Trump-Supporting Business Owner Lays Off Staff, Begs Democrats To Save His Business - Duration: 3:50.
You know one of the things a lot of people like to ask us online is, "Should we have
any sympathy for people who supported Donald Trump and now find their lives in complete
shambles?"
And the answer to that question is, "I don't really know."
This past week, a new report from the New York Times came out that told the story of
an ardent Trump supporter who has now found his business absolutely destroyed because
of Donald Trump's tariffs.
This isn't just a local farmer.
This isn't a small business owner.
This actually happens to be the vice president of the largest nail manufacturing company
here in the United States, George Skarich.
Skarich was interviewed by the New York Times about Donald Trump's tariffs, especially on
steel and aluminum that are effecting his nail business.
Now he says he's had to lay off hundreds of workers, I think upwards of 500 of his own
workers, and he one hundred percent blames Donald Trump and his tariffs.
Skarich is a guy who absolutely, one hundred percent supported Donald Trump's election.
He voted for him, he got duped and now that Trump's policies are absolutely destroying
his business, he actually said that he is out there begging Democrats to come help him
out.
Specifically, he has said he is lobbying Democrat Claire McCaskill to do something about Donald
Trump's tariffs to help save his business.
Now listen, I have absolute sympathy for the 500 people or however many people have been
laid off from this company, I do.
But for a person like Skarich?
Absolutely not.
You know, I am so sick and tired of hearing these sob stories of people who voted for
Donald Trump and then when he did exactly what he said he was gonna do, they start freaking
out and say, "Oh my God!
This is gonna ruin my business, my life.
How am I going to feed my family?"
You should have thought of that before you voted for him, idiot.
It's not like people weren't out there warning you every, single day.
I mean hell, it's not like the President didn't warn you he was going to do these things.
I mean to his credit, Donald Trump has actually kept a lot of his promises.
It's just that his promises were absolutely horrible for policy here in the United States.
Did you not think he was going to follow through with it?
Because, he did and now you're screwed.
Well, I should say nailed in this case.
But nonetheless, I have no more sympathy for these people.
You put yourself in this position.
If we can help you, we'll help you.
That doesn't mean I feel sympathy for you, but I do believe that when somebody's down
on their luck they should be able to get a helping hand.
That's never gonna change, but that's the difference between Democrats and Republicans.
This guy's out there begging for somebody, a Democrat, to come save his ass after he
realized that his own voting habits and his party affiliation have absolutely destroyed
his company and destroyed the lives of up to 500 people who used to work for him.
This is gonna continue happening.
We're gonna hear more stories about this.
Now, we do have some stories right now.
Raw Story had a great one this morning talking about a farmer who's losing tons and tons
of money.
His farm is going under because of Trump's tariffs, but he still says, "If he could go
back and do it all, he'd vote for Donald Trump again even if it meant his own financial ruin."
That's why it's very hard to have any sympathy for these Trump supporters who are finding
their lives destroyed by the man that they put in office.

Although they were once on the brink of extinction after 51 years there is one animal that is
making a strong comeback during the Trump years.
The Bald Eagle!
It's being reported that since 2016 at least four states have experienced record-breaking
numbers on bald eagle nests in the wild.
Biologists are attributing this increase to the increase in public awareness and the 1972
pesticide ban that was implemented when natural bald eagle pairings were only in the few hundreds.
Bald Eagles are still threatened by illegal hunting, car accidents, lead poisoning and
emerging neurological disease.
But what seems to add to the irony of this increase in numbers is that Donald Trump actually
contributed to the public awareness on bald eagles over the past few years when President
Barack Hussein Obama was busy promoting bird k*****g wind turbines.
Wow, great statements from a man who just never seems to be wrong.
Imagine if we were smart enough to get rid of all useless wind turbines?
The California landscape would look a lot nicer, that's for sure.

"How does the Service determine if a species has recovered?
The criteria spelled out in the recovery plans are used as a yardstick to measure whether
the species is no longer endangered or threatened.
But those factors are not the only criteria.
The ESA identifies five threats that the Service must evaluate to determine if delisting is
appropriate:
1.
The present or threatened destruction, modification, or curtailment of the species habitat or range;
2.
The over-use of the species for commercial, recreational, scientific, or educational purposes;
3.
Disease or predation; 4.
The inadequacy of existing regulatory mechanisms; and
5.
Any other natural or manmade factors affecting the continued existence of the species.
The Service determines whether recovery has been achieved by reviewing the best available
scientific and commercial data available in evaluating the above threats to the species.
Recovery plans may set population goals as a measure to indicate whether the threats
have been reduced.
The Service considers these goals in determining whether the threats have been reduced sufficiently
to warrant reclassification of the species, or in this case, delisting.
A species is recovered when it is no longer in danger of extinction, or likely to become
endangered within the foreseeable future throughout all or a significant portion of its range
because the threats that led to the species' listing have been reduced or eliminated.
The bald eagle has met these requirements for removal from the list of endangered and
threatened wildlife.

the protections of the Endangered Species Act?
Concurrently with the delisting, the Service made a draft post-delisting monitoring plan
available and solicited public comment for 90 days.
As required by the Endangered Species Act, the Service will effectively monitor the species
in cooperation with the states for a minimum of five years after delisting.
The post-delisting monitoring plan provides a solid framework for surveying eagles and
documenting eagle success after delisting.
The monitoring plan is designed to track the population status of bald eagles in the lower
48 by sampling the number of breeding pairs, similar to the current monitoring methods.
The monitoring plan is not intended to monitor causal factors such as circumstances that
"disturb" bald eagles or their habitat, a term defined under Bald and Golden Eagle
Protection Act.
If, within the designated monitoring period, threats to bald eagles change or unforeseen
events change the stability of the population, then it may be relisted under the ESA or the
monitoring period may be extended.
How will bald eagles be monitored after they are taken off the list of threatened and endangered
species?
The Bald Eagle Post Delisting Monitoring Plan describes are eagles will be monitored.
Based on the Plan, the status of the bald eagle will be monitored by collecting data
on occupied nests over a 20-year period with sampling events held once every 5 years starting
in early 2009.
Nest check monitoring conducted by the States over the past years will continue and census
of area sample plots will be added.
The area sample plots will be selected from eagle habitat across the contiguous 48 States
based on known nesting density.
The set of known occupied nests (list frame) will be combined with the numbers of newly
identified occupied nests from the area plot samples (area frame) to provide a dual frame
estimate
The goal is to be able to detect a 25 percent change in occupied bald eagle nests on a national
scale at 5 year intervals.
If declines are detected, the Service's Bald Eagle Monitoring Team will work with
the state agencies to investigate the cause of decline.
Factors to be considered include natural population cycles, weather, productivity, contaminants,
habitat changes and other stressors.
The result of the investigation will determine if the population of bald eagles in the lower
48 states warrants expanded monitoring, additional research, and/or resumption of federal protection
under the Endangered Species Act.
At the end of the 20 year monitoring program, the Service will conduct a final review.
In addition, information provided to the Bald Eagle Monitoring Team will be reviewed for
potential population level impacts such as productivity, mortality, major habitat alterations,
contaminants, and weather."
Isn't it beautiful to see a spike in the bald eagle population at the very moment a
new American nationalism started to rise?
A nationalism where people rose up to vote for Donald Trump in droves in order to stop
what socialists, globalists and the D.C.
Swamp had in store for us Americans?
It's like a sign from God that the bald eagle is coming back at a time when America
is coming back to its original splendor.
A splendor we lost when we started letting politicians feather their nests as they hung

Louisiana Burger King Just Infuriated Every Police Officer With Nasty New Rule In Their Restaurant - Duration: 4:41.
Why are restaurants getting so political all of a sudden?
Reports are now coming in that a Louisiana area Burger King restaurant has reportedly
refused to serve two uniformed police officers who tried to order food through their drive-thru
sometime last month.
According to a local area newspaper, The Bayou Journal, the Assumption Parish sheriff's
deputies had just finished SWAT training and went to a local Burger King in St. Francisville
to get some dinner.
But when the officers tried to order their meal through the drive-thru speaker at the
fast food chain employees allegedly decided to deny their food order.

"A Louisiana Burger King reportedly refused to serve two uniformed officers who tried
to order food through the drive-thru last month.
According to the Bayou Journal, the Assumption Parish sheriff's deputies had just finished
SWAT training and went to a Burger King in St. Francisville to get some food.
When the police officers tried to order through the drive-thru speaker at the fast food chain,
employees allegedly denied their request.
The police department's public information officer Lonny Cavalier said the deputies tried
to order chicken and were told the restaurant was out.
They then tried to order Whoppers, to which an employee said they were out of hamburgers.
The uniformed officers asked if the establishment was actually out of the items or if they just
did not serve law enforcement, but only received laughter in response, Cavalier wrote in a
Letter to the Editor.
"The only response was laughter," he said, WBRZ reported.
The deputies also had to wait before being allowed to order.
"They sat there for an extended period of time before someone finally let them order,"
Cavalier told the Blue Lives Matter blog.
The deputies tried to alert the staff, but were ignored, Cavalier said, WRBZ reported.
"He could hear them inside laughing, but no one would come to the window."
In his editorial, Cavalier wrote that he is troubled by the treatment – for which he
claims the deputies were never given any explanation.
"What is troubling is that these same Burger King employees, in the event a robbery was
occurring at the time, would have expected these two deputies to take a bullet for them,
and those deputies would have," Cavalier wrote.
Cavalier told WBRZ a man who identified himself as the restaurant owner spoke to the police
department and demanded a retraction from the sheriff's department for the story,
claiming the employees had refused service to several people, not just the two deputies
and not because they were uniformed deputies.
"What is troubling is that these same Burger King employees, in the event a robbery was
occurring at the time, would have expected these two deputies to take a bullet for them,
and those deputies would have."

Burger King corporate office released a statement Friday to WBRZ, confirming the owner's claims
that service had been denied to multiple customers:
"The actions of this Team Member do not reflect the values of our brand.
The Team Member in question refused service to multiple Guests on that day, including
two law enforcement officials.
The Franchisee, who independently owns and operates this location, has confirmed that
this individual no longer works for the organization.
We'd like to sincerely apologize to the deputies for the poor experience and are grateful
for everything they do to protect our communities."
The owner of the St. Francisville Burger King, Joe Clements of Crown Restaurants, LLC., issued
a statement on Friday saying they are aware of the unfortunate incident at the Burger
King in St. Francisville and confirmed there were other guests who were also not served
their meals.
The owner went on to confirm that the action of those team members does not reflect the
values and beliefs of their organization nor that of the Burger King brand while at the
same time confirming that the individuals responsible for this no longer work at the
restaurant.
He also confirmed that he met with Sheriff Falcon of Assumption Parish and expressed
his sincere apology for the incident, and has asked that he extend my apology to the
two Deputies.
The owner ended the statement by also extending an apology to any guests that were inconvenienced
because of the performance of these employees, "Our goal is to provide friendly customer
service to all of our customers."
Glad to see the owner, in this case, stepped up and did the right thing.
Our police officers are heroes and they should be treated as such, or at the very least they
should be treated as any other paying customer would be treated.

Hi, I'm Bruce Clay, and this is the Ask Us Anything series. The University I work
for is launching a new website that features numerous different research
articles. As the SEO analyst, I will try to rank for terms that I believe our
target market is searching for. My only concern is that since our site is
primarily research articles, most of our content is formatted as PDFs. Does having
numerous PDF files on the site pose any serious SEO issues or does Google index
PDF files just like any other web page? My experience is that PDFs, while they
may not perform as well as a web page, are certainly indexed like a web page. When you
look at a PDF in the Google search results and then view cache, it's going
to actually be represented as HTML; The underlying structure of a PDF. So, yes, it
could rank perhaps as well as any other web page. What I also find is that it
varies topic by topic. I've done some queries where the top five results are
all PDFs. In other areas, I don't find a PDF. PDFs are usually more like white
papers, they're very theme oriented, they're very much like a thesis and
those keep you from actually performing as well because you're not going to have
featured snippets, you're not going to have the ability to dynamically alter
your main title or description or even control some of your content as well as
you would on a web page. But will it rank? Absolutely. The big difference is that
the PDF might actually be best represented as a webpage and then that
webpage would link to the PDF for people to download in print in which case the
PDF would be in a directory that is blocked by robots.txt and then your web
page could actually rank. That would be the best way to do it, it works out best,
it's spidered easily, you're not going to have to worry about anybody parsing
it out or where about the content format, it is going to
be better represented on a mobile device, all of that makes sense.
I would definitely make it a web page that links to the PDF, but yes, PDFs will
be indexed, you'll just not have as many top-ranked pages as if it were a webpage.
It varies topic by topic, but PDFs tend to rank as well as regular pages
There is limited function with PDFs so it is always better to have an editable web page instead
The best approach is to optimize for a web page that links to the PDF

That kind of relationship is going to be the kind of relationship I encounter in the future too now
Can you see why all science depends upon that what we learn about the past must be projectable into the future?
All science rests upon the uniformity of nature if there were no
Uniformity in the natural world then all your scientific experiments would be a waste of time wouldn't they?
Because you have learned everything you wanted about chemical interactions on Tuesday, but on Wednesday that information would be useless to you

But given the Atheist worldview, you can't even go to the lab the very first day it doesn't make sense
Now you may be sitting there thinking
But atheist do science, dr. Bosman in fact many atheists have done and
accomplished more than Christians in science
And I agree with that. So we'll come back to that. It's not really a problem
Well, let me give you the answer. It just goes to show that atheists are not very good a theist

There's a random universe but in their heart of hearts, they believe in regularity

I mean they worry in the cautious sense that any scientist should that they might have an explosion or something like that
But they don't worry that if they've done some safe procedure many times in the past tomorrow it may blow their head off
But given their view of the universe they should be very worried
They have no way of knowing what's going to happen in the future the problem of induction

Materialistic atheism because it makes science impossible if I were a materialistic atheist
And I held to that view consistently
I wouldn't worry about stubbing my toe tonight because for all I know that'll be the thrill of a lifetime
