just take our vacation and yeah. So just... The plan is just to work hard for the next
six weeks, six to eight weeks.
rules set protocols set strats for specific like scenarios and I found that when you do
that you need to have a lot of time and you're going to go through a really rough transition
period where everyone's just like thinking like "oh this is the start that we have to
run." And then it doesn't, it's not about playing anymore it's about what start we're
running. So I think that really, you know, took a hit on our results. So I think now
we we made a switch and Stewie is going to go back to in game leading and I think that's
better for the short term and for the long run because I think he's a really talented
player and he understands the game probably. I think he understands the game in a different
way than I do. He understands it intuitively. Like like in the back of his head he just
knows like oh we should go A this round. Whereas for me I'm like oh well we killed this guy.
This guy is rotating here. That means this guy is going to rotate here. So then we should
probably hit A. So where it takes me a little bit longer to come to the same conclusion
as him. It's just instant for him which I think is good. So yeah we're making that change.
I was. But I think this time around. I think the one thing about him is he just wants to
win so bad. And sometimes you know like when you want to win super bad you know someone
makes a mistake like if you make the right call and so it makes me say it it's really
frustrating. And so I think just being able to forget about it being able to forget about
the mistake and just play the next round is something that I mean he's already improved
on a lot. And yeah if he's keeps doing it and he'll be a great in game leader.
learned a lot from playing with with the players on there. The main thing that I probably learned
is just how to be patient and yeah. So yeah I don't think if I wasn't on TSM, I think
I've said this before, but if if I didn't know how my experience on TSM I don't think
I'd be the player I am right now. And I don't think I would have had the impact that I have
on C9.
of the game. Stu I enjoy playing with him because like I said he just wants to win so
bad. And when you play with someone like that on your team it kind of pushes you, you know?
When I first moved into the team house I remember him playing Rank S till like 3 o'clock in
the morning 4:00 o'clock in the morning and I'm just like I was like well if he's going
to be playing I might as we'll play you you know like like it just really motivated me
to see someone with that kind of drive. It made me you know have the same type of drive
and that was really good to play with. And I think that's a large reason why I've had
my success or why we've had our successes is because of his drive alone. And then Jordan,
obviously he's been playing for a long time. He's probably one of the coolest guy I know.
Like I love talking to him about anything not even just Counter-Strike. He's really
fun to have on the team because you could be losing and everyone would be in a terrible
mood but he'll just crack a joke. And we just reset you know. And it really is really cool
to have someone like that who's just always like in good spirits. And on top of that he's
selfless player. He doesn't care like what he does for the team or he doesn't care what
he does and the care of his dying. All he wants is to win. And and yeah I really enjoyed
playing with him for those reasons. And then Tyler pretty much same thing as Jordan actually.
OK. He's kind of a combination of Jordan and Stewie. So Tyler really wants to win as well.
His mindset is like whatever it takes to win, I'll do it. You know like, So he's our AWPer
and he's obviously like super skilled and talented but he ends up being the one supporting
us. And and he ends up being the one planting the bomb and stuff like that. stuff that AWPers
shouldn't be doing but he just does it because he doesn't care and he doesn't say anything
about it because he's like you know this is what I need to do for us to win so I'm going
to do it. It's kind of a good and bad thing because you know sometimes if he's in a good
position but he has the bomb, he should just give us the bomb to plant it you know. But
yeah I guess that's something I really like about him is just that it doesn't matter to
him you know like. He has a lot of trust in his teammates, you know, in up to win the
round. And he'll just do whatever it takes. And then Mike... Mike is probably like...
I would consider him like one of my really good friends like in and outside of the game.
He I don't know I just love talking to him about anything. We spend a lot of time together
outside of the game. And yeah I don't really know how to describe Mike he's just so...
it's really easy to talk to him. He doesn't seem like he's a talkative person but if you
initiate the conversation he'll just keep talking for like hours. And. Yeah just really
chill guy. And in terms of Counter-Strike the thing that I liked the most about him
is he's very level headed. So he doesn't like. He never rages at anyone. Like if you get
him killed he doesn't. Well he cares but he will never say anything and he doesn't actually
get mad it doesn't affect his gameplay at all. So I think that's really having like
someone who's really stable emotionally is so important in terms of like having a championship team.
probably the thing that I worked on or the thing that I would pride myself on the most
is, like I said earlier, being patient. So if I feel like. If I feel like a play was
made and it was a wrong play and and me and the person made the play disagree, I'm very
patient with explaining why I think my way and if you know if he's right then I'll admit
to it you know. And then another thing is I'm like Mike where I'm very, I try to stay
as composed as possible like whenever we're playing matches like if anyone is mad it doesn't
affect me if if if we lose a stupid around. That's like the other team clutches one V
five. It doesn't tilt me at all. like, I try to stay as composed as possible and yeah just
like just being as... just being chill you know like I I really think that that's how
you win championships is you can't you can't be emotional when it counts you know.
that he was streaming kind of made me more mad than I would normally get just because
I know that when he's dreaming he'll. He like didn't let me talk at all. He was just like
cutting me off and I was getting a little annoyed at that. So I.. I would say I overreacted
but. Yeah I just don't think that it's cool to talk about anyone's personal life on stream.
To talk about their family or whatever financial problems they might have or whatever illnesses
they might be going through or just anything personal without the person's consent. You
know? If the person is the one that's bringing you up on stream and talking about their own
life on stream then that's different. But for someone to to bring up something. Yeah
I don't know. I just think it's really unnecessary and uncalled for and yeah I just want to get
that point across. Yeah. And it's also like you know like before
It's like if both parties say "hey this is entertainment, let's create drama"
that's fine. But if it's something that's unwarranted
and it's one person bringing up not great stuff it's different.
yeah and it's also like... before
that we were just talking about like oh you suck. Oh I suck, you know like we were just
like oh we suck at this game and all of a sudden like to bring in like family. I mean
it was not true what he was saying but just like bring it to that level. You know at that
point it's all about having fun or like just banter. At that point like you're trying to
like. I feel like you're trying to hurt someone you know.
