunciations of "Epictetus," of the

medicinal value of salicin, or of the date of Sargon I is subject to revision.

We like to continue to believe what we have been accustomed to accept as true, and the

resentment aroused when dobt is cast upon any of our assumptions leads us to seek every

manner of excuse for clinging to it.

The result is that most of our so-called reasoning consists in finding arguments for going on

believing as we already do."

Hourglass tummy tuck by Dr. Hourglass, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio - Duration: 5:35.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Superhourglass.

Today we are going to discuss: the components of an hourglass tummy tuck.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know

for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted.

Welcome back.

The hourglass tummy tuck is the next generation of body contour procedures.

It is a procedure that I have developed after examining thousands of women's before and after pictures.

The hourglass tummy tuck is completely different from a traditional tummy tuck

and one of the many hourglass procedures I perform.

So how can you get an hourglass shape with the hourglass tummy tuck

and what are the components necessary to achieve these results?

For starters, I always do liposuction on the upper and lower back.

The lower back is more important to provide a better hourglass definition than the upper back.

For example, I like to do liposuction on the waist from the backside as well as the flank.

These two anatomical structures extend from the anterior part of the body all the way to the posterior,

accentuating your hourglass shape in different profiles.

Afterwards, I tighten the muscles and cut the excess skin like a traditional tummy tuck.

I add liposuction to the abdomen to decrease the thickness of the fat layer to make the waist smaller

before transferring fat to the hips.

Even if you perform liposuction on the waist, you will not achieve an hourglass figure

if you do not perform fat transfer to the hips.

I essentially use the fat taken from the liposuction and inject this into the hip area to sculpt the hips.

These are the procedures necessary in order to achieve a perfect hourglass figure.

In this video, we discussed the hourglass tummy tuck components.

Next week, we will discuss upper abdominal bulginess after a tummy tuck.

Remember to comment below, share this video, like this video, and subscribe to our channel

for more information, here at the Superhourglass channel, only on YouTube.

Also, you can log on to our website,

for more information about your procedure and to see amazing surgical results.

Wednesdays we have Star Bodies. If you want to have a star body log on to our Hourglass TV.

Thursdays: Hourglass OR you're going to see me doing live surgeries with before and after pictures.
