i made pork belly block rice bowl !!
because i really like pork meat, i found it looks so tasty
this meat looks so tasty !!
and i topped it with 12 of onsen eggs !!
and i made 1 kg of miso soup for today as well !!
so, let's see how we made it !!
the ingredients...
rice ...
pork belly meat ...
sake ...
mirin ...
soy sauce ...
sugar ...
yolks ...
with green onion
let's start with cutting the green onion
and we cut the meat to 1 cm ( thick ) slices
let's start with cutting it like this
we finished cutting the meat
let's grill the pork now
because this pork is so fatty, it's okay if you don't add the oil
sake ...
mirin ...
soy sauce ...
sugar ...
and we move well it to grill all the pieces
and after preparing the rice...
we top it with the pork blocks !
and i'm going to add the onsen eggs for now !
you can add the yolk as well !
i used the onsen eggs to be able to eat the white of the eggs
i prefer the onsen eggs
and we add the green onion
and the sauce as well

the pork meat absorbed the sweet taste of the sauce, what made it so tasty

and because the amount of the meat was so huge, this made me so happy !
and the rice goes so well with the sweet sauce !
