Hello everyone and welcome to the weekly Productivity news segment a brand new segment covering software and all of the updates that you need to

Know so first up in the news is things three now essentially it's things 3.5

now

cultured code the company behind things 3 have released what they call a spit and polish update to their Mac OS and iOS versions

There have been 29 new features and tweaks that they've made to the existing iOS and Mac applications

Including performance bug user feedback and tagging adaptions one of the biggest elements is the brand new collapsible

areas

This is one of the most requested features allowing users to essentially collapse an area where they have projects within them

There are a whole host of additional things in things

3.5 including paste and copy from other applications

things sorry new URL scheme the today widget performance speed updates

Zappy a integrations and a few tweaks to the log book headers and add the minor tweaks

The application is going strength to strength and 3.5 seems like the most stable version yet

Next up on this weekly news

We have to do is to do a star on the brink of releasing a brand new to do.if scheduler

Now Alex from todoist tweeted the new to do is scheduled on mobile will be the next level with a love part emoji face

Now we all know to deuced already has a shed and function called smart sheduled but this is something totally different

This little hint is

essentially a new world of scheduling assigned to duyst and

One of the team at PC world he said smart schedule is one of the options of the scheduler yes

$20 per year pretty reasonable now drafts 5 is a massive update in the ecosystem

How to Replace a Broken LCD on Google Pixel | Repair Tutorial - Duration: 4:38.

Welcome to MyTrendyPhone repair videos.

In this video, we will show you how to

easily replace the broken LCD on your Google pixel phone.

You can attempt the repair yourself,

but be advised that MyTrendyPhone cannot be held liable

for any potential damage you cause during the DIY repair.

Turn off your device and preferably remove the SIM tray.

Us the heat gun to loosen the glue,

so you can easily remove the LCD.

With a thin metal opening tool,

and some plastic guitar picks,

start cutting to the glue and separating the screen from the frame.

Remove the following screws and the metal shield.

then, you can disconnect the broken screen.

Thoroughly clean the frame from the glue residue.

Now apply some fresh glue all around the frame,

the same way our technician did.

Connect the new LCD to the motherboard,

and don't forget the shield and the screws.

Set down the display and attach clamps.

Leave it dry, and the repair is done!

Google Jennie Trout Google Doodle.

Jennie Trout, a pioneer in Canadian medicine, is the subject of an April 21, 2018 Google Doodle on what would have been her 177th Birthday.

She is also known as Jennie Kidd Trout.

Jennie Trout accomplished historic achievement in Canadian medicine.

Jenny Kidd Trout (Sometimes known as Jennie Kidd Gowanlock or Jennett Gowanlock) was "one of the women who first challenged men's exclusive hold on the medical profession in Canada," according to Biographi.ca.

Here's what you need to know:.

Trout Was the First Woman Licensed to Practice Medicine in Canada.

Jennie Trout holds the honor of having achieved a "first" in Canadian history.

According to the Canadian Encyclopedia, she was the first Canadian woman who earned a license to practice medicine in Canada.

"As no Canadian medical school admitted women, she enrolled at the Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1875," reported the Encyclopedia's website, noting that, after she passed the Ontario registration exam, she was well on her way to a medical career.

It wasn't easy being a woman in medicine during those days.

She and another woman in the medical school program were "harassed and constantly treated crudely," but Trout didn't give up, according to HealingandRevival.com.

Jennie Trout Married a Toronto Publisher & Illness Drove Her Interest in Medicine.

Jennie Trout was raised in Ontario, near Stratford, and she married Toronto publisher Edward Trout in 1865.

It was then that she decided to become a doctor, the Canadian Encyclopedia reports.

According to Biographi.ca, Edward Trout "sold advertising for the Toronto Leader in the region.

After an extended courtship they married and settled in Toronto.

Edward prospered and in 1867 he and his brother John Malcolm founded a highly respected financial weekly, the Monetary Times.".

At that time, Jennie Trout became ill.

She was soon suffering from "nervous disorders that suddenly set in after her marriage left her a semi-invalid barely able to move.

She sought treatment through the new science of electrotherapy, and good results caused her to revive her childhood dream of pursuing medicine as a career," the site reports.

Trout Worked to Champion Other Women in Medicine.

Trout wasn't content to rest on her own achievements.

She reached back to help other women achieve what she had done.

"A fervent promoter of women in medicine, she helped endow the Women's Medical College, Kingston, Ont, in 1883," reports the Encyclopedia.

Canada honored Trout with a postage stamp that recognizes her history-making achievements.

She died in 1921 at the age of 80.

Trout Was Born in Scotland to Parents Who Were Farmers.

Although she was raised in Ontario, Jennie Trout was born in on April 21, 1841 in Kelso, Scotland, according to Biographi.ca.

Her parents, Andrew Gowanlock and Elizabeth Kidd, were farmers, the site reports.

The family grew potatoes, turnips, hay, and butter on their farm in Canada.

According to a scholarly article on Trout by Darrell Buchanan, "The Gowanlocks were descendants of a persecuted Swiss preacher who fled to Scotland in the middle of the 18th century.".

Jennie Trout was Motivated by Her Christian Faith.

Trout was driven by her Christian faith to believe that women should practice medicine.

"I hope to live to see the day when each larger town (at least) in Ont.

will have one good true lady physician working in His name," she once wrote.

She met her husband in church.

Growing up, she and her family "were members of the Knox Presbyterian Church.

When Jenny was 19 she moved to Toronto, where she came into contact with the Shuter Street Church of Christ," and met Edward Trout there, according to HealingandRevival.com.

Cauliflower Cakes Recipe You'll Love! - Duration: 7:58.

chef buck here and today we're cooking up cauliflower cakes super tasty

healthy and they're also beautiful I wouldn't say they were dateable but

these are some good-looking cauliflower cakes yeah but look at this

cauliflower that I got grated up and I did this with a hand grater a little

dinky do hand grater ...not a fan of this grater...if you've got a hand grater

that's made for human hands it'll be a lot easier ...I actually make some last

week and I used the food processor to grate up the cauliflower but it made the

cauliflower too fine... it became over-processed like a doughy mash and so

those cauliflower cakes were really dense they were almost the density of

this which is very dense...grating the cauliflower by hand actually made for lighter

fluffier more enthralling and invigorating uplifting cauliflower cakes

I was very passionate but it's a super simple recipe we're just gonna throw a

bunch of stuff in a pot and boom like I said I've already got it sort of started

in this pot so we're going to add two eggs we needed a wide lens for you

to truly appreciate that so we're just gonna crack our eggs in here boom I'm

gonna mix our eggs up in here get it all smashed up and whisked around and now

we're gonna add a whole heap of ingredients and all this stuff is finely

chopped because we want it to kind of all meld together into a fancy-pants

looking dish and we want it to stick together so you don't want any huge big

gargantuan pieces I got a couple of different colored bell peppers here

you can just use one color but use a yellow or an orange or a red because

we've already got green ingredients so having those different colors will

make your cakes a lot prettier I got a little bit of heat here some freshly

diced jalapeno and then I got a couple of green onions

and I've chopped up the bottoms here and I'm gonna save the tops

for a garnish and I got 2 cloves of garlic but put as

much garlic as you like in here or don't put any garlic you don't have to I don't

own stock in garlic so I'm not trying to push it on you as you can see it's

mostly cauliflower so cauliflower needs help in the Flavor Department so go

ahead and be heavy on the seasoning and use whatever kind you like I got some

black pepper I got some Italian seasoning here a little garlic powder

some ginger powder and I got a little bit of chili powder here and this is

turmeric use whatever kind of seasoning you like but I do recommend that you use

turmeric because it adds a really nice color so now we'll get this all nice and

mixed up and those eggs are really gonna help these cakes stick together but for

insurance we're gonna add a little freshly grated cheese and I just got a

little Colby jack cheese here and a little bit of Monterey Jack and I'm

probably gonna put in between a quarter cup and a half a cup

whatever you like but just a little bit of cheese is gonna add some

creaminess and it's gonna help us solidify our cakes together a little

better and look see how that turmeric adds such a nice color now I got a

little baking sheet here and I got some parchment paper and you want to use

parchment paper... don't want your cauliflower to stick to the pan

this is like a racquetball size

but it doesn't stick together very well I mean this is

a very crumbly ball so it's kind of a slight pain in the butt make a patty out

of this so we'll just take the ball we'll kind of smash it on one side and

boom kind of almost make a dome and then we'll smash it out and then we'll

form it into a circle with our hands just like this here... like Michelangelo

who was a guy I went to art school with this is how he would have done it and it

doesn't look like it would stick together but once it bakes it'll form a

nice patty and it will be nice and solidified I went to school with another

sculptor his name was Rodin

and later on he got in a huge tiff with Godzilla... oh ...so I got my cauliflower

ball ... flat on one side ..boom.. dome-o-cauliflower ...de-dome it ...push it down

into a paddy circle it circle the wagons boom boom...pattie...pattie!

just go around and clean up your patties you know take the loose pieces and push

them into your patties you know so that you're not wasting any of your

cauliflower and these things are really just shoved together on a wing and a

prayer look how pretty those are... all ready to go ...I got all the loosey-goosey

pieces kind of shoved into the patties and if I tried to pick these up...I

couldn't do it... they'd crumble apart just like all the dreams I had when I

was younger... we'll just slide them in the oven and let them bake away

so there we have it man look how perfect

they got a nice little bit of color on the botto...I can go ahead

and plate them up and we can eat them while they're hot just serving these

cakes on a little bit of green salad makes a nice filling meal and it's super

easy and if you're not doing a lot of other things for your meal just a little

bit of salad greens and this dressing right here adds a nice

flavor now this is just a quick sauce I'm throwing together boom mayonnaise

mayonnaise my favorite food group that's right it's a food group in the south

that's actually quite a little bit of mayonnaise but it's never enough so

we'll do that much more then I got a little bit of lemon here so I'm going to

go ahead and peel off some of my lemon peel here mince it up nice and fun a

little lemon zest to throw in there go ahead and throw a whole heap of lemon

juice...crush those guts like all the people that said they didn't believe in

you... if you didn't have any fresh lemon you can take pickle juice or

jalapeno juice or any kind of pickling solution and you can just add

a little bit of that if you want we're gonna go ahead and

throw a little bit of minced jalapeno in here... go ahead and get it

mixed up ...then go ahead and put your finger

in there then put your finger in your mouth and if your face does this then

you're alright and if it doesn't do that then you probably need more mayonnaise

boom so we put a little bit of sauce on there and I like to put a little bit of

smoked paprika because it adds a nice bit of color and we've got

our green onion tops that you can sprinkle on top

that's an awful lot of green but we can fix that with some little sliced

cherry tomatoes ...if you wanted to you could get some sliced red pepper

and crisscross the top ... look how fantastic that looks

now if you need to make an impressive meal for your

vegetarian hippie date this might be the way to go and I really like it with this

sauce but you don't have to put a sauce on here if you don't like mmm that's a

really great flavor...we put so many awesome ingredients in there give this

I do apologize to you guys because she is out of the package because I

accidentally erased when unboxing I'm so frustrated so basically she was in that

box you have to pretend she was in there the box they did a really great job you

could see the Mosasaurus here jumping out of the water to grab the shark there

you can see the rest of the Mosasaurus box there and if you turn it you've got

a really cool graphic of the Mosasaurus so it is a real feel mosasaur is really

cool this is also gonna have the scan code so I'm gonna take a picture so you

guys could scan it into the Jurassic world fallen Kingdom yeah and then to

open it up simply you open this end here you would pull off the whole Mosasaurus

and the tail and the flippers are up here so once you got all those taken out

you just go ahead and attach them to the Mosasaurus go ahead and attach it with

the wrong part toward the front so this clips in this clips in on the

back the two on the sides and then the tail simply clip

place so there you have it we'll go ahead and take a look at her and I got

her underground environment set up an exploding volcano and we have our little

sub here so anyways let's go ahead and take a look at her she is a real feel

dinosaur so this is well I guess a platic dinosaur technically this is

she's just awesome I mean I don't know where to start

I'm gonna start with the head and the mouth but this is a real feel it is

entirely rubber it is all waterproof you could use the flippers sort of like legs

to get her to stand up like that and she's just awesome I mean for $30 it's

phenomenal you know what they did with her so starting here really great detail

on the eye I love the coloring the mouth does closed all the way so for a big

rubber toy like this to get the mouth to open and close that is awesome and it

seems to almost come unhinged here that's weird

so drops way down so you can get from mouth to open up even more you got

individual teeth here that are painted really nice and white so they did a

great job with the paint a lot of times too when you get the creatures like

rubber simplistic creatures like this they won't do all that great job within

paint but with her they did so the whole inside of the mouth is pink

here is a good look at the other side of her so once again mouth does open and

close really cool oh I love the coloring I mean they did a great coloring on this

so and I'll show you the original Jurassic world one in a minute and I

also have a custom one that was made for me by an artist in Indonesia so that is

really cool too well we'll take a look at both of those

in a moment so the back it's real cool ridges all the way down like I said this

is a rubber toy so it is pretty much like empty inside if you squeeze it it

pops right back into position you don't have to wait for it to fill up with air

or anything like that on the side here you've got like dark

blue lighter blue and then you've got like these almost like blocks over here

a really cool textured skin I mean I love the texture they put on their skin

when I've seen this girl in New York they wouldn't let us touch it so here as

I'm touching it I mean it is totally awesome and not just that they made the

flippers movable so this front flipper here will turn 360 degrees and it also

moves up and down so if you want to pose her in like a down position like that or

if you wanna drop that down you could pose her up almost like she's using her

flippers as Blake's saw the same thing with the back flippers too if

we could put them down and even have her stand here like she's got four legs how

cool is that that would be awesome for display

purposes anyway she is huge we will add her to the app so don't worry about that

and then coming back here the tail is all rubber also there is no movement but

the tail is very flexible so you could flex it up and down ah you could use

this girl in the bathtub because she is totally waterproof and then here is a

good look at the bottom of her even where the mouth hinges here I mean they

did a great job yeah I mean that looks very realistic almost like she is alive

so the flippers - you can see here they kept the same awesome blue coloring on

both sides of the flippers there the top part has a lot more texture the bottom

is more smooth and the bottom of the Mosasaurus is also smooth there here you

can see the skin code here it says Made in China and you have the Jurassic world

symbol open there okay here's a really good look at the top of her because

that's gonna be hard to see even on my spinner

so she is oh here is you guys see my video of the colossal t-rex here she is

compared to the colossal t-rex so she is almost as long as the t-rex itself let

me go ahead put her down so you got a much better idea so she is and here she

is compared to the Jurassic world one you can see his tricycle what is tiny I

mean if you put her up there her head is almost as long as the whole Jurassic

world one this Jurassic world one actually is really cool though I like it

but it's super expensive I mean it's almost impossible to find this one so

I'd like this Mosasaurus that they did except for like the screw holes and

stuff like that but the look of it is really cool and they finally made a

Mosasaurus this scales well with the indominus check this out so this

Mosasaurus jumped out of the water it scales exactly right with the indominus

if you look at the scales like in the in the movie or whatever it scales right

with the indominus so that but my favorite still is this Mosasaurus i had

custom made by an artist in indonesia this one also came came with the custom

made shark like made to scale like it is in the Jurassic Park movie so that is

really cool and sharp the artists mate but this

Mosasaurus is really cool it was not cheap I paid I believe $200 for this

Mosasaurus but you see the detail the teeth the tongue the paintwork I mean

this is really a work and I act I like it so much I actually bought two of

these so I am a Japan and here is the Mosasaurus in scale with human figure so

this is clear from the Jurassic world but tail line you can see Mosasaurus

could easily swallow her and she has a toothpick she could hook the mosasaur

eater but you guys will be seeing a lot more of this Mosasaurus on my channel

because I love using

Before we get to season 8 updates, let's take a quick look at what happened in KL in

season 7.

Cersei plans to take back all the seven kingdoms.

Euron asks for Cersei's hand in marriage but she refuses him.

Euron leaves promising to bring her a "gift."

Then Euron attacks the Greyjoy fleet and captures Yara, Tyene and Ellaria Sand while Theon manages

to escape.

Cersei gives Tyene Sand a poison to kill her slowly and plans to keep Ellaria Sand alive

to make her watch her daughter's death.

The Lannisters destroy the Tyrells and Cersei meets with Tycho Nestoris promising to pay

back the debts.

After meeting with Jon & Dany at Dragonpit, Cersei promises to help them in the war against

the WWs while secretly she sends Euron to hire the Golden Company.

Jaime gets mad at Cersei and leaves KL.

And winter has finally reached King's Landing.

Now I'm going to discuss some season 8 updates which will obviously contain some spoilers.

So, if you don't wanna see any spoilers, you should stop right here.

As I had mentioned in my WF Updates video, we know there will be two major battle scenes

in season 8.

One in Winterfell and the other in King's Landing, which was filmed mostly in Belfast's

Titanic Studio and in Dubrovnik.

You can check out the king's Landing set photos from the links in the description below.

In my season 8 set photos videos, you can see that David and Dan and David Nutter were

present at the set of King's Landing.

We know only 3 directors are directing season 8.

David Nutter is directing episodes 1,2 and 4 and D&D are directing the last episode of

this series aka the 6th episode.

We have heard rumors that the final battle will be filmed in KL.

Which might just be a rumor.

It's hard to tell if there's any truth to it or not.

As I had discussed in my Winterfell Updates video.

I think WF will burn down in either episode 3 or episode 5.

It would explain why the final battle will take place in King's Landing.

The set at Titanic studio is one of the BIGGEST set EVER built in Game of Thrones history

and it took them more than half a year to finish it.

This set now shows a gate and the multiple city streets of King's Landing, which means

we will probably get to see some kind of fighting on the streets too.

The fighting in the street means KL will be attacked in season 8, unless there are riots

in the city which I highly doubt will happen.

They won't go to the trouble of building such a huge set only for riots.

Another proof that King's Landing will be attacked and breached is that, you can see

from the pictures, GOT Crew had built a breach through the walls of KL.

Later, they covered it up with a red Gate to film the events leading up to the breach.

The breach might happen on the gates closest to the Red keep i.e. the Iron or the Dragon

Gate.

There might be dragons involved in this attack too.

As you can see, they are building upto the roof, including elaborate roof tilings, which

means there will be aerial shots involved, which points towards dragons.

Why else would they need such a detailed roof tiling?

Also there had been controlled fire tests conducted at Titanic studio.

It could have been for the WF set only, or maybe there will be fire in KL too.

Hopefully this fire will be Drogon attacking the city and not Viserion or the Wildfire.

I wonder if the fire will be green, red or blue?

In the beginning of April, WOTW also posted a video of a device being tested.

It was a modified version of the scorpion Bronn had used in the spoils of War.

He was able to hurt Drogon with it.

I am really sure that Cersei will have qyburn make more scorpions to be ready for an attack

from the dragons.

At this point, I don't see how Jon or Dany could attack Cersei if they already have to

face the threat of the WWs.

In fact it's the opposite of that.

As I've mentioned in my Season 8 Q&A video, I think they might work together to fight

the Whitewalkers.

Maybe King's Landing's walls will be burned down by Viserion's flames and we might get

to watch a Drogon vs. Viserion fight..

Maybe Dany and the Night King will fight in the air too?

The other possibility is that Jon & Dany will defeat the NK first and THEN will move to

attack KL.

What do you think?

A dome was also spotted at this KL set.

It could be anything but I have a feeling that we might get a look at the Old Dragonpit

in Bran's visions before it was destroyed during the Dance of Dragons.

Speaking of Dragonpit, let's discuss the Dragonpit Updates now.

In season 7, we got our first look at the dragonpit when Cersei held a meeting there

with Jon & Dany.

WOTW had posted in March that the Dragonpit will return for season 8.

Italica's amphitheatre will be closed off for the public during the filming.

The filming will begin on April 23rd & will continue until May 19.

The site will remain closed till May 28.

That's almost a whole month's shooting.

What will happen in the Dragonpit?

You might say there will be a battle or a wedding scene in the dragonpit but according

to WOTW, there has been no call for extras at that place and the filming here will take

4 times longer time than it did last year.

So there might be a long scene with mostly the main characters.

In season 7, we saw that a platform was built in the middle of the Dragonpit and was used

for the parlay.

Now they are building the same platform again in Italica.

In my season 8 set photos video, you can see that Jon, Dany and Tyrion will go to KL and

Jon will be surrounded by Cersei's King's Guard.

Maybe Cersei will capture Jon and will conduct another meeting with Dany to discuss the terms

of her surrender?

Or maybe Jon, Dany and Tyrion will go to Cersei to ask for Cersei's help again?

My Jolly Sailor Bold had asked, "What do you think about the Dragonpit S8 news?

Can there be the ending scene?

And what ending scene will be there?

A Targaryen marriage or a funeral?"

That's a very good question.

If Jon & Dany get married at WF, I don't think there will be any wedding in the dragonpit.

But if they didn' get married at WF and IF, somehow, they were able to defeat the

WWs and Cersei, we might get to see a Targaryen wedding there, but I don't think that will

happen.

I like Dragongirl 15's idea more, that Cersei and Euron will get married in the throne room

and at the same time, Jon & Dany will get married in WF.

It will be a beautiful scene.

But I think a funeral is a more likely thing to happen here than a wedding.

Maybe the platform and everything will be destroyed during the battle at KL, and they

will bury/burn one or both dragons at the dragonpit.

It seems fitting since 5 dragons had died during the Dance of Dragons, and as Dany had

said in season 7, "This place was the beginning of the end for my family."

If the Targaryens hadn't locked away their dragons, they wouldn't have grown smaller

and died away, and House Targaryen would have remained a formidable house.

This place led to the fall of the dragons.

And I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to put the bodies of the dragons there too.

Besides, it will be large enough to easily house 2 dragon bodies in there.

So, that's all for the KL & DP updates.
