On Monday of this week, the Supreme Court handed down a 5 to 4 decision which was voted

on along party lines which said that Ohio is 100% in the right by kicking people off

the voting rolls in their state if they haven't voted in more than two years.

Donald Trump, shortly after the Supreme Court announced this decision, which will effectively

disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters, tweeted out the following.

He said, "Just won big Supreme Court decision on voting!

Great news!"

No, Mr. President, it's not great news.

What this is is subversion of our democracy, of our very basic right as American citizens,

which is the right to vote.

And you're celebrating the fact that the state of Ohio is taking away from people, not because

they broke the law and lost the right to vote, not because they committed voter fraud, but

just because they didn't vote in the last two years!

Maybe they had to miss the midterms because they were sick or in the hospital or couldn't

get off work that day, or were out of town visiting relatives.

Who cares what the reason is.

If you didn't vote in the midterms, you just lost your right to vote in the state of Ohio

and the president of the United States and Republicans around this country are celebrating

it.

Why?

Because according to statistics, the majority of people that had already been kicked off

the voting rolls in the state of Ohio for not voting in the last two years, majority

of them were African-Americans!

144,000 people kicked off the rolls so far in Ohio for the crime of not voting in two

years?

And most of them are African-Americans, who tend to vote with Democrats.

That's why Republicans are so happy.

That's why Donald Trump is so happy because if you can't beat 'em, cheat 'em!

That's the GOP mantra.

They know that they're facing a hell of a fight in this year's mid-terms, they know

the Democrats are energized and ready to go vote.

So, in order to stave off that blue wave, you have to just kick 'em off the voting rolls.

And this Supreme Court decision could very easily open the door to other states doing

the exact same thing.

Other states already looking at this: Oklahoma, Montana, Oregon, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Right now.

God only knows what's gonna happen in the next month or two as other states see, "Oh,

we can kick people off the voting rolls?

And we're a swing state?"

Or we've got a lot of vulnerable conservatives that we want to get re-elected to Congress?

Maybe we'll do the same thing.

Because again, the statute on here is two years.

If you didn't vote in two years, you're off the roll.

They did it in Ohio.

The Supreme Court says it's okay, even though technically it is a violation of federal law,

so the Supreme Court justices actually had to twist the law, which was very clear, in

order to give this the okay.

But you know what?

This is what happens when Republicans steal a Supreme Court seat, as they did for Neil

Gorsuch.

He shouldn't be on that court.

This decision would have gone the other way, and we would have preserved the right to vote

for hundreds of thousands if not potentially millions of American citizens.

But Republicans fought.

Republicans won, and now Democrats are the one paying the price by being kicked off the

voting rolls and losing any voice that they may have had in this country.

Sorry, Cap, this won't kill you...

but it ain't gonna tickle either.

Wanda, I think you hurt Vision's feelings.

You locked me in my room.

Okay, first, that's an exaggeration.

Second, I did it to protect you.

- Hey, Clint. - Hey, man.

Clearly, retirement doesn't suit you.

You got tired of shooting golf?

Well, I played 18, shot 18.

Just can't seem to miss.

First time for everything.

Made you look.

Multiple contusions detected.

Yeah, I detected that, too.

Oh, God!

Hey, buddy, I think you lost this!

Ahh!

Those wings carbon fibre?

Is this stuff coming out of you?

That would explain the rigidity-flexibility ratio,

which, gotta say, that's awesome, man.

I don't know if you've been in a fight before...

but there's usually not this much talking.

All right, sorry. My bad.

Guys, look, I'd love to keep this up,

but I've only got one job here today...

and I gotta impress Mr Stark, so, I'm really sorry.

You couldn't have done that earlier?

I hate you.

Great.

Hey, Cap, heads-up!

Throw it at this.

Now!

Oh, come on!

Oh, man, I thought it was a water truck.

Uh, sorry.

All right, now I'm pissed.

Is this part of the plan?

Well, my plan was go easy on them.

You wanna switch it up?

There's our ride.

Come on!

Captain Rogers...

I know you believe what you're doing is right.

But for the collective good...

you must surrender now.

What do we do, Cap?

We fight.

This is gonna end well.

They're not stopping.

Neither are we.

We're still friends, right?

Ahhh!

Yeah. No, I'm good.

I'm good, Arrow Guy. Let's go!

Stark tell you anything else?

Anthony Bourdain's Mother: My Son Would Not Commit Suicide - Duration: 2:20.

Anthony Bourdain's mother has expressed disbelief that her son's death was ruled

a suicide, claiming he would be the 'last person' to commit such an act.

Speaking for the first time since the loss of her son, Gladys Bourdain says she disagrees

with authorities over the cause of Anthony's death.

Since his passing, news has emerged that Anthony had warned friends and family that Hillary

Clinton operatives were threatening to kill him.

Speaking to the New York Times, Gladys Bourdain said:

"He is absolutely the last person in the world I would have ever dreamed would do something

like this."

"He had everything," his mother told the Times.

"Success beyond his wildest dreams."

"Money beyond his wildest dreams."

Bourdain's death followed that of Kate Spade, a fashion designer who died in an apparent

suicide aged just 55.

Spade, like Bourdain, also had ties with Hillary Clinton.

Nytimes.com reports: His mother, Gladys Bourdain, who was a longtime editor at The New York

Times, said she had no indication that Mr. Bourdain might have been thinking of suicide.

"He is absolutely the last person in the world I would have ever dreamed would do something

like this," Ms. Bourdain said.

"Anthony was a dear friend," Eric Ripert, a celebrity chef and restaurateur who appeared

with Mr. Bourdain on numerous episodes of his shows and was traveling with him at the

time of his death, said in a statement.

"He was an exceptional human being, so inspiring and generous.

One of the great storytellers of our time who connected with so many.

I wish him peace.

My love and prayers are with his family, friends and loved ones."

Ms. Bourdain said Mr. Ripert had told her that "Tony had been in a dark mood these

past couple of days," but she had no idea why he might have decided to kill himself.

"He had everything," she said.

"Success beyond his wildest dreams.

Money beyond his wildest dreams."

Mr. Bourdain spent more than two decades in professional kitchens, first shucking oysters

and washing dishes in a Cape Cod seafood shack and later cooking in high-end Manhattan kitchens,

before accepting a friend's offer to fly him to Mexico if he agreed to write a novel.

It was the start of his second act.

Robert Mueller Went Nuclear With An Indictment Against This Trump Aide - Duration: 3:44.

Special counsel Robert Mueller's witch hunt against President Trump is reaching a fever

pitch.

Mueller is desperate to produce evidence against the President that Congress can use for impeachment.

So the special counsel went nuclear with a brand new indictment against this Trump aide.

Mueller stunned observers when he announced a new indictment against former Trump campaign

chairman Paul Manafort.

Manafort was already set to stand trial in September on a series of charges relating

to financial crimes for his lobbying work.

The charges against him are unrelated to the 2016 campaign and the indictment does not

mention any collusion with Russia.

So Mueller is pulling out all the stops to turn Manafort into a cooperating witness against

the President by threatening him with charges that, should Manafort be convicted, send him

to prison for the rest of his life.

Mueller's office ramped up the pressure on Manafort by announcing that the former

Trump campaign chairman, as well as Konstantin Kilimnik – a longtime Manafort aide – were

being indicted on charges of witness tampering.

The indictment alleges Manafort and Kilimnik concocted a scheme to encourage Manafort associates

to produce false testimony in Manafort's upcoming trial.

Mueller had already filed a motion with the judge in the case to revoke Manafort's release

on bail because of these allegations.

When Mueller petitioned the judge to end Manafort's home confinement, he claimed Manafort violated

the terms of his bail by using an encrypted messenger application to send a series of

communications to potential witnesses.

But the filing produced no direct evidence that Manafort actually asked anyone to lie.

Mueller's motion merely stated that Manafort made a series of phone calls that were never

returned and sent one message to a former associate asking that they speak with him.

In response to Mueller's accusations, Manafort's legal team pointed out the thin evidence in

a court filing, writing: "Indeed, the majority of the communications—which are identified

in only one exhibit to the motion—are irrelevant, innocuous and unsupportive of the conjured

witness tampering claim.

For example, the first text message identified by the Special Counsel stated simply:

"THIS IS PAUL."

(DOC. 315-2, ¶ 14.)

ANOTHER COMMUNICATION—A TELEPHONE CALL BETWEEN MR.

MANAFORT AND THE RECIPIENT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED TEXT MESSAGE—LASTED ONLY 84 SECONDS, AND

THE SPECIAL COUNSEL DOES NOT EVEN IDENTIFY (WITH A SWORN AFFIDAVIT OR OTHERWISE) THE

SUBSTANCE OF WHAT WAS DISCUSSED.

2 SEE ID.

THE SPECIAL COUNSEL FURTHER POINTS TO FOUR ATTEMPTED PHONE CALLS IN WHICH MR.

MANAFORT DID NOT CONNECT WITH ANYONE.

(DOC. 315-2, EX.

N.) AND, REGARDING PERSON A, THE SPECIAL COUNSEL RELIES ON 13 TEXT MESSAGES, ONLY A HANDFUL

OF WHICH CONTAIN SOMETHING MORE THAN A GREETING OR A REQUEST THAT THE RECIPIENT HELP ARRANGE

FURTHER CONTACT."

If Mueller is using these charges to pressure Manafort into pleading guilty and admitting

to colluding with Russia, he will once again strike out.

A Manafort associate told Politico ""Paul's problem is he doesn't actually have anything

to trade," the source added.

"Cooperating isn't an option because he really didn't collude with the Russians

at the Trump campaign's request.""

Mueller's collusion investigation is collapsing.

But instead of admitting he has no case, Mueller is employing scorched earth tactics in a desperate

bid to prop up his flailing investigation.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this story.

E3 2018: Fist of the North: Star Lost Paradise Release Date and Details | Backlog Battle - Duration: 2:26.

What's up everyone?

Alex here.

And yea, yea, yea… you got another video today, but hey, it's all for good reason!

In this one, I want to talk about all the revealed information about the newly unveiled

Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise, coming THIS YEAR!

Actually, it's coming pretty damn soon: October 2, 2018 in fact.

Before you tune out, there's a lot more info that was revealed about the game.

The most important detail, in my opinion, is the choice of having dual language audio

for the game.

I personally love Takuya Kuroda - the voice of Kazuma Kiryu in the Yakuza series - playing

the role of Kenshiro, so I'll probably pick that option!

Also of note is that there's "extra carnage" in this version of the game, which probably

means that all those censored face busting animations you saw in the original release

won't be censored in this one.

Sega also confirms that it will contain all of the original content from that release

as well, so in a way, we're actually getting a unique version of the game.

Pretty damn cool, if you ask me!

If you've played any of the Yakuza games, the feel of the game should be familiar to

you.

If not, this is actually a great way to be introduced to how the games actually play

and maybe, you'll cross over to that series once you're done with this game!

One really cool addition to First of the North Star is a customizable buggy that you can

use to explore the game's post apocalyptic Earth.

Personally, I'll looking forward to those rhythm based chiropractic therapy sessions

that the press release boasts, as well as being able to run your own nightclub.

Other than that, there hasn't been anything revealed about a collector's edition version

of the game, so all we really have is the release date and the fact that it will be

uncensored.

What language are you going to play the game?

Is there a particular mini game you're looking forward to playing?

And if you're just a fan of Fist of the North Star, are you going to pick this up?

Share your answers in the comments below and let me know what you think of this awesome

announcement so far!

And if you want more coverage on this and RPG and co-op games, consider subscribing

to my channel!

I'm gonna be talking about this game and a ton more in the weeks to come!

Thanks for watching and have a wonderful gaming week!

SCOTUS Just Handed Trump and GOP HUGE 'Voter Fraud' Victory Ahead of 2018 Midterms - Duration: 5:29.

We just can't stop winning!

In a five-justice majority, the SCOTUS voted to uphold Ohio's voter purge system.

The ruling finds that the process the state uses to remove inactive voters from their

rolls does NOT violate federal law.

This ruling goes a long way in helping to secure "voter integrity" and combat voter

fraud and illegals, or people unauthorized to vote, to cast a ballot.

Critics of the law, claim this is a way for Republicans to "purge" left-leaning voters

off the roll since they're the majority of past voters being purged.

From Daily Caller

A five-justice majority of the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Ohio's voter purge system,

finding the process by which the state removes inactive voters from the rolls does not violate

federal law.

Although critics of Ohio's practice charge the state's true purpose is the removal

of left-leaning voters from the registry, the high court found the process is consistent

with federal law.

"Today's decision is a victory for election integrity, and a defeat for those who use

the federal court system to make election law across the country," Ohio Secretary

of State John Husted said.

"This decision is validation of Ohio's efforts to clean up the voter rolls and now

with the blessing nation's highest court, it can serve as a model for other states to

use."

Justice Samuel Alito wrote the Court's opinion, joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices

Anthony Kennedy, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch.

Justice Stephen Breyer led the liberal bloc in dissent, joined by Justices Ruth Bader

Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

Ohio's maintenance process is fairly straightforward.

Voters who do not cast a ballot during a full federal election cycle (which runs two years)

are sent a mailer confirming they are still residents of Ohio who wish to remain registered

voters.

If the mailer is not returned, and if the individual does not vote for the next four

years, they are removed from state rolls.

The 1993 National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requires all states to adopt policies providing

for the removal of ineligible voters from state rolls.

In his opinion for the Court, Alito claimed 24 million voter registrations are currently

"invalid or significantly inaccurate," according to a 2012 study from the Pew Center

on the States.

However, the NVRA forbids removal "by reason of the person's failure to vote."

Civil rights and good government groups challenged the Ohio procedure, arguing it targets and

prunes voters on the basis of their inactivity.

Nonvoting, the challengers point out, is used twice by the state's process: once as the

trigger for the mailer, and again as a condition for final removal.

But Alito explained that the NVRA only prohibits the use of nonvoting as the sole cause for

deregistration.

"We reject this argument because the Failure-to-Vote Clause, as originally enacted in the NVRA…,

simply forbids the use of nonvoting as the sole criterion for removing a registrant,

and Ohio does not use it that way," he wrote.

Sotomayor wrote her own dissent connecting Ohio's procedure to "concerted state efforts

to prevent minorities from voting and to undermine the efficacy of their votes," that the NVRA

sought to curtail.

Progressive organizers hit a similar tenor speaking after the ruling.

"Countless voters, including homeless and housing-insecure Ohioans, have already been

stripped of their rights as a result of Ohio's unjust and illogical purge process," said

Chris Knestrick, executive director, Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless.

"By greenlighting Ohio's purge process, the Court allowed states to shut out the voices

of these voters."

Defenders of the process say it ensures the states maintain accurate voter rolls, which

are not often updated to reflect forms of attrition like death or relocation.

Opponents charge it is yet another iteration of GOP voter-suppression tactics, particularly

because nonvoting is a poor proxy change in residence.

The civil rights groups challenging Ohio's policy seized on this point, citing another

provision of the NVRA which permits states to use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) data when

sending confirmation mailers of the sort Ohio uses.

This, the plaintiffs said, indicates that states may only use data points with a high

degree of correlation to relocation as a trigger for the mailer, like USPS information or tax

records.

But Alito rejected that arguments as well, stressing that their role was not to scrutinize

the good faith policy judgements of Ohio's state legislature.

"What matters for present purposes is not whether the Ohio legislature overestimated

the correlation between nonvoting and moving or whether it reached a wise policy judgment

about when return cards should be sent," he wrote.

"For us, all that matters is that no provision of the NVRA prohibits the legislature from

implementing that judgment."

Some 30 states filed amicus (or "friend-of-the-Court") briefs in the dispute.

A coalition of 12 Democratic states filed a brief arguing Ohio's practices were unlawful,

while 17 Republican states urged the high court to uphold them.

There's Already GREAT NEWS Coming Out of South Korea! - Duration: 1:33.

Reports indicate that the early talks which are going on between the United States and

North Korea are going even better than expected and moving along at a good, brisk pace.

So much so, that President Trump is already planning to leave 15 hours earlier than anticipated.

This story is developing.

From Breitbart

President Donald Trump plans to depart early from his unprecedented summit with Kim Jong-un,

the White House said Monday, declaring that nuclear talks with North Korea have moved

"more quickly than expected."

Trump had been scheduled to fly back to Washington on Wednesday morning after spending Tuesday

with the North Korean leader in Singapore.

But on the eve of the summit, he altered his schedule, opting to return at about 8 p.m.

on Tuesday after a full day of meetings with Kim — almost 15 hours earlier than anticipated.

"The discussions between the United States and North Korea are ongoing and have moved

more quickly than expected," the White House said in a statement.

It was not immediately clear what specific progress, if any, had been made in preliminary

discussions between U.S. and North Korean officials in the run-up to the Tuesday summit.

In fact, only hours before the White House announcement, U.S. Secretary of State Mike

Pompeo had seemed to lower expectations for the meeting, which Trump had earlier predicted

could potentially yield an on-the-spot deal to end the Korean War.
