The only alcohol that's out here right now is the 1800

and I don't know what's in that cooler.

Hey guys. Guess it's the moment of truth.

I haven't seen Lily or Reese in a minute.

so I don't know what type of night I'm store for.

Whatever it is, I didn't pack no rain coat

so I'm hoping it ain't a [bleep] storm. Hello!

I really don't give a [bleep] if they want me part of the team

but they're going to hear what the [bleep]

I've got to say. I was confused

because all I've heard is Reese and Lily quit

and they're done and they're out.

And it was all stemming from the night

the four of us saw each other.

Why the [bleep] are you defending him?

Nobody is going to make me choose my

[bleep] friendships. or who I [bleep] with. [Bleep]

I just feel like at that moment y'all were more

so giving us a love affair about Jr.

If anything I was just like man you know what let me walk away

because if anything I just feel hurt.

Honestly I don't know what the [bleep]

Lily want. I got her back.

She basically telling me I can't [bleep]

with nobody else she don't [bleep] with.

If that's the case, I can [bleep]

with about two mother[bleep] here.

Don, when you said you know I still got love for Junior

maybe at that moment that wasn't the right moment to say that

[bleep].

If that's your vibe, your love for Junior

That's totally cool. But that ain't my vibe

My vibe is my tribe and I can't [bleep] with that [bleep].

And That's why I walked out with Lily.

Nobody condones what Junior did

and that's been said a million and one times.

Y'all don't never want to talk about the role

that y'all played in that situation.

I just don't get what you got to do with it.

If y'all going back and forth - nah, nah, nah.

I don't know why you're even talking.

Shut your mouth. You like always have to open your mouth.

Baby. I'm gon' keep on talking baby!

Chris Cuomo Explains Why Republicans Embrace President Trump - Duration: 4:54.

-I want to talk -- Because one of the things is,

because you do talk to a lot of people

from the Trump administration on your show.

And because you deal with them,

and I've seen you have conversations with them

where they use circular logic,

they don't answer direct questions.

I mean, you talk to people like Rudy Giuliani,

you talk to Kellyanne Conway, you talk to Anthony Scaramucci.

Are you ever -- Is your mind ever blown

by the way that they're choosing to express

what's happening within those White House walls?

-No. I get it.

My mind gets blown by the reaction to it.

First of all, you know, they've all become

like household names now, you know?

Rudy will never need his last name again.

Anthony, you know, The Mooch... -Yeah.

-...will always be him. Kellyanne is like Madonna.

-Yeah. -You know, as one name.

Polarizing but one name.

And the reaction afterwards,

people on the left will say, "Do not have them on again.

I do not want to hear from them.

You are giving them a platform to lie.

I don't want to hear it," I am bothered by that.

One, look, if I'm not doing my job, then don't watch.

You have great choices on at the same time as me,

and if I'm not getting it done, that's the price of performance.

But don't be closed off to people

just because they say what you don't like.

There's value -- two ways in being tested.

One, Seth gets to hone his own argument.

You'll hear a question, tough question, tough follow,

this is how he or she handled it.

All right, I get that now.

I get where they're taking this. Hones you.

The second way is, be open. Who knows?

Maybe you'll find some common ground on something.

God forbid that our lawmakers are forced to act on something

that's good for the rest of us

instead of doing what they're doing today

at this hearing with all these silos.

You know, they just tucked in.

The Grassley thing was so funny,

I almost popped one of the caps off my teeth.

-Yeah. -When I was backstage.

[ Laughter ] His gaveling, slowly like that.

I didn't even notice it today.

-Yeah, well, I think that's the problem.

You're supposed to notice gavels.

-He's gaveling. He's a subpar gaveler.

-He's very subpar.

-As heavy-handed as he was in the hearing,

ironically, he's so soft-handed with a gavel.

-He tired himself out. This is gonna be a long hearing.

-So, you know, they're yelling at him.

[ Laughter ]

I mean, and they're content to yell,

get their time on camera, be seen as making that argument,

and the other side is gonna do what they're doing,

they're gonna have their vote.

Unless there is some explosive dynamic in that,

Kavanaugh will be the next Justice of the Supreme Court.

And that's why elections do have consequences.

When people say to me, "Why do the Republicans

embrace the President when he doesn't seem to be

traditionally Republican?"

Or conservatives, "Why do they embrace him

when they are supposed to be character people, evangelicals?

Why do they --" Judges.

-Yeah. -Judges. The answer is one word.

We are not united by many things in this country, culturally.

Right? We all come from different places.

Even English is a borrowed language

for just about all of us.

But law is our religion.

That is the set of rules that we go by that create our culture.

Judges. You stack the courts

across this country with white, male, young judges,

and you will have a generation

of a certain kind of jurisprudence.

I'm not judging it, but that's why,

as soon as Kavanaugh, if he makes it through

and he is confirmed, Donald Trump's presidency

goes in the history books as being impactful

because he will have changed that court.

-Sure, and a conservative success story.

-And, you know, he is -- You can say, "Well, you know,

he doesn't even know these guys.

He's just been given a list." Yeah.

That's what they wanted him to do.

-Yeah.

-And he said, "Well, who do we like here, anyway?"

You know? Gorsuch.

-They said, "Leave the list on his desk."

-Neil Gorsuch -- yeah. And then...

[ Laughter ]

He had a list of, like, his driver.

-Yeah. -This guy Louie

who he used to know who, like, colored his hair.

"He's very good. When I say red, is it too red?

He always says, 'I don't know.'"

That's a good Supreme Court Justice.

Look, I think that you have to look at it that way.

My only concern that I have

is that you let the negativity consume you.

Not that there isn't good reason for it.

But we're gonna have elections now.

If people come out and vote, then you win.

Then people win.

If they don't come out and vote,

then they have nothing to complain about.

-Mm-hmm. -And I think that that's been --

[ Cheers and applause ]

Look, I wish I had some kind of high ground.

-Yeah. -Another thing that

I constantly get told, including by my kids,

is that I'm part of the problem.

I get told that all the time,

which secretly I have always believed.

-Oh, well, there you go. [ Laughter ]

Well, it's nice when your kids

can reinforce your own belief about yourself.

-Yeah. I always knew, you know,

the self-loathing would pay off

with some kind of universal recognition.

So now, that's why I wear all black.

It suits my mood.

Chris Cuomo Talks About Judge Kavanaugh's Confirmation Hearing - Duration: 3:58.

-Welcome back. -Thank you.

-I know you're a busy guy.

Did you get to enjoy the Labor Day weekend at all?

-Yes. -Good.

-No. That's a lie.

In truth, I am constantly obsessed with

what we have to do.

-Yeah. Do you ever feel, though --

'cause I have this feeling as well.

I have an obsession about it, but over the weekends,

things that happen on Saturday

that you think you might have to talk about

when your show comes back on aren't actually news anymore

by the time Monday rolls around.

-Right. Let alone if you're gone for two weeks.

-Yeah, exactly. You're gone two --

You're gone for two weeks, and you think,

"Oh, when I get back,

I'm gonna have to talk about Paul Manafort."

Now it's like, "What? Who?"

It feels a long time ago.

-It's true.

Even his daughter is changing her name now,

he is such old news.

She's taking her mom's name.

-Yeah, right. It's Bond, right?

-Yeah. -Yeah, she is changing her name

to Bond, which is, by the way, a much better name.

-It's a strong name. -Yeah, exactly.

-I think I'm gonna change my name to Bond.

-Yeah, let's all do it.

So, anyway, as we're talking about this, you know,

it just seems like you have to focus on today's news.

There was a lot today.

We had the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings.

There was a moment that happened with the father

of one of the slain students at Parkland, right?

-Mm-hmm.

-Explain what happened real quick,

and then I want to show the clip and get your take on it.

-Right, and again, judge for yourselves when you see it

because it's a real metaphor moment

for how we're deciding to decide what's true in our society.

Kavanaugh's leaving.

And the father comes up to him to introduce himself.

Puts his hand out.

I believe you will see the judge

recognize the man and the gesture.

He does nothing, turns away, and then security escorts him.

The White House says I am completely wrong,

that the video is clear evidence of the judge wanting to connect,

not having time because he was whisked away by security.

-All right. Let's take a look and see. Decide for yourself.

Yeah, it's an ice job. I mean, fully.

-You know?

-Now obviously, now we were talking a little bit

about this backstage.

-Mm-hmm.

-It's a real in-the-moment situation there.

Obviously, he doesn't have a lot of time to think about it.

When you're a judge, one of the things you get to do

is you get to take a lot of time.

You get to deliberate for a great amount of time.

But in the split second there,

it did not seem like he made a good decision.

-How long you been away?

[ Laughter ]

The father of one the kids who was murdered at Parkland

reaches out his hand, says his name,

and you don't shake their hand.

Now, first thing we have to do

is give the judge an ability to explain. Okay?

What was your understanding of it?

Why did it happen that way?

My concern about it is twofold.

One, as we were talking about before, and we talk about often,

we are not allowing ourselves to disagree with

anybody with decency anymore.

If you don't agree, they're your enemy.

The President very much foments that.

I think it's really toxic to our culture

that's all based on tolerance and understanding

that not everybody likes

what everybody else says and is about.

The second thing is, the "don't believe your lying eyes" stuff

that comes out of the White House.

That was clear evidence that it wasn't the judge turning away

from a man with their outreached hand?

I mean, it's just crazy talk.

-The crazy talk is -- there's a lot in this Bob Woodward book,

which is coming out next week.

Excerpts have been leaking out all day today,

including Gary Cohen at one point --

-Taking something off the President's desk

because he was afraid he would sign it.

-Yeah. [ Laughter ]

Basically to -- yeah.

-I can can't tell you how often people on my team come to me.

So, we just started the show, right?

We started this this team, small scrappy team,

where they will come to me, young people,

good, smart young people.

I am the oldest person on my show.

[ Laughter ]

Which is funny because it's true.

So, they will say something to me and I say,

"Stop. What else do you have?"

And they're like, "No, no, no. That actually happened.

He actually tweeted that.

We have to do it on the show tonight."

Seth's Two-Year-Old Son Talked for an Entire Red-Eye Flight to Italy - Duration: 2:02.

-As I mentioned, coming off a two-week break,

we're so happy to be back on air talking to all you guys tonight.

I was very lucky. I got to go to Italy

with my wife and my two sons, Ashe and Axel.

Ashe, two years old. Axel, four months old.

They are not fun to travel with.

[ Laughter ]

On the flight to Italy, about eight hours.

We took a red eye, so we were flying at night.

We were hoping they would sleep the whole way.

That was not the case. My son Ashe, the two-year-old,

did not sleep a wink for nine hours

and talked pretty much the whole flight.

[ Laughter ]

Definitely loud enough

for everybody on the plane to hear him.

And one of the things we had done to prepare him for the trip

was just to tell him in the weeks leading up to it,

"We're going to get on a big airplane,

"we're going to fly over the ocean,

"we're going to land in Italy, you're going to eat pasta,

you're going to sleep on the plane."

And in the weeks leading up to it, he would repeat it to us,

and that gave us this false sense of confidence

that he was gonna be good on the plane,

when all it really did was he just said that to us

the entire flight. [ Laughter ]

Every time it looked like he was almost asleep,

he would wake up

like he remembered he had a business meeting...

[ Laughter ]

...and just start saying, "Ashe on a big airplane.

"Ashe go to Italy. Ashe eat pasta.

Ashe sleep on the airplane."

[ Laughter ]

And so pretty much,

as it would be anyone's response to that,

the plane had had it with him.

And then the best part though was right as we landed,

wheels touch down, and we're going down the runway,

and Ashe yells -- again, for the whole plane to hear,

he just yells, "We did it, guys!"

And... [ Laughter ]

And it was definitely -- [ Applause ]

You could tell people were saying, "Did we?

Did we do it?"

Still wouldn't trade it for anything.

Had a wonderful two weeks.

Lil Rel Howery Based His Sitcom's Female Lead on His Bestie Tiffany Haddish - Duration: 5:10.

-You're gonna have a big Sunday this Sunday, man. It's exciting.

-This is -- This is fun -- Like, and it --

Like, to kind of do your show and was in the intro over here.

It's kind of cool.

-Dude, thanks for doing the beginning -- the beginning, too.

We've known each other for a little bit because...

-Yeah.

-...I met you at Comics Come Home in Boston.

It's a charity Denis Leary does

for the Cam Neely Foundation. -Yes.

And he's like -- he said, "You know Lil Rel?"

And I go, "Yeah, I know Lil Rel a little bit."

And he goes, "I've seen him."

So he goes, "Have you ever seen him do stand-up?"

I go, "I've seen a little bit."

He goes, "Watch this guy." -Wow.

-"Watch him." And I was like, "All right."

So I went and made sure I was with my dad,

and you crushed the Garden, dude.

-[ Laughs ] -You crushed it.

I was like -- I was like -- When you walked off,

like, you were, like, floating off the stage, like,

"Yeah, that's right. That's how you do it, yeah,"

and just kind of floated out, and I go...

And it was so good, and I was like, "Oh, man."

It was a pleasure to see you.

And then, after "Get Out," it was just giant,

and now you have this big sitcom on Fox.

-Yeah. -I'm just happy for you, buddy.

-Thanks, man. -And I -- And I just love

that you still do comedy, too,

'cause it's great that you still do stand-up.

-Well, you know what's crazy --

you didn't have a suit on that day.

I just never see you with a regular outfit.

[ Laughter ] -It's weird.

It's like seeing your teacher at the grocery store, right?

It's like... [ Laughter ]

..."You don't -- You don't -- You don't buy stuff."

Yeah, I didn't have a suit on -- you're right.

-"What you doing eating? You're a teacher."

[ Laughter ]

-The new sitcom -- tell me about "Rel,"

because I read somewhere

that you described it as "Martin" meets "Seinfeld."

-Yeah. -And I love both of them.

I mean, Martin Lawrence -- genius.

-Well, that's where, like, you know,

I'm doing a different extra character every week --

you know what I'm saying?

So besides playing, you know, the main character,

I, you know --

you don't know -- you never know

who the other person will be I'm gonna be doing.

So I'm in prosthetics and doing all that stuff,

and it's been fun.

Like, and every episode,

literally, is a different character,

'cause I -- what I want to do with the first season is --

knock on wood, if I get a second season --

but I want the audience to pick out who they kind of like,

and that's who I would bring back.

-And how -- how is it like "Seinfeld"?

How would you say the show is like that?

-It -- You know, one thing I love about "Sein--"

it's -- the "show about nothing" theme was --

even though they called it that,

but I like that it just seemed like

regular observation and conversations, right?

It was built off what they was annoyed about, right?

And, like, I didn't realize until I became a grown-up

how much George Costanza and, like, Larry David

is a lot like me.

Like, this... [ Light laughter ]

...black kid related to these two Jewish guys...

[ Laughter ]

...'cause I -- 'cause I get annoyed by the smallest things.

And, like, you... -Like what? Like what?

-In the show. Like, for instance, in the show,

you know -- it's -- it's --

look, it's a couple things, right?

Like, women with loose boots drive me crazy, right?

I know that don't sound like anything.

-Loose -- Loose boots? -Loose boots.

Like, I think if you're gonna wear a sexy boot, it should fit.

Like, I should see your heart beating in the boot.

That's how tight it should be.

[ Laughter ] -A loose boot.

-I can't stand when you got extra leg room in it.

Like, I can't take the focus off it --

just see your leg go across the boot.

[ Laughter ]

[ Laughing ] It's too much. It drives me crazy.

-Really? -I hate loose boots.

-You hate loose boots? -And it --

I mean, like, for real. Like, I didn't, like...

-I love that that's the things that bother you --

like, you were saying that you get mad at people texting.

-I hate when people text and, like, don't look at their phone.

Like, people that's just that good,

where they can just... [ Laughter ]

-Dude, that's what makes... -Now, you're a maniac.

You know what I mean? -That's what...

[ Laughter ]

-That's what makes you different than anyone else.

And then, the -- the -- the friend or the love interest,

or we don't know yet? -Yeah.

-The female character.

-Well, 100%, it's not a love interest, right?

'Cause I got tired of shows --

every time a man and a, you know, a woman,

like, are friends, they end up hooking up and being --

Like, no, this -- we'll never hook up.

I wanted to just show a platonic friendship

between a man and a woman without having them hook up.

-Well, good for you. -Yeah.

-Yeah, that's something different.

-Yeah. [ Cheers and applause ]

-And it's -- it's loosely based on your friend Tiffany Haddish,

who... -Yeah. Oh, yeah.

Tiff -- Tiff is one of my -- my best friends, actually.

And it's based on, like, really, her and a bunch of my homegirls

that I'm just cool with

that I never, never tried to do anything with --

you know what I mean?

Like, we're just straight-up friends.

-Just actually friends, yeah. -And it's so --

'Cause there's something fun about that,

thinking a lot like -- like,

those homegirls you got like that

really are like one of the guys.

Yeah, they might be gorgeous, and the dudes love them,

but, like, I get the chance to know them as a friend.

Like, it's -- it's stuff the boyfriends don't know.

Like, "Oh, she's actually really funny, but, all right."

-Yeah, yeah. [ Laughter ]

"Don't bother to ask, yeah." -[ Laughs ]

-But what a great year both of you guys have had.

-Yeah. -Is it -- I mean, is it fun --

Does she, like, see you and root for you,

and then you root for her? -I'll be -- I'm like --

I remember she hosted, you know, the VM-- it was not --

No, the Movie -- the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

-Yes, that's right. -And we're at the after party,

and, like, to see all these celebrities

lined up to meet my friend

was the most weirdest... -Wow.

-...thing in the world.

Like, yo, like -- And it was --

'Cause there was a time when I used to bring Tiffany out.

People be like, "Man, like, you're bringing Tiffany out?"

'Cause Tiffany was so fun.

So, like, and it's messed up telling this true story.

But, like, most of the -- some of the homies would be like,

"Hey, man, why you bringing Tiffany?

She makes the girls too comfortable."

Like, they have these girls in the VIP section --

they just want them sitting there, quiet.

-Yeah. -Tiffany would show up.

All of them started dancing and having a good time.

[ Laughter ] And they would get mad at me.

They're like, "Why are you bringing Tiffany?"

I'm like, "First of all,

she was my ride everywhere I need to go."

[ Laughter ]

You know what I mean? I'm staying on her couch.

You know what I mean? [ Both laugh ]

-This -- This Sunday, after "NFL on Fox"...

-Yes. -It's a big night for you, man.

[DIY] Iron Kitchen shelves ep.5 ☆ アイアンシェルフ その5 - Duration: 8:39.

a new shelf has arrived, so I'm going to assemble it first.

I ordered this shelf from TEKOLABO, the same company that I ordered the other shelves.

and this shelf can't go through the stairs, so I asked them to make it collapsible and adjustable.

You can change the height of the board here.

There are holes at 5cm intervals.

I need to fix the other iron frames here.

Let's do it.

There are alphabet letters on the frame.

This is it.

omg. They even painted screws, too.

Looks nice.

I'm going to put the last two frames.

TEKOLABO gave me a preproduction towel holder.

I was actually thinking of making a towel holder here.

I'm going to put some woods on top later.

I have some iron bars so I was thinking of attaching it to the top boards.

But TEKOLABO gave me this. I didn't even mention or ask them.

I'm going to attach this by using these height adjustment holes.

This is how it looks. Nice.

I bought old lumbers from WOODPRO, the company I bought a lot of old lumbers to create previous kitchen walls.

This is a lot.

I could use as is.

But I ordered more BRIWAX.

I'm going to paint these with different colors and put them randomly.

Anyway, let's put these and see how it looks.

and I think I have to cut some of these woods.

just like this.

the bottom shelf is fine, but I remember I ordered a little less woods because I have some leftover lumber here.

I'm going to cut and put here.

and I need to cut the top shelf off like 2cm.

looks nice.

awesome.

I painted each color.

in order of light color, rustic pine, antique mahogany, dark oak and tudor oak.

and this one is unpainted.

Various exciting programs helped promote Korean culture or Hallyu while wowing viewers across

the globe.

Regardless of these successes, Seoul isn't sitting back and putting things on autopilot

mode, as evidenced by a content market being hosted in the country for the 18th time.

Hong Yoo takes us to the BroadCast WorldWide event.

The biggest broadcast format market in Korea, Broadcast Worldwide, or "BCWW", opened on

Wednesday at COEX convention center in southern Seoul.

Already in its 18th year, the event under the slogan "Discover, the infinite potentials

of Content" will continue until Friday.

domestic and international buyers.

And among the participants, Arirang TV was a head turner with its long list of content

production.

"Arirang is producing and broadcasting various content such as news, documentary, and entertainment

shows.

And this year we brought a new documentary called 'ArTravel' and our most popular programs

are After School Club and Simply K-Pop."

Arirang TV is currently cooperating with Chinese media outlets to not only create content together,

but also promote and propel Korean programs in the Chinese market.

The booths are divided into zones based on their field, from the Power Media Zone for

Korean broadcasters that have highly influential content… to the Foreign Media Zone for international

broadcasters.

Hosted by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea

Creative Content Agency, the BCWW is slated to continue growing and serving as a platform

to expand Korean broadcast content to all around the world.

Moon, Trump agree to meet at UN General Assembly later this month - Duration: 1:52.

The leaders of Seoul and Washington held a phone meeting last night.

Conversation centered around inter-Korean summit and the possibility of the duo sitting

down for talks on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

shares with us what was discussed.

Should President Moon attend the UN General Assembly in New York later this month,...

the Presidents of South Korea and the U.S. could meet on the sidelines to hash out future

strategies on issues regarding the Korean Peninsula.

Presidents Moon Jae-in and Donald Trump had a fifty-minute phone call on Tuesday night,

just a day before the South Korean envoys headed to Pyongyang to discuss the inter-Korean

summit that will be held in Pyongyang this month.

According to the Blue House press release, President Moon briefed his U.S. counterpart

on the reason for sending envoys to North Korea to discuss preparations for the third

summit between him and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Moon also emphasized the need for a fresh round of inter-Korean dialogue to reduce tensions

between the two Koreas, which will ultimately contribute to denuclearization and the establishment

of permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.

However, after the phone conversation, the Blue House was cautious to confirm that President

Moon will, in fact, attend the General Assembly; while White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders

said the two leaders agreed to meet later this month.

The Blue House said in a separate readout that the two leaders agreed to quote "explore

the idea of meeting in person" on the sidelines of the General Assembly in New York.

The phone conversation between the two Presidents came less than 2 weeks after President Trump

canceled U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's planned visit to Pyongyang, citing lack of

progress on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

the airport will be closed temporarily.

Liberty Korea Party floor leader says government's policies driving economy to crisis - Duration: 2:41.

South Korea's three main parties are taking turns addressing lawmakers at parliament.

Stepping up to the podium today,.... was Kim Sung-tae of the main opposition bloc.

According to our Kim Min-ji, the floor leader held nothing back, lashing out with strong

criticisms of the government and the ruling party.

On the brink of crisis.

That's how Kim Sung-tae,... the floor leader of the main opposition Liberty Korea Party,...

assessed the country's economic situation -- claiming that the government's policies

are causing growth to retreat.

He said the government's minimum wage hike and its drive for shorter working hours have

slammed low-income households, young job seekers and small business owners -- rather than boosting

their incomes and spurring consumption as promised.

Kim also pointed out that all the policies the government is pursuing come with a hefty

price tag for taxpayers.

"The government's income-driven growth policies are like voice phishing aimed at enticing

the people.

They may be a sweet to hear,... but at the end of the day they will lead to collapse.

The Moon Jae-in government is driving struggling people into greater despair."

His comments come as recent economic data show sluggish job growth and a slowing economy.

The floor leader called on the government to admit its policies have failed,... and

demanded that it shift its policy direction.

He said what the government should be doing is allocating a bigger budget for raising

the country's chronically low birth rate... by providing more incentives and greater financial

support for child rearing.

On North Korea, Kim said now is not the right time to ratify the inter-Korean summit declaration

reached in April -- because it's too early to determine whether Pyongyang is fully committed

to denuclearization.

And he said that Seoul should address the issue with a cool head,... not emotionally...

especially with a third inter-Korean summit slated to take place sometime this month.

"It should be made clear that the original purpose of inter-Korean talks is North Korea's

denuclearization.

What's urgent is ridding Pyongyang of its nuclear arsenal though international coordination,

not declaring an end to the Korean War."

He also openly criticized the National Assembly Speaker -- who has been calling for the ratification

of the summit declaration -- saying that it seemed as though he were the mouthpiece of

the Blue House.

The main opposition party had raised an issue saying the speaker wasn't keeping his political

neutrality.

Kim said that even if the Speaker has his roots in the ruling party,... he should be

independent from the presidential office... and do his best to keep the government in

check -- to which the Speaker responded that he will absolutely not be swayed by the top

office.

Refined petroleum products quota for North Korea has surpassed limit: State Dept. official - Duration: 0:51.

An import quota on refined petroleum products to North Korea -- mandated under a UNSC resolution

-- may have already been surpassed this year.

According to VOA,.... an official at the U.S. State Department confirmed the details on

Tuesday.... when asked about the issue.

The amount of refined oil Russia and China sold to the regime until the month of July

this year.... was slightly under 19-thousand tons.

At least, that's what's been reported to the Security Council's Sanctions Committee on

North Korea.

Although the amount is not even half the annual cap of 500-thousand barrels,.... Washington

claims the actual amount would have exceeded the limit, when taking into account illegal

ship-to-ship transfers of goods to Pyongyang.

The official said,... the U.S. remains concerned on this illicit procurement of refined petroleum

products.... and warned that UN member states should stop all further transfers of refined

petroleum to the Communit State.
