EVERY Pokemon With a Different/Alternate Form w/Monkiez! - Duration: 8:22.

EVERY Pokemon With a Different/Alternate Form! w/Monkiez!

What is up guys my name is Monkiez and welcome to another video.

In the Pokemon series, we now have over 800 Pokemon.

Lots of these Pokemon have great designs and some even have multiple variations, or forms

of their designs.

Since there are so many of these Pokemon with different forms I decided I'd make a video

covering all of them, so welcome to Every Pokemon With a Different or Alternate Form.

At the end of the video if you did enjoy be sure to leave a like, comment and maybe even

subscribe if youre new.

But with that being said, let's get started.

First off we have Pikachu, who has a bunch of different forms.

It has 5 different cosplay forms being Rock Star, Belle, Pop Star, Ph.D and Libre Pikachus,

along with the original cosplay Pikachu itself.

There are also 5 different cap forms being the Original, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos,

Alola and Partner Cap Pikachus.

Next we have Pichu who only has one different form which is the Spiky Haired form.

Next is Unown, who has 28 different forms to represent the 26 letters of the alphabet,

a question mark and an exclamation point.

Next is Castform, which has 3 different forms.

Sunny, Rainy and Snowy forms, which of course are activated depending on the current weather

condition.

Up Next is Deoxys, which has 3 forms, Deoxys attack, defense and speed.

It's base stats raise in the category that corresponds with the name of the form.

Next is Burmy and Wormadam, who have 3 forms each.

These are Plant, Sandy, and Trash cloak Burmy and Wormadam.

The form of Wormadam depends on what form of Burmy you evolve, they do not change forms.

Next we have Cherrim who has the overcast and Sunshine forms.

Its form changes whether or not the battlefield is sunny.

Next up there's Shellos and Gastrodon East and West Sea.

Their forms depend on where in relation to Mt. Coronet you catch them.

East Sea shellos and Gastrodon are East of Mt. Coronet, and West Shellos and Gastrodon

game.

Next is Giratina who has 2 forms it can switch between, its altered and origin form, which

OnePlus 6T Unboxing! - Duration: 9:13.

Okay, so this is what I got today I have no idea what's inside

and of course we're interested in this. So this is the midnight black 128GB model,

this is the retail version that you get from OnePlus this is not

the T-Mobile version. T-mobile version is slightly different it only has one

SIM. Whereas the original, this is the original, it has 2 SIM cards. So here's

the phone. There we go. So inside this box is a case

so every OnePlus 6T I think comes with a case and I think this is a QuickStart

guide. You know what I'm not going to bother. Right? Expert user here but yeah if you want

to read that, that's in there. Nice little silicone case. NFC sensor is located on

the center of the dual camera hub and you can see it's dual SIM.

Is it dual SIM?

Is it single SIM? Actually if you go Google search this right now, there's nothing

about OnePlus 6T being dual SIM, not on any one single tech site so, here. It is

dual SIM. Alright, we got that out of the way. So if you get the official official

version like this one, you're gonna get dual SIM. If you get the T-Mobile version,

you're gonna get the single SIM version. So here's the in-display sensor.

So we'll go ahead and just go through this real quick. So the notch just has a

single camera. That's not too bad. This is actually pretty good implementation of

notch since you can pretty much use most of the room except

for the center. So, here's the fingerprint. How do I use this? This is way slower

than the back. Alright. Yeah it's much harder process. Okay. So yeah off the bat you

have less bezels on the bottom. The display has gotten a little bit taller

you can see due to the smaller notch and also not having a fingerprint

sensor so a lot less bezels up at the top and the bottom. Let me actually

show you what's in the rest of the box. I've got an invitation letter,

one from CEO. Let me welcome you to the OnePlus community

Alright thanks Pete. DASH charge obviously. Alright. This is not gonna Quick Charge any

of your other devices. This is 5 volts 4 amps. You get nice USB type-C red and white as

usual. Oh God, oh this is horrible. Starting with the

OnePlus 6T, I hope they don't make it a habit you're gonna have to use this for

your headphones. I mean it's not a huge deal if you just use one headphones then

you can just go ahead and tape this on to your headphone, end of your headphone

so it doesn't fall. That's what I would do so you won't lose it. But I literally

hate these things. It's too hard to put them anywhere where do you put

this you can't put them with your keys, it's just a little piece it's

dangling. Who invented this? I think it's going backwards but this is probably the

nicest designed headphone jack adapter. That's all it's in the retail box and I

got a nice little microfiber cloth I actually really like these. You should

always clean your smartphone with a microfiber cloth. Make sure you get a

lens cleaner, yeah. Do this because this will make your screen scratch so much

less, yeah. Wow actually though, this one actually works real well. I actually like

it yeah ,it's not bad. It's pretty nice microfiber cloth, folds

nicely. So let me actually go over these case because every time I get these I

never actually do them. Wow, okay I actually like this one. Oh nice little

mesh case . It's a some kind of cloth. Really like it. I really like this. Yeah

nice little finish. Damn I love these cases though. These cases definitely

recommended, yeah, any of these. Let me unbox this one real quick and then we'll

go into all this stuff. So these are the headphones that it comes with. So one

good thing is they actually ship with USB type-C headphones that you can use

right away. So, if you don't want to use the adapter and

just plug this in. Yeah, plug it in, boom! Yeah I actually like these, they are pretty

simple earbuds. These are actually the ones I prefer. Sometimes, I go to bed and

I put them in my ears. So I we like how it fits right in and when

you sleep flat, it won't get in the way so I I like these. These are

like pretty much like the old traditional earbuds. But I actually

like them, I don't like them at an angle, I don't like the weird plastic ones, these

are really comfortable at night. Yeah, looks pretty good. Let's try again, one,

two, three. One, two, three. So if you wait till the screen is on a little bit then

you can see it. I guess as long as you can see it then, yeah it's fast. It's fast

yeah. The camera, it's pretty much same as before but you

get Night Shot, Nightscape sorry. This is sort of similar to Night Sight on

Pixel 3 but I did a test on my OnePlus 6, it comes nowhere

close. It's a little bit better than normal HDR. So, it's got

T--Mobile Wi-Fi calling and Verizon.(Sorry no Wifi Calling on Verizo n actually)

So that's really interesting.

How good is the camera on it? It should be very good. There is already a Google

Pixel 3 camera you can download with NightSight working. I'll try to make a

video for you guys soon but you can already grab the Night Sight and I tried

it. Once you install that, your night photography is just as good as using

real Pixel 3, almost as good. Pixel 3 is slightly clearer, but amount

of exposure. Yeah. So OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T, one of the first phones to

get NightSight on the Pixel 3 camera and you can already use Pixel 3 HDR.

The OnePlus 6 camera is not bad or the 6T camera, I think they're nearly identical

as far as hardware but I will definitely do a test to see if they're any

different. Worth it to go 3XL from 2XL? I don't know it's sort of

a minor upgrade, you may want to wait. Yeah. Pixel phones are never great deals

but if money isn't an issue, yeah definitely get it.

Is it worth upgrade from an Galaxy S8? Yeah, because you get the Snapdragon 845,

a lot faster processor and 8 gigs of RAM.

As far as just speed, it's just real fast on the OnePlus 6 devices or

the OnePlus 6T. So this is a OnePlus 6 and this is the OnePlus 6T.

I actually really like this finish so if you like to use your phone

naked. Is it worth to get go from Pixel 2XL to 6T you mean? I think so.

I mean, you get a faster processor and also Nigh Sight is

working. But yeah I'm really amazed with that let me see if I can get rid of the

notch. So notch display, what

you can do with the notch display um so if I hide; I don't know if that's

hiding it so much, because I think to truly really hide it you

got to bring down the actual status bar so you can use the whole thing but I

guess because this teardrop is not too huge,

I'm just gonnaa leave it, the notch is actually not bad. This is actually the

best notch I've seen I mean not the best but I don't like notch but this is at

least something I can bear with. It's just small it's a tiny thing yeah.

1080p screen? Yeah it's pretty good. OnePlus 6 was good OnePlus 6T is

pretty good. But it's obviously not 1440p so if your resolution

matters to you want to go with another phone though. Yeah that's the

only thing missing with OnePlus phones . Every year, but yeah it

still feels thin. You know. One thing I liked about the OnePlus 6 is that

it's super super thin. I mean it did get a little bit thicker, a little bit taller,

but yeah, I don't really notice it too much. It's not too bad yeah but yeah,

this is the new OnePlus 6T vs. the regular 6. Anyway guys I'm

gonna have to end it here because I gotta go pick up my daughter

but thanks for tuning in but I'll have a full comparison video of these two. And

yeah, I'm gonna actually test out. So now I'm going to be able to carry one

phone and enjoy both t-mobile and Verizon 4G LTE right on one phone. So

this is the world's first phone that can do that. Correct me otherwise.

There's no other dual SIM phone that actually can do that. Pixel phone's been

able to do it but not at the same time. So yeah, that's actually

amazing fact. Anyway, have a great day I'll see you guys soon. As always stay HIGH on Android!

How to Treat and Prevent Cavities the 100% Natural Way|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:08.

How to Treat and Prevent Cavities the 100% Natural Way

In addition to using this natural remedy, if you have cavities you should also go to the dentist and practice good oral hygiene to keep them from getting worse.

Cavities come from the breakdown of tooth tissue. It is permanent damage to the surface of your teeth that turns into small holes and black spots.

So, you'll want to take necessary steps to prevent cavities from forming.

They happen when there is an excess of acid produced by bacteria that live in your mouth.

They end up living in your teeth off of pieces of food or because of poor oral hygiene.

They're common in children and teens, though they affect people of all ages, even babies.

Getting them taken care of early is important for your health. Why? Well, they also affect your nerves and blood vessels, and can cause bad pain, infection, and even loss of the tooth.

Below we'd like to go over some of the main causes and give you a 100% natural way to help treat them.

Try it! Causes of cavities Cavities are formed by a process that begins with the formation of plaque on the enamel protecting your teeth. This substance creates a layer of food remains and bacteria.

And then, this becomes tartar.

The acids that the plaque gives off demineralize the hard enamel of your teeth. Hence the erosion that leads to holes, or cavities.

Then bacteria and acids get to the dental tissue.

In other words, they cause more damage.

Timely dental attention can keep you from losing the tooth.

However, if the infection takes hold, it can get to the very center of your teeth. That's when nerves and blood vessels get broken down, even completely damaging the tooth.

Risk factors Everybody is vulnerable to all kinds of factors that play a role in the formation of cavities.

The most common risk factors are: Sugary, starchy food Soda and other carbonated drinks Not brushing enough or properly Fluoride deficiency Dry mouth Gastric reflux Tobacco Eating disorders Symptoms of cavities Clinical manifestation of cavities varies from person to person, depending on severity and location. And at first, there are usually no symptoms.

Once it gets worse, though, these symptoms may appear: Sudden toothache for no apparent reason Sensitive teeth Mild pain when eating or drinking something sweet, hot, or cold Visible holes in your teeth Brown, black, or yellowish spots on the surface of your teeth Pain when chewing certain foods Bad breath Complications Not treating cavities can lead to complications. The most common ones include: Dental abscesses Severe pain Inflammation and pus around the tooth Broken or damaged teeth Movement in the position of the teeth Trouble chewing 100% natural way to treat and prevent cavities If you suspect a cavity, see a dentist.

But alongside an exam and treatment, there are other things you can do.

For example, here is a powerful natural remedy to help fight infection without being harsh on your teeth or gums.

Ingredients 1 tablespoon of water (15 ml) 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil (7 g) 1/4 tablespoon of mint oil (3 g) 1/2 tablespoon of powdered chlorophyll (7 g) 3 tablespoons of food grade diatomaceous earth (45 g) 1/4 tablespoon of baking soda (3 g) Tools A plastic jar Spoon or fork Toothbrush Preparation Add all ingredients to the plastic container and mix with a fork or spoon.

Make sure it's well-mixed, similar to the texture of normal toothpaste.

How to use Put the product on a toothbrush and brush like normal.

Use after each meal.

Use for at least a month for best results.

Other ways to fight cavities Along with this natural toothpaste, there are some other things you need to do if you want to prevent cavities.

Limit your consumption of sugary, processed food.

Replace soda with water or natural beverages, but not acidic ones.

Double down on your current oral hygiene; brush 3 or 4 times a day.

Floss, and use mouthwash to disinfect areas your toothbrush can't reach.

Anytime you suspect an infection, get it checked out right away.

Do you have any symptoms of cavities right now? Make this medicinal toothpaste before the infection gets worse.

If the problem persists or gets worse, see your dentist.

8 Things You and Your Partner Should Know About Love|HFE♪ - Duration: 10:23.

8 Things You and Your Partner Should Know About Love

Things aren't always going to be easy.

That's why you need to work with your partner to get through the difficult times and keep in mind these 8 things you both should know about love.

Relationships are incredible acts of love that require work, compassion, and commitment in order to succeed.

With divorce rates at their highest levels, however, the reality is that many people take big steps in relationships without knowing what awaits them.

Once the honeymoon is over, they have to get back to reality and move on with their lives.

In a lot of cases, you have to learn to face difficulties with your partner.

It's also possible that the marriage will reach a breaking point if things don't go well.

If you've just taken this big step in life or are about to do so, remember the following things that you should talk about honestly with your partner before you get married.

The flame of love doesn't always burn like it did on day 1.

How many people give up on their marriage because they feel like the spark is fading?.

It might be hard to imagine that the feeling you're experiencing now could ever go away, but you'll have to find out for yourself what the true meaning of love is.

It's not always a romantic movie with a happy ending.

You have to be prepared to go through some difficult stages.

You both need to understand that even if the flame shines a little less brightly, it doesn't mean that your marriage is a failure. .

Love grows in different ways.

You don't necessarily have to be infatuated with someone to know that you're in love and have a successful marriage.

True love requires time and effort.

It needs a lot of care for it to flower.

You might be one of those people who thinks that there are only two extremes: to love or not to love.

However, this ignores the stages that are in the middle.

Let your marriage run its course and don't over-analyze the bumps in the road.

They will only make you wonder if you love your partner enough.

The attraction won't always be there.

It's safe to assume that you won't always feel physically attracted to your partner.

While attraction is considered very important in our image-conscious society, it's important to remember that even when you're with someone who you're very attracted to, the relationship doesn't always last.

This can cause phases of doubt when you question whether or not you still love your partner.

Questioning your relationship when attraction has changed is normal, and you should be able to talk with your partner honestly about it.

You have to show love even when you don't want to.

Things aren't always going to go great.

For this reason, it's easy to act almost like a child when your partner has hurt you.

When you are in such situations, your feelings of love may decline and you might be reluctant to show affection.

For a marriage to survive, however, it's important that you learn to swallow your pride and show your love, even when you don't want to.

Small, petty acts can cause resentment to grow in both yourself and your partner.

After an argument, try having a cup of tea or coffee and talking honestly with your partner.

Married life is a journey.

You might feel like you've already achieved the ultimate goal with your partner, but married life is difficult and you need help in order to grow and thrive, both as a couple and as an individual.

There will be difficult times that seem orchestrated to erase all emotions from you both.

Use these emotions to build your relationship up and not to tear it down.

If you can do this, you'll reap the fruits that marriage has to offer.

When you decide to talk honestly with your partner, you might both discover a lot of ways that you can grow together.

Having children causes strain in a marriage.

Everyone knows that having children is a wonderful phase in life, but at the same time it's very hard on a marriage.

It's possible that even if you have the best of marriages you'll suffer from some tension after having kids.

This is why it's important to talk about when you think it will be a good idea to have children.

Don't set aside your marriage during this time.

Take your time and strive to enjoy the moments that you can spend together.

Physical love requires an emotional connection.

Sexual activity in a couple is a vital way to show that you love and appreciate each other.

It's about learning to give and receive in a loving way, and not a method to gain power, security, or validation.

If the connection is based on feelings, your sex life is less likely to decline during the marriage.

Over time, your sex life will change, however, and this is normal.

Remember to talk with your partner and be open and respectful to what you both feel and want.

Marriage can't survive without communication.

Talking with your partner will allow you both to enjoy a successful marriage.

Repressing secrets and emotions only causes pain and results in the destruction of the relationship.

Share your feelings and emotions with your partner in a constructive way.

This will make both of you happier.

The tensions in your marriage will be released and you'll have honesty to buoy you along.

Things aren't always going to be easy.

That's why you need to work with your partner to get through the difficult times.

What is Meningitis?|HFE♪ - Duration: 10:58.

What is Meningitis?

Meningitis is a disease, normally infectious, that causes inflammation in the meninges.

This causes symptoms like fever, headaches and loss of attention   Meningitis is the inflammation of the membranes that coat the central nervous system, or meninges. Since it causes abnormal inflammation in the body, this inflammation is a disease.

The good news is that this disease is currently not very common.

It is normally caused by infectious agents.

The most common is viral meningitis.

However, the bacterial case is more serious.

Meningitis can end up damaging the brain.

Unfortunately, it can even lead to death.

That's why it's essential that you diagnose it and start to treat it as early as possible.

What are the meninges? Imagine for a minute that your brain is a type of fruit.

This fruit contains a nut and a liquid inside of it.

The liquid travels through various points of the nut in order to keep it in good condition.

Now, imagine that the skin of the fruit is the skull.

Then, what's under the skin, the nut, is our brain: soft, smooth, and fragile.

Underneath the skin- the external layer-of the fruit – there are three other layers through which the liquid circulates to preserve the fruit.

These three layers below the skull are the meninges.

They're three membranes that coat and protect the brain and the spinal cord, or the central nervous system.

Remember that the brain and the spinal cord are the most protected organs in the body.

The meninges not only absorb blows, but also act as "filters" to keep dangerous microorganisms from entering the central nervous system.

Meanwhile, a cerebrospinal liquid circulates through the meninges. This liquid also has protective and immune functions.

Distribution of meningitis Meningitis has become a frequent epidemic on the continent of Africa, especially in sub-Saharan Africa during the dry season. The epidemics in this zone last between two and three years, and are interrupted by periods of rain.

Unfortunately, the lack of medical attention causes high mortality rates in the population. The most grave meningitis epidemic that took place in this area was in the year 1996, causing more than twenty-five thousand deaths.

In western countries, bacterial meningitis affects three in every one-hundred thousand people. Meanwhile, the the virus affects ten in every one-hundred thousand.

Risk factors Dry seasons Children Contagious infections Immunosuppression Intoxication Causes of meningitis Meningitis is normally a consequence of another infection – usually a virus.

However, there are also non-infectious cases of meningitis.

Virus Enterovirus Simple herpes virus HIV West nile virus (transmitted through mosquitos).

Bacteria According to the age of the individual, there are different risks of infection that come from different microorganisms.

Newborns under three months: Group B Streptococcus E Coli Children over three months: Neisseria meningitidis Streptococcus pneumoniae Haemophilus influenzae Adults: Neisseria meingiditis Streptococcus pneumoniae Listeria monocytogenes How does the disease show up? The microorganisms get into the meninges through the blood stream, either directly or by contiguity.

The bacteria that are normally in the nose, mouth and pharynx that normally don't cause harm pass through the blood stream.

From there, they cross the blood-brain barrier in the zones where it is most vulnerable.

Then, the bacteria reaches the cerebrospinal fluid of the subarachnoid space and causes an infection in the meninges.  The other means of transmission are direct, like fractures in the skull, surgical interventions, etc.

or the transmission by contiguity from the zones like the para-nasal sinuses.

Symptoms Fever, especially in kids and newborns Shaking and chills Nausea and vomiting Photophobia Stiff neck Convulsions Headaches Decreased levels of consciousness The diseases comes about abruptly, with fever, headaches, nausea and vomiting. However, in children it can be less specific symptoms like irritability and drowsiness.  Cerebral damage Cerebral edema is an injury that often comes from inflammation.

This provokes an increase in the intracranial pressure, which makes it hard for blood to reach the brain.

Then, the brain does not get enough oxygen and the brain cells start to die.

In some cases, especially if the meningitis is not treated, the brain injury can be deadly.  Diagnosing Meningitis The suspicion of meningitis is always clinical.

However, getting an exact diagnosis occurs with a lumbar puncture.  Remember that a lumbar puncture is a procedure that consists of the extraction of the cerebrospinal liquid through a needle that doctors insert into the vertebrae.

Types of meningitis Meningitis can be viral or bacterial according to its etiological agent.

Viral meningitis has a mild prognostic and does not require treatment.

However, bacterial meningitis is very serious and requires hospitalization for treatment. This case has a high risk of death, even with treatment.

Also, you can divide the disease up according to its evolutionary course- acute, subacute and chronic.

however, this criteria is not commonly used.

Treatment The patient should be given antivirals and antibiotics as soon as possible.  To reduce inflammation and cerebral edema, doctors administer corticosteroids like dexamethasone. This reduces the risk of cerebral injury.

In addition, there are also general methods to help any acute infections, like drinking a lot of liquids, controlling your fever, etc.

Treatment at the right time greatly reduces the presence of other problems in the long run, as well as the risk of death.

Possible consequences Deafness Epilepsy Cognitive deficit Hydrocephalus Death Newborns and adults have between a twenty and thirty percent chance of the illness being deadly.

The risk decreases to two percent in older children.

Prevention Currently, a vaccine is being worked on for preventing meningitis in children. The vaccine is optional and can be administered after the child's first two months of life.

8 Natural Laxatives for Fighting Constipation|HFE♪ - Duration: 10:05.

8 Natural Laxatives for Fighting Constipation

Constipation is a gastrointestinal symptom that occurs when our digestive system isn't running smoothly.

There are things that we can do to in order to prevent complications from forming in our digestive tract and to fight constipation.

Natural laxatives are one of them.

A person with a healthy digestive system has a maximum of 3 bowel movements a day.

However, if a person only has between 2 or 3 movements a week, it's possible that he or she might be suffering from constipation.

When evacuation becomes painful, then there's a problem.

Our stool should be firm and dry.

If it has a different appearance, it's important to start some kind of treatment as well as some dietary changes.

Tricks for combating constipation Raise your fiber intake: fruits, vegetables and grains.

Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

Exercise (walk, run, dance).

Never force or interrupt defecation.

In addition, another way to clean out the body and speed up the digestive process is by taking laxatives.

In theory, you should always follow medical instructions when using pharmaceutical products.

However, there are natural laxatives available that offer the same effects without harming the body.

You can find them right in your pantry.

Coconut water Coconut water doesn't only have a refreshing taste.

It can also replenish your body's minerals, which is why it's a recommended beverage for hot seasons.

Among its properties are the following: Eliminates excess alcohol that accumulates in the body.

Raises platelet numbers and strengthens the immune system.

Cleanses the urinary tract and acts as a lubricant in the body.

Functions as a laxative that purifies blood.

Apple cider vinegar Apples stand out among other fruit because of their pectin content.

Pectin is a substance that's responsible for stimulating tissues in the intestine, which is why they're great for combating constipation.

The only thing you need to do is add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to your everyday drink.

Alternatively, you can just eat an apple because its fiber content gets the digestive system running.

Aloe vera In its raw state, aloe vera can act as a powerful laxative thanks to the fact that it contains anthraquinone.

This substance increases liquid content in the intestine.

Also, aloe vera removes the particles that accumulate in the digestive tract. A few drops of aloe vera in your beverage are enough to do the trick.

Chia and flax seeds Chia seeds have a high fiber content that's great for fighting constipation.

Flax seeds don't only provide omega-3, they also have alpha-linolenic acid, which helps prevent cardiovascular diseases andeliminates excess fat.

You should drink plenty of water with their consumption to soften their effect in the body.

Coffee Want another reason to drink coffee? Well, you should know that it improves digestion. As a result, it helps fight constipation.

When we eat food, our body releases hormones: gastrine and cholecystokinin, which are in charge of intestinal movement.

When we drink coffee, these hormones multiply.

As a result, stool can exit the body faster.

Baking soda This substance is responsible for making sure that air circulates quickly throughout the digestive system.

Baking soda reduces intestinal cramps, stomach pains and neutralizes acid.

This helps loosen the stool that clings to the walls of the digestive tract.

In addition, baking soda cleanses the colon.

How can you take it? To use this ingredient for constipation, you just need to add a tablespoon of baking soda to a cup of hot water.

Mix and drink quickly.

Repeat the process in the mornings for 3 days.

Prunes Prunes contain a substance called pectin.

Pectin functions similarly to fiber as it cleans out the excess fat and cholesterol.

Frequently eating prunes is a great trick for combating constipation.

How should you eat them? Leave 3 prunes to soak in a glass of water for the entire night.

Drink the water in the morning on an empty stomach.

Repeat the process for 3 days.

8. Vegetables Eating raw vegetables is also recommendable for fighting constipation.

It's worth mentioning that organic vegetables yield the best effects.

They're high in fiber and speed up metabolism.

Some of the best options include: Garlic Cabbage Onion Beet Broccoli Spinach Asparagus Artichoke Recommendations Eating beans frequently don't help with constipation, especially chickpeas, lentils or white beans.

The daily recommended amount of fruits or vegetables are 5 servings.

A handful of nuts a week will help boost metabolism.

Include products containing lactobacilli in your diet.

Get 30 minutes of physical activity a day.

How to Stimulate Your Partner's Nipples|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:25.

How to Stimulate Your Partner's Nipples

When it comes to stimulating your partner's nipples, communication is key, since you should always have mutual consent when it comes to intimacy.

Correct stimulation of the nipples can be a really pleasant experience.

After all, it's an ultra-sensitive area that contains many nerve endingswhich can help easily achieve an orgasm.

Although the level of excitation can vary with age, hormones, or the size and shape of their breasts, it's almost guaranteed to unleash multiple sensations if they're treated right.

The mistake that many people make is that they don't appreciate their sensitivity, treat them roughly, bite them, and otherwise cause pain.

Of course, preferences vary from person to person, but in general it's best to treat them delicately, slowly, and with different techniques.

Do you know the correct way to stimulate them? Since there can be many doubts when it comes to this, in this article we'll share some basic tips.

Soft caresses.

So that you don't give them a painful experience when you touch your partner's nipples, the best is to start off with soft caresses with no squeezing or biting.

A light stroke or movement with your fingers, tongue, or a soft object, will give them pleasant sensations which gradually build their level of excitement.

Kisses and movements with your tongue.

The tongue becomes the main player in foreplay.

Its texture and energy can help release strong sensations which heighten the sense of pleasure.

If you make the most of it in such a sensitive area like the nipples, it builds excitement, which in turn encourages lubrication of a woman's intimate area.

Delicate movements in a circular motion up and down work perfectly.

The important thing is to avoid roughly sucking or licking which, far from being pleasant, can be uncomfortable or painful.

Speed.

To begin stimulating the nipples, it's recommended that you start soft, regardless of what motion or part of the body you use.

As things get hotter, you can try different speeds, as much with the movement of your fingers as with your tongue.

Massages.

There are many ways to massage their breasts and nipples during sex.

It all depends on the moment, and more importantly, on your partner's preferences.

It should be done lightly and delicately almost always.

However, as things get more exciting, it can be done with more force, without becoming too rough.

To begin with, you can massage the nipple with the tips of your fingers.

Then, using circular motions, you can extend out to the full contour of the breasts.

The use of lubricants, creams, or oils can help make the experience even more enjoyable.

A light pinch.

At this point, it all depends on tastes.

It's important to "experiment" and, above all, have good communication with your partner so that the experience is pleasurable and not painful.

Pinching or gently twisting of the nipple can be very pleasurable once you've reached a certain level excitement during foreplay.

If she agrees to it, you can try a light twist with the fingers or a gentle bite.

The intensity can be increased if she agrees to it, or if when you do it she appears comfortable with it.

Massage with the genitals.

Massaging nipples with the genitals is a little more daring that what we've previously mentioned, but many couples do it and it's very effective.

Contact between the tip of the penis and the nipples can make both people tremble in an indescribable way.

Many men also manage to achieve an orgasm just by playing like this.

Temperature.

Trying out different temperatures can be useful for the stimulation of the nipples and for coming out of your normal sexual routine.

This technique can produce intense sensations which can help a woman reach a climax.

One simple method consists in carefully sliding a small ice cube over the nipples.

This can be done between two fingers, or even better, with the mouth.

You can also try out warm oils, or any substance with a different temperature.

The important thing is to be careful, particularly with hot substances, as you obviously don't want to sustain an injury.

Are you excited to try all this out? If you didn't already know these tricks, try them out the next time you're being intimate with your partner.
