Marina Acton - Stand Up - Duration: 3:37.

We learned that our government

have created a system

of worldwide mass surveillance

Watching everything we do

Stand up for each other

Stand up for what's right

Stand up, all together

Stand up for the fight

Always watching me

can't protect my privacy

Who am I gonna trust?

Always spying me

Got your evil eye on me

Never knowing for what

We gotta stand up for each other

Stand up for what's right

If we'd stand up with a purpose

We could change things overnight

We gotta stand up all together

Stand up for the truth

Cause they don't have the right

to knowing

Everything we say and do

Step up, like a soldier

Get up, raise a hand

Turn up, in the moment

Show up, in advance

Someones always near

logging what they see and hear

How much more can we take?

Calling renegades

rebels and the runaways

Time to plan our escape

We gotta stand up for each other

Stand up for what's right

Cause if we'd stand up

with a purpose

We could change things overnight

We gotta stand up all together

Stand up for the truth

Cause they don't have the right

to knowing

Everything we say and do

When we all believe in something

It raises our voices louder

And if we can fight

just one thing

We can all fight the power

And represent the power of love

(Stand Up!)

Raise a hand, raise a hand

(Stand Up!)

Raise a hand, raise a hand, and

Stand up for each other

(Stand Up!)

Stand up for what's right

(Stand Up!)

Stand up, all together

(Stand Up!)

Stand up for the fight

Stand up for each other

(Stand Up!)

Stand up for the truth

Stand up for your brother

he'll stand for you

you, you, you

Stand up for your brother

Stand up for the truth

Stand up for your brother

He'll stand for you

But, you gotta

BET ON YOURSELF (One of the BEST MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO EVER) - Duration: 15:08.

most of this generation quits the second

they get talked to you did this wrong

you did this wrong or they get yelled at

it's so easy to be great nowadays

because everybody else is most people

are weak this this is a softened

generation so if you have any mental

toughness any of any ability you have

any fraction of self-discipline the

ability to not want to do it but still

do it if you can get through to doing

things that you hate to do on the other

side is greatness what is it with our

society we are creating weak individuals

individuals that can't handle anything

going wrong in their life as soon as

something goes wrong they are given a

prescription not to fix the problem to

mask the problem how about giving

strategies to strengthen the mind how

about saying okay you've allowed your

life to get to this point now take

responsibility and dive deep into

personal development learn why you feel

this way not because of the event the

scientific facts about why you feel the

way you do and what you can do to

strengthen it

[Music]

the moment they are criticized rather

than take any of it on board rather than

prove any of those people wrong they

give up they attempt to defend the

criticism with useless talk but never

with definitive action the moment they

are challenged they crumble but the

moment things get hard they declare

defeat it must not be for me it was

their fault if they didn't do this or

treat me like this or say this then I

would have made it oh you're just soft

you're weak

tell yourself the truth because until

you do that until you look in the mirror

and acknowledge that you are the problem

you'll never be able to grow into the

person that is capable of achieving all

those things you want you are the

problem

the only problem your mindset is the

problem your attitude is the problem it

is no one else's fault it's yours if you

want the good news you are also the

solution you and only you if you have

character that statement will change

your life if you have no character

you'll remain an average complaining

hater like most other people

you are your only problem and you are

the only solution sure big things happen

tragic loss things which no one would

deserve I'm not talking about those

things I'm talking about the people who

are one job loss away from a breakdown

one relationship breakup away from

depression

one argument ruins their entire week

come on people this is not how to live

even with the big stuff if you have

perspective if you know who you are if

you really really appreciate everything

you do have and believe everything is as

it should be all of those big things can

be handled much better knowing your

loved one would want you to be happy and

move on knowing that living in pain and

holding on to resentment is letting that

person who did you wrong win but let him

go and live in your life loving your

life that is you saying I will

that is you saying I will not allow you

to own any any piece of my mind and

spirit that is true courage and mental

state

and I'm not saying avoid pain pain

suffering failures they are all part of

every single person's life there's

varying levels of pain for sure some

suffer more than others but we all

suffer at some level some choose

consciously or unconsciously to live in

that pain and some decide to move on

you deserve to move on mental strength

comes from those struggles it is owned

from pain it is increased when you

refuse they give up at times when most

others would it grows when you keep

doing good things seem impossible

it grows when you push one more time

past what you thought was your limit it

grows with consistency that is mental

strength

excuses are for weak individuals

individuals who have no heart take

responsibility for where you are now and

commit to do something anything whatever

it takes to make sure your future is

better you do have the choice you can

make excuses and stay where you are

oh you can take responsibility take

action and get where you need to go

where you deserve to go what do you

choose

[Music]

these hat dance around the truth by

finding the right words I don't hurt you

because you have thin skin no tighten up

people it's okay

trust me it's okay you might be called

nigger one day it's okay you might be

called some Jewish word or some faggot

or gay word it's okay let them call you

that what are you going to do now they

don't own your life how are you going to

control that now how are you gonna flip

it upside down and say Roger that

now I'm gonna harness this and you read

about me years from now how that's the

question how are you gonna do that

taking your skin become more of a human

being don't be afraid of the reflection

in the mirror

that's all you can be afraid of once you

overcome the reflection in the mirror

[Music]

they'll find five reasons that empower

you why is it that you deserve your goal

what are the five reasons that you won't

give up when life catch you on the Blind

Side when the messenger of misery visits

you what are you going to do what will

keep you in the game when life knocks

you to the canvas see the Buster Douglas

that fought in the last fight was not

the Buster Douglas that fought Mike

Tyson see the Buster Douglas that got

knocked down while fighting Mike Tyson

had got down an alcohol Recovery Center

his mother had died his wife was ill

with a terminal illness he was

considered a nothing a bum so when he

got knocked down Buster Douglas had a

reason to get back up because he said

I'm dedicating this fight to the memory

of my mama but when he fought the last

fight that he had and he got knocked

down and he had a guaranteed 24 million

dollars in his pocket

where he got up enough he just said

hurry up and count me out

and I don't blame me why get hurt said

no why'd you leave so soon somebody's

about to get hurt me so you've got to

have some reasons that when life knocks

you down that's gone to hell oh it's

going to knock you down when people

disappoint you and that's going to

happen when they betray you and that's

going to happen when they lied to you

and that's gonna happen they said oh you

can count on me and they won't show up

and that's going to happen when you want

to throw in the towel and give up

yourself and that's gonna happen when

life collapse on you and catch you on

the Blind Side it dropped you to your

knees to start showing you you got a

dream though I got go dream and that's

gonna happen

one reason can you remember that you can

call on that you can reach on that can

make you get back up find that reason

because your life would lock me down I

said life I'm doing this because I want

to make my mama proud I'm doing this

because I want my children to have a

better life than what I had I'm doing

this because all my life I've been told

I'd be a loser that I wouldn't make it

all my life I heard people said made me

take them back to the welfare department

I'm doing this to make them Allah I

believe like Frank Sinatra he said the

best revenge in life is massive success

I'm doing this so I can become massively

successful and with that kind of courage

with that kind of affirmation and reason

to empower me I got a saying that when

life knocks you down try and land on

your back because if you can look up you

can get up

so when you run out of money when things

don't work out for you when things

happen that you could not anticipate

what are the reasons that you can think

of that can keep this strong that can

keep you in the game that will be your

rod and staff to comfort you that can be

your bridge over troubled waters those

reasons are very important Nietzsche

said if you know the why for living you

can endure almost any how so find out

the reasons that you do what you do find

out the reasons that will make you

strong that will make you walk by faith

and not by sight that will make you

pursue your dream and everybody is

against you or don't believe in you no

more and let me tell you something

that's a lonely feeling it's a lonely

feeling particularly people that you're

doing it for or people that stand to

benefit the most or people who should be

the number one members in the

encouragement Club but they end up

saying you can't do it and they become

members of the discouragement Club oh it

hurts very badly I know what that's like

have people that you love close to you

they look at you with that look and say

why don't you try something else why

don't you give up I said but this is my

life I have got to do this less you had

a good job at Sears that man like you

mama I can't go back you see I get I

can't do I got to be my own boss I I

can't do that I mean you know it's it's

ladies and gentlemen you don't you work

on a job that's dead in you can see the

ceiling already it's like going in the

middle of a movie and after you've seen

the movie sitting back through that over

again there's something missing you know

the hero's not going to die you know

what the outcome is already and so

that's why a lot of people lady was

telling me she said when she went to

work stuff like a refrigerator fell on

her shoulders soon as she stepped in

because she knew she could she had gone

as far as she could go so they're paying

her just enough to keep her from

quitting and she's worked just hard

enough just to keep from getting fired

how many of you know people like that

raise hands love you didn't raise your

hand you the world

I'll just ease without your speed

alright here's something else make a

commitment to be happy

see you know I have you're laughing a

lot see life is too short going through

a look at home lit side of the game

sometimes we take life too seriously

oh no make a commitment to be happy find

little things just to get tickled about

and laugh find ways to be happy in the

moment a lot of people say well I'll be

happy when I pay off all my bills I'll

be happy when I get my divorce

oh no no I'll be happy with the children

god oh no no you want to be happy now

see there are no guarantees

no one says you're gonna be here two

three or four years from now so you want

to be happy right now in the moment

repeat after me I must make a commitment

to be happy right now right now is all I

got

take somebody's hand on your right and

left it say you deserve to be happy

make a commitment to be happy because

life now has new meaning for you just

enjoying the sunset or just looking at

life looking at nature going for walk

it's the little things in life that

counts here's something else that you

want to begin to do in order to make

this your decade if you want to begin to

get all the toxic people out of your

life hello

energy drainers get them out of your

life see ladies and gentlemen it takes a

lot of energy to reach your goal takes a

lot of emotional mental and spiritual

energy to reach your goal and you can

run faster with a hundred who want to go

then with one around your neck so there

are two kinds of relationships in simon

talked about this nourishing

relationships and toxic relationships

nourishing relationships are the

relationships that inspire you they

motivate you they bring the best out of

you

toxic relationships are relationships

with people that always criticize you

all they can do is find for all they can

do is just exploit your weaknesses all

they can do is remind you of the

mistakes that you've made in the past

these people are bad for your health

toxic people can run your blood pressure

up one Apple could spoil the whole

barrel one negative integrator energy

drainer can spoil your whole life I know

people who lives have been run because

somebody wasn't good for them see

there's some people that aren't good for

you hello they aren't good for you've

got to get them out of your life see a

lot of people put up with a lot of

foolishness because they don't want to

die by themselves here's what I believe

I believe in a 1/2 a box theory

as this question of yourself make a list

of who you communicate with most and ask

yourself the question what kind of

person am i becoming because of this

relationship is it helping me to grow

mentally and emotionally and spiritually

am i becoming a better person because of

this relationship do they bring out the

best in me w they inspire me do they

encourage me to develop my greatness do

they make me stretch so you got to look

at the people in your life and find out

what kind of person are you becoming

because of that relationship my mother

used to say birds of a feather flock

together you run around with losers you

will end up a loser

Korean Air in the hot seat again with Cho Hyun-min's "gapjil" - Duration: 2:16.

Several years ago, Korean air made headlines with "Nut Rage", a case in which the conglomerate's

heiress clearly showing a deeply embedded sense of entitlement.

Her sister, the carrier's senior vice president is in hot waters for actions that reflect

a feeling of limitless power without any responsibilities.

According to our Kan Hyeong-woo the latest in a series of power tripping incidents.....

have enraged the public..... who witnessed the unchanging attitudes by the rich and powerful

for too long.

Korean Air is once again in the firing line,... and the fallout this time,… is growing by

the day.

Just last week, another heiress of the major Korean airline, Cho Hyun-min hit the headlines

over claims that she threw a water bottle at an out-of-favor advertising firm manager

last month.

Cho denies the claims, but admits that she did push the manager.

And newly released audio recordings by local internet news media,... reveal Cho, a senior

vice president at the airline, yelling at another person, presumed to be one of her

subordinates.

Although she has apologized for her "foolish behavior," local police have launched a preliminary

inquiry into the Korean Air executive,… following reports of the incident during a

business meeting mid last month.

The police will reportedly look into whether the heiress abused her power or broke any

laws during that incident.

Adding to the scandal-- is her family background.

Cho Hyun-min is the younger sister of the infamous Cho Hyun-ah, who made the headlines

four years ago with the so-called "nut rage" incident.

That's when she ordered a taxiing aircraft *back to the gate in New York, because she

was unhappy with the way a flight attendant had served her macadamia nuts.

Cho Hyun-ah was found guilty of breaking aviation law and sentenced to a year in jail but she

was released after an appeal.

Following the latest incident, 40-thousand Koreans have signed a petition on the presidential

office website,... demanding that the scandal-ridden airline *remove the word "Korean" from its

name and stop using the symbol on the Korean flag as its logo,.. saying the owning family's

behavior "degrades" the country and the company.

Foreign news outlets have reported the incident by explaining the concept of "gapjil",...

the abuse of subordinates and subcontractors by executives who behave like feudal lords.

Japan walks tightrope between U.S. and Russia regarding Syria strikes - Duration: 1:46.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has been treading a fine line regarding the U.S.-led

airstrikes on Syria.

This is because the PM is set to hold one on ones with his American and Russian counterparts.

Park Se-young zooms in on Tokyo's reaction.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was quick to respond to the precision airstrikes launched

by the United States, Britain and France on Syria's chemical weapons facilities.

"We fully support the U.S., British and French stance of not permitting the use and spread

of chemical weapons."

Abe added that he will bring up the Syrian issue when he meets with U.S. President Donald

Trump in Florida later this week.

And in a reference to North Korea, he said Japan will work with the U.S. and the international

community to maintain peace and stability in East Asia …amid the growing threat of

nuclear, biological and chemical weapons in the region.

However, with Abe also scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in May, …he

was careful about his wording regarding the military action strongly opposed by Moscow.

Although he expressed support for the reasoning behind the strikes, Abe only expressed "understanding"

for the action taken.

"We also understand that this measure was taken as one to prevent further degradation

of the situation."

With Abe set to discuss Tokyo's territorial dispute with Moscow over the Northern Territories,

the Japanese government has been urged by local media not to antagonize with Russia

before the May summit.

Coordinated air strikes on Syria and its impact on North Korea - Duration: 2:42.

Syria was struck with over a hundred missiles on Friday after the United States, Britain

and France launched precision airstrikes at targets in the country.

The attack was in response to the Assad regime's recent alleged chemical attack on civilians,

and aimed at sending a strong message to Assad.

Cha Sang-mi has more on whether the strikes would have also alarmed North Korea.

President Trump addressed the U.S. from the White House last Friday, local time, saying

he had given the order for the U.S. military -- in conjunction with Britain and France

-- to launch airstrikes on Syria.

The airstrikes came around a week after an alleged chemical weapons attack on civilians

in the rebel-held town of Douma on April 7th.

The Pentagon confirmed the airstrikes hit three sites: a scientific research facility

in the capital, Damascus, and chemical weapons storage facilities, as well as an important

command post near Homs.

Speaking at a briefing late Friday,...

U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis said the strikes were to send a strong message to Syrian

President Bashar al-Assad.

"But right now this is a one time shot and I believe that it sent a very strong message

to dissuade him (Assad), to deter him from doing this again."

And there's some debate over that message, and whether it was simply targeting the Syrian

president or also aimed at North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, ahead of the expected U.S.-North

Korea summit.

"The North Korea will kind of feel frightened or concerned about the recent strike on Syria.

Clearly the focus of the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is how his regime would be guaranteed

in security and safety."

However, another expert says the United States has been taking a very different approach

for the Middle East and North Korea, and Washington was always hesitant to use direct military

power against Pyongyang.

"There was always a very wide divergence between the U.S. policies towards the Middle East

and North Korea.

Even if there was a need to react to North Korean challenges always the U.S avoided using

military force.

So I think the Syrian airstrikes will not alarm North Korea overly much."

The expert added that rather than the airstrikes against Syria, Pyongyang will be more interested

in the U.S. relationships with Russia and China,... and that the U.S. trade war with

China and confrontation with Russia over Syria could benefit Pyongyang when it comes to negotiations

with Washington.

SAP HANA Academy - SAP HANA Administration: SAP HANA Cockpit: Add Script Server [2.0 SPS 03] - Duration: 4:56.

Hello and welcome to the SAP HANA Academy.

The topic of this video tutorial series is SAP HANA Administration and in this video

I will show you how you can add a scriptserver.

This video has been recorded on release SAP HANA 2.0 SPS 03 and SAP HANA Cockpit SP 06.

For earlier or later releases, please check the Administration playlist

on the SAP HANA Academy YouTube channel.

Hi, I am Denys van Kempen.

There a multiple reasons why you might want to add a script server to your SAP HANA tenant

database.

A script server is used to execute application function libraries written in C++.

It is an optional service and it is not enabled by default.

There is only so much you can do with SQL and with its procedural language extension,

SQLScript, plus it always requires on-the-fly compilation.

For really advanced and complex stuff, you might need to use a programming language,

and for optimum performance, have the code already compiled.

This is why application function libraries exist.

Most databases use them for one thing or the other.

The only drawback is that - you never know - should there be a bug in your code, in your

application function library, you could potentially crash the database engine.

Of course, we do not want or allow this to happen and that's why we have an additional

process to sandbox the application functions from the database engine.

This is also why the script server is an optional process.

If you do not have any application functions, there is not need to have one running and waste memory.

You might have heard about AFL - the Application Function Library; BFL - the Business Function Library,

PAL - the Predictive Analysis Library; they all use a script server.

If you want to use the data anonymization feature, of SPS 03 - you need a script server.

We also have Safe Mode for ODBC applications, Smart Data Access or SDA safe mode, in short,

which allows you to use the script server to load ODBC drivers and execute calls and

not the database engine directly, same idea.

Also, if you want to create a remote source to a Google BigQuery database - you will need

a script server.

Just some examples.

So, how do we add one.

Difficult?

Nope, it is easy.

I am connected here with the SAP HANA cockpit to the system database.

On the Overview page, click the Overall Tenant Statuses tile.

This will open the Manage Databases page or app, if you prefer.

Then, on the row for the tenant database, click in the Status column.

This will open Manage Services.

Then in the header of the Service list, click Manage Services, and then Add Service.

This will open the Add Service pop-up dialog.

Select "scriptserver" from the drop-down list.

If you have a distributed system, you can assign it to a particular host.

Otherwise, just leave "auto-assign to host" selected.

Click OK - and the scriptserver service is added and started.

Should you want to stop it, just click Stop Service in the Action column, and using Manage

Services, you can also change the port or remove the service again.

Now, no matter where we click in cockpit, in the end it is all SQL that gets executed.

So, of course, we could also just run the ALTER DATABASE database_name ADD scriptserver

statement, optionally indicating host and port.

This is all documented in the SAP HANA Administration Guide,

Add or Remove Services in a Tenant Database,

and there is also a SAP Note, 1650957 - SAP HANA Database, Starting the Script Server,

with some more background information and links to other notes.

I will put the links in the description of this video on our YouTube channel, below.

That's it.

Top diplomats of China and Japan hold talks on handling North Korea issue, ... - Duration: 2:44.

As the date for North Korea's historic summits with Seoul and Washington inch closer... neighboring

countries are jostling for position to raise their voices in the negotiation.

Beijing and Tokyo are a part of that diplomatic blitz crowd.

Over in Japan, their top diplomats held a rare meeting.

Lee Ji-won shares with us what was discussed.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi visited his Japanese counterpart Taro Kono in Tokyo on

Sunday to discuss ways to improve their relationship, as well as the issue of North Korea's nuclear

program.

It marked the first time in eight years for China's top diplomat to visit Japan alone.

At the meeting, the two sides agreed that the countries should continue to impose economic

sanctions on North Korea,... and that China and Japan must closely cooperate to achieve

their common goal.

"I hope our two countries can work together towards our common goals and cooperate together

so North Korea will completely and irreversibly denuclearize in a verifiable manner."

The two sides also shared thoughts on thawing their frosty relations, including to agree

on seeing their disputed territory regarding the East China Sea as an area of peace, cooperation

and friendship.

"I see this meeting as Japan having a forward-looking view towards relations with China.

Through this visit, I hope during the high-level exchange, we can exchange opinions."

This comes after Beijing and Tokyo saw their ties strained to the limit from a dispute

over the ownership of a group of uninhabited islets in the East China Sea, known as Senkaku

in Japanese and Diaoyu in Chinese.

The two foreign ministers also held the 4th China-Japan High-Level Economic Dialogue on

Monday.

But some experts say the thawing of Tokyo-Beijing relations could be down to Seoul and Washington's

upcoming summits with North Korea.

"Japan is concerned that the U.S. might not be actively responsible for its safety,...

so it's reaching out its hand to China.

Also, Japan fears being shut out of negotiations on North Korea's nuclear program, and China,

on the same note, wants to take Pyongyang's nuclear issue into multi-party talks."

Japan's foreign minister had in fact visited South Korea for the first time in over two

years last week, with North Korea being one of the issues discussed.

The expert said Japan will continue to highlight its diplomatic presence,... but with U.S.

President Trump preferring direct talks with North Korea, whether or not talks with the

North will develop into multi-party ones remains to be seen.

Why Isn't My YouTube Channel Growing - How To Fix It - Duration: 5:03.

Are you happy with the current growth of your YouTube channel? Almost every

youtuber wants to get more views and subscribers...right? In this video I'm

going to give you 5 tips that will increase the growth rate of your YouTube

channel. Hello my name is Herman Drost from drostdesigns.com if you want to

learn how to grow your audience on YouTube and generate traffic leads and

sales on autopilot hit the subscribe button then click the bell icon so you

won't miss any future videos. So why isn't my YouTube channel growing and how

do I fix it? Here are some things to consider your thumbnails may not grab

the attention of potential viewers your titles may not be written well enough

for people to click on your videos your video content may not deliver the value

that people are expecting your channel out may not clearly define what your

channel is all about you may not be targeting the right audience here are

some questions to ask yourself why should I subscribe to your channel what

value do you bring to your audience are you being authentic so people get to

know like and trust you are you producing videos that you enjoy making

are you passionate about your niche? Here are 5 tips to increase the growth rate

of your YouTube channel number 1 before you create your video target the right

audience think about the problems of your target audience and offer solutions

in your videos when you're shooting your video think about that person on the

other side of the camera that is your ideal subscriber it could

be a 34 year old male that has two kids and loves dogs when you sit down to

write your script think about the content that your viewers want to watch

also make sure your channel has congruent branding it should be an easy

path for the viewer to go from your thumbnail to the title to watching your

video when they land on your channel homepage it should be easy for them to

figure out what your channel is all about by observing your banner your

channel trailer and also the playlists on your channel home page number two

create an engaging video YouTube rewards videos that keeps people watching if

your average view duration is over 50% it's more likely that your video will be

promoted in youtube search and YouTube suggested videos here are some things to

consider to make your video more engaging ask a question at the

beginning of the video to grab people's attention instead of reading from a

script jot down a few bullet points so you can stay on track while you're

shooting the video you'll come across more naturally than if you're just

trying to memorize a script reset the attention of your viewer every few seconds

in the video by using transitions graphics b-roll

linking to cards and end screens number three correctly optimize your video if

you want your videos to show up in search then your title description and

tags have to be correctly optimized it begins with a great thumbnail and then

your main keyword phrase in the title description and tags include a

transcript of your video content so people can't hear or don't have the sound

turned on can still read the subtitles under your video click the card icon to

watch my tutorial on YouTube tags. It will show you how to use the Tubebuddy

extension to find the correct keywords for your videos number four promote your

video promote your video to social media sites like Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn

Embed your video on your website and related websites so it will show up in

YouTube and Google create a customized subscribe link and add it to your social

media sites when somebody clicks on a link an automatic red subscribe button

will pop up this makes it easy for them to subscribe to your channel. I'l link to a

tutorial in the card of how to create a subscribe link. Add your videos to a

playlist the beauty of a playlist is that it keeps people watching successive

videos in a row instead of watching a single video related videos will appear

at the end of the video this makes it easier for the viewer to continue

watching your videos which means that you get more watch time getting more

watch time on a single video or successive videos means that your videos

will be promoted on other people's channels as well as in search number-5

Monitor the performance of your videos

one of the biggest ranking factors on YouTube is watch time and audience

retention according to youtube if you can get your audience retention as close

to 100% as possible then they'll more frequently show up YouTube suggested

videos and in YouTube search here are some bonus tips to increase the growth

rate of your YouTube channel collaborate with other youtubers in your niche this will

expose your subscribers to a different audience and vice-versa look for hot

trends in your niche if you jump on a hot trend in your niche

you'll get a ton of views and subscribers add a live stream to your

channel the beauty of live streams is that you get a lot of watch time on your

channel because people are engaging live while you're on YouTube increase your

upload frequency if you're just uploading one new video a week go for

two times a week by increasing the upload frequency of your channel you'll

get more visitors. My last bonus tip is consistency I've been uploading new

videos twice a week for a few years now. I also go live every Friday the great

thing about consistency is that people know when to show up for you next video

so if you keep a regular publishing schedule it means that you're producing

more videos for your channel which increases the traffic to your channel

now you know five tips that will increase the growth rate of YouTube

channel if you want to grow your audience on YouTube and generate traffic

leads and sales on autopilot click the round subscribe button below
