Youtube daily Jun 14 2018

We know how we can empower boys and girls

to not only use their smartphone, but to use it in a way

that shapes the digital society. Hacker School's mission is to get kids excited about IT.

We believe that every child should have the chance to

really get a hands-on experience with coding.

We would like to develop an app that enables victims of stalking,

to conclusively safe and document offences. Well, kids and teens nowadays

don't use phones to call anymore. And that really worried us, so we just had to

find a new way of access for them, when they are in distress, because this

continues to be an issue. We want to bring a digital project on the way,

a pilot project, in which we develop new digital ways of access together with

the kids and teens in the region and to than scale this and make it.

accessible nationwide. It is a network of journalists

for journalists. And the idea is to provide cross-border contacts

throughout the network. The world needs quality journalism

and this has to be borderless. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to

tell the stories anymore. We're dealing with climate change, global crime,

and migration. We have decided to realise a digital wallet

and to implement this in the MOKLI app (for homeless minors). This way, you can easily donate

for example a meal directly, so to speak from smartphone to smartphone.

We might be just a small organisation. But with regard to the issue

we are working on - and that is afforestation in the tropics -

we are definitely amongst the experts worldwide. And what is really great to see:

everyone in the team is in it wholeheartedly.

Our project is called Match My Maker and we would like to connect both sides:

maker and humans with disabilities. Therefore we would like

to develop a digital platform that is able to match those parties.

Our mission is sharing knowledge with the world. Meaning those persons

who are coming to us with a certain Know How, those are experts one a topic

somebody with an IT background somebody doing arts

and he or she is willing to teach the topic, but is missing

capabilities. Our mission is to strengthen all chances and possibilities

of digitalisation for social purposes and

we see a lot links to municipalities and administrative districts. For example

making local things like integration a lot easier through digitalization

and better. [Musik]

This is very convincing and you totally convinced us.

Also, you already convinced the Jury. The jury has indeed already made their decision.

And you are amongst the winners of 250.000 Euro.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders Denies Reports That She's Quitting Her Job - Duration: 4:04.

According to a CBS report that came out Wednesday evening, both Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Deputy

Press Secretary Raj Shah are planning on leaving the White House by the end of this year.

Now, according to the report, they reached out numerous times to both Huckabee Sanders

and Shah and never once got a response from either one of them, including a last minute

effort to contact them before they published this story.

But then immediately after the story came out, Sarah Huckabee Sanders tweeted the following:

"Does CBS News know something I don't about my plans and my future?

I was at my daughter's year end kindergarten event and they ran a story about my plans

to leave the White House without even talking to me.

I love my job and am honored to work for POTUS."

Here's the thing, though: They did try to contact you several times, even right before

they published it, and you refused to give them an answer.

And I have a theory about why Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Raj Shah refuse to give them an

answer.

Because that way, they could go ahead, run the story, then whatever they had to say ... Huckabee

Sanders, Shah, whoever it is ... Had the clearance to come out and say "I never once spoke to

them.

They didn't ask me this question."

It's all a ruse to misdirect the public.

But the issue at hand is whether or not Sarah Huckabee Sanders is actually going to be quitting

the White House by the end of this year.

I would like to think that she is.

I would like for her to quit.

She has been horrible.

She lies constantly to the American public, and that's not the kind of person we want

in the White House.

The flip side of that is that obviously we're not going to get anyone better than Sarah

Huckabee Sanders, so whoever comes in is either going to be on her level, or much, much worse

than she actually is.

But here's the overall thing.

CBS spoke to friends of Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who claimed that she has told them this.

They spoke to people inside the White House who say that this is true, along with other

people who are close to the administration.

Given Huckabee Sanders's history of lying, as she did in her tweeted response to the

story, I'm going to err on the side and say that CBS is probably a lot more trustworthy

than Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

So what would this mean if Sarah Huckabee Sanders left?

Again, it's going to mean we're going to get somebody just as bad as her as our press secretary,

but it also shows that this White House is still in complete chaos 17, 18 months after

it began.

They have had more turnover in these first 18 months than any other administration has

at least in modern history, possibly going as far back to the 1800s.

This is not how any administration should operate.

Think of it this way.

If you were working at a corporation and you kept seeing the management, the high level

officials quitting, resigning, getting fired, wouldn't you think that there was something

wrong with that company?

Would you the shareholders think that something was wrong?

Yes, they would, and that's actually what Kathryn Tenpas from Brookings Institute pointed

out in this CBS report.

If this were happening at a private company, people would automatically assume that the

leadership is bad, that nobody there knows what they're doing, and that the company was

going to eventually tank.

And that is exactly what we're seeing with the White House.

In just the last few months, here are some of the people who have left this administration:

Hope Hicks; Josh Raffel; Tom Bossert; Michael Anton; John McEntee; Cliff Sims; Steven Cheung;

[Kaylen Dord 00:03:48]; Natalie Strom; Tyler Ross; and possibly, by the end of this year,

we may be adding both Raj Shah and Sarah Huckabee Sanders to this list that is only going to

grow in the meantime.

Best Caprese Burger In NYC | Delish Does - Duration: 3:02.

- It is literally the size of my head.

Why is everything that I work with so cute and little?

(upbeat music)

So we'er here at the Ainsworth in Midtown,

about to try their Burrata Burger,

which I'm so excited about 'cause this is right up my alley,

let's get goin'.

(upbeat music)

We're making this Burrata Burger, tell me what

the inspiration was behind this.

- So one of my favorite things to eat

is a caprese salad, which is mozzarella and tomatoes,

balsamic vinegar, it dawned on me to make it

into a burger but using burrata.

- Why is everything that I work with so cute and little?

- The first thing we're gonna do, we're gonna grill this.

- Pull out grill. - Exactly.

- I've never seen one of these before.

- And then we just throw it back and just wait for it.

- See ya later.

- I love heirloom tomatoes because they're actually

just more flavorful than other regular tomatoes.

I like to drizzle it with a little bit

of reduced balsamic vinegarette only so it can have

extra flavor into it and then I throw it right on the grill.

- You said a little bit but I'm gonna kinda go

a little crazy 'cause I love balsamic glaze.

I feel like I'm treating this tomato really nicely.

It's like giving a little balsamic massage.

- Nobody wants a cold burrata, so when we get an order,

we just drop the burrata for, like, five, ten seconds.

When the customer eats it, it just melts.

- Mm. Burrata's in the hot tub.

(laughing) - We get our bun

and then we butter it on both sides,

we lightly toast it. - Gorgeous.

- We like to cut it a little thicker

so it doesn't deteriorate when you grill it on the grill.

So it's nice and golden, that's the color

that we're going for.

- It sort of looks like a poached egg.

- Yes, exactly.

- Oh, it's so much cooler over here, oh my god,

can I stay on this side?

- Now we're gonna build the burger.

- Okay.

- We're gonna slap it right on there.

- Beautiful, that's a big burger.

- Seven ounce.

On there, right on top.

- Look at that thing.

This thing's like six inches tall.

- To add more flavor, we're just gonna put a little bit

of basil on there, we're gonna finish the burger.

- Oh my god.

(gasps)

- And that's it.

- It is literally the size of my head.

(upbeat music)

This burger is absolutely insane.

I don't know what's gonna happen when I cut into it

but we're in it together, so we'll find out.

The key is to get all the way down to the bottom

and work your way back.

Look at this insanity.

Just like every single layer is a different type

of flavor and texture, I mean, you're gonna get

the meatiness, you're gonna get the sweetness,

the creaminess, ugh, god, I'm so excited.

It is so good.

It tastes like the creamiest caprese salad with burger.

I'm gonna take another bite.

I honestly feel like I'm in Italy right now.

You get every single piece of this burger in one bite.

Mm.

(upbeat music)

OKAY, WAIT, THAT FEELS AMAZING, YOU CAN TOUCH ME.

BUT YOU'RE NOT FORGIVEN.

YOU CAN'T KISS ME THE WAY YOU DID AND THEN MIX SIGNALS

WHEN I KNOW THAT YOU LIKE ME. WHY CAN'T YOU ADMIT THAT

YOU LIKE ME? - FINE.

I ADMIT IT, I LIKE YOU.

- YOU DO? - YEAH.

I LIKE YOU A LOT.

I'VE JUST BEEN TAKING IT SLOW BECAUSE--

- YOUR VOICE IS SO VELVETY IT'S LIKE MY EARS ARE FLOATING

ON THE OCEAN.

- OKAY. LET'S GET YOU HOME.

Parents Of Missing 3 Year Old Soon Notice He's Not The Only One That's Vanished - Duration: 5:31.

for a lot of families there's no better place to raise a kid than in the country

there's just something about the greenfield space and wildlife that make

it the idyllic setting for a childhood life just couldn't be better or so it

seemed to Brock and Courtney or Ness but when the couple's three year old Carson

disappeared from the family's rural wheat farm they were in a state of panic

with so many places for the boy to hide and a dangerous downpour of rain in the

forest there were a thousand ways this could end very very poorly but then

Courtney had a comforting thought Carson might not have been alone Brock and

Courtney earnest loved their life in Cooperstown North Dakota the small town

was home to fewer than a thousand people and the young couple ran a wheat farm

all well taken care of their two young children and golden retriever Cooper the

ER nurses had rescued Cooper as a puppy after he'd been abandoned on the side of

the road had it not been for them he might not have been long for the world

for the most part he owed the family his life on the farm Cooper paid his debt

and dedication to one Ernest in particular Carson who was Brock and

Courtney's oldest child together the three-year-old boy and his dog were

almost always seen playing together more often than not Courtney could see Carson

outside with his green toy truck clearly a future farmer in the making and with

Cooper running around or lying beside his best pal but on one day in May of

2014 something went wrong Carson had been

outside playing with Cooper one evening but by 7:30 p.m. he hadn't come inside

the house yet I figured he'd start getting hungry some time Courtney told

two local news media but he never showed up for dinner

so Courtney began hurriedly searching for her son she checked all around the

house and on the farm in the barns and under the tractors after several hours

she still couldn't find her son anywhere I lost it Courtney said with a nervous

laugh Brock admitted I was a little worried so at around 8:30 the couple

conceded they wouldn't find Carson on their own and dial

still something gave Courtney the tiniest sliver of relief Cooper was

missing too and strangely that offered Courtney and Brock some comfort you

start thinking the worst Courtney said but then again I knew that Cooper was

gone if anybody was going to find Carson they just have to find Cooper after the

911 emergency search party formed and in true small-town fashion it included just

about everyone within city limits over 200 people on foot horseback and ATVs

even a plane and a dog showed up for the hunt for the missing boy however the

weather played a factor to temperatures in North Dakota can drop down low that

time of year and even more troubling was that it was raining turning farmlands

into mud puddles in other words they had to find Carson and Cooper fast by about

2:00 a.m. however authorities and searchers hadn't find the boy or his dog

who at that point had been missing for seven hours in fact authorities sent the

search parties on foot home as forecasts showed a dangerous downpour on the way

then just a few minutes after part of the search team disbanded someone

ominously knocked on Courtney and Brock's front door still fearing the

worst Courtney answered it we found them the

person told a daze Courtney it was true a mile southeast from the family's farm

a firefighter named Pat had stumbled upon a lump lying in the wet grass

he called out for Carson and the lump responded and right alongside Carson was

Cooper the golden retriever through all of those long cold hours the puppet

refused to abandon his buddy he'd also been doing a lot more than just lying in

the grass with Carson the dog had actually laid on top of the wet and

freezing three-year-old that's right Carson's canine companion had sacrificed

his own well-being to keep his little friend warm on that rainy night the dogs

heroism brought Courtney and Brock to tears he's a great dog Courtney said of

Cooper I just didn't realize he'd actually be like lying on him and

keeping him warm and protecting him Brock added I was

really proud of him after Carson and Cooper returned home

paramedics rushed the boy to the hospital to check on his condition

with only a few torn clothes the three-year-old was released shortly

after his arrival though not without a complaint he came up to me today

Cortney said a few days after the incident and he said mom I was really

scared but Cooper laid on me he kept me warm that prompted a question from

Cortney what about your feet she asked her son Carson shook his head

no not those apparently he was willing to give the dog credit for his heroism

the playful three year old was still a bit irked that Cooper didn't think to

keep his feet warm how incredible is that that this rescue dog returned the

favor to the people who saved his life by saving their son

you can tell my this story that the little boy at his best for a friend

share a bond that couldn't be broken thanks to this heroic dog and his

protective instincts one little child survived a terrifying experience

Why I'm Back with Todoist - Duration: 11:57.

Hello everyone and welcome to the Keep Productive YouTube channel, my name is Francesco D'Alessio

And if you're brand new here welcome, but if you're a regular, welcome back, so today's video

I'm going to be talking a little bit about why I'm back with todoist now

You probably have seen a little bit about the todoist

Sort of conversation of you having one myself

so the last three months actually probably longer conversation than that, but the last three months I

Changed from to do is two things three for three months period in order to try it now

You know at the end of the day I am back with todoist

But I wanted to explain a few

of the reasons why and backward to do this and I wanted to talk in a bit of a dose about how I

Sort of loved to do it versus things free and why it was more suitable for me

So guys just before we dive in you can get two months free Skillshare below. I'll add the link in description

So you guys can get free premium for two months and claim that there it's got loads of workshops. I've just added one about notion

Guidebook, so hopefully that one is of use to you

So if checking out below so the sort the story of this dance with to do is back in

2012 or 13

When I started pretty much university I was using todoist and my main reason behind it was because I knew

That to do this to escape pool after University

I was thinking maybe a couple years in advance when I was picking my to-do-list application

Of course when the list was still available

Which is much more of a college Spanish University option and one I recommend there a lot more

But I was thinking maybe startups and freelancing a little bit too early and a big a bit too nerdy

but my premise of using todoist was really to

use the sort of functions there the delight so it was a really simple task manager when I got started so

skip forward to maybe six months ago when I was

Using it one of the main reasons and one of the features that I mainly loved about todoist is the ability to add

Some form of chronological ordering. So the way that I nerdily organize my tasks is using

Timestamps so I'll show you this on screen. I will show you stuff on the screen throughout this whole thing

The timestamps of exactly when I will do the tasks and this is actually personally very helpful for me

Because that's how I plan my day

I'm very lucky enough to do free glancing

So I actually have like different projects and I can time them based on stuff and I can add stuff in like gym

Gap stuffing like morning tasks and things like that in errands for the house, even things like that and it all becomes very helpful. So

Then sort of like my background I like to do is news and about six months ago

I was just like, okay

I need to look in another solution mainly because I was struggling with a couple of things now. I was struggling specifically with I guess

project management to some of the stem

I wanted a better way to refine project management and I think things free did look more attractive in that area

Maybe because they've got something called areas and projects and they had more feature

Association with projects like deadlines and things like that. That's something that definitely attracted me

and of course I was in the process of like

sort of looking at

Changing my style of productivity some extent when I've been doing freelancing for so long

I would like to test new solutions to see if they're better things 3 also delivered

I would personally say a better design now, of course, it's only iOS and Mac available

which I both have luckily and I don't necessarily endorse cross just

same platform devices and so the same platform experiences, but

Thinks we've definitely delivered a very very attractive design above todoist

I would say that design is a lot more minimal and clean

Versus designer todoist, of course you get a lot more

customisation with todoist the actual experience isn't as fixed and you do get these sort of element of being able to change themes and

Also being able to have that lovely, you know new fresh image when you completed your inbox now, of course

I did enjoy the things through experience and it's something I definitely want to go into detail with because I

Really don't have anything bad with things three. It just didn't work for me

As well as todoist

I highly recommend it being able to use it for those three months

Taught me personally a lot about my process which you will probably see in the duyst setup video that I'm planning

Because you actually see the things I've learned the things I liked

And also in things where you'll see the things I learnt and liked inside the thing. Sorry

So the things I specifically enjoyed with todoist and the main reasons I'm back

Ah, probably its timeline function entire thing story. I was trying to replicate a

Chronological ordering of tasks. So as I was using it for that month

I would try and organize my tasks as if they were in timeline order

So when I start my day a molding task appears and when I you know finish my day sort of errands appear

so that I can start doing stuff around the house necessarily and it's tender how I work but

things we didn't really deliver that um to do is did a great job because you've got

Timings of that and you've just got this neat order of being able to add priority levels, which was really nice

So the other thing that I really did miss inside of a to-do list is the comments ability

Of course inside of things three is the notes ability so you can actually go into notes and add things like links and more information

But the way that the comment structure is laid out being to add files being able to add links and being able to add multiple

Comments to a certain to do his task

And of course, this is a pro function to just be aware of that a premium function of to do this

It's definitely something that made it more attractive to come back to of course when I'm going out like for at my day

I will do stuff like for example if I'm writing an article for a client I will

use like google drop dot

Google Docs and then I will paste the link in so that I can quick access it when I'm going to that one and for

Example if I like skip it I'm like, okay, I'll do this one tomorrow

Then I can easily paste it tomorrow and the comment sticks there, which is nice also available inside of things free

But I just found the whole experience a lot tricky to add notes in

Especially because they over complicated it with the sub tasks. Although I really did like subtasks inside of things, right?

So the other thing is it's only thing. Sorry. I didn't really like the

Filters or label abilities because there really wasn't that much of them now

I was previously using todoist with a lot of labels really now. I don't use it

But this is one of the reasons why I came back, of course think so. He does have labels

You have the ability to create your own label set up and they do have a really nice

Filtering function at the top of the page and I'm going to shortlist like for example

If you've got like 30 minute ask you quickly go up to top and select that one

But I think they were more attractive if I'm honest inside of todoist and the filtering abilities did make it a lot easier

For example in the future if I'm like, okay, I wanna learn filters then it's all there and I can access that believe me

So the quick and experience is something that I definitely liked inside of todoist

you can obviously quick and in think suite to

Things free as well. Thanks Ruthie

But introduced I really did like the way that you can add stuff in a much more rapid way, of course

But for them actually, I'm not sure things. Sorry has a natural language input as good as they're like so to do it

I'm not sure it does have it. Let me double check on that one

Oh I'm it in the comments below but

To do this is natural language input was so much easier to add tasks. If I'm honest it saved me

Hours because I knew each what to do like for example, if I like feed the cat Tom at 2:00 p.m

Tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. It just does it so fuck much faster, and that was so much more of a benefit

So one more note on that sort of process when you click and stuff inside of things free when you and it to the Inbox

specifically it will go to the top of the inbox and not the

Bottom of the inbox and that really annoyed me

If I'm honest we've to do this when you add a new task. It will go at the bottom of your inbox

however long your inbox is

which is so much better and so much more effective because

for example

If I'm clearing my inbox and at the same time have an idea I want add it to it. I

Much prefer under the bottom because I could process it a lot easier

But that's just such a minor pickle and probably something you can changing things through settings. If I'm I'll double-check that

So the final thing that I loved about to do specifically is the scheduling function

And the one thing I liked about it is the smart sensual because sometimes I do use it occasionally if I'm looking for free spots

In my calendar or sorry I might to do it then I can actually just press the Cheverus

Monk ssin and choose some of the smart date stuff too, which is very easy to do

Of course, you can share to a head inside of things for eat

and I honestly think that upcoming is a great way to

Move about stuff and I'll definitely talk about the the new window section that I love inside of things

Sorry in the things very video

But I I think to do is we're scheduling is so much more attractive and the one thing I would that

Made me I guess think more about to do it than things free is at the point

I was finishing up. My sort of things for a experiment to do is announce. They're working on a new schedule function

So I was like, okay, they were investing more time in the feature that I love

So maybe this was a swear as well like more of a swear to some extent. That's just something to know

So you're probably wondering

Did you have a good experience weird things 3 I'll be doing the full video on this my 3 month

analysis of the whole experience

I hopefully hopefully it will be useful for you because I know a lot of you guys are in that process of

Shall I move from to do this to another application and that's maybe after 2 or 3 years of using it?

Maybe it's after 3 months of using it and you're working out whether that's a better fit

The thing that I would say is to thinks are it is a beautiful application. It works really really well

I know qualms were there - some minor things and it was just a workflow side of stuff

That didn't suit me. And of course, there are some negatives to it

so the thing that I would say is that if you're looking at this experience

Maybe watch both of my videos how it changed my you

Suggest we clear I am banquets dearest I

Really missed it over those three months

If I'm honest and when you have to move and learn you have to I guess

Work out a new way of doing stuff and three months is a good period of time 90 days working out

How you go through that process is definitely worth it. So this experiment has been very beneficial to me

I wouldn't recommend it all the time to do it. This is the first time I'm doing it in five years

So just let you know that is not something I do every other day

Of course, I get to track test productivity applications all the time, but I don't change them that unless there's a definite reason

And reason behind it. Anyway guys, I really appreciate

Let me know in the comments whether you have any questions about to do those things three

Really great to hear without further ado guys

I really appreciate you stopping by make sure to check out the skill ship inscription below and without further ado

I will say goodbye to you now. Thank you very much guys see versi

What's gonna happen to your friends?

Whatever it is...

I'll deal with it.

I don't know if I'm worth all this, Steve.

What you did all those years...

It wasn't you.

You didn't have a choice.

I know.

But I did it.

How did this happen?

I became distracted.

I didn't think that was possible.

Neither did I.

The doctors say he shattered L4 through S1.

Extreme laceration to the spinal cord.

Probably looking at some form of paralysis.

Steve's not gonna stop.

If you don't either,

Rhodey's gonna be the best case scenario.

You let them go, Nat.

We played this wrong.

"We"?

Boy, it must be hard to

shake the whole double agent thing, huh?

It sticks in the DNA.

Are you incapable of letting go of your ego...

for one goddamn second?

T'CHALLA told Ross what you did, so...

they're coming for you.

I'm not the one that needs to watch their back.

What am I looking at, Friday?

Priority upload from Berlin police.

Fire up the chopper.

The Task Force called for a psychiatrist

as soon as Barnes was captured.

The UN dispatched Doctor Theo Broussard

from Geneva within the hour.

He was met by this man.

Did you run facial recognition yet?

What do I look like?

Uh, I don't know. I've been picturing a redhead.

You must be thinking of someone else.

Must be.

The fake doctor is actually Colonel Helmut Zemo.

Sokovian Intelligence.

Zemo ran Echo Scorpion...

a Sokovian covert kill squad.

What happened to the real Broussard?

He was found dead in a Berlin hotel room.

Where police also found a wig and facial prosthesis...

approximating the appearance of one James Buchanan Barnes.

Son of a bitch.

- Get this to Ross. - Yes, boss.
