ZILLA Update – November 16th - Duration: 15:05.
Hey everyone we're back again this time you know we had some we had some
conversations in the telegram in the English telegram and we got some really
good questions some difficult questions but good questions and someone brought
up that we should do an AMA so here you go
this is it so these are questions that are sourced from the community and we're
gonna answer them and ask me anything format so take it away, Wei. So we have
seven main questions today Abasa will answer. so first we have, are you still
developing 2FA? Yeah two-factor authentication we started developing a
long time ago and it was mainly well it was partially a solution because we were
getting fake signups for airdrops so two-factor authentication is when we
send an SMS to a phone so it's one user one device basically so we're checking
to make sure each user with an email address is connected to one
telephone number but it was taking a bit of time because we have to redesign
our login system for our back-end too because the backend isn't necessarily
connected to a phone so it's actually a bit complicated and we thought it would
be more effective to focus on KYC and we thought that was more important so we
put that put two-factor authentication on pause while we developed the KYC
system. Our KYC system is much more sophisticated than two-factor
authentication and the KYC system ensures that you know there's a passport
connected to a user now so we can prevent fake signups that way so
we've put resources into developing KYC and we put two-factor authentication on
pause. We will develop it
eventually but it's a very low priority at this point because we're rushing to
get a couple of other big features up. Next, can we expect more airdrops?
Airdrops yeah so originally airdrops were I mean airdrops are marketing right
they're marketing so we were using it as a way
for projects on ZILLA to gain attention from you the user but we found
that uh you know people were complaining that the airdrop amounts weren't you
know large enough or they weren't getting the airdrops fast enough and
for us that's fine but for the projects that we're providing the airdrops they
were getting a bit upset and not only that they weren't as effective that we
would hope that they would be now there's still some things that we want
to do to tweak the air drops to see if we can make them more effective so the I
guess this is a long answer but the short answer is yes we will do a few
more airdrop so we have one going right now actually for a US dollar stable
coin for people who sign up so we will do that but that's from us
that's not from teams on ZILLA. There's still a couple of teams who are
interested in doing airdrops through us to you the community but we're that's
probably gonna be in December sometime if we do it at all so there will be more
but there will come there'll be a bit more spread out it won't be weekly or
monthly or anything like that so we'll do it from time to time and of course
we're testing we were looking at analytics and we're seeing how effective
they are and that's the most important thing. When can we expect ZILLA Black?
what are the additional features you are working on? So yeah so ZILLA black and
additional features um ZILLA black was, is supposed to be for you know ZILLA
users especially people who participated in our crowd sale they got grandfathered
in to ZILLA black and we are still developing additional features and stuff
for ZILLA black users specifically but it's taking, A. it's taking a long
time. B. the ICO market is kind of sliding a little bit so we're taking a
broader look at ZILLA black and seeing how we can like for example when we
release additional features can can we give our ICO participants in other words
ZILLA black users a special benefit somehow so you will see and some we have
a really big release coming up soon probably early next month or the end of
this month and we're thinking about how to incorporate ZILLA black into that
release it will happen but we probably won't announce how we will incorporate
ZILLA black initially but we're thinking about it
and we're definitely going to develop some special features for ZILLA back. Are
there additional features coming yeah of course we're developing a ton of new
features for both the user and for teams who are listing on ZILLA. We still
haven't released the the translation function yet that's very important
because then our Japanese, Chinese and Korean users can see projects in their
native languages so that's definitely high priority for us there's we used to
be very open with our new features but actually we were getting copied when we
did that so we kind of had to close it up a bit and remember everything we do
was in Japanese Chinese Korean and English so you know there's a lot of
teams who are watching what we do and some of our definitely peeking away
features that we're announcing so we've taken a step back when we decided not to
announce new features and unless it's imminent unless like the the feature
will be released within a week and a half or so
so bear with us. So next one's about KYC. KYC requires passport
Will there be, will other forms of IDs be supported?
so if we use regional KYC providers like KYC providers in Europe or KYC
providers in the US, South America South East Asia Africa for example then
we can provide other sorts of documentation but it's extremely hard to
integrate you know those KYC providers all around the world with different fees
different API,. no APIs in some case so it's just it's it's not really
possible it's um it's hard enough to implement KYC and accept passport
but for to do you know local licenses or ID cards is pretty much impossible so we
probably won't in the near future. So what's up with GD Token?
GD Token, yeah so again this kind of goes along with the ZILLA black
question. The GD token so ZILLA black for people who
participated in our ICO and GD tokens are you know people who held onto the
token to our ZILLA token so we haven't released the feature that will that that
will benefit the GD token holders yet but that's definitely in a pipeline it's
coming we have other things are kind of a priority ahead of that but they all
kind of tie in together it's funny like all this will make sense in hindsight
but I'm sort of speaking in the abstract because you don't know which features
are coming but it's definitely we haven't forgotten about it I mean
we enjoy GD token we think it's a novel idea we think the badge that it enables
is really cool but it's going to take time we have limited developers and
we've got a ton of developers but you know it's very hard every pixel has to
be designed and implemented so things just take a long time. When will you get
bigger ICOs. Are ICOs still signing up for ZILLA? So okay ICOs are still signing
up for sure and there they tend to be a bit more sophisticated teams so they're
companies who may have a user base or may have been in business or you know
definitely not first-time entrepreneurs those type of bit more mature a bit more
thought-out go to market strategy for example so they're signing up but it's
definitely decrease the market as you know is especially like today it's it's
going to hell so there's less ICS but there is still there's still new ICO
signing up to ZILLA. We're still approaching new ICOs they're still
approaching us so when will we get what was it bigger
ICOs I guess. Yeah. that's such a silly question that's like asking like
they all start somewhere and you want to find them when they're small it's like
it's like music or a band right you're asking like what's the next big you know
hip-hop artists well I'm showing them to you but if you only see them when
they're in the top ten or when they're Eminem then that's stupid you have to
you have to do research I can't spoon feed you
you know projects like the projects that are on ZILLA like we had for example
asobi coin I don't know if you guys looked at that they're an established
company they're a game company that big games in Japan. Huge team hundreds of
employees you've got there's projects on ZILLA now that that are existing
companies that are good they have products out already and in their area
they have a huge following so you need to go out and research those ICOs
are interesting because there's pockets you know there's I have friends
who I speak with quite often who talked about ICOs like hey what about this
project what do you think about them I've never heard of them but if you
click their website once you're retargeted on Facebook and then you see
them on YouTube you see him here and you see them there and it seems like they're
everywhere but they're not actually they're just just pockets there's no way
and I still can reach everybody around the world I mean there's there's
projects I didn't know about until it was very late like like for example like
a basic attention token like I I heard about that right before their ICO
whereas like Binance I heard from right away because it was kind of in my it was
in my group most people didn't so it just it just depends like Cardano I
heard about them briefly before around the time of their ICO and that didn't
hear about them and then they were listed and then they for most people
that came out of nowhere but they had a huge following out here so it really
just depends you have to take the time and learn about projects and if you
think they're good participate in them that's just the way it is. So people
noticed our, ZILLA's slogan and branding has changed. What's the focus now and will
there be a revised whitepaper? So first of all there will not be a revised white
paper whatever we change you know there's a hundred changes that we more
there are hundreds of changes that we've made and strategy and and how our system
works since our crowd sale we can't change our white paper every time we do
that that's ridiculous and no one reads it first of all so no but we change the
website and you can tell it I like it I like it better
it's just preference really but you know as we add functionalities to
ZILLA of course you know the not the slogan but the catch copy will change
that's just the way it is like we launched the wallet so we have to
include the wallet in all of this now it's not just about only ICOs and as
we launch other features we have to be inclusive of those other features also
also um you know getting approved with Apple if you guys have been with us for
a long time you you know how difficult that process was and it's really
about how we frame the company and how we frame what we do so initially as I
suspect it was very difficult for us to get approved because we listed ICO
everywhere but if we just said for example we just said you know blockchain
crowdfunding app I think we would have gotten approved right away so going
forward I think we're putting a bit more thought into what Google
Apple what and not just the Google Play Store but like Google Ads or Facebook
ads you know what they pick up in our app if we start if we say ICO everywhere
you know we get rejected right away but if we say you know crypto asset
marketplace then not so much so yeah definitely
we're we're testing we're tweaking what we say that's nuts in four languages
remember so it's very difficult it takes a long time but we test it we see what
data comes back what works and then we change that's that's how a modern

Angela Brown's Top 10 Cleaning Pet Peeves for 2019 - Duration: 12:47.
It's time for another Angela Brown Top 10 list.
I know, I love these as well.
All right. Top 10 list.
Today it's going to be my top 10 pet peeves.
Now, these are not just my pet peeves.
But I belong to a lot of house cleaning groups.
We have Facebook groups, we have a consulting group, we have online training, we have a
whole bunch of people that we're working with
and they are house cleaners and cleaning business owners.
When I bring you my top 10 list, it's a conglomerate of all of our angry moments.
Now, when customers are not looking, we get into our own little chats, and some of them
will say, "You know what I hate?
I hate it when a customer does this."
And then someone else will pounce in and they're like,
"Yeah. Me too. You know what I hate?"
And then it just goes crazy.
So I'm going to give you the top 10 for 2019.
Now, if you are a homeowner and you have house cleaners that come to your house, if you change
these top 10, you're probably going to get along okay with your house cleaner.
But these top 10 things are going to make any house cleaner just squirm.
All right, so here are the top 10 pet peeves from house cleaners.
All right.
The first one on the list, and this is in no particular order.
They're all equally weird.
All right.
One of them is a customer will reprice a job.
You get to a customer's house and you have a set price.
Then the customer will say, "Oh, well, we didn't use the dining room this week, so I
took $10 off your pay."
Like what are you thinking?
You don't get to do that because you don't get to stop the process of dust falling in
that room.
Then when you come back to clean that room later on at a later date, it's only going
to be that much dustier.
You don't get to change the pricing of a job based on your use or not use of that room,
okay?
If that room was included when the house cleaner bid the job, you need to still fork out that
money and they still need to clean that room, okay?
You don't get to reprice the job.
All right, the next pet peeve is people working under your feet.
Now, this is one of my personal pet peeves but it bothers all of us.
For example, let's say that I'm standing right now at a kitchen cupboard and I'm wiping the
cupboard down and doing things, and someone comes in right behind me, right behind me,
and starts making a sandwich.
All right, well, I don't know that they're there or I'm aware that they're there, but
I don't know exactly where they are because I'm focused right here in front of me.
So, I'm cleaning stuff and then I take a step backwards, and I step on their foot.
Ah, I hate that.
Or let's say that I'm standing at the sink and they just reach around me so they can
rinse their hands off while my hands are already in the kitchen sink.
I'm like, you all are in my personal space.
I don't like people right under my feet because they're making messes quicker than I can clean
them up and it makes me really nervous.
Like why are you right here?
There's a whole house.
Why are you in this exact same space that I'm in?
Then if I step on their toes or I bump into them or whatever, I feel stupid and I say
something ill like, "Oh, my gosh.
I'm so sorry.
I'm in your way."
Then I try to move out of the way and get my cleaning stuff and go to another room until
they're done making their sandwich.
That throws me off schedule.
Not cool at all.
If the house cleaner is there and you are in their way,
just get up and go to the next room.
Don't be in the same room as the house cleaner.
Let them go to the other room and do their cleaning.
Just stay in different rooms.
All right, the next pet peeve.
Unwarranted cancellations.
An unwarranted cancellation is like, "I feel like sleeping in today, so don't bother coming."
What do you mean "don't bother coming"?
I blocked out a four-hour window for cleaning your house.
I spent a good bit of last night packing all my cleaning supplies and the special stuff
that you need for your house.
Then I hired two people that are coming with me and the three of us are coming to clean
your house.
What do you mean "don't come today" because you want to sleep in?
That's an unwarranted cancellation because then suddenly you don't get paid for the time,
because the customer's not going to pay you unless you have a no cancellation policy.
Then you have two other employees that you hired that now don't have a job to go to,
so you still have to pay them because you've hired them for that time.
Weird stuff happens.
So, unwarranted cancellations, not cool.
Never was cool.
Never will be cool.
Unless you have a really good reason, like being sick.
Now, being sick is the next pet peeve.
I do want you to cancel if you're sick.
We don't want to come to your house if you're sick.
One of the big pet peeves is when you get to a customer's house and you're healthy,
and you're well, and you're ready to go clean their house, you got all your supplies and
you've blocked out the time on the calendar, then you get there and they say, "Hey, we
know you charge a cancellation fee, so we didn't want to cancel our cleaning, but I
got a house full of sick people in there.
So, just kind of work around them and try to be quiet."
Are you serious?
No.
I can't stay because if I stay, I'm going to get sick.
Then it's not just that I would have canceled on your house and you would have missed your
cleaning, but if I get sick, then all the customers I was going to go see this week,
I have to call out on them.
I can't just cancel.
I mean, I can't just go to their houses because I will get them sick.
Out of courtesy to my other customers, I have to cancel the cleaning.
It's a huge pet peeve.
Not cool at all.
All right?
All right, then moving on to the next pet peeve.
Personal items.
Now, I have to say this because this is common sense,
and you just expect everybody knows this,
but everybody does not.
If you are a homeowner, please listen up.
Everyone has moments, and those moments include personal items.
Those are dirty diapers, and tampons, and maxi pads, and condoms, and things of that
nature.
I won't go into any other detail, but I will just say there are moments that require your
personal clean up.
You don't want to clean up any of that stuff from another person.
You want them to clean up their own stuff.
A house cleaner doesn't want to come in and clean up that stuff from you either.
Yes, I know you're paying them to clean your house, but there are personal items from those
moments in your life that you get to clean up just because you're a grownup.
It's just part of growing up and being human.
We flush the toilet after we're done.
That is part of being human.
We don't leave poop in there for the house cleaner to find.
Because, I promise you, here's what happens.
Mrs. Jones, the house cleaner's going to walk in your bathroom, she knows you're the only
one that's been at home all day, it's your poop.
Suddenly, she's looking at you like, "Oh, that's Mrs. Jones' poop."
She's just tagged that to you.
She just made a weird association with you because you did not flush the toilet.
Please, if you have a house cleaner come to your house, be courteous and clean up your
moments before they get there.
All right, now while we're speaking of clean up, let's go to the next pet peeve, and this
is an innocent pet peeve because Legos, those little plastic blocks that stick inside each
other, they're everywhere, and they're very hard to find, and they hide around legs of
chairs, and underneath couches and sofas, and they hide in the corners of rooms where
the carpet meets the wall, they hide everywhere.
I understand that they're hard to find.
But they break vacuums.
When you vacuum one up and you hear that really loud clunkity clunk, now I got to stop and
take my vacuum apart.
Now, in a lot of cases, we use the customer's vacuum, and we don't want to break your vacuum.
We really don't.
But when we vacuum up your Legos, it breaks your vacuum.
Just a word to the wise, if you have kids and you have Legos, you need to do a thorough
sweep of the house, and the kids can help you with this.
Whoever finds the most Legos that are hidden on the floors gets a prize.
But you want to do this before every time the house cleaner comes.
You do not want to leave this stuff for the house cleaner.
Another pet peeve.
Legos.
All right, and another pet peeve is nit picking the job before I'm finished.
Now, you say, "Well, who would do that?"
Well, I don't know who does that.
But a lot of customers think that while you're cleaning, they get to waltz in and they get
to critique the job that you're done before you're done.
I don't know why, but it is a huge pet peeve of a lot of house cleaners.
Let's say that you have a system where you dust first, you dust your way down, you wipe
things down, and you put things away, and then you sweep and mop the floor as you leave
the room.
That makes common sense.
There you are, dusting, you haven't wiped anything away, you haven't put anything away,
and a customer will come in and point to something on the floor and they're like,
"Oh, you missed a spot."
No, no, I didn't miss a spot.
I haven't got to that yet.
When people are hovering and they're micromanaging you, it just makes you nervous and it throws
you off your game and you just want to go like,
"Go. Shoo. Get out of here."
Because when you check your checklist off at the end of your job, that says I've inspected
the room, and it meets my level of expectation, now, now only the checklist, now do you get
to critique it and see if I need to come back and re-clean it.
You don't get to come in in the middle of the job and critique it.
That's a pet peeve.
All right, now a pet peeve.
Unorganized or knick-knacks in the wrong place.
That's a huge pet peeve.
What that means is there are a lot of little trinkets and gadgets and things that are important
to people, but they're not important to the house cleaners.
When we look at them, we don't know that they're important to you.
A lot of them have sentimental value.
We need you to put those in glass cases where they won't get dusty, and where we won't bump
them accidentally and have them fall, crashing to the floor, and break.
There's one house that I went to and they have collected golf balls.
I'm sure that the golf ball meant something for every different game that they played.
It was in this great big case, but the case didn't have any glass on the front of it.
They were all just sitting there on these little humpty bumps, like a little golf ball
in every little slot.
There was a whole wall of them.
But every time you go to dust that, because it collects a lot of dust, every time you
go to dust it, they would all come crashing to the floor.
Then you're sitting there horrified because you don't know in what order the balls went,
and they all have little logos on them, and you don't know if one was more important than
the other, and you just wished it wouldn't have happened.
It would have been lovely if the owners would have just had a piece of glass put on the
front of it so that you could dust the outside of the box.
Dust doesn't get to the inside.
You don't have to mess with that every time, and you don't have to go chasing 30 different
golf balls that are now skating around the floor.
It's little things like that.
Knick-knacks, please, put your knick-knacks away.
Protect your knick-knacks, put them in glass shelves, put them in china cabinets, whatever
you want to put them, but keep them away from the regular maintenance cleaning because we
are moving fast through a house, being productive and efficient.
If we bump that, they all go crashing to the floor.
The next pet peeve, everybody hates it, customers hate it, house cleaners hate it, and that's
hair.
You go, "Hair?
Everyone has hair."
Yes, they do, and so do pets.
House cleaners get called back.
The number one reason they get called back is for hair.
There will be like a hair on the bathroom floor or there will be a hair behind the door.
Then they have to come back and they have to re-clean.
Well, guess what?
We hate hair, too.
We get to your house and there's all this dog hair.
You got hardwood floors and there are gobs of dog hair underneath your sofas and behind
the doors.
You go in the bathroom and there's like lady hair and it's all over.
Or there might be whisker, beard hair inside the sink.
People just leave it there and there's like more hair.
You have to clean up all the hair before you can even start your regular cleaning.
It just takes a bunch of extra time.
Then if you start moving about and dusting stuff, then the hair that you didn't clean
up, then it goes flying all over, and you just make a bigger mess.
You do have to in and you got to vacuum everything before you start cleaning.
That's a colossal waste of time.
You don't want to pay a house cleaner housecleaning prices to come in and vacuum up hair.
That's something that you can do before they get there.
My recommendation is take responsibility for the hair in your house.
Before the house cleaner comes, run over real quick with a vacuum all the things like the
tiled bathrooms or the hardwood floors where it's going to gob up and it's just going to
dance around and float into the next clean area.
No, just hurry and vacuum it up.
Then when the house cleaner gets there, they can focus on things like baseboards and blinds,
and all the stuff that you don't really want to clean.
A pet peeve is hair.
All righty.
Those are my top 10 pet peeves for 2019.
I know, they're horrible, right?
But if you master these, you and your house cleaner are going to get along just fine.

in this sense Tyler and Bryce Kloster developed the connect R.
The new connect R is a binding for the resort rider who wants to cover everything,
from resort to backcountry.
You can even use this binding on a solid board.
The Karakoram Prime Connect R - R stands for reactive. That refers to the highback
It is an reactive highback. We differ between three different highbacks in the Connect series.
We have the soft flex highback, the reactive highback and the ci highback.
The connect R weighs 810 grams and is now equipped with an EVA footpad
for a better feeling and handling.
The Connect R is like every other Karakoram binding a self contained system.
The functionality comes from the highback bow.
That means: I have a bow which allows me to mount the binding on the board
and to unplug it.
Just with one click is the binding connected and ready to go.
And with just another click the binding is disconnected.
Included in delivery is the binding, EVA damping plate, toe strap, an air ankle strap
new micro buckles, reactive highback, forward lean, ride mode and tour mode.
That is equipped with the Prime Connect R.
That means, I have the bindings with two position points which I apply here and than I push the highback up.
And now the binding is locked.
I open the binding
and the buckle
and connect the binding, cut back and the binding is more or less in tour mode.
To simplify the ascent we have the flipspeedriser.
You can use it, when it's getting steep. Just open and activate it with the ski poles.
It is equally simple to disconnect the binding from tour mode and connect it with the ride mode.
