NATALIE: Hello.

My name is Natalie, and I'm one of the engineers that helps

build Google Web Designer.

And in this video, we're going to do

a walkthrough of how to create animations using

the advanced mode timeline.

The Timeline panel is located at the bottom of the workspace

by default. This is actually one of two timeline tools

that we have-- the other one being the Quick mode timeline.

Many files will open by default in Quick mode,

and you can toggle between them by pressing this button

in the top right-hand corner.

So this is a Quick mode, and this is the Advanced mode.

We have a separate tutorial covering Quick mode.

And this one will just focus on Advanced mode, which

is the more complex but, also, the more powerful

of the two tools.

As a tutorial exercise, I've got this short little animated ad,

which has a sliding image, two text

boxes that fade in and out, and a logo that appears at the end.

And in this video, we'll step through how we can build

this ad in Google Web Designer.

So let's take care of that sliding image animation first.

The first step would be to drag it on stage

and position it the way that we want

it to appear at the beginning of the animation--

so right around there.

And later on, we'll have it slide over like so.

And you can see that this little track appeared in the timeline.

This is a timeline layer, and this

is the UI in which we'll lay out the animation

for this object over time.

The basic idea behind creating animations

is we're going to be defining keyframes, which

are waypoints in time where an element has specific property

values and then defining how and how long the transition

between those values.

So to make this image slide, we'll make several keyframes.

We want it to hold it in place for about a second.

So I'll place the keyframe at one second

by right-clicking and selecting Insert keyframe then one more

half a second later.

And then, at this keyframe, I'm going

to slide the image over to where I want

it to be at this point in time.

Then I want this image to hold it in place for another second.

And then finally, a half a second later,

I want it to slide out of view completely.

So now, if we drag the Playhead, you can scrub the timeline

and get a preview for your animation.

And you can also press the Play button in the left-hand corner

here to get a preview right on stage.

And that looks good.

And the next thing--

we saw in the finished piece that the image actually

fades in at the very beginning in addition

to the sliding over later.

So let's do that fade animation next.

I'm going to select all the keyframes using the Marquee

tool and slide it over to make room

for the fade-in at the very end and insert

a new keyframe at time zero.

And at this keyframe, we'd like for the element's opacity

to be zero.

And at all the other keyframes, we'd like for it to be at 100%.

Next, let's add the text.

So as we saw, there were two text boxes,

and they faded in one after the other, as the image slides.

So let's create the first text box.

So the first text box should fade in, then

stay in place over this period here, and then

fade out as the image slides.

The first thing to do would be to zero out

the opacity on this box because that's the starting state.

Then we can create a keyframe at half a second,

set the opacity to 100%.

At a second and a half, we want it to still be 100%.

And then, at two seconds, we want it to be 0% again.

So one thing you can do is just insert a keyframe,

much like we've done before.

But you can also take advantage of keyframe duplication.

If you hold Alt, you can create a clone of a keyframe

and drag it to a different time.

So this can save you some time with some animations.

And let's add the last one where the text box fades out

completely.

You can take a preview now.

Perfect.

OK.

And the second text box is actually pretty much identical

to the first text box, just the text is different,

and it comes in after the first one's faded out.

So I'm going to save myself a little bit of time

and just duplicate this layer together

with the animation by right-clicking it

selecting Duplicate Layer.

And then, once again, I can use the Marquee selection

to select all the keyframes and move them to where

this animation should be.

I'm going to adjust these keyframes where the first text

box fades out and the second one fades in

so they don't crossfade.

And any time your keyframes get this close together,

you can use the zoom slider to get a more high-res view

of your animation.

So now let's also update the text.

So right now, I have these two text boxes

one on top of the other.

So if I click here right now, I might accidentally

edit the top one.

So I'm going to go ahead and lock it so that I

don't accidentally activate it.

And this will let me edit the one underneath.

So now, our animation is pretty much done.

Let's take a closer look at what's

going on between the keyframes.

You can see that, between every pair of keyframes, it says Linear.

This refers to the CSS easing function,

which is used to compute intermediate values

between every pair of keyframes.

So linear means that the values change at a constant rate.

We have some other options here.

If you right-click, you'll see that you

have available all the standard easing functions specified

in the CSS spec.

So particularly for this transition

where the image slides from one half to the next,

it can be good to choose a different easing

function, such as ease-in-out in which the motion accelerates

a little bit and then decelerates

before coming to rest, which simulates real-world motion

a little bit more closely.

I'm going to limit my preview area

by dragging these yellow handles just to this transition here.

And I'm going to set Preview on Loop

and run the preview just over this area

so I can debug that transition.

And that looks good.

And one other thing we can do is,

rather than using one of the predefined functions,

we can also create our own.

So if you right-click and select Easing options...

you can customize this Bezier curve

to be anything that you like and save out a custom preset,

and click OK to apply it.

So that just about wraps up this tutorial.

Kellyanne Conway Caught Lying In Interview, So She Creates A New Lie For Cover - Duration: 4:06.

NBC thought it would be a good idea this past weekend to bring on Kellyanne Conway to speak

with Chuck Todd on Meet The Press.

And obviously, the biggest issue in the country right now is the Trump Administration's policy

of separating children from their parents if they illegally cross the border.

And Kellyanne Conway actually had some very interesting things to say about not only the

policy, but the reason that it is in place.

Take a look.

Chuck, I don't remember a single Democrat, I could be mistaken, maybe one rumored it.

But in the one hour meeting back in January, in the Cabinet Room where the President invited

Senators and Congressmen from the Republicans and the Democratic parties to the Cabinet

Room, I believe that your cable station covered it live [crosstalk 00:00:47]-

Sure.

In full.

One hour.

Did this issue come up?

The Democrats only want to talk about DACA, the Dreamers [crosstalk 00:00:53], why aren't

they mentioning this?

But in fairness, kids weren't being separated from their parents then.

This policy [crosstalk 00:00:58] got implemented in April, the Zero Tolerance policy where

every migrant-

Yes.

Every asylum seeker is treated as a criminal.

Well, they are subject to [crosstalk 00:01:07]-

First.

Criminal prosecution [crosstalk 00:01:09]-

That is an April change [crosstalk 00:01:10] so why wouldn't they bring it up in [crosstalk

00:01:12]?

It's adjudicated, it's adjudicated.

What they should've said is look, we had a surge over the border in 2014, Mr. President

under President Obama and it shocked everyone, and we simply didn't have the capacity.

We want to avoid that in the future and work with you.

Look, the Democrats outta just sign it, why don't they say we're for open borders?

But they have to be serious.

Look-

So there it is.

If the Democrats had just been psychic, and would've known to have brought up a policy

that they didn't know about during a meeting that happened several weeks before the policy

was put in place, then they somehow could have stopped this.

Now perhaps Kellyanne Conway spent her entire weekend binging on Back To The Future movies,

I don't know.

Maybe she was watching X-men or something and thought hey, those guys, some of them

can see into the future, they could read people's minds, they know what's gonna happen, why

can't the Democrats do that?

Maybe I can use that to blame them for everything horrible in this country.

Because, that is exactly what she just did there.

She took the worst policy from this administration and somehow twisted it into being the Democrats'

fault for not stopping it before they knew it existed.

Something they could only pull off if one; they were psychic, or two; they had a time

machine.

Kellyanne Conway is absolutely bending the very rules of logic and reality here, in order

to defend this monstrous policy.

It's the same thing that Melania Trump has done, it's the same thing Trump himself is

doing.

And again, we have to mention the fact that the Democrats have actually put forth legislation

to stop this, to put an end to it.

And no Republicans have joined in.

Not one, not even the Moderates.

The alleged Moderates I should say.

There are no Moderates in the Republican party, let's end that myth right now.

Susan Collins, she won't sign on to it, she sides with Trump.

And now, Kellyanne Conway is going out there trying to blame the Democrats for them 'cause

she thinks it's going to hurt them in the mid-terms, and maybe get to bend a little

bit and give Donald Trump the money that he wants to build his wall.

Because, at the end of the day, that's what this is about.

This is the Trump administration holding these children hostage in cages, until he gets the

funding for his border wall.

Here is my advice to every media outlet in this country, and I know Fox won't listen

to it, but to everyone else.

Do not put on another Republican.

Do not put on any member of this administration until they end this disastrous policy.

The one thing they want more than anything else on this planet is the loudest voice in

the room.

And the media right now has the power to take that voice away from them.

to see a local opera and also we will see the famous changing face so very interesting,

the the face will change numerous times you se let's learn a miracle mmm

I'm excited

ladies and gentlemen

right we'll get back to the action shortly but I'm sure you're as

interested in the history of the Sichuan opera as I am so I've done a bit of

reading and I'd like to share it with you. so as well as the Greek comedies and

tragedies in the Sanskrit operas of India Chinese opera is one of the three

oldest dramatic art forms in the world now Szechuan Opera is about 400 years

old so it's a fairly new form of Chinese opera and it has folk traditional roots

so that meant it was born out of the people out of their traditional rural

customs or and dialects songs and stories and then it was formalized and

eventually brought into theatres so that's why it has such an amazing array

of different costumes different stories and different performances now I'm sure

you've noticed how intricate and amazing the costumes are and a little fact I've

read that I've liked is that these costumes are so expensive and difficult

to make that some of them are still from the 1940s they've been handed down from

teacher to student for generations and finally I want to talk about the face

changing now in ancient times the people of China would paint their faces in

order to scare away animals and this practice has been incorporated into the

session opera now it started about 300 years ago and back then they used

powders so what the actor would do he'd put a pot of powder on the stage and

then at the right moment you bend down blow into it with his eyes closed and

then allow the powder to stick to his face and he would glance back up and his

face would have changed color now more recently what they're using is silk

masks so they carefully attached these thin silk masks to the face and then tie

a silk thread to the bottom they'll attach this thread to a part of the

costume then at the right moment the actor would pull the thread and as if by

magic his face would change now supposedly this is notoriously hard to

do without the audience letting on and the exact secrets have been hidden in

the Chinese Theatre families for generations right that's enough of me

back to the action

and I said if the words of my immediate yeah hundred percent that was I'm so fat

it's just be amazing

yeah from training you can imagine the Emperor's and empresses back in the day

by seeing all this yeah I think we're buzzing off that we

both when it finished we just looked at each other and both smiled and locks

it's so very much worthwhile that's an easy if you come to China you got it

wonderful mate wonderful listen the last time we we did a show you just finished

getting married you went on this long vacation how was that man

it was awesome a bit warm for me I don't I'm not a big fan of the heat but now

it's lovely to relax not have my laptop open for two whole weeks so that's a

first for me when I was trying to contact you not knowing ahead of time

that you were gone and all of a sudden your virtual assistant is messaging me

I'm like what in the world is by talking about it they're like oh yeah it's your

virtual assistant it was it was it was just a funny thing but I'm glad you had

a good old time where'd you go well we had two holidays went to route and

Greece and we went to Center Parcs here in the UK which is kind of like a forest

retreat type thing of adventure a holiday in the forest we climb up trees

and archery and quads and all that kind of stuff so it's good fun oh my goodness

that sounds like some like hippy vacation kind of thing like a like maybe

like a like a forest orgy or something I don't know I sort of like that but we

took a family well well well well the last show we talked about about my

product launch for social cash machine and really the the journey that I had

going through that now the launch has been completed went for a week strong

and listen it was probably the most fulfilling really cool experience

that I've ever had in this and in this entire journey of being in affiliate

marketing and internet marketing because there was just so many different moving

parts that really I didn't think of until it came about to where I needed it

to happen or needed this particular piece to work out and I gotta tell you I

learned so much so that I can certainly learn from my mistakes the first time

and do it the second and one of the biggest takeaways that I had was really

if you're considering doing this a you need to because those who release

products do much better and of course you're building your own brand you're

building a following and and we'll kind of talk about building an authority

later on but but but one of the things I noticed is that that you never really

get to scratch off all of your all of your tick boxes if you will you just got

to do it and then see what what happens and then learn from your first go-around

to make the the second go-around much better so I did quite I did quite well

for my first go off you know I've heard some horror stories of people selling

two units two units on their first launch you know no following no nothing

certainly brand new to the space I released on jvzoo and I was able I'm

still actually getting sales even on the after the launch since I put it as a

evergreen product to where people are paying more now for the product than

they were before and I'm almost at a hundred a hundred solid subs right now

for that for that that course that I did well though you know I had very few

affiliates I didn't have that many a lot of people signed up to promote only a

handful actually sold and and believe it or not I actually ended up selling more

of my own stuff utilizing just free different traffic

methods and the email list that I already had which was really cool and I

got to keep a lot of the a lot of the affiliate commissions because I solo a

lot myself so it was absolutely awesome it was hard it was hard it's not it's

not easy but it's not so difficult to where it can't be done and I thought it

was awesome I thought it was awesome that's that's pretty wait wait Oh whilst

I was away on holiday my team came up with an idea on the product so I think

you might've seen the post today and and I said yeah go with it and they come

fifteen hundred dollars worth of sales it isn't a massive amount but um it just

shows you what you think it can be done when you've got the idea and a decent

product so you know what what's your plan now mate what is your plan now

you're gonna release another one you're gonna push this one more you're gonna

find more what is your kind of next steps well you know the the one thing

that I learned because there are plenty of different networks that you can do

affiliate sales on you can do JV zoo you can do click back you can do warrior

plus you can do is AXA you can do thrive car I mean there's so many different

avenues that you can go about you can create your own affiliate program to

where you're not sharing any affiliate you knows nothing necessarily affiliate

sales but you're not putting it on a network to where they're taking little

fees like a dollar here dollar there but what I did is I released on jvzoo and

what I've noticed and just through just some very wise counsel from guys who

have done this for quite some time it seems that overwhelmingly they had

said you should have released it on warrior plus for an info product an info

product is gonna do much better on warrior plus there's going to be a much

richer capability of doing a lot better on there especially if it's more of a

lower ticket front and price points whereas jvzoo does well with info

products if a you have a large name already and be mostly software so so

what I'm gonna be doing is I am working on a second course but what I'm gonna do

is I'm gonna re-release the product on warrior plus and see what kind of

results I get from there and that's one thing that I've noticed that people

don't take very much advantage of is sometimes you're gonna get a much larger

different diverse community to not only promote for you but that also are buyers

a different community of buyers from a different network so I'm gonna see from

doing the same amount of work if I can take what I've already done in jvzoo

with my initial launch and re-release it under a different name same stuff and

see if I can get some additional sales from there that will be awesome to say

if you you know if that proves that there's a different audience different

boys different affiliates and because obviously I am new to product launches

well I've learned through the products but not in the way you learn and because

you basically grow in your felices you go you haven't got you've got a

following but it's not massive - you're kind of building as you go on you I can

imagine the sick and one you kind of release and the second product release

gains even more traction so it's kind of growing from that point of view and the

more you do the more you'll grow it's a way I imagine it

tell me if I'm wrong here but that's the way I kind of envisage how these guys

get so big is they're building their buyers list all the time that's right

people there there's really a kind of a split a split feeling about about this

about releasing products all the time the way I see it is as long as you're

putting out good content it doesn't matter how often

you're putting it out putting out there if you know if you're producing good

content there should be no problem with how often you're doing so but I think

the worry is is is is if you're putting it out so often if you're putting out so

many so often are you really taking the time to actually make a good quality

product and and I'm saying if you're getting results and you're able to share

those results with people do it do it and yeah I mean releasing as many as

possible so my my next release is going to be how to build a membership website

to to drive and build up your your authority and your business in affiliate

marketing and I'm providing the software that will enable you to build a

membership website it's really cool the the software is done I'm actually

building out my next course inside of this new membership platform that I'm

doing it the last one was using WordPress and a simple password

protected page that that would integrate with jvzoo what I'm going to be doing on

this one is making sure that that I can provide the way for them to actually be

able to build up a membership website without having a wordpress or anything

like that and it's just going to be a one-off cost for them which will be nice

and in addition to that it enables you to build that list as well directly from

inside of the platform it's really gonna change a little bit of I think the the

marketing game as as as we know it from for email marketing because we're seeing

a decline in open rates we're seeing all of these things and we're trying to

figure out new ways on how to reach these people with our promotional

messages and what I'm doing is building inside building inside of the membership

area I'm still testing this out but I'm hoping to be able to

broadcast messages to your entire base inside of a membership platform that

will be included for everyone who signs up for my course Wilson

yeah that sounds awesome so and your first product how long did that take

start to finish some kind of when you come up with it so when you officially

launched well tell you what the numbers are a little skewed and I'll tell you

why because I am the biggest procrastinator in the world ok as you

know Wayne I'm in here right now and people do not see me if you're watching

the broadcast but my waist down I've got no pants simply because I'm uh I'm a bum

at home I just love lounging around in my underwear like I wish my branding was

called marketing in my underwear but somebody already got that but I'm pretty

sure so it's simply because I mean if I were to condense everything I did into a

straight start to finish it probably took me less than two weeks to get

everything done like honestly and I'm considering working you know 5 to 8

hours per day straight two weeks like a regular workweek or a workday amount of

time five to eight hours a day for 10 days straight I probably could have

gotten everything done that I did but honestly it took me almost two months

just because I'm a big procrastinator to get everything done but and that just

that taught me a much more valuable lesson than anything because at the end

of it all I said it wasn't that much work for me to actually get it done the

harder work was the recruiting was the reaching out to people to promote was

the was the the the the really the the pushing of getting my my course into

affiliates hands hey test this out let me know what you think here's a review

copy you know everything that they needed in order to to see whether or not

it was something they wanted to promote that was really the harder part than

anything and I think I mentioned that in the last in the last episode as well but

but guys procrastination will kill you I believe I firmly believe if I finished

everything that I that I did with building out the course the pages the

whole nine if I was able to get it completed in an actual two-week time

frame I could have gotten so many more affiliates on board to actually promote

this and do a lot better but I'm not gonna cry over spilt milk now it's time

to move on to the next one I'm not gonna make the same mistake twice

you know it's like that saying goes right Wayne that that's saying that if

you if you if you mess up once shame on me if I mess up twice shame on ya so you

do this time is I suppose to try and get it done with a wall the procrastination

get it done quicker and then long term will that be a case of like I need to

churn a really decent quality every X amount of time to take a take it towards

your kind of goal is that kind of all you're gonna just release a product

where you feel you've got stuff in a very high value or it was your kind of

long-term game plan if you were my long-term game plan is gonna eventually

hopefully just become more of a coach and and help maybe establish new

marketers and and kind of evaluate new marketers that's kind of my long-term

goal but what I want to be able to do now is provide enough valuable content

to where people can put it to action and see results my main thing is don't don't

try to be so valuable that it's gonna take you forever to do a course but

enough value to where people who apply what you're teaching them will see

results case in point I have a student in our membership group

that that applied what I taught and in less than a week okay less than one week

he started seeing results he started seeing commissions come in he's been

messaging me and sharing his wins on social media and tagging me in them

he's like man I've never been able to apply something so quickly and see

results so quickly other than your course it's not overly hyped it's not

it's not something that that is so difficult that it's gonna take forever

to implement but it is something that will show tangible results very quickly

and that's brilliant you got a testimonial soup here evergreen so I'll

just hold more each and every testimonial like that it just gives it

more and more weight but that's fantastic and that's that's also mate so

I can tell you from experts do over 100 people now and and you know people who

can make a product worked work is very different from you may know people that

make couch and work if that makes sense so you might have you might sell 100

units of your product and one might be successful but if you get a hundred

students you're gonna have about twenty to twenty five that successful not

everyone will be successful but and one of the things I'd like to talk about in

the future is like when you when he talks about the crash donation that's

one thing I'm working on heavily at the minute and I don't know if you've heard

of a book called the morning miracle the modern miracle morning miracle morning

miracle no never heard of it never heard of listen to a making up to

start the fourth time reading it and implementing what it does basically you

wake up early so the small nose up at 6:00 a.m. I was up stupid o'clock and

you go for a ritual in the morning one of my good friends and we chat about

them earlier one of my good friends saw this book is the turning point in their

internet marketing career and they're not small-time earners if you don't mean

the big authorities and they put it down to this but not been for four times now

and I've implemented everything in the book whenever I'm in the car I listen to

and that you can see how that really prepares you

for your day such a day up and stops you procrastinate and really make the most

of the day by working on your mindset personal development all that kind of

stuff and so that would be good to do something about that later on as well

that'd be really interesting to see because from all the big authority

figures in the space I work in they all tell you to work on mindset they all

tell your personal development mindset in kind of now I've been through this it

all starting to make sense why you work on that stuff so yeah I mean from I

agree I agree 100% and I feel I feel like I'm in a session with you like I

feel like my psychiatrist right now you're giving me the the life coaching

that I need here but but I I 100% agree with you Wayne because what I'm noticing

is that if you can put things in the correct perspective and you're able to

outline exactly what you want to get done what what things need to get done

and be able to prioritize and literally knock out everything that you do you

know I I have this big thing I like I don't have it here but I like notepads

I like the old-school notepads with a pen and paper you're right and when I

have tasks to put them down on paper and then as soon as I'm done crossing them

off it does a couple of things I think for me especially is a it gives me a

clearer understanding of what needs to be done for the day

second it gives me the ability to see what I've accomplished throughout the

day so when I finish a task I cross it out now I know it's no longer on my list

and I can move on and and and it's and it's so helpful to me as of recent that

that it allows me to actually say at the end of the day Wow look at what I've

actually accomplished I've actually got things done instead of

being all over the place you know one of the the biggest things for me is being

all over the place I think I have a little bit of the ATD stuff going on and

try to do five minutes here five minutes there and then I get thrown off track

and I never get anything done yeah I think everyone has been a bit of

that if you saw more today I work in the same way I joined the 21st sent me about

3 months ago I went from post-it notes you stick on the table to post-it notes

you have electronically on your desktop

that's me you're in the 21st any and it's kind of different it's more

like you spend the first hour hour and a half less every day not even thinking

about work it's kind of bizarre how you clear your mind oh and you work on

yourself you work on things like meditation which I actually started

about two years ago and all these airy fairy kind of things I never thought

would work but they work it's phenomenal to them to see the change in yourself

when you go through these things but we'll we'll talk about this at a later

stage because this is a whole subject in itself and then it's really quite it

frees you frees your mind up frees your mind up hey paging where this is where

we got a page Tony Robbins Tony Robbins this game on the traffic domination

podcast I'll email that guy left and right you listen list can get you on the

podcast my friend come on now we've got $50 hey what is he what does he do that

mantra that is like believe it and receive it or something like that so

listen I can believe I will believe I will believe to get him for free I'll

email him his secretary or whatever and we'll get him on the show we've got nine

this podcast Tony Robbins is great and bless you what happens is so what else

is going on with you man I know that you just mentioned a little while ago

something new with traffic domination why don't you tell us a little bit about

that yeah we're going to show a new product come it's not a product is more

of a system which is gonna be very exciting it took

us a lot of time and it's now in the final stage of development and content

their videos but it's basically a system that's free okay so when we think of

traffic domination for example it's made for internet marks it's made for people

who want to learn sooner Ed's and Bing CPA media buys all this

technical stuff that takes a while to learn you might need a bit of money

behind it to get started so we want to create some of them a system not far

enough where people can start for free making us earn for free they don't need

to REM you know spend $5,000 on traffic they don't need to spend three months

learning these and technicalities and really understand and what keyword

research is or the flow of traffic through a funnel all this kind of stuff

it's a basic setup the system follow the instructions and away you go

so that's what we're working on at the minute and and that'll hopefully be

released within two weeks and I've got a feeling that that's going to explore

because of the people we've got inside traffic domination big traffic providers

and from pretty much every traffic method you can think of and everyone's

learning new traffic methods all the walls so I know a lot of those will be

pushing this free product because the Commission's are good and the teaching

insider is good and you can earn for free you don't have to invest anything

to actually start earning with it which is very unusual that is that is the

unusual I don't know of very many systems out there that allow you to sign

up totally for free and actually make Commission's I've seen some that really

didn't do all that well and if if people are signing up for these systems it's

it's obviously is it's attracting a certain type of clientele and and I know

that that you guys have a clientele that is really really high level already so I

know that it's going to be top-notch and it's gonna really help some people maybe

have you got a name for it yet no no the men we've called traffic domination

from them are working on a purposes but we kind of been brainstorming names at

the mill we haven't got a clue to be honest what we're gonna call it the

concept the idea everything's there and Flo's done that kook half the site's

done but no name yet what about so-so have you gotten any

beta testers in this yet yeah we'll use pretty much everyone in

come to us and basically said can you make a product like this I was away on

holiday so the team Pavel for example he made a product for that guy he went on

and sold 1500 dollars worth for this product so that's just one person we

sellin this product and so we've got marketers like that we've got 3040

marketers just like that who are good at what they do they can drive tremendous

amounts of traffic to an offer good quality traffic and that's pretty much

all we need to get it start to get it kicked off we don't need anything else

we need that and we've got people like Billy yourself you know we've got some

good attraction markers in there and we got some more coming on board who will

promote it as well and then it will just grow legs and away I go it will be a big

game fairly big product don't know I had another sister now 12,000 users of

Facebook group of 12,000 so I picked all the things that went right without all

the things that went wrong with it and researched tons and tons of programs

like of research for hours on end other programs well I think they do right what

I think they do wrong converse with people in the know and hopefully we've

got a bit of a killer system company incredible incredible so wait what is up

I want to pray before we get started because I have a message this morning I

have never preached I don't like reading my notes I hope I don't have to read my

notes but I don't want to forget everything in here but a year ago I was

listening to another preacher and something just clicked about this topic

we're going to talk about this morning and and and when it happened I thought I

need to pray about that I need to see what that's all about

and I knew real soon after that that I would be ministering this message here

in Longmont and you know there's other churches that we go to other places but

I've never ministered this anywhere else and so I want you to believe God with me

that he'll help me and you guys will be blessed and we'll all be blessed I like

to say this you know if people wanted to stay the same they just stay home you

know but you came and and I believe this could be one of those services that

you're gonna look back and say I remember that service I remember when

God changed my life amen I know all of us have services we can

all look back at meetings that changed our lives and I'm just going to believe

God today and and to be honest with you this you know is pastor Mario is it okay

to preach something that God's working with you on amen God's working with me

on this I'm not saying I've perfected this at all it's just some revelation I

believe the Lord gave me but I'm having to work on this in my life amen and I

think that makes it more real for all of us so let's pray and let's believe God

for the Holy Spirit to just manifest and this just do something in us amen

Heavenly Father we thank you for for new creation Church in Longmont all the many

many years and the thousands and thousands of people that have been

touched through this church it's an honor and a privilege to be here and to

represent the kingdom of heaven father we pray for wisdom we pray for the Holy

Spirit to just speak what needs to be spoken and say what needs to be said I

pray for everyone in this room their hearts are receptive their minds are

alert I thank you Father for using this opportunity to change us the Bible talks

about going from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord and so

we hunger for that father we know we've not arrived we have more to do we have

room to grow we want to grow we want to be changed into your image so father

thank you for your presence today for blessing us and being present to help us

in Jesus name and everyone said amen hallelujah well you know I know that

there's been wonderful teaching you've all heard wonderful teaching on on

confession you know how important are where we even sang a little bit about it

today so I want to say would you want me to say and we know that that's and

really you can't stop preaching on that and thinking about your words amen you

know that life and death are in the power of the tongue you know your words

are important and so we've taught on this and you know it's always it's

always a challenge because sometimes circumstances say one thing but you know

the Bible says something different and you want to say what the Bible says you

don't want to agree with the circumstances you understand what I'm

talking about there's so there's power and agreement if we agree with God then

we get what God wants if we agree with the devil we get what the devil wants

don't agree with the devil amen if you don't get anything else just

write that down and say don't agree with the devil you know years ago I actually

started a book I didn't ever finish it but I started a book how to be used by

the devil how to be used by the devil you know Christian would say I want to

be used by the devil but many times we are one time Jesus even said to Peter

get behind me Satan he said that to Peter but anyway that's not my message

either so in confessions important what we say

is extremely important and we we don't want to go too much into that but as I

was meditating on this I realized you know we use the word confession to refer

to everything we say we say oh your confession all your confessions not very

good here you know you're saying a lot of bad things are you and we use the

word confession to refer to everything that comes out of our mouth and the

truth is everything that comes out of our mouth

not confession when you look at the Bible definition of confession and now

that the times that the Bible refers to confession it's really really different

and I think we've especially in our in our in our particular circles

we've lost the true meaning what it is to confess to confess and the reason

confession is is important in the Bible see for Christians were called to live

in the grace of God amen how did you get saved by grace through

faith amen it's the grace of God you know sometimes

life is hard problems come and you know what let me say this problems come to

everybody amen there's example after example after example of bad things

happening to good people in the Bible and you know we have a tendency to blame

to want to blame you know like you know Paul was helping to build that fire Acts

chapter 28 in and that snake came out and bit him well what did the people say

oh he must be a murderer he must have done something terrible he must have

done something wrong you know sure because this just doesn't happen to

people yes it does amen we don't know of anything that we

can and the thing is we always try to find out why why did Paul get bit I

don't know why Paul got bit but the Lord delivered him amen the same is true with

job you know we oh we've heard the story of job and the Bible clearly says and

Satan put boils upon him Satan attacked his life amen and then all his friends

come to comfort him but what do they say job you must have done something really

really bad and we do that are you listening to me we do that when

something bad happens to somebody we just jumped to well why'd that happen we

number one it's not our place to judge why that happened to so-and-so

do you understand what I'm saying and and you see example after example in the

Bible the the man that was born blind in John chapter 9 well who sinned did he

sin or did his parents what Jesus say neither one see so things

happen that doesn't mean you're in sin necessarily or disobeying God but if

over a period of time it's just nothing's going right nothing's going

right nothing's going right we do need to look at this and say are we in the

grace of God the Bible talks about the grace of God when Paul was Paul was

whining to God in 2nd Corinthians chapter 12 the story of the the thorn in

the flesh you know he's I sought the Lord three

times and what God say to him my grace is sufficient oh well I'd rather glory

in my infirmities that the power of Christ might rest upon me he had a whole

new perspective of life and and he goes on to say in second Timothy see of all

these things he suffered he said the Lord delivered me out of them oh oh and

you know and job he got delivered didn't he he came out of that and we don't have

time to go into how he came out of that or why but anyway so things happen but

ultimately we're like fish you know pastor Mario's got an aquarium there in

his office and if you take one of those fish and you put him out there on the

desk what's gonna happen he's gonna flop around he says this isn't where I live I

don't this is not my habitat my environment I can't survive out here put

me back in the water amen Christians are meant to live in the

grace of God and when we're not we're like fish out of water

it's just rough it's hard not just for a day or two it just goes on and on we're

not getting breakthroughs I do believe we're supposed to live from breakthrough

to breakthrough live in victory Amen hallelujah but sometimes it seems like

we're not and so what I want to talk about here is getting back into the

grace of God and what I realize is it's confession not just speaking speaking is

not always confession but confession is always speaking and I'm gonna explain

that here in just a moment look at first Peter chapter 5 we're going to go to

first Peter chapter 5 and I do have scriptures you know we don't earn the

grace of God listen this is very important you know

people have been disagreements on this we don't earn the grace of God but did

you know you can have an effect on the grace of God do you know the Bible talks

about frustrating the grace falling from grace and failing of the grace

frustrating the grace of God falling from grace or failing of the grace in

the first two examples frustrating and falling from grace is not talking about

sin it's talking about going back under the law and trying to earn your grace

through works that frustrates the grace of God amen you know what I'm talking

about I've lost everybody here we need the

grace of God healing is the grace prosperity is a grace for we know the

grace of our Lord Jesus who though he was rich yet for our sakes he became

poor it's a grace and we want to walk in this

we want to live in this environment but sometimes we see that it's not really

there so maybe we've frustrated the grace maybe we've fallen from grace and

those are both examples Paul was referring to getting back over into

worse getting back over trying to earn the grace of God and then when he talks

about failing of the grace he's actually talking about the way you're treating

people being bitter let not a root of bitterness get built up in you all right

so we do have an effect on the grace of God but we want the grace of God so what

do we do well let's look at this scripture I believe me I I do have some

scripture this morning I think that's important first Peter 5 verses 5 through

7 likewise you younger submit yourselves

unto the elder yay all of you be subject one to another and be clothed with

humility be clothed with humility for God resists the proud and gives grace to

the humble humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God that he may

exalt you in due time casting all your cares upon him for he cares for you

alright we've all heard this verse it says he resists the proud and gives

grace everybody say gives grace grace comes from God it's just not here in the

air you know what I mean it's just not always natural

existent in the environment in the air and we just walk in just like that the

oxygen that's in this room it's not like that grace comes from God he gives grace

to the humble and he resists the proud no when he says

resist the problem how does he resist he doesn't give grace to the proud to the

pride proud prideful you know what I'm saying

all right so humble yourselves how to humble yourselves means to lower

yourself or place yourself under under what to place yourself under under what

how do you humble yourself confession confession how did you get saved you

confessed Jesus you didn't just say Jesus see we again we've used the word

confession to refer to everything that comes out of our mouth and that's not

necessarily confession you say a lot of things that are not confession I'm going

to talk to you more specifically about what Bible confession really is but

that's how you received Jesus you place yourself you you place yourself under

truth that's what true confession is placing yourself under truth he is Lord

he is the king of kings I am a sinner our pastor in Budapest he when he when

he gives an invitation he says it's ABC it's just ABC a admit you're a sinner

there's the humility right there see when we humble ourselves before God and

the greatest way to humble yourself before God is true confession it creates

a vacuum for the grace of God God will fill that just like that how long did it

take you to get saved from the moment you started praying that sinner's prayer

did it take a week a month know you confessed you're a sinner you confessed

your need for Jesus Christ in fact how many have heard of the Roman road to

salvation if you've ever heard that it's a number of scriptures that it's a great

way to lead someone to the Lord it starts with all have sinned and come

short of the glory of God it starts with a

a admission you know what the word confess really means it means to admit

it means to admit let me read you a definition here you know let me read

this to you quick to admit to acknowledge the truth or existence of

something to disclose to divulge when we confess we are admitting when we truly

confess we're admitting truth if you took the last cookie out of the cookie

jar and you say you know and and you're confronted about it you say yeah yeah I

did that that was me I took the last cookie out of the cookie you're

confessing now listen don't get me wrong confessing is not always about sin it's

important to confess sin okay but we're not talking only about confessing sin

this morning taking that last cookie who knows if that's a sin or not but anyway

it applied the confession applies to sin in fact the word confession appears 15

times or confess I'm sorry appears 15 times in the New Testament and nine I

wouldn't say 90 maybe 85 90% of the time it's talking about confessing Jesus it's

not talking about just talking speaking the word confess most of the time in the

New Testament refers to confessing Jesus and then the other times it's talking

about confessing sin or confessing faults how many know you know first John

1:9 really works how many know we all know first John 1:9 if you don't you

need to learn it hey man if we confess again what we're doing is you're let me

jump over to something here let me tell you what confession really

is there's three parts true confession and this is why just speaking is not

always true confession number one it's recognizing truth it's recognizing truth

we learnt thy Word is truth we learn truth from the Scriptures we study them

we pray we meditate on this Jesus is Lord he is the Messiah the Son of the

Living God and so you get that revelation then number two number one is

recognizing truth number two is conceding

to the truth in your heart it's in your heart you're saying okay I I accept that

I accept see you know we can get a you can look in your wallet your wallet you

open it up and it speaks to you oh and you can accept that

as truth or now I don't keep much I don't keep cash in my wallet very much

it's it doesn't have any cash in it right now and I could look at that and

say well I'm broke and I could accept that as truth and I

can confess that confession is speaking truth placing yourself under truth and

or as I meditate on the Word of God you know what

I'm rich and I say we all say that we've all how many you've ever said

Philippians 4:19 how many of you have ever said Philippians 4:19 but my God

shall supply all mine we've almost all said it amen

do you believe that that's the truth do you confess see okay I'm getting ahead

of myself let me say this number one it's recognizing truth number two it's

conceding to the truth in your heart but number three is speaking it out of your

mouth and the speaking is extremely important because your heart is already

humbled itself but your mind your your soul in your body is a whole nother

story and when you confess Jesus or sin or the truth about the Word of God

you're basically bringing your whole being into accountability to that truth

my mouth listen I might believe in my heart that Jesus is Lord but I've got to

make my mouth say it I've got to make my mouth Satan why do we get water baptized

that is a basically an outward demonstration of the inward work of

Christ amen it's you saying you know what spirit

soul and body we're confessing Jesus Christ as Lord my body will confess

Jesus because I'm going to make my body get in that water go underneath and come

back up a new man so we confer

as a way of bringing our soul and our body also in line with our spirit in my

heart I know that I know Jesus is Lord but I'll tell you what I'm gonna make my

body get in line I'm gonna make my soul get in line and you're gonna say it it's

one thing you know if I take the last cookie out of the cookie jar I know I

took it there's no question about it you know you're not you know when you know

when you've taken the last cookie and you're confronted about taking the last

cookie and you know in your heart you but knowing it in your heart doesn't set

you free just knowing you take the last cookie doesn't bring the grace of God on

you you just took the last cookie but when you say you know you're right I did

I took the last cookie and you know I know that's your favorite cookie and I

should have saved it for you whatever it brings grace how many of you how many of

you been married more than two minutes amen

all right now I haven't ever tried this but it works in marriage to a man when

when when we have sinned against our spouses we've done something wrong and

I'll tell you what this is one reason this work I'm terrible at this I need to

get better at saying you know what you're right you're right I I did this

and I shouldn't have done that you know that was a mistake because I've

seen with Robin the the two times in my life that I did it it brings grace

you're you're laughing but anyway it listen you could ask Robin does it bring

grace or not I'm telling you it does whatever it is anyway my notes are all

over the place here let me say this when we confess truth how do you know if

you've really confessed because you can't say the opposite anymore how do I

know that I've truly confessed Jesus as my lord because you'll never hear me say

he's not my lord you'll never hear me say I don't believe in Jesus you'll

never hear me say I'm not going to heaven

I'm not saved it never comes out my mouth I mean I have junk that comes out

my mouth sometimes I say wrong things but I never say that I'm not saved I

never say that I'm not born again that I'm not forgiven because I confessed it

I said I placed myself under that truth now there's other topics I'll be am real

transparent with you I believe in healing I believe God wants

us healed and I've you know I've had symptoms in my body and I confessed

healing I thought I confessed but I didn't I just said by His stripes I'm

healed I just said it but I didn't confess it as truth when you confess

something as truth you can't say the opposite down the road because it's

settled there's a difference and so if I confess

through meditating on the Word of God and studying hymns that you know what

this is truth by His stripes I'm healed and I confess it then two days later I

can't say the opposite it's settled but as long as I'm still saying the opposite

I didn't really confess it I said it by His stripes I'm healed but I didn't

confess it when you confess truth if I take the last cookie out of joy and I

confess I took the last cookie out of there I can't come back two days later

no I didn't take the last cookie it just doesn't work you know what I'm saying

either you took the last cookie or you didn't but a lot of times we don't

realize as long as we're still saying contrary things about prosperity about

our financial needs being met about our relationships about our healing whatever

the topic may be is if we're still saying contradictory things well this

morning I'm spiritual and praise God by His stripes I'm healed thank you Lord

I'm healed but then later on we're talking then you haven't truly confessed

he gives grace to the humble it's a matter of the reason it works is because

of the humility the humility is a vacuum for the grace of God and humility is

manifested through confession confessing this is the truth

I confess it it's truth and it doesn't just apply to sin it applies to all the

areas of our life Amen pastor Mario can correct all my

false doctrine next week hallelujah praise God hallelujah don't

misunderstand me its words are very important we need to continue just to

speak were the right words we need to agree with the Word of God even if you

think I don't know if I'm really confessing or not you know you want to

keep your speech correct I'm not taking away from that message of confession at

all the message of profession a statement of your faith which can be

good or bad if you're professing the wrong things of course that's bad I'm

not taking away from the importance of that and the teaching that we've all

heard on that I'm warning as to I feel like we need to come back to what the

Bible was really trying to say about humility and confessing amen

it's coming back - it's coming back - and you can only do it you can't confess

something if you don't believe it's the truth if you really don't believe you

took that last cookie you can't really confess that you took the last cookie I

mean you can just say it to try to make peace but that doesn't necessarily mean

you believe it you've got to know you've got to know

that you know I I remember I remember six being 16 years old and in a Baptist

Church and the pastor gave an invitation to accept Christ and I knew that I knew

that I just knew in my spirit I've been I'd grown up in church but it wasn't

born again until I was 16 and I just knew I need this I need Jesus he is real

and I and I know that I know at that time I was born again at that time I was

saved I confessed Jesus as my Lord and you can do the same thing with healing I

can't you can confess but you have to I want you to begin to discern are you

just saying it because it's what we're supposed to say

thank you Lord by His stripes I'm healed that's good it's good to say that but

maybe it's not working maybe you find yourself saying the opposite sometimes I

confess bio starts I'm healed and then you go around telling everybody how sick

you are we all have done it and until you stop saying the opposite I want you

to realize you haven't truly confessed healing to confess something is to say

is to see it recognize it concede to it in your heart that is truth that's it

and then you say it with your mouth I confess that by His stripes I'm healed I

confess it but you know you know you know whether you're really confessing it

or whether you're just saying it and you know it because in the next two or three

days what's coming out your mouth amen amen let me pray for you

hallelujah Heavenly Father I thank you Lord God for everyone in this room and I

asked you to get in to help them father to receive the word that you wanted them

to receive today and I thank you Father for your goodness and for your grace I

thank you Lord God in Jesus name right now if there's anybody in this room that

has never truly confessed Jesus as Lord now is the time he is the Messiah the

Christ the Son of the Living God hallelujah so everyone that's here in

this room this morning with every head bowed and every eye closed I just want

to give this quick invitation if you have never truly confessed that you are

a sinner and you need a Savior you need Jesus

you need a massage

thank you lord I thank you Father for just ministering to those anybody

that's in this room that truly is not yet born again if that's you you feel

like you know what I've never truly confessed Jesus as my Lord and Savior

and I want to do that this morning I'd like you to lift up your hand how did it

you all over this room upstairs is there anybody here you'd say you know I I've

never truly confessed how do we thank you lord thank you Father

hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah thank you lord

praise God

hallelujah father we want to be more like you we want to grow we want to

change be everything that you've called us to be

thank you Father we worship you we praise you thank you for dying for us

for loving us

for saving us for giving us and giving us every good and perfect gift

so Father thank you so much for this opportunity that we have to gather you

said in the Word of God in the book of Hebrews that we should not forsake the

assembling of ourselves especially as the time of your return gets closer and

so Lord we thank you that we can gather thank you for the freedoms that we enjoy

in our nation Lord you said to pray for those in authority so right now Lord we

take a moment to pray for our president and our vice-president our senators our

Congress men and women Lord those in places of authority in Washington those

in places of authority and local state governments and and local city

governments father thank you for the influence of prayer upon our nation let

us not no matter what it looks like no matter what's happening in the world

around us let us not draw back from the power and the place of prayer for those

in leadership because as your people pray I thank you it gives you the avenue

it gives you the way it gives you the means to work and to move and to

minister to those in places of authority in Jesus name thank you Father

for the work of the gospel the spreading of the gospel that we may lead peaceful

and godly lives so that the gospel can go forth and greater and greater

dimensions and ways in our nation and the nations of the world in Jesus name

and everybody said amen amen and praise God thank you for the Holy Ghost who's

our teacher and he'll teach us and revealed to us we receive a spirit of

wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him this morning amen so in a few

moments we're going to be taking communion and communion is a celebration

it's an honoring of the work that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ did by

going to the cross as a sacrifice for sin now if you have a tablet or you have

a smartphone you can read the scriptures and read some of the note points this

morning on you version maybe you've downloaded the youversion app to your

write these things down there's a there's something that happens in our

memory process in our brains when we're not just listening but when we're

writing some people like to take notes some people like to draw pictures of

what they're hearing don't just doodle but draw pictures of

what you're hearing unless maybe the doodling is helping you listen I know

sometimes people learn different ways so take notes not because I'm so good but

take notes because of the scripture take notes of what the Spirit of God may

speak to your heart today so communion is a celebration of what Jesus did in

his coming in his sacrifice for our sin and I do need to say this that communion

should only be taken by those who have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ

now you don't have to be a member of new creation church to take communion but

you do need to be a member of the body of Christ and you might say well how do

I become a member of God's family how do I become a member of the body of

Christ well the scripture tells us in the book of Romans chapter 10 verse 9

and 10 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and

believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved for

it is by believing in your heart that God or that you are made right with God

and it is by confessing with your mouth that you're saved

so that scripture gives us the key to our relationship with God it's all

through Jesus everybody say it's all through Jesus I have relationship with

God because of what Jesus Christ did for me and his death his burial and his

resurrection he came as a sinless sacrifice the Old Testament picture was

a lamb that was slain blood that was shed in the Old Testament it was a

covering in the Old Testament it was the picture of the sacrifice and Jesus

fulfilled that when he came to this earth he was the spotless Lamb of God he

was the sinless sacrifice God manifests in the flesh God the Son of God coming

as a man yet without sin so for you and for me as we prepare to receive

communion the question is do you know Jesus Christ personally now I know in

this service I know most of you in this service have a relationship with Jesus

but just in case I don't know you I can't see you I don't know every person

here personally because it's a hard thing and just because you're in church

doesn't necessarily mean you're saved did you know that any more than sleeping

in a garage makes you a car how many of you remember that old skit we used to do

the old skit you know kids would come out and they would pretend they were

chickens and somebody would say what are you doing where are chicken's why are

you a chicken because we spent the night in a hen house okay and then they go

back and they come back out and they're driving like cars and what are you doing

now oh we're cars what makes you think you're a car we spent the night in a

garage then they come out and they are you know real pious and holy looking and

they what are you doing now well we're Christians why are you a Christian well

because we go to church I mean you know going to church is good but it's not

just going to church it's about a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ

amen it's a personal thing so you take Romans chapter 10 verse 9 and 10 and you

confess Jesus as your Lord you say I believe Jesus is the Son of God and that

he came for me and I ask him to come into my life because the scripture says

whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved so if you do that then

you're a child of God you know a lot of times people like to say oh we're all

children of God no or not the whole world is not children of God until they

accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior they may be created by God

they're human beings but they're not children of God until they make Jesus

Christ the Lord of their life so once you do that you're a child of God and

then you can understand and begin to grow an understanding of what communion

what this celebration means in the church as we remember what Jesus did in

his death burial and resurrection so today we want to just talk about five

quick things about the blood of Jesus what does the blood provide or what does

the blood do and I know looking here there's a lot of this that might be a

reminding but for some it may be a great stirring up for some it may be a great

Wow I've let that go and so as I'm

mentioning these points if you can write them down take a couple of quick notes

because then as we take communion in a few moments you'll be able to celebrate

there might be one of these things that the Holy Spirit points out to you this

morning that you just needed to be reminded of of what he did in his death

in his burial and his resurrection well we're about to celebrate so number one

the blood redeems us everybody say redeems us now I know we don't use that

word as much today and so it it bears defining so first let's go to first

Peter chapter 1 verse 18 and notice what the scripture says the scripture says in

first Peter chapter 1 verse 18 and 19 knowing that you were not redeemed from

corruptible things like silver or gold from your aimless conduct received by

the tradition of your father's but with the precious blood of Christ everybody

say precious the blood of Christ is precious as we heard a few weeks ago

Daniel groves our camp speaker he ministered on the Sunday morning after

camp and he didn't tell us where he was I don't think he told me he might have

told Kevin but he was speaking at a conference or he was speaking at a

church and and the pastor or the head of the conference or whoever was there

began to make a comment now don't make reference to the blood of Jesus because

that sounds kind of gory and that it's kind of scares people and we want to be

able to relate to people so we don't we don't want to talk about the blood

because it can offend people how many of you know the Bible says that the blood

of Jesus is precious and it's okay to talk about the blood it's okay to talk

about what Jesus did his death burial and resurrection

because if he didn't shed his blood we wouldn't be here right now

amen we wouldn't be here we would we wouldn't have relationship with God we

wouldn't understand what Jesus came to do

who knows if how much of the earth would even still be here because the Bible

says Christians are salt and light amen so the Bible says it's the precious

blood of Christ as of a lamb without blemish and without spot so the word

redeemed means and you can look this up if you have a Study Bible in the Greek

you can look up these Greek words it means to liberate by payment this is

what redeemed means liberate by payment or to deliver from the evils of every

kind that's shouting ground isn't it the blood of Christ delivers us from evils

of every kind Wow that's what the blood came to do now the

scripture says it was your aimless conduct this is what the blood came to

do we came to be redeemed how many of you know you're redeemed from something

but you're also redeemed to something Amen you're redeemed from death but

you're redeemed to life you're redeemed from depression but you're redeemed to

peace you're redeemed from something but you're also redeemed to something don't

forget that so the Bible says that the redemption came because our ways were

aimless that means empty profitless or useless you were redeemed from useless

ways by the precious blood the precious blood was valuable the precious blood

was costly the precious blood was dear so it's nothing to be ashamed about to

think about to talk about to thank God to thank Jesus for the blood as his

blood is why we're here if it wasn't for his sacrifice we wouldn't be here if it

wasn't for his sacrifice we'd have no relationship with God we would still be

lost we would still be in darkness we would still be separated from him but he

saw to it that his blood sacrifice we would have access

into the presence of God that's one of the points we're going to talk about in

just a minute so first and foremost number one he redeemed us I love Hebrews

chapter 9 verse 22 the Bible says in Hebrews chapter 9 verse 22 according to

the law almost all things are purified with the blood and without the shedding

of blood there's no remission of sins

without the shedding of blood there's no remission of sin remission means

pardoned remission means freedom remission means deliverance it means

forgiveness it means Liberty it means as if they've never been committed now a

number of years ago when we did our remodel project we painted this room so

and we built fake walls over the brick there used to be and there still is

because it's a wall so there's brick back there but it's covered don't even

know that's covered when you paint something sometimes maybe there's a an

ugly pink or an and you might like pink but there might be some ugly color you

move into a house and you need to ask Kevin about his testimony one of the

things that he was referring to as he was receiving the tie the moment ago was

the awesome deal God brought to them on their home they bought one house and

then they sold it made a profit on it they bought another house less than it

was valued for quite a bit less I'll let him tell you all the details so those

are one of those God kinds of deals amen but when we did our remodel project you

know as you move into a house and sometimes you paint sometimes you you do

things because you make it yours since so when we remodeled we painted there

were colors that were outdated because you know colors and things change so but

we covered those so if you scratched away some of the paint you'd find old

paint you might find old behind you know I think we took the wood off of those

walls so there's no wood on those walls anymore but typically what happens is

you cover some something so it's still there it's just covered you can't

see it but how many do you know when the Bible talks about remission it's not

talking about a covering when the Bible talks about remission the Bible talks

about it being washed away it talks about being completely wiped away so

what does that mean that means that when it comes to your sin when it comes to my

sin it's not just covered up because the Bible says in other places in the book

of Hebrews that the sin the sacrifice of the animals the goats and the lambs all

I could do was cover their sin but it never really helped cleanse their

conscience because it was still there they knew it was just covering it was a

temporary thing but friend I want you to know this morning that the blood of

Jesus when it comes it can cleanse our conscience you don't have to live with a

guilty conscience we're gonna talk about that in just a moment so remission means

a washing away of sin so the blood of Jesus redeems us number two the blood of

Jesus brings us close everybody say brings us close I'll have you know God's

not mad at you God wants you to be close to him he

wants us to enjoy relationship with him Ephesians chapter 2 verse 13 says but

now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near everybody

say brought near brought near by the blood of Christ it was the blood of

Christ that brings us near to God one translation says United us isn't that

good that's a good picture it United us we were separated but the blood of Jesus

made a way to unite us with God now you might be there you might be watching you

might be listening and you you might say but pastor you don't know what I did

know I may not know what you did but I know enough about the Bible and what

the Bible says about Jesus sacrifice to know that there is no sin no stain that

cannot be forgiven that cannot be washed away and if you're still dealing with it

maybe you're a believer and you're still living in condemnation I want to

encourage you you need to just soak yourself in the Word of God that talks

about forgiveness that talks about if you've confessed your sin

maybe you did before you became a Christian and you said Jesus I confess

you as my Lord did you know that that's gone everything in the past when you

said Jesus be the Lord of my life everything in the past is washed away by

the blood of Jesus you're brought near he said i pastor you don't know what

I've done no but the scripture says in Colossians

chapter 1 verse 20 and by him to reconcile that means bring together all

things to himself by him whether things on earth or things in heaven having made

peace through the blood of his cross peace means to establish harmony what

did he do in his death burial and resurrection what did he do when he died

on the cross what did he do when his blood was shed

he established harmony between you and God he established harmony between me

and God that's good news so you might be thinking well I did this

and I did that and I God can't love me or God can't forgive me or God He shed

his blood and washed it away now maybe he has a believer in well I'm getting

ahead of myself so we'll talk about us as believers later all right

so God's not mad at you he brought you close we can stand before him without

the sense of guilt or shame because that's what the blood does it makes a

way for us to come so the blood redeems us the blood brings us close number

three the blood cleanses us everybody say cleanses us now these are all

interrelated but here's the part for believers because you know how many of

you know that sometimes we as believers after

we become a believer in Christ we still blow it anybody know what I'm talking

about maybe it was in our thoughts maybe it was in our words maybe it was in our

actions maybe we did something and we knew on the inside and you say aha how

come I knew that on the inside because now when you've asked Jesus Christ to be

the Lord of your life you've got the Holy Spirit on the inside of you

your spirit how many of you know your spirit has a voice it's called your

conscience and so when you do something that your conscience begins to bother

you that's because the Holy Ghost is on the inside your spirit is alive to God

and your your spirits voice your conscience is saying you shouldn't have

done that it makes you feel bad you feel guilty maybe you feel shame now the key

is here in 1st John chapter 1 verse 7 through 9 okay now this is now I know

there's some controversy in the body of Christ today concerning first John there

are some who teach that first John was written to sinners false first John was

not written to sinners first John was written to believers you read it in the

very beginning in the opening statements that John made ok so 1st John chapter 1

verse 7 says but if we are living in the light as God is in the light then we

have fellowship with each other and the blood of Jesus his son cleanses us from

all sin but if we claim we have no sin we're only fooling ourselves and not

living in the truth but if we confess our sins to him you say well pastor what

if I don't know all my sin we'll see that's the key see when when you confess

Jesus as your Lord everything is washed away you're forgiven you don't have to

confess all your sins to get saved you confess Jesus to come into a

relationship with him you confess Jesus you don't have to confess all your sins

you can say I am a sinner or Lord I have sinned

forgive me but you don't have to sit there and say you know in 1961 I did

this in 1970 I did this in nineteen some of you were born in 2000 so in 2000 I

did this in 2010 I did that you don't have to make a list is then you might

think well what if I forget one then what happens no so coming to Christ you

confess Jesus Christ as your Lord you say Lord I'm a sinner and I need

forgiveness of my sin and the moment you confess Jesus the blood that He shed is

applied to your life and your sin is washed away but then we walk through

life and then we do things sometimes as we grow in our relationship with God

we're still dealing with our flesh we're still dealing with our soul and we may

do things that displease God we may do things that go against the Word of God

we may do or commit a sin what do you do then then you know how many how many

times moms and dads have gone into the kitchen and little little Tommy's there

and got cookie crumbs all over his face and the cookie jar has the lid kind of

half on it and you say did you eat that cookie nope why didn't you do any

cookies he knew what he did right do you know what you did so he's at that at

that point we know we blew it we know and so you can say Lord you can stop

right that in there and you can say Lord I ask you to forgive me because I did

this the quicker we learned to do that the more we keep our conscience soft and

our ability to hear from the Holy Ghost the more we ignore that the more we can

fall prey to the enemy and deception Bible has a lot to say about that

so as we as we are sensitive to our conscience so we do something we say

Lord I shouldn't have said that I ask you to forgive me boom that's all it

takes that's what this is talking about that's what first John is talking about

that's what this cleansing is talking about now we know that the cleansing

overall has to do with all of our sin when we come to Christ but it also has

to do thank God and once we're a believer if we blow it you're not

getting saved all over again amen you don't think it's a oh Jesus I

believe you're the son of God no you're already in relationship with him it's

just strained you're already a child of God but now you did something that you

knew displeased God because it went against his word and so notice what the

scripture says it says it'll cleanse us from Oh wickedness or all evil and you

know a lot of times we we have this thought that well we kind of sometimes

forget that we're at all you know and we say well God can forgive lying but you

can't really forgive murder or God can forgive stealing but he he can't forgive

adultery or God can is we do no no God says when you confess maybe even after

you were a believer you did something you confess it and you ask God to

forgive you the Bible says he cleanses us from all everybody say oh all

wickedness all evil all sin aren't you glad praise God

you know we sing and I know a lot of you know the song what can wash away my sins

nothing but the blood of Jesus well I can make me whole again nothing but the

blood of Jesus the blood of Jesus can cleanse us from all wickedness and in

Hebrews chapter 10 I referred to this but it cleanses us from a guilty

conscience Hebrews chapter 10 verse 21 and 22 says this we have a great high

priest who rules over God's house let us go right into the presence of God with

sincere hearts fully trusting him for our guilty consciences have been

sprinkled with Christ's blood to make us clean and our bodies have been washed

with pure water you know the Bible describes the devil

as the accuser of the Brethren so you might need to maybe you're being

accused maybe you're being reminded of the sins of the past maybe he's a sin of

last week but you ask God to forgive you but it's still hounding you you may just

need to come back over to some of these through the blood Scriptures take some

of these scriptures and and and soak in them for a little bit so that that blood

and the reality of the power of Jesus blood working in your life can remove

that guilty conscience amen all right so the blood of Jesus cleanses

us number four the blood of Jesus gives us access everybody say gives us access

we've kind of referred to this but act Hebrews chapter 10 verse 19 just a few

there in Hebrews chapter 10 19 says and so dear brothers and sisters we can

boldly everybody say boldly we can boldly enter heavens most holy place

because of the blood of Jesus that's that being brought near that's that

coming in to his presence when you have a sin consciousness you don't want to go

into the presence of God you feel like God's mad you feel like God's angry you

feel like I I'm out of step with God but when you confess it the blood cleanses

you the blood gives you access so that you can confidently go right in to his

presence you're his son you're his daughter and he loves you I said it

before but he's not mad at you so it says you have enter into heavens most

holy place because of the blood of Jesus by his death verse 20 excuse me Jesus

opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the most holy place so

are you depressed this morning in his presence is fullness of joy get into his

presence are you tired or weary he says come to

me all you who labor and tired or weary and I will give you rest come before him

you you have access to him because of the blood of Jesus are

SiC Jesus carried your sin and your sickness Wow you have access number five

and then uh sure's if you want to get ready worship team if you want to get

ready number five says we're set apart everybody say set apart mmm you're set

apart Hebrews chapter 10 verse 10 a lot of great scriptures concerning the blood

in the in the book of Hebrews the Bible says in Hebrews chapter 10 verse 10 for

God's Will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Christ once

for all time you're made holy in God's mind as his son as his daughter you're

made holy in God's mind you're set apart some scriptures say sanctified

sanctified I know that's not a word that you always hear today in our modern

vernacular but sanctified means set apart it's very simple made holy it

means to be purified it means that the blood of Jesus purified you set you

apart because you're his everybody say the blood made me his Wow

the blood the blood made me his praise God so I know simple message concerning

communion this morning but what does the blood do it redeems us the blood brings

us close the blood cleanses us the blood gives us access into his throne room

into his presence into the Holy of Holies you can go with confidence and

the blood sets you and I apart that's why we live different we don't live

different from the world because we think we're better than the world there

are there are certain things we should not do as Christians because they bring

reproach to the name of Jesus they confuse people

because we live like the world as Christians sometimes live like the world

in the world gets confused they see no difference between the life of a

Christian and the life of someone who doesn't know Christ and it brings

confusion into their lives but if you realize you're set apart you realize I

am set apart for God so that means I live a certain way how many know the

blood of Jesus can help you live that way amen

about an app that does art design called pixellab

drawing has never been easier with a simple and clean interface that lets you

focus on whatever you are doing a wide selection of presets fonts stickers

backgrounds and more than 60 unique options that you can customize and of

course with your imagination you'll be able to create stunning graphics and

amaze your friends straight from your phone or tablet when you assess the

preset image size you don't need to bother finding the dimensions required

for your channel or social media you just select the one you like and you can

start editing you can select the image you already got

use one of the default backgrounds transparency or even create your own

template which is my favorite one there is a huge variety of fonts you can

select or you can select one of the preset styles available you can

personalize your text in different ways you can change the color or even use

gradients you can rotate

add a backgrounds

use a curve

create a shadow

add a reflection

or even set up 3d text

this is possible to

do as well with shapes or other image that you use in your design with your

imagination

you can create anything you want I will show you now a nice and

quick example how to create outstanding thumbnail in short time I will use some

preset image that I already got and give some personal touch

to set up the template

is really easy we go on the image size choose YouTube thumbnail and that's it

then we set up a transparency background we go on styles on the text and which is

this one

after that is done we increase the size as well and this one should be fine

we're gonna change the color as well set up a gradient give a nicer look

and I'm going to select this rainbow one

after setting up this color I'm gonna go to shadow give a bit of blur

and then

I'm gonna set up as well I'm a nice shape

so not the square I'm going to choose the rectangle one when I resize it to

the text size

so I use it as a background

but this size is fine

then I'm gonna go on opacity

Activate after shadow as well and reduced to

around 35%

then I move it on the back

and now it looks much nicer

now that

this is done I'm gonna add an image from the gallery this is one of the set up

templates I have

and I just need to resize it to the size of the thumbnail

and like this is perfect

so after doing this I'm going to go on texture and I'm

gonna set up as well a different texture for my template so can be this orange

one and boom

nice and easy

and we move it to the back as well

so let's lower the rectangle and the text a bit

and lets edit the text

so can be subscribe so you don't forget to do it

and we move it a bit

and that's perfect

now I'm gonna select a nice background can be this dark wood one

i rezise to the thumbnail size

move it to the background and there you go

after this I'm gonna select my logo

then we just need to crop to the size that we want

so like this is perfect and

click okay so let's make it smaller as well

and the objective that I have with

this one is to fit on that orange square that we have on the right top corner

then I move it to the back

then I'm gonna add the shape, no, let's have a sticker instead

and I select

can be this dark hat

so let's move it around here we size it a bit to give a

nice effect over the letter S and U

let's just adjust this and there you go

so I'm gonna give a bit just of shadow effect on the template make it a bit

blur so it doesn't look that much flat and then I'm gonna select this text

enable 3d text so it became a bit more bold and easier to read

it's a basic thumbnail, but you get the idea
