Chinese President Xi Jinping revealed Beijing's economic plans, and expressed hopes of settling

trade disputes with the United States.

Cha Sang-mi zooms in on his announcement as well as the reactions from leaders around

the world.

Chinese President Xi Jinping, during his keynote speech at the Boao Forum for Asia on Tuesday,

said China would further open its market, especially in the banking, manufacturing,

and auto sectors.

Touching upon various topics, President Xi urged the global community to treat each other

with respect, and as equals, to work toward a more peaceful and open community.

When it comes to trade tensions with the United States, Xi called for dialogue rather than

confrontation, and expressed his wish to achieve peaceful development with "win-win results."

Xi also vowed to strengthen intellectual property rights, which had been one of main trade complaints

of the United States.

"We encourage Chinese and foreign companies to engage in normal communication and cooperation.

We will protect the legal intellectual property of foreign firms in China.

At the same time, we hope that foreign governments will increase their protection of Chinese

firms' intellectual property."

Global leaders may have had their eyes on the escalating U.S.-China trade disputes,

as they spoke out against the tit-for-tat tariff measures, fearing they might threaten

"the security and stability of the world."

"A trade war between China and the U.S. is still far from inevitable, but if one does

happen, it will undermine the multilateral trading system, which has underpinned global

prosperity.

Countries big and small will be affected."

Xi Jinping pledged China was "not to threaten anyone", "attempt to overturn the existing

international system" nor to seek to expand spheres of influence.

The four-day forum takes place in southern China's Hainan province until Wednesday under

the theme of "An Open and Innovative Asia for a World of Greater Prosperity."

Some 2-thousand participants from more than 60 nations are attending the annual conference,

as well as leaders of some of the world's top 5-hundred companies.

National Assembly impasse puts on hold major legislative affairs - Duration: 2:03.

Yesterday lawmakers called off a planned speech by the prime minister, who was going to urge

them to act on the government's proposed extra spending bill.

Rival parties have still found no way forward on issues like amending the Constitution.

Kim Min-ji has the latest from parliament.

No sign of a let up in the impasse at South Korea's parliament.

A three-day interpellation session at the National Assembly scheduled to begin on Tuesday

has been put on hold.

That was unexpected... since the agenda was set back in late March... when the parties

agreed to hold a parliament session in April,... and given that it was to address major issues...

such as the inter-Korean summit... and the government's extra budget proposal.

Since the start of the April session last Monday, the Assembly has been at a standstill.

The parties are at odds over how to amend the Constitution,... and divided over how

to revise the Broadcast Act to strengthen neutrality.

Adding fuel to the fire,... a controversy surrounding the chief of the Financial Supervisory

Service, Kim Ki-sik, has set the parties even further apart.

Kim has been under fire for trips he took overseas sponsored by financial institutions

while he was a lawmaker.

Although he denied giving them any preferential treatment in return,... the opposition parties

have demanded a prosecutorial probe into the matter.

For now, it seems the paralysis will linger for some time,... with parties sticking to

the blame game.

The impasse casts a dark cloud over whether the rival parties can get through the stack

of agendas -- such as the legal procedures for holding a referendum on Constitutional

revision in tandem with local elections in June... as well as deliberating the government's

extra budget bill.

Some pundits say that should the rival parties leave the session like this -- getting no

work done -- they will be subject to harsh public criticism.

At the end of the day,... all sides will have to make concessions -- but the question is

exactly when and which party will make the first move.

Trump vows quick action on 'heinous' Syria chemical attack - Duration: 1:56.

The U.S. accused Syria and its allies Russia and Iran for Saturday's suspected chemical

weapons attack.

While the two nations deny such an event happened, President Trump vows to decide on Washington's

response to the attack on Syrian civilians.

Ro Aram has the full story.

Speaking during a Cabinet meeting on Monday, Trump again condemned Saturday's apparent

attack as "heinous."

Aid groups on the ground in Douma say more than 40 civilians were killed by what they

described as poison gas.

Just over a year ago, Trump ordered dozens of cruise missiles to be fired at a Syrian

air base after declaring the Assad regime had used a banned gas on civilians.

In Monday's Cabinet meeting, he did not rule out another U.S. military attack on Syria,

adding Russian President Vladimir Putin may also be held accountable for supporting Damascus.

REPORTER: "Does Putin bear responsibility for this, Mr. President?"

TRUMP: "He may, yeah, he may.

And, if he does, it's going to be very tough.

Very tough."

REPORTER: "Does military action--"

REPORTER: "Is he going to pay a price--"

TRUMP: "Everybody is going to pay a price.

He will; everybody will.

REPORTERS: (Crosstalk)

REPORTER: "U.S. military action, is it off the table as we--?"

TRUMP: "Nothing is off the table.

Nothing is off the table."

Syria and its allies, Russia and Iran, have all denied there was any chemical attack.

The Russian military also said its officers had visited the apparent site of the attack

in Douma and found no evidence to back up reports of poison gas being used.

Amid the deliberations at Washington, the U.S. and Russia clashed at the UN Security

Council, which was meeting on Monday to discuss the issue.

The U.S. envoy Nikki Haley said Washington will respond to the alleged attack regardless

of whether the Security Council takes action or not.

Russia's UN envoy warned America of "grave repercussions" if it carries out an attack

against Syrian government forces.

Conflicting views between Washington and Pyongyang on how to achieve denuclearization - Duration: 2:54.

Meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said...

North Korea can denuclearize... if Seoul and Washington take "phased and synchronized"

measures.

And two weeks later, a North Korean diplomat echoed that statement.

Oh Jung-hee sheds light on what this 'multi-staged, simultaneous denuclearization' could mean.

Denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula could be solved through (quote)"phased and synchronized"

measures -- says a North Korean diplomat.

According to Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency, this official accompanied North Korean foreign

minister Ri Yong-ho to Azerbaijan for the Non-Aligned Movement summit last week... but

asked not to be named.

The expression "phased and synchronized" denuclearization... echoes what North Korean leader Kim Jong-un

is reported to have said... at his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing

last month.

According to China's foreign ministry,... Kim said...

North Korea is always committed to denuclearization,... and that issue can be solved if Seoul and

Washington take (quote)"periodical and synchronous" measures.

Such comments by both Kim and Pyongyang's foreign affairs authorities hint... that recent

visits by North Korean officials to the Non-Aligned Summit, Russia, and the European Union...

may be to send out a similar message and garner support for such an approach.

But Pyongyang's claim of 'multi-staged, simultaneous' denuclearization stands opposite to what Washington

has in mind.

Pyongyang wants to break down the process into several different stages... and earn

rewards for each stage it goes through.

For example, as North Korea halts nuclear and missile tests, production of nuclear materials

and missile deployment,... and accepts inspections from the International Atomic Energy Agency,...

then it could want rewards... like economic and humanitarian support, a downsizing of

Seoul-Washington joint military drills, a normalizing of diplomatic relations,... and

a guarantee of the regime's security.

But, Washington wants the deal to be sealed all at once.

U.S. President Trump views that giving rewards for actions is a mistake of the past.

"The U.S. is thinking of completing the dialogue all at once, getting a definite answer, and

setting the deadline for complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization.

There could be stages here, but those -- a nuclear freeze, status report, inspection,

and dismantlement -- will be for implementing the promise."

While the U.S. and North Korea have conflicting views on how to achieve denuclearization,...

there is hope, as there has been under-the-table contact between the two on holding their first

ever summit in two months.

It's also crucial for Seoul to draw out a roadmap... that puts together the two approaches...

and satisfies both Pyongyang and Washington.

hey guys and welcome to my channel and this is the second video of my Tuesday series

today's videos for people who want to start their YouTube channel and

some of the tips which I should have known before starting my channel and

like get more subscribers depending on the content or the category

of content you're post so I've divided this video in some parts where like you

can start from 0 to at least achieve 100 subscribers I can't guarantee that but

it all depends if you follow this video properly and start the YouTube channel

so the first thing is all about starting the YouTube channel I'll suggest you

guys to like at least post two or three videos before you like roll it out to

people or the world because like I started my youtube channel I posted my

welcome video where I said with the world like what kind of videos I will be

posting and all then I started vlogging about my travel journeys because the

welcome video was a proper introduction to how my youtube channel will be and

like what you can expect if you are subscribing to my channel and the

quality of content you can deliver to the people so I put some of the sorts I

like some of the cuts or videos where I showed people like what kind of video they

were expecting if they subscribe to my channel I'll suggest you guys if you

are planning to like start your YouTube channel first make like three videos

then start making the even the Facebook page because if your channel doesn't

have any content why would someone subscribe to you and like want to watch

more videos so I will tell you guys to like start with three videos at least at

first like whatever category you may be in music comedy and everything because

then people will see K you are like started to post some videos and also you

are consistent about it for YouTube nowadays you need to at least post a

video weekly because the this shows you are like really interested in growing

to channel people want to see something at least on your channel on a regular

basis or a schedule which you cannot miss you have to like plan a proper schedule so

in making three videos it might take one month as you can see like three videos

every week but I will tell you guys that please submit it like on a weekly basis

like if you are submitting from Monday to Tuesday Friday and yeah people will

start thinking that yeah you are making such videos and also you are consistent

about it so that's it one of the hacks so start making videos at least three of

them and then start rolling out which is the second topic of the this video so

the second topic is all about how to roll your content out how to tell people

that you have a YouTube channel and why should they be interested in like

subscribing your channel because they will get the notification and watch the

video so the first thing is that charity begins at home so you have to start

sharing your youtube link or the video links to your friends from Facebook

Twitter or like on whatsapp if you use whatsapp and you have like many groups

like your school groups your college groups your office groups just let

people know that you have a YouTube channel and that you have three videos

posted and ask them for a genuine suggestion like ask them about how the

videos are and how should you change your content and like they can be your

best critic because those are your friends who want you to grow and this

can really help you start posting like good videos at the start just the start

of your channel I can guarantee you if you start sharing your videos with your

friends and like posting regularly on a consistent schedule people will start

sharing those videos and also comments like which is also good for your YouTube

videos because comments SEO and all that will be our third topic can tell you

that if you start getting comments and likes on your first videos in your

channel YouTube algorithm might think that you are like a consistent player in

the YouTube game and like you post videos regularly and your video

is like really engaging to people who comment on your videos and also like

them which helps in like making your videos go up on some of the keywords

which is like really good for your video to grow and get more views and yeah I

can guarantee if your friends start sharing your videos reaching 100

wouldn't be like a week long so once you submit your three videos like in three

weeks and then start sharing those videos with your friends in one month

you can grow to 100 subscribers which is not a bad number because I can tell you

guys to reach 100 and then thousand and from ten thousand one hundred K it's a

long journey reaching hundred is also what you say is a good achievement

unlocked for your channel so that's how like with these two topics you can

easily grow your channel for like hundred subscribers then start the

journey where people will start commenting on videos and you can see

that your channel is growing and yeah guys that was the second topic and

let's get started with the third one where you will be reaching out to people

who are like very new to your channel or they are visiting your channel for the

first time by doing a keyword search where they come to your channel to visit

a particular video they are looking for online like they might be coming from

YouTube or even from Google and yeah some in some cases they also might come

from some social media channels where you have posted your video and like it

got shared by people and all so the third topic is all about how to submit

your videos where you keep in mind like the four things the title thumbnail

description and the keyword tags which you will be hosting with your video as

you see whenever you do a keyword search in YouTube you'll be seeing like

hundreds of videos coming out from the search results so you need to be

different or like unique from the different videos so so the first thing

which comes is the thumbnail so you need to have a good thumbnail where if it's

possible to saw something which is related to the video so that it clicks

the user that this video might have what he wants

then the second thing is the title where you need to put the best keywords or

like the best tagline which will help the user understand that this video is

like more of related to the topic is searching for and also you should try to

post like more keywords in your titles not more than 70 words but yeah if you

keep the title from 20 to 70 words they say it's a good limit to have but not

more than that because people know in researching for such long keywords after

that the description it's obvious or summary of the whole video where if

someone is reading the description he should get the click that this video is

related to something which is he is searching for and if you can try to put

some of the keyword tags which will be posting after the description in the

video that might help the YouTube algorithm to understand that this video

has things which the user is looking for and yeah if you make a description with

like 4 to 5 keywords which are related to the video that will be a really a

good thing for your video to like rank up in the search engines of YouTube and

also Google search and the tags if you're new to youtube you so definitely

try to find some of the longtail keywords because as you know most of

these small keywords might have some competition on them because there will

be some videos with millions of views and it won't be that easy for your video

to reach to that level that quick and And yeah you should start posting longtail

keywords because there is a small margin of people who will be searching for

these long keywords but yeah you should try to reach them first so your videos

go up in these keywords and later you can change the keywords to some smaller

one and try to like keep changing these keywords which might help you to grow

more on the YouTube channels and yeah that's it for the topic or you might get

from one hundred to ten thousand views very easily and after you reach like ten

thousand views you can start researching more on the competitive keywords and

like try pushing those keywords in your description and tags so that might help

you to reach out to more audience so yeah one more tip before I leave you

guys to try out these some of the tips which I gave you in this video also if

you are trying to like push out content depending on the series or like the

categories of the different types like if you have a tech review channel and

then also you post some vlogs try putting them into playlists which also

helps you grow like the playlist really helps you to reach out to more people

who are not searching for like just one video instead they want to see series of

videos which help them in many ways like in learning something or something

entertaining to them like I do if I visit a place I make a playlist of that

and people start searching for those playlists and reach out there and

instead of viewing just one video they might do more videos which might help

you retain those people who are viewing like more than one video on your channel

Unlike the last couple of chilly days,... the weather has turned to the mild side.

However, into the evening,... the rain clouds will develop over Korea bringing rain nationwide.

There will be between 5 and 20 millimeters of rain until tomorrow morning.

Afterwards, mild weather is set to continue in the afternoon for many regions.

But unfortunately, yellow dust is expected to blow in,... leading to high dust levels

once again.

There will still be some places with rain tomorrow morning,... while Seoul should wake

up to a partly cloudy sky at 9 degrees Celsius.

Daegu and Gyeongju begin at 15 and 14 degrees.

Into the day, the temperature will get a nice boost,... with Seoul topping out at 17 degrees,

Gwangju at 22 and Busan peaking at 21 degrees.

On Friday and Saturday, some of the southern regions can expect to see rain again while

the rest of the country will stay under the sun.

The temperature will stay high during the day.

It need to have at least one picture, added to the sound file by using an external video editing Program.

You can use the YouTube Audio Library to get free music and sound effects to use in your videos.

Go to Creator Studio, Create, Audio Library. Use the tabs at the top of the page to choose "Free music" or "Sound effects." The bars next

to the songs show how popular a track is. When you've found a track you like, click the arrow to download it.

Find free-to-use images. Go to Advanced Image Search for images or Advanced Search for anything else.

In the "all these words" box, type what you want to search. In the "Usage rights" section, use the drop-down

to choose what kind of license you want the content to have. Select Advanced Search.

Before reusing content, make sure that its license is legitimate and check the exact terms of reuse. For example, the license might require

that you give credit to the image creator when you use the image. I will use camtasai studio as an external video

Shortcut keys not working properly in AutoCAD.

If you hit L-Spacebar quickly, it will not only start a line command.But also enter the letter "L" into that command, in the first coordinate box.

In the User Preferences menu. Under the Right-Click Customization options.

You should see the "Command Mode" set to. "Shortcut Menu enabled, when command options are present".

Change it to "Shortcut Menu, always enabled". This fixed the issue for some users.
