The Google Pixel 2017 or Google Pixel 2 rumors are out and its time for some specs

Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 Specifications are not so Exciting - Is this Google Pixel

2017?

Before you see Google Pixel 2 review watch The Google Pixel 2017 or Google Pixel 2 specifications

Google Pixel XL 2 Taimen, Pixel 2 Walleye specifications revealed Fresh reports indicate

that both Pixel XL 2 and Pixel 2 will house Qualcomm Snapdragon 835

SoC with 4GB of RAM.

In the list of upcoming smartphones this year, a lot of

buzz also surrounds successors to the Google Pixel lineup.

While Google already had a range of smartphones under the

Nexus branding, it was the first time in 2016 that the company introduced its set of self-branding

smartphones Pixel and Pixel XL.

After a series of leaks and speculations, it is finally a believable clause that there

wont be three but just two smartphones this year, which will

be evidently successors to the Pixel lineup and now, fresh reports reveal

the specifications of the two smartphones.

Based on the leaks, what appears to be certain is that the upcoming Pixel 2 and Pixel XL

2 will also be named after aquatic animals Taimen and Walleye.

A number of past reports indicated a third model with an even larger display

size, however, the existence of the device appears to fizzle out in newer details.

XDA Developers appears to have obtained information about both the successors

and heres what they have to say.

Taimen specifications, features.

By far, the reports indicated that Taimen will be the third model called

Pixel XXL 2 in the new Pixel series and will feature the largest display.

But later on, it was reported that the codename will instead be taken by the Google

Pixel XL 2 and there wont be any super sized third model.

Now, based on the fresh information, Taimen will feature

a 5.99-inch display with a 1440p OLED panel by LG.

According to the report, the successor will boast slimmer bezels

as compared to the original Pixel XL.

It is expected that the smartphone will be powered by the newer Qualcomm

Snadragon 835 SoC clocked at 2.45GhZ with 4GB of RAM and 128GB

of internal storage.

However, it is speculated that there will be more storage options.

In terms of design, Taimen will have similar design language as the predecessor with a

two-tone glass and metal finish.

However, the glass window no longer encloses the fingerprint scanner.

As for the camera, it is expected that it will

continue to feature a single camera with dual LED flash.

ALSO READ: Google Pixel 2 XL codenamed Taimen to be

manufactured by LG: A few of the things here stand in contrast to the current industry

trend.

First is the amount of RAM.

If one looks at the current market, manufacturers including Honor, Sony, and OnePlus are over

6GB of RAM in their smartphones and Google appears to play conservative

at 4GB.

Secondly, the dual camera trend is hard to overlook

and even affordable smartphones are now jumping the board and bringing DSLR-like functionalities

to their smartphones.

With rival Apple already delivering dual camera results with its iPhone 7 Plus, it might come

as a disappointment if Google continues to play safe with a single

camera for its 2017 model.

However, as the company is yet to officially come up with the information, we must take

the reports with a grain of salt.

Walleye specifications, features.

Coming to the smaller Pixel smartphone; it is said to feature a 4.97-inch

display with a full HD resolution.

While there will be no major change in terms of design, the report suggests

that Google will include stereo speakers in the Google Pixel 2 while getting rid of the

standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

It will also be powered by the same Snapdragon 835 SoC and pair it with 4GB of RAM and a

humble 64GB of internal storage.

Cars 3 DELETED SCENES & Alternate Endings - Duration: 8:49.

When Pixar began developing the third Cars movie, they decided to return to the roots

of the franchise with a story centred firmly around Lightning McQueen.

Yippee-ki-yay, movie lovers, it's Jan here, and in this video I'm going to explain all

the deleted scenes, original stories and alternate endings that Pixar developed for Cars 3 during

five years of production but that didn't make it into the final movie.

Also I'm running my Cars 3 giveaway for two The Art of Cars 3 hardback books on this video.

If you'd like a chance to win one of these two very cool books which feature gorgeous

concept art and storyboards from Cars 3, be sure to subscribe, leave a comment about the

film, and also answer the question I'll be asking later in the video.

Quick warning, I will be discussing spoilers in this video, so take care if you haven't

seen the movie yet.

After director John Lasseter made the first Cars movie, he was really keen for legendary

actor Paul Newman to return as the voice of Doc Hudson for the sequel.

Sadly though, Newman passed away in 2008, and while Cars 2 does make brief mention of

Doc, details of how Doc died were never revealed in that movie.

However, in an interview with Screencrush, Cars creative director Jay Ward explained

that he had hoped to remedy the lack of details about Doc's passing in Cars 3.

In fact, in an early version of the movie, there was going to be a flashback that would

have revealed how Doc died.

Ward described the deleted scene as "a really tender moment where McQueen [is] driving and

Doc's following him and it's like the day your mentor passes away."

Although Pixar loves to make us cry, the scene was cut because, as Ward himself said, it

was "just depressing".

I still think that this could have been an interesting scene to include as although many

Cars and Pixar fans enjoyed Cars 3, many still want to know what really happened to Doc.

And, as Pixar proved in their incredible introductory montage of Carl and Ellie in Up, a character's

death can provide a deeper emotional connection to a movie and its story.

One of the best moments in the new movie is when Lightning, Cruz and Mack go incognito

at the Thunder Hollow demolition derby.

Lightning covers himself in mud and takes on the name of Chester Whipplefilter, Cruz

uses the alias Frances Beltline, and Mack wears a Jocko Flocko disguise, which, if you've

watched my Cars 3 easter eggs video, you'll know is a sneaky easter egg to a real-life

NASCAR monkey racer.

But the theme of Team 95 operating and training under cover was originally going to be a much

more extended and long-running joke throughout the movie.

For example, initially the beach training scene was going to be set up as a pretend

movie shoot where Guido was an Italian film director and Lightning was an actor pretending

to be Lightning McQueen.

A bunch of other gags about the team travelling around in disguise were also cut from the

final film, for example, Mack was going to conceal his identity in various ways ranging

from a travelling circus to a shipping container, and from a military vehicle to a lumberjack.

The character of Cruz Ramirez was very different in early drafts of the story and initially

she was actually a male car, but the filmmakers decided to make her a female car so she was

more of an outsider in the typically male-dominated world of motor racing.

Originally, Cruz was also going to be a young rookie racer rather than a trainer and an

early idea was that when Lightning met her at the Rust-Eze Training Centre, he would

see her as a younger version of himself, in a very similar way to how Doc viewed Lightning

when he first met him in the first movie.

In the end though, the filmmakers felt this was re-treading too much of the story from

Cars 1, so they began to make her more of an opposite character to Lightning, for example

in the way she lacked confidence.

Ultimately, the movie's creators believed these changes to Cruz's character helped build

a more interesting story by developing a more odd-couple-style of relationship between Lightning

and his new trainer.

The relationship between Lightning and Cruz culminates in the Florida 500 Piston Cup event

where, midway through the race, Lightning realises that Cruz is the answer to beating

Jackson Storm, so he calls her back for his pit stop but instead of going back out himself,

he gives her his number 95 and tells her to race in his place.

Before settling on this final twist though, the filmmakers considered a whole bunch of

alternate endings.

In one of those alternatives, Lightning never took part in the final race at all and entered

Cruz into the race instead, presenting her as the "New 95" to his friends from Radiator

Springs before the event.

This ending didn't work well because the filmmakers found that there was a sense that the movie

was already finished at the point that Lightning decided to stop racing which meant that the

remaining story felt underwhelming.

In another ending, McQueen ran the whole race himself, won it, and then he decided to mentor

Cruz only at the very end of the movie.

However, this ending made the film "feel hollow", according to director Brian Fee.

In yet another version, they both took part in the race and had to compete against each

other, but that didn't work either because it split the audience over who to support.

In the end, the filmmakers decided that, to get the right level of tension in the movie's

final act, they would have Lightning pass on his number mid-race to Cruz.

But even then, there were further variations considered within this scene.

For example, at one point, this passing of the torch to Cruz was going to be more fraught

with McQueen getting angry at her when she didn't understand what was going on, though

finally they both would have come to a proper understanding and appreciation of each other.

I'm not sure quite how I feel about the way the number 95 was passed to Cruz in the final

film, as although Smokey explained that "the rules only say the number has to be out there,

doesn't say who has to wear it", the confusion it initially created meant this transition

wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked.

The Cars 3 filmmakers obviously spent a lot of time considering all the possible options,

but I still wonder whether there was another way to have done this that didn't raise quite

so many questions in my mind while I was watching it.

What do you think about the ending?

Did you enjoy it or would you have preferred something different?

By the way, there are some interesting storyboards which hint at a deleted scene or another alternate

ending where McQueen reveals his transformation into the Fabulous Lightning McQueen at the

Piston Cup race rather than at the very end of the movie.

You can see him emerging with Doc's colours and the number 51 to a group of press, then

the crowd and, finally, onto the racetrack where he faces up to Jackson Storm.

In the final movie, the reveal of the "Fabulous Lightning McQueen" is a much more private

moment for Lightning with his friends at Radiator Springs.

Although the movie's final scene of Lightning unveiling his homage to Doc Hudson was lovely,

these storyboards hint that the filmmakers considered a much more dramatic and symbolic

way of 'bringing Doc back to life through his protégé', to quote story supervisor

Scott Morse, by having Lightning announce his new number and colours at the Piston Cup.

I'm not sure if this would have fit the way the rest of the ending played out, but perhaps

fans of Doc Hudson especially would have enjoyed seeing this scene.

Production on Cars 3 began at Pixar in 2013, but it wasn't until 2015 that the final direction

of the story was decided on after John Lasseter was inspired by the retirement of his friend,

professional NASCAR racer, Jeff Gordon at the age of 43.

Which means that, during those 2 years, various fascinating ideas and stories were considered

for the sequel.

Some of those early ideas involved returning to Route 66 and also including Route 99 and

racing on dry bed lakes (insert pictures).

One idea that was developed in a little more detail was an exploration of Southern California

car culture plus celebrity culture in LA.

In an interview with ScreenJunkies News, director Brian Fee revealed that in one early story

Lightning "went to a Hollywood Hills party and it was full of actors, and we had the

old Batmobile and the new Batmobile talking to each other at a party."

Obviously, this was a whole other story, but I imagine this scene could have been a lot

of fun as we already saw car versions of Pixar movie characters from Toy Story, Monsters

University, and A Bug's Life in the credits for the first Cars movie, and I imagine there

could have been a lot of potential for jokes and voice cameos by previous Batman actors

or sound-alikes.

I also wonder whether an LA-based story might have explored Sally's past history in the

city.

If you recall, in the first Cars movie, we learned that Sally was originally a hot-shot

lawyer in Los Angeles, and it could have been interesting to see her backstory explored.

So, are there any deleted scenes or stories you would love to have seen in Cars 3?

And do you think there should be a fourth Cars movie and, if so, what would you like

to see happen?

The perfect Cat Home (ENG sub) - Duration: 2:01.

Hi, it's me, Josy!

You are probably asking yourself how I ended up here!

Well, everything started when my owner wanted to furnish my new home…

I had everything my heart desired:

plenty of food, always fresh water,

a clean place to do my business at,

countless possibilities to kill time

and a cozy sleeping place.

She even made sure not to place my food bowl next to my drinking fountain.

A scratching post is prepared, so is a litter box.

Cat grass is not missing either

and after playing I can hide in a fluffy bed.

It would have been the perfect cat-paradise...

If only my owner hadn't forgotten about that one thing...

Curious as I am, I wanted to take a peak out of the window

what was going on outside, and...

well

you already know the rest.

My owner should have secured the window with a protection wedge when tilted

and with a safety net when it's fully opened.

Even the latter would have only taken a few minutes to install.

Great! Now I not only have the perfect, but also a safe cat home.

Open and tilted windows pose an immense safety hazard.

Each year, countless cats injure themselves, often times fatally.

Cat owners are obligated to secure windows and balconies adequately.

5th Republican Senator opposing new GOP health care bill | TODAY - Duration: 3:15.

THE WHITE HOUSE THIS MO WITH MORE.

GOOD MORNING. >> Reporter: GOOD MORNING.

THE PRESIDENT IS LOOKING FOR HIS FIRST BIG LEGISLATIVE WIN, AND

THAT MEANS THAT HE REALLY NEEDS THE OBAMACARE REPEAL TO WORK.

RIGHT NOW THERE ARE SO FEW REPUBLICANS THAT THEY CAN AFFORD

TO LOSE -- JUST A HANDFUL -- BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NARROW EDGE

OVER DEMOCRATS. THEY'RE REACHING OUT TO

CONSERVATIVE MEMBERS. THIS WEEKEND REPUBLICAN LEADERS

AND THE WHITE HOUSE HAVE SOME WORK TO DO.

LAWMAKERS HOME FOR A WEEKEND GRILLING.

>> I WILL BE VOTING NO. >> Reporter: NEVER SENATOR DEAN

HELLER, UP FOR RE-ELECTION NEXT YEAR, BECAME THE FIFTH

REPUBLICAN SENATOR TO BREAK WITH HIS PARTY OVER THE NEW HEALTH

CARE BILL. >> I CANNOT SUPPORT A PIECE OF

LEGISLATION THAT TAKES INSURANCE AWAY FROM TENS OF MILLIONS OF

AMERICANS AND HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF VETS.

>> Reporter: IN COLORADO SPRINGS, VICE PRESIDENT VICE

PRESIDENT -- VICE PRESIDENT PENCE ASKED FOR GRASSROOTS HELP

TO PASS THE BILL. >> THE PRESIDENT AND I ARE

COUNTING ON YOUR SUPPORT. WE NEED YOUR ENERGY.

>> Reporter: WHILE THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS LOOKING FOR

PUBLIC SUPPORT ON HEALTH CARE, WHEN IT COMES TO RUSSIA, THEY'RE

STRUGGLING. A NEW NBC NEWS/"WALL STREET

JOURNAL" POLL SHOWS 45% OF AMERICANS ARE MORE LIKELY TO

BELIEVE FORMER FBI DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY.

ONLY 22% FOR THE PRESIDENT. A SHARP DIVIDE ALONG PARTY

LINES. 76% OF DEMOCRATS SIDE WITH

COMEY. 50% OF REPUBLICANS SAY THEY

BELIEVE PRESIDENT TRUMP. THE PRESIDENT MADE A NEW CLAIM

AFTER ADMITTING HE HAD NOT TAPED COMEY.

HE SAYS THE MERE TWEETED THREAT OF TAPES IMPROVED COMEY'S

CREDIBILITY. >> WHEN HE FOUND OUT THAT I --

THAT THERE MAY BE TAPES OUT THERE, WHETHER IT'S GOVERNMENTAL

TAINTS OR ANYTHING ELSE, AND -- GOVERNMENTAL TAPES OR ANYTHING

ELSE, AND WHO KNOWS, I THINK HIS STORY MAY HAVE CHANGED.

>> Reporter: FRIDAY HE TURNED HIS TWEET FRUSTRATION AGAINST

THE OBAMA WHITE HOUSE SAYING THEY "KNEW FAR IN ADVANCE OF

NOVEMBER 8th ABOUT ELECTION MEDDLING ABOUT RUSSIA, DID

NOTHING ABOUT IT. WHY?"

ASKED ABOUT THE HEAD OF THE RUSSIAN PROBE, SPECIAL COUNSEL

ROBERT MUELLER, THE PRESIDENT WALKED A FINE LINE.

>> I CAN SAY THAT THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN HIRED ARE ALL

HILLARY CLINTON SUPPORTERS. SOME OF THEM WORKED FOR HILLARY

CLINTON. I MEAN, THE WHOLE THING IS

RIDICULOUS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH, FROM THAT STANDPOINT.

BUT ROBERT MUELLER'S AN HONORABLE MAN, AND HOPEFULLY

HE'LL COME UP WITH AN HONORABLE SOLUTION.

>> Reporter: THE NATION'S FIRST REALITY TV PRESIDENT HAD LITTLE

FUN ON FRIDAY, BRINGING BACK HIS OLD "APPRENTICE" TAG LINE AND

BOARDROOM MOVE, POKING FUN AT HIS VETERANS AFFAIRS SECRETARY,

MOUTHING THE WORDS "YOU'RE FIRED."

THAT ONE NEVER FAILS, DOES IT? [ LAUGHTER ]

>> Reporter: THE PRESIDENT HAS TEASEDASED CABINET MEMBERS BEFO

ABOUT FIRING THEM. AND THAT WAS ONLY IN JEST.

Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank: My company is in an unfair fight with Nike | TODAY - Duration: 8:42.

IT IS NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS STAR

QUARTERBACK AND SUPER BOWL MVP

SUMO WRESTLING IN JAPAN.

HE WAS ON A TOUR OF ASIA AS THE

FAMOUS FACE OF UNDER ARMOUR.

WHEN HE SIGNED WITH THEM IN

2010, MARKED A BIG MOMENT IN THE

HISTORY OF THE COMPANY.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST STARS

DEFECTED FROM UNRIVALLED SPORTS

BEHEMOTH NIKE BECAUSE HE NOTICED

YOUNG PLAYERS WERE WEARING UNDER

ARMOUR GEAR.

BRADY WAS DRAWN TO THE ENERGY OF

THE FORMER COLLEGE FOOTBALL

PLAYER WHO FOUNDED THE COMPANY,

KEVIN PLANK.

ALTHOUGH HIS LITTLE STARTUP IS

NOW VERY MUCH IN THE GAME WITH

NIKE AND ADIDAS, HE RUNS IT LIKE

AN UNDERDOG.

I SPENT THE DAY WITH KEVIN AT

THE COMPANY'S HEADQUARTERS IN

BALTIMORE, A CITY HE IS HELPING

TO TRANSFORM FOR A SUNDAY SIT

DOWN.

>> THIS IS A TOP SECRET

FACILITY.

>> WHAT ARE THEY MAKING ON THIS

LINE?

>> THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WE CAN

BUILD HERE IN A MATTER OF DAYS

VERSUS TAKING MONTHS OR YEARS.

>> Reporter: WALKING THE FLOOR

OF HIS STATE OF THE ART FACTORY

IN BALTIMORE, KEVIN PLANK IS

OBSESSED WITH WHAT'S NEXT.

>> THE PROFITS CAN BE BETTER,

SAFER, MORE EFFICIENT, MORE

EFFICIENT.

IT HAS TO BECOME A COMMERCIAL

PRODUCT SO CONSUMERS CAN SAY

THAT'S SOMETHING TO WEAR, MAKE

ME A BETTER ATHLETE, MAKE ME A

BETTER HUMAN.

MAKES MY BUTT LOOK THINNER.

>> MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY.

>> YOU'RE GOING TO RUN SMARTER.

NOW THE HEAD OF A NEARLY $5

BILLION GLOBAL SPORTS EMPIRE,

THE 44-YEAR-OLD PLANK STARTED

HIS FIRST BUSINESS AS A FRESHMAN

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND,

WITH THE HELP OF HIS FUTURE

WIFE, DJ, HE SOLD VALENTINE'S

DAY ROSES ON CAMPUS.

>> WORTH ABOUT $3,000, COST

ABOUT 1,000, POCKET 2 GRAND.

>> THAT'S NOT NORMAL FOR COLLEGE

KIDS.

DID YOU SEE SOMETHING AHEAD,

THIS COULD BE THE FIRST STEP IN

CREATING SOMETHING BIGGER?

>> I LEARNED FROM ROSES I WAS

GOOD AT CREATING A CENTRALIZED,

HAVING A VISION OF WHAT IT COULD

BE.

>> HIS NEXT VISION WOULD BECOME

AMERICA'S SECOND LARGEST SPORTS

PERFORMANCE GEAR COMPANY.

A SCRAPPY FOOTBALL PLAYER AT

MARYLAND NEVER MISSED A PRACTICE

IN FIVE YEARS, PLANK WAS

BOTHERED BY THE WEIGHT OF THE

COTTON T-SHIRTS HE WORE UNDER

PADS.

>> WHAT IF WE MADE SOMETHING OUT

OF SYNTHETIC MATERIAL LIKE

COMPRESSION SHORTS BUT FOR THE

UPPER BODY.

>> WORKING OUT OF HIS

GRANDMOTHER'S BASEMENT AFTER

GRADUATION IN 1996, PLANK HAD

500 SHIRTS MADE, BEGAN SHOPPING

THEM TO FRIENDS IN NFL LOCKER

ROOMS.

>> WHAT WAS THAT FIRST YEAR

LIKE?

>> MULTIPLE VOICES ANSWER THE

PHONE.

CAN I SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT

PLEASE.

HELLO.

I USED TO CARRY TWO BUSINESS

CARDS, ONE SAYS KEVIN PLANK

SALES MANAGER, ANOTHER SAID

KEVIN PLANK, PRESIDENT.

>> MADE HIS FIRST DEAL WITH

GEORGIA TECH, AND THE COMPANY

GREW STEADILY FROM THERE.

IN 1999, UNDER ARMOUR HAD ITS

BREAK THROUGH MOMENT WHEN PLANK

GOT HIS GEAR IN FRONT OF THE

COSTUME DESIGNER ON AN OLIVER

STONE MOVIE.

>> HAD A BIG BREAK WITH THE

MOVIE "ANY GIVEN SUNDAY."

GOT A CALL MONDAY SAYING THIS IS

OLIVER'S OFFICE, WANT TO USE IT

IN THE MOVIE.

GREAT, WHERE DO YOU WANT ME TO

SEND THE INVOICE TO.

THEY WERE LIKE NO, THIS IS

HOLLYWOOD.

NO, EVERYBODY PAYS A FAIR PRICE.

WE WERE PAID $42,000 FROM "ANY

GIVEN SUNDAY."

>> THE ROOTS ARE IN THE MARYLAND

HOME HE GREW UP AS YOUNGEST OF

FIVE BOYS.

>> HOW DID THAT SHAPE A GUY WHO

IS SITTING HERE NOW.

IS THAT WHERE THIS SCRAPPINESS

COMES FROM?

>> YEAH, I COULD SPEAK THROUGH A

FEW NIGHTS BEING HUNG IN MY

CLOSET BY MY UNDERWEAR, CALLED

BABY-SITTING IN MY HOUSE.

THAT PUT A CHIP ON YOUR

SHOULDER.

WANT TO SHOW THEM THAT YOU CAN

DO MORE, BE MORE.

>> TODAY, PLANK COUNTS SOME OF

THE FAMILY MEMBERS AMONG THE

MORE THAN 14,000 PEOPLE HE

EMPLOYS AROUND THE WORLD.

AND UNDER ARMOUR HAS A LIST

ATHLETES THAT INCLUDE FIVE TIME

SUPER BOWL CHAMPION TOM BRADY.

OLYMPIC SWIMMING LEGEND MICHAEL

PHELPS, AND TWO TIME NBA MVP

STEPHEN CURRY OF THE GOLDEN

STATE WARRIORS.

>> THE WARRIORS JUST WON THE NBA

CHAMPIONSHIP AGAIN.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO YOU AND

TO UNDER ARMOUR TO HAVE ONE OF

YOUR SIGNATURE GUYS BE ELEVATED

IN THAT WAY ON THAT STAGE?

>> IT MEANS A LOT, MEANS A LOT

TO SHOW ATHLETES THAT VALIDATE

YOUR BRAND ON FIELD.

>> CURRY'S TEAM BEAT THE

CAVALIERS, LED BY LeBRON JAMES,

WHO JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE FACE

OF THE COMPANY UNDER ARMOUR IS

CHASING.

WITH REVENUE OF $32 BILLION LAST

YEAR, NIKE IS FAR AND AWAY THE

WORLD'S LARGEST SPORTS

PERFORMANCE GEAR COMPANY.

>> HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK ABOUT

NIKE?

>> WE'RE AWARE OF THEM, HAVE

GREAT RESPECT FOR WHAT THEY DO.

THEY DON'T FIGHT FAIR.

>> WHY DON'T THEY?

>> BIG COMPANIES DO WHAT THEY

DO.

THEY HAVE MORE MONEY.

WE RUN A COMMERCIAL, WE HAVE ONE

SHOT.

COMMERCIAL HAS TO BE GREAT, HAS

TO HIT.

>> YOU HAVE TO TELL ME TRUE OR

FALSE, IN THE EARLY DAYS OF

UNDER ARMOUR YOU USED TO SEND

THE HEAD OF NIKE, PHIL KNIGHT, A

CHRISTMAS CARD EVERY YEAR AND

SAY YOU WILL KNOW OUR NAME.

>> YEAH, THAT'S TRUE.

THE PEOPLE I WAS TRYING TO

RECRUIT AND GET TO COME JOIN THE

COMPANY, YOU KNOW, I WAS PITTING

THIS AS IT IS US VERSUS THEM.

AND EVERYBODY ELSE WAS LIKE ARE

YOU CRAZY, YOU'RE NOT ON THE

RADAR.

TO ME, WE WERE ALWAYS ON THE

RADAR, ALWAYS IN THE GAME.

HERE WE WERE ALWAYS IN THAT

FIGHT.

>> YOU GUYS FOR THE COMPANY FOR

BETTER PART OF A DECADE WERE

GROWING ROCKET SHIP TO THE MOON,

DOUBLE DIGIT GROWTH EVERY YEAR.

THEN FOURTH QUARTER LAST YEAR

HIT A LITTLE ROADBLOCK THAT

SCARED WALL STREET.

WHAT HAPPENED THERE?

>> I THINK WE FOUND THERE'S A

BIT OF A SHIFTING MARKET THAT

HAPPENED IN THE MARKETPLACE

WHERE THE OBLIGATION OF BRANDS

IS TO MAKE SURE FIRST OF ALL,

FRESHNESS, NEWNESS, WHOEVER

MAKES THE BEST PRODUCT WILL WIN.

THERE ARE ALL THESE THINGS

CONVERGING AT ONE MOMENT IN

TIME.

>> UNDER ARMOUR HAS BOUNCED

BACK.

PLANK MADE ANOTHER HEADLINE IN

FEBRUARY, WITH A COMMENT

PRAISING PRESIDENT TRUMP'S

BUSINESS BACKGROUND.

>> TO HAVE A PRO-BUSINESS

PRESIDENT IS SOMETHING THAT'S AN

ASSET FOR THIS COUNTRY.

>> CRITICISM FOR PERCEIVED

SUPPORT OF THE PRESIDENT CAME

QUICKLY, EVEN STEPH CURRY

QUESTIONED IT.

>> IT IS UNFORTUNATE MY WORDS

WERE CHARACTERIZED IN A WAY

MEANT TO BE DIVISIVE IN SOME

WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.

LOOK, I AM THE ETERNAL OPTIMIST,

I BELIEVE IN THIS COUNTRY AND

THE OPPORTUNITY WE HAVE.

I'LL ALWAYS FIND THE BEST OF ANY

SITUATION I'M EVER GIVEN.

IN TODAY'S DAY AND AGE, THERE'S

NO ROOM FOR POLITICS.

YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE A

BASIC ANSWER WHERE YOU CAN TRY

AND SAY I'M GOING TO HIT THIS

DOWN THE MIDDLE AND EVERYBODY

WILL BE HAPPY.

THE FACT IS THERE IS NO ROOM FOR

THAT.

PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU

STAND AND WHAT ISSUES YOU STAND

FOR.

>> PLANK WOULD RATHER BE KNOWN

FOR HIS STAND ON BALTIMORE, A

TROUBLED CITY OTHERS LEFT FOR

DP

DEAD.

HIS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY OPENED A

HOTEL AND DISTILLERY.

COMBINED WITH PUBLIC FUNDS,

PLANK WILL SPEND $5.5 BILLION ON

A LONG TERM PROJECT TO

COMPLETELY TRANSFORM THE CITY'S

DISTRESSED WATERFRONT.

>> I LOVE PEOPLE SEEING THINGS

AND SAYING I NEVER COULD HAVE

THOUGHT OR IMAGINED.

I HOPE TO BELIEVE AND HOPE TO BE

REPRESENTATIVE OF THE AMERICAN

DREAM BEING ALIVE.

THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T

FEEL THAT NOW.

HOPEFULLY BRING SOME OF THAT

FEELING THAT IT CAN HAPPEN.

WE HAVE TO KEEP IT RUNNING, KEEP

IT GOING.

>> AS PART OF THAT DEVELOPMENT

OF BALTIMORE, PLANK CREATED A

HUB TO TRAIN WORKERS AND

INCUBA

INCUBATE STARTUPS AND DONATED

MILLIONS TO EDUCATION IN THE

CITY.

UNDER ARMOUR KEEPS GROWING.

THEY ARE BUYING UP DIET AND

ACTIVITY APPS, CREATING 150

MILLION USERS EXPOSED EVERY DAY

TO UNDER ARMOUR.

THE WHITE HOUCKING ON IT FOR US.

KELLY, GOOD MORNING. >> Reporter: GOOD MORNING,

WILLIE. IT WILL BE ANOTHER HIGH STAKES

WEEK FOR THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION OVER HEALTH CARE.

IT HAS BEEN HARDER THAN THEY EXPECTED TO DELIVER ON THE

PROMISE OF REPEALING THE OBAMACARE LAW, AND THE WHITE

HOUSE AND SENATE REPUBLICANS ARE SEVERAL VOTES SHORT OF WHAT THEY

NEED, BUT THEY TOOK A BRIEF BREAK ON A LOVELY SUMMER NIGHT

TO LIVE UP TO THE NAME OF GRAND OLD PARTY.

PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT ARE MAKING PHONE CALLS TO HESITANT

REPUBLICANS. THE PRESIDENT SPOKE TO TED CRUZ,

THE CLOCK IS TICKING. MONDAY, THE BILL COST AND

PREDICT LAST MINUTE CHANGES. THURSDAY, GOP LEADER MITCH

McCONNELL SETS THAT AS A DEADLINE TO VOTE.

REPUBLICANS CAN ONLY LOSE TWO OF THEIR OWN.

THE PRESIDENT TWEETED AT HIS PARTY WITH HONEY, NOT VINEGAR.

I CANNOT IMAGINE THAT THESE VERY FINE REPUBLICAN SENATORS WOULD

ALLOW THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO SUFFER A BROKEN OBAMACARE ANY

LONGER. SO THE PRESIDENT TAKING A

LIGHTER TOUCH THAN WE SOMETIMES SEE IN TRYING TO ENCOURAGE

REPUBLICANS TO DO WHAT HE WOULD LIKE THEM TO, AND MITCH

McCONNELL IS REALLY RUNNING THIS, TRYING TO GET THE VOTES IN

LINE. AND PART OF WHY THIS WEEK IS SO

IMPORTANT IS THAT SOURCES TELL ME HE BELIEVES IT'S JUST TIME TO

MAKE A DECISION. FOR REPUBLICANBLICANS, THAT MEAS

WEEK, AND THEY WANTED TO GET THIS DONE BEFORE THE FOURTH OF

JULY BREAK. WE'LL SEE IF IT
