Youtube daily Jun 15 2018

Hello everyone. Thanks for tuning in again. It's been a couple of weeks since

I've given you a Google Home and a Google Assistant update for new products

and new features in 2018 related to those great voice assistants. Let's get going. The big

news this week related to the Google Home is the fact that it can now handle

three queries at once from you. So go ahead, put an "and" between your

three queries and you can go ahead and you'll get three things to action from

Google Home. I've been doing it already in my home. It's an instant update and

it's instantly available for you in all kinds of countries. One of the things

that we're starting to see is the entry of Smart Display settings and features

in the Google Home application. So we are now seeing when you're looking at

different settings, and even some of the applications in the Google

Assistant store, we're starting to see if something is available for a Smart

Display (with Google Assistant) it's actually saying it at the bottom of the page there now. On that

note, Lenovo came out, they had for a small time on the B&H website, I think

this was a mistake, there was a pre-order opportunity for

two of their Smart Displays with the Google Assistant on board. So get ready

for those. Those are going to come out and I think you're going to see a lot of

pre-orders from a lot of different makers now that it's being integrated

into the Google Home and the Google Assistant applications. Xbox One is going

to get both the Alexa Voice Assistant and the Google Assistant here. It's not quite

clear today whether or not Alexa and the Google Assistant are going to be able to

control everything on your Xbox, but this feature is coming for Xbox users and

you're going to be able to choose Google Assistant over Microsoft's own Cortana. Every

couple of mornings, I head down to a Starbucks and I go I get a coffee and I

use the app to pay for it. Now you can of course order ahead right now, but what's

even better is now with your Google Assistant or

your Google Home, you can go ahead and order Starbucks, as well as from

Applebee's, and from Dunkin' Donuts. So a lot of new makers or a lot of new

coffee shops. They're ready for you to go ahead and order through your voice

assistant, and then you can just show and and the payment's already complete

through your Starbucks app. Something that we've seen back and forth between

Google and Amazon is a real battle in terms of trying to get kids using their

voice assistants. Now the Google Assistant has four new apps associated

with it. Some of these are pretty familiar names. There's Learning Time

with Timmy, Moshi Twilight, Little Baby Bum, who really grew up on YouTube, and

HarperCollins, which is a big children's book maker. So these applications

that are available from these different children's content builders, they're

going to help you with routines with your toddler, they're going to help you

with night time with your toddler, there are storybook applications, there's all

kinds of opportunities here for you to get extra functionality out of your

Google Home or your Google Assistant, and really help your child understand

something. As we've seen in the past Google Assistant continues to develop

and grow out in all kinds of countries around the world. Google Assistant is now available in

Thai on both tablets and phones. So again more languages jumping into the Google

Assistant, and these are always precursors to the Google Home showing up

in those markets. So I think we know where Google Home is headed next. Now in

a previous video I mispronounced something and I'm not going to do it here.

But a major major French grocery store, Carrefour, which is actually the largest grocery retailer in

France has actually teamed up with Google. And if you've been paying

attention to what Google is doing on the retail front, this is a pairing

made in heaven so to speak. And what they're basically doing is they're

fighting Amazon's expansion in France in terms of grocery and retail growth, but

Google is also able to fight kind of fire with fire with a new or an improved

online store. If you've been following Google in terms of their

design, and some of their new code and what what they kind of announced as

their new standard design, they call it Material Design and Material Design is

being integrated into the Google Assistant, in the Google Home

applications, as we go forward here. There's a new "Coming Up For You" section

that has the new material design or material theme within it. The assistant

app through this gains a section called "Keep Track of Things" which they're

thinking will include the orders and reservations, upcoming trips, notes, lists other things like that. The second large

redesign was basically around Podcasts and I think if you've used the Google

Assistant, or the Google Home application for that matter, to try and find a

podcast, it's pretty much impossible. So here now we have a new UI coming to the

Google Assistant app that helps you locate podcasts that you're going to

want to listen to. Alright everyone, so we're seeing some great updates from

Google related to the Smart Displays, some of those manufacturers are starting to

come along. Google is now getting that capability integrated into their apps.

We're also seeing the Google Home continue to expand, and on that note come

back to the channel here in just a couple of days, I'm going to tell you

when all these new features are coming. Or I'm at least going to tell you what

Google has told me about when all the new features are coming that were

announced at Google I/O 2018, or for the features that you've been waiting for a

long time. I know lots of countries have been waiting, so stay tuned for that.

That's coming in a couple of days everyone. Otherwise, thanks for watching.

Make sure you hit the subscribe button at the end

here, and you'll get that notification related to the new features coming from

Google I/O.

Boston Globe pens plea to break up Google, as Europe regulates privacy - 247 news - Duration: 6:23.

The editorial board of the Boston Globe is making the case to disband Google in an opinion piece published on Thursday

In arguing for its breakup, the Globe also implicated Facebook, saying the two companies together dominate close to 75 percent of all online advertising while at the same time controlling the flow of information on the internet and acquiring massive amounts of user data

'Never in the history of the world has a single company had so much control over what people know and think,' the piece starts

'Yet Washington has been slow to recognize that Google's power is a problem, much less embrace the obvious solution: breaking the company up

' +4 <img id="i-be1b7bd5fce0322d" src="http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/newpix/2018/06/15/17/4D4598E800000578-5848775-image-a-1_1529078583869

AdChoicesADVERTISINGinRead invented by Teads'Google is a monopoly because we've allowed it to become one,' the article reads

'We've allowed it to grow at the expense of copyright holders. At the expense of rival search and advertising ventures

At the expense of startups that might someday challenge the giants. At the expense of a narrowing of the way a society acquires information

Today, the act of searching for an answer is synonymous with Googling. And the first answer for how to rein in this digital giant is also the best: break it up

Alphabet is the holding company that was formed in October 2015 and owns Google, which makes up the largest piece of the overarching organization, by far

The article notes that more than 80 percent of Alphabet's revenue comes from advertising dollars, and Google controls 88 percent of the search advertising market, which is something its been able to achieve by not charging its users anything for using its platform to search the internet

It's been said many times that, 'If you're not paying for the product, you are the product,' which has proved to be true, as Google continues to harvest much coveted user data from those who benefit from the convenience of its many services

Google has then used that data to grow into the tech giant it's become today. It's also been accused of favoring promotion of its services other those of competitors, resulting in a $2

7 billion fine from European regulators in 2017.'A handful of people working at a handful of tech companies steer the thoughts of billions of people every day,' former Google design ethicist Tristan Harris said

Not surprisingly, the op-ed notes that publishing companies have suffered as Google has thrived in the advertising space, changing the way media outlets have had to allocate their budgets

The board listed a few ways it would recommend breaking up the massive company, citing separating the advertising portion from Google search as the simplest and probably, most effective

It also suggested making YouTube and the advertising units into separate, stand-alone organizations

To take things a step further, the board would separate each of YouTube, Android, and all Google cloud services, plus make Google search independent of each entity

As alternatives to slicing and dicing Alphabet up, the Globe suggested different forms of increased regulation

Share this article Share One approach mentioned holding Google accountable for copyright violations by its users, which create content where Google places ads and therefore makes money

Another suggestion involved more oversight when Google attempts to purchase start-ups that have either been proven to be or might one day become competitors

It accuses Google of 'frustrating competition, discouraging innovation, punishing American business, and distorting the free marketplace of commerce and ideas,' in part by acquiring much of its competition

By this logic, the board also believes the disruption of Google would encourage human creativity, learning and competition, all of which are things the editorial board says Google once promoted, but now stifles

In closing, the editorial board of the Globe brought up Microsoft and John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil, noting that in the early days of those organizations, no one knew how much influence they would come to yield over the public

Entire Trump Family Named In Massive Charity Fraud Lawsuit - Duration: 3:17.

The newly empowered Attorney General of the state of New York, Barbara Underwood, filed

a suit yesterday, on Donald Trump's 72nd birthday, against Donald Trump and his children for

the potentially illegal use of their charity in order to both enrich themselves and to

aid their father's campaign.

And I say newly empowered because Barbara Underwood is the woman who took over after

Schneiderman was revealed to be quite the scumbag and Underwood came in, undertaking

a massive task, and not only has she succeeded in it, but she has far outpaced and excelled

her predecessors in this job in what she was handed and what she is able to do.

This is a phenomenal woman doing phenomenal work out there.

So, this lawsuit though, pretty complicated but let's try to strip it down to the most

bare points of it.

The lawsuit charges that Trump, and members of the Trump family, used the Trump Foundation

in order to bolster his political standing during the 2016 election.

Specifically, and they actually tweeted out emails that prove this from Corey Lewandowski,

they wanted the Foundation to make payments before Donald Trump would go and speak to

certain groups.

If he was going to be talking to a bunch of veterans, Lewandowski would email and say,

"Hey, go make a donation to a veteran's foundation 'cause it's really going to help him with

this crowd."

Now, that's part of it.

That is illegal, the FEC has been alerted that they need to look into this by Underwood.

The second part of it is that Trump, and members of his family, were using this charity as

their own personal piggy bank.

As Underwood says, "As basically their own checkbook to do whatever they wanted to without

having to give the money over to the actual charities they were raising monies for", also

illegal.

She has asked other investigative bodies to help look into this as well.

But, here's what's really interesting about this, if this case does proceed, because they're

seeking about $2.8 million in restitution on this, it's likely something Trump might

settle very quickly, just to get it to disappear because this is a very big deal.

If any member of the Trump family, or Trump himself, or any of his little underlings that

were involved, like Lewandowski, if they get convicted or even indicted or arrested for

this, Trump can't pardon them.

These are state crimes, not federal crimes.

They're not crimes against the United States, itself, therefore, a presidential pardon cannot

apply.

That's what's so important about this.

That's what's so powerful about this and that is why it shows that Barbara Underwood is

doing the job that the American people need her to be doing.

She is going out there, she built this phenomenal case, with these impressive charges against

the Trump family for things that most people had suspected for a very long time and she

did it in a way that they can't weasel themselves out of.

That is the kind of brilliance we need to see in Attorney Generals all across this country.

Instagram Will No Longer Let People Know When Someone Screenshots Their Story - Duration: 0:51.

For Complex News, I'm Frazier.

Back in February, IG lurkers were put on blast via an Instagram update that alerted Instagram

users when people would take a screenshot or recording of their Stories.

Proper savages didn't care, but we imagine this should have curbed some of the thirsty

screenshots being taken from Stories worldwide.

Well, it did.

When Instagram first spoke on the feature, they admitted then that it was a test in improving

the Instagram experience.

BuzzFeed News reported that Instagram has officially ended this test.

Why?

There's no real reason why, currently.

Whatever the situation is, you've all been warned: any activities you're posting on

IG Stories that you wouldn't want someone to screenshot and spread might need to cease.

Or just make your account private.

Either way, you will not be notified if someone thirst records your whole story.

The History Behind Nas' Album Cover for 'NASIR' - Duration: 1:22.

What's up, guys?

Frazier here for Complex News.

Nas album is really, truly done.

Finally.

On Thursday night Nas, Kanye, and others, pulled up in to Queens to debut Nas' first

album in six years during a livestreamed listening session that was attended by people like Kim

Kardashian, 2 Chainz, Theophilus London, Pusha-T and more.

Just a few hours before the seven-track album titled NASIR, was unveiled to the masses on

Mass Appeal's YouTube channel, Nas shared the project's cover art on social media,

a black and white picture of a few kids lined up against a brick wall with their hands above

their heads.

Some of the kids in the picture appear to be holding what looks like toy guns.

Nas captioned the tweet:

"The Kids Are Our Future.

NASIR out everywhere tomorrow!

Executive Produced by @kanyewest #NASIR"

After some digging, we found out that the pic was taken by the late photojournalist

Mary Ellen Mark and was featured in a 1988 article titled "The War Zone" by reporter

Jim Atkinson, a piece that investigated the lives of those living in South Dallas as they

dealt with the crime that was brought on by the crack epidemic.

Mary Ellen Mark, who was born in 1940 and won multiple awards for her photography, passed

away in 2015.

Nas' NASIR project is the fourth album to be rolled out by G.O.O.D.

Music in the past few weeks, following Pusha-T's DAYTONA, Kanye's solo album Ye, his collaborative

joint with Kid Cudi Kids See Ghosts.

Next up is Teyana Taylor's sophomore album.

That's the news for now, but for all the latest news on Nas, subscribe to Complex News

Emery Smith's Dangerous Fight in the Cure for Cancer Disclosure | CITD 2018 - Duration: 8:20.

The Edge of Wonder

Presents, Contact in the Desert 2018.

( uplifting music )

Special guest featuring Emery Smith

- [Voiceover] It started in November 2017

He lost all of his family and even had

three assassination attempts on his life,

just to disclose the truth for you.

Now, let's meet Emery Smith.

Hey guys, this is amazing!

We're at Contact in the Desert

with one of the coolest people here, Emery Smith.

- [Rob] He's really one of the

rock stars of the entire event.

- [Ben] You are like a rock star here,

I mean everyone's like, ( mumbles )

and you're so funny and you're just so likable.

- [Emery] I just love everyone, I have a great time here

and it's like all the like minds,

so you know it's a place where I can be myself

and not be edited by TV and you know,

you guys let me say whatever the heck I want,

so, I like the questions ( mumbles ),

how it's received by everyone and that keeps me pumped.

- [Ben] That's awesome, so explain to us,

I mean you're really focusing a lot on this

healing aspect of all this new technology

that's coming out, you're like

the main person driving this.

- [Emery] Yeah, I mean, the thing is,

my whole thing is regenerative medicine

and also the new technologies

that I've been working with and the projects

and trying to get all this technology out slowly,

in a safe way, so people can get these cures

and can get these devices, because,

everyone can be their own physician

in their own home, we don't need to have all this,

I mean of course, there is, emergency situations,

you know if there's an emergency situation,

I'm in a car accident or something like that,

of course, I wanna be saved,

You know by some paramedics in the ambulance,

but there's a lot of other things,

it's just that we need the educate the world on it.

As far as treating self-diagnosis,

what you can do at home with herbal supplements

and things like this and also using frequency devices,

that all these amazing inventors around the world have,

but they're basically, you know..

Especially in the United States, a lot of these things

are sustained from coming here

and they're just suppressed.

The post office will take these devices

and not allow, you know people here in the states

to have these things and it's just not fair.

- [Ben] So, what can we ( mumbles ),

is this changing, is this.... - [Emery] It's changing,

You know the good thing about it,

is that there are a lot of white hats in the government

and they do see these things.

You know, changing, they see that

their families also need this,

they get sick too, believe it or not.

So, people are now kinda coming together

and like, wow, how can I get that device from Germany?

You know and this is raising a lot of suspicion

because, it's kind of illegal for them

to be taking, you know devices,

that come in and taking circuits out of them

so they don't work properly when they get here

because they cure people and Big Pharma doesn't like that.

- [Ben] Umm, yeah. - [Rob] That really is

what we're up against here,

I mean we have all of these corporations,

in charge of all of the different devices

and things that can help you and,

all of this stuff has been secret for

such a long time as it sounds, right?

- [Emery] Yeah and I think (mumbles)

the way to hit this is education

and that's getting out, talking about the different devices,

training people how to treat themselves

and empowering people and letting them have a choice,

if they want stem cells or they want a knee replacement

or they want, some hardware installed in their bodies

coz no one's every actually given them a chance,

physicians are trained, American Medical Association

trains them, on protocol: step one, step two, step three

and that's all they have, so when I go to the doctor,

I'm paying for this visit and I'm going to trust you

because I don't know what I'm talking about

and I'm gonna do whatever you say,

even though there might be something out there

that they don't know about, that they could offer.

So, I'm out there educating the world

and you know, trying to get (mumbles)

these new modalities put in place.

So, we don't have to have all this excess surgery

and all this excess complications

that come along with surgery.

- [Rob] Is there an Emery approved site,

where our audience can find some of these devices

that you think are good for humanity?

- [Emery] Well you know, I just came forward here

with everything and we have emerysmith.net

that we're gonna be building on right now.

So, excuse that but it is coming

and we're gonna start doing more

educational videos and start zerocross.co,

the production company that we have.

So, all of these new things are coming out,

we do have some new supplements,

also they are coming out, they are very organic and natural,

that'll help increase zeta wave formats

to help change the voltage of the body

to the right homeostasis, so it can heal itself.

- [Ben] When do you think these technologies,

we'll start seeing these, coming into

- [Emery] I mean they are already,

Since I've come forward in November

there's already 50 different amazing technologies

that were classified at that time

now they're, the corporations are fighting over the patents

they're like, well they already talked about it

someone's gotta get this out now

So, it's good thing that we're talking about it on stage

because, it's kind of exposing it,

but I'm doing it in a, kind of a safe way

without, you know, upsetting too many

medical manufacturers and corporations.

- [Ben] Well that's like a huge question,

I mean, safety for you, for like your life,

I mean it's a huge issue.

- [Emery] That's been a problem, you know,

three assassination attempts just this year alone

and it's more ( mumbles ) what's funny is,

They're more upset about me talking

about the energy devices, that make anergy,

they're all more upset about me talking about

regenerative medicine and all the things that can heal

and then to me, going on stage,

talking about extra terrestrials,

because there's no money in extra terrestrials

for the government, you follow me

Isn't that crazy, it's like insane

At the same time, here I was in court

just like four weeks ago,

defending my patents and in court,

they wanted to do a gag order ( mumbles )

We do not want Emery Smith, out there,

teaching people these cures,

we want to slowly release this information over 10-20 years.

No, we have the cures now,

we're gonna do it now, and that's it.

- [Rob] Thank you so much for being with us.

- [Ben] One more final question (mumbles), sorry.

What motivates you, to keep you doing what you're doing,

- [Emery] You guys, all you,

because if you weren't backing me up,

I would not be doing this, because it's just so dangerous

and I've already lost all my family,

they just killed my dog recently and you know intentionally.

- [Rob] I'm sorry man. - [Emery] That's okay.

We're gonna keep going, I'm not stopping.

- [Rob] That's the spirit.

That's awesome, Emery Smith, thank you so much

for being with us, Contact in the Desert 2018.

Until next time, we'll see you out..

- [Ben] On the edge.

( uplifting music )

- [Emery] Many pharmaceutical corporations

have used their technology from the DNA, from the starts

to help us, you know heal certain genetic factors

and now you're hearing about in science,

that they are working on, you know,

we can do gene sequencing, where we can,

you know, find just one gene in there

and we can manipulate that gene,

so you don't have to have this problem anymore

and that is true and that's all

because of the technology through

what they have been doing, for the last 30-40 years

but the new protein that they just discovered,

is a protease inhibitor which blocks inflammation,

and all disease and trauma starts with inflammation.

You're body is an amazing body,

and you don't really need anything, it can do it

and that's why I developed, my patented technology

where I concentrate the healing properties of your blood

and inject it into the peripheral bloodstream

or into your joints, so you don't have to have surgery

coz you're body can regenerate, it just needs some help.

So we've figured out if you decrease all the inflammation

in the body, not only will you not have cancer

and things like this but we can actually,

extend the telomeres and change the frequency of the DNA,

so it's in a more homeostasis mode,

and to keep the body in the homeostasis mode

is the most important thing for it to be functional.

Hillary Has Disgusting 3-Word Response To IG Report Exposing Her – She's So Guilty! - Duration: 5:23.

Hillary Clinton has found herself going viral, but not exactly in a good way.

She dropped a blithering 3-word response to the IG Report on her Twitter account that

reminds readers what she was exposed for.

Her response was "but my emails" and she received hundreds of thousands of replies,

retweets, and 'likes' combined.

However, the replies she received included a lot of negativity from people who were not

supportive of her.

Some replies instructed her to "go away" or reminded her that Trump won the election

in 2016.

Clinton may have thought the reply was clever, but many might dig deeper and analyze this

to be associated with her in the sense of admitting her own guilt.

It might appear that she's also trying to brush her situation with missing or classified

emails under the rug by snarking about the IG Report.

What she said might have backfired and some of the replies from the public surely suggest

that.

Fox broke the story stating:

"Clinton's response was also seen as a poke at James Comey, the former FBI Director,

who seems to be wrapped in his own controversy.

Hillary Clinton took a jab at former FBI Director James Comey on Thursday after it was revealed

in a watchdog report on the bureau's handling of her email investigation that the fired

bureau chief himself used an unsecured account to "conduct unclassified FBI business."

"But my emails," Clinton wrote on Twitter in response to the report released by the

Justice Department, which disclosed that Comey told investigators he used his personal Gmail

(Google Mail) accounts for some of his work at the FBI.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz wrote he found the former director's use of personal

email to be "inconsistent with Department policy," citing what he called "the absence

of exigent circumstances and the frequency with which the use of personal email occurred."

Clinton was often scrutinized during the 2016 presidential campaign trail for using a private

email server when she served as secretary of state during the Obama administration.

After a lengthy investigation, Comey controversially announced in July 2016 that the agency would

not recommend charges, but said that Clinton was "extremely careless" in the "handling

of very sensitive, highly classified information."

He then announced he would revisit the probe just days before the election after the discovery

of new emails, a move that the Clinton camp has partially blamed for her loss to President

Trump.

The probe was closed again just days before Trump's election victory."

The IG report dives into the connections with Obama and Hillary a bit, but readers can get

the full scope by taking their time to read and comprehend the document on their own.

"However, former President Obama again made public comments about the Midyear investigation

in an interview with FOX News Sunday on April 10, 2016.

Obama stated that while former Secretary Clinton had been "careless" in managing her emails

while she was Secretary of State, she would never intentionally do anything to endanger

the security of the United States with her emails.

He also stated that he would not interfere in the FBI's investigation into her private

email server.

Obama stated, "I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation

conducted by the Justice Department, or the F.B.I. — not just in this case, but in any

case."

It later continues: "FBI witnesses told us that both FBI agents

and analysts were involved in determining what devices and other evidence to obtain.

Based on our review of the evidence, the FBI obtained more than 30 devices; received consent

to search Clinton-related communications on most of these devices; and identified numerous

work-related emails that were not part of the 30,490 emails produced by Clinton's

attorneys to the State Department, many of which they sent to other agencies for classification

review.

The thirty devices included two of Clinton's servers, each of which consisted of multiple

devices; storage devices used alongside Clinton's servers; numerous devices that were used to

back up Clinton's emails during her tenure; some of Clinton's handheld devices; Pagliano's

State Department desktop computer; several flash drives and laptop computers that contained

copies of the 30,490 emails that Clinton's attorneys produced to the State Department;

and the two laptops used by Clinton's attorneys to cull her emails for production to the State

Department.

Once the FBI received consent to review a device, staff from the FBI's Operational

Technology Division (OTD) generally imaged the device and prepared the image for a filter

team to remove material that was privileged or otherwise not subject to search pursuant

to the terms of a consent agreement.

OTD then uploaded the emails and other data from the device for FBI analysts to review.

OTD also attempted to de-duplicate emails.

The analysts reviewed the emails recovered from each device for the same purposes as

they reviewed the initial 30,490 to identify both suspected classified information and

evidence of intent to mishandle classified information."
