why not now this is a good time as the

20th century starts to wind down few

more years as we get ready for century

21 what a good time to set your goals

work on yourself work on your skills

what a good time to get it together what

a good time to start this process

personal development growing changing

developing having a good plan for your

money and for your life and for your

future why not now

what's now up no opportunities wasted

listen to me carefully guys let's do me

very carefully you got to hear what I'm

saying this is important

there are 86,400 seconds in a day and if

you maximize each and every one of them

you will live like you want to live you

will have what you want to have you'll

be what you want to be you can have more

than you've got because you can become

more than you are if you just remain how

you are you'll always have what you've

got but if you're willing to make

changes the next five years of your life

can be totally different than the last

one if you don't change chances are

excellent the next five will be like the

last four things to change

you've got to change for things to get

better it's not what happens that

determines your future it's what you do

about what happens direction determines

destination all you got to do is make a

little change in direction to arrive at

a brand new destination in two years

three years five years

you either have to change your life that

is you kind of say you know what my body

isn't there I'm gonna go work out my

relationship is in there I'm gonna

change it you know I'm not making one I

gotta make I'm gonna retool I'm gonna

get a new skill I'm gonna go back to

school I'm gonna start a business I'm

gonna do something you have to do

something to change your life or in

order for you to be happy if you can't

change your life you're gonna have to

change your blueprint usually a life

that requires a little bit of each does

that make sense and if you change your

take change your life and change your

blueprint you can have an extraordinary

life because all of us are gonna have

times in our life when what we want or

think life should be like isn't gonna

match our life really is those moments

if we blame our life goes into pain if

we change we can change our life and

match our blueprint the fact that you're

not happy has nothing to do with what

you have or don't have the fact that

you're not happy is that your life

doesn't match the way you think it

should be

you have some idea of how you think it

should be

listen to me there are those of you of

what you're doing is that there are 10

opportunities in a day and you're taking

advantage of seven uh but if you think

you're doing something yep you got to

hear me you got to hear me you only have

24 hours in a day and you've heard me

say this time and time again the way you

spend your 24 hours determines how you

live if you want the future to change

for you you've got to change if you

don't change the next six years of your

life is gonna be just like the last six

you'll still be behind on your bills

you'll still be behind on your promises

no opportunity wasted again no

opportunity wasted if one of us can do

it hey we all can do it and now here's

my last question why not now

[Music]

what is it that gives your life a sense

of meaning and purpose because once you

find that it puts you in your power

please see if you know what your life

work is I encourage you to start working

on it if you can't do it all at one time

do just a little bit of it and if you

don't know what it is that you showed up

to do if you don't know why you're here

I encourage you to find out what your

purpose is here what is the meaning of

your life what will be different have

you ever asked yourself that question

I've done that I I remember coming from

a friends of my funeral and I was

reflecting on how much time I had left

and I went for a walk in a park thinking

about this guy whose life was so

promising and I mean he wasn't an old

guy he was quite young in fact and I

thought about all of the things that he

said he was going to do and he never got

a chance to do those things and I start

thinking about my own life and how much

time I had left to do the things that I

would like to do and at that time I

wasn't sure what my life purpose was

what my life's work was I wasn't sure

about it at that time and I thought

about it quite a lot I had some idea but

I wasn't convinced that I don't think I

felt worthy I didn't believe that it

could be me to do this kind of work that

I'm doing right now and I say to you

that if you begin to take a conscious

effort to find out what it is that

you're supposed to do

I say that it can literally save your

life I said that it can literally save

your life

85% of the American public

according to recent studies of going to

jobs that they hate working on jobs that

do not challenge them they get sick

thinking about going because see when

you go to a job and you already know how

far you can go you can already see that

proverbial glass ceiling see when you're

going someplace and you already know how

much you're going to make you already

know how far you can go you have a dead

in position it erodes your self-esteem

it lowers your sense of yourself

it creates an inner turmoil

it creates an emptiness in you so I say

that your life is worth finding what it

is that you're supposed to do and I'm

not saying quit your job I'm saying find

it and do just a little bit of just not

working at it just a little bit but do

find out what your work is and hold on

to it and don't let your dream go don't

let it go see and here's something else

I want you to begin to look at why is it

that most people don't pursue their

dreams so don't do better than what

they're doing if they're capable of

doing it I think that many of us don't

go the next step because we don't know

what to do yet and I say that that the

reason that we don't even explore the

possibility of what to do is because

subconsciously we don't believe that it

can happen for us and we don't believe

that we deserve it so here's what I'm

suggesting how much time do you spend

working on you how much time do you

spend every day working on your dream in

the last 90 days how many books have you

read

in the last year what new skill or

knowledge have you acquired what kind of

investment have you made in you so I'm

saying that as you begin to look at

where you want to go if you want to make

it today and things are changing so fast

you have to literally run to standstill

I'm saying that you've got to make some

conscious effort to begin to work to

develop you here's something else most

people are not living their dreams

because of fear ladies and gentlemen

fear limited vision and lack of self

esteem is what keep most people doing

things they don't want to do the same

reason that people stay in relationships

where they're abused are they're unhappy

or it's unfulfilled they can't see

themselves beyond that relationship they

can't see themselves enjoying life

without that person they think that this

is all that they can do the same reason

that people get stuck at a certain level

in life they can't see things being

better for them and they think that this

is in and this is all they deserve this

is all they've ever seen has been passed

on to them and they think that this is

it for them oh no looking what dr.

Blanton Smalley Blanton who is a

colleague of dr. norman vincent peale

what he said about theories that fear is

the most subtle and destructive of all

human diseases

ladies and gentlemen fear kills dreams

fear kills hope fear put people in the

hospital fear can age you fear ladies

and gentlemen can hold you back from

doing something that you know within

yourself that you're capable of doing

but it will paralyze you and it seem

like you're in a hypnotic spell and I

asked you a question what is the benefit

what's the benefit of allowing fear to

hold you back what's the benefit of

giving up on yourself of not stepping

out on life and taking life on what is

a benefit for you what's the plus in

that it's one of the things I had to ask

myself so I didn't want to make any

mistakes I wanted everybody to like me I

wanted to be perfect the first time I

did something it's not going to happen

you're going to make some mistakes

you're gonna hurt some folks feelings

you're going to create some enemies when

ever you decide that you want to begin

to take life on you've got to ask

yourself how long am I going to allow

this to hold me back I like what Zig

Ziglar says he said fear is false

evidence appearing real that it's an

illusion that we create in our mind it

is a state of mind that can be changed

so let's look at how we can begin to

take some steps to restructure that fear

to begin to expand our visions of

ourselves to begin to increase our

self-esteem Webster said that

self-esteem means confidence and

satisfaction in oneself look at your

life right now whatever you've done up

to this point in time your life is

working whatever you have produced it

came out of you but as a result of the

kind of person that you have become as a

result of your choices it's a result of

your consciousness now you have to ask

yourself are you satisfied with what you

have produced is this what you want

would you like for things to be better

than this do you believe that you

deserve better than this are you content

this is it you don't have to do

everything anything else

but you already resigned yourself in

life so well I'm happy I'm not starving

like the people in Calcutta

are you allowing yourself to get off the

hook like that or do you believe

somewhere in the back of your mind or in

your heart but there's some other great

work for you to do there's something

else that life has for you and that's

why you're here how do we handle this

fear factor how do we increase our

self-esteem you have to begin to fortify

yourself how do we do that I believe

that you have to begin to consciously

monitor yours inner conversation and

start talking to yourself start building

yourself up sometimes the only good

things you will hear about you are the

things that you say to you

so I'm saying learn to be your own

booster stop building yourself up start

encouraging yourself

Cậu Bé Thiên Tài Người Nga Đã Sống Ở Sao Hỏa? Và Người Sao Hỏa Đang Sống Ở Đó? I Khoa Học Huyền Bí - Duration: 7:01.

hey guys thanks for watching beyond science it's Mike Chen

I've been on the road for the last week or so

and a lot of interesting news articles start flooding my inbox from you guys

and thank you so much for sending them and there are two in particular I want to talk about enough

first story and I'm a little late on this a group of scientists just found a mysterious hidden void in a Great Pyramid of Giza

that could finally help us unravel the secrets of this ancient megalithic monument

they did this by using a cosmic particle detector

and there were initially testing of the equipment could get accurate scans through the pyramids thick walls

but instead of seeing what they expect if they saw a large empty space with really no obvious entrance

basically a mysterious floating void with no way in

now to make sure this wasn't some epic fail or some expensive prank

they took the time to use two other detection techniques to confirm it

and yes it turns out the images were correct so they announced their amazing historical discovery last week

now if you don't know the Great Pyramid of Giza was supposedly made during the ring of pharaoh Khufu

and most researchers believe it was completed in 25 50 BC

what evidence suggests fossils and water erosion suggests

it's much older than that dr. Roberts M schlock was one of the first scientists to really tackle

the subject of the plateau structures being older than previously thought

in the early 1990s he suggested that the Sphinx was thousands of years

older than typically bleed to point back to 5,000 to 9,000 BC

it came to this conclusion based on water erosion patterns

found both on the statue in the surrounding rock

so many researchers also recognized the amazing ingenuity of the architects

who so perfectly measured and cut huge blocks of stone aligned them

with constellations and perhaps even designed it

to generate the electricity on a massive scale

the point is that the mysteries of these pyramids are just incredible

they really are amazing examples of a highly sophisticated and advanced civilization

and to figure out what they really are

we may have to rely on some of the band's technology off are

all now the cosmic particles used to scan the pyramids are called a nuance

they're similar to the electrons but 207 times heavier

and if you don't know when cosmic rays hit our Earth's atmosphere

they shoot these subatomic particles called muons towards the ground

and when they pass through objects they give off some energy

and as were those strategically placed at the ER on tight the Giza pyramid recorded

and over several months scientists scattered bits of data

zipping through the thick stone blocks and finally creating image kind of

like a cosmic x-ray photo are really really expensive one

however the image of this mysterious void is not very clear so they're not really sure what it is

except that it's above the Grand Gallery

it's empty and it measures around a 100 feet long

some researchers think it could be a construction gap

that ancient builders use to access the King's chambers and Grand Gallery during the pyramids construction

according to Harvard Egyptologist Peter Dominion

all we know is that we have a void we have a cavity and is huge

which means possibly intentional and is certainly worthy of further exploration

in that sense is obviously frustrating

on the other hand as an architectural discovery

something we didn't know about the interior of the greates pyramid

it's absolutely big news and of course with all the ridicule for theories of ancient aliens building the pyramids

any researcher they're kind of scared to make any daring speculations about

what this hid a room in a great pyramid could be for

but here's my guess maybe it was used to store giant a hundred foot tall mummies

we're in ancient stash of Egyptian chili oil

okay probably not but whatever

it was this is the greatest discovery inside the Giza pyramid since the 19th century

and I really can't wait to know what else they find in there

so congratulations to the skin hürmüz team

this was the purpose of their project to reveal hidden secrets of these magnificent mysterious monuments

and they have really done that

next up and this was a story I heard years ago

and recently a lot of you guys have been sitting in to me to talk about

this is a really interesting story

reported by the privada newspaper a major newspaper in Russia

the report was published in 2005 and it talked about a boy named Boris

he claims that he was reincarnated from well a Martian

according to the report the boy's mother

said that she had Boris with almost no pain so right away that was strange

and as soon as she brought him home from the hospital

she started noticing strange things about him

for example he hardly ever cry didn't get sick

he started speaking full sentences after only eight months

but he was 2 years old Boris started drawing a mixture of colors

and when the scheduler show two psychologists they said that Boris was probably trying to draw people's auras

and by the age of three Boris started telling his parents about well the you

according to his mother he could name all the planets of the solar system

and even their satellites he was showering me with names and numbers of galaxies

at first I found it very frightening

I thought that my son was out of mind

and then I decided to check if those names really existed

I took some books on astronomy and I was shocked to find out

that the boy knew so much about this science

because of all this Bors became somewhat of a celebrity

he would tell anybody who would listen about alien civilizations ancient three metre tall giants

who used to inhabit the earth he would even talk about future events like global warming

of course no one really believed him

now what was really interesting was that Bors can't remember his past life

of course reports and studies of kids remembering their past lives

that's really nothing new

some kids recall themselves being soldiers

some even remember being their own grandparents

but Boris surprised everyone when he claimed that he remembers alive when he was a Martian

and lived on Mars he said that he remembered the marshes waging war all the time

and that they would observe earth and triangular spacecrafts that could travel through space in time

he also said that there is still life on Mars to this day

but because of a global catastrophe Mars lost its atmosphere

so all the beings now live underground

when asked what the Martians look like

Boris described them to be over 70 meters or 23 feet tall

in all possessed special abilities again

this all seemed pretty unbelievable but scientists from all over took an interest aboard

such as specialists at the Institute of earth magnetism and radio waves of the Russian Academy of scientists

who follow Brad Boris's aura and found it convincingly strong

other scientists studied Boris and came to the conclusion that he knew information

that really he shouldn't have

and I'll put a link to the full interview with Horus in my description box below

so you guys can listen for yourself but let me know what you guys think

do you think we have found all the mysteries inside the pyramids

where there's so much stone yet to be found

personally like I mentioned before I don't believe that the pyramids were build

it to be used as tools for Pharaohs

I mean I that's a whole lot of waste of material in space in from every new scientific report

talking about how the pyramids might have been constructed

I'm just not convinced that the ancient Egyptians had the ability to build this thousands of years ago

and I think with all the theories we have about the pyramids

all that we've discovered it's great

I love new discoveries I love shedding new light on puzzles

but I just don't think that mystery is even close to being solved

also let me know your thoughts on the child who claimed he was Martian in the past life

but let's say for a fact reincarnation is real

and according to many Eastern philosophies

we can reincarnate into animals we can

now let's say that aliens do exist then the question would be is reincarnation only limited to Earth

now see I buy this story I just find all this really really interesting

but let me know what you guys think in the comments below

thank y'all so much for watching I'll see you later

Oh delicious!

He-hey!

See you next time boys and girls.

Bye-bye!

Bye for now!

Bye-bye!

See you!

Homemade Giant Milky Way (Mars) || [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 6:22.

Homemade Giant Milky Way (Mars) Bar

All ingredients & quantitative data rae listed & linked in the infobox below.

Welcome to a new video...

...today I show you another giant chocolate bar recipe...

...today we bake a giant Milky Way (Mars)...

...for that first grease a 30 centimeter long baking pan with a tablespoon oil...

...line the mold as smooth as possible with a sheet cling film...

...then melt 150 grams milk chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave...

...pour the chocolate into the mold & spread the bottom & the sides evenly...

...set the baking pan aside...

...allow the chocolate to harden & we will going on with the caramel layer...

...for that in a large bowl combine 200 grams sugar, 130 grams dextrose, 200 milliliters cream & 75 milliliters water...

...stir together with a whisk...

...heat up over medium heat & keep on stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved...

...& the mixture starts to simmer...

...then stop stirring & allow the caramel to simmer for about 5 - 6 minutes...

...check the caramel's temperature from time to time with a candy thermometer...

...& once the caramel reaches 120°C...

...remove the pot from heat & pour the hot caramel into the prepared baking pan...

...allow the caramel to harden for about 1 hour in the fridge...

...meanwhile we will prepare the nougat layer...

...for that in a large mixing bowl combine 3 egg whites a pinch of salt & 2 sachets vanilla sugar...

...mix for about 1 minute...

...until semi stiff & the egg whites form soft peaks

...then set aside until further use...

...& for the sugar syrup combine 250 grams sugar, 130 grams dextrose & 110 milliliters water in a saucepan...

...heat up over high heat...

...stirring constantly using a whisk...

...keep on stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved & the syrup starts simmering...

...then stop stirring...

...& allow the syrup to cook at a rapid boil...

...also check the temperature from time to time with a candy thermometer...

...& at 150°C...

...remove the syrup from heat...

...& carefully pour with a thin stream to the semi stiff egg whites...

...while the mixer's on low speed....

...if the syrup is used up...

...keep on mixing on high for 2 - 3 minutes...

...until you got a thick & viscous nougat mixture...

...now we only have to add 200 grams coarsely chopped milk chocolate...

...fold in with a spatula...

...& stir until the whole chocolate is melted...

...transfer the nougat to the baking pan...

...smooth down as best as possible...

...& allow to set for another 1 hour in the fridge...

...once the nougat's surface hardened a bit...

...pour another 150 grams melted milk chocolate onto the nougat layer...

...spread evenly with a brush...

...& then allow the giant Milky Way to harden completely for at least 4 hours (preferably over night)...

...in principle you could serve the chocolate bar now ...

...but for visual reasons let's give the chocolate bar a final chocolate coating...

...for that lift out the giant bar by pulling at the cling film ends...

...carefully overthrow onto the countertop...

...remove the cling film...

...& then line the working top with parchment paper...

...centrally place 2 equal high coffee mugs onto it...

...& carefully put the giant chocolate bar onto the mugs...

...pour another 300 grams melted milk chocolate over the bar...

...to coat it completely with chocolate...

...allow the chocolate to set for 1bout 10 minutes...

...remove the chocolate tips at the bottom with a knife...

...& use a spoon to indicate the typical pattern at the surface...

...that's what the done giant Milky Way look like...

...now I will cut into it...

...that's the inside...

...& here the original one next to it...

...I hope you liked the video...

...leave me a comment to let me know what you want to see next...

...I wish you lots of fun baking & see you next video!

The cat is singing purring sounds to the sleeping hen

The dog's spread out on the floor, and doesn't give a cheep

But here's wakeful little boy who will not fall asleep!

Anything but sleep, you rogue! glowering like the moon,

Rattling in an iron jug with an iron spoon

Rumbling, tumbling round about, crowing like a cock

Shrieking like I don't know what, waking sleeping folk

Mary had a little lamb Its fleece was white as snow

And everywhere that Mary went Mary went, Mary went

Everywhere that Mary went The lamb was sure to go

He followed her to school one day School one day, school one day

He followed her to school one day Which was against the rule

It made the children laugh and play Laugh and play, laugh and play

So the teacher turned it out Turned it out, turned it out

And waited patiently about, Patiently about, patiently about,

And waited patiently about Till Mary did appear

"Why does the lamb love Mary so?" Love Mary so? Love Mary so?

"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know." Loves the lamb, you know, loves the lamb, you know

YOUR HAIR WILL GO LIKE CRAZY - FLAXSEED HAIR TREATMENTS FOR RAPID GROWTH ! - Duration: 3:00.

Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video I wanted to share

how to use flaxseeds for hair growth. Flaxseeds are very high in omega-3 fatty acids

that help nourish the hair follicles. It makes the hair follicles stronger and

healthy thus greatly preventing hair loss, both when taken internally and

applied externally. it is also rich in b-vitamins

which helps reduce the dryness of hair.

Usually nutritionists recommend consuming ground flaxseeds because the ground flaxseeds are easier to digest

than the whole seeds. Grinding also helps break the hard seat coat which is

difficult to do, if you chew the whole seeds.

You can add a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds to a cup of water and drink it every day. I also love to sprinkle it

over dosas along with little onions and pepper, it's a great way to give it

to young children. Lastly I love to add ground flaxseeds in smoothies. You can

add it along with any plant-based milk if you're vegan along with dates and your

favorite nuts to make a healthy and filling smoothie that'll nourish your hair and skin.

Flaxseeds are very high in fiber so please don't over consume it

else it'll cause stomach problems like bloating, stomach pain etc. If it does,

reduce the quantity of flaxseeds you're consuming and increase it slowly over

time. It also interacts with blood thinner medications.

The first way to use flax seeds for external application is to make a hair gel with it. This hair gel

when applied onto the hair as a pack, nourishes and conditions the hair really

well. For the gel, boil quarter cup of flax seeds in two cups of water making

sure to stir often to prevent flaxseeds sticking to the bottom of the pan. Boil

for five minutes and immediately strain through a very

thin muslin cloth. Press the muslin cloth with tongs to extract the gel completely. If we let the gel thicken too much, it'll be hard to squeeze out the gel. Let the

gel come to lukewarm temperature. You can also add in few drops of hair growth

promoting essential oils like rosemary too. To use, apply this gel all

over the scalp and hair, wait for an hour before having hair wash.

To use flaxseed oil, take cold-pressed flaxseed oil and massage it all over the scalp.

Now dip a thick cotton cloth in hot water, squeeze out the water completely and

wrap your hair with it. Wait till it cools down completely before having hair wash.

Both these hair treatments work wonders in promoting fast hair growth.

I hope you found this video useful. If you like to support me and this channel, please

share this video with your friends. It'll mean a lot to me. If you like to get

detailed information on herbs on days I don't post videos, press the notification

button. Thank you for watching this video :)

Two Koreas agree to broadcast live parts of 2018 Inter-Korean Summit next week - Duration: 1:56.

Working-level talks between the two Koreas to prepare for the 2018 inter-Korean summit

took place today... and word has it, the entire world will be able to witness the leaders

of Seoul and Pyongyang meet for the very first time.

Our Cha Sang-mi joins us live from the presidential office.

Sang-mi, what can you tell us?

Well, Daniel.

South Korea's working-level officials who travelled to the North Korean side of the

border village of Panmunjom for the second round of South, North Korea preparation talks

for the 2018 inter-Korean summit returned to the presidential Blue House after an over

five-hour meeting earlier this afternoon.

Today's working-level talks were on security, protocol and media coverage of the historic

summit between South Korean President Moon Jae-in

and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un next week.

And, news has it... the two Koreas have agreed to allow live television broadcasts for parts

of the April 27th summit meeting between the two leaders.

The presidential Blue House said live coverage will include important moments such as when

the leaders meet for the first time at the border truce village of Panmunjom as well

as other key events but did not specify other parts of the meeting that will be broadcast

live.

The inter-Korean summit next Friday will only be the third meeting between the leaders of

the two Koreas since the end of the 1950 to 1953 Korean War and analysts view it as a

crucial step in the global diplomatic push to resolve the North Korean nuclear standoff.

It's also highly symbolic in that it will be the first summit ever to take place on

South Korean soil... and to be followed by the first-ever summit between North Korea

and the United States... expected for the end of May or early June.

Seoul's top office said working-level officials from the two Koreas will hold additional meetings

before the April 27th summit to fine tune the details, Daniel.
