Youtube daily Nov 15 2018

what's up guys Attan here and in today's video I'm gonna show you how you

can make eleven dollars or even more an hour by doing what you probably already

do, searching on Google all you have to do is stay with me but first make sure

to subscribe to my youtube channel and hit a notification bell to be notified

every time there is a new video uploaded ok so making $11 I actually say $11

because I play a little bit lower you can actually make even more able to see

it and I will show you the site and how you can sign up and everything so bear

with me here and I just explain a little bit what this is all about so the first

thing is we are talking about a pen calm and a pen calm is a site that helps

leading companies expand into new global markets they create a better experience

I took this from the site by improving search engine social media platforms

they offer work from home opportunities from exciting flexible short term as

well as full time corporate opportunities so you can definitely

apply for even more than just to search on Google you can actually apply for

being a social media evaluator translator etc but I will show you the

sites hang on a second here so first what is a web search evaluator the

search engines are run by complicated algorithms but search engines are used

by people so search engine companies periodically need humans to check their

search results and search evaluation is typically a work at home position that

may go by many names search evaluator internet Assessor adds quality rater or

internet judge basically what you're going to do is you perform basic tasks

online such as providing feedback on search results advertisement and webpage

content your input will help technology companies craft a fun and useful

experience for people who are searching for

formation so how much does a pan pay for web search evaluator now the typically

app app and web search evaluator salary is $14 so you might be saying now why do

I say $11 well that is because I don't want to have too high expectations I

like to play a little bit low so I won't get disappointed if they don't pay me

fourteen or fifteen dollars and they also mention here that the salaries at

app and can range from five to fifteen dollars most of the cases they usually

pay around eleven dollars and eleven dollars for four hour work which they

usually do this this forty four dollars okay so forty four dollars for four

hours is definitely not so bad at all and that could be four or five days so

you probably earned like two hundred and twenty dollars per week which is not so

bad at all I would say for four hours work then you have the rest of the day

to do something else and let's have a look at the site here so let's just fire

up app and calm so this is actually how it looks when we arrive at the sites and

you can see if this at your own pace actually but I'm going to show you a

quick example find flexible jobs let's go here and you can see that there is a

lot of categories here so you can actually apply for anything else also it

doesn't mean that you have to be just a web search evaluator but I'll leave this

blank just to see what opportunities there is there and I'm going to filter

by job location I am located in Greece and let's see there we have it Greece

and I hate the okay so you can see here that there is actually a lot of

applications here I could apply for but of course I need to know Taiwanese

and like I don't know Taiwanese no neither do I know Korean Dutch they

search they don't look for a lot of linguists here and let's see yeah

Afghan but these two is what I would be interested in social media evaluator and

work search evaluator and this is the one we're going to so you can see here

that what they tell you that they work with 8 out of 10 global technology

companies in the world to optimize the product for uses worldwide including

social media platform search engines etc so do you like searching for information

on the web and wonder why you see the results you do if so we're looking for

new members for our web search evaluator team as an evaluator you perform basic

tasks online as I mentioned earlier such as providing feedback on search results

so let's say for example that Toyota wants to know for something particular

if you type it on Google what kind of results you'll get there on how on what

position for example they rank for so they want to have that feedback and

improve it of course it says hey you might fit if you're looking for a

flexible work opportunity which you probably do you you use search engines

every day yes of course you enjoy working independently and you want to do

internet based work from home you can see here webs the work schedule could be

part-time up to 20 hours per work per week I'm sorry and highly flexible so

the usual position requires 1 to 4 hours of work today 5 to 7 days a week and the

qualifications is also important that I must live and legally be permitted to

work in Greece access to a computer which I do have with the sound code and

speakers and/or access to a smartphone high-speed Internet connection

basic level of computer operational knowledge including experience using the

internet and good english writing skills so you can see that the requirements are

really easy to fulfill here all you have to do is actually hit the apply and when

you do that you will it will be opened in a new tab you will enter your email

and fill in the details here you will accept the data privacy disclosure so

filling that detail and you will get some answer in your email of course when

you have applied and that is how it works the web search evaluator is

actually available in most countries so let's take another country like Denmark

for example hit that okay that you see web search evaluator in Denmark so that

is how the web search evaluator is working on apon okay so that is how you

make eleven dollars or even more an hour by searching on Google if you like this

video make sure to hit the like button make sure to subscribe to my You Tube

channel where I upload on a consistent basis videos like this hit that

notification Bell to be notified every time there is a new video uploaded and

most importantly there is a link below in the description for my number one

recommendation to make money online that's it for today thanks a lot for

watching and see you soon

you

Arecibo Message Google Doodle - Duration: 1:53.

Today the Search Engine Google is showing a Doodle for 44th Anniversary of the Arecibo

Message.

Google is celebrating 1974 interstellar radio message Arecibo message in a few countries

with a doodle.

The Arecibo message is interstellar radio message carrying basic information about humanity

and Earth sent to globular star cluster M13 in the hope that extraterrestrial intelligence

might receive and decipher it.

The message was broadcast into space a single time via frequency modulated radio waves at

a ceremony to mark the remodeling of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico on 16 November

1974.

The message was aimed at the current location of M13 some 25,000 light years away because

M13 was a large and close collection of stars that was available in the sky at the time

and place of the ceremony.

The message consisted of 1,679 binary digits, approximately 210 bytes, transmitted at a

frequency of 2,380 MHz and modulated by shifting the frequency by 10 Hz, with a power of 450

kW.

The "ones" and "zeros" were transmitted by frequency shifting at the rate of 10 bits

per second.

The total broadcast was less than three minutes.

The number 1,679 was chosen because it is a semiprime (the product of two prime numbers),

to be arranged rectangularly as 73 rows by 23 columns.

The alternative arrangement, 23 rows by 73 columns, produces an unintelligible set of

characters as do all other X/Y formats.

The message forms the image shown on the right, or its inverse, when translated into graphics,

characters, and spaces.

Cryptozoology. Lake monsters explained ? - Duration: 7:43.

Lake monsters have been with us for time and memorial.

The most famous being the loch ness monsters but they are found over the entire planet.

it has been believed that strange, dinosaur-like animals have existed within the murky waters

of the world's lakes.

There have been numerous attempts to prove the identity of these creatures, most come

up empty-handed.

There have been many photos and even a variety of different "hits" using of sonar.

Many researchers take the mystery very seriously and continue to search for evidence and craft

new theories.

It one of these ideas I want to look at in this video as I think it provides an extremely

plausible explanation for what these cryptids could be.

Welcome to if ………………………………….

Some have the idea that these monsters are reptiles everyone knows the idea of a long-surviving

plesiosaur but they have been ideas that another type of reptile could be the secret to unlocking

the mystery.

Car-sized turtles called Carbonemys cofrinii that existed in prehistoric times.

These creatures, as the image shows, certainly looked like a partially-submerged saurian

animal, which are often reported at the locations of lake monsters.

"Champ" the Canadian Lake Champlain beast has been described as a creature that resembles

a large turtle, or at very least, an animal resembling some variety of turtle or another

type of large, stocky reptile.

Giant turtles are hardly the strangest explanation offered to us for sea serpents and lake monsters.

Biologist Roy P. Mackal, and others, have suggested that the creature reportedly seen

in Loch Ness might actually be "a variety of long-necked seal," and this to me makes

a lot of sense after all a mammal would be far more suited to the cold waters in which

these animals are said to reside.

Drs Anthonie Oudemans and Bernard Heuvelmans hypothesized a rare long-necked sea was the

cause of these legends and strange sightings.

They named the creature Megalotaria longicollis.

The creature they described looked a large sea lion and they said that like real sea

lions the neck of the male would be very THICK, which is something witnesses have reported.

The description goes on to tell of how the length of the neck of a female would be more

than four times its diameter.

This is important, it would be the norm for this species.

Heuvelman notes, the big male is not more than three times the length of a female and

the big males would be expected to be twenty feet long and maybe a little more.

The hind flippers are somewhat close together and more like a tale of a whale.

This species is claimed to have small spiky ear-pinnas and erectile nostrils.

They have normal seal-like whiskers.

The female could also have more developed hair on the neck but here it is slicked down

as it is characteristically found in known seals.

Males may have shaggy fur and mostly reddish-brown with a possible black circle around the eyes

and the female has a more greyish-brown with darker spots.

They are huge seals, giant aquatic mammals such as elephant seals and walruses and this

brings us to a report that could corroborate the theory.

In June and July 1971 at the White River near Newport in northeastern Arkansas sightings

began to be reported, Witnesses told of a creature thrashing around in the water.

Witnesses saying it was "the size of a boxcar" or "the length of three or four pickup trucks.

Other witnesses said, "It looked as if the thing was peeling all over, but it was a smooth

type of skin or flesh."

Another person, who spotted the creature's face briefly, said the animal had a bone protruding

from its forehead.

Strange noises were attributed to the creature.

It sounded like a combination of a "cow's moo and a horse's neigh."

Distinctly mammalian sounds.

This wasn't the first time this creature was seen reports go back to 1915.

Tracks were found on nearby Towhead Island.

The three-toed tracks were some fourteen inches in length, and lead to and from the river.

In between there was evidence that a creature of enormous size and weight had moved across

the land, bending trees and crushing bushes in its wake.

So what is this mysterious creature?

Biologist and cryptozoologist Roy P. Mackal examined the evidence and decided "the White

River case is a clear-cut instance of a known aquatic animal outside of its normal habitat

or range and therefore was unidentifiable by the observers unfamiliar with the animal

type.

He claimed it to be a large male elephant seal.

Elephant seals are truly huge creatures weighing 7,500 pounds with a length of 16 feet, is

the largest member of the seal family.

Many of the characteristics noted by the observers of the White River Monster seem to fit with

this animal.

The moulting skin, tracks, sound and particularly the "bone" on the forehead all seem to match

the creature's description.

Elephant seals come in two types, living in the northern and southern hemispheres.

The fact that the animal appeared to be moulting during the northern summer suggests it might

have been a northern animal.

One question that does remain if it were a lost elephant seal, how can it explain the

older sighting?

Maybe a small breeding population?

If an animal the size and as well known as an elephant seal provides an answer in this

case, could another type of aquatic mammal explain the other lake monsters we talked

about?

It would show that these animals do migrate into new areas where they would not be commonly

found.

Could this of possibly happened with a type seal and over the years they have evolved

the distinct long neck and other characteristics witnesses describe when spotting a lake living

cryptid?

I think this is highly possible and could provide a new avenue for researchers

Do you think this theory offers a reasonable explanation for lake monsters?

Have you seen or do you believe in these beasts?

Vệ Tinh Nhân Tạo Lâu Đời Nhất Hiện Vẫn Quay Quanh Trái Đất I Khoa Học Huyền Bí - Duration: 5:34.

hey guys it's mike chike

we all know we have a ton of satellites floating out in space

some we know about, some we may not know about, some controlled by super villains I don't know

and every so often we hear about new satellites launched into space

but we really never talked too much about the older ones

so in this video we're gonna talk about the oldest man-made satellite that's still up there

and as you know mankind's race to reach and explore space and land the first man on the moon

led to a wide array of technological advancements

and significant scientific breakthroughs during the 20th century

and one of the foremost efforts taken in pursuit of this goal

was launching an artificial satellite as successfully orbited the earth

and in the 1950s both the US and the Soviet Union were obsessed with being the first to be the one to do so

and it was to the surprise of the rest of the world when Russia managed to quietly launch

what would become the first man-made satellite to orbit our planets Sputnik 1

consequently the u.s. lost the opportunity to claim a place in history

as the country responsible for cheating this feat

but while Americans can't pride themselves with being the first in this aspect of space exploration

they do have the bragging rights we're building and launching into space

the oldest artificial satellite that remains in orbit to this day

and what I'm referring to is the grapefruit satellite known as the Vanguard 1

the fourth man-made satellites ever to launch into space and it orbits earth

so a little background the Vanguard 1 was part of a program

conceived by the United States Naval Research Laboratory work in RL

back in 1955 called the Vanguard project

at the time it was intended to be the country's first satellite program

and the main goal was to launch a Vanguard rocket

continue the first ever artificial satellite and successfully placed in an Earth's orbit

this launch vehicle is comprised of a three-stage rocket

which is supposed to be powerful enough to propel a scientific spacecraft beyond Earth's atmosphere

and send it off to space

the design of the Vanguard rocket system was adapted

into the several rockets built and utilized by project Vanguard in the years 1957 till 1959

during so resulted in the successful launch emplacement of

as many as three satellites into Earth's orbit among them

of course the Vanguard won now the first Vanguard rocket was planned to blast off

into space from Cape Canaveral

however before the US Navy got far enough with a program

the Soviet Union already completed develop its own rocket system

and artificial orbital satellites and then proceeded to launch the rocket

containing Sputnik 1 into orbit and of course in a time

where tensions between the US and the Soviet Union

were steadily rising the historical launch of Sputnik one

symbolized the might and technological superiority of the Russians over the Americans

because of this Western nations grew fearful and anxious over the possibility

that the Soviet Union is now more technologically advanced than any other country in the world

in this place immense public pressure on the US government to replicate

and even surpassed a communist superpower sparking what came to be known as a space race

between the two rivaling nations and so when the Vanguard project

scheduled the test launch of Vanguard test vehicle 3 on December the 6th 1957

all eyes were on the US Navy and it became a public televised events

however what was supposed to be an iconic display of American power turned into a devastating failure

went just after a few seconds of liftoff the Vanguard atv-3 crashed and burned into flames

then came Wernher von Braun a rocket scientist who used to work for Nazi Germany

with the support of the US military Braun was working on the Jupiter rocket

a launch vehicle largely influenced by the v2 ballistic missile

he previously designed which he believed had enough power to fly past the Earth's atmosphere

one of ron brown's jupiter launchers particularly the true no.1 rocket

was positioned to send a new rocket into space and it took him just three months

to finish building the satellite they named Explorer 1

so on the 31st of January 1958 the u.s. finally managed to successfully launch a satellite into orbit

when the Explorer 1 lifted off and reached space

after that it really didn't take too long for the US Navy's Vanguard

a project to rise from the ashes and set out to officially launch their new satellite as well the Vanguard 1

though it will become the fourth man-made satellite to orbit Earth

it was very unique compared to his predecessors because it was the first one ever to be powered by the Sun

which meant that it had the potential to transmit data from space for several years

which was unlike the other satellites which functioned for just a few months

so on March 17th 1958 in aluminum sphere shaped satellites weighing only three pounds

with a diameter of about six inches was lost

via a Vanguard rocket system in placed into a elliptical orbit

now this was a big deal because the release of Vanguard 1 into space served a purpose of testing

the effects of Space Environments on the satellites and all of his systems

while still in Earth's orbit aside from that

it was also meant to gather data Wow revolving around the planets

and to accomplish this the satellite was equipped with transmitters

powered by mercury battery and by solar cells

it was also built with six antennas and featured two thermistors in order to monitor its internal temperature

and assess how resistant it was to heat

now the Vanguard one what's originally estimated to stay in orbit for more or estimated to stay in orbit for more or

less 2,000 years however after considering environmental factors such as atmospheric drag and solar radiation

is now only expected to last well a few hundred years were just still a very long time

it finally stopped transmitting data back to earth in 1964

seven years after its launch but even to this day it continues to circumnavigate earth

and we'll be celebrating the 60th anniversary of its launch this March 2018

so while the Vanguard 1 was not the first satellite ever to orbit Earth

is intrinsic value as a scientific innovation and the ROI played in the competitive space race

between US and Russia is pretty significant

so yeah if Hawkins is right and the earth is only habitable for another 100 years or so

at least that little guy will still be up there

guys thank you all so much for watching this video see you later

Grill Cleaning Techniques | Consumer Reports - Duration: 4:34.

You have no idea how much I love grilling, especially

on a beautiful sunny day like this,

where you're just spending it with friends, that smell

of the burgers and hot dogs.

There's really nothing like it.

I had a great afternoon grilling for the Consumer Reports' crew.

I thought my work was pretty much done when grilling expert

Paul Hope stopped by.

Hey, Paul.

How you doing?

Hey, Jack.

I suspect you know what comes next, right?

I'm thinking of just taking a nap.

I've been here all day long.

Not so much.

It's actually the perfect time to clean the grill.

A clean barbecue should mean safer food and less risk

of a sudden flare up.

And it turns out, Paul is a real grill sergeant.

You actually want the grill to be a little warm

while you do it.

It helps the food come off.

All right, so the first thing we're going to use

is a wire grill brush like this.

Want to give it a try?

Sure.

Absolutely.

All right.

OK, so just go up and down with it, right?

Just go up and down with the grate.

We flip the grates like a burger and do the other side.

Look at that, Paul.

It's looking great.

It's looking really good.

The grates look great.

We put them aside, turn off the propane,

and hit up the rest of the grill.

Oh, yeah.

That looks really dirty.

So what do you call these triangular things?

A lot of companies call them flavorizer bars.

They're actually designed to protect these burner tubes here

from fat dripping down.

That's also marketed as something

that improves the flavor of your food

because if when fat hits these hot bars, it sizzles,

and the smoke rises up and goes on your food.

We're just going to set these aside.

The next thing we're going to use are these toothpicks.

Toothpicks?

This is good to clean out these little holes in these burner

tubes, here.

And just get in there with our little toothpicks.

I can't believe we're using toothpicks to clean a grill.

We're just going to make our way down each of the burner tubes.

You certainly don't have to do this every time you grill.

Once, maybe twice, a season is plenty.

I think we've finished.

Absolutely.

These are looking pretty good.

So the next step is we're going to use our brush again,

but this time we're going to use this scraper.

If you want to give it a try.

You know, I always wondered what this was for, but now I know.

Wow.

Look at all that dirt that comes out of there.

Yeah, this is going to heat the grill cooking nice and safe

because there won't be anything that

can catch fire and flare up.

OK.

Well, how's that looking like?

All right, that looks great.

So now we're done with the brush.

And we're to use our soapy water here,

and we're going to start to clean the inside of our grill.

Yeah, there's a lot of gunk here.

You want to use a good dish soap,

and really we use a lot of it to wipe down the inside.

All right.

Let's start at the top and work our way down.

So we're just going to wipe down the inside of the fire box,

here.

OK.

And you want to really get off all that residual fat

and grease.

You can see it's been caked on the sides there.

Anything that didn't get knocked free by the grill brush.

Cleaning a grilled this thoroughly seems

like a lot of work.

Is there an alternative?

There's a family that wants to ask you a question.

Let's ask CR.

OK.

My name is Marco and this is my dad Chris.

And we love to grill all year around.

My uncle says that I should line the grill with tinfoil

to keep it clean.

Is that true?

That's a great question.

So what about aluminum foil?

It sounds like a good idea, but there's a really good reason

you don't want to do that.

If you look at how a grill is designed,

as food cooks, the fat renders, it drips down,

and you really want it to collect in this tray here,

which is called the fat trip tray.

If you line the bottom of your grill with foil,

you block the fat from falling into this.

You can have a major flare up and a fire.

Now, Paul is going to show us how

to check the propane tank for leaks, which

means turning the gas back on.

I'm going to give you some of our soapy water

on a scouring pad here, and just wipe it

down all along the connection where

it hooks up the tank to the hose,

and run it along the hose itself.

OK.

And why is this so important?

Because the gas is super flammable.

Any leak would be a very serious safety concern.

We're looking for really big bubbles.

I'm not seeing any leaks here.

This is a properly connected tank.

All right, so we put it back in?

We put it back in.

There we go.

All right.

OK.

You know what?

Think I've built up an appetite.

Nice, clean grill.

Time to spark it up again.

And that's how you clean it like you mean it.

Anybody want a burger?

On me.

Is My Child a Psychopath?|HFE♪ - Duration: 7:22.

Is My Child a Psychopath?

Do you think that your child is a psychopath? Don't turn away from the issue.

Ask for help from a professional.

Does your child not empathize with the other children? Does he manipulate someone around him? It could be that your child is a psychopath without you realizing it.

Child psychopathy is a disorder characterized by a lack of empathy and the nonexistence of the feeling of guilt or shame after doing something that hurts or manipulates another person.

This condition is also known as "antisocial personality disorder." What is clear is that there is a problem with how the children relate to those around them.

The causes can be a genetic component, but it has also been shown that there are certain lesions in the frontal lobe of the brain that may lead to this behavior.

In addition, things like traumatic experiences can cause this disorder.

Child Psychopathy It's necessary that we understand that, although psychopathy in children can cause a lot of worrying and fear in parents, we have to get rid of the idea that our children will turn into movie killers.

Also, even though the child may present psychopathic traits, it's necessary for a professional to do a follow up.

In some cases, the characteristics that they are showing may not last over time and end up being a false positive.

The defy the rules Your child might be a psychopath is they defy every rule and, regardless of you trying to fix their behavior, they never learn to act the right way.

For example, treating other children their age poorly, trying to manipulate their parents, throwing food at the floor or breaking things systematically could be signs of an underlying issue.

All of this can be an indication that your child is a psychopath if, regardless of all your efforts, there is no expectation that his/her behavior will improve.

Abusing animals In order to know if your child is a psychopath, you have to look at how they act around animals, especially with those that cannot defend themselves.

Have they killed one? Mutilated one? Have they hurt one voluntarily and consciously? If so and the behavior is repetitive, you should look for help.

Sometimes, children play with animals and they hurt them or they try things with them that turn out badly.

However, this is not always an indication of psychopathy if they end up empathizing or feeling bad when you explain to them that animals are not toys, but living beings.

They don't feel regret Naturally, when we tell a child that they have done something wrong, they should feel some sort of regret.

Children aren't born knowing everything and, sometimes, they are wrong.

Therefore, we have to make them aware.

But, what if they don't feel regret? What happens if they cannot empathize with those around them? Then you might find yourself faced with a psychopathic trait that should be analyzed by a professional.

Violent outbursts Violent outbursts can be seen in children as well as adults, because of their inability to control their emotions.

However, this trait in children could be a reason to worry.

Are they causing harm to an animal during these outbursts? Are they using violence against other human beings? After their outbursts, are they not even feeling the slightest regret? In these cases, without any doubt, we have to put the situation into the hands of a professional because it is very important that this situation is analyzed on time.

The importance of the parents being involved Parents, on occasion, don't take enough time to analyze the situationand think about the possibility of their child being a psychopath.

Also, they have to keep in mind that parents always tend to deny any type of disorder or problem that their child might have, even though they show signs of having it.

Parents always tend to think that their children are perfect.

However, quick action on their part can really help their child.

It could end up having been a false alarm or they can start treatment quickly to improve the problem.

It's important to make it clear that, in the case that the child is diagnosed as a psychopath, the possibility of "curing" it is very relative.

Currently, there is no effective treatment to solve this disorder, but there are tools to improve it.

Do you think that your child is a psychopath? Don't turn away from the issue.

Ask for help from a professional.     .

What is Better When You Exercise: More Weight or More Repetitions?|HFE♪ - Duration: 10:36.

What is Better When You Exercise: More Weight or More Repetitions?

Anyone who goes to the gym or does exercise at home has certainly at one time or another asked the question: What is better when exercising? More weight or more repetitions?.

We must opt for one alternative or the other depending on our objectives, since we need to use different routines for losing weight than for gaining muscle in certain areas.

Anyone who goes to the gym or does exercise at home has certainly at one time or another asked the question: What is better when exercising? More weight or more repetitions?.

Everything depends on what our objective is.

To know more, keep reading this article.

Do I lift more weight or do more repetitions?.

It could be said that this is the million dollar question, and that it is accompanied by other questions, such as what is the most effective method to strengthen and gain muscle or how do I lose weight faster.

First of all we must know something very important: to progress in the gym and achieve our athletic and physical goals we cannot always train in the same way.

This means that every few days it is essential to implement certain changes or improvements.

If we always lift the same weight, do the same number of repetitions or we run at the same speed, the body gets accustomed and reaches a "low" threshold or ceiling.

In this way it tells us that we've achieved our goal and that we don't need to use more effort.

Thus, the result or consequence of this habit is precisely not making any change or improvement.

Though the body is increasingly resistant to exercise (and that is also good news) we cannot stay "stuck" in the same routine.

Because, what's more, it's very boring.

Variations are necessary because they allow us to improve and achieve our goals or at least get closer to them.

If we want to have more muscle, we will have to lift more and more weight than we are used to.

It doesn't matter the number of repetitions we do, but rather the number of kilos that we can add to the bar or to the machine in question.

Progress is very important, considering that the body gets accustomed.

But be careful, because this is not to say to strain yourself, as that can lead to muscle and joint injuries that, besides being painful, move us away from our goal.

It is not advisable to add a lot of weight at the same time but to go slowly.

More repetitions = more progress?.

As for repetitions, maybe we have the "permission" to change them to our liking and even reduce the amount if we do more weight.

The problem is that, soon after, the body, becomes comfortable again (reaching a ceiling) and, if we do not introduce a change, we do not improve or move forward.

Instead of increasing the load, it is advisable to do more repetitions with the same weight.

When that weight and those repetitions no longer represent a challenge to you, then modify one or the other variable.

Thanks to the repetitions you will be stronger, because you will develop the muscles and the organism will be more resistant to fatigue.

In addition, you can burn more fat and calories.

The increase in repetitions does not always have to go hand in hand with an increase in weight; rather, you can alternate the changes.

A good technique for lifting weights consists of fewer loads, but more repetitions.

Thus we focus on movement and avoid injuries caused by excessive weight without prior preparation.

It is recommended not to exceed 16 repetitions when lifting weights.

If that seems low, then it is because you need to increase the weight.

In order to progress step by step, the important thing to alternate.

As you can lift more weight you can increase the repetitions and vice versa.

To gain strength: more weight or more repetitions?.

Hypertrophy (more muscle) is one of the main goals in the world of fitness.

For this we must produce muscle damage, which leads to protein synthesis and the construction of muscle fibers (during the recovery process).

Three factors influence this process: mechanical stress, metabolic stress and muscle damage.

In order to develop muscle mass, we must perform between 3 and 5 sets of up to 12 repetitions with breaks of 1 to 3 minutes.

Strength and resistance are the other two pillars for which athletes aim.

The type of combination weight-series depends upon what we want to achieve.

To build strength, between 4 and 8 sets of 1 to 3 repetitions at the maximum capacity that we can lift are recommended.

On the other hand, to build resistance, loads must be lowered and repetitions increased (between 12 and 16).

Sessions with high loads increase strength, but this type of training can have its consequences and risks.

For example, it causes injuries or negative adaptations.

Low loads are less "harmful", but the results are smaller.

As long as they are done with planning and guidance, either of the two practices can be healthy.

To burn fat: more weight or more repetitions?.

This is another common question in gyms.

Although there are many myths related to this topic, the truth is that exercising with the proper weight and repetitions and increasing them every few weeks (according to our advances) is going in the right direction.

Many people relate burning calories with aerobic exercises (for example, the treadmill or the stationary bicycle) and not with a session of weightlifting.

The reality is that both can complement each other to achieve your weightloss goals.

It is not true either that we will reduce more fat by doing more repetitions.

Everything depends on the intensity that we apply to the training.

High loads and few repetitions result in more muscle mass and, therefore, less fat.

If we seek to burn calories and gain muscle, then it is better to do repetitions with a high weight rather than low.

However, if your only goal is to lose weight, then more sets with low loads are recommended.
