Youtube daily Nov 19 2018

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you how to create a sun floating in deep space from scratch for versions CS6 and later.

This is an update of a tutorial I did many years ago.

Before we begin, if you're not already a subscriber to Blue Lightning TV , hit that small "Subscribe"

button at the lower, right corner.

If my tutorials have helped you learn or improve in Photoshop, I'd like to ask you to help

support my channel by becoming a channel member or by becoming a patron.

To become a channel member, click the "Join" button below the video or click the Patreon

card at the upper, right corner.

Create a new document by going to File and New.

Make the Width: 1920 pixels, the Height: 1080 pixels and the Resolution: 72 pixels per inch.

The Color Mode is RGB and 8 bits per Channel.

If the background isn't black, click it and pick black.

On this black background, we'll create a field of stars.

First, check your foreground and background colors.

If they're not black and white respectively, press "D" on your keyboard.

Go to Filter, Noise and Add Noise.

Make the Amount: 100%, Gaussian and Monochromatic.

Then, click OK or press Enter or Return.

Go back to Filter, Blur and Gaussian Blur.

Blur it: 0.3 pixels.

Open your Levels window by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + L. Make the Input Shadow: 190,

the Input Highlight: 240 and the Output highlight: 100.

The stars will look very faint, but they'll brighten up once we add clouds and color.

Click the New Layer icon to make a new layer.

Go to Filter, Render and Clouds.

Change its Blend Mode to "Color Dodge".

We'll make a new layer under the clouds layer by Ctrl-clicking or Cmd-clicking the New Layer icon.

Open your Brush Tool and Brush Picker.

We'll adjust the size in a moment.

Its Hardness is 0%, the Opacity is 10% and the Flow is 100%.

Click the foreground color to open the Color Picker.

Pick a bright color other than red or orange.

To make your brush bigger or smaller, make sure your CapsLock key is off

and press the right or left bracket key on your keyboard.

Make it approximately this size and gently brush over the stars.

Click your foreground color again and pick another bright color other than red or orange.

Click the foreground color one more time and pick a third, bright color.

Next, we'll create the sun.

Go to File and New.

Make the Width and the Height: 2500 pixels each.

Press "D" to make your foreground and background colors black and white respectively.

Go to Filter, Render and Clouds.

Go back to Filter, Render and Difference Clouds.

Repeat the last filter by pressing Alt + Ctrl + F on Windows or Option + Cmd + F on a Mac.

Go to Filter, Distort and "Spherize".

The Amount is 100%.

Spherize it again by repeating the last filter.

Open your Elliptical Marquee Tool and place your cursor slightly inside the corner.

Press and hold Shift as you drag the tool to a location slightly inside the opposite corner.

Go to Select, Modify and Feather.

Feather it 3 pixels.

To place it sun onto our star background, open your Move Tool by pressing "v" on your

keyboard and drag it onto the tab of your star document.

Without releasing your mouse or pen, drag it down and release.

Go to the sun layer and drag it to the top of the Layers panel.

Position the sun to a corner.

Click the Adjustment Layer icon and click "Color Look-Up".

Click "Load 3D LUT".

LUT is an abbreviation of "Lookup tables".

These preset filters change original colors in your image by remapping them to different,

specific colors to create certain looks.

Click "Edge Amber.3DL".

Go back to the Adjustment Layer icon and we'll add another Color Lookup adjustment layer.

This time, click "Crisp_Warm.look".

Next, we'll bring back the original colors of our star field, by restricting the Color

Lookup adjustment layers to affect only the sun.

It's important to understand that Adjustment layers affect all the layers below them in

the Layers panel unless they're clipped to the one layer beneath them.

To do this, press Alt + Ctrl + G on Windows or Option + Cmd + G on a Mac to make the active

adjustment layer into a clipping mask.

You can also go to Layer and "Create Clipping Mask".

Make the other adjustment layer active and make it into a clipping mask, as well.

Now, both adjustment layers are affecting just the sun and not our stars.

Next, we'll brighten the midtones and shadows of our sun.

Click the Adjustment Layer icon and click "Levels".

Drag it below the bottom Color Lookup layer.

If the bottom of the Levels panel is hidden, just drag it down.

Go to the Output Shadow levels slider and drag it to 78 or just type it in.

Next, we'll add inner and outer glows.

Double-click the sun layer to open its Layer Style window.

Click "Outer Glow".

Click the color box and in the hexadecimal field, type in FFC930.

The Blend Mode is Color Dodge, the Opacity is 80%, the Spread is 0% and the Size is 250 pixels.

The Contour is Linear and the Range is 50%.

Click "Inner Glow".

Click the color box and type in the same color that you typed in for the Outer Glow.

The Blend Mode is Hard Light, the Opacity is 100% and the Source is "Edge".

The Choke is 0% and the Size is 80 pixels.

The Contour is Linear and the Range is 50%.

Next, we'll add bright flares around the rim of the sun.

Scroll to the bottom of the Layers panel and make Layer 2 active.

This is the layer that we brushed in color over the stars.

Open your Brush Tool and Brush Picker.

Make the size: 175 pixels.

The Hardness remains 0% and the Opacity remains 10%.

Click the foreground color and type in: FFEA3F.

Brush once over the edge of the sun.

If you want to intensify the sun's flare, scroll to the top of the Layers panel.

Make the top Adjustment Layer active and release the clipping mask by pressing Ctrl + Alt +

G on Windows or Cmd + Option + G on a Mac or go to Layer and "Release Clipping Mask".

Make the other Color Lookup adjustment layer active and release its clipping mask, as well.

With your Brush Tool still active, make sure the Opacity and Flow are 100%.

Make your brush bigger and brush over the stars and make sure you avoid the sun's rim.

We'll replace the empty layer mask at the top with the bottom layer mask.

To do this, go to the bottom layer mask.

Press and hold Alt or Option as you drag the copy over the top layer mask.

If you see this message, just click "Yes".

This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

Thanks for watching!

10 Tips for Keeping a Clean House|HFE♪ - Duration: 9:50.

10 Tips for Keeping a Clean House

Our home should be clean and orderly, but keeping it that way requires a lot of effort as it can limited time makes things complicated.

So, here are 10 tips that'll help you get the job done with a little bit of organization.

As much as we might like having a clean house that's spick and span, the everyday bustle of life doesn't allow us to invest much time in it– at least not every day of the week.

However, there are different ways to keep our house in order.

Follow our article's tips and you'll be sure to have great results:.

Establish a daily routine.

Similar to when we make plans to go to the gym, a daily routine is useful for getting all the key chores done in our home.

We can do it easily and in little time, that way we can always keep things the way we want them.

In order to do that, make a list of all the important chores that you need to do, like laundry, sweeping, mopping or waxing, cleaning the tub, rotating laundry that's drying and other chores.

After making the list, divide the house chores into 7 week ways (sorting them according to their difficulty or time required).

Example:. Monday: Clean windows.

Tuesday: Dust, sweep and wax or mop.

Wednesday: Laundry.

Thursday: Organize closet.

Friday: Clean kitchen.

Saturday: Change bedsheets.

Sunday: Clean bathrooms.

A routine like the one above will make it simpler for you to organize your house.

In addition, using a routine will minimize the time you dedicate to chores on weekends or your rest days.

Don't have more than you need.

Of course, there are some objects that really are indispensable.

However, when you're out shopping for something for your house– like for a table, lamp or any kind of decoration in general– ask yourself: is it really necessary? Is it really going to make life easier somehow?.

If the answer is "no" and you have doubts about it, it's better to let it go.

Remember: the more things that you have in our home, the more disorder and mess.

Use hooks.

If you're one of those people that leaves their keys, umbrella, bag, wallet and whatever object, anywhere in the house, place coat racks or hooks in strategic areas.

For example, you could place them in the living room, bedroom and, if you have kids, in their rooms as well.

By doing so, we can organize those objects that we throw around over the course of the day.

Make your bed before you leave home.

There is nothing more relaxing that finding a clean, made bed after a hard day at work.

Making your bed also helps keep your room neat.

Wash the dishes after every meal.

While not to waste water, you should wash the dishes every time you use them.

If there's an aggravating detail in the everyday, it's finding the dishwasher full of leftovers and dirty plates.

Household members can just wash what they've used during meals, making it simpler to keep the kitchen clean without too much effort.

On a further note, while you're cooking, wash the utensils as you go to prevent them from stacking up.

Keep your clothes organized.

Even if you only have a couple of socks or shirts thrown around, they'll make you look like the messiest person in the universe.

Use baskets for dirty and clean clothes.

When you don't have the time or energy to wash and fold clothes, everything will be in one convenient place and they won't make your home look disorderly.

Clean the washing machine.

Though it might be a home appliance that we don't thinking about cleaning often, you need to remember to clean up water and other residues that build up.

In order to prevent mold and fungi from growing, leave the machine door open after each cycle.

By doing so, the humidity will evaporate.

Keep your pet clean.

Whether you have a cat, dog, bird– or whatever!– always keep your pet clean.

By doing so, you can prevent stains on your cabinets or beds, bugs from entering your home and bad odors in your home as well.

Put everything back in its place.

You'll save yourself a lot of time if you just put each item back in its place.

Your house will look less messy and cleaning will be more efficient.

Immediately clean up stains.

If you spill milk or any kind of liquid on the stove, floor, night stand or table, wipe it with a rag immediately! It'll be harder to remove the stain after it dries.

Keeping your house in order will help make your life much more harmonious, in addition to making your house look nice.

It'll reduce stress as well because you'll feel quite pleasant at home.

VideoCast #41: Spiritual Warfare for the Choleric Temperament - Duration: 27:12.

This is Deliverance Ministry.FM video cast number 41.

Hello.

Welcome

to another episode of Deliverance Ministry.fm where we give you proven insights, both the

demonic realm in deliverance ministry so that you can wage spiritual warfare more effectively.

This is Dr. Don Ibbitson here again and I'm happy as always to be here with my cohost

and colleague Dr. Phyllis Tarbox.

Hey Don.

Good to have you here.

Good to be here.

Yeah, we like doing these.

We have fun and we're really enjoying this series.

This is a continuation of the series that we started doing on looking at a spiritual

warfare concepts or strategies for different temperaments.

And I encourage you to listen to the first podcast that we did in this series is episode

37.

It talks about overview of temperaments that talks about the five different temperaments

that we, that the, uh, that we use and part of the Arno profile system.

There's melancholy, sanguine, phlegmatic, and supine temperaments.

Different aspects of that, how we use it explains a lot.

You need to listen to that.

If you're not familiar with temperaments, if you need more information, we've got a

lot information on our website.

You can find information there on temperaments.

Listen to that.

First.

We're not going to rehash all amp.

What we're going to do today is jump in and look at one of the other temperaments in our

series, and this is the caloric temperament.

The idea behind this series is that we're all different.

God made us differently.

We have different makeups.

We use the word temperament.

That inborn part of us that we got made us with different strengths and weaknesses.

We use that as opposed to personalities because personalities are masks, believe that people

can put on, and so there's five different temperament types.

We're looking at the choleric temperament and elements of the choleric temperament.

What the main weaknesses will look at the strengths and then we'll look at the weaknesses

of the temperament because you see, I believe that that's where the demonic kingdom, which

knows a lot of boaters, they will focus on trying to exploit the weaknesses of our temperament

and try to create open doors for demonic torment in our life.

So we're going to talk about those weaknesses, will then address the major, uh, strongholds,

demonic strongholds that we see in people who are primarily caloric in temperament.

And they will talk about some specific suggestions to a that we want to give you.

Two, for those of you who are clerics who can maybe even begin now how to wage spiritual

warfare more effectively.

And we've talked about the before.

That most people aren't what we would call pure [inaudible] in the, in all the three

areas.

This model looks at our temperament in areas of our social orientation or need for social

inclusion, our control or need for control in relationships and in the area of affection.

And most people aren't pure cleric in all three areas but mainly primarily cleric and

one or two.

And so this will be very helpful for you, uh, to, to look at it, spiritual warfare for

the clerics.

So with that kind of preamble, let's dive right in.

And Phyllis start us off.

Tell us a little bit about the collaring temperament.

Well, they are the born leaders don there, that there are four runners.

They're the ones that can see the big picture, but sometimes they'll miss some of the small

details.

They are motivators.

They can motivate people, they can gather the troops quickly, they can organize and

they're great delegators.

They're the ones that thrive in a fast paced environment and they look for people that

can, that can come on board to accomplish the goal that work with them.

Um, I always say that they have that roar like the lion of Judah, and they're great

rebels for God because they get things done.

That's a good phrase.

They get things done.

They're the ones.

Some people call them as dominant.

Some people will say the word wall.

They're controlling.

Well, we want to be careful.

They're good at being in control.

They can take charge.

Doesn't mean everybody who's liked that has a spirit of control of work in their life.

Let's be clear about that.

Any number of any person and any temperament can have a demonic stronghold of control.

In fact, some very controlling people are just look very passive and look very mild

and so pretty indirect control.

Yeah, so that spirit can still be at work, but I think that's a key thing there a lot.

And as you, and we're going to start off by talking and you've touched on, again, some

of the strengths of this temperament types.

These, these people are go getters, they get things done.

Either you know, you, you think of a program like lost in or some of these people on a

deserted island where he's standing around like a bunch of chickens.

When we get a cleric involved, they're going to rise to the top and they're going to start

taking charge and given orders and getting things done.

Now if you get to clerics or three, then there might be a bit be a problem, a power struggle,

but, but they're the ones mean you throw them into a tough situation.

They're going to get things done and they can assess, can assess data, they can make

decisions quickly, even an unknown areas even they don't know what's going on.

So I, I believe a lot of are truly gifted leaders in business or in a military.

Um, many times, I think they're called Eric's in many ways.

It doesn't have to be.

It doesn't mean the other temperaments can't lead.

But you know, these clerics, man, they're good.

They're, they're task focused, they're good at getting things done, they're tough minded.

They, they can make good, intuitive decisions.

They can, they can motivate people many times, sometimes they can motivate people poorly,

but they got a good mind.

They, they, they come across many times to, as being very optimistic and outgoing and,

and, uh, they can do that, do that as well.

So just a whole lot of strengths in my mind, it's associated with the cleric.

Temporary missed.

So what about the, let's look at the weaknesses of the temperament, because the idea is, you

know, as we've talked about, there are no better or worse temporary.

So now sometimes people say, well, Gosh, I wish I was, maybe I wish I was a cleric or

I wish I was more like this person in that, but you know, the fact that you, God made

you the way you are for a purpose.

He's Got a vision and a plan for your life.

And so, um, you know, every time I guess they have strengths and weaknesses and for all

the strengths and the cleric temperament, there's, there's a, there's a lot of weaknesses.

And let's, let's touch on those.

The reason being is at the kingdom which observes this sees a lot of what we do in the world.

They all observe these weaknesses and they will seek to try to exploit those.

So let's touch on some of the weaknesses of the cleric temperament.

Well, in inclusion, which is the social settings in their surface relationships and how they

make decisions, they can tend to be a little hot tempered.

Don have an anger that anger will explode and you know, they have to really guard their

hearts about not being a people user.

Because you know, I said earlier that they can see the people that they need to meet

the goal of whatever it is that there is their project, but they also have this tendency

to gather the people that they can use to get the job done and the hard part about it

is you can watch them walk over some of the dead bodies to get things done that they want.

So task focused.

They have their, they are big picture person.

They're the ones with that could have the big picture and then the job done.

Yeah.

They don't pay much attention to the details and a lot of times the details are the people

and that's where I think they have to guard their heart is they can walk on those people.

They can become easily frustrated if, if their picture is not accomplished, if it's not going

the way they want it, you'll see him just going, you know, and they get really frustrated

and you know it when they get upset because it's not being done the way they want it to

be done.

And they can.

They can vent with some cruelty.

That can harbor that anger and it can explode and come across and be really.

And once again, these are weaknesses and that needs to get dealt with somebody who's the

Lord can change and transform people like this so that it's, this weaknesses isn't.

Yeah, it was a weakness, but it doesn't have to be anymore any counseling sense.

And so, um, that's, that's, that's definitely, that's definitely one of them.

We talked about the anger, um, the be that can come out, but I think the other thing

that we did, because there are so task focused and focused on the job, they're very susceptible

to burn out.

Oh yeah.

You'll see these people burnout.

They don't just know how to rest thing.

Many times they're, you know, they are not capable of taking on bad behaviors to try

to get more people, to motivate them, to help them, you know, and so very susceptible to

burn out.

And if they're around people too who aren't as competent or driven as they are, they can

end up presenting.

He would think that they gather those people.

They tend to gather those kind of people, the weak ones.

And they're almost like, in a spiritual sense sense, it'd be like a spiritual unit, you

know, they gathered to get their accomplishment done and then they, they get irritated with

them because they're not strong enough to keep up with them.

Yep.

That definitely can happen.

And those who are cleric and affection typically express a high need for affection but usually

don't have a big need for affection for themselves.

So they intended that.

The weakness, that tendency can be very self centered.

Um, they may not appear that way because they're going to appear to be, you know, having the

interest of others have heart, but they, but they will tend to, they can be a, tend to

reject sometimes the love and affections of people that are trying to love.

Yeah, they're not, they're not, they don't have a high need to be touched and held and

minute, you know, cleaned onto.

They're not, they're not that kind of person.

They're there, they're there to the point person in the lab setting, you know.

Right.

And they can appear that way.

They can come across as being a.

But once again, that they express a high need but have a relatively no needs.

So that's that.

That can definitely be the weakness areas.

So there's, we've touched on it a little bit.

Those are major, those are pretty.

There's a pretty significant, you know, his temperament where you got some pretty significant

strengths.

Those are pretty significant weaknesses.

And if you have a partner in a marriage, especially that, that these aren't dealt with, it can

be devastating.

It's very hard for the mirror just to kind of thrive with this in place with these weaknesses

not dealt with.

And so because a lot of times the people who are sick and some of these areas, they're

achievers, they'll get stuff done, might get their validation in the, in the world or the

military that values this kind of driven this.

But sometimes you know, once again on the home front that not everybody sees it can

be a train wreck it.

So that's why there's great, great strengths and great weaknesses.

So we've talked about that, that the era, the, some of the weaknesses are, they're very

task task focused right now.

They can have a it, I think sometimes it critical.

Why do people make is they think that they can do it better than everybody else.

They can do it better and in terms of the anger or they can be explosive and sometimes

the temperament type will be the type that will seek vengeance it.

Payback you get me, I get you.

Yeah.

And you know, not always in action, but a lot of times in their mind if they're, you

know, now they, they made do action, but I think as you grow in Christ, you still have

those vegetable thoughts of like, I could do this and you get even, you know, so you

have to guard your heart against the thoughts too.

Exactly.

So those are some of the weaknesses.

And once again, as people exhibit these in, they have these in their life and their temperament,

maybe as they're growing up the demonic ground, we'll see and try to exploit that and open

the door for certain types of demonic strongholds to be at work in the cleric.

What's Fellas for experience in the realm of deliverance ministry, certain counseling.

What's, what are the really talking about the three major strong holes, the most common

strongholds that we see operating in the clerics.

So what's the first one?

I'd say it's the hottest stronghold.

Stronghold of pride because they are a born leader.

I think they were big, you know, they'd probably learned to be a leader when they were young

and, and they started thinking that they were better than others at early age because they

were able to do things.

Um, and then they find themselves looking at leaders with a critical eye, like we talked

about that.

Uh, so the spirits that are in operation and relief, that stronghold of hottie would be

pride, judgment, condemnation, critical and perfectionism.

Yeah, that's big.

They've got natural giftings in that they don't really have the revelation of giftings

coming from God and for his glory if they, if that's not there and they, they just, uh,

they getting success in the world before the Lord.

They tend to see this them, it's me, it is me, it's Christ in me, me, me and me and my

efforts in and, and giftings.

And that's true of any temperament type.

Obviously people can continue to do that, but um, but a lot of times the, the clerics

who are used to taking charge and getting things done, if they see some success, I think

that Latinas and pride and the thing of perfection and critical everything, that's a lot of things

under hottiness

yeah, we've all had, we've all had bosses like this before, I'm sure to, you know, when

in the workplace and there is an expectation that you're going to do to the level that

they're going to do that you're going to forsake family and time and things like that to accomplish

their goals at work or you know, he sadly could be in the church as well, but that's

where I think that perfectionism comes in where there's that expectation of others to

have that high, that same high ability to accomplish as they do and that that can be

very detrimental.

Exactly.

Hygienists and pride, cloudiness and pride.

Second stronghold that we see a lot is under that strong man of jealousy in India that

we see things like negativity, blaming bitterness, anger, right?

Yeah.

Yeah.

A lot.

A lot of selfishness is.

It tends to be all about them and their plan and I think, you know, and that's a course

where we say, you know, they surround themselves with the weaker people, um, but then they

end up being frustrated with the weak or people that are around them and then that, that causes

that anger and that frustration.

And I think this, the temperament type, I don't like other temperaments.

Sometimes the temperament goes internally inside, like the melancholies in the Supine,

but the, with the people like the bricks, that temperature, I think it may have the

explosion right there on their sleeve and sometimes they forget about it for them, but

they leave a lot of damage and that angers their analytics.

They'll keep exploding in there and just, you know, and then like say blaming other

than bitterness maybe to other people that have done them wrong or not performed.

And so that's just that whole, just a pride.

Of course.

I'd say, man, that's a big one.

That jealousy everything under jealousy a lot of times applies to the clerics, right?

So better this negativity.

What do you mean?

Great.

And the third stronghold is the antichrist strong call.

Now, this one may sound a little strange, but under antichrist is a spirit of rebellion.

And this temperament was created to be a rebel for God.

The lead, the charge, but the strong, the stronghold of antichrist or rx rebellion against

all authority.

And then it sits back and it rationalizes and justifies the position of resistance.

Like, I shouldn't have to do this and I shouldn't have to do that.

And it wants you to lean on your own strength and your own intellect and not on God's.

So, um, the, the spirits that are involved in this would be humanism.

You know, leaning on yourself.

I can do this by myself.

I don't need anybody independence, intellectual ism and rebellion,

everything.

Don't know, believe that to everything under that, that strong amount of antichrist, because

it really is about, we can be about the power of self.

And I think our.

Because if you think about it, there are so used to doing things themselves that it's

hard to trust and even release control and delegate over to God.

And because you know, I believe for many people, we see where the Bible says Jesus was confessing

with your mouth, believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord.

For many people, I think Jesus as their savior, he saved me.

He is, you know, but making him the Lord, trusting, letting you know, letting Jesus

take the wheel if you like, and drive the bus.

I mean, I think that's a journey that we're all on.

Everybody on is on that journey of trusting and growing in faith.

But I think for clerics especially, it's hard.

Some people are just at the end of their rope.

They feel so badly about themselves.

They don't have, you know, there's temperament type, didn't need others.

Just releasing it as easier.

But with the clerics used to getting stuff done and the power of self, man, it's hard

to just really make that transition over to making Jesus, Lord, Lord, I trust you with

my life.

You're in charge.

Show me, lead me, guide me.

Because clerics are used to leading and guiding.

They're not used to being led.

So that's, I think that's a challenge there.

And a couple with the pride, it's a pretty, it's a pretty difficult.

Um, I experienced clerics.

We had, I can say military people, leaders, uh, they, they know God, they know about God,

they're diligent at doing their devotionals.

But developing that relationship with the Lord and growing in intimacy with the Lord,

that's tough.

That's harder.

It's so, it's more of a challenge just because of the nature of their temperament.

Just learning how to trust the Lord because they're used to trust in themselves and doing

things on their own.

So those are the things.

Pride, we see jealousy, anger, and a Christ.

If you're talking about Dalton unbelief, rebellion can think are some of the major struggles

that we see there in the cleric temperament.

Know we talked about before.

Of course, those are those, the ones that, those could open the door to others thinking

anytime you enter any temporary can it opened the door for spirits of infirmity or anger

or adultery.

Fornication, perversions, pornography, any at all of those.

Those are, you know, can be in a part of any temperament type.

But these are the ones we really see that are really primary problem, prevalent rather

in this temperament type.

Okay?

So with those strongholds, and you know, the answer is, is we prone to say like to say

that man, if you've got demonic strongholds in areas, what do you need?

Need, you need God's deliverance, deliverance, God, verse deliverance.

Second,

you know, and um, so we need deliverance in this part of what we do.

We do deliverance, ministry, and online.

We do it in our office, we do it over the Internet to a worldwide.

And so if you need deliverance in some areas in your life, I'm errol counseling, please

let us know.

So deliberate.

It is important that we say that first and foremost, that's, that's key.

But apart from that, and even after deliverance, where the mind is the battlefield and we need

to be prepared for when the spirits try to comeback spirits outside of a person are going

to try to attack and torment.

Listen, that's an element of deliverance is one aspect of spiritual warfare, but there

are others, right?

And so we need to be able to discern the spirits when they come back to the house.

And so what are some specific suggestions we would leave for people give to people who

are, who are really of the cleric temperament?

Well, I think the one that I would say the most is not to go to bed angry, not to let

the sun go down on your anger, not to stay angry, to forgive those people that have perhaps

not following your path and to release judgment against them.

And I think those are things that you almost need to do right before you go to bed.

It cancel any ungodly soul tie with some of the people that have frustrated you and upset

you.

Forgive them, drop the judgment and perhaps pray a blessing for those people before you

go to bed.

We've talked about I'm praying blessings for those that have hurt you.

Or Luke six, 27 and 28.

We got our scripture guy right here.

So if you, if you, you know, because when you let the sun go down on your anger and

you and you go to bed like that, you know your mind is actually still meditating and

thinking about that stuff as you sleep and you haven't released it and the longer you

give your mind meditation to stay on a particular subject, it will, it will eventually go to

your permanent memory banks.

And as it does that, have you ever noticed that when you wake up in the morning, that

now that thought that you had the night before of anger, it's filed itself on that part of

your brain where all the other times that that person is upset you.

And so it's just like, wow, there's power to it.

So you wake up and you're even angrier.

Well, that's why I mean God's Word is true.

You should never let the sun go down on your anger lest you give the of foothold.

So release it all before you go to bed.

Shift what you're thinking about to the things that are good, praiseworthy unlovely, and

Philippians four, eight, and, and begin to think about things that are positive because

as you, as you rest that will, that will help you in, in the quicker I heard I heard, um,

her Jennifer Leclaire said this at a, at a conference that we were just at over in, um,

Dallas.

She said, if you let something fester and blister, it's a whole lot.

It takes a whole lot longer for it to heal.

But if you can just put that ice of forgiveness and releasing it to God on it quickly, boy,

it just goes right away.

That sounds, that sounds like wisdom to me.

I would say too, that the person who is clerical, temperament, it's gonna take some effort,

an act of the will to choose unspecific sates, situations to learn how to yield your will

to the will of the Holy Spirit.

Learn how to trust God and it's just, um, you just do it.

It's just different situations.

Looking for seeking wisdom, expecting the Lord to speak to.

You.

Learn how to yield your will to the will of the Holy Spirit and God will speak.

He will show you if you were going to be the lord of your life.

It's not always about you.

You don't have to come up with everything.

He will speak and he will guide and he will lead you in.

And the other element we talked about being critical and hard on people is just our learning

how to live and walk in Greece.

God's the empowering presence of God in your life and I don't mean that's.

That's grace is the empowering presence of God that enables you to do all that you need

to do and be all that you need to be in some people.

I think we all need grace teachings, temperament types that are caloric, I think needed as

much as anybody.

Just good, good under some grace teaches Andrew Womack's got good grace teachings.

Joseph Prince is a great grace teacher.

I'm just wherever you find it, if you're not in a church that's preaching grace, find it.

If you're British churches, preach works and doing, doing, doing the lyrics will lap that

up, but that's, you know, that's not really a full measure of what you need.

I'm learning how to trust others to release so they can get the job done.

I'm not to be critical of yourself and others.

Learning to see yourself and others through the eyes of, through the mind of Christ, through

the eyes of Christ rather.

That's that.

That's it.

It's just, you know, just the aroma is going to focus on the weaknesses.

Like we talked about how good you are, your pride, your giftings going to try to get you

focusing on others and what others have done to bitterness, negativity and blaming fellows

as we've talked about.

You forgiven others, you release judgments against him, um, and then you know that you

pray for them, pray for God to bless him.

And um, so you know, just those elements of a specific things.

A spiritual warfare I think will be specifically very beneficial to everybody, but something

that really need to focus on.

Anything else you want to add in conclusion here?

Think the temperaments.

You know, these are gifts from, these are, these are given out from God.

I mean he, he knew exactly how he created you in your mother's womb.

So no, no, no bad feelings over any of the temperaments that we've gone over, but that

just in some of the areas where on, especially on this one where there's been a lot of collateral

damage in relationships, you know, you can look back and see the wake of broken relationships

behind you.

Uh, there's help for your future.

These weaknesses can be, they can be shit changed.

There's nothing that you're hardwired with where you say, this is just the way I am and

I can't change.

That is not what God says.

The neuroplasticity of your brain says that you can be renewed by the, by the changing

of your mind, right?

Transformed, swarming, renewing of your mind starts with the battlefield of the mind, the

exactly.

That's what the spiritual warfare is a big part of it.

Yeah, and so you can change bottom line, even clerics can change.

That's it.

And clarity and with the clerics, as I say, the special challenges is yielding control.

That's the challenge, that's the the for others or easier to lose control, but clerics are

tough to let somebody, even Jesus be in charge.

Can I trust you?

Jesus, just start to take those steps and say, yes, Lord, you are my savior, but you're

the Lord of Wildlife.

Hope this has been helpful for you.

Mods Don't Add Much to the Moto Z3 — Power Up - Duration: 5:42.

- Almost no battery.

(click)

Full battery.

(upbeat electronic music)

What I have here is the Moto Z3 Play

and I've been playing around with it for a couple of weeks.

As it's name implies, it's the third model

of the Z series of Motorola's modular phones.

The whole concept of this phone is built

around amplifying its capabilities via mods.

Most of the mods are sold separately

and they add features to the phone

that go from extra battery to a screen projector.

It's a cool concept that sets this phone apart

from the rest, but it depends heavily on the functionality

and added value of the mods.

So with that in mind, let's take a look at this Motorola.

The Moto Z3 Play makes a very good first impression.

If you were to bring it home to meet the parents,

it would do just fine at first.

The design on this phone feels premium.

You wouldn't automatically think it's a mid-range phone

even though that's what it is.

It's composed of glass and metal.

The materials give it a really nice feel.

On the other hand, it's hard to get past the camera bump

on the back.

I think that more and more we're getting used

to cleaner, more smooth looking devices,

but the camera design and the magnetic piece

at the bottom are there for a reason.

They're there so you can fit the mods for the phone.

More on that later.

The display on this phone is actually great.

It's a super AMOLED screen.

Like all AMOLED screens, it shows true blacks

and vibrant colors.

The display didn't struggle when I put it

under direct sunlight, which is a big plus,

but now for more practical functions,

I think that's where the Moto Z3 is less impressive.

It's not water resistant, but it's water repellent.

That means it will survive rain,

but not a dive in the sink.

The button placement is all over the place.

So first you have the power button on one side.

Then you have the volume buttons on the other side

and below that, you have a fingerprint reader.

And I'm sorry, but that's just a weird place

to put that feature.

The phone is really thin.

It's really think because you're meant to beef it up

with extra stuff.

Enter the Moto Z3 Play most particular characteristic:

the mods.

That's this phone's unique selling point

and also what's gonna make you do a lot more buying.

There's 14 mods available and they're meant

to expand this phone's capabilities one way or another.

The phone comes with a power-packed mod,

the most essential, if you will.

It's an extra battery that packs enough juice

for a full charge on the phone.

Other more gimmicky mods include a stereo speaker,

a game pad, and even a Polaroid printer.

Several of the mods are redundant.

Two of them are battery packs and a couple

of the other ones are basically plastic protectors.

Although the modular idea is pretty cool,

you really have to be into what these mods offer

because they don't come cheap.

They cost from $40 to $80 a pop

and you also have to keep in mind

that if you want to swap them around later,

you'll have to carry them around with you.

The Z3 Play comes with a USB-C port.

It supports turbo charging through Motorola's fast chargers.

It also has some Micro SD slots

so you can expand the storage beyond the 64 gigabytes

that come with it.

This model comes with a pretty clean version

of Android 8.1 Oreo.

The software that Motorola added is, first of all,

optional and, second of all, it's not intrusive.

If anything, it might add to your experience.

Like if you want to take a screenshot,

there's an easier way to do it.

So you just have to place three fingers

on the screen and you'll have your screenshot,

which is a lot easier than pressing the volume down button

and power button at the same time.

As far as power, the Z3 Play comes

with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor,

a mid-range chip for a mid-range phone.

But the phone makes full use of it

because it never felt sluggish.

The battery should last 40 hours according to Motorola,

but it didn't go beyond one day of regular use.

That's where the Power Pack Battery mod comes in handy.

Maybe Motorola claimed the 40 hours of battery life

of the phone counting the Power Pack.

The cameras on this phone are average,

nothing special about them.

It has a jewel camera on the back at 12 and five megapixels

and the front camera is eight megapixels.

All of them fall a bit short on sharpness

and color accuracy, no matter the lighting conditions.

There's an auto HDR feature,

but it over saturates the images.

Motorola tried to amp the status of these cameras

by adding a pile of features to the camera app.

They're interesting, but none of them mind blowing.

But the novelty of these features wears off really easy

and the cameras, they're not bad,

but they're not great either.

(upbeat electronic music)

This Motorola has very solid characteristics.

The display is definitely top shelf

and despite having a second tier processor,

it works really well.

Sure, the modular phone idea is interesting

and kind of fun, but we've already seen the concept

with previous models and the new mods aren't mind blowing

so they don't even justify the prices.

This is Motorola's last entry

in it's modular phone's trilogy

and like in the movies, maybe they created it

to give the story an ending.

It's not a bad ending, but it's not a good one either.

(upbeat electronic music)

That was it for the Moto Z3 Play.

I'll see you next time here on Power Up

with another cool gadget

and don't forget to catch us every Tuesday

in our technology segment on Telemundo's morning show:

Un Nuevo Dia.

How to Forgive Yourself for Past Mistakes|HFE♪ - Duration: 9:15.

How to Forgive Yourself for Past Mistakes

We need to know how to let go of the past when a problem starts to become a burden that hinders us from moving on, improving and being happy.

What happened in the past shouldn't interfere with the feelings or emotions that you have today.

While it's true that we can use our mistakes as a lesson, there are many people that don't forgive themselves for yesterday's mistakes.

They simply failto move on.

You should learn how to forgive yourself for past mistakes.

Forgive yourself for past mistakes   Though it might seem like a cliché, it's true that "nobody is perfect" and that we all make mistakes.

However, the difference lies in how we accept that mistake as well as how we choose to learn from it.

It doesn't do us any good to stay at home crying, thinking or milling over what we did wrong if we aren't going to look for answers.

Blaming or punishing ourselves won't get us very far.

It's not easy to forgive others or ourselves.

Yesterday's mistakes often follow us, refusing to leave us alone.

Forgiving depends on our ability to left go of them through reflection, self-consciousness and knowledge.

When we make certain mistakes, we feel defeated, desperate and anguished.

It's like hammering a nail into our finger, removing it, only to hammer it in again.

By doing so, the nail will hurt and burden us forever.

Of course, the act of forgiving ourselves isn't simple, but it's worth it.

You'll feel a big relief from taking off a huge weight of your shoulders and prevent repeating the past mistakes in the future.

Tips for forgiving past mistakes For self-forgiveness, it's time to look back and own up to the mistakes that you've made.

Though you might not believe it, we're often our own harshest judges, judging ourselves harder than others. Start today and remember that every mistake is an opportunity to grow: 1.

Look for (and find) the positive side of things Contrary to what people believe, there is always good in every event.

Pain, failure and mistakes should let us grow, mature and understand life better.

When you mess up, think for a minute: How can I use this? In order to prevent making the mistake again, you need to find the "lesson". Reflect for as much time as you need until you find the positive side of things, then move on to forgiving yourself.

Determine "the why" of forgiveness Forgiving is a very important act because it liberates us from a prison in which, many times, we walk into without even realizing, trapping ourselves.

Maybe you feel guilty or responsible for something that happened, and because of that, you can't forgive yourself.

The memories might be very painful, but you should know that although the consequences were negative, you have time to redeem yourself and resolve the situation.

Show yourself that you are capable of changing, improving, and that you're sorry.

It'll be easier for you to find forgiveness.

3. Love yourself above all else We attack ourselves more than others without defending ourselves.

Sometimes, we're too critical with our mistakes and we can't forgive our past mistakes because we don't love ourselves enough.

Try loving yourself as a bridge towards forgiveness and you'll see how much better you feel about yourself.

Think about the future Living in the past too much doesn't let us look towards the future.

Chaining ourselves to yesterday is one of the biggest obstacles that'll leave us "always in the same place".

A good way to let go this burden is by planning and defining objectives.

If you keep your gaze set on your goals, remember that what you did before won't matter so much, or at least it won't occupy such an important place in your thoughts.

You can even use your mistakes as a ramp to enter into action, once you know what things you should avoid in order to make your dreams come true.

Start from zero "Starting from scratch" is a great way to forgive ourselves for yesterday's mistakes.

You should aim to be like the phoenix and rise from the ashes.

Leave the pain and problems that hindered you from growing to the side. Focus on this "new me" that doesn't have that same fear nor suffering, but rather, experiences and wisdom.

Leave the past exactly where it is: in the past. Take your mistakes as lessons and apply them to your new present so that your future can be perfect.

Grow spiritually Maybe you need an "external" help to help accept what happened if you've already tried several times to forgive by yourself without much success.

What are your options? There are several: meditate, pray, follow a spiritual ritual, go to a psychologist…all of these can help you grow spiritually and emotionally.

Of course, you can always reserve a couple minutes of your day to reflect and think positively (not about the mistakes but rather, how to overcome the situation).

Look for the moments where nobody bothers you: for example, before you go to bed or right when you wake up, or even when you're in the shower.

Appreciate your current life An excess of the past, or future, isn't good for anyone because it fills us with sadness or anxiety (depending on the case).

To avoid it, it's crucial that you enjoy today as fully as you can and that you try to be consistent.

Think: what is the most important thing in your life right now? What things should you feel thankful for and blessed? There are many.

Appreciate them!.

In the last video we uploaded our program to the Mosaic Safety Controller and tested

it using the real time monitor.

And while that worked fine, there were a couple issues with it.

First, it was hard to watch the 2 second audible alarm because it went by so fast.

Second, we were using our expensive hardware as a test platform.

And while that wasn't a big deal on this simple example, in a more complex real-world

system that could be a very expensive an unsafe practice.

And finally, it requires taking the machine off line while you test it – another expensive

proposition.

The good news is the Mosaic Safety Designer software has TWO built in simulators you can

use to verify your program BEFORE uploading it to the real hardware.

The Schematic Simulator looks a lot like the monitor we have been using, except it gives

you control over the inputs.

The Graphical simulator generates a graph of how all the signals respond to a script

file you create.

You will almost always want to use the Schematic Simulator because it is so quick and easy.

I'm mentioning the graphic simulator here just you know it exists.

Both simulators allow you to view signals no matter how fast they occur, avoid testing

on hardware and don't occupy your system while you are testing.

In this video we'll use the Schematic Simulation to simulate the system we developed in the

previous video.

So a quick re-cap – if any of these are used, then the output should turn off, and

issue a 2 second signal to an audible alarm.

And if either of these were used, then a 5 second signal is issued to an indicator.

Once you have verified your program, skip over the connect and upload buttons and go

here to the Schematic Simulator.

This looks a lot like the monitor we have been using, but now there are red dots on

everything we can manipulate.

So, click on these to release the ESTOP, let go of the Light Curtain and step off of the

safety mat.

And click on this guy to reset the outputs.

So far it looks like it is working exactly like the monitor.

Except for one thing.

All the functions that use timing are dimmed out.

That's because we haven't started time yet.

Hit this Green Arrow button to reset the simulation and start fresh.

To run the simulation with timing, you just hit the green play button and you see all

the time sensitive blocks are now active.

Let's clear all the devices and reset the output.

Now if I press the ESTOP, I see the audible alarm signal reset after 2 seconds.

Perfect.

I'll clear the ESTOP, reset the system and trip the light curtain.

Again, we see the 2 second audible alarm and now we see the 5 second indicator.

Let's clear the Light Curtain and reset the outputs.

It works exactly like the demo we did on the real hardware in the previous video doesn't

it?

The only difference is we now control the inputs here and we're not occupying the

hardware.

And look at this, you can single step through the timing.

All we have to do is select how much time each click of the mouse represents.

It defaults to 100ms.

For our example, let's have each click be one second, which is 10 times the default.

Now if I click on the ESTOP everything that isn't time dependent propagates through.

I'm expecting this monostable to generate a 2 second pulse, so I'll click the on single

step button once – I see the time increment 1 second and the status output goes active

for the duration of that one second click, click again, it stays active for the duration

of second number two, click again and it turns off now that the two seconds has expired.

Exactly what we expect.

Let's release the ESTOP and reset the output.

Again, everything not dependent on time responds immediately.

This is really important – when we reset the outputs the status signal turned on and

normally the monostable would see that transition and reset itself.

BUT, no time has elapsed yet, so the monostable hasn't acted on the change.

And if we went and triggered the light curtain right now, it would take the status back down

so when we did increment time, the monostable would completely miss the positive transition

and not reset itself.

So, it's really important that we increment time while the status is on so the monostable

sees that transition.

So, I'll click on the single step button once so the monostable can reset itself.

Now when we trigger the light curtain and increment time, the monostable sees the new

status transition to off and can react accordingly.

And we see the audible alarm output becomes active for the first second AND the indicator

light signal becomes active for that second.

Click again for second number two and click again to exit second number two and enter

second number three.

The Audible alarm is done, but the Indicator is still active.

Click number 4, click number 5 and click number 6 sees the indicator signal turn off because

5 seconds has expired.

That's it.

That's all there is to running the Schematic Simulator.

This is my favorite feature of the Mosaic Safety Designer because I can completely design

and test my safety program before I buy any hardware.

And since the Mosaic Safety Design Software is a free download at AutomationDirect.com,

I can try it before I buy it which makes my buying decision risk free.

Mosaic Safety Controller Quick Start Part 5 - Adding Modules - Duration: 4:04.

the em1 safety controller by itself is so capable that most of the time that's

all you'll need but as your system grows you may find the need to add some

additional capabilities given the base m1 controller you can add a wide range

of options including Io relay EDM status outputs and even communications modules

and while eight is plugged together using these little din rail bus

connectors beware that because the m1 controller will satisfy most system

needs it doesn't come with a bus connector that helps keep the cost down

for applications that only need the controller module all the other modules

do come with a bus connector so to add a module to the m1 controller you'll also

need one extra bus connector and whatever modules you want to plug in the

best way to assemble the modules is to slide the bus connectors together add

the protective end caps that come with the standalone connector and then snap

that assembly onto the din rail then you just hook a module onto the din rail

from the top and rotate it downwards until it clips onto the din rail that

was the controller so let's add a relay module and another module the nice thing

about that is you can easily swap out modules once the bus connectors are in

place now make sure the power is off before swapping the modules these

modules are not hot swappable well that's about it for installing the

modules but there are a couple other things you need to know the order of the

modules doesn't matter the mosaic safety modules should be installed in an

enclosure with a protection class of at least IP 54 and of course you can find

lots of enclosures at the automationDirect website the mosaic

safety module should not be used to provide power to other devices make sure

all system components use the same ground I went ahead and wired the power

inputs on these modules so we can look at the system from the software now

that's important to understand since all of the interconnect wiring will be done

in software the power wiring is all we need to get started with our programming

how easy is that of course to make the real outputs actually do something

you'll also need to wire the enables that's easy to forget

I left them unwired here to emphasize that you don't need those for simulation

the slave modules use those pins to specify the node number so if you have

multiple copies of the same module in your system you would give each module a

different note or address using those pins which tells us we can have up to

four modules of the same type in a system the same addresses are used by

each module type so you could have four output relay modules for i/o modules for

status modules etc in your system and look at this the connectors on all of

the modules are removable so you can simply unplug all of your wiring replace

a module and then plug the wires right back in let's apply power to the modules

and connect the safety controller to the computer using this cable which is just

a regular USB cable with a mini USB connector on it if you have one laying

around it'll probably work but if you'll want to be sure get this one of course

when you bring up the mosaic designer software the first thing you'll want to

do is set the configuration to match what you just installed and again the

order of the modules doesn't matter once you've done that all of the new module

functionality will automatically be available to you over here into menus

for example here's the new relay output we added that's cool because it means

all of the interconnect between the m1 controller and the relay module is now

done in software and that means you don't have to connect these modules

using external wires which saves you time and money well that ought to be

more than enough to get you up and running with adding modules click here
