palace sources said Elizabeth will only allow Charles to operate as a shadow King
That news counters claims in the book by Robert Jobson, which stated, "Some close to the monarch say if she reaches 95
she will officially transfer all executive powers to him, as Prince Regent
.Other sources insisted the concerned Queen thinks Charles is "unfit to rule"
.The Royal Family has not responded to the National Enquirer's report
Princess Diana's former butler Paul Burrell revealed Prince Charles will never be King
After working with the royal household for ten years, Paul Burrell knows more than most how the senior members of the family operate
And in an exclusive interview with Now To Love, the former royal butler has sensationally claimed Prince Charles will never be King
Plus he opens up on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's family plans,
the Royal Wedding and what Prince William and Duchess Catherine will call their third child

The wheels are already in motion with Her Majesty handing over several important roles to her first-born son,
Prince Charles to prepare him for his future role as King
But Paul believes the monarchy is set to get a major shake-up when The Queen passes away
"It's a very controversial prediction but we will never see King Charles and Queen Camilla sat on the throne of England
.Watch that space," the 59-year-old tells us from the South African jungle
Paul continues: Why? Because when The Queen dies and she'll be a hundred and something, she will never abdicate
.When she dies, I think Charles will do the right thing and say, 'I'm far too old for this responsibility'
"And wouldn't the world and the Commonwealth much prefer a younger King and Queen – the beautiful Catherine and William?
I think that is the way forward for the Royal Family"
While the palace would never comment on a possible abdication from Prince Charles,
Paul also speculates that while Prince William and Duchess Catherine will be fast-tracked to the top job,
Prince Harry is becoming just as influential as his late mother, Princess Diana

He can do things which his brother can never do,
because his brother is destined to be King with his wife Catherine beside him," Paul says
"You shouldn't be surprised that in Harry's mind, everything revolves around his mother

Over the weekend, Kensington Palace announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will invite up to 2640 people,
including members of the public from various of their beloved charities, to their May 20th wedding at Windsor Castle
Paul says he's not surprised by this gesture and it echoes the same generous and inclusive spirit that Princess Diana embodied
"Now they're gown up, they intend to honour their mother in different ways
.I'm not surprised Meghan and Harry are inviting people from their charities to the wedding," the father-of-two notes
"Harry, above William really, will finish his mother's work

Paul, who rose to fame as Princess Diana's butler and best friend after working for the Princess of Wales from 1987 until her death ten years later, also thinks Meghan and Harry will start a family this year

"I can see William and Kate with a little Berties

Paul also thinks they won't stop at three!
"There will be one more! There'll be four, they want four and there'll be four babies for William and Kate
.Just like The Queen, there was a gap between her [two kids] but William and Kate are running out of time,
so they better get on with it! [Laughs]"

so pixel 3 verse iPhone XS which one shoots better video because this channel
is all about video production I wanted to just take these both out shoot video
a non-biased review straight to the point which is what we all love and you
can decide for yourself which one you like better one quick note is both of
these were shot in fully automatic mode on both the iPhone and the pixel you
could obviously get much more in depth with your settings with something like
filmic Pro on the iPhone which will let you adjust aperture and shutter speed
and ISO since most of us naturally just go right to the camera app and start
recording videos or take photos I let the camera do the work for me and I just
simply tapped on what I wanted to focus and I let it do the rest if the exposure
was really off I adjusted slightly just to make sure they stayed consistent but
that's it the camera is doing the job one thing to note is the iPhone shoots
in 24 frames a second at 4k the pixel cannot shoot in 24 frames a second it
can only shoot in 30 frames a second so both of these tests were shot in just
what they can shoot in 24 frames a second here 30 frames a second here so
here we go here's some side-by-side shots of the iPhone first 2 pixel 3 24
frames per second the camera doing all the work but when
it comes to slow motion they both have great capabilities the iPhone shoots it
in 240 frames a second and so does the pixel but the way the pixel kind of lays
it out is quarter speed eight times speed because they don't lay it out in
actual frames per second so here's some slo-mo mode
here's 240 frames a second on the iphone xs and here's that same exact shot on
the pixel 3 alright stabilization tests we're just gonna walk this is iphone XS
I'm gonna walk as I would normally I'm not trying to overthink my walking just
walking stabilization tests of the pixel three just walking not overthinking my
walking I think this one's way better here's a few tests letting some cars go
through the frame and also just testing rolling shutter whether that's actually
at a problem on both these phones both of them seem to handle this pretty well
I don't really notice much rolling shutter and of course because my
channels for some reason talks a lot about auto focus let's do it all the
focus test between the pixel three and the iPhone one thing you probably
noticed is just how much smoother the iPhones autofocus was you can see as my
hand comes up and then leaves the frame how smooth that transition is from
foreground to background something that I think is super important and autofocus
if you wanted to look natural the pixel three did the speed fine but it just is
a very unnatural shift from forward to back so that's one thing to keep in mind
if that's big important to you it's not super important for the most part when
you're shooting on your phone but if you are looking for some sort of natural
transition between the two I think the iPhone definitely wins there
one important thing to note when it comes to video on the iPhone is unlike
the artificial portrait mode that they pixel can pull off with photos because
there's only one lens on this and there's two lens on the iPhone when you
zoom in in video mode you're actually zooming in when you do the two times
zoom and the iPhone to a different lens which is naturally gonna give you not
just a different look but it's also gonna give you just a better overall
image because it's not digitally zooming in so if you do shoot a lot of stuff
that you zoom in on your phone just know that when you zoom in on video on the
pixel it's digitally zooming in I'm gonna zoom in on the iPhone it's gonna
be do more of a natural zoom because it has that extra lens to jump through so
this is standard mode from the iPhone if i zoom in to two x mode there you can
see that naturally you're going to get a little compression now when the
background is gonna be a little a little bit out of focus and it's just gonna be
a nice looking bitch on the pixel 3 there that's the
default mode and if i zoom in and want some more zoom doesn't look bad but you
can see how it obviously is digitally zooming and it's not actually zooming in
on the lens which plays a factor
now a huge part to me about the front-facing camera is actually more for
Instagram stories and more for like selfie mode type of video so I took it
to Instagram and I just directly did a comparison in the Instagram video
platform and then I just saved that file directly to the phone to see which one
looks better this one was actually really surprising me just how much
better the iPhone looks from Instagram now obviously you can record these
videos even front-facing camera as a file and then upload it and it will
still look a little bit better but it is interesting to see just how much better
quality the iPhone gets then they pixel three so now this is Instagram story
directly in the iPhone XS what does it look like Instagram is going to do their
own sort of compression and their own sort of changes to it so it's just to
see what it looks like straight from the XS
and this is the iPhone XS front-facing camera just similar style maybe we were
vlogging maybe we're doing some sort of just talking to the camera and how does
the audio sound we got some cars driving by here we got leaves we got some wind
how does it sound how does it look
facing pixel 3 video test this would be just if I was actually using my phone
maybe the vlog something like that where I'm kind of just looking at the camera
nothing crazy definitely feels like it's a pretty
tight shot but not bad how does the audio sound we want to see how audio
sounds because if you are obviously talking to the camera it's important to
be able to see how good you can hear so definitely a big difference in terms of
video quality but also sound quality the microphone without question on the
iPhone is significantly better and just quality sake which I never really
realized a lot because I never compared them except for this video definitely a
big difference in audio quality okay so hopefully you found this review helpful
and not that I think any of us really pick our phones based on video quality
but if you're someone that is starting to get into YouTube we're starting to
get into something where the phone may be the best option you have maybe that's
a big factor to you and at the end of the day it's nice knowing that the video
quality continues to improving it better and better from our phones just it's
crazy five years ago we didn't even have this kind of quality of a camera now we
have it on phones it's just incredible so for any of you that are thinking

videos the cameras that you have in your pocket are mind-blowing ly good for the

We have had a bit of a run on fake videos at the moment and this continues with a man
who created arguably the most famous fake video of them all
And it was all done in age pre-cgi, yet for decades it fooled many
Experts and your average man on the streets a like.
Today we live in an age when video can be so convincingly created that countries like
china are evening replacing real people with digitally rendered creations.
So how did the 'alien autopsy hoaxers' pull such a long running con so successfully
for so many years?
Let's take a look.

I think just about everyone with an interest in the world of the UFO phenomena has seen
or at least heard of the 'Alien autopsy' video.
Created by Rob Waugh the film has been seen some 12 million times but the films maker
has recently stepped out to reveal the truth behind the famous hoax.
For those that have not seen it, the short film contains very realistic images of an
autopsy which looks as if it is being carried out by pathologists from a government agency,
they are even dressed in the correct haz-mat suits for the time.
The films maker a former magician has now stepped from the shadows to tell his story.
He has seen the events made into a movie and screened on many TV shows and it is easily
found across the internet.
He now wants the world to know how he had fooled so many for so long.
Talking about the alien creature seen on video, he explains how he had a foam body created
and then filled it with organs he had obtained from a local butchers shop.
The hoaxer had experimented with different substances to see which would look most authentic
when on film, he even went as far to try different types of jams to get the best look for when
the alien's brain is examined.
The film was shot in his London apartment where once he had completed filming he spliced
his footage into a 1947 Pathe newsreel, this was an igneous move and fooled film experts
from companies like Kodak.
Many news outlets went on to show this video appearing on media giants like the BBC and
Fox this meant the hoax reached over 11.7 million people.
If it was known to be fake this would make for a good diversion by those in government
who wished to perpetuate the myth that extraterrestrials are not real, or maybe that's just the conspiracy
part of my brain kicking in!
The video is said to be based on elements of truth in order to give it more credibility
in the eyes of the UFO community, and the world as a whole.
The video suggests that it linked to events such as Roswell and that it is part of project
blue book, Ray Santilli claimed to be a cameraman that received the video from a former employee
of area 51.
but The whole things was a clever fake which used
well sourced props and a very good alien corpse dummy.
The truth is that it was made on a slim budget in a small London flat by a group of friends
thinking that the idea was a hoot.
They had no idea it would be taken so seriously and grow so big.
The project only took them 10 days to complete, but has now been in the public eye for more
than 22 years.
A book is in the works which will tell all on how they made the video and created such
amazing effects especially for the time, an age before computer manipulation of images.
Today if a group decided to pull the same stunt it would far easier and we often do
see some crude attempts surface on the internet.
The technological now exists that could make a digital image perfect and utterly believable.
We can see this idea coming into play today.
China has just revealed to the world a new AI newsreader, its appearance movements and
gestures are almost impossible to tell apart from a real person.
China's state news agency Xinhua introduced the newest members of its newsroom who will
report "tirelessly" all day every day, from anywhere in the country and will obviously
have no problem reporting untruths and propaganda on behalf of those that program it.
This artificial anchor is named Qiu Hao.
The anchor is seen, wearing a red tie and pin-striped suit, all can be easily changed
with a click of the mouse.
He nods his head in emphasis, blinking and raising his eyebrows slightly.
Xinhua also showed off an English-speaking AI, based on another presenter, who adds:
"The development of the media industry calls for continuous innovation and deep integration
with the international advanced technologies … I look forward to bringing you brand new
news experiences."
These anchors were developed through machine learning to simulate the voice, facial movements,
and gestures of real-life broadcasters, to present an image that would be identical to
an actual person on film but opens up a can of worms and questions.
Why do we need this?
Why choose news anchors?
Who gets to program what is said?
China is giving us a sneak peak of what is coming in our future, recently at a conference
in Wuzhen southern China, those in attendance saw their photos flash up on a screen as soon
as they passed through security check points, facial recognition technology scanning everyone
entering the event in real time.
Companies have been discussing cooperating with law enforcement, providing information
for negligent citizens to be put on social credit blacklists.
We have all become Targeted individuals a topic you can learn more about in the video
linked above.
This dystopian future is almost a certainty with our current dependence on digital media.
Older analogue technologies and images could protect us from these digital manipulations.
It is considerably harder to fake physical film and this is the reason I tend to look
more at older film and photos to prove that we are being visited by entities from outer
space.
There have been attempts to pull the wool over people's eyes in the past and these
were quickly revealed to be hoaxes.
• A 1949 science fiction movie, "The Flying Saucer," purported to contain scenes of a
captured spacecraft; an actor actually posed as an FBI agent and swore the claim was true.

• In 1950, writer Frank Scully reported in his book "Behind the Flying Saucers" that
the U.S. government possessed no fewer than three Venusian spaceships, together with their
humanoid corpses.
Scully had been fed the tale by two con men who had hoped to sell a petroleum-locating
device allegedly based on alien technology.
Fake!
• In 1974, Robert Spencer Carr began to promote one of the crashes from the Scully
book and to claim firsthand knowledge of where the preserved aliens were stored.
But as the late claimant's son admitted, Carr was a spinner of yarns who made up the entire
story.
Fake!
• In 1987, the author of a book on Roswell released the notorious "MJ-12 documents" which
seemed to prove the crash-retrieval story and a high-level government cover-up.
Unfortunately document experts quickly exposed these papers as forgeries.
Fake! • and In 1990, Gerald Anderson claimed that
he and other family members had been hunting rocks in the New Mexico desert in 1947 when
they happened upon a crashed saucer with injured aliens found among the still-burning wreckage.
Anderson released a diary his uncle had kept that recorded the event.
Alas, forensic tests showed that the ink used to write the entries had not been manufactured
until 1974.
Bringing us full circle back to the 'Alien Autopsy' Hoax we started with.
The alien-autopsy hoax represented the culmination of several years' worth of rumors, myths,
and outright deceptions.
If these hoaxes were good enough to fool people, we must be extra vigilant today and in the
future.
The advent of digital media and now it's open manipulation should have us questioning
almost everything we see.

How to troubleshoot the Arduino UNO error "avrdude: stK500_getsync() : not in sync" - Duration: 10:03.
Hello guys, welcome to my channel in this video let's see one of the worst errors
that you can get in Arduino. In the video I'll explain how to troubleshoot this
error, what causes this error and what is the solution. so, let's get started with the video.
For explanation I am using two boards both are Arduino UNO in which
one board is working perfectly fine and the other one has the problem.
so let's get started with the troubleshooting.
First let's do the cable & port test.
Now connect one of your Arduino board to the PC, next open your arduino IDE and select
the necessary board settings
now go to file and then go to examples and select any basic programs like blink
next upload your sketch to the board by clicking the right arrow which says
upload
as you can see we got the error but at this point of time we don't know what
the problem is. Is it a problem with the cable or the port or board itself.
let's test the sketch on a different board using the same port and the same sketch
let's now upload the same sketch to the other board. While uploading the
sketch to the other board I ran into a problem, I forgot to select the port
let's select the port and re-upload the same sketch
as you can see the sketch got uploaded properly and the blink program is
working. so from this we can conclude that our port and cable are working fine
let's now move on to the second test which is a board and chip test. the chip
and the board test can be done by exchanging the micro-controller chip
and reuploading the sketch
as you can see I got the same error as before so from this we can conclude that
the problem lies within the microcontroller chip and not with the
board. To verify this let's upload the same sketch to the other microcontroller
chip which was working fine and the board which *had the faulty chip
now we can confirm that the problem is with the microcontroller chip and not
with the board now let's discuss what causes this problem
This error can occur for a number of reasons and share a few here
first one is supplying high voltage, if you supply an Arduino board with more than
12 volts this will damage the chip and if you are not doing the circuit on
a breadboard the maximum voltage you can supply is seven volts, not more than that
the second reason could be a short circuit or a circuit which was not
grounded properly. Third reason I could think of us overloading your chip for
example you are connecting a circuit which needs a high power and without a driver
directly connecting to the Arduino then this could damage the chip fourth reason could be
fourth reason could be your microchip was not properly bootloaded or the bootloader was somehow
damaged while programming. Fifth reason I could think of us overwriting your chip
what I mean by this is you're overwriting your sketches constantly for
tests or anything else overwriting is not an immediate problem you can
overwrite that's not the issue but overdoing this could damage the chip
now let's see how to solve this problem the best thing you can do is taking
precaution always check your connections always ground your circuits properly do
not supply a voltage to your board or the chip and keep your reprogramming to
a certain limit but if you want to test certain circuits I recommend keeping a
separate chip for testing so even after taking precaution you encountered the
problem so what you can do there's only one solution
you have to replace the chip if you are replacing the chip always by a
boot loaded chip so you don't have to bootload yourself and if you have a
chip which was not boot loaded then a link of video in my channel where I've
