[FFXIV] 1.0's Skirmish, Attributes & Materia System | RoaR | Episode XXXI - Duration: 12:38.

Hello Eorzeans!

I'm Lukile Bravestone and welcome back to Remnants of a Realm.

In the previous episode we looked back at Lower La Noscea, covering Moraby Bay, Oschon's

Torch, and Cedarwood.

In today's episode we'll stay in La Noscea, but not on the main island.

Instead we're covering a system unique to La Noscea.

Skirmish.

Skirmish was a system added to FFXIV 1.0 with patch 1.23 and was some of the last battle

content to be added to the game.

The game was on its last legs, and with the sub turned back on, it was important the players

actually had something to do in the coming months, as Dalamud made its final descent.

Skirmish was therefore one of the only endgame-raid experiences in the game, the only other content

being the hard mode primals and Rivenroad hard.

Skirmish must not be confused with Final Fantasy XI's system, although it did borrow a lot

from XI's concept.

Because it was added so late in 1.0's life, Skirmish never saw any additional updates

after release.

Lore-wise, Skirmish was a joint exercise between the armies of the Eorzean Alliance, to prepare

for the Garlean invasion.

To ensure they enlisted enough soldiers for the exercises, The Brugaire Consortium began

sourcing Giantsgall weapons from Radz-at-Han as a reward for participating.

We'll get back to that later.

So here's how it worked.

First of all, you'd have to have sworn allegiance to a Grand Company, much like how Frontline

works today.

You'd also have to be level 45 or higher, and you had to enter with a party of 4-8.

Solo was not allowed.

Talking to Storm Captain Loethalsyn in the Lower Decks in Limsa Lominsa, you'd be able

to register for the Skirmish, and you'd be ferried off – to one of two islands,

with their corresponding battle modes.

The first one was Locke's Lie.

This was the offensive mode.

Here, the party had to make their way around the island, while killing monsters of varying

size and difficulty.

The second island was called Turtleback Island.

This was the hardest of the two modes, where the party had to survive waves of monsters

headed towards them.

The spawns were timed, so if your dps was low, the next mob could spawn while the other

was still up, overwhelming the party.

Skirmish of course, had its own theme, called The Seventh Gate.

What the big carrot at the end of the stick was here, was the rewards.

The weapons, Giantgall Longsword, War Axe, Claws, Trident, Longbow, Cane, and Longstaff

all contained two desirable features.

And we'll cover both of them in today!

Let's start with the first – desirable stats.

And no, we're not going to look at the stats of these specific weapons, but how the stats

WORKED in 1.0, cause… it might surprise you.

1.0 was very clearly built with XI in mind, and as such, stats were all over the place.

Unlike 11, though, stats didn't always make sense.

The base stats were: - Strength (STR)

- Vitality (VIT) - Dexterity (DEX)

- Intelligence (INT) - Mind (MND)

- And Piety (PIE) In addition to these, there was also the Elemental

stats, which we've covered in a previous episode.

However, the stats worked differently then than they do now.

Strength, Intelligence, and Vitality all acted the same as they do today, but Strength would

only increase damage prevented when blocking attacks with a shield.

Today, this also counts parrying.

Dexterity, in addition to its increased physical attack accuracy and evasion, would increase

critical hit rate for physical attacks and resulting damage.

Mind was completely different, however.

It would reduce damage taken by magic attacks, and increase maximum HP.

Mind did not increase the potency of healing magic, like it does today.

And Piety was a completely different stat!

It would reduce chances of your magic attacks being resisted, as well as increasing your

chances of resisting magic attack of others.

In 1.0, the game would also constantly reward you bonus points.

In fact, by the time you've reached lvl 50, you'd have been rewarded with 213 bonus

points, which you were free to place wherever you desired.

And because the game allowed you to play the game entirely as a crafter or gatherer, there

were even recommendations for what stats to choose for those classes.

In 1.0, weapons would have attributes associated with them, and so, for crafters and gatherers,

having bonus points in the desired attribute, would increase the chance of a successful

synthesis.

With a system like this, you're probably thinking "oh god, but… that would be horrible…

what if I want to play another class?

All my stats would be wrong?"

And yes, that's correct, but fret not!

1.0 had a reassign button, which allowed you to reassign bonus points to the desired attributes.

But of course, it wouldn't be 1.0 without some ludicrous restriction.

You could only get back a certain number of points at a time, and once used, the reassign

button went on a cooldown.

So the attribute points were a bit of a pain in the bum.

But the Giantsgall weapons would also contain something never seen in dungeon drops or quest

rewards – Materia Slots!

Materia was added in 1.19, to upgrade weapons and further customize players' attributes.

Mutamix Bubblypots appears in central Thanalan, and a shop run by his group called "Carriers

of the Cauldron" pops up, teaching Eorzeans about the wonders of materia – matter that

can augment gear.

This introduced spiritbonding to XIV.

Simply wearing gear and either battling, crafting, or gathering would over time increase the

spiritbond level.

Once it hit 100%, the gear could be converted to materia, using a key item located in the

key items bag, called "Materia Assimilator".

This key item could only be obtained via the quest "Forging the Spirit", which introduced

materia to the player.

If an item was convertible, it would have a small icon next to the spiritbond bar.

Certain gear would have a spiritbond+ ability which would increase the speed of spiritbonding.

Restrictions did apply though, and spiritbond speed would be reduced if the player did not

meet the item's affinity level.

1.0 did not have item levels on gear, so gear would have an "optimal level" listed.

Wearing gear with an optimal level higher than your current level would be considered

"below item's affinity level", and thus your spiritbond would slow down.

In 1.0, there were only 4 tiers of Materia.

Grade I – IV.

Melding required another key item.

"Materia Melder".

This was an apparatus that could be obtained through the quest "Waking the Spirit",

unlocked at level 18 for disciples of the land – EXCLUDING Culinarian.

Now in order to meld anything to any piece of gear, you'd require a catalyst as well.

And this could only be obtained through gathering.

But wait.

There's more.

The Forbidden Meld.

After filling up the materia slots for an item, you could go further.

This was called "Forbidden Melding".

And this was serious business and would cause endless grief in 1.0.

The forbidden meld was basically melding materia outside of the materia slots.

This would have a significant chance of failure.

And if you failed… you would lose the materia, the catalyst… and the item itself.

Now let's look at what kind of materia 1.0 had to offer.

1.0 had 9 different colored materia.

Green, White, Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, Cyan, Orange, and Purple.

Let's start with green.

These were HP/MP materia.

Bloodthirst would increase HP.

Manathirst would increase MP.

Lifethirst would increase both, but only half the stats of Mana and Bloodthirst.

The white materia was pure stat materia, so you had your

Strength, Vitality, Dexterity, Intelligence, Mind, and Piety materia.

But also combined materia, like lifethirst.

Ironman's Will – Strength and Vitality Swordsman's Will – Strength and Dexterity

Watchman's Vigil – Vitality and Dexterity Loresman's Wit – Intelligence and Mind

Wiseman's Vision – Intelligence and Piety Vestryman's Wit – Mind and Piety

Red materia was the attack accuracy and critical power materia.

Included here were Heaven's Eye, Heaven's Fist, Savage Might and Savage Aim, but also.

Sanguinary Might combined Critical attack power with increased HP.

And Evenflow, which increased TP restoration and

Accuracy.

Blue Materia – was not crafting materia in 1.0.

It was magic materia.

And as you've probably realized by now, if I was to read out every single materia,

we'd be here all day.

So from now on I'll just list them.

Yellow was parry, evasion, and defense materia.

Purple was enmity materia, which only had two tiny ones.

Black Materia was elemental attack and resistance materia.

Orange was negative status resistance materia, which would later return in ARR as PvP materia,

before being uh… removed again.

Light blue materia was the crafting and gathering materia.

With the launch of ARR, Skirmish did not return, and the stat system was overhauled.

Initially, ARR had bonus points, but it had nowhere near the amount of points, and didn't

really affect your overall stats that much.

Mysteriously, there was no option to reassign the points without buying The Keeper's Hymn

from your grand company for thousands of seals, much to the dismay of players switching between

SCH and SMN.

This was later removed entirely.

Materia was also completely reworked.

No longer requiring the key items of yore, and being available for all crafters including

culinarian!

Forbidden melding's dangers are also gone, so you only lose your materia and catalyst

in a failed meld.

Thank the Twelve.

When the players surviving calamity returned to Eorzea, the 1.0 materia was changed to

"Cracked Materia".

And with that we've reached the end of this episode of RoaR!

Thank you so much for watching!

I hope you enjoyed!

Leave a like if you did, and subscribe for more XIV content!

Let me know in the comments what you think about the Skirmish system, materia, and stats!

Until next time, may you ever walk in the light of the crystal!

Cheap 4k Ultra HD Action Camera Review: ACME VR301 - Duration: 5:23.

Hey guys welcome to Eye Stocker, I'm Criss and today I will review a new action camera.

I got it from F64 Romania, the biggest camera gear store in south eastern Europe.

The action camera is called ACME VR301, it's a nice 4k camera, it has a great price and

built quality for what it can do.

In fact I'll demonstrate this in the following minutes so let's begin.

I have some photos and short movies to show you, taken with this camera, we're gonna

have a look at the different resolutions, functions and of course I have a short time

lapse to show you as well.

But first, let's take a quick look at the accesorries that come with this action camera.

I was really surprised to see so many accesorries in the pack and this for me is a positive

thing.

Usually when buying other expensive action cameras you need to spend some more money

if you want more accessories and this could really become a problem if you have a limited budget.

The grown ups and especially the kids will be very happy to be able to mount this camera

on the bicycle handle.

The mount is solid and stable which is again a big plus, you shouldn't have to worry

at all.

Just like for other action cameras you'll be able to easily attach the ACME camera on

the helmet if you are riding a bicycle or skiing for example, so you'll find 2 different

mounts in the pack.

The tripod mounts are available as well if you need them, and 2 great things which should

be mentioned here are the underwater protective case and the remote control which is so important.

The underwater protective case works really well, I made a successful test with it by sinking it into

a creek and had no issues at all.

On the other hand the remote control is small and so easy to use.

It's already paired with the camera, you don't need to turn it on, it works with

a single battery and you have two buttons available, one is to take photos and the other

one to record videos.

Of course, you have some included straps if you want to wear the remote on your hand,

for an easier control if the camera is on your helmet for example.

The usb cable is used to charge your camera, a good thing again because you're not required

to take out the battery.

The charging can be made from any usb port from your laptop or PC, or using the wall

plug available in the accesory pack.

Thumbs up as well for the 2 inch LCD screen on the back which is bright enough to see

what you're recording in daylight.

The control buttons are easy to access and they are very simmilar to the ones from a

much more expensive GoPro camera.

The on and off button is located on the front of the camera and it's also used for switching

the functions, the capture button is on the top as usual and on the right side of the

camera there are 2 buttons, one for menu navigation and the other one for the wi-fi connection,

which we will talk about more in a second.

The left side of the camera has 1 micro USB and 1 micro HDMI ports, a microphone, a speaker

which to be honest is not too loud and of course 1 mini SD card slot.

At the bottom, there is this small door that you need to open to reach the battery if you

really need to take it out.

The camera is capable of 5 resolutions: 720p @ 120 fps for smooth and buttery slow motion

1080p @ 30 fps

1080p @ 60 fps which also can be slowed down in post production

2.7k @ 30 fps

And 4k @ 25 fps

Here is some footage at different resolutions and if you want to see a 4k test, you'll

find a link down in the description.

The battery should last about 90 minutes if you are recording in 1080p and 50 minutes

if you are using the 4k resolution.

For the Wi-Fi connection, you just have to press this button and connect to the camera's

network without any password using your phone.

Then, you open the EZ iCam app available for both Android and iOS devices.

The coolest option available in the app is the ability to go live on Facebook and Youtube

with the ACME VR301 camera.

This is the first time when I see this option for a sport camera and I'm sure that the

170 degrees wide angle lens will bring a unique feeling to your live session.

The camera sensor is able take 12 mp photos and that's a good thing because you can

obtain high resolution time lapses with shot intervals between 2 and 60 seconds.

For this time lapse, I used 3 seconds between the shots and from my point of view, the camera

obtained a good result.

So who is this camera for?

I would personally recommend it on vacations as a fun camera, in skateparks, when cycling

and I think the kids will definitely enjoy it because this camera is very easy to handle,

you don't need to tweak the settings, you just take out the camera and you start shooting photos and record videos.

If you wonder how much this camera will cost, well, I think it will vary between 70 to 130 dolars.

And by the way if you are new here make sure you check out the card on the screen right now or the

tutorials in the description on how to edit a time lapse movie or slow motion videos in

Premiere Pro.

Make sure you give this video a like, hit the subscribe and the bell to get all the

updates from this channel.

I'm Criss, thank you so much for watching this video and see you next time!

Tutorial Fightcade - Duration: 6:57.

Hello everyone.

I'm here today with a tutorial fightcade tutotial.

It's an emulator that allows you to play fighting games online.

I will show you how to download it and install it.

I will be using JoJo's game to showcase it.

But there are many other games supported on this emulator.

Every link is in the description.

If any link is down, say it in the comment section and I will fix it.

Start by going to Fightcade offical webside

then click on Register.

Creare an acount with a nickname, a password and your e-mail.

After that click on download and choose your operative system.

In less than a minute, the emulator zip file will be ready.

Meanwhile, you can open the JoJo's game link and download both files.

After the download is finished,

move the Fightcade zip to the desktop or any other folder.

Then right click it and extract it.

Make sure you already have a program like WinRar to do this.

You will get a folder called Fightcade.

Open it and click on Roms.

Then move to this folder both JoJo's filles you just downloaded.

Then go back and open Fightcade.exe

A warning will pop out.

Unclick "show everytime" and click execute.

If another warning about internet conections shows up too

make sure you click on "private network" and leave "public network" uncliked

After that, write your username and password you just created

and you are ready to use the emulator!

Firts, I will talk about the interface.

On the left we have the game list and the people playing them.

On the middle there is the chat and the AFK tick box, to mute notifications.

On the right we have the players and their ping.

On the setting tab we can mute notifications or change their sound

We can also change the desing of the interface and some chat options.

The most important thing is click on "Locate Rom folder" and choose the one from the Fightcade folder.

I recommed you to click on "Hide games with missing roms" too.

This will only show the games that you have downloaded.

If we click next to our name we can play singleplayer or local multiplayer.

We can also set up the emulator itself.

On the Game tab we can chage the controls.

The bottons are: Coin, Start, 4 directions, 3 punches and 3 kick (that go form light to strong).

But this game is played with 4 bottons instead of 6.

The three punches are the attack bottons and light kick is the stand botton.

We can also change the player 2 controls to play local multiplayer.

On the Game tab we can record inputs to practice and use savestates too.

The other options aren't woth mentioning.

We can also spectate live games by clicking on them, but this may cause graphical bugs.

To play online, click next to a player name to send him a notification.

When he accepts, the emulator will open and you will start at the character selection screen,

ready to choose our favourite JoJo and crush our opponent.

You can opne the in-game chat with the T key, but you should never used it to curse your opponent.

Finaly, I want to tell you that the emulator supports many other games.

You can play other fighting games like Street Fighter or KOF.

Or games form differents genres such us beat'em ups or shoot'em up.

Remmember that if you want to reduce lag

make sure you play against people that lives near you and have a good conection.

If you find this video useful, comment and suscribe to my channel.

If you want to, you can write your Fightcade username

and I will organice a tournament using this emulator.

That's all. I'm out.

BREAKING: McCabe, Under Criminal Investigation, Announces Lawsuit Against Trump For Defamation - Duration: 2:15.

BREAKING: McCabe, Under Criminal Investigation, Announces Lawsuit Against Trump For Defamation.

Andrew McCabe, former deputy FBI director now referred by the inspector general for

criminal prosecution over leaks to the media, is planning to sue the Trump administration

for defamation and wrongful termination.

McCabe, of course, was fired just days before he was set to legally retire, based on the

IG report that stated that he had leaked to the media and had lied to federal investigators.

According to Axios:

McCabe's lawyers are also seeking ways to release emails and phone call transcripts

between McCabe and former FBI Director James Comey, which would offer insight into their

communication about the leaks to the Wall Street Journal.

Comey, of course, has said openly that McCabe did not have his permission to leak the material

at issue in the criminal probe.

McCabe's lawyer said that Trump had engaged in "continuing slander," adding, "We've

never seen anything like this before.

It does damage not only to Andy McCabe individually but also to the FBI as an institution."

McCabe has already raised some $550,000 on GoFundMe thanks to his firing by the Trump

administration.

It will be quite difficult for McCabe to win any such lawsuit for defamation.

The legal standard for defamation of a public figure is quite high: actual malice must be

proven.

That standard includes a false statement that the defendant knows is false or that the defendant

doesn't care is false.

Now, there are courts that may rule that Trump has shown actual malice against McCabe based

on his myriad tweets regarding him, but that's not an open and shut case.

This seems far more like McCabe trying to distract from his current legal situation

by misdirecting toward Trump, rather than McCabe zealously protecting his reputation.

But what else is new?

According to the IG report, McCabe allegedly leaked to the media regarding his involvement

in the Clinton Foundation investigation for his own personal benefit.

what do you think about this?

WRITING BOOKS TAKES FOREVER 😬 [CC] - Duration: 9:05.

Hi everybody I am back filming another video, this time in the afternoon when

I'm on the way home. It's about to be 6 and I should like totally film at night

now because this lighting looks a lot better than the video you just saw.

Sometimes it's really frustrating and discouraging when you know that your

dream is really far away and this is something that I've touched on a little

bit but it's something that's just really been grabbing on to my soul this

past week because I had to change my deadline. I was really trying to push

myself to finish draft three in a month instead of two months and I just that's

not really my pace. I can't really finish a draft in a month. I have to always have

at least two and it was really hard for me to kind of come to grips with that

even though two months versus one month isn't that huge of a time shift. It's not

like I'm moving from three months to six months or you know, three months to a

year, but just the fact that kind of coming to the realization that I

wouldn't finish draft four and I wouldn't start querying agents until

August. It kind of really pushed on my soul a little bit just because

I'm visualized a lot. I visualize a lot of, you know, the things coming up in my

future and typically it's something that

motivates me. Imagining where my future could lead. I often do a lot of

visualizations about me being on a book tour and kind of answering prospective

book tour questions and things like that and thinking that that could be

like three years away and not you know in a year or in 16 months or 18 months...

Like thinking that it could be three years away when I'm finishing draft four

you know in August, I may not get an agent for like four to six months and

then I might have like another three to four months figuring out if

someone will even pick up my book, and that's like on the short end of the

stick, and then another two years. Just kind of like adding to that

timeline and feeling the weight of that timeline and being like "Wow okay, that's

years down the road" it kind of hurt me a little bit and one thing that I wanted

to say about that is when those kind of feelings come up

you have to kind of ignore them. And I know that that's really difficult. I

don't - I'm not very good at ignoring my feelings especially because, you know,

I'm such a strategic thinker like I tend to like think a lot for future

planning rather than day by day. Like when I do think day by day I'm thinking

how can this day lead to the goal for this week that will lead to the goal for

this month that will lead to my yearly resolution. I don't think in terms

of just today and I haven't for a really long time so that kind of like bore me

down, but one quote that I don't have the quote exactly correctly, I'll put it

in the description box, that kind of relates to this that I just I don't know

I just wanted to kind of say out loud I don't know I'm kind of just talking out

loud this is just more of a informal vlog about how those feelings sometimes

suck... The feeling that the quote gave me was something along this lines "So a year,

two years, three years time is gonna pass regardless" and sometimes when I look

back on my footage I'm like how often do I let go of the steering wheel and it's

like when you're, kind of, like almost at a stop, and you're

just like gliding, but anyway that's a distraction.

I get very distracted and I've been having to take a lot of personality tests

and I had to take some for work and it basically just reinforced "Yes, Rebecca,

you get very distracted" but what I'm saying is that the time is

gonna pass regardless of you. Whether you participate in your dreams or not it

doesn't matter the time is going to pass so you might as well use that time to

help make that dream because day by day is all that you have, and no one's gonna

let me into this next lane and I don't want to turn right now so they need to,

but yeah so those three years that, you know, hopefully in three years I'll have

that publishing deal it'll be close to my book coming out and I'll be, who knows,

prepping for a book tour like I've always wanted!

Regardless those three years are gonna happen so what I need to focus on is

that every day that comes before those three years every day can lead to my

dream coming true and even though it does feel like it's gonna be in a

thousand years versus three years I just need to keep trucking forward. It's

it's easier said than done to just ignore

"Oh god it's a long time from now" but that's just the only the only option we

have because time will pass whether or not we want it to.

We should keep working on that outcome even if it's hard sometimes. This may

be an unpopular opinion, but I actually really don't like editing. I don't like

book editing. I don't like the revision process, it really stresses me out and

the different thinking about my book in those different ways just really gets in

my head and percolates for too long and that's how I think why I have so much

trouble with it. I feel like the drafting process, like the first two drafts, I love

so much more because I feel like I'm more playing in the world and having fun

in my creative world and in my fantasy world. Meanwhile revisions I feel like

I'm changing my world and being critical of my world and you know obviously

that's necessary to make the story better and when I see the results when I

read the edited chapters I'm like "Wow" and I get that excitement again but then

when I go back to edit the next chapter I feel that dread again. It's just

not my natural state, so doesn't feel great and it's weird to be

pursuing something so wholeheartedly when currently it's not making me happy,

but it's tough because I know that it's it's not the craft that's not making me

happy, it's just this one aspect of it that in the end I know I will like

barely remember once I get past this draft and on to other changes. You know

when I'm drafting the sequel one day, hopefully I'm not going to be thinking

about that I'm gonna be thinking about how much fun I'm having and how much I'm

enjoying it. So I just wanted to also say that it's okay if there are certain

parts of book writing that you don't like. But yeah so that was a little bit

of a rambley writerly vlog just about how I was feeling at the moment because

sometimes I just like just really want to talk and everyone has different

schedules than I do usually so it's hard to just randomly talk to people that are

interested in publishing as much as I am because I like I research a lot. Like I

know a lot more things than I feel like it's probably typical. I would love to

being interested, no "I would love to be interested?" I would love to learn more

about publishing. But anyway, so do any of you guys relate?

Are you working on a project that just feels so far in the future or maybe

you're in college or in high school and you're imagining your graduation date,

your future career, your your 5-year plan, 10 year plan, how are those things making

you feel? How do you cope with those tough feelings when it's a tough day? I

would love to talk to you guys about that.

I'll probably rant a little bit on Instagram stories too but

I just I need to credit. Try to get out of my head. I'm gonna like go to a coffee

shop hopefully later and just write in a new environment and I think that'll help

me. So I will talk to you guys later! Thank you so much for watching. I just

realized it didn't introduce myself at all in the intro clip. If you're new to

my channel, if you just joined present my recent collaboration with Bethany, hi! My

name is Rebecca Kelsey Sampson. I'm the YA fantasy author working on Ember Dragon

Daughter, draft 3. I will link a whole bunch of things down below for you to

get more info about myself and my book if you want to keep up with daily updates

you can follow me on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, all social media

accounts basically under the username @RebeccaKSampson. They will, of course,

be linked in the description. So I will talk to you guys later. And shout

out to Morgan for running into you at the bookstore. That was super cool. Hi

Morgan! I absolutely loved that. It was a real surprise because I don't really run

into subscribers very often. So I'll talk to you guys later, have a nice day!

Bye.

What is an "Artificial Intelligence?" - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato - Duration: 10:18.

What is an "Artificial Intelligence?" - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato So can you tell me a bit more about when you use the word artificial

intelligence what is it exactly?

well everything that is artificial is

has gained a state of complete disconnection with source so it has lost

100% the connection with source so it's empty its non-emotional

it doesn't feel anything and it doesn't know how to create so it's a situation

or a being that has completely lost the connection with this heart or as

connection with source and therefore it cannot create and I guess once you get

to that extreme place of disconnection the only way for you to sustain yourself

is low vibrations in order to keep existing you need to feed yourself with

the vibration that are extremely dissociating and extremely separative

What is an "Artificial Intelligence?" - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato So you can say with an artificial construct it's a it's a something that

doesn't know better the only way that it can exist is to create low frequencies

energy fields and in those energy fields so low there is what anguish fear anger

hatred sadness all these all those low frequencies and so this this situation

What is an "Artificial Intelligence?" - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato this energy field it has to create more and more that in order to find nutrition

to to exist otherwise it dies because doesn't know has completely forgotten

what love is and is completely trapped into inside a very low frequency that is

very dense situation. So some humans on this planet right now are in this

situation? probably there is a number of human and non-humans that are in this

situation and they they are working endlessly in order to keep the anguish

and fear and suffering in this planet because that's the only way they can

survive there is a number of individual that are not so extreme but they have

that tendency they have the tendency to be very corruptible and so these other

entities or humans or non-humans use this to expand this construct of this

machine that keeps recycling this anguish so they can keep feeding so yes

there is and that's probably the reason why we are in such a severe state of

suffering this planet and why everything that is good is either killed or

destroyed or enslaved yes so

What is an "Artificial Intelligence?" - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato yeah so that's what is artificial that's the idea artificial is just as

something that is completely disconnected from source I suspect that

for that situation the only way is to

just somehow go back to to source and start from from from the beginning so

decompose . . . l completely . . . it has to be disassembled and then

reassemble with new energy is probably a process that cannot be occur

here however I think I suspected mother earth is attempting right now to

transform this artificial construct back into its original blueprint which was

loving and that's what I think it's happening right now and that's why many

of us are here to help mother earth to achieve just that and we need to stay

focused on our high purpose in order to achieve that it's the only way because

What is an "Artificial Intelligence?" - "Walking The Path" with Marco Missinato the artificial intelligence is master on distracting us from our high purpose

and as soon as we distract as we fall into a corrupt corruptible situation we

lower our frequencies and as soon as we lower the frequency we feed the Machine

so it is our greater responsibility to maintain our frequency high so that is

in situation doesn't feed in itself itself anymore and so it's

brought to starvation and then from that starvation the most likely the the whole

recreation can be can take place.

Click Through Rate YouTube – Which Percentage is Good? - Duration: 6:10.

YouTube recently introduced the click through rate in the YouTube Studio.

This is a critical metric for the success of your videos because it measures how well

you convert the impressions your videos get into views.

A higher click through rate is better then, right?

Well, I have two videos here.

This one has a click through rate of 5.5 percent.

And this one has 3.5 percent.

Which video do you think is more successful?

Haha, this is a trick question of course.

At the end of this video you'll understand exactly how to read this percentage.

Hey youtubers, Nico here.

So YouTube tells us: "Half of all channels and videos on YouTube have an impressions

CTR that can range between 2% and 10%."

So that tells us if we are in the right ballpark.

They continue: "To interpret the data, keep an eye out for particularly low or high numbers

— that's where your main learnings will be."

But what about these percentages in the middle?

They say: "Looking at click-through rate alone is not recommended."

Wow, okay.

What should we focus on then?

Let's look at the two videos again.

Pay attention to the impressions.

This one got twice as many impressions.

So even though it had a lower click through rate it still managed to convert those impressions

into more views.

The bottom line is what counts, right?

The views.

However, if this video would have had a higher click through rate then it would have gotten

even more views.

So did I do a bad job here?

Well, yes and no.

You know the click through rate is influenced first and foremost by your thumbnails and

titles.

Improving them, making them more eye-catching improves the click through rate.

But this is just half of the picture.

The other half that influences the click through rate is HOW YouTube promotes your video.

YouTube promotes your video by creating impressions.

It shows your video to many different people.

And the question of the day is: Who are those people?

Seriously, let's think about all the people for whom your video shows up and thus creates

an impression.

Certainly, some of those people are your subscribers.

When you publish a new video YouTube sends them a notification, shows your video on the

Home screen and more.

Your subscribers usually produce a high click through rate.

After all they subscribed to your channel for a reason and are eager to watch new videos

you publish.

Then you probably have done some SEO and your video is ranking in search.

So some of those people found your video through search.

If it ranks high and has a great thumbnail and title then it'll also produce a high

click through rate.

But what about all the other people?

Well, these are people YouTube decided to promote your video to because they have similar

interests or watch similar channels.

They are very similar to your subscribers and similar to those people who found your

video through search.

Of course, there are many more people watching YouTube but first YouTube focusses on very

similar people to check how they enjoy your video.

For example, if these people really enjoy your video as well

– that means a high click through rate and high watch time –

then YouTube promotes your video even to these people.

But in the other case where those similar people did not enjoy it

– that means low click through rate and low watch time –

then YouTube stops promoting it any further.

Alright, the big question now is who could these people be in particular.

Well, let's look at one group here.

They could be some who watched a certain video and saw your video in the suggested videos.

This actually happened to me with this video.

On April 5th and 6th you see a bump in many more impressions.

At that time my video appeared as suggested for this video.

Here is proof from the traffic sources report.

Of all those people who saw my video in suggested about 100 clicked and watched it.

Considering that about 600 people saw my video this way, it produced a really good click

through rate.

However, the watch time was really bad from those 100 people who watched it.

On average just 13% of the video length.

By the way, no wonder.

This video is about the Google Assistant on Android phones.

I don't know why YouTube recommended my video to people watching that video but no

wonder they were not really interested in the end.

Watching an Android user's video and next mine about YouTube ranking is really changing

the subject.

So since watch time is so important YouTube recognized that these people didn't enjoy

my video and thus stopped promoting it any further.

Okay, what do we learn from that?

We can do great thumbnails and titles to get a high click through rate and we can do a

great video to get a high watch time, but the success is heavily influenced to whom

YouTube shows our video to.

It highly depends on the people who get the impressions.

And that influences the click through rate and the watch time.

Here we had high click through rate and low watch time.

Another group might have had high watch time but a bad click through rate.

And yet another group bad click through rate and low watch time.

Only if a group has high click through rate and high watch time then YouTube will promote

your video to even more people.

So that means especially the click through rate can fluctuate a lot.

It really depends on which people get the impression.

So remember.

YouTube says: "Looking at click-through rate alone is not recommended."

At least also take the impressions into consideration when you compare two of your videos.

And even then don't jump to conclusions too soon if the difference is not very big.

It's easy to accidentally compare apples to oranges.

Just because your choice of video topics may make YouTube promote your videos to completely

different people.

I probably could have done a better job at getting a higher click through rate for this

video.

But the video topic had an appeal to a much bigger audience.

So this one is the winner in the end.

Nonetheless, it's really important to create great thumbnails to improve the click through

rate.

This video will likely open your eyes for what really makes a thumbnail win the click.

Cheers my friends.
