10 Years Ago... Matchday 32 LaLiga 2007/2008 - Duration: 3:05.
Ten years ago, Lionel Messi returned to the field of play after a month's absence.
Unfortunately, his team missed out on two vital points in the Nuevo Colombino.
Two fine goals from Samuel Eto'o were not enough,
as their opponents replied with brace from Ruben.
The game ended 2-2, a result which ruined Carles Puyol's thirtieth birthday celebrations.
Real Madrid took advantage of Barcelona's slip-up
and, thanks to a solitary goal from Sneijder, won their game against Real Murcia.
They were now nine points ahead of Barça. With only 18 points to play for in LaLiga, the title seemed to be
heading to the Spanish capital.
The season was proving to be a veritable rollercoaster for Valverde's Espanyol.
From their historic record of unbeaten matches in January,
to losing four games on the bounce in the month of April.
This week, ten years ago, they went down 1-0 at home to Osasuna.
Racing Santander were having a better run of things, after their 2-1 away win at Valencia they remained
in a European spot and confirmed their status as the surprise package of the season.
Another team causing a stir a decade ago was Almeria.
Thanks to a goal from Santi Acasiete, they came away with an important win against Villarreal
at the Estadio de los Juegos Mediterraneos.
The scorer of the goal for the Andalusian side was not, however, the only player of note:
Diego Lopez was sent off after bringing down Crusat and conceding a penalty.
He was replaced by Carlos Sanchez, the reserve keeper, who now had the unenviable task of facing
Alvaro Negredo for the spot kick in his LaLiga debut.
Fortunately for him, the Villarreal striker was unable to convert his opportunity.
Deportivo had a convincing win against Athletic Club.
Their 3-0 victory meant the Galicians were now well clear of the relegation zone.
It was a chance for Fabricio Coloccini to prove his worth in front of his ex-coach Joaquin Caparros
and he did indeed dedicate his goal to him.

I've had the pleasure of watching them play for Barcelona and the Spanish team"

Cristiano Ronaldo. He's another of the very best players in the history of the game.
Centre forward, Ronaldo Nazario. He was an out-and-out number nine and it was a joy watching him play."
"Well, that's my starting eleven. I hope you like the team. All the very best."

Did Alfred DEFEAT Superman? - Alfred Pennyworth - Quick Take [Injustice: Gods Among Us] - Duration: 9:12.
Did Batman's loyal butler, friend and surrogate father best the man of steel one on one?
Those of you who read Injustice know the answer: in at least one reality, yes.
Thanks to some Kryptonian technology in the form of a "super pill" he sure did.
DON'T CLICK AWAY!
This will be interesting, I swear.
Hey you fancy nerds, I'm Jay and this is "A Quick Take".
Let's do a character spotlight
on Alfred Pennyworth and review his role in Injustice: Year One!
Spoilers ahead, but only for year one.
Alfred Thaddeus Crane Pennyworth is the ever loyal butler of the Wayne family and Bruce
Wayne's surrogate father, after the death of his parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne.
Yeah, Batman's parents died.
We're really breaking new ground with this one.
Alfred first appeared in "Batman #16" in April of 1943, and was created by artist
Bob Kane and writer Don Cameron (and knowing Bob Kane, probably other people too... but
that's just me speculating).
Alfred is a "do it all butler", not even joking here, if it's humanly possible he
can and will do it.
In fact his background seems to be well suited for life in Batman's world.
He joined the military at a young age in his home country, The United Kingdom, where he
became a field medic.
After many years in the British Royal Guard he eventually moved on to work for MI5 as
a spy.
He even tried his hand at acting after serving his country but when his father, Jarvis, passed
away he left home to become the butler for Thomas and Martha Wayne.
While Injustice takes place in a different reality in the DC Multiverse, it's very
likely that Injustice Alfred shares the same background (or at least a vastly similar one).
So let's talk Injustice.
A quick recap, Superman grabbed who he thought was Doomsday and flew into space… but it
was Lois Lane (who was pregnant with his unborn child).
The Joker had drugged Superman, he'd been hallucinating.
However, that's not where the heartbreak stops, The Joker had set up a nuclear warhead
in Metropolis and somehow wired it to Lois's heartbeat.
When her heart stopped, so did the city of Metropolis.
Superman lost the love of his life, his child, his city and nearly everyone he knew, all
in one fatal day, and it sent him down a dark path.
In a furry, he murdered the Joker and blamed Batman.
Batman had caught these lunatic Gotham criminals over and over.
Every time they escaped, he locked them up back in the same place.
From Superman's point of view, it was all a game for Batman.
The Joker once said, "All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy.
Superman had his one bad day and it made him into a dystopian dictator.
As a result, Batman (and the rest of the world) had quite a few bad days as well.
So bringing it back around, where was Alfred's place in all of this?
Well, at first he didn't seem to be too important to the plot.
There was this scene of Alfred trying to remind Superman of his humanity while the two best
friends, Batman and Superman, were still on speaking terms (barely).
The next time we see Alfred is after the accidental death of Dick Grayson at the hands of Damian
Wayne, reacting the same way many of us would to the death of a grandchild.
Then we have this scene where Batman is trying to (and doing a poor job of) reconciling with
Robin.
Damion had just come from The Watchtower where Superman and his allies had just finished
a meeting. Lex Luthor had announced a new pill based on Kryptonian nanotechnology
that could increase the strength and power of a human being by 1000 fold.
Damion had taken this drug.
In the heat of the moment, Damion pushes Alfred who goes flying into a monitor; because of
the super pill, he didn't know his own strength.
Batman lunges at Damian but he punches the dark knight who flies into a giant penny they
keep in the batman cave as a trophy.
The penny falls toward a defenseless Alfred as Robin looks on in horror.
So… about that giant penny...
Na now, I will now explain why there's a giant penny in the Batcave in two minutes flat.
Put two minutes on the clock and let's go.
Whether in the Injustice universe or the normal DC Comic continuity, Batman always has a giant
dinosaur and an oversized penny displayed in the Batcave.
The Batcave itself first appeared in the 15 chapter Batman serials released in July of
1943 where it was known as The Bat's Cave.
In October of that same year, The Bat Cave (this time not plural but two words) made
its way into the Batman and Robin comic strips appearing in daily newspapers across the country,
complete with a nifty map.
Then in December of that very same year, The Batcave (no space) debuted in Detective Comics
#83.
As for the animatronic dinosaur, giant penny and other Batcave trophies, they made their
debut in Batman #12 in 1942, pre-dating the Batcave - note the window in this panel showing
the trophy room.
I guess Bruce Wayne doesn't get a lot of visitors…
After the creation of the Batcave, these trophies began to appear within the cave itself as
of Batman #48 and still do to this day… but where do they come from?
Well, like many comic stories, the origin of these two trophies have been told, updated
and retold but originally the dinosaur first appeared in Batman #35 wherein Batman and
Robin are invited to the opening of a animatronic dinosaur themed island amusement park called
Dinosaur Island where supervillain hijinks ensue.
The giant penny first appeared in World's Finest #30 when small time crook Joe Coyne
tried to rob a store of all its pennies and was arrested.
Upon his release, he took on the name The Penny Plunderer and vowed to get his revenge
by committing penny themed crimes, you know, as you do.
The giant penny was a display at a coin and stamp exhibit where the Plunderer was attempting
to steal it along with the first one cent coin ever minted.
Batman used the giant penny in the fight… because of course he did.
In Batman: The Animated series the villain Two-Face tied Batman to the giant penny which
rested on an oversized coin-flipping machine.
If the coin landed on the side batman was tied to, then the Batman would be crushed
to death, but even if it landed on the other side, the impact would break every bone in
Batman's body: a classic no-win Two-Face-style situation that batman managed to win anyway.
Because of course he did.
And we're back.
Where were we?
The giant penny was about to crush Alfred when Hawkgirl literally appeared out of nowhere
to hold it up and save Alfred's life.
Unfortunately, this display of strength tipped off Damion to the fact that Hawkgirl was actually
The Martian Manhunter, a shapeshifting hero who had been posing as Hawkgirl in order to
spy on Superman and his allies.
This did not end well for Martian Manhunter.
In response to this, Superman tried to out Bruce Wayne as Batman.
While Batsy was able to cut the power to the Watchtower before the message got out, Superman
tweeted his secret identity to the masses with the help of Cyborg.
The next time we see Alfred, he's giving Batman a list of things to take from the mansion
as he flees.
Batman tires to get Alfred to distance himself from Bruce Wayne but Alfred can't… after-all,
he's the first thing on the list.
Now skipping ahead, Batman and his allies have infiltrated Superman's fortress of
solitude (at great cost) and acquired one of these kryptonian super pills.
Batman must now return to the Batcave in order to analyze the pill so it can be synthesized.
The problem with that plan is that it's the first place Superman will check and he
is not happy, to say the least.
Batman tries to stall Superman using a variety of tactics and as the scan completes he dives
for the super pill, his only chance to make it out.
Superman stops him before he get to it, however, and breaks the back of the Batman.
It's only then that Superman realizes what's actually going on and in a fit of anger he
tortures Batman in an attempt to find out where the scan of the Kryptonian super pill
was sent.
In a rare moment of clarity, Superman stops to consider his actions and that's when
Alfred, after having taken the pill, headbutts the man of steel sending blood flying everywhere.
Alfred hits Superman so hard that his punches leave craters in the floor of the Batcave.
He picks up his surrogate child, Bruce Wayne and carries him to the safety of the Batcave
transporter.
This isn't the end of Superman, however, in fact this story is only getting started.

The Interview: Giampaolo Pazzini, Levante UD player - Duration: 7:07.
"On one hand I was keen to play in a new championship."
"Come to a new place, a new city, and encounter a new way of thinking. On the other hand, I was a bit nervous.
I was fearful of moving the family, of bringing my son over, finding a school for him: doing that in 36 horas was quite trick."
"So, I had a lot of conflicting feelings"
"Like I say, I was eager to come to a new place and play in a new championship
like LaLiga, which is a beautiful competition and is followed closely in Italy.
"I had and still have a lot of curiosity in getting to know this championship better.
It's something new for me and I'm very happy"
"Well, as far as Levante are concerned, I asked Storari (Marco) who played here some years ago."
"And I also asked Damiano Tommasi; they both had good things to say."
"It seemed like the club belonged to them the way they talked about it. That's something that spurred me on."
In that moment when I was looking for information from other people, all those people, without ulterior motives,
had a lot of praise for the city and the club, that's something that encouraged me a lot"
"I'm finding out more and more about LaLiga as I go on"
"What really impressed me was the fact that they always play football. All the teams play, all the players can play,
from the keeper to the central defenders to the full backs. Here they look to play. They like
good football here. They like the clever pass, having possession of the ball. You're very aesthetic"
"Not even in my dreams did I imagine a debut like that. I'd only arrived three days before.
Three days of flights, suitcases, the medical check-up and training on my own.
"In the end I was there and on the bench. I didn't think I'd come on but I did. We were losing and I got the
equaliser to make it 2-2. The stadium was packed, it was amazing. I've scored lots of goals, but to score against Real Madrid,
to get the goal to make it 2-2 in the 90th minute, a strike which gave us an important point.
I think that was the greatest of them all"
"That game was a big disappointment for us."
"Because we hadn't won for a long time and we had it on a plate."
"But then you go to a difficult ground where only the big teams have won, and you come away victorious."
"And what's more with a goal in the final minutes. That's football for you,
over the course of the season, what it takes from you it gives back"
"I've had these experiences before and worse than that. So, I know what it means, better than other players
players in the team who are playing in their first championship and who perhaps see problems as being
bigger than they actually are. The fact is, sometimes it just needs a spark, a win, for the team to regain its confidence.
And that's exactly what happened. After the first win the team calmed down and we're now playing in a far more
positive way compared to two months ago. It just goes to show how in modern football,
the head, the mentality, confidence, all make a huge difference"
"He arrived with a lot of enthusiasm which wasn't easy because he had been coaching the reserves.
But he's got a lot of character and the team were happy to follow him. He's very tactical.
He's a very Italian coach in the sense that he takes care with the details, the style of play, the set pieces.
We spend a lot of time on the field training. I think he's incorporated a lot of new concepts that
the team have been learning and trying to put into practice."
"Well, it has to be that the team stay up. That was the aim from the very start. That's essential.
After that if I can get some more goals then I'll be happy. But the most
important thing is that the team manage to stay up"

Around LaLiga: #PassTheBall, a shared project of LaLiga and the South African Football Association - Duration: 5:03.
Johannesburg and Capetown.
Two settings where exceptional partners,
LaLiga and the South African Football Association have come together for a shared project: #PassTheBall.
Their aim, to help disadvantaged South African children and teenagers through football.
"We've begun a project called #PassTheBall. It's a project aimed at disadvantaged young people.
A social project which we've started in South Africa with the view to extending it to the rest of Africa.
The idea is to give a ball to these young people and fill them with hope for the future"
About 1,500 participants enjoyed this remarkable event which consisted of the symbolic presentation
of a ball and the teaching of LaLiga training methods.
"I think that when we give a ball to a child, he'll have the chance of making lots of friends.
If you give a ball to a child, 22 players will take part in a game and they'll have the chance of making 22 friends"
The #PassTheBall project has an exceptional supporter.
The ex-Barcelona player and LaLiga ambassador, Patrick Kluivert, launched the event
and handed out balls to the youngest players.
"I'm very happy to be taking part in this event as it gives a lot of children the chance of doing something with their
lives. Here in South Africa and in the whole of Africa, the children will have an opportunity to do important things
in their life"
"Giving a ball to a child means he has the chance of playing and expressing his love for the sport.
Giving him the chance to achieve great things in football is very important
and that's why I'm so happy to be a Laliga ambassador"
In order to transfer knowledge and training methods to local trainers and players,
the participation of LaLiga coaches is an essential part of the project.
"We're trying to teach our training methods to local coaches and also develop and transfer our theory and
practice to young players."
"We're going to prepare a session so that the children can understand what football's all about.
So they can learn about different aspects of the sport. We concentrate on the development of tools useful for
the teams and players. We obviously adapt to their age and their tactical and technical capabilities.
The next step is to go out on the pitch and enjoy ourselves"
"It's amazing to be part of this LaLiga #PassTheBall campaign in collaboration
with the South African football association"
"LaLiga has taken the step of coming to South Africa. It's something that gives hope to the children
and that not only helps football but all sport"
"It's a great project with a clear motto. By giving children a ball you can change their lives"
"Three,
two,
one…
LaLiga #PassTheBall!"

Method that improve the slack of armpit, stiff neck together. 大宮 整体 脇のたるみと肩こりを同時に改善する方法 - Duration: 6:28.
Hi my name is youhei ozaki. Thanks for watch this video. This video talk about method that improve the slack of armpit, stiff neck together.
This time, aim point is while of scapula and clavicle. There is intersect point while of scapula and clavicle.
It is like the one part of triangle. Aim gap of scapula and clavicle.
At first, check current self state. Do pinch armpit.
And pinch neck or shoulder. Please remember stiff when that time.
Next, turn neck. Check neck bone sound or discomfort.
If you have bone sound, maybe your neck is so stiff. To you don't feel at all is does not matter.
Maybe you understand place of clavicle already. Do down from throat and head for clavicle edge.
Please feel end point of indent. Please do rub bone of intersect.
This point is don't feel pleasant more than normal massage. You will feel painful that like an abrasion.
I hope that move the side more than vertical. Clavicle and just like same orientation.
Keep state that put your finger into indent, please rub bone. In the bone also there is unevenness. Please rub that unevenness.
If your finger is enter into that indent, that is correct. Like don't let indent escape, continue only. But also light power, you will feel pain.
Sometimes, please pinch neck or shoulder. You will feel softness more than last time. If do continue this method, further your neck become soft.
I am thinking that stretch exercise no need. At personal,if you hope get healthy body, stretch exercise is no need.
Opposite side is also doing like same. Your shoulder will tired by this self care.
Check armpits also. Please feel the change of armpits. This is there is 2 pattern.
Pattern that become stiff, pattern that become soft. While also, good things for your body. Both pattern is correct.
If you also don't get ideal body now, don't worry. Many case, come out many moisture from body at after.
It is peeing or runny nose. At especially, you will feel it at next morning.
Because extra moisture come out by good blood flow. Your body get change by time difference. Please don't worry.
Maybe that state is continue some days. To come out deep muscle after some days is success.
In few minute also, your neck turning become so light. I recommend to do massage the painful point.
Few minute only is also OK. Your stiff neck will keep good state.
Please try it. Thanks for watch this video. See you!
