Kate Bolduan Talks About CNN's Lawsuit Against the Trump Administration - Duration: 4:44.

-I want to ask about this because, you know,

obviously the reporters don't want to be the story, ideally.

But this week, you have had, and your colleagues have had,

to report on the fact that Jim Acosta

had his press credentials taken away

by the Trump Administration,

and they're in court right now.

And today, the Justice Department and CNN lawyers

were arguing.

There's going to be a decision on Thursday.

What's it been like for you to report on that story?

-Well, as you said, I mean,

it's a really amazing place that we're in

and a wild place that we're in with --

We tell stories. We don't want to be --

You really don't want to be the story.

We give the headlines. We don't want to be the headline.

I really don't. And that's --

But that's where we are. And what it comes down to --

And Jim is a good friend of mine.

I've known him for forever.

No matter what you think of anyone's style as a journalist,

everyone, we all have to, must, should

defend and support the right of a journalist to ask questions,

tough questions of any president,

left, right, center.

And that's, I mean...

[ Cheers and applause ]

When you think about it,

this business is the only business --

this industry is the only industry

that's explicitly protected in the Constitution.

-Yeah. -So that says something.

-Today, Fox News also signed on in support...

-Yeah, yeah. -...of the lawsuit.

I mean, that must feel nice

when, you know, you have a news organization

that's maybe a little bit different in its DNA

agreeing that you're on the right side of this.

-Yeah, no pun intended.

I -- When I saw that, it actually came out,

like, during my show this morning.

And I saw it, and I thought, "You know what?

When Fox and NBC are both backing you up,

you might have a good defense." -Yeah.

That's that rare case.

-But also, it speaks to, this is bigger than Jim.

This is bigger than CNN.

It speaks to what we're talking about.

I mean, this speaks to the industry,

and if it's not Jim Acosta,

next it could be someone from NBC,

next it could be someone from Fox.

And this is --

-Also, you know, Jim obviously is --

We all know the kind of reporter he is,

and so does the White House, and they call on him all the time.

I feel like they know

when they want to be combative with someone,

and he serves that role for them.

So it's very silly to me that they're, all of a sudden,

taking issue with him. -Well, and the evolving reason

why they pulled his press credential in the first place

is something that I found fascinating in and of itself.

-I also -- I did not know it was called a hard pass.

-Yeah. It's a hard pass if you're cleared

and you can go in any time.

If you are going in once in a while,

you have to do a daily pass.

-So with a hard pass, you could, like, let yourself in,

make a sandwich, like, you're just good.

-Obviously, yeah.

Like, you're in the White House mess,

you're like, "Hey, I'll go get that for you."

-"Sorry, maybe you didn't hear, I got a hard pass."

-Yeah, Jim Acosta is popping out under the desk like,

"Isn't this what JFK Jr. did?"

Yeah, no.

-You were -- CNN was also part of a story

in even a more harrowing, scary way.

There was a bomb sent to CNN a few weeks ago,

and you were about to go on air, I guess.

-Yeah. So it happened at 10:00. I go on at 11:00.

-And so you did your show from outside.

You and your colleagues were just live on the street.

-Yeah. -I mean,

obviously it was a very scary time, but then,

doing the show in a way you had never done it before,

what was that like processing everything that was going down that day?

-Well, I mean, when you think of all of the amazing equipment

that we all work with these days and then going on TV --

getting on TV with a very important show

as we're breaking the news,

and I got on TV with an iPhone and a Skype connection.

And that's what it was. -Well, it worked.

-Later you look back, and it was successful.

It worked. -Yeah.

-But it sounded like I was a live shot from the moon.

I mean, it was like --

-It was a reminder that iPhones aren't quite there yet.

-Really? -Yeah.

-People were, like, walking through

because it just looked like I was just talking to my phone.

-Well, there is that thing. I mean, again, New Yorkers,

I think even if they thought you were live on TV

would interrupt you, but they couldn't even tell.

-Oh, for sure. -So how was that?

You know, again, and probably most New Yorkers

didn't realize you were out on the street

because a bomb had been sent to your offices.

Were people overall polite

in trying to let you do your newscast?

-Yeah, they were. I mean, everyone was actually coming up

in the middle of the newscast

asking me for the news at the same time.

So they're like, "So, Kate,

really, what's going on right now?"

"I'll be right back."

It was -- Everyone was very nice.

It was really scary. -Yeah.

-When we came down

and you just saw the presence of the NYPD and the FDNY --

thank God for them --

and the way their posture and the way they're acting,

it was no joke.

It was really scary. -Yeah.

Stanley Tucci Was Completely Shocked by SNL's Tucci Gang Sketch - Duration: 3:35.

-You've had such an eclectic career.

Are there certain roles

that you get approached for more than others?

-Yeah. Yeah. I mean, people --

You know, people know "The Devil Wears Prada."

-Yeah.

-Which is, you know, a great film.

Or "The Hunger Games" or "The Lovely Bones,"

which is very disturbing, you know.

-Yeah. -So, yeah, there's a lot.

"Easy A," too, is one. -Oh, that's nice.

-Yeah, yeah. So, it's nice, yeah.

-You -- It kind of came out of nowhere.

Sam Rockwell was hosting "SNL." -Oh, my God, yeah.

-And Pete Davidson did a rap about you called "Tucci Gang."

-Yeah. Yeah. [ Laughter ]

-Here's -- there's Sam as you. -Yeah.

-With Pete Davidson. And there -- there's Sam.

-Yeah. -So, uh, now obviously,

this must have been -- it was unexpected for me.

It must have been completely unexpected for you.

-I was completely shocked. My publicist called, said,

"They need you to do an image or say something

for, you know, 'Saturday Night Live.'"

And I was like, "What is it?

I don't know what you're talking about," you know.

And -- I knew what "Saturday Night Live" was.

I mean, yeah, I did, yeah.

But once you -- you know, I stopped watching it

once you left. -Thank you.

-Yeah. Um...uh... [ Laughter ]

And Sam I've known for a really long time.

-Yeah.

-So, anyway, I said, "Yeah, sure."

And they told me what they -- and then I saw what they did.

-Yeah. -And of course, I didn't know

the genesis, I didn't know what it was based on.

So my children had to explain to me

what it was and showed me the video.

I was like, "Oh, wow, that's good."

-Right. -Yeah.

So, it's brilliant, and I was very flattered.

-And was this something that --

I can only imagine how many people --

You know, when somebody -- when you see something

that is about your friends, so many people must have

texted you and reached out and said, "Have you seen it?"

-Oh, yeah. No, they were flipped out by it.

-Yeah. -Yeah. I mean, I was, too.

I mean, I was completely shocked.

-It is wonderful that your children

had to explain it to you. I think that's --

-Yes, I know, I know, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

-I'm looking forward to that part of my life

where I can stop trying to have any connection to pop culture,

and they can just -- -Oh, yeah.

They just tell you everything. -Yeah. Oh.

-And then you go, "Well, how do you get it --"

"Oh, just give it to me." [ Laughter ]

-You're a cook as well. -Yeah, I like to cook.

-Do your children like your cooking?

-Yeah, they do, yes. -That's great.

-And the two who are at university now are quite sad,

because they don't have the cooking.

-Yeah. -So, when they come home,

I make sure to make as much stuff as possible.

You just make sauces or something

to give them so they can take it home.

-Oh, that's very kind. That's very kind and helpful.

And you've had a couple of cookbooks.

-I have. I put one together a long time ago

that my parents did with

an Italian chef, Gianni Scappin.

And then my wife and I did one a few years ago together, yeah.

-Was that a fun process, building together the recipes

for a cookbook? -It is. It's fun.

But it is such hard work. It's incredibly hard work

to sort of piece them all together.

Because you have to have a hundred recipes.

-Yeah. -Really,

to have a real cookbook.

And then the testing of them will take you a year.

-Really? -At least a year.

-And how is your wife as a collaborator?

-Oh, she's amazing. Well, she's a literary agent.

-Oh, wonderful. -But, so, she's incredible.

And she's a great cook, too.

-And what is the cookbook that you did with her called?

-It's called "The Tucci Table."

-Oh, that's very good. -Yes. Yeah. Yeah.

She said, "Well, we could call it 'Tucci and Friend'

or something." [ Laughter ]

She goes, "Because you have one friend.

Let's face it," you know. [ Laughter ]

And -- but it's basically what we would cook

throughout a year. -Yeah.

-For your friends and your family.

-That's great. "Table for Tucci"?

-"Table for Tucci." -You could do that next time.

-There you go, yeah. -Now you gotta do a third book.

-Thank you. Thank you. Yeah. [ Laughter ]

-Thanks so much for being here. -Thank you.

-It's really a pleasure to speak to you.

-Thanks a lot.

Kate Bolduan's Parents Were Proud Kate McKinnon Impersonated Her on SNL - Duration: 2:32.

-Another thing you reported on today,

which we mentioned, of course, is staff turnover.

There is part of the staff turnover that does seem

a little repetitive, in that John Kelly, for example,

it feels like we've been hearing forever

that his last day is tomorrow. -Yeah.

-What has that been like for you?

-You have to keep a running list of literally, like,

who is in today and who's -- where are they now?

It's the palace intrigue. It's the reality show.

Look, every administration has turnover.

Every White House has turnover. That's not a surprise.

And especially after a midterm, there is always turnover.

It's a grueling job for anybody.

But with this, when we might be yearning

for more transparency from the president,

oddly enough, when it comes to the staff,

it's all transparency.

I mean, you just can hear it

in his thought bubbles on his Twitter feed.

I mean, you hear, in real time, like,

"Well, Jeff Sessions today, I really don't like him,

but I'm just gonna keep him and shame him, and then..."

[ Laughter ]

but you kind of hit the jackpot.

I mean, you got Kate McKinnon. -I know! I know.

[ Cheers and applause ]

Right? I know, I know.

-How did you find out?

Were you watching, or did somebody text you?

-It's actually the craziest story.

A friend of mine had tickets and was going.

We'd actually been out to drinks with him before,

and we went to a dinner.

And I was like, "Oh, if we could just come with you."

Think if I would've been able to be in the seat!

I don't know if I would've been mortified or awesome.

A friend started texting me.

You know, they send these ominous text messages,

like, "Did you watch 'SNL' tonight?"

And I was like, "Oh, my God, no."

[ Laughter ] -Right, right.

-Like, "Oh, my God. What's about to happen to me?"

And then, someone sent me the clip,

and it was like, "Oh, my God."

And it was also a realization.

My family finally started joining in on the fun,

realizing it.

Like, tonight, they'll be like, "Oh, you finally made it.

You're on with Seth Meyers.

You were on 'SNL.' Oh, you finally made it."

I was like, "But, guys, I've been to White House.

I've interviewed the president.

I've been doing this forever! Like, now you're proud of me?

Okeydokey!" [ Laughter ]

-I'm sure -- That's just a parent thing.

I'm sure they've been proud the whole time.

-No, no, no. -They just say it the wrong way.

-Sure. -But, seriously, I will say,

being here tonight, you've officially made it.

-Did you know much about her?

-No, I really didn't. I didn't.

I had heard about her.

But I really didn't know. And she was -- she was American.

But she wrote for "The Times" in London.

And she was an extraordinary person.

I mean, having read about her and getting to know some people

who knew her and Matthew Heineman, who directed it,

whom you know, who's here tonight.

You know, his research was obviously incredibly in depth.

And it's a fascinating story.

-Well, she -- you know, she was a war correspondent

who obviously took great risks to get her stories.

And as you mentioned, Matthew Heineman, who directed the film,

won an Oscar for a documentary "Cartel Land,"

where he put himself at great risk to make that film.

Do you ever see -- Would you be able to do that?

I was wondering as I watched that film,

could I ever actually put myself at risk to get a story?

College entrance exam day for nearly 600,000 test takers in S. Korea ends - Duration: 2:12.

Today, around 594-thousand test takers all across the nation took their CSATs, or 'Suneung'

as it's known here.

Let's connect to our Yoon Jung-min, who is at one of the many test sites.

Jung-min, Something they've been preparing for years, pouring everything they've got

leading up to this day.

The most important test of their young lives is now over.

Hi, Daniel.

Currently, I'm standing in front of Seoul High School, one of the hundreds of test sites

where today's 'Suneung' took place.

The test takers have just finished their exams.

Today, nearly 600-thousand test takers...mostly high school seniors....took the annual College

Scholastic Ability Test or CSAT at 1-thousand-190 test sites nationwide.

The exams began at 8:40AM and finished some twenty minutes ago.

Some of the test takers looked relieved that it's over, some rather calm and some exhausted.

The test taker's families and juniors have flocked to the test site to support the test-takers.

The education ministry said this year's test was focused on basic and key elements in the

high school curriculum.

These exams are so important as students spend years studying for them, and the results determine

which universities they will go to next year.

Many Koreans believe a college shapes a student's future... so lots of students study around

the clock to get into the best college possible.

So, it's no wonder the whole country gets behind the test-takers.

Today, public sector workers and many in the private sector started work an hour later

than usual to reduce the morning traffic jams for the test-takers.

The country's stock markets also opened and closed an hour later than normal.

More subway trains and buses were in operation and police officers were on hand to rush students

to test centers if they were late.

From 1 p.m., even flights were put on hold for about 30 minutes during the English listening

comprehension section to minimize disturbance.

Now, the exams are over... and the test takers can finally relax before they prepare their

college applications and wait for the results which will be announced in the first week

of December.

That's all I have for now, but I'll bring more updates in our next newscast at 8 PM.

Back to you, Daniel.

S. Korea blasts Japan over its response to court's ruling on wartime forced labor - Duration: 0:48.

Seoul's foreign ministry has expressed deep disappointment over the Japanese Foreign Minister's

remarks about the South Korean Supreme Court's decision on wartime forced labor.

Taro Kono warned two weeks ago that the ruling, ordering a Japanese firm to compensate workers

for forced labor during World War Two, fundamentally undermines the legal basis of the two countries'

bilateral relations.

The ministry said in a statement on Thursday, it has already made clear that the way to

realize democracy is by honoring the court's decision... and that the government will continue

to take necessary measures.

The ministry adds that although the Japanese government's current attitude does nothing

to help bilateral relations, Seoul is still determined to work with Tokyo for future-oriented

relations,... and called for the Japanese government to respond in the right way.

5 Foods that You Should Avoid if You Want to Lose Weight|HFE♪ - Duration: 7:51.

5 Foods that You Should Avoid if You Want to Lose Weight

Not all fruits are great for losing weight or maintaining your figure.

There are many fruits that contain a lot of sugar.

In this article, we'll take a look at some you can eat a lot of and some that are best in moderation.

We all know how difficult it is to stay in shape or to follow a diet regimen.

However, it might be easier than you think.

What you should do if you want to lose weight? It's pretty simple: avoid foods that make you gain weight!  In this article, we'll share five foods that you should avoid to lose weight.  If you follow these recommendations, you can quickly and effectively achieve the goals you have in mind.

Foods that you should avoid to lose weight 1.

Avocado vs.

Berries Besides the fact that avocados are considered a fruit that provides the body with healthy fats, the truth is that you shouldn't eat them in excess.

After all, if you eat them in too large of proportions, it can be counterproductive.

This is due to its high caloric content, since they contain about 200 Kcal.

Because of this, it's a good idea to eat them in small quantities. In its place, you can substitute it with a handful of berries.  Berries are one of the best options for burning fat, accelerating metabolism and calming the sensation of hunger. This is thanks to its antioxidant properties that keep the body clean of toxic substances and fat accumulation.

Pears vs.

Watermelon and Melons One of the advantages that watermelon and melons is their high contents of water and fiber. This contributes to better digestion of the rest of the foods that you choose to eat during the day.

Because of this, it's a good idea that you consume them at breakfast by mixing them into a good fruit salad.

Or, if you prefer, make a sugar-free smoothie with them.

For its part, pears also contain a good amount of fiber, even though specialists recommend that you don't eat too many of them since they can cause constipation.

Apricot vs.

Strawberries Apricots are very nutritious fruits that contain a large percentage of vitamins as well as numerous benefits for our body.

However, excessive consumption can cause a series of complications.

Actually, if you like to bite the pit, you should be careful.

The pit of this fruit has been shown to contain a chemical and natural substance called amygdalin.  So, this substance easily adheres to the walls of the stomach when consumed in large amounts.

Subsequently, the body is responsible for breaking it down and you may experience nausea.

Therefore, it's better to opt for strawberries instead. This is a fruit that's low in sugar and are much easier digestible.

Also, in addition to providing endless antioxidant benefits that can help you to achieve your desired figure.

Grapes vs.

Apples Whether you're looking to eliminate some fat or lose some extra kilos, eating apples can help you to achieve it.  They aren't just a great food to help with digestion because of their high fiber content.

In addition, they don't contain that many calories: barely 100 Kcal.

On the other hand, grapes are fruits that, despite not having a high sugar content, make juices that are fairly caloric and full of sugar. Also, they may have the ability to erode the enamel of your teeth and their seeds can alter the functions of the intestine if you eat them too often.

Bananas vs.

Grapefruit For rapid weight loss, it's better to opt for grapefruit.

This is a fruit with much more powerful properties than those in bananas.  Bananas are in the category of foods that tend to be consumed more slowly and also add a higher caloric percentage than grapefruits.

In any case, you should keep in mind that just because the foods on the list are not highly recommended for a weight loss diet, it doesn't mean that you should completely eliminate them from your diet.

All fruits contain a certain percentage of fats and sugar.

The key is knowing how to eat them in the right quantities. Keeping a balanced diet and exercising are fundamental for getting results.

6 Best Fruits to Detox Your Body|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:39.

6 Best Fruits to Detox Your Body

Adding these fruits to your holiday menu will help improve your digestion and cleanse your body from any excess toxins you consume.

It's time to counteract the effects of toxins in the body during the excesses of the holidays.

For starters, there are some habits that have been around for many years to detox your body.

Luckily, you can detox your body with healthy fruits.

When your body is working around the clock to process excess consumption of food, sugar, and alcohol, you need to provide a surplus of nutrients to reduce the strain you've caused at the time.

Fortunately, you don't need to resort to strict plans or expensive supplements to deal with this problem.

Although your holiday diet might not be perfect, you can increase your consumption of certain healthy fruits that will stimulate your body's natural detox.

Do you want to know more about them? Find out what the top six are.

Lemons.

Lemons are among the best fruits that detox your body.

Also, they improve your digestion and kidney health.

The high vitamin C content helps boost your body's natural defenses, especially after alcohol consumption.

This fruit has a slight alkaline effect that reduces acidity caused by consuming too much food.

The antioxidants protect your tissues against the harmful action of toxins and aid in the digestion of fats.

Guava.

Eating plain guava fruit or drinking guava juice stimulates your liver and kidney function, helping to eliminate any waste products that they retain.

This fruit contains more vitamin C than any other, which makes it an incredible ally for your immune system.

It provides lots of dietary fiber, which improves your digestion and promotes healthy bowel movements.

It reduces the excess production of acids in the stomach and helps reduce any symptoms of indigestion.

It's also ideal for fighting hangovers, because it increases your energy levels and facilitates the metabolism of toxins.

Grapefruit.

Grapefruit is already well known for its diuretic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.

It's a low calorie food that has been popular for some time thanks to its slimming effects.

What many people don't know is that grapefruit is also one of the best foods for cleansing the bloodstream.

It contains antioxidants that improve your kidney function, helping to remove toxins through the urine.

These also protect your cells against oxidative stress and prevent imbalances in the body's inflammatory processes.

The mild fiber content improves your digestion and prevents any discomfort associated with overeating.

Melon.

Most melons are composed almost entirely of water.

This, and the antioxidants that they contain, make them both cleansing and digestive.

The diuretic effects fight fluid retention and facilitate the removal of waste through the urine.

Melons contain B complex vitamins, which are necessary for helping the body recover from excess.

The vitamins and minerals fight a loss of nutrients caused by dehydration from drinking alcohol.

Digestion will be improved, and the excess production of acids can be reduced.

Green apples.

When you eat an apple a day, you help detox your body naturally.

Green apples are an important source of antioxidants and essential minerals that improve the function of your liver, kidneys, and colon, guaranteeing the proper elimination of waste.

They contain large quantities of dietary fiber, especially in the peel, which helps improve digestion.

Organic acids in apples regulate the pH of your stomach and prevent discomfort, such as heartburn.

Plums.

The combination of too much food and alcohol can negatively influence your digestion.

Because prunes are rich in dietary fiber, they can stimulate your intestines and avoid any blockage when it comes to eliminating waste.

Antioxidants protect your cells against the negative impacts of toxins from food and alcohol.

These "feed" the bacterial flora of your intestines, improving your immune system.

Prunes have mild anti-inflammatory effects too, which fight abdominal swelling.

Finally, they give your body energy after many sleepless nights and bad habits.

Do you add these foods to your diet during the holidays? If you still haven't done so, try increasing their consumption to enjoy the benefits.

At the same time, try avoiding excess as much as possible and drink plenty of water.

MANAGING IDEALISTS: Can't They Just DO IT?! ENFP INFP INFJ ENFJ Insights - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 9:14.

Hey Dan here and in this video I want to share some advice for managing an

idealist personality type, that is: an ENFP, INFP, INFJ or ENFJ and this applies

whether or not you are also an idealist type. Now if you're new to the channel my

name is Dan and I am the author of way too many books the creator of ENFP

Unleashed and the Free Freelancer and here at Dreams Around The World my

mission is to help you become the best version of yourself all while creating

the most awesome life possible for you and those you love.

Now when it comes to managing an idealist I'm going to share from my

perspective as an ENFP who is currently managing an INFJ and has been

working with other idealists throughout time and has also at some point many

many years ago I guess been an employee as well. For the idealist type there is

no worse thing to hear from a boss then just do it just get it done I can

remember going back to school you know if a teacher says why do you have to do

it this way because you have to I don't speak German I lived in Germany for over

a year or so and one of the reasons I just gave up on it and was like I'm not

going to invest any time in this is German has gender tenses and if you're

German and watching this and I get any of this wrong please do correct me but

German has gender tenses meaning you change some wording based on whether the

word is female male or neutral the thing is German didn't have that

until the 1800s or yeah I think the 1800s and it was added because the

German royalty or aristocrats wanted to be fancy like the French and they wanted

to make it harder for less educated poor people to be able to communicate to

learn language to read and write which would allow them to maintain more power

so you can imagine as an ENFP none of this appeals to me doing

something that's inauthentic to be more fancy like the French and to oppress

people not appealing and I was in this German class and I asked

about the tenses and I said what if I just made every word neutral like would

it change anything could people understand me would there be any

difference and they're like no like so why do we need to learn this why doesn't

you know the language just have everything neutral because that's how it

is and I pretty much stopped studying German at that point this is different

than some other languages that have gender tenses but it plays a bigger role

and actually makes the language flow and helps you understand things better and

all that anyhow a point of sharing that long-winded story is that as an idealist

there needs to be a reason behind what we do whether it is learning something

or executing a task or a project and something that I've been learning over

the last I guess six months or so working with Natasha who is an infj is

about the importance of having that bigger picture something that is

exciting that is interesting I've noticed that and sorry Natasha if you

are not okay with me discussing this but too bad it's already being recorded here

is if I give a task that is very just like point not pointless but it's just a

very admitting she'll be able to get it done she's organized she's disciplined

she'll get it done but it is not something that is going to be enjoyable

on her end or really bring out any of her positive work qualities where I've

noticed if I give her something larger a bigger project she can see the vision

and think about and set goals on she gets really excited and delivers great

work so it's not only just a matter though of what she will enjoy it also

comes down to the eventual output right if as an ENFP

if I'm working for you and you give me a project like you just have to do that

and if I can't quit the job because of family circumstances or I just need it

or whatever I'm going to get that work done but it's gonna take me a lot longer

than someone else would and I'm not going to enjoy it and the end product is

not going to be that good whereas if you give me something that excites me it's

aligned with my value and I understand the big picture then

I'm gonna do it a really good quality work probably far exceed your

expectations and you'll be really happy and ultimately make more money or get

better results or whatever your goal is as the manager from that work so if

you're managing an idealist you want to think about this a lot right you want to

be a little more sensitive to their needs their desires the type of work

they enjoy doing and also realize that they tend to be or we tend to be bigger

picture people we like to take on a whole project we like to see the end of

what we're working towards and have a purpose so you're gonna be a lot better

having a team where you have someone who is more of a task manager who loves just

taking off the boxes and getting things done and that kind of thing to do that

kind of work more and when you're working with an idealist to give them a

bigger piece of the pie to deal with now that does not mean idealist can't get

the little things done in fact when I'm taking on a project I'm all about the

big picture but I get into the weeds and the details

I build often my own webpages I do the fine-tuned editing of some of my written

work I like getting into those details when it's part of the bigger picture and

that's what's really important is if you just give me some little thing to do

that's some little task or something it's not going to be enjoyable I'm going

to procrastinate that and you know it'll get done but it won't be really that

efficient whereas if the little tasks are part of something bigger then they

get done as well and so you're going to be better off if you're managing an

idealist giving them the bigger part of the project a bigger chunk and letting

them roll with it including all the little details but also some of the

bigger picture stuff a little more creative freedom and again that focus on

the reason behind it just because you have to just do it does not tend to go

very well now if you are not an idealist type one thing you might find hard to

understand is our inability times two just do it for whatever reason

there are certain things we are asked to do or certain tasks we have to do and we

just get a big emotional block and I know everyone procrastinate certain

things and everyone has some struggles but if you're someone like an ENTJ or an

ISTJ maybe an ESTJ you're going to have trouble understanding what it actually

feels like on our end to get just blocked by certain things so you might

say to us hey can you make these phone calls I need you to argue with these

suppliers fire this person have this difficult conversation and that might be

tough for anyone to do but for perhaps you it would be like a

hear level of tough and for us it would be like an up here level of tough and so

keep that in mind that your experience of the world of certain interactions of

Sirte and responsibilities is going to be a lot different than ours and

something that for you might be really easy could be really difficult for us so

give us a little leeway perhaps ask get some feedback about that from your

idealist employee or even look at maybe shifting some of those really difficult

task for idealist away from the idealist similarly things that might be quite

hard for you perhaps brainstorming creative solutions perhaps certain type

of people interactions some really creative tasks that can come really easy

to us where you might look at your idealist employee and say how do you

just do that so easily and the same way that's tough for you to do keep in mind

that some things that are really easy for you to do are really tough for us to

do now I know there's a lot more that could be added here so if you have any

experience with this topic either as the manager or as someone working for or

with an idealist leave it below in the comments and let's

make this video a bit of a resource so that idealist you know enfps ina fee is

people in your life to help them understand
