I went from village to village, door to door

People said, don't know what you're upto

I said- I'm not charging money for this

Just sharing my knowledge, give me a chance, try me 8-10 times

But I did not get a good result

Then I decided that I will go and spread the word through educated girls in the village, who could get me interested girls

"These women are carefree" they said

"Don't click pictures like them"

I tried explaining that I have many videos on my mobile that can help everyone

I wanted to show everyone how aware a woman from a village could be

Then I started with making them hear "bhajans"

To others I would show "Henna Design" Videos, which a few girls even learned

And they started showing their new found skills off to their mothers

Some would learn how to stitch blouses and design them

Slowly, they started learning new skills

So now these same girls who were reluctant, started looking forward to me visiting and teaching them new skills

So Mr. Rajan, what would you like to tell us about this program by Google?

There was no knowledge about this program in our village

My wife got support and training by Google

I said, why not, let's give this a try, Whatever information we get

It will benefit, not harm us

And do you feel that other men in the village are not as supportive as you?

So according to you

How can we explain that women need to be trained

They need to learn the same way as men

Online, Phone, Youtube, they need to know it all to progress

We are trying to motivate the men,

Leading by example, they need to see how this is affecting us positively

One year ago, I had no knowledge about internet or about smartphones

And now you teach others! Who taught you?

A team came and trained

The team was from Google

Yes, and in 2 days we got trained!

You learned everything in 2 days wow!

Our forefathers cured illness with the leaves available in our surroundings like, mango leaf, Neem leaf, Betel leaf, basil has numerous medicinal properties.

Through this video let us know what is special about it.

We tie mango leaves in our house entrance due to this medicinal properties and it contains protein, fibre, iron and mineral salts.

To cure nausea boil these leaves in water and mix with honey and take.

Cut tender leaves into small pieces and mix with honey and take to cure throat infection.

Mix cow's ghee with the ash of burnt leaves to heal the pain of burn.

If we apply the milk which come while breaking the stem of the leave on cracked heel it will be cured.

To cure hair fall and grey hair apply mango leaf juice and Dwarf copper leaf (ponanganni) juice mixed with coconut oil.

Dry yellow coloured tender leaves, powder it and take 1/2 tsp before meal to control blood sugar level.

Neem leaves plays a vital role in controlling bacteria and virus.

When we apply it on your skin it increases immune power and it acts as a natural pesticide.

Mix tender leaf, omam, salt and take to cure jaundice and night blindness.

If you grind neem leaves, turmeric powder with water an apply on your skin it cures, chicken pox, prickly heat, rashes, pimples etc.,

To get good sleep mix neem juice, lemon juice with honey and take.

Grind neem leaf and pepper in the ratio of 1: 8 and take to kill stomach worms. Adults can take lemon size and children can take smaller quantity.

Betel leaf has Iron and mineral salts.

To cure stomach related problems chew betel leaf with ginger and honey.

Boil betel leaf in water and pour few drops in your nose to cure head ache.

Grind betel leaf with Lime (Sunnambu) and apply on insect bite or scorpion bite to cure pain.

Mix cow's ghee with the ash of burnt leaves and apply on your tongue and you will get clear speech.

Take more betel nut with betel leaf, with more lime in the afternoon and more betel leaf at night for proper functioning.

To cure cold for children mix 10 drops basil juice, one small pepper and honey.

Make kashayam with basil, pepper, neem leaf and give to children as well as adults to cure cold.

If you put 10 basil leaves in 200 ml milk and filter, it removes the toxins from the milk.

If we give 30 ml basil juice before delivery it reduces pain and improves the functioning of uterus.

Mix basil leaf and lemon juice and apply on your skin to cure insect bites.

In this episode we'll be Talking about big updates

-- Juggernaut, Matchmaking and Mobile version,

and we'll also be talking about Cosmonautics Day in the game.

Hello tankers!

Today we'll have a status report on the development of major updates,

and we'll tell you what's going on with the updates

which we've talked about before.

Let's start with Juggernaut.

This update consists of 3 main parts:

To make the tank To make the mode

To test both of them

The tank is already done and we're close to being 50% done with the mode.

In Juggernaut mode, we'll have several completely new mechanics for the game,

for example "change the main tank of the player to Juggernaut and back",

"apply the same paint that was on the main tank, but to Juggernaut and back",

and a ton of smaller tweaks.

After that we'll start the testing,

and it's hard to predict how much time it will take.

The testing can last a couple of days,

or several weeks, if we discover a critical technical issue.

So don't worry, we are working on the mode.

The current estimate of the release date is the spring,

but we can't be more specific until we've run the tests.

Next on the list is Matchmaking.

It's getting ready for testing, and soon you'll be able to try it.

In the next couple of weeks we plan to launch an open testing on the test servers.

The main goal at the start is to check how quick the battles are created,

how fast players can join them, and how the servers can handle this load.

So let's wait! It's almost here.

Now the Mobile version -- We haven't forgotten about it either.

The internal testing has already begun and it's showing great performance results.

As you can see, the performance even on less powerful devices is great.

For some players, the game on the phone could work even better,

than on a computer or a laptop.

Next we will expand the range of players testing the version.

First it will happen internally, after that we'll invite testers,

then experienced helpers and so on.

And the more stable the mobile version gets,

the faster it will get to… your phone.

One more thing -- the map "Outskirts".

Its release has been moved.

The reason is, during the testing, the map showed a poor level of performance,

which is bad for new players --

you just got into the game and it's already lagging.

Right now the map has to go through a full development process

-- we need to rebuild it, optimize it, test it

and only then it will be ready for release.

For exactly 4 days,

from April 12th you can join the Cosmonautics Day event in the game.

The main star of the holiday is the new mechanic for

Gold Boxes in regular battles.

Into 3 States Will Be on Ballot.

One of several proposals aiming to split California into multiple smaller states has reportedly

reached an important new goal thanks in large part to the efforts of its billionaire champion.

According to a press release this week, the CAL 3 initiative surpassed the number of signatures

needed to present the measure to voters in this year's election.

If state officials determine the documents are genuine, it would then qualify as an initiative

to be added this November.

Tim Draper, a venture capitalist whose idea would see the state's population roughly

split into thirds to create a trio of new states, celebrated the feat that he says will

allow Californians to weigh in directly at the ballot box.

"This is an unprecedented show of support on behalf of every corner of California to

create three state governments that emphasize representation, responsiveness, reliability

and regional identity," Draper said.

The CAL 3 chairman went on to call the receipt of more than 600,000 signatures an "unprecedented

milestone" in the advancement of the plan.

As explained on its website, the initiative would separate the state according to a number

of socioeconomic factors in an attempt to level out disparities that currently exist

Under the proposal written by Draper, "Cal" would consist of a much smaller area of land

comprising densely packed areas including Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis

Obispo, Monterey and San Benito counties.

With 12.3 million residents, it would have a population nearly as large as the much more

expansive "NorCal" and "SoCal" and the highest median household income of the

three.

The southern portion of the state, consisting of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San

Diego, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Fresno, Tulare, Madero and Mono counties, would be combined

into a second state.

A third state would include the 40 counties remaining in Northern California.

If successful, the final names of the resulting states would be chosen by their residents

following their formation.

Supporters of the plan say the new states would be able to build economies on industries

unique to their geography and population.

In its press release, the initiative cited "failing school systems that impact more

than 6 million kids, highest-in-the-nation taxes, deteriorating infrastructure and strained

government" as issues plaguing the entire state that could be improved under the proposal.

"The unanimous support for CAL 3 from all 58 of California's counties to reach this

unprecedented milestone in the legislative process is the signal that across California,

we are united behind CAL 3 to create a brighter future for everyone," Draper said.

He is scheduled to share additional details about the recent achievement in a press conference

Thursday afternoon from his office in San Mateo.

CAL 3 has competed with other plans for the division of the state or secession from the

nation from Californians disaffected for a number of reasons.

Each of these proposals would require legislative approval even if supported by voters, and

they all have their own set of vocal critics.

For CAL 3, Draper has encountered opposition from Democratic political consultant Steven

Maviglio, among others.

Maviglio previously led the charge against another Draper-led plan to split the state

and told reporters of the latest proposal that "creating three new governments does

nothing to solve our state's challenges other than tripling them."
