will help you get though this short hair.

Because I know people cut their hair

and they go why did I do it?

But it is a commitment and I am loving my haircut.

somebody who leads with listening.

is a leading man that I think is worth watching.

Immediately, like right after the first 15 pages,

I knew I was doing it.

It was like after I read the opening,

I got the chills when he put in the Boy Erased logo.

From that point on, I don't know, I was hooked.

I knew I was gonna do it.

I don't really like the idea of what is a leading man

because I think the best example of a man

who I look up to is a somebody who lead with listening

as oppse to like the idea of leading.

If you have a leading man in a movie,

it's hard to have a guy who leads a story who just listens.

I do think that a lot of what is exciting

about the new leading men that are stepping into

I guess the spotlight right now is

that they're not traditionally like,

they're not necessarily like alpha males.

I guess is exciting the idea

of redefining masculinity in film.

A man who understands that his power is his sensitivity

is a leading man that I think is worth watching.

Andrew Garfield would like fit into that category too.

Somebody who leads with a sense of

how can I enter into this with an open heart.

That is something, that's a man

who I'd be interested in watching in a movie.

One of the reasons why I wanted to do the movie was

because Joel was writing it and directing it.

It was right after he had done loving

that he reached out to me.

I was sort of like on the heels

of having experienced, I think, his brilliance.

That was one of my favorite performances of that year.

I was excited about the prospect of working with him.

He directed me to the book first.

When I read the book,

I fell in love with the character's mind and his thoughts.

Because in the script he speaks so little,

it felt like my way in was through the thinking

and through all the inner-life.

One of the things I was curious about was

how can I, how can I activate something

that is, seems so passive?

So it was a perfect pairing between Joel's script

and a character that seemed perhaps

like he didn't have,

it wasn't sure what was going on with him,

but the book was the key to unlocking

this sort of unknown in the script.

One of the ways in which I try to approach these parts

is with the sense that every characters come to me

to heal something in my life

so that I can leave it feeling more grounded in myself

than when I came in.

It's hard to not approach a project

that is meant to heal from a place of love.

The come-down from these projects is different

for each of them, but I really rely on work

to keep me out of my own neurotic spirals

and that concerns me because I want to be somebody

who can take care of himself outside of working,

but its yet to be proven that I can.

The come-down is like...

I really like start attacking myself a lot

when I'm not doing anything.

I don't know, I function very well within a system,

and film-making is you exist within a system.

Right now I'm enjoying just going from job to job.

Healthcare Companies Spending Millions On Midterms To Defeat Medicare For All Push - Duration: 3:52.

According to a new report by the Center for Responsive Politics, the healthcare industry

has pumped in more than $46 million into the Midterm races.

When you factor in how much money they've also given to super PACs and things like that,

money that then gets funneled down to candidates, they've actually put in more than $200 million

just in the 2018 Midterm races.

This obviously begs the question: What's going on with the healthcare companies?

They always give big to politicians, they spend a lot on lobbying, but they're spending

more than ever on these particular Midterms.

And there's a very important reason why they're doing this, and there's also an important

reason why most of their donations are going to republicans.

It's because healthcare companies, doctors, groups, pharma companies, health insurance

companies, they're worried about two things right now.

They're worried about the polls that show that a majority of people in this country,

democrats, republicans, independent, everyone supports Medicare for All.

They want us to move to a Medicare for All system.

That terrifies the hell out of the healthcare industry because it's going to cut into their

profits, so they're supporting politicians, sending money to politicians, who do not support

a Medicare for All system, and they believe that their money is going to be more important

than the voices of the American public, again, left, right, center, and everything else who

support this idea.

The second reason is because defeating Medicare for All not that hard right now.

We don't have enough people pushing for it even though again majority of the public wants

it, there's not enough politicians pushing for it to say that it's right around the corner.

Now it's on the horizon but it's not as close as we think.

So the second big thing that healthcare companies are fighting back against is any kind of crack

down and regulation on inflating drug prices here in the United States.

Again, we pay some of the highest prices for prescription drugs in the entire developed

world.

The reason for that is because these big pharma companies like to charge us more money because

we have direct-to-consumer advertising which takes billions upon billions of dollars out

of their budgets every single year.

They want to recoup that money.

So they charge us astronomically higher prices here in the US so they can make back that

advertising budget that they spent and they can spend it again next year and make it back

next year and so on and so forth.

But that's why healthcare companies, insurance companies, doctors organizations, pharmaceuticals,

that's why they're all pumping so much money into these Midterms.

They feel the sea change happening with the American public.

We all, regardless of party, support Medicare for All.

We all, regardless of party, support bringing down prescription drug prices.

And if we get politicians who want to push for those policies, who want to become popular

with the voters and force other politicians to do the same, that spells doom for the healthcare

industry that is essentially been ripping us off for decades.

They're not ready to put their cash cow out to pasture so they're going to spend as much

money as possible to keep electing pro-corporate, anti-consumer politicians, and putting them

in power in Washington DC.

It may work this time, but in the long run healthcare companies understand that their

days are numbered.

The American people are not going to tolerate it any longer and there's only so much that

their money can do before the voices of the people drown out all of those checks that

they're handing to republican politicians.

How can you do it? Stand tall, looking forward with one leg forward and the other behind.

Shift your weight to your back leg and, then bend the leg you have in front until it makes a 90° angle.

Makes sure that your knee doesn't go over the tip of your toes.

Meanwhile, the knee of your back leg should almost be touching the floor.

Keep your chest straight, tighten your core and hold the position for 3 seconds before going back to the starting position.

Do 3 sets of 15 reps on each side.
