Let's look back on our long relationship

with the iconic Jennifer Lopez.

Fast forward ten years later Jennifer Lopez

had established herself as a successful actress.

Staring in hits like Selena and Anaconda.

Then in 1999 she flipped the switch on all of us,

and released her debut album On the 6.

We were on set for the filming of her music video,

Waiting for Tonight.

After that, J-Lo brought us along

for five more episodes of making the video.

J-Lo has always been dedicated

to the art of the music video.

- I've always been a very video oriented artist.

In the studio I start thinking,

you know the video for this should be,

whatever, you know.

- [Narrator] Sometimes, things get a little bit

dangerous on set.

- I got burnt, one of those things burnt my shoulder.

- Did it hurt you?

- Yeah!

I'm not an expert on the laser activity,

but all I know is that they burned

the (beep) out of my shoulder.

That was the video where I almost broke my ankle.

And MTV kept playing it over and over again

and embarrassing me.

- [Narrator] Sorry J-Lo, had to play that one more time.

- Actually I didn't care, it was funny.

- [Narrator] J-Lo's visuals are so iconic

that she became a mainstay at the VMA's.

- [Narrator] In 2000, she took home the award

for best dance for, Waiting for Tonight.

- I didn't expect to win, I was ready for the upset.

And then the following year she took home the VMA

for best Hip-Hop for the same song.

- I didn't expect this, obviously but um, God.

I'm a girl from the Bronx and Hip-Hop is everything to us,

Schools Across America Closing Early Due To Climate Change - Duration: 3:53.

Thanks to staggering heat waves in the northeast of the United States, schools, which actually

just reopened this week for students, are having to close early because they cannot

properly cool the students down due to the massive heat waves.

In areas of Baltimore, New York, Massachusetts, the interior temperature in schools is reaching

over 90 degrees.

Either they do not have adequate AC systems, and some of them don't even have air conditioning

whatsoever because they never thought they'd need it in those particular climates.

But, because of climate change, this is our new reality.

Massive heat waves in areas of the country that aren't used to these kinds of temperatures

that those of us down here in the south just deal with every single summer.

Climate change is making these worse, and now climate change is making it to where our

kids can't even sit in school for a full day.

School districts in at least five different states have had to close their schools early

this week, on the first week of school for most of them, because of climate change.

Now, there's another side to this story here too, because again, if these schools had proper

air conditioning to keep these students cool and the interior temperature of the schools

cooled down enough, there wouldn't be a problem.

Yes, it'd be hot outside but it would be cool enough inside that nobody's going to get heat

stroke.

But, because we've underfunded our school system so badly, something that we're continuing

to do right now, they can't make upgrades.

They can't make improvements.

They can't fix a broken HVAC system, because they don't have the funds to do it.

So, that's a two-pronged issue here.

We're underfunding our schools so that they can't cool the kids and teachers down so we

have to send them home early; and two, we let climate change get so bad that now kids

can't even sit in school for a full day.

And then of course, we could talk about the third prong of this pitchfork here, which

is the fact that now parents in these areas are having to leave work early to go pick

up their kids early because they're out of school early.

So, they lose half a day's pay.

They lose productivities.

Small businesses lose productivity from this.

Everybody suffers.

Do you get the point here?

This is what climate change does.

Climate change is not a localized issue.

Climate change is not just something that's going to affect one group of people.

As we're seeing right now in the northeast United States, climate change is affecting

everyone just for the fact that we have to close down schools a couple hours early.

The ripple effects from this are absolutely astronomical, and what's going to happen if

we can't come up the federal funds or the state funds to get these schools properly

equipped with air conditioning or with heaters in some areas down here in the south when

schools don't have heaters?

We've had massive cold fronts that have come through the last few winters causing snow

in areas that have never seen snow, because those are the extreme weather shifts that

happen under climate change and we are grossly unprepared for that as a country.

We could have been prepared for it.

We had decades of warning.

We just chose to do nothing because we as a country unfortunately chose to elect politicians

who continue to deny that a problem even exists.

If they don't think that climate change is real, my advice for them is to go to one of

these schools in the northeast after all the kids have been let out, and just sit in those

sweltering buildings for a few hours.

- So, I think that for Luke Cage, I mean,

there's a lot of reasons why it worked.

Me and Mike get on really well,

the characters worked really well together.

It was also nice that Danny was going in there,

and Danny didn't have the problem.

It was Luke that had the problem,

and Danny was going there to help him out.

And that's a different side to the character

we haven't seen before, and I think that allowed

the character to be a lot more in control,

and calm, and confident.

You've gotta re-balance your Chi.

- Power is stillness, and stillness

comes from effortless flow.

So I was in training at the time

whilst we were shooting Luke Cage,

and every week I was sending Tom Lieber

who's one of the Vice Presidents for Marvel Television,

I was sending him update reports

on like how the training going,

and I was doing meditation and martial arts at the same time

In that rapport, in that email I was saying

its really interesting meditating

whilst doing the martial arts,

even though when you're going full force

in the martial arts you're able to find this stillness,

and it helps with the flow.

Tom took this email and he showed the email to Cheo

whilst he was writing that episode,

and Cheo literally lifted my words from that email,

and put them into Danny for that episode.

So, there's moments that you see, stillness is power,

effortless flow, like all of that,

that came from Danny's mouth,

was something that I wrote down in an email

whilst I was training for the character

for Iron Fist season two, which I just think is like,

it's super cool to see them kind of like,

understanding the character that way, and also like,

its nice to see how Marvel Television collaborates

with everyone on that level.

You know, everyone is connected,

and everyone picks, you know, its just cool.

(upbeat music)

On Medications and Need Deliverance Ministry? Not a Deal Killer - Duration: 5:00.

If someone is on psychotropic medications, does that effect the benefits of going through

deliverance?

Is that something that maybe they should wait on?

Many of our clients are on medications for depression, anxiety, or mental illness.

They've come to us because they know there is a better way.

Will we still minister deliverance?

Do the medications hinder deliverance?

Between 2011 and 2014, approximately one in nine Americans of all ages reported taking

at least one antidepressant medication in the past month.

And that's from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

The CDC at that was, um, that report was, came in 2017.

Anxiety disorders affect 18 point one percent of adults in the United States, approximately

40 million between the ages of 18 and 54.

Now that's statistics rather is from the National Institute of Mental Health.

In September of 2017, another report found that more than half of college students sought

help for their anxiety issues.

Research has found that anxiety can impede learning, which often leads to lower academic

achievement and performance.

Now look at above and beyond.

We've had good success working with many clients who want to be off the medications, believe

and accept the notion that their issues are primarily spiritual, not physical or medical,

and are willing to go through deliverance and walk it out afterwards.

Our position as NCCA licensed clinical pastoral counselors and not physicians is unequivocal.

Number one, we never encourage clients to stop their medications when they come to see

us.

Number two, we do not try to guilt or shame them for pursuing the pharmaceutical path.

Those who find this has stirred up their feet for the power of God through deliverance to

help set them free and get them back on the right track in their lives.

Number three, we encourage them by telling them that the medications that they're on

will not hinder the effectiveness of the deliverance process.

Number four, if they desire, they can work with their physicians after deliverance to

develop a reasonable plan to wean themselves off the drugs as they walk out their freedom.

Now, there is one exception is as to how we handle point three above.

We use a five step process approach for deliverance where our clients are actively engaged in

the process and they prepare homework before the delivered session, that Ms Dot Ministry

session, which is the fourth one.

Now here's the issue.

If a person is indeed heavily medicated, their ability to listen effectively and do that

homework can be an issue, but many times as somebody of summer, especially if somebody

brought them in here, someone can now can help them with their homework or in some cases

we had above and beyond.

We'll work through their homework process with them.

It can be a challenge and, uh, and we try to minimize the effects of the medications

as follows.

First of all, before each meeting, and certainly before the deliverance session, we will look

into that person's eyes, hold their hand and declare that the medicines will not hinder

the effectiveness of what is to come.

And we bind every demon that's in Matthew Sixteen, 19.

That would derail the process from tormenting or causing the person to, to, to fall asleep

or not be able to focus in that.

Holding one hand or laying on of hands is, as, as I mentioned, is an important part of

the Ministry of Christ and we pursued that here at above and beyond also.

Then we loosed the Holy Spirit on the person and speak forth, vitality, focused, concentration,

and good fruit coming forth.

As with all things in the spirit realm, we encouraged them to stir up their faith and

we link our faith with theirs for guided work.

I estimate that maybe 10 percent of our clients come into the office with active a second

tropic medication prescriptions.

Some are active users while others choose not to take the pills.

Really, unless they're desperate.

We do believe that the root causes of are the resources, if you like, of most fear and

depressions or spiritual, so that deliverance ministry can be useful in bringing freedom.

If the client stirs up their faith and does the homework that we ask, that's really what

we look for and we do not allow them medications to be a distraction or a barrier for that

victory.

How To Install Google Analytics on a WordPress Website: Step By Step - Duration: 7:04.

Hi! This is Topher with WinningWP. In this video we're going to take a look at

how to install Google Analytics on a WordPress website, step-by-step. But why

should you watch this video? Aren't there dozens of videos on how to

install Google Analytics on a WordPress website? It's true there are, but in this

video I'm going to show you exactly the right plug-in to use so that you never

need to worry about your analytics code again, even if Google changes all of

their algorithms and changes the rules on where your code is supposed to go.

This plug-in will take care of all of it. So let's take a look at how to make this

happen, step by step. The first step is to create your Google Analytics account. I'm

here at the Google Analytics home page. Now this is really just a marketing

piece. To really use analytics you want to sign in.

And we're going to sign in here at the top to Analytics. Now an interesting

thing about Google properties is that you can use the same account across all

of them, so if you already have a gmail account or a YouTube account or a Google

Drive account or any of those ,you can use that same username and password here

with analytics. So the next thing we're going to do is click sign up.

They want to know if we're tracking a website or a mobile app we're going to

choose website and it's already selected there and then we have to create an

account name and this can be pretty much anything. And what's interesting is that

you can have more than one tracking ID per account. Aince this is our first one

we're not too concerned about that. So I'm going to create one called

Coworkerpro and then it wants to know the name of our website. Now the site I'm

putting this on is a staging site for Coworkerpro so I'm going to call it

Coworkerpro Staging and then wants to know the website URL so it's just the

domain name like that.

Then they want to know a bunch of information about our site and this is

actually optional so you don't have to put it in if you don't want. I'm going to

put in computers and electronics. The time zone can be useful.

I'm in Eastern.

And then Google wants to know if they may share your data with other services

and this is entirely up to you. I'm going to choose no because this is really more

of a testing account. And now I'm going to click get tracking

ID. And before I can I need to accept this

service agreement.

There we are. Now this is our tracking ID. Now in the old days you would have to

remember this tracking ID and maybe even all of this code but with WordPress we

don't need to do that and I can show you why. Because our next step is to install

a plug-in. We're here at our WordPress dashboard now go to Plugins → Add New. So

we're going to search for "Monster Insights"

and here we get Google Analytics for WordPress by Monster Insights. That's the

one we want. "But what's so great about Monster Insights?" you ask. Well it

connects to Google in a unique way. First of all it doesn't ask you for your

analytics code like most plugins do and it doesn't just take that code and stick

it in the header or the footer. The Monster Insights plugin actually

connects to Google and integrates your analytics account into your website. That

way it's actually in communication with the Google Analytics website It learns

things from Google and it tells Google things about your site and when Google

makes changes the Monster Insights plugin knows, and it knows how to

change its own code, and where to put it, and how to move it, and when. All of these

things are an advantage over a less fully featured plugin that simply takes

your analytics code and pastes it in. So let's click install now and then

activate. Now from here we want to configure the Google Analytics settings

and we can do that either from this nav here on the left, this link here on the

plugins page, or right at the top there's a banner that says "Please

configure your Google Analytics settings." So let's click that.

And right here at the top it says Google Authentication. It wants to authenticate

with my Google account so I'm going to click this button, I'm going to choose

the Google user that I used to log in to Analytics, and then I'm going to choose

"allow". Now we need to pick a profile. Since my

Google user only has one profile we can simply say all "website data".

If we wanted to use a different Google account we could, and if we wanted to

just bail out and not do this you could click here, but we're going to click

"complete authentication".

And there we are! Remember our UA code here that was also right here?

The plugin went to Google for us got all the right code and put it in just the

right place. Not only that, if there are changes in the future with how Google

manages this the plug-in will update itself and put the new code in the right

place so you don't have to think about it in

the future anymore. If you want one last test about whether or not this is

working, we can copy this number, go to the home page, I'm going to scroll down

to the content area, and right click and "View Page Source". And now we're going to

search for that number. And there it is. And this is all

all that google tracking code that you did not have to put in because

the plugin was great. So let's review. First you need to create a Google

account or use an existing one. Then we went to the analytics page and filled

out their signup form but we didn't do anything with the information that they

gave us. We didn't need to do anything with the UA tracking code or even all

that JavaScript that we saw. Instead we installed Google Analytics for WordPress

by Monster Insights. Once it was installed we simply had to authenticate.

And we looked over the settings to make sure it's working right. This process

used to be much more complicated but now, because of this excellent plugin and

What is testosterone?

Testosterone is often called the "male" hormone.

However, both men and women produce this hormone.

Hormones are molecules that regulate the body.

They are usually produced in one location in the body and travel to other organs.

Other hormones in the body include growth hormone and thyroid-stimulating hormone.

Testosterone is an androgen hormone.

It produces male characteristics in the body.

Testosterone is made in the following locations:

testes in men, ovaries in women, the adrenal glands, located above the kidneys in both

men and women.

Men have higher levels of testosterone in their bodies than women do.

In either sex, if testosterone levels become imbalanced, adverse symptoms can occur.

How is testosterone used in men and women?

Testosterone is responsible for many actions in the male body throughout a man's life

cycle.

It helps the external and internal organs of a male fetus develop.

This includes the male reproductive organs such as the penis and testicles.

During puberty, testosterone is responsible for:

growth spurts, deepening of the voice, growth of hair in the pubic region, face, and underarms.

Testosterone is also associated with behaviors such as aggression and sexual drive.

Men need testosterone to make sperm for reproduction.

In women, testosterone also contributes to a woman's sex drive.

It also helps to secrete hormones important in a woman's menstrual cycle.

Testosterone also plays common roles for both sexes.

For example, the hormone stimulates the body to make new red blood cells.
