For Complex News, I'm Pierce Simpson, and while this is a news story about Bhad Bhabie,

we promise this won't involve any other ratchet viral girls scrapping with the girl

behind the gold-certified "Hi Bich," promise.

Earlier this week, Billboard announced the nominees for their Billboard Music Awards,

which go down on May 20, 2018.

One of the most fiercely discussed categories was Top Female Rap Artist, which featured

Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, and Bhad Bhabie, although if the BBMAs are based on sales, streams,

and the like, there should be no question as to why Bhad Bhabie is in that category.

Hell, her single "Hi Bich" just went gold.

When TMZ caught up with Bhad Bhabie, she let it be known that she felt Cardi B would obviously

win the award, because she deserved it.

Sounds a lot like facts.

Bhad Bhabie continued on, and might have said a little too much.

"Cardi is way better than Nicki, I don't care what anyone says.

Cardi actually says stuff, Nicki just has attitude.

So what.

Big deal."

We imagine the Barbz lit her mentions up for that one, and days later, Bhad Bhabie decided

to clarify the comments she made on a clip where she specifically wrote "I got love

for both of 'em."

"All I said was I like Cardi more.

I'm allowed to say I like someone more than another person.

There's no problem with that at all."

Props to Bhad Bhabie for standing her ground.

And truth be told, Cardi did have an insane 2017; her winning the BBMA for Top Female

Rapper just makes sense.
