How to use the IMPORTFEED formula in Google Sheets - Duration: 2:33.

hi everybody its Mitchel from Sheetgo and today I'm going to teach you how to

use the importfeed formula in Google sheets with the importfeed formula we

can import data from RSS and ATOMfeeds into your Google sheets so for this

tutorial I will use the Google News in ATOM format to get an overview of the headers

sources and introduction and I will use the import feed formula to get a quick

overview of thee 20 important topics of today so as you can see this is ATOM format and

the ATOM format is completely different in comparison to a normal URL

file so if you want to use normal URL I would suggest you to watch the import

HTML formula and I will leave a link down below in the description with the

import HTML formula and a blog post we have made regarding the importHTML formula

but in this video we will take a look at the importfeed formula so we

are going to use the ATOM format or an RSS format if you want to so let's

use the import feed formula which is importfeed and the only thing that we need

to do is we need to put in double accents and copy past the ATOM format

so I want to copy paste this URL and put it into my equation and as you can see the

importfeed formula successfully determined the title the source URL and

the summary of my, of the important topics of today but sometimes you just

want to have a quick overview so that why we're using the same equation but this

time I'm putting in item title as I want to know the item title on I'm pushing on

true as I want to have the important topics of today so true corresponds to

important and I put in 20, 20 as wehave 20 topics so push on enter

and as you can see the importfeed formula successfully determined the 20 most

important topics of today so this is how I use the import feed formula I want to

thank you for your time if you liked the video please leave like and goodbye

Fred Judges a Book by Its Cover: The Gray Ghost by Clive Cussler - Duration: 3:46.

-It's so great to have Fred here. He's very busy.

He's working on so many different projects.

And you just shot an episode for season 3 of "Documentary Now!"

which I'm very excited we're finally doing another season.

That's exciting, but it's summertime,

and a lot of people in the summer like to read books,

and you were lamenting

that you don't have the time to read books.

You're so busy. -I never have any time, no.

-But then you were also saying that's okay because

you can look at a cover of a book

and know the entire story based on the cover.

-Yeah, that's all I need. -You're sure?

You're not just making this up? -No, no.

-Okay. -That's it. Yeah.

-'Cause what I'm gonna do right now

is I'm gonna hold up a book, some summer reading,

and then I'm gonna see if you can nail the plot

based on the cover. -Okay.

-Last chance to bail. -No, no bailing.

-All right. So, here we go.

It's a new segment called "Fred Judges a Book by its Cover."

[ Cheers and applause ]

Okay, Fred.

This is "The Gray Ghost" by Clive Cussler. Fred?

-Well, also, he got some help from Robin Burcell.

[ Laughter ]

So -- -Yeah. Okay.

So -- So, Clive put together this book,

and he was like, "I'm going to start writing this book,"

and then Robin was like, "If you need any help."

And he was like, "I'm totally going to take you up on that.

Yes, please. Let's write it together."

So they just switched off pages. -Okay.

Do you think Robin was upset

that his name was so much smaller than Clive's?

-I think he was upset by it, yes.

-What? -I think he was upset by that.

All right. So, now we've sorted out who wrote this book.

What I'd like to know is, what is the plot of "The Gray Ghost"?

-Well, it's part of the series

of the Sam and Remi Fargo Adventure, and --

-What did -- Sorry. What?

-The Sam and Remi Fargo Adventure.

-Okay. Okay, yeah. -And it's the -- You know.

'Cause their adventures are in different cities,

so it's Madison and Milwaukee and stuff.

So, this is their Fargo adventure, and it's about --

The plot is about an oil-change place that they frequent.

And they keep getting too many oil changes,

and so they steal a car from a museum.

It's this -- this -- -Wait.

I got to go back. -Yeah.

-How do you keep getting --

How do you keep getting too many oil changes?

Because oil changes only happen when you make an active choice

to bring your car in to get an oil change.

-Yeah, so they have, like, a nervous energy to them.

That's what the book is about, and they're just like --

Out of boredom, they just keep going back to get their oil changed.

-Okay. So they steal a car from a museum?

-Yes. They're like -- Because the guy who owns

the oil-change place is like, "You guys, enough.

Please stop. You're wasting oil."

And so they thought

they could fool him by going to the museum,

like, this old-timey car museum.

And so they get this car, this old one,

and they think they're going to pull one over on him.

They're like, "All right. This is great.

One oil change, please."

And this is, like, the crux of the book.

-This is near the end? -This is near the end.

-Okay, so everything you've said up to this point

is like this many pages?

-Right. Right to there. -Okay.

-And then the owner is like, "Great. I'll do that.

I'll be right back."

Goes out. Lights the whole place on fire.

Right?

-Wow! -Yeah. Yeah.

Now, according to the publisher, the plot is that in 1906

a ground breaking Rolls-Royce prototype

known as The Gray Ghost

vanishes from the streets of Manchester, England.

It is only the lucky intervention

of an American detective named Isaac Bell

that prevents it from being lost forever.

-Right, because they went to the oil-change place.

-Okay, great. Give it up for Fred, everybody.

[ Cheers and applause ]

DIY Purifying Neem Face Wash That Removes Pimples, Lightens Acne Scars & Dark Spots !!! - Duration: 3:05.

Hi friends this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video I wanted to share

an amazing neem face wash that'll brighten our skin tone immediately. This

neem face wash if used regularly will do some amazing things to our skin. It will fade

scars and blemishes and reduce breakouts greatly as neem has antibacterial

properties. It also has anti ageing properties and

does not strip the skin of its natural oils.

The first ingredient we need for making the face wash are five to six large soap nuts. I have always made my

face washes with liquid Castile soap as a base but this time I made with soap nuts.

Soap nuts cleans the skin really well and I really liked it a lot. To use

soap nuts, break the soap nuts using a mortar and pestle and remove the inner

seeds and soak them in a cup of water over night. Soaking helps soap nuts

release the saponins easily. The second ingredient we need is handful of neem

leaves. Neem has amazing antibacterial properties and treats almost all skin

problems. We have a huge neem tree in front of our house that is more than 100

years old and I love to use the fresh leaves from the tree but if you don't

have access to fresh neem leaves use a tablespoon of neem powder instead.

The final ingredient we need is a teaspoon of aloe vera gel. I like to use just a

teaspoon of aloe vera gel as it helps thicken the face wash a bit along with conditioning the skin well.

To make the face wash, take the soap nuts that has

been soaking overnight in a cup of water in a pot. Add in a handful of neem leaves to it.

Now boil this mixture on low to medium flame till it reduces in half.

This mixture foams and boils over easily so always keep a watchful eye. Once it's

reduced in half, the liquid will take on a brownish color. Now switch off, cool and

strain the liquid. To the strained liquid add in a teaspoon of aloe vera gel. Now mix

well till the aloe vera gel is mixed well into the face wash. Once mixed well,

store in a bottle. This face wash lasts well for four to five days at room

temperature. Though not like store-bought face washes, this face wash does foam and

it cleans the skin amazingly well. To use, take little bit of the face wash in a

small piece of cotton and wipe it all over the face. Massage gently for two to

three minutes and then wash it off.

I hope you found this video useful. If you like to support me and this channel please share this video with your

friends. It'll mean a lot to me. If you like to get detailed information on

herbs on days I don't post videos, press the notification button. Thank you for

watching this video :)

【MUKBANG】 SPICY BUT TASTY!! 7-Eleven's Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto Hot Noodles [10Packs] 6500kcal[CC] - Duration: 9:10.

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )

I had that fruiche box still sittin' around

hello its kinoshita Yuka so today! tadaa I picked these up from 7-11

they're made by 'nakamoto mokotanmen' some soupless shinmein noodles

I bought 10 of them 7-11 has been stocking products by nakamoto

for quite some time now. it seems as though they have quite the following and a lot of people like them

they're super spicy aren't they and I just found these soupless noodles made by them

And to top it all off all you have to do is microwave them

and so I'll be eating these today they look so crazy spicy though

And inside with got the noodles and some sort of spicy sauce of some sort

And so all you have to do is rip this off and microwave this with this side up

alrighty lets get cookin'

tadaa its all done it looks crazy spicy though

If this ends up being too spicy I have these eggs here on standby and also some of this soy milk

I also have some tea as well these are the spicy rayu- chili oil packets

with a tiny amount its spicy and if you use half its medium spicy and if you use up all of it its crazy spicy

and so I've got this one packet here in my hand and 9 packets worth in this dish

It smells crazy spicy

first off lets try this without any of the spice... itadakimasu

It's got bits of tofu and other stuff in here just like other 'nakamoto' noodle products

It looks so yummy ~but is it spicy though?~

Its spicy yet very yummy to eat ~but wait... its pretty spicy though~

even without any of the chili oil its pretty spicy My tongue is burning right now

dang.... its spicy already am I going to be alright?

It's very yummy yet on the spicy side

so since we got them lets use the rayu chili

I would like to be able to use all of the spicy packets if I can

its really spicy ain't it

So let's just try one packet worth

this should make it only a bit spicier I guess

its so red tho~

If it is too spicy then I've got these eggs to help bail me out of the spicy predicament

and this soy milk as well I'm going to take a swig of milk before we get going

yum

If I'm in a really spicy bind then I can always Add some mayonnaise to this

#YOLO

its dangerous AF if you slurp the noodles down The spice seems to be Amplified

its so spicy with the sauce on it it does have the huājiāo flavor to it

But as we speak my mouth is watering like crazy

its super spicy but this huājiāo is so yummy

It's got a very unique flavor to it

its yummy without the sauce but once you taste it you can't get enough of the flavor

Imma gonna dump it all in

Just look at the color of it

it looks like magma

I'm drooling like crazy right now

if I don't mix it in well I think I'm gonna die

and so... Let's see if its spicier than before

It's spicy yet very yummy

The spice really hits you at first but then you get used to it and its not that bad

but its so spicy tho~

nakamoto's products are so yummy I really dig these noodles that are similar to

mazesoba I love the toothsome chewiness these noodles offer

My tongue is on fire I think this would be super yummy if you added some meat

my tongue is going numb and I'm sweating like crazy

It's not even hot in here yet I'm sweating like crazy

I know I said this a bunch of times already It's spicy yet very yummy

once you pop you can't stop but... its very spicy

There are bits of tofu in here as toppings

The tofu isn't spicy at all perhaps it might be spicy but its not that spicy

when you compare it to the noodles

and so now that I know how spicy it is Imma add some eggs to this

eggs do blunt the spicy effects but it makes things so yummy

I will try this with just four of them

I wonder how much this will affect the spiciness

It's super delish

eggs are the bestest aren't they it makes it so mild and really tames the spice

It doesn't eliminate the spicy flavor at all its still a bit spicy

For people who can't handle spicy things I think eggs are a must for you

it retains a bit of the spicey flavors

Spicy foods keep you coming back for more

its so weird I wonder why the spicy foods are so addictive

lets add some more eggs make things taste so yummy

The spicy flavoring is so yummy as well the Zanthoxylum bungeanum ホアジャオ is so yummy

A spicy sauce sticks so nicely to the noodles

its yummy even without the eggs but I like how it tastes both ways

when you eat spicy foods and break out in a sweat its so embarrasing to have a sweaty

upper lip it looks so much like snot its so embarrasing

It's so weird why is it that breaking out in a sweat isn't embarassing yet snot is so embarrassing

tears aren't embarrassing either

why is having a runny nose so embarrassing

Sweat is just pouring out of me and there is no end to it... its a great way to lose weight

There are Little bits of meat and bamboo in here that make it so yummy

It makes it taste so much better

It's a very different spicy flavor than buldakkbokkunmeyon the buldakk has a painful spice to it

but this makes your mouth tingle and numb

(PEEPS RAW EGGS IN JAPAN ARE TOTES SAFE thanks for you concern but "she not gonna die" and they don't have much of a 'smell' if any)

my tummy is really starting to feel it now its so spicy

If a giant KAIJU monster who didn't like spicy foods were to eat me right now I think it would kill him #YukaThoughts

We've got a lot of toppings left at the bottom here This would probably taste so yummy on top of rice

With all the egg it's not that spicy at all

I really love the crisp bits of bamboo in here

Last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita mokotanmein nakamoto's soupless noodles were so

spicy yet yummy since these noodles came frozen they were so thick and

had a nice toothsome feel to them that was so yummy The sauce really stuck to them and they were so yummy

They're very spicy yet had such a nice flavor to them And the bamboo shoots really added a nice amount of flavor

For people who don't like spicy foods please do try the method utilizing eggs here

If you didn't add the chili oil to it it wasn't spicy but adding the sauce to it

and adding the eggs make it that much yummier It was all so yummy want you all please give it a try

And as always thank you for watching if there is anything You want me to do or eat please tell me in the comments section

PL/SQL tutorial 87: Bulk Collect Into with Execute Immediate by Manish Sharma - Duration: 9:39.

What's up Internet?

Welcome back once again I am Manish from RebellionRider.com, where we learn computer programming in every

unconventional way possible.

In today's tutorial we will learn how to use bulk collect into with execute immediate

of dynamic SQL.

So without wasting much of your time let's get started.

As we have already learnt that we can easily reduce context switches and improve the performance

of a PL/SQL program by using Bulk Collect, thus in today's tutorial we will see how

we can integrate the concept of bulk collect with dynamic SQL and enhance the performance

of our programs.

That being said let's move ahead and write some code.

In this demonstration I will show how you can properly use bulk collect into with execute

immediate of dynamic SQL.

So let's do that.

SET SERVEROUTPUT ON; DECLARE

TYPE nt_fName IS TABLE OF VARCHAR2 (60); fname nt_fName;

sql_qry VARCHAR2 (150); Here we have the declaration section of our

PL/SQL block.

This time instead of just declaring a single variable, like we were doing in the last couple

of videos, we have gone a little further and declared a collection of nested table type.

Let's take a look at what we have done here in this section.

In the first line we have declared a collection of Nested Table type NT_Fname.

This nested table can hold any data which is of VARCHAR2 datatype.

In the next line we have created a collection variable fName of our collection type nt_fName.

You must be wondering why I have done this.

Most of you guys who have watched my PL/SQL tutorial 73 on SELECT INTO with Bulk Collect

must know exactly why I have created this collection here.

In case you are not one of those, let me tell you the reason.

PL/SQL collections are the only supportive datatype for storing the data returned or

say processed by a bulk collect clause.

Yes, you heard it right.

We cannot store the data returned by a bulk collect into a variable of any primitive datatype.

In our demonstration we will be using this collection for storing the data returned by

our bulk collect query which we will be writing next.

Along with a nested table and its corresponding collection variable, we have also declared

our all-time favorite variable sql_qry.

This variable will be used for storing the SQL query which we will be running with execute

immediate statement of dynamic SQL.

Always make sure that the datatype of the variable which you will be using for storing

the query for dynamic SQL must be VARCHAR2 and the data width must always be sufficient

enough for holding your SQL query.

For example, as you can see here in my case the datatype of SQL_QRY variable is VARCHAR2.

Also, I have set the data width of this variable to 20 let's change it to 60 I think this

will be more than enough for storing my SQL query.

Now let's move ahead and write the execution section.

But before that let's prepare our SQL query on a separate worksheet.

Great.

SELECT first_name BULK COLLECT INTO fname FROM employees

That is the bulk collect query which we usually write.

I mean there is nothing wrong with it, but the question here is will it work with the

'execute immediate' statement or not?

What do you guys suggest?

Sadly it will not work.

Though it may look correct but it will not fit into the syntax of an 'Execute Immediate'

statement.

If we will try to execute this query then we will get an error.

Let me quickly show you.

Let's copy this statement done, now come back to our main worksheet and write the execution

section.

Here we are.

BEGIN sql_qry:= 'SELECT first_name BULK COLLECT

INTO fname FROM employees'; EXECUTE IMMEDIATE sql_qry;

END; /

Here is the execution section.

As you can see in the first line I have assigned our SELECT statement to the variable sql_qry

and in the next we are executing this same statement with the 'execute immediate'

of dynamic SQL.

I think this will be enough for testing whether this SQL statement will work with execute

immediate or will give an error.

Now let's execute and check.

Here we have got an error.

ORA-03001: unimplemented feature.

Apparently our SQL statement didn't work.

If that is not the correct way of writing a bulk collect statement with execute immediate

then what is?

Let me show you the correct way of using bulk collect into clause with execute immediate

of dynamic SQL.

Bulk collect into works more like an attribute of an 'execute immediate' statement.

Here in this case we are supplying bulk collect as a SQL statement to execute immediate which

is causing an error.

Let's modify this execution section and see what it means.

sql_qry:= 'SELECT first_name FROM employees'; Yes, that will be our SQL query, no fancy

stuff only straight forward SELECT statement.

As I said bulk collect works as an attribute to Execute Immediate.

Thus 'bulk collect into' clause should be applied with the 'execute immediate'

statement not with the SQL query.

So let's move ahead and write the most awaited dynamic SQL statement.

EXECUTE IMMEDIATE sql_qry BULK COLLECT INTO fName;

Here we are.

Let's first understand this and then we will write the code for displaying all the

data stored into the collection.

The statement like always, starts with the reserved phrase "Execute Immediate".

Following that we have specified the variable sql_qry into which we have stored our SQL

query.

And, right after that we have our "Bulk Collect Into" clause with the collection

variable into which it will return and store the data.

Yes, you first write the reserved phrase "Execute Immediate" and then your SQL query or the

name of the variable, holding your query.

Like we did here and then the "Bulk Collect Into" clause followed by a collection variable.

That's all you have to do.

Our SQL query is returning the data from the first name column of the employees table.

The data type of the first name column of the employees table is VARCHAR2.

Which means this SELECT statement is returning the data of VARCHAR2 data type.

And, with the help of dynamic SQL statement we are storing this data into the collection

nt_Fname.

That is the reason why we designed our nested table to hold the data of varchar2 datatype.

This is a small restriction which you have to keep in mind.

Just make sure either the datatype is same or compatible.

Anyways let's move ahead.

So far this program is retrieving the value from the employees table and storing it into

a collection through dynamic SQL.

But there is no provision to show that data back to the user.

We need to fix this.

Can you guess how we can do that?

There are multiple ways of doing that, but the simplest way is to write a for loop with

an output statement.

Let's do that.

FOR idx IN 1..fName.COUNT LOOP

DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE (idx||'

- '||fName (idx)); END LOOP;

END; /

Here we have a simple "for loop" and we are using the collection method COUNT to cycle

through our collection nt_fName.

I have done a very good tutorial on collection method count which you can watch if you don't

know how it works.

You can find the link in the info button as well as in the description.

Anyways Using this loop we are printing the data from

the collection along with the index number.

Fairly simple.

Now let's execute.

Here is the result.

107 rows displayed back.

You can download this example from my git hub.

Also make sure to follow me on the facebook as this week I will be doing a Livestream

on Oracle Database 12c Release 2 certification.

I am sure you don't want to miss that.

You can find all the links in the description.

That being said, let's wind up for today.

That's the tutorial on how to use bulk collect into with execute immediate statement of dynamic

SQL.

Hope you enjoyed watching.

If so then give this video a thumbs up and share it with your friends.

Most importantly don't forget to subscribe.

How Much Should You Pay Your House Cleaning Staff? - Duration: 8:13.

How much should you pay a cleaning employee?

Excellent question and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is the show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

which is a place where you can list your house

cleaning business and then homeowners can go on there and they can do a search by their

location and they can find somebody to come clean their house.

Now, did you know that on HouseCleaning360.com there's a place on there where you can list

that you are hiring people.

If somebody lives in your area and they want to come work for your cleaning company they

can do a search and find who's hiring and then contact that company, and that is part

of your membership, that's doesn't cost you anything extra to do that.

If you are hiring and you want to expand your business go to HouseCleaning360.com and make

sure that you click that thing and then explain a little bit about the job offering that you

have so that you can find the right candidate.

All right, how much do you pay a new hire?

This comes from a guy that's been in the business for about a year, here's his question.

Speaker 2: Hi Angela I've been in the house cleaning for about a year now but we're getting

bigger, we're starting to grow more.

We're wondering, should we hire on another individual and if we do how much should you

pay a new added individual to your business to where you're at least some kind of money

coming in from them doing work for you?

Much appreciated, and my wife's name is Valerie.

Angela Brown: All right, so Mr. and Mrs. Valerie, here is my answer.

It's going to depend on where you live and the going rate in your market and what the

minimum wage in your market is, and then how much extra you're willing to pay.

My suggestion for hiring a new house cleaning employee is that they are taking some of your

responsibilities from you and so as you outsource that that's got to be worth something to you.

My suggestion is that you don't pay rock bottom prices because this is a valuable service to you.

What you also need to take into consideration is that you're hiring a human.

This is a robot, this is a human, this is not an automated process.

This person has feelings, and emotions, and good days, and bad days, and they might get

sick, and they might have children, and they have a bunch of other things.

You have to factor those other things in there and then make it worth their time so they

want to show up to work for you every day.

Now, as you hire somebody beyond how much money you're going to pay them there are a

couple of things to consider.

What are they making right now and what do they need to make?

The reason I ask this question is because there are people, and I made this mistake

early on in my career, where I thought that if I paid them more than the going wage that

they would be loyal to me and they would just show up and work every day.

I erroneously made that mistake and here's the reason why.

There was a certain number in their head of money that they had to make every month in

order to pay their bills.

By Thursday, Wednesday or Thursday of every week they had already met that quota, therefore

they would call out every Thursday and they just wouldn't show up the rest of the week

because they had already made that amount of money.

What you need to be aware of is you don't want to overpay them because you want there

to be an incentive for them to come to work.

Then, you also want to pay them enough that it makes it worth their time coming to work

so it's this really fine line.

I can't just throw out a number at you because the minimum wage is different all across the country.

Also, we're not just talking all across the country but these videos and podcasts that

I'm creating are now worldwide.

We're in 35 different countries right now and so the wage is different in every different area.

There's no fair price to say it's X amount of dollars but it's something you're going

to have to sit down with a pencil and paper and you're going to have to figure out how

much can I pay, how much is fair, how much is an incentive, and how much is an incentive

for them not to call out on me and that they will be reliable and consistent?

Those are a couple of things to think about.

The next thing that I want to think about is, unless you have 50 employees you are not

required by law to offer any kind of a health benefits package but it would be nice if you did.

What you have to figure out is, is this important to this employee?

Now, Valerie, it sounds like you just have one employee that you're about to hire and

so you may not offer a benefits package to that one employee.

But you may want to start thinking, when I get up to six employees what I would like

to do is create a benefits package that pays for their dental, and their eyes, and all

the different stuff that is going to help them out, maybe an annual checkup or something

like that, maybe a prescription card.

There are certain pieces that you can put together that's not a full health benefits

package that will be an incentive for them to stay on with your company.

Also, I have to mention Savvy Perks.

Savvy Perks is a company that we have created along with America's largest employee discount

network so that we can bring independent business owners like yourself and your one employee

a benefits package that offers you an employee pricing at over 250,000 companies across the

United States.

It is available in some parts of Canada and if it's not available where you are in different

parts of the world you can request that different organizations and services be part of that,

and then the sales team will go to work and try to recruit those people to the network.

This gives you an enormous savings and discounts on things that you normally buy, like your

tires for your company vehicles and your oil rotations for your company vehicles.

It also pays for a bunch of other things.

Let's say that you wanted to take your employee out to lunch once a month, now you've got

employee pricing and discounts at all these different restaurants and different fast food places.

If you're driving to lunch, to and from work, it's nationwide.

It's an amazing network that I'm thrilled to be a part of.

There's something you might consider like that, that would help sweeten the pot.

Then what you also have to consider is that there must be flex days.

As a house cleaner there must be flex days.

If a house cleaner doesn't feel good, they need a mental health day, they feel sick,

they don't want to come in for whatever reason, you need to be somewhat understanding about that.

It's really easy to say, "Well, we have customers and you can't afford to be sick."

As a business owner I can't afford to be sick and so nobody holds my company more responsible

than I do.

I'm toughest on myself but I'm more flexible on my employees because they are people, and

in order for people to keep coming back you have to let them have a sick day.

If they have a mental day and they're just like, "Hey, I can't deal with things today."

"All right great, take the day off."

It's not a paid day off but they're taking the day off to clear their head or whatever

they need and when they come back they're going to be in a better state of mind and

they will be more willing to work with you because you worked with them.

There are a couple of things that you need to think about and it might mean that you

hire two people instead of just one so that you have a person to fill in when someone

else is taking the day off.

It's possible that you have four people to do the work of three and whoever falls out

that day or whoever calls out or whoever has sick kids or band practice or scouts or whatever

it is that the parents have to do, everybody works around each other and now those four

people are actually the equivalent of three.

You have the equivalent of three, maybe three and a half payrolls but you get the work consistently

of three people.

There are different ways to spin your business so that your business still operates on a

very small shoestring budget.

If you're still starting out and you're in year one, yes you're growing and yes you're

expanding but there's still a lot of things that you need to take into consideration before

you just give somebody a huge raise and give them the keys to the kingdom.

That would be my suggestion as you're getting started and

as you're building your business and expanding.

Alrighty, that's my two cents for today and until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.
