Youtube daily Jun 6 2017

- What is up guys?

Welcome to my favorite time of year.

It's finally summer!

Summer.

I wan't to give a big thanks to Google

for sponsoring this video.

So I hope that you are having an awesome summer so far,

spending it outside, doing fun things,

jumping on the trampoline, but I'm sure a lot of you

are spending time on the internet also,

so it's a perfect time to talk about internet safety,

Being Internet Awesome, and so Google sent us a challenge

last night that was actually super fun

about being Internet Smart. (laughs)

Enjoy what happened last night,

because we had a really fun time with it,

and I hope that you enjoy it,

because it's something that we've never done

on our channel before, so enjoy.

(clapping and chanting)

- We partnered up with Google,

and they challenged us to Be Internet Awesome.

What does that mean?

That is one of Google's new initiatives that is helping

parents, kids, and teachers to have some resources

to help navigate through the world of the internet,

because the internet is a pretty awesome place, right?

Today, we're gonna Be Internet Awesome.

- The Be Internet Awesome challenge

is a celebration of being your best self online.

It's important to be careful about

what you're posting online, and to Be Internet Smart.

We challenge you to think of some of your past

online behavior, and what you might have done differently.

- Our online behavior and what we might

have done differently.

How about we go through and find some things?

- Oh no no no no no no.

(screams)

- You'll just see. (laughing)

Okay, the first one that I'd like to point to

goes back to our very first video.

Lincoln has the flu, but look how interested he is.

- He's not even blinking!

- I don't know what kind of medicine I gave him,

but whatever it was, he's focused.

Got some weird stuff on it so far.

And somebody pointed out something,

they did a timestahp...timestamp and they're like, "Lincoln, that face!"

Do you know the face I'm talking about?

It's coming.

(laughing)

What is that?

Did you see that?

It's great because this is like a memory

we can go back and watch.

But when it comes to being Internet Awesome,

when you put something on the internet,

be careful about what you post, and review things

and edit things, because sometimes things slip through.

Embarrassing moment number two.

This one goes out to Mama; are you ready for this?

This is the bowling ball video.

- Oh, I remember now!

- Let's just watch this part, hashtag grammar alert.

(saw revving)

That last part.

- [Mom] If you drop it-- - Oh man, if I put

my fingers in there, it would go so easy.

Okay, we need something to hold it from in the finger.

- [Mom] What does he need?

- Right there, that one little tiny piece.

- [Mom] There's a little tiny section?

- Hey guys, it's just London here, and we're just kinda...

It's really cool inside, if we can just see the tiny bit.

And we have another ball.

(cracking)

- Oh! - Got it.

- [Mom] Lincoln, what just happened?

- [Dan] Hey, did you break it open?

- [Mom] Yes, he just breaked it open!

- Breaked it open.

- He just breaked it open!

- Breaked is not a word.

- It's not.

So many people, I would say hundreds

and potentially thousands of people,

they are saying I needed to go back to school,

and that I wasn't smart.

- The reason why I thought it was funny

is because Leslie has a degree in Communications.

- She was only four at the time.

She continually did say breaked.

It was something that she said all the time,

and I told her not to say it,

and in that moment I was so excited and surprised

that it had happened, that I did say, "breaked it open".

- 'Cause I said, "Did it break open?"

and the first thing that came to your mind

with the stress, and she had the camera,

I'm sure it was just, naturally you were like,

"Breaked it open."

Honey, you're super smart.

- Thanks. (laughs)

- So again, Be Internet Awesome,

be nice to people on the internet.

My moment--

- I know what this is.

- is the boosted board moment.

- Hello, and welcome to New York City.

What's up, Lincoln?

- [Dan] Haha, we found him!

- This place is so cool.

- Feel free to touch anything, except for the sharp stuff.

- [Dan] All right, so we've gotta get out of here.

We're gonna go cruise on the boosted board.

- [Casey] Boosted board down!

It was you!

That boosted board fell in the river thanks to me.

I used the wrong remote, and it's gone.

Oh, man.

I took Casey's boosted board, it was not ours.

I had the wrong remote.

I thought that it was my remote, but it was Lincoln's,

because he was holding that Gold Play Button,

and so I pulled on it, 'cause there was some people,

my boosted board was way at the other end of the pier.

And so I was trying to get it to come over,

and it wasn't moving at all.

I'm like, "What is going on?"

So I pull it all the way down,

and I hear this (imitates toy engine),

and I'm looking at it, and it's still just sitting there,

but then I hear that noise, and the second that I look over

is right at the second I see Lincoln's boosted board go

underneath and (breath whooshes), out into the Hudson River.

The East River.

It was bad.

As if I wasn't nervous enough,

let's just go and take Casey's boosted board

and throw it in the river.

That didn't help.

And this is the thing about the internet.

Behind the scenes, you don't see -

I have text messages from Casey from that night.

Dan, just so you know, I'm throwing you under the bus

for the boosted board in the river,

but don't worry, it's super funny.

And I'm like, "Oh well, he's the filmmaker."

But to look through the comments, especially on his channel,

the people who didn't know who I was,

they were just lighting me up.

Everything you see in a video isn't everything that actually

happens in life, so.

We ended up sending him a new boosted board,

he didn't even ask for it.

Share with care.

- Be thoughtful about what you put on the internet.

- You've gotta be careful

about what you put on the internet.

(screaming)

- When you're trying to apply for a job in the future,

that's one of the very first things companies do,

is they go look on your online presence

and see what's out there.

- Sometimes, if you feel like maybe you shouldn't post it,

maybe wait until the next day

and then see how your feelings are,

'cause sometimes people will go on social media

and they're really upset about something,

or they're really fired up about something,

and then they'll just go and throw it out there,

and then it's out there forever,

and things can go viral these days that are crazy.

Let us know in the comments how you are Internet Awesome,

and what you do to be smart about what you share.

Let us know your tips.

There's also a link to the Google site

that talks about all the different areas

of Being Internet Awesome.

Thanks for watching, guys.

- Bye. - Thanks, guys.

WEATHER NOW.

RAIN, RAIN, A LITTLE MORE RAIN

AFTER THAT.

[LAUGHTER]

KELLY ANN: AT THIS POINT, IT IS

TRACKING WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN

WILL BE VERSUS THE LIGHTER RAIN,

WHICH WE ARE SEEING RIGHT NOW.

HIGH-IMPACT FOR THE P.M. COMMUTE

TH EVENING FROM 5:00 TO 7:00

IS WHEN WE WILL SEE THE

DOWNPOURS.

HERE IS A LOOK AT THE SATELLITE

AND RADAR IMAGERY.

ANOTHER BAND OF MODERATE SHOWERS

PUSHING IN.

THAT WILL BE CONTINUING TO PUSH

EASTWARD THROUGH THE NEXT COUPLE

OF HOURS.

WE ARE KEEPING AN EYE ON THAT.

TH HEAVIEST SITTING WEST OF 495

PUSHING EASTWARD THROUGH THE

2:00 TO 3:00 HOUR.

THAT IS WHAT WE WILL SEE THE

HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS MOVE IN.

AFTER THAT, THERE IS MORE IN THE

THAT IS WHAT IS MOVING OUR WAY

NEXT.

WE WILL SEE THOSE MOVIE AND

THROUGH TONIGHT AND THROUGH MUCH

OF THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AS WELL.

HERE IS THE TIMING.

2:00, IT IS LESS OF 495.

THAT WILL BRING HEAVIER SHOWERS

INTO T AREA.

UNFORTUNATELY, IT FILLS IN AS WE

PROGRESSED TO THE EVENING

COMMUTE 5:00 OR 6:00, WIDESPREAD

HEAVY SHOWERS FROM THE COASTLINE

TO 495.

WE WILL SEE THE DOWNPOURS

AFFECTING MASS PIKE, 49 128,

AND SOUTHWARD AS WELL.

MUCH OF OUR ROADWAYS GETTING

IMPACTED.

THAT CONTINUES THROUGH THE 7:00

IMPROVEMENT HEADING INTO

TOMORROW.

TEMPERATURES ARE SUFFERING.

THE WARMEST TEMPERATURES WE HAVE

WE ARE FALLING AT THIS POINT.

48 IN BOSTON RIGHT NOW.

WE ARE FALLING TO 47 INTO THE

MIDAFTERNOON.

IT IS A STEADY DECLINE THROUGH

THE AFTERNOON HOURS TOMORROW

.

TOMORROW MORNING, WE ARE

ACTUALLY GOING TO SEE OUR

TEMPERATURES INCH UPWARDS.

A VERY STRANGE PATTERN.

BACK IN THE 50'S TOMORROW

MORNING.

BY THE AFTERNOON, SO 60'S.

WIDESPREAD CLOUDS COULD

PRODUCE A FEW SPRINKLES.

NOTHING LOOKING TO BE

WIDESPREAD.

WE GOING TO THE LATE MORNING AND

START TO SEE CLEARING MOVING IN

FROM THE NORTH.

THAT WILL PUSH SOUTHWARD

THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON.

BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON, SOME

SUNSHINE BREAKING OUT.

THAT WILL GET THE TEMPERATURES

QUITE A BIT WARMER AS WELL.

NEAR RECORD: HIGHS FOR TODAY.

BOSTON AROUND 52.

-- NEAR RECORD HIGHS FOR TODAY.

BOSTON AROUND 52.

WE ARE SITTING IN THE 40'S

PRETTY MUCH ALL DAY LONG.

THE RECORD WAS 51 DEGREES, AND

THAT WAS SET IN 2000.

SEVEN-DAY FORECAST INCLUDES SOME

IMPROVEMENT TOMORROW.

THE IMPACT IS REALLY FOR

TONIGHT'S COMMUTE.

THAT IS WHEN WE SEE THE HEAVIEST

RAINFALL PUSHING INTO THE AREA.

INTO THURSDAY, THAT IS WITH

TEMPERATURES CROSS INTO THE

70'S.

HIGH PRESSURE MOVING IN, BUT WE

HAVE TO WATCH ANOTHER SYSTEM

HEADING OUR WAY FOR FRIDAY.

THAT BRINGS ANOTHER RAINMAKER

INTO THE AREA.

THE GOOD NEWS IS IT LOOKS LIKE

THAT WILL GET ON OUT OF HERE

JUST IN TIME FOR THE WEEKEND.

THIS WEEKEND, WE ARE SOARING

INTO THE 80'S.

Top 5 Things We Hope Won't Happen at E3 2017 - Duration: 3:33.

E3 2017 is almost upon us, and we here at PlayStation LifeStyle are super excited to

see what's next for video games.

But while we sit here hoping for some The Last of Us Part II gameplay, a big Sucker

Punch new IP reveal, and everything else that could *potentially* be shown, we're also

conscious of the fact that some things are bound to go wrong, and go down as E3 2017

fails.

And so to keep us all grounded amidst the onslaught of hype, here's me, Mack, for

PlayStation LifeStyle, with the Top 5 Things We Hope Won't Happen at E3 2017.

We know it's tempting for publishers to tease every little thing they have in the

works during the biggest gaming event of the year, but when something is barely out of

the planning stage, and isn't going to release for another 3, 4, 5+ years, is it really necessary

to pad a conference out with announcements of games that are nowhere near complete?

Some of which will never actually see the light of day?

Here's hoping we get to see more from games that will be launching within the next year

or two.

How about giving the marketing spotlight to those titles instead?

Yes, when a remaster is demanded by fans and is lovingly remade by a developer that cares,

it can be a fantastic thing.

But remasters can also seem unnecessary and a clear attempt at exploiting the nostalgia

of fans to make an easy buck.

A lack of backwards compatibility in consoles is no excuse to "remaster all the things!"

We hope remasters will be less common this E3, with a much bigger focus put on *entirely*

new current-gen experiences.

Ubisoft doesn't do itself any favors when it comes to showing off "gameplay" during

events like E3.

By now, savvy gamers know to take everything they see during the conference with a grain

of salt, as by the time a game makes its way from the E3 stage to your system at home,

a lot of "downgrades" will likely have been made.

If Ubisoft is going to continue to show gameplay, it needs to be more representative of the

final product.

With the new PS4, the PS4 Pro, and PlayStation VR having all released last year, Sony has

given video game enthusiasts a slew of new hardware to pick up.

And many gamers have bought a new console or VR headset, and are ready and waiting for

more software to look forward to.

What we don't want to see, unless it's perhaps a PS Vita 2.0(!), is more Sony hardware

announcements.

Though Microsoft and Project Scorpio look set to shake things up during their conference,

we're confident Sony will be able to make up ground on the software side of things,

with a range of exclusives only available on PlayStation systems.

Despite all of the fantastic games EA publishes, the company still can't quite manage to

get their priorities in order when it comes to showcasing upcoming releases at E3.

We don't doubt that sports titles and mobile gaming make EA a lot of money and, frankly,

we don't care.

There's no need to spend a bundle getting a fancy sports celebrity onstage for a long-ass

interview, or the take time showcasing the latest innovation in mobile gaming microtransactions.

We hope that EA will give more focus to those games that E3 attendees and viewers will actually

want to play and see.

Give us big chunks of gameplay from upcoming epics, and reveal something magnificent!

Those are the Top 5 Things We Hope Won't Happen at E3 2017.

Is there anything you'd hate to see at the show this year?

Let us know in the comments below.

New Safari Ltd Dino Toys Feathered T-Rex Giganotosaurus Quetzalcoatlus vs Demon Carnotaurus Jurassic - Duration: 11:48.

Wow guys who is gonna win this battle the gigantosaurus or the feathered t-rex

and then on top of all of that they have to beat the demon Carnotaurus i'll stay

tuned guys to see who will be the victor okay it's great to see you again so glad

New Safari Ltd Dino Toys Feathered T-Rex Giganotosaurus Quetzalcoatlus vs Demon Carnotaurus Jurassic

battle at the end of the video first of all these were sent by my friends at

Safari limited for me to review for you guys these are their newest dinos and

they are totally awesome they sent me a gigantasaurus it sent me

eclectic odorless and of modernity rex Wow I like the feathered t-rex locks so

anyways let's go ahead and take a look at him first

so the first thing we have to do is get rid of this tag so with the tags they

just go ahead and so feathered Tyrannosaurus Rex okay guys

so they really did a great job on this feathered t-rex we're going to start up

here with his head as you can see he's got feathers all on the back of his neck

here ah they did a cool job with the teeth I mean it's not individual but

they look nice they did a great job painting the eyes they even added

nostrils on this this guy which a lot of these dinos they don't even bother doing

that so uh good job with the tongue the face and everything and then are the

coloring is really cool too they added like an orange red black and gray color

scheme all throughout it so this guy really does look like a giant chicken I

mean that is it's cool and it's hilarious I mean look at his leg here it

looks just like God chickens legs so there was a lot of theories that the

t-rex is actually were feathered which oh boy

I don't know if I was like that I mean I like this guy this guy looks cool but

could you imagine all of our dinos how they look covered in feathers looking

like giant chickens I don't know man but this guy is huge and he is really solid

I mean I like this guy a lot I'll put a link below the video

where you guys could actually buy these guys but like I said I really like this

feather t-rex he is cool and then our next one is another cool

the statue I like this one a lot - this is the gigantosaurus once again by

Safari limited so this guy is big - I mean here is a look at him next to my

hand and she's really nice and heavy and he comes with a nice base so for our

collectors point of view guys this guy is superb I mean take a look at the

detail on his face I mean his eyes stripes even all the individual teeth

here I mean I love the detail they put into that and then uh he's like almost

like a cream dark brown light brown color scheme so he is striped sort of

similar to let's say maybe a zebra and then on the base you can see the base is

made out of it's almost like mud with his feet sinking into the mud so that

gives it a really cool effect there and this guy is really long I mean I love

how long they made this guy so and then they did a good job painting his cloths

too and everything so like I said overall this guy is superb detail I mean

take a look at his eye I mean it looks like it's glowing golden eye and they

did a really good job with this tongue - a lot of these Dino models you don't do

all that great job with the tongue so you could have a really cool battle

between those two but we still have one more we have this awesome quick decoder

listing send us if you guys play Jurassic world the game what the coder

list is one of the hybrid dinos on there so you could

I did I've got over 200 episodes of Jurassic world the game you can check

out my gaming channel WD tech toys I have the majority on there and also on

this channel if you want to check put in Jurassic world the game I have a few of

them on this channel also but the Questacon list okay he is more

simplistic looking not all that big I mean this guy basically looks like a

flying flamingo with a long neck so I'm not as impressed

with this one but he does still look cool and these are all from their 2017

lines so Safari limited really does a great job with their dinosaurs I mean I

really like how they turn out especially these tonight being heavy

figures ah if you guys haven't seen Safari limited it's very similar to uh

Papo and Schleich they're models so awesome

really fine

walk and that was an awesome battle if you're interested in any of these toys

the feather t-rex the gigantosaurus or the quest coder list I'll have a link

below the video where you could buy on either one of them I am affiliated with

the Amazon which means I get a small sales commission but you pay the exact

same a while and if you use my link you are buying an awesome toy and helping

out my channel wow that's totally awesome geyser awesome audience and

unimportant things Wow guys that was a lot of fun and if you enjoyed the video

Lose 40 Pounds Without Surgery, New 'Accordion' Procedure Could Help | TODAY - Duration: 3:30.

>>> WE'RE BACK. IT'S 8:10.

WE HAVE NEWS ABOUT A WEIGHT LOSS ALTERNATIVE.

UNTIL RECENTLY, MANY PROCEDURES INVOLVED SURGERY AND WERE

RESERVED FOR THE MORBIDLY OBESE. AND THERE'S A NEW NONSURGICAL

TREATMENT FOR THOSE TRYING TO LOSE 40 POUNDS.

IT'S KNOWN AS THE ACCORDION PROCEDURE.

JOHN TORRES IS HERE TO TELL US ABOUT IT.

HI, DR. TORRES. WHO IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR

THE ACCORDION PROCEDURE? >> THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS

SOMEBODY WHO WANTS TO LOSE 40 TO 60 POUNDS.

THEY'RE OBESE OR BEYOND OBESE. THEY TRIED OTHER WEIGHT LOSS

PROCEDURES. MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS TECHNIQUES.

EXERCISE. DIETS AND THINGS THAT HAVEN'T

WORKED FOR THEM. AND IT'S FOR SOMEBODY THAT CAN'T

HAVE SURGERY BECAUSE THEY HAVE OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

>> IT'S NOT A SURGERY. BUT IT IS ENDOSCOPY.

>> IT'S SCARLESS. THEY PUT YOU UNDER GENERAL

ANESTHESIA.

THEY PUT A TUBE THROUGH YOUR MOUTH.

THEY PLEAT THE SIDES OF THE STOMACH.

THEY MAKE IT INTO A TUBE ABOUT THE SIZE OF THE BANANA.

YOU EAT LESS AND YOU HAVE LESS CALORIES AND THAT CAUSES THE

WEIGHT LOSS. >> IS IT GENERAL ANESTHESIA?

DO YOU GO COMPLETELY UNDER? >> IT'S GENERAL ANESTHESIA.

BUT THEY SEND YOU HOME THE SAME DAY.

YOU RECOVER AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS AND GO HOME RIGHT AWAY.

MUCH LESS INVASIVE. >> YOU GO HOME.

BUT YOU DON'T BOUNCE RIGHT BACK. WHAT'S THE RECOVERY LIKE?

>> A TWO-WEEK PERIOD OF DRINKING LIQUID DIET.

THAT'S TO LET THE SUTURES SETTLE IN, THE TISSUES HEAL A LITTLE

BIT THE AND YOU GET A SMALLER STOMACH.

THIS IS NOT A PROCEDURE BY ITSELF.

IT'S A PROCEDURE LIKE THE OTHER SURGERIES HAVE COME HAND IN HAND

WITH DIET, AS WELL. YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN ANOTHER

DIET, WHICH IS SMALL PORTIONS. >> WHAT KIND OF RESULTS ARE YOU

SEEING? DO YOU SEE DRAMATIC WEIGHT LOSS?

>> THIS IS NOT INVASIVE. FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T WANT TO GO

THROUGH BIG SURGERIES AND THE WEIGHT LOSS IS DRAMATIC.

THEY'RE LOSING TEN INCHES IN THE WEIGHT SIZE ALONE.

AND FOR ME AS A DOCTOR, THEY'RE GETTING THEIR HEALTH PARAMETERS

UNDER CONTROL. THE CHOLESTEROL IS BETTER.

THE DIABETES IS BETTER. THE BLOOD PRESSURE IS BETTER.

>> WE HAVE TO GET -- A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY HIS SOUNDS GOOD TO

ME. WHAT ARE THE RISKS?

PLA claim Sushma Swaraj On China Helicopters statement false - Duration: 3:38.

China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) has rebutted External Affairs Minister Sushma

Swaraj's statement on Monday regarding the reported airspace violation by Chinese helicopters

in the border near Barahoti in Uttarakhand. The Chinese Ministry of Defence said in a statement

early on Tuesday that its military was carrying out activities on the Chinese side of the

Line of Actual Control (LAC) and said Indian reports were "not factual".

The EAM in her annual press conference on Monday told reporters India would "101 per

cent" take up the issue with China, after authorities said two helicopters were sighted

in Indian airspace on Saturday morning in Barahoti in Chamoli district.

SWARAJ NOTED AIR SPACE VIOLATION

Pointing out that on-the-ground transgressions had taken place earlier because of differing

perceptions of the Line of Actual Control (LAC), Swaraj had noted that "this is the

first such air space violation".

"We can understand even ground incursion it can be a mistake but this is not acceptable.

We will take it up with Beijing," Swaraj was quoted as saying.

The PLA, however, held firm that in China's view the helicopters had not intruded into

Indian airspace.

The Defence Ministry said in a statement in Beijing on Tuesday, "The Chinese army carried

out routine training activities on its side of the Line of Actual Control.

Indian media reports do not match the facts."

The Chinese Foreign Ministry had also, earlier on Monday, said that "the Chinese military

carries out regular patrols in the relevant areas."

TRANSGRESSION INCIDENTS IN THE PAST

Officials had said that "two suspected Chinese helicopters" had been seen hovering over Barahoti,

in Chamoli district.

Barahoti has in the past seen a number of what officials describe as "transgression"

incidents, but on the ground.

In July last year, an on-the-ground transgression incident by PLA troops was reported.

The then Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar played down that incident and attributed it

to differing perceptions of the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

Barahoti is among around a dozen areas along the 3,488-km border where there are pronounced

differences in perceptions of the LAC, with both sides patrolling up to their claim lines

with the border not formally demarcated.

Speaking during a visit to Russia this weekend, Prime Minister Modi reiterated that although

both sides had a border dispute, "in the last 40 years not a single bullet has been fired".

China on Monday welcomed the PM's remarks, saying it had "noted the positive remarks".

"We have been stressing that as two major countries, China and India maintaining sound,

steady and in depth growth of the bilateral relationship is of great significance," Hua

Chunying, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, said.

Jeep Wrangler Mopar 30-31" Spare Tire Cover w/ Jeep Logo (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 2:38.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Mopar

30 to 31-inch spare tire cover with Jeep logo, fitting all 2007 and up JKs.

Today, we're going to talk through the installation of this tire cover, which of course is very,

very simple.

This is just going to attach with some elastic.

You simply stretch it over the spare tire.

But we'll talk a little bit more about it in a second.

This tire cover is for those of you who absolutely want a Mopar branded tire cover that has the

Jeep logo on it.

You are going to pay a premium for the fact that this has that logo and is directly from

the manufacturer.

If you're just looking for a tire cover that's going to change up the look of the back of

your Jeep, protect your tire a little bit, then there are a lot of other brands on the

market.

But again, if it has to be Jeep, if it has to be Mopar, this is going to be a nice option.

This tire cover is of course made for your 30 to 31-inch spare tire, so this is going

to work with a factory-size spare.

If you do have larger tires on your Jeep, chances are this is not going to fit.

But you'll also probably have a different wheel on your Jeep that you might want to

show off, so you might not be looking for a tire cover.

This is going to be a black denim material, which is very similar to the soft-top material

that comes on your Jeep from the factory.

So it's going to match, and it's going to hold up well in the weather.

Like I said before, installation isn't much of an installation.

This has some elastic along the backside of it.

You simply stretch it over the spare tire and you're finished.

This is deigned to, of course, go on and off very easily.

So if you do need access to your spare, you can easily get to it.

Like I said before, you are going to pay a premium, because this is a Mopar brand tire

cover that has the Jeep logo on it, and this comes in at right around $60.

There are going to be quite a few other tire covers on the market in different colors,

different designs, different sizes.

A lot of those are going to be built as well as this one is, and they're going to be less

expensive, because they're not from Mopar and they don't have the Jeep branding on it.

So it comes down to what your budget is and what you want for your Jeep.

So if you're looking for a tire cover for your spare to keep it clean, keep it protected,

and also to change up the look of the back of your Jeep, and you really want one that

has the Jeep logo on it that comes from Mopar, and you're willing to pay a little bit of

a premium for it, this is going to be a great option for you.

So that's my review of the Mopar 30 to 31-inch spare tire cover with Jeep logo, fitting all

2007 and up JKs that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler MORryde Tailgate Reinforcement Kit (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 3:38.

This is my review of the MORryde tailgate reinforcement kit, fitting all 2007 to 2017

JKs.

This is designed to work with MORryde's heavy-duty tailgate hinge kit, so you will have to purchase

that separately.

But you can either use your factory spare tire mount, or MORryde's upgraded heavy-duty

spare tire mount with this kit.

There are three main problems that you can run into when running a much larger and heavier

spare tire in the factory spare tire mount location.

One of those problems is that the factory hinges can wear out, causing the tailgate

to sag and every time you open and close the tailgate, you'll have to lift it up a little

bit to get it to latch properly.

Another problem is that the welds on the tailgate itself can fatigue and break, causing rattling.

Finally, the factory spare tire mount does have a weight limit, and putting a heavier

spare tire can cause the metal to fatigue and eventually wear out and break.

Now, this setup in particular is a modular spare tire setup.

What you're looking at here is the tailgate reinforcement kit that's designed to work

with MORryde's heavy-duty hinges.

Between those two parts, you fix two out of the three problems that you would run into

from running a large, heavy spare in the factory location.

The other issue that you still have to take care of is the tire mount and, as I mentioned,

MORryde does have a heavy-duty tire mount that you can run with this setup.

This tailgate reinforcement kit is made of laser-cut and welded steel that's covered

in a textured black powder-coat finish, and it's designed to be completely bolt-on again

with MORryde's heavy-duty hinge kit.

So you won't have to drill into your tailgate.

Everything will mount with all of the factory mounting locations.

Because this is designs to be bolt-on, the installation is pretty easy.

The first step is to remove your factory spare tire and spare tire mount.

Then, remove the plastic covers over your factory tailgate hinges.

Now, because you'll be removing those hinges, you'll want to prop up the tailgate by putting

a block or a wedge of wood between your bumper and the bottom of the tailgate.

That will keep everything in alignment, and make it much easier to bolt up your new hinges

and eventually your tailgate reinforcement kit.

After you have everything blocked up, you can remove those factory hinges one at a time,

install the heavy-duty hinge kit, and then go to installing your reinforcement kit.

Again, this is going to bolt right onto those heavy-duty hinges and right into your tailgate

in all of the factory mounting locations.

After that, it's just a matter of installing your factory spare tire mount or your MORryde

heavy-duty spare tire mount, and putting your spare tire back into place.

The whole process shouldn't take you more than an hour, and you won't need any specialty

tools.

Just some TORX bits and a good socket set.

In my opinion, this piece is a little bit expensive, especially when you consider that

you have to also purchase the heavy-duty hinges to use this.

However, if you are on a little bit of a budget and you're not ready to spring the $700-plus

for one of those kits that has everything all in one or two boxes, and you like the

idea of being able to build your tire carrier, first the hinges, then the reinforcement kit,

and then the tire mount, in that case, I do think that this is a nice setup.

So that's my review of the MORryde tailgate reinforcement kit fitting all 2007 to 2017

JKs that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

NASA Interns Arrive at Goddard - Summer 2017 - Duration: 4:39.

>>KATRINA: It's summer! So thousands of students across the

country are on break from school and at work for NASA. Over 450

are interning for the Goddard Space Flight Center this summer,

and a lot of them are in the Visitor's Center right now

picking up their badges and everything they need to start

their first day. So let's go inside and meet a few, and stick

a camera in their face.

[music]

>>KATRINA: Violet, what are you going to be working on this summer? >>VIOLET: I'm going

to be doing X-ray astrophysics. So I'm going to be... there's a new

instrument going up, and I'm going to be modeling it in

Python. >> RALEIGH: So what projects will you be working on

specifically this summer? >>NICOLE: Micrometeorite science

with LISA Pathfinder. >>HÉCTOR: Well I'm going to be a web

developer for Code 585, the Software Engineering Department.

>>ONYEOZIRI: Well, I'm not 100% sure. >>KAYLA: This summer I'll

be doing the particle fallout measuring methods internship.

>>QASIM: So I'll be working on some spectrometer work.

Essentially I'll be doing some of the hardware and software

designing for NASA, and I'm pretty excited to do that.

>>KATRINA: What made you choose Goddard specifically out of all

off the 10 NASA centers? >>HÉCTOR: I think that what

motivated me to choose Goddard was the amount of Puerto Ricans

like me, graduated from my school, who are working here on

the different divisions. >>IMAN: I went to high school like

really nearby here, and so I'd always pass by Goddard. And I

never really thought about coming here until it was

suggested to me. I'm like, 'Wait a second, I know Goddard!"

>>JACOB: It's closest to where I live, but it also had the things

that I'm interested in. >>VIOLET: Most of the research

is being done here. It's kind of the most exciting center for me,

honestly. >>VISHNU: I came to graduate school in the U.S. just

to come to NASA. So, I mean, I traveled like 9,000 miles just

to be here. So it is a big day for me. >>KATRINA: If you could

create any sort of hypothetical planet that had anything on it

-- was composed of anything -- what would this planet be like?

>>KAYLA: It would be a lot of great scenes, great sunsets. So

like, I just love sunsets -- it would be colorful. >>QASIM: I

think there would definitely be some fantasy things going on. So

in terms of, um, I would definitely have, like, rainbow

skittles that were just coming down from rain. >>IMAN: I like

Earth. I think we should keep Earth. >>HÉCTOR: Planet Earth.

But cleaner. >>JACOB: Probably somewhere a little more

interesting than Earth. Like maybe things we could see sort

of right outside of, like, the atmosphere I guess. >>VIOLET:

Life forms don't have to be carbon-based, so it would be

really interesting to see just a planet with life forms that are

completely different, and kind of change our view of what life

is. >>RALEIGH: And so what do you think will be, I guess, the

future of the space industry? >>NICOLE: Well I think everyone

is going towards Mars right now. >>VIOLET: Definitely the concept

of us going to Mars has been a driving factor for a while.

>>ONYEOZIRI: Now that we've explored space -- to an extent

-- I feel like now it's more like how do we get to live in

space, can I get a vacation home in space. >>KATRINA: So you

think space tourism will be a big thing coming up?

>>ONYEOZIRI: Yes, yes. >>KAYLA: A lot of people think it's just

the movies, but reaching out and trying to go beyond just our

solar system is probably where everyone is headed next.

>>VISHNU: The best part of the space industry right now is that

private players are coming in. And it's not that they're

competing with us at NASA, but they're kind of going together

with NASA and that's kind of amazing. >>KATRINA: What are you

most excited about for the summer? >>ONYEOZIRI: I get to do

what I love, which is program. So, and work with robots.

>>JACOB: It's really exciting to be here, and just to kind of

learn how everything that I'll be working with works. >>QASIM:

I'm most excited about the workshops here, and making new

connections with all the people here. >>NICOLE: Just meeting all

the other fellow astrophysics nerds and stuff like that, so.

>>IMAN: Honestly I have no idea what to expect. But I'm most

excited about being able to share physics with the rest of

the community here in Maryland and D.C. >>HÉCTOR: It's my first

internship. I think I'm really excited, like, for everything.

>>KATRINA: Well good luck, I hope you have a great summer, I

know you will -- Goddard's great, so good luck! >>HÉCTOR:

Thank you. >>RALEIGH: Now that the interns have been oriented

on everything they need to know working here at Goddard, it's

time for them to meet their mentors and start their

projects. If you're interested in learning more about what it

takes to be a NASA intern, you can visit intern.nasa.gov for

more information -- and also keep an eye on nasa.gov/goddard

throughout the summer to hear more intern stories.
