South Korea, U.S. reaffirm commitment to North Korea's fully verified denuclearization - Duration: 1:36.
After President Trump called off his Secretary of State's trip to Pyongyang this week, watchers
were left with wondering what this meant towards North Korea's denuclearization.
Washington has since now reassured Seoul that it is still fully committed to its pledge...
but by hitting the brakes on further talks, it threatens to disrupt further inter-Korean
projects and also puts President Moon Jae-in's role under the spotlight.
We'll discuss that role further, after this report by Kim Hyo-sun.
The top diplomats of South Korea and the U.S. have reaffirmed their commitment to the goal
of achieving North Korea's fully verified denuclearization.
The U.S. State Department issued a press release on Monday that said Secretary of State Mike
Pompeo and South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha spoke over the phone to discuss
the next steps of engagement towards Pyongyang.
The diplomats also pledged to coordinate closely and shared the same view that pressure must
continue until North Korea denuclearizes.
The State Department urged Pyongyang to keep its promise of denuclearization,... as committed
to by its leader Kim Jong-un during the Singapore Summit in June.
Explaining that Washington and its allies will be focused on achieving the North's denuclearization,...
the State Department said it has nothing to add on Pompeo's cancelled visit to Pyongyang
as of now.

For 14th straight year, Japan repeats false claim to S. Korea's Dokdo Island - Duration: 0:57.
Japan has once again laid false claim to South Korea's easternmost island of Dokdo.
The Cabinet in Tokyo adopted its annual defense white paper on Tuesday, which wrongly says
that Japan has unresolved territorial issues involving the so-called "Northern Territories"...
and Korea's Dokdo, which it calls by the name Takeshima.
Japan has been making the claim since 2005.
Seoul's defense ministry strongly appealed against the statement and urged Japan to immediately
correct the phrase and stop making such claims.
Seoul's foreign ministry called in the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Japanese Embassy,
Koichi Mizushima, to lodge a formal complaint.
As for North Korea and its nuclear program, the white paper said Japan's view has not
changed despite the Kim Jong-un-Donald Trump summit, and it still sees the North's military
moves as a threat to Japan and the international community.

Download the latest version of SOPAS.

Install the latest "SOPAS device driver" or Sdd file for your respective device.
If you have access to the device with which you will be working, please connect this device.
In this case the "TriSpector1000" is already connected via the adapter to the PC.
Select port 2111 with double click or use drag & drop to move it to the left area.
You can either install the Sdd's from the device or from the website.
Choose the "From the device" option as this method will make sure you have the correct
sdd file.
This method works regardless of internet access.
Therefore we install the device drivers for the TriSpector, note that this takes a while
if you want to install several device drivers.
If the installation is finished, SOPAS searches for connected devices.
By clicking on the "Offline" indicator, the device will turn to "Online".

S. Korean gov't plans to spend more than $42 bil. on national defense in year 2019 - Duration: 1:59.
And the annual government spending on national *defense has also been increased by more than
eight percent from this year's budget.
Our defense ministry correspondent Park Ji-won has more details.
The Moon Jae-in administration has decided to allocate about 42 billion U.S. dollars
next year on the nation's defense budget.
It is a whopping eight-point-two percent increase from the previous year.
This marks the highest increase rate on the nation's defense budget since 2008,... and
almost the double of the average annual increase rate of four-point-four percent seen from
2010 to 2017.
The government expects to spend over 13 percent more than the previous year on developing
and improving defense capabilities,... such as the acquisition of state-of-the-art weaponry
like aircraft, and naval destroyers.
Included in this category are some four-point-five billion U.S. dollars the government expects
to spend on establishing its so-called "three-axis system,"...or the South's key three-part military
strategy system to counter any North Korean threats,... namely the Kill Chain pre-emptive
strike system, the Korean Air and Missile Defense system,... and the Korea Massive Punishment
and Retaliation strategy.
A defense ministry official told Arirang News that next year's budget for the establishment
of the three-axis system has also increased by more than 16-point-four percent, year-on-year.
The defense ministry explains that the increase on defense budget has been outlined to support
the Moon administration's defense reform initiative,... which aims to modernize and strengthen the
nation's military capabilities,... with active investment in the latest technologies.
The budget plan will be submitted to the National Assembly this Friday for parliamentary deliberation.

Today I am going to show you how to get back your old and favourite Realtek Audio Manager Control Panel.
Like as you can see here I don't have the control panel.
If you don't have the control panel like me
that means you have downloaded the driver from realtek.com.
So first of all uninstall the currently installed Realtek Audio manager driver.
After uninstalling the driver you have to restart your computer.
After restarting your computer, open your favourite browser.
Then search for your motherboard model number you have.
Like, I have MSI B85M-E45.
Open the first link that comes in the search.
Please note that this website will vary from manufacture to manufacture.
So, take your time and find the driver.
For me, I have to go to support then driver then I have to select the operating system I have
after that I have to go On-Board Audio Drivers
then click on Download.
Please wait until the downloads gets completed.
After the download gets completed, install the driver.
After the driver is installed, you have to restart your computer.
After restarting your computer you will find that you have get back your Realtek Audio Manager Control Panel.
