How to Train your brain to think in English Like a Native Speaker - Duration: 6:31.

Aisa kitni baar hota hai ki aapko translate karni padti hain apni baatein apni native

language se English mein.. but If you learn to think in English directly, it will come

naturally.

If you don't do that it will not only take time but also slow down your

process of learning English..

So friends, today I'll give you strategies which you can follow to train your brain to think

in English.

Hi friends I am Vanesha from EngVarta - The only app where you can practice

So, lets begin:

Point number 1- First we will start with vocabulary.

When you are travelling or driving to work... look out of the window.

Think of English words for what you see.

Dog, factory, car..

In fact we will try it right now.

You will have to close your eyes, take a deep breath.When you will open your eyes,

you are going look around for things in the surrounding, think of whatever you call them in

english.

But not in your native language.

So guys take a deep breath and think about things what you see around you

(After a pause of 5 seconds)

Great, did you do that? So wasn't it easy?

Let's move to the next level.

If it was hard, that's okay alright - you just need to practice this every day.

chaaahe office ho ya ghar ya train ho ya fir kisi café me ..kabhi bhi apke paas thora time hota hi hai ki

aap English me sochnaa shuru kar sakte hain.. hai ki nahi?

So lets move towards Point no. 2

2- Move on to simple sentences..

Like .. That chair looks really uncomfortable..

What are you having for lunch?

So lets frame simple sentences about your surroundings..

Aap apni aankhe band kijiye ..lambi saans lijiye or sochiye Engliish mein..

Yaad rakhiyegaa ki apko Hindi mein ya kisi or bhasha mein nhi sochnaa hai.. bilkul nahi sochna hai hindi ya aur kisi bhi bhashan me aur

translate bhi nhi karnaa hai english me..

You have to think in English and you have to frame simple sentences about the things

you see in your surrounding. Yes Again in English.

So friends lets move to point no. 3

Plan your day thinking in English..

Jab aap subeh so ke uthte hain, toh sochiye aapko kya karnaa hai poore din bhar me…

and use Engish mein in your planning like..

After I finish my breakfast, I will walk to the bus stop and catch the bus.. on the bus

I will read a book..

then I will meet my friend Raj.. it is going to be an amazing day...

So friends wasn't that easy? etna bhi difficult nahi hai kosis kariye.

Let's move to point number 4.

Role play conversation in your brain

We do it all the time - we replay a situation that is to come or has happened in the

past and try to find ways on how it could have been better. Don't we all do it?

Right? bas usi ko karna hai.

And this can speed up your English learning process too - all you have to do it again

switch the language in which you do these role plays inside your brain.

You can do it anytime like combing your hair or taking a refreshing bath..thinking of the conversation

you are going to have with your friends or anybody… just imagine any situation and start the

conversation planning it in your mind - again but in english only.

Jab aap ke paas khaali time hai then you can think about the conversation you might

want to have with a friend and also the replies that you might expect…

Chaliye try karte hai

Suppose aap ghar se nikle or bahut garmi hai, So in your head, you could be saying:

it is so hot today...

It reminds me my summers in Delhi..

Hey, are you sure Aman is meeting us here?

We've been waiting for so long..'

Dekhiye ye thoda funny lag raha hoga appko, lekin you know you can just think and have random conversations

with your Brain, just pick up some example, some people in your life & sochiye app chalte firte encyclopaedia ho jayenge

aur etne sare appke pass conversations ho jayenge

but han english me hi sochiyega.

Practising this skill every day will help you think directly in English without translating it.

Aur agar aap meri maane to jab bhi appko sochna hai to English me hi sochiye chahe jo bhi sochiye;

Kosis to Kariye

try it for a month and fir dekhiye kaise appko english andar se aati hai aur app bilkul hi expert ban jayenge.

So chaahe wo breakfast ke baad ho ya fir lunchtime mein aap practice kar sakte

hain.. kahi bhi kariye. But just practice roleplay and have conversions with your brain in english
