-Last time you were here, you said, "Dude, I'm fine now.

I broke my arms.

We'll talk about that next time I'm here."

And I go, "I'm sorry, you broke your arms?"

And I go, "Doing what?"

You go, "Doing this movie 'Tag.'"

-It's a comedy, you know. Of course.

-Which is a comedy.

First of all, explain what the movie's about.

Just so every-- Because I've seen you do stunts.

I've seen you roll around and shoot an arrow.

I've seen you jump out of explosions and everything.

Never broke your arms. -Yeah, yeah.

The movie's about a real group of guys that play the game Tag

since they were 9 years old.

They're in their 50s now.

And they've played it over these last 30 years.

And every year in the month of February, it's game on.

They play to this day.

-Tag is just like just --

-It's a game of Tag, but they go to an extreme.

It's like a -- kind of like Jason Bourne style.

They go -- They go -- They dress up in costumes.

They go full-on out when they play.

And we couldn't believe it.

It's actually a true story.

So we made this movie about it.

And there's a stunt on the second day of the movie

where I was avoiding all the guys.

I play a guy, Jerry, that's never been tagged in 30 years.

So he's like the king of the game.

-Yeah. -Untouchable.

Which is kind of cool.

[ Audience cheers ]

-Yeah, absolutely, yeah. Of course, yeah.

-Anyway, so I do this stunt, and I --

-What is the stunt?

-It's a stack of chairs like 20 feet high

and they're supposed to fall over

and I'm supposed to ride it down like a surfboard

and then keep running.

[ Laughter ]

So that happened a couple times.

It wasn't quite good enough. Let's do it again.

But the hinge broke.

Anyway the stack of chairs was supposed to go

and it didn't go and I went.

And fell and I broke -- well, I didn't know I broke my arms.

I just fell on the ground.

And I'm like, that kind of hurt.

Let's do it again. So I went up --

-Did it again?

-Yeah, went up and did it again and it fell.

I'm like, okay, whatever.

-"I can do better than that. My arms didn't look realistic."

[ Laughter ] -My arms kind of hurt.

I thought it kind of hurt.

I figured I should go to the trailer and rest for a minute.

I'm like, "I have to go to the hospital."

Everything swelled up.

He's like, "Yeah, you got a broken radial

and a broken wrist." Put some casts on.

-Broke both your arms falling from a stack of chairs.

-What do I do, what do I do now?

I'm like, got to go back to work, finish the day.

And so I went back to work.

-With two broken arms?

-It's the scene where I'm flinging doughnuts.

One of my arms is broken. I couldn't take this cast off.

But I could take this little thing off

and throw the doughnuts like this.

So I had to keep going.

Otherwise, you know, I had "Avengers" to do after that.

I mean, I had to heal fast.

-But how did they hide the cast?

-Only in the one scene --

-Can you act with two --

-Well, you can't do a whole lot. I mean --

[ Laughter ]

-Yeah, but you can do like --

like we both did it, no one would know anything.

-I remember going, I was --

-If people are just tuning in now, they think this is normal.

-I was hucking donuts.

This one was CG-- It had to be CG'd.

I had a green sleeve on.

-They CG'd your arm? -Yeah, but not --

[ Laughter ] Just that one scene.

-Wait, wait, wait, what?

-I'm throwing donuts, and I'm doing this --

-Out of all the "Avengers" movies --

-Here's the worst part of it.

I just go to the bathroom, they're like, you okay?

Oh, good man. I can keep going. Let's go and finish the day.

I go to the bathroom and they're like,

"Oh, God, Jeremy's not coming back.

He's not coming back."

I got locked in the dang bathroom

because it's a round knob. [ Laughter ]

-Like, trying to open it.

-I couldn't use my -- -Ahh!

-I'm kicking the door. Like, "Get me out!"

I'm locked in the bathroom.

By the way, by the way, my pants were down.

I couldn't pull them up. [ Laughter ]

-Oh, my God.

-My pants were down.

I can't remember if Han came in.

Somebody eventually came and got me.

Literally pants down around my ankles.

I'm like, "Thanks."

-"Just help me dude."

-"Can I go finish the day?"

-"Thanks, I want to shake your hand but I'll do that later."

-Humiliating. Humiliating.

-I will tell people stay tuned to the end of the credits

of the movie "Tag", because you will see

the real people that this movie is based on.

-Yes, that's one of best parts of the film.

-But it's also a silhouette of you singing Crash Test Dummies.

[ Humming ]

It's the "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" song.

-[ Hums ]

-Yeah, well that's a great -- You did a great job.

-It's the strangest thing.

My daughter's a big critic of all the music I like

and I play in the car.

She's like, "I really like that song, Daddy. What's it called?"

It's called "Mmmm." It's like four M's.

She's like, "I like the song, but that's not a word, Daddy."

I'm like, "I know. I know."

-But it's a song -- it's a magical song.

So stay tuned to the end of the credits and see that.
