Ukadiche Beetroot Modak | उकडीचे बीटरूट मोदक | Ganesh Chaturthi Special | Chef Harpal Singh - Duration: 7:33.
Hello Greetings, My name is Chef Harpal,
on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi Modak is what we are fond of,
Modak is also known as Ukadi Modak
which is made of rice flour
are a kind of artwork modak mostly when it is hand made.
It is an art work,
to make the dough is also an artwork and by making it from hands is also an artwork.
I have got this, this is easier to make.
This modak is very unique.
I am making is Beetroot Modak.
This is very interesting, First of all,
Boil 1 cup Water,
add a pinch of Salt in it,
2 Tbsp of Beetroot Puree,
it will enhance the colour and will make the Modak unique
along with that 1 tsp of Ghee,
we will add 1 cup of Rice flour
but before that give a boil.
As water is boiled add 1 cup of Rice flour
on low flame or turn off the gas.
Now add 1 cup of Rice Flour
& mix well.
The color is the main interesting thing in this recipe.
The important thing is to cover the dough with the lid & give a rest for 5 minutes
So that the dough is cooked well.
After giving it a rest, we will remove the dough in a bowl,
The dough is cooked well by giving it a steam,
now let it cool down.
We will make the filling.
To make the filling,
add 1 Tbsp of Ghee,
8-10 nos of chopped Cashewnuts,
1 Tbsp of Raisins,
and saute it well.
After sauteing assorted nuts,
add the interesting ingredient that is,
2 Tbsp of Beetroot Puree,
add 1 cup of grated Coconut,
the color of filling has also become interesting,
add 1/2 cup of grated Jaggery,
and let it melt with the coconut filling,
1/2 tsp of Cardamom Powder,
remove this filling in a bowl & let it cool down.
We have let this dough rest for few minutes
now adding water knead the dough well,
while adding water keep in mind,
don't add much water, if you will add it spoon by spoon it will be better.
Knead the dough well till it is soft.
2 Tbsp of water is sufficient to knead the dough
along with that add 1 tsp of Ghee,
Kneading the dough is very important to make modak.
Simple step, take a modak mould and grease it well from inside
so that the modak can be removed easily.
This is kind of a cheating step but an easy step to make modaks.
Put the dough in the mould & press it porperly from all the sides,
put the filling in the middle of the dough and cover it.
Now unlock the modak from the mould.
This mould makes it very simple & perfect.
This way we will make the other modaks too.
I will make all of this in a mould only.
So we have made the modaks using a mould.
Other who are perfect in making modak can make it by hands.
Who are not perfect in making modak can use this mould.
If you will practice for 2-3 days you can easily make it.
It is not at all a reason to worry.
Here I have boiled the water in Pressure Cooker to steam the modaks
We have grease the plates with oil/ghee, so that it doesn't stick to the plate
Steam it for 10-15 mintues
till it is cooked well.
So we have kept it to steam for 12-15 minutes. After that you can eat it.
After 12-15 minutes unlock the cooker,
as you can see the modaks are steamed well,
the color is a bit light but not to worry
the modaks are looking very beautiful.
Remove the modaks with the help of a cloth.
Modaks are looking so tempting.
After seeing the modaks, I think that you will get more creative ideas.
This is very soft so let it cool down.
After cooling down, serve it in a plate.
Honestly after seeing this modaks I am enjoying very much.
Now I can understand after seeing this Modaks you are not able to control yourself.
2-3 modaks you can easily eat.
So eat & enjoy as it is the occasion of Ganpati Bappa. So eating modaks is very important.
This way every time I will bring new recipes for you,

IT_ 3 modi per correggere il file dll MSVCP120 mancante - Duration: 1:29.
Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy. In this video, I will talk about. When launching un application on a Windows system,
you may get the following Windows Error Message, Missing MSVCP120.dll File.
I would like you to know that. msvcp120.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual C++. and is often required for running programs
developed with Visual C++. Some games or applications may need the file, in the game or application installation folder.
Copying it from Windows system folder to, the install folder of the game or application should fix that problem.
Make sure to use the 32 bit dll file for 32-bit software, and 64 bit dll file for 64 bit software. If it for some reason doesn't work by just
replacing the file, you might need to re-install the Microsoft visual C++ Redistributable package which can be found in
Microsoft website. if using a 64 bit Windows, install both versions. I will provide you with the link in video description area.
Also You can try to repair Microsoft Visual C++. through control panel, install program, change, repair.

Fibroids | Symptoms, and Treatment | Dr.G.Shailesh Kumar (Endovascular Surgeon) - Duration: 5:40.
hello viewers welcome to dr. Shannon
today dr. shilagh sugar gates with us
vascular specialist hello Doctor
doctor can you describe us what are
fibroids so you might have heard like a
lot of females in the age of twenty to
forty they suffer from this difficulty
in menstruation pain during the time of
mention and accessibility so the most
common cause for the pain and all what
we see in the young patients is fibroids
fibroids are nothing but they are the
non-cancerous they are not the cancer
just a benign growth of the muscles of
the uterus so they can grow in any part
right from the the funders the main body
and sometimes even the cervix so they
are just the extra growth benign tumor
we can call it benign tumor of the
muscles of the fiber uterus that is
called fibroids and they are can all be
also be called myomas of the uterus so
they are non cancerous so nothing to
worry that there is very less
possibility rare very rare possibly that
they can convert into fibers but most
patients they go under treatment only
because of the pressure symptoms of
fibroid because of the excess bleeding
or pain or difficulty in the urination
or the bowel habits so those are the
main reason doctor are there any times
basically the types are actually
classified they are only because
depending upon their location where they
are exactly located where they're there
towards the inner lining of the uterus
or within the muscle exactly or towards
the outer wall of the vessel so the
inner is called the submucosal the
middle in the center they are called the
intramuscular and towards the surface
that is subsea Roesel and depending upon
the location they also cause the
different symptoms or the presentation
to the to the patients so suppose if
they are located towards the inner
lining then they can be excessive
bleeding or pain during the mensuration
so these are the symptoms if they're
intramuscular then again the pain and
excess of bleeding because of the
improper contact ility of the uterus
during the time of menses and if they're
sub-zero's are bent towards the surface
they can can cause more of the pressure
symptoms
they might be pressing that you are the
urinary bladder that as well or the
rectum so they can have the problem with
the the difficulty in the urination or
excess of urination or the the patient
won't be able to pass the urine properly
or with the motions so depending upon
the nation's locations they can cause
the different symptoms in the patients
as well doctor what are the diagnostic
methods the symptoms will tell you and
depending and the age of the patient but
the most common investigation what we do
is the ultrasound of the pelvis to see
whether it's Parab domain or through the
internal scanning that is transverse
angle so that you will get a good idea
about all the fibroids where they are
located what is the size and all those
things about the fibroids so ultrasound
is is the the first line investigations
for the fibroids but you can sometimes
if there is difficulty or exactly you
know we can do the higher investigations
will when we have some doubt I take MRA
of the pelvis and internal examination
MRA of the pelvis this can be done but
usually the ultrasound will give you
most of the information doctor what are
the treatment options are for it so
basically what the treatment options
right from the olden days what we know
is anything like in the fibroid once and
you just most of the patients what our
advice is the hysterectomy this is
removal of the uterus and it will solve
all the problem that is not the solution
like suppose a young patient who is not
married
or who is in a childbearing age you want
to have children's you can't remove the
uterus which you should ask you always
ask your gynecologist what are the
alternatives so there are definitely the
alternatives for the fibroids that is
uterine artery embolization so this you
train in uterine fibroid embolization or
our train polarization what we do will
go and cut the blood supply to the
fibroids so you are you are only
tackling the fibroids you are not
removing the uterus he here and it's a
very simple safe effective procedure
it's a day care procedure where you can
go through through tiny opening in the
groin and go to the blood supply the
artery which is supplying the fibroids
and block that attic so you are cutting
off the blood supply to the fibroid so
that way the fibroid will die and slowly
shrink in size and you are in that way
you are tackling the fibroid not remove
the uterus so you can preserve the
uterus so any patient they just do
anyone who don't want to remove the
normal uterus or normally organ when
there is only problem at the localized
that is fibroids don't want to remove
the whole fibroid just whole uterus just
because of the fibroids so these are
option is very effective and this
treatment we are doing and it is one of
the frontline treatment in the u.s. so
but the awareness about the uterine
fibroid embolization in the indian
population is very less because of the
unavailability of the such doctors also
performing this uterine fibroid and even
the patient's awareness among the
patients is also very less for the
uterine fibroid embolization thanks for
the useful information doctor thank you
I hope you found this video useful so

Hanoi Vietnam City Tour | VĂN MIẾU QUỐC TỬ GIÁM - The Temple of Literature - Duration: 8:30.
Renowned as the first national university of Vietnam
the Temple of Literature (commonly called 'Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám' in Vietnamese)
is not only the typical historical sites in Hanoi capital
but the cultural quintessence of the bygone feudal regime also.
For first-time visitors, it could be a pity if it is missed out in must-see list.
The main architecture includes:
Văn Miếu Môn
Đại Trung Môn
Khuê Văn Các
Thiên Quang Tỉnh
Đại Thành Môn
Thái Học Môn
Actually, 'Văn Miếu' is the Temple of Literature but 'Quốc Tử Giám' is the Imperial Academy.
Originally built in 1070 under the reign of king Lý Thánh Tông,
the temple was primarily dedicated to Confucius as well as other scholars and sages.
Six years later, 'Quốc Tử Giám' was constructed next to the temple by order of king Lý Nhân Tông
in order to provide education for the imperial bureaucracy,
but then opening its door to brighter commoners.
Successful graduates had their names engraved on a stone steel on the top of the stone turtles.
Most of architectural features of the temple complex are heavily influenced by Chinese style.
To be more specific, the proximity of the temple to the Imperial academy is similar to the Beijing Confucius temple and Imperial Academy.
Furthermore, the construction of temple also emulates the one in Confucian's hometown in Shandong, China.
The temple in fact follows a standard Confucian layout and the most eye-catching at the front is Van Lake.
The total area of the lake is about 12297 m²
and in the middle stands Kim Chau mound, where the poetry commentaries took place in the ancient time.
Moreover, a clear pond, surrounded by shady trees, gives visitors a sense of tranquility and freshness.
The inner of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam is separated from the Giam Garden and the outer space by brick walls.
Its inside is divided into 5 different layers of space;
each layer is isolated by brick walls and connected by gates: one central gate and two on the side paths.
The first and main gate of the precinct is 'Văn Miếu Môn' (the Great Portico in English.)
Built in a typical Vietnamese style, it is similar to entrance gates of Buddhist and folk religion temples.
Passing through the main gate,
the first courtyard and three paths lying before you from which tourists will be guided to the 'Đại Trung Môn' (Grate Middle Gate)
Going further , the third courtyard comes across to you, running from 'Đại Trung Môn' to the 'Khuê Văn Các'.
The three paths continue and the next two side gates are the 'Cửa Bi Văn' (Magnificence of Letters Gate)
and 'Cửa Súc Văn' (Crystallization of Letters Gate)
which lead to two graveyards of early doctors.
The structure consists of four squares, whitewash brick pillars,
supporting a red wooden pavilion with an elaborate terracotta tiled roof.
The fourth area is centred around the 'Thiên Quang Tỉnh' (Well of Heavenly Clarity)
On the sides of the lake are the ancient doctor's graveyards, or Stelae Pavilions.
Each headstone of them displays the name of the person that passed a high-level examination.
There are 82 of them created from 1442 to 1779.
The fifth area: the central area and the main architecture of the Temple of Literature,
consists of two larger works in parallel layout.
The outside building is 'Bái Đường' (House of Ceremonies), while the other is 'Thượng Cung'.
The final area is the Khải Thánh temple where worshiping the Confucius parents takes place.
Originally, it was a study place where erudite scholars were designated as official teachers to instill knowledge into the kings.
In the Temple of Confucius, there is a variety of statues of Confucius.
At the Confucian shrine, there are two pairs of cranes riding on the backs of turtles,
which are the typical objects of Vietnamese temples and pagodas.
Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam has long been recognized as one of the most iconic historical-cultural heritages of Vietnam.
Besides being a popular sightseeing destination,
it is the place where several poetry communities are organized,
the celebration of the Tet Holiday
and some academy-related ceremonies takes place in order to express people's wishes
and hopes for their education paths.
In conclusion, despite the fact that Ha Noi has been developed day in day out to keep pace with the rest of fast-changing world
a myriad of ancient relics and Vietnamese time-honored traditions has still lingered on some corners of the capital.
Therefore, it is well-worth considering the building complex as the soul of Vietnamese cultural life
and even the gratification of human beings until now.
