terms when the question is asked that when you buy shares the stock market
halal stock purchase of a company which is halal and you ask any scholar that
you buy the share do you have to pay that or they'll say yes whatever is the
value of the share nav net asset value you have to pay the cap
on it so when you buy shares of the company the share cost is equivalent to
the complete asset it is not only on the goods
so when you buy shares from the stock market of a company and then you're
paying the full zakat of the share value if a person owns a company completely
that means he is 100 percent shareholder so there when you buy 1 percent 2
percent of the shares you're paying complete amount of that one percent that
includes the land cost everything so here why when you own it completely no
need to put on the goods so you agree it becomes the difference
so in share that they have to pay on the net of the value I believe it in the
company you have to pay for the company set value and inshallah that will

thing is that Allah says in surah Tauba chapter 9 verse number 34 35 that hold
not gold and silver there are people who hoard gold and silver and spend it not

what $100,000 worth of books when he sells the selling tires maybe more than
$200,000 so for him to pay the car on the selling price would be too much so I
grieve more with those scholars will say that whatever is the cost once you buy
it since it's with you you haven't made the profit so the cost price for you for
that book is the at which you bought it at the discounted

agree more with those group of scholars you see that you pay the cut on what you
actually paid and then if the cost price increases for example you buy a good
$100 100 piece and you get 50% discount so you're buying capacity is 50 to the
$50 suppose the price the MRP the maximum retail price increases to 110
rupees $110 then you calculate 50% discount
simplify rupees that time you can increase the price but not in the
selling price you don't know whether going to sell at the full price or
discounted price whatever this therefore I agree more with what is the cost or
discount you get add it to the present cost and that's how you have to make out
what is the total value of your goods after possible one year and that berikut
